You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide, as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
All right, everybody.
Second hour.
Here we go.
Second hour.
And what a great first hour it was, anchored by Fighting Joe McCutcheon.
What a great guy.
I wish y'all knew him as well as I do.
I mean, this guy has stories.
I can't share them on the radio or in private.
I mean, what's in confidence will remain in confidence.
But this man has had access to the very height of power and has taken principal stands every single time.
I respect Joe McCutcheon more than you could possibly imagine.
And I hope you enjoyed his interview tonight.
I'm sure you did.
We will have Mark Weber a little later on in this, our second hour, a busy show tonight, so busy that I had to call the great one, Keith Alexander the Great, and ask him if he would be all right with taking the night off just because we had so much to cover and the two guests and I didn't want to take advantage of his time when I felt as though we certainly had it covered.
Keith will be back with us next week when Eddie resumes his marathon training.
I shared with you at the top of the show.
I got an email here that I just have to share.
I was talking to everyone at the top of the show that, you know, we've got a three-week old at home.
He'll be three weeks old on Monday.
And the little guy sleeps all day.
But he is up from about 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. like nobody's business.
And you can get him down, but he's not down for long.
And it has just become sort of a comedy, the idea of getting sleep.
And we can't sleep during the day when he sleeps because we've got a four-year-old daughter.
And we got jobs and things to do.
So it's amazing.
I have somehow transcended space and time.
I feel as though I've tapped into some sort of alternate sense of being to have had so little sleep and still be functioning.
I feel as though there's some sort of supernatural force within me at this point and still maintaining to juggle everything.
You know, here tonight, you know, we will never take off a show.
I will tell you that.
We are here no matter how tired, no matter what's going on, through rain and sleet and snow and force of arms, I will be here every Saturday night to host the political cesspool.
Well, anyway, I got an email from a young lady whose family I have a great deal of respect for.
They've been listening to this show forever.
Had the chance to meet them for the first time at a speaking engagement that I had in New Orleans 10 years ago.
And anyway, she writes that they listen from Missouri each and every Saturday evening.
She writes that she and her husband are listening to the show right before we came on tonight.
She told her husband, I'm so tired I could just cry.
I should mention that they have four children, four boys, and now a daughter.
And she had her daughter, I think, a day or two after we had Henry.
So basically at the same time.
And she writes that the other night I had a dream that she couldn't stop laughing because she was so tired.
Yes, we can relate, she writes, hang in there.
Well, it's funny she writes that, and I wrote her back during the commercial break and said that I asked my wife if she got any sleep while Isabel and I, my daughter and I, were running some errands this morning.
And I just started laughing hysterically at the very question because the idea of sleep is just such a joke at this point.
But again, the blessings far, far outweigh any sort of rest that we may dream about.
As I often repeat to myself, something I heard at church one time when it comes to child rearing, the days are long, but the years are short.
And that is the truth.
I mean, the last four years of my life since I became a parent have gone by so quickly.
I can't even separate the days.
I can't separate the weeks, the months, the years.
It seems like a year is a day.
It just goes by so fast.
And it's great fun.
I mean, this is what we're here to do: to reproduce and to raise them right.
And we're going to do that and then some.
We're going to do that and then some.
I mentioned, though, too, what do I have here on my notes here before we get back down to business?
Oh, yeah, Christmas.
Christmas is coming up.
And we can't wait for that, the annual War on Christmas series that we have each and every December.
But much more than that, you know, talking about what we're here to do, advance the faith, have children.
I mean, these are the things that make people truly heroes.
And Thanksgiving's coming up in just a couple of weeks.
I mean, is it even two weeks until Thanksgiving now?
A week and a half?
I mean, can you believe that, ladies and gentlemen?
And then we're going to be able to get into all that fun Christmas music, the spiritual hymns, and then the fun, you know, Christmas music that we all know and love.
It's going to be featured all through the month of December here on the Political Festival.
In fact, when I came to the radio station tonight, I brought a candle with me.
It's some sort of a sage candle, the Scarborough or Fair Candle, parsley sage, rosemary, and thyme for any Simon and Garfocal fans out there.
But it's a good Christmas-smelling scent.
And you know, we always like to have a candle burning to represent what this show is to the darkness that has shrouded America.
We are the candle in the flickering candle in the wind, and so we always have a candle lit here.
Ten years have passed since we first went on the air, as you well know.
And as I mentioned again in the first hour, I had the opportunity to sit down and record an hour-long special CD just for those who contributed in September.
Those should be delivered by now.
In fact, if you haven't got it, you should go check the mailbox.
Unless you live out of the country and it'll be a few more days.
It couldn't possibly cover 10 years of memories.
I mean, there's going to be a 300-page autobiography written when this is all said and done.
And hopefully that's 30 or 40 years from now.
But you can't cover 10 years in an hour.
But I tried to cover some of the stories you know and added a few things perhaps we haven't talked about here on the radio before.
What else is going on in the world today?
We talked about the comet landing.
Oh, yeah.
Our good friends at the Southern Poverty Law Center have added a new entity to the hate watch list or the hate group list, the Christian Senior Citizens Association.
I mean, these are the kind of people you really got to watch out for every day.
The Christian Senior Citizens Association, they're part of what the SBLC calls the anti-lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender hate group, the Traditional Values Coalition.
Now, that's another one that just screams hate, Traditional Values Coalition.
They're at it again.
You know what they did?
You know what the Christian Senior Citizens Association did to get listed on the hate watch list to get a bona fide hate group listing?
They said that the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, is the single greatest threat to America's seniors.
So, you know, I'm really beginning to get offended at how easy it is to get on the hate watch list.
I considered that to be a badge of honor in 2006.
I mean, now I have to share it with the Duggar family and these guys and the singing nuns of Spokane, Washington.
I mean, that's the truth.
The singing nuns of Spokane.
That's a hate group.
Yeah, it just doesn't carry the weight that it used to.
But anyway, we monitor it anyway.
And welcome to the club, Christian Seniors Association.
We're happy to have you and happy to have your company there on the hate group list.
And I guess to be a hate group, it doesn't mean necessarily a lot of people.
The Political Cess Poll is an official hate group listed here in Tennessee.
What are we, a group of three, me and Eddie and Keith?
That's not a very big group, I don't guess you would say.
But we do what we can with what we've got, and we will continue on and continue on and continue on.
Well, when we come back from this next commercial break, remember that Mark Weber will be with us in about 15 minutes' time.
We're going to talk about two American families when we come back.
We're going to talk about the Kardashians and the Duggars.
We're going to compare and contrast the treatment.
We talked about this a little bit last week, the two.
We're going to talk about the treatment each family receives in the media and what they stand for.
Stay tuned for that and much more.

And now back to tonight's show.
Last week, we kind of compared and contrasted in passing the Kardashian family versus the Duggar family.
And since then, there have been calls on both sides for them to be brought back into the spotlight here on the political cesspool.
Well, as you know, and as I mentioned in the first hour, Kim Kardashian, the daughter, one of the daughters of Robert Kardashian, the late Robert Kardashian, one of O.J. Simpson's lawyers during his murder trial, became famous because of a sex tape with a black wrapper that was released presumably by her mother, or at least it's widely believed that her mother released it in order to get her name out there.
And now she's just a fixture in pop culture.
The Kardashian family is.
They've had a long-running reality TV show, quote unquote, and she's on every fashion magazine and every supermarket tabloid.
Everybody knows the Kardashians.
Well, they stand for nothing.
They are nothing.
They're just vapid.
I hate to use the word whore, but they are in many ways.
And I say that not just because of their behavior, but they are just rotten on the inside.
I mean, morally rotten people, if you've ever followed them at all.
And anyway, they're in the news again.
As you know, the thing in the Kardashian family, everybody's got a K name.
It's Kim Kardashian, Chloe Kardashian, Courtney Kardashian, all spelled with a K.
Well, they released this thing, I guess it was on their Twitter or one of their social media outlets.
It said, here's one KKK where black guys can always come in.
And you have to imagine that there's some sort of a sexual innuendo in that because two of the sisters, Courtney, or not Courtney, Courtney is actually the only one that's moderately attractive.
And she's married to a Jewish, well, not married, but she has children with the Jewish guy, Scott Disick.
But Chloe and Kim, I'm trying to keep them straight here.
Kim and Chloe, they have never seen a black man, apparently, that they haven't slept with.
And there's a long laundry list of boyfriends that they've had, all black.
And so they put this thing out.
Here's one KKK that black guys can come in.
And anyway, it just goes to show, the only reason I'm bringing this up is that they were lambasted by media and black talking heads about how racist they are.
Now, these are people that get off and flaunt the fact that they exclusively have sex with black men.
And they do this tacky mem that I just mentioned, and they get skewered as being racist.
So it just goes to show everybody is a racist.
You can't do enough.
You can't sell yourself out enough to get out of this, to get away from this word.
If people who have actively worked to advance the anti-white agenda and who exclusively date black people can be called racist, then you really shouldn't concern yourself with the word, and this is just the latest example.
Now, compare them to the Duggars.
The Duggars are a racially homogenous Southern Christian family.
Everything that I've seen from the Duggars, I like.
I don't know where they stand really politically above and beyond their Christian faith, but obviously they're solid on the right to life issue.
They're solid on the homosexual issue, and that's caused them a lot of consternation.
Well, anyway, two of the older Duggar girls have just gotten married.
You know, they have 19 kids.
That's their reality show, 19 kids and counting.
And you want to talk about beautiful girls.
Look at the older Duggar girls, Jessa Duggar and Jill Duggar, and compare them to the Kardashians.
Who would you rather take home to mama?
But both of the two oldest Duggar girls have recently gotten married.
And you can see these things on their reality show, great weddings, Christian weddings.
And on the Facebook page of the Duggar parents, they posted the wedding pictures of their daughter.
And they said something along the lines of how happy and excited they were that, and of course their children don't have sex before marriage, and their children don't even hold hands or kiss before marriage, okay?
You know, and they get, of course, always attacked as being, you know, extremist and bigoted and closed-minded.
I mean, you should be trying to be like Kim and Chloe Kardashian.
You should, you know, be trendy.
Oh, look what Kim Kardashian's wearing.
You know, she made news again this week for having a nude photo spread.
Oh, that's who you need to act like, not these extremist Duggars who live a Christian life.
Well, anyway, they posted pictures of their daughter's wedding and asked other people who were fans of their Facebook page to post pictures of their weddings.
And what instantly happened was radical homosexual provocateurs started flooding the Duggars' Facebook page with pictures of their so-called wedding.
And they know that the Duggars don't stand for that.
They're Christians, and any decent Christian isn't going to stand for anything other than a God-ordained marriage.
But they started trolling and flooding the Duggar Facebook page with pictures of their abominable unions.
And, of course, the Duggars had to take it down.
And how hateful the Duggars were to have taken that down and not accepted so-called marriage equality.
Well, this is what it is, folks.
We live in a day in which good is evil, good is called evil, and evil is called good.
And I can't think of two finer examples that I could draw from to present that contrast than what's going on this week with the Kardashians and the Duggars.
So there's that.
More good news, though, with regards to homosexuality, and we mentioned this again in passing last week, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld state bans on so-called homosexual marriage.
So the sodomite agenda suffers an encouraging setback last week, which will now force this issue into the Supreme Court of the United States.
Very briefly, a federal appeals court in Ohio upheld on Thursday the right of four states to ban same-sex marriage, contradicting rulings by four similar courts and almost certainly sending the issue on a rapid trajectory to the Supreme Court.
The judge in this case, Judge Sutton, said that such a profound change in the institution of marriage should not be decided by a court, but by the less expedient but usually reliable work of the state democratic processes.
So do we have horror upon horror, a somewhat constitutional judge here?
I don't know this guy, but I like what he said and I agree with it.
And so for once, righteousness prevails in court in contemporary America.
And we'll see what happens with the so-called conservative Supreme Court when the issue is presented there for a final showdown.
What else?
Talked to you last week about Michael Perutka being elected.
That's some good news.
Rand Paul.
Rand Paul has been featured on the cover of Time Magazine.
Time Magazine has called Rand Paul the most interesting man in politics.
And he appears on the cover of Time Magazine around the same time that the Pope, Pope Francis, appears on the cover of Rolling Stone.
So, you know, what you have here is Rand Paul following neocon visionaries such as Jack Kemp, Paul Ryan, and Grover Norquist, who have repeatedly told us that black convicted felons, barbaric Muslims, and tens of millions of diseased, low-IQ, illegal aliens from Central America are natural conservatives who can and will vote Republican as soon as they are welcomed and loved by us.
And of course, Rand Paul doesn't believe that.
So why is he doing this?
Will he really win the votes of large numbers of blacks and illegal aliens and pool boys from Central America?
Is he going to win over Muslims from Yemen?
Obviously, the answer is no.
He's not going to receive any more votes from these hostile aliens than Jack Kemp did or than Bob Dole did.
But by saying these things, Rand Paul gets to be on the cover of Time Magazine.
And if he really, if he really does what he's told and really does what's socially accepted, he may even get to one day host Saturday Night Live.
So that's what's going on there.
You know, we're not going to be positively featured in Time Magazine stories.
We're not going to appear on the cover of Rolling Stone.
And anybody who does is quite arguably not a friend of our movement, particularly when the article is nothing but glowing praise about the featured subject.
When we make the news like this, we're always cast as the villain.
So there is a difference.
We're going to take a break and come back with Mark Weber.
Exposing corruption.
Informing citizens.
Pursuing liberty.

There are quite a few reasons for the precarious state of our civilization and our people, but one of the main ones is that we have lost the intellectual and moral high ground to a cultural elite that is hostile to our people and our culture.
Those of us who are politically aware must understand that the elites dominating culture and the political process in the West are intellectually and morally bankrupt.

All right, folks, so we promised you not one but two heavyweight guests tonight.
And after having already enjoyed Joe McCutcheon's appearance on the political cesspool, let's now get to number two, the anchor of the second hour, our good friend Mark Weber, the director of the Institute for Historical Review.
Mark is a lecturer, historian, current affairs analyst, and author.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, he was educated in the U.S. and Europe.
He holds a master's degree in modern European history from Indiana University.
And Mark has been all over the place in recent weeks.
Being based in Southern California, he has been to London to present a speech at the London Forum, then over to Budapest for the very famous European Congress put on by the National Policy Institute that we've talked about so much on this show.
And he recently gave another talk in the Washington, D.C. area, all of which we will be discussing with him tonight.
Mark, welcome back to the show.
Thank you very much, James, for having me.
It's a great pleasure being Back on with you.
It's always our pleasure to host you.
You wrote to me earlier this week and informed me that you were in England not long ago and gave a talk in London titled The Accelerating Crisis of the West and Prospects for the Future.
Now, we'd like to certainly highlight the problems that face our people.
I like that you gave us a prospect for the future.
Tell us about that talk if you can, Mark.
Break it down for us.
The big point I think that I tried to stress in that talk, and it was made by the point that was made over and over when I was in London, in Budapest, in Washington, D.C., and in Paris, is that the entire West, all of Europe, and people of European heritage, face the greatest threat to our very existence that we faced probably in all of history.
This is a far graver threat than a war or a famine or a temporary calamity, however terrible it might be.
We're facing extinction as a culture, as a people, and this is a threat that all of the European cultural and genetic and heritage faces in the United States as well as in Europe.
And people are really aware, increasingly aware of this, all across the Western world.
And this is reflected in the rise of much more nationalist and anti-establishment parties in France, in Hungary, in Greece, and in other countries, and many other things as well.
And that's one of the points I tried to stress in my talk is the common interest that we all have on both sides of the Atlantic and to put aside temporary and unimportant differences that we may have because we face a calamity, a mortal threat to all of us that's far more important than whatever differences we have.
Let me ask you this, Mark.
Provocative question.
Would you say that the current crisis we face, not just from immigration from the third world, but specifically from this pathological altruism that whites have been afflicted with, would you say that that problem is greater than the black plague of the medieval ages?
Is it greater than the world wars?
Is it greater than all of that combined?
Because now we really are facing these plummeting birth rates, coupled with the need of our people to maintain a social status that can only come from helping alien people.
Is this a greater threat than all of those that we face throughout our history?
I think the greatest problem is that we've lost our own will to live as a people and as a culture.
Once that is set aside, once that's put to the back and other considerations become more important, such as prosperity or individual rights or being concerned about the welfare of people in the rest of the world, really everything is lost.
Because without maintaining our own very existence and identity, we're not able really to be of any good to the world or to ourselves.
I don't think it's just altruism, a kind of dangerous altruism applied universally.
It's a lack of the will to live.
And this is absolutely crucial.
It's reflected not only as a culture, but in the lives of many individuals as well, who put a huge emphasis on immediate gratification and short-term sort of pleasure and happiness.
Any people and any society and any individual that does that is really doomed in the long run.
I was listening to you there, and I'm assuming that this was part of the subject of your presentation in London.
Am I correct in that assumption?
Well, yes, I was stressing more that we face this threat across the Western world.
People of European heritage and background, not only in the United States, but in Europe, and that it's important for all of us to have this awareness on both sides of the Atlantic.
This is a big point.
And that this awareness is growing.
It's growing.
I mean, in May, there was a startling increase in votes in the European parliamentary election for non-anti-establishment parties, this UKIP party in England, the National Front in France, Jobik in Hungary, and so forth.
These are startling developments.
They really represent, and I tried to stress this, the end of, you might say, the post-war era, the American-dominated Europe era that was dominated by the United States in the West, and, of course, the Soviet Union in the East.
Mark, I'm glad you mentioned that because that was actually the next thing I wanted to get into.
And I also wanted just to add a follow-up to what we were talking about a moment ago, this pathological altruism, or as you put it, quite rightly, this resistance to life that we have as a people.
Really, it's something that has only manifested itself in the last 50 to 100 years.
I mean, you look at the white world in 1900 and compare it to today or even 1914.
Totally different.
And so it is a radical decline that's happened in short order.
We can only hope that what we are seeing here in Europe is the beginning of some sort of a late-stage resuscitation.
And I think when you were last on the program, we may have talked about some of the encouraging trends that obviously manifested themselves in the EU elections.
And I'm going to provide you with some statistics that Kevin McDonald, our mutual friend, has compiled stemming from last week's American elections.
But it does look, though, and he wraps up his most recent column at his website with that the polls in Europe are continuing to trend in terms of, you know, the EU elections, as we've mentioned, are somewhat fearic.
The real power in Europe are in the national elections.
And Kevin writes that Marine Le Pen would win, would win the second round of the elections in France.
So do you think that Europe can lead the way?
And do you think that these things, these positive trends we may be witnessing, will continue on to where there will be a real turn of power for our people in Europe?
Well, yes, I think Europe can, and I think must lead the way because Europeans have a far stronger sense of identity rooted in history and rooted in heritage than we do here in America.
America is a much younger country and from the very beginning was a country that put a huge stress on the individual and not in our common and collective interests and our common heritage.
And that's why the feeling of the importance of heritage and both the past and the future is much more strongly rooted and anchored in Europe, and in fact around the world than it is here in this country.
America has always had from the very beginning a much greater emphasis on the individual than other societies.
That's been a strength, but it's also been, I think, a weakness.
Well, you know, and it certainly has played out and become a weakness.
I think, in defense of those who crafted our declaration of independence and the bill of rights and the constitution.
I mean surely, even though they were placing an emphasis on the individual, surely they could have never foreseen that in uh what?
200 years and change later uh, that we would have given away our birthright and that we would have become dominated without a shot being fired on this soil and that we'd have become so impotent to assert our, our own uh, banner and to to defend that which they have.
You know, I just don't think they would have foreseen their posterity rolling over, playing dead.
That's right, James.
I mean you're, you're making a very good point they, but that's part of the problem.
They took for granted very important things.
They took for granted uh, our heritage, our identity, I mean, because they thought only a madman would ever uh uh contest it in the way that now it's uh routinely, of course, uh threatened uh throughout our society culturally, in our schools and so forth.
But uh, that's part of the problem.
That uh, the most important fact of our history of the United States Of America is that it was founded and developed by people from Europe.
That's, that's the central thing of our history, not our constitution or declaration of independence, but but that heritage.
I can't agree with you more, Mark.
But we will take a break and then we come back.
We're going to continue this discussion with Mark Weber.
We're going to get his take on the recent American elections and more.
Stay tuned.
Let's hang on and come back to the political sesh pool right after these messages here on the Liberty News Radio Network.

Are you familiar with the term vigor, strength in body and mind?
He pursued his tennis game with vigor, for example.
Well, I hadn't, but I learned about it from Kurt Crosby.
All right, and he actually let me take a scientifically proven free vigor test and I got 13 out of 32.
Not very good, but I worked on it with him and, believe it or not, now I have a 29 out of 32 and improving vigor score.
You say sam, what on earth is this scientific vigor score?
Huh, my response is, you got to take the free test available.
Now get a hold of Kurt Crosby to learn about it.

When you got guests like this on, it's not hard to have an incredible show, and I am enjoying tonight as much as I've enjoyed any show this year.
When you have Joe McCutcheon and Mark Weber on, it makes for Can't Miss Radio.
Mark, we were talking to you, of course, in the last segment about trends in Europe that we can draw some hope and encouragement from.
I want to ask you a little bit about the elections here in this country.
Obviously, we have no alternative parties here.
We have a duopoly.
But, and Joe McCutcheon, you know, very probably correctly mentioned in the first hour that we didn't save ourselves anything by electing Republicans.
I mean, there's going to be no substantial turn, perhaps no turn at all back towards the way we want them to go.
But the thing that I do invest a little bit of faith in, Mark, is that, and I was talking with Jared Taylor about this last week, you know, just drawing inspiration from the simplest of things, these comment sections to any given article that contains a racial animus.
People are with us.
I have always maintained that fundamentally working class, middle-class white Americans are with us on some of these signature issues.
And Kevin McDonald writes that race loomed large in the 2014 elections.
The CNN exit polls showed that whites of all age groups, both sexes and all social classes, voted Republican earlier this month, Mark.
White males, 64% to 33%.
White women, 56% to 42%, though likely much higher for married white women.
Whites in the demographic category, 18 to 29 years of age, 54% to 43%.
Whites without a college education voted 61% to 31% for the Republican House candidates.
And these are underestimates in each category because voters counted as white include groups such as Jews and Middle Easterners who neither identify or vote like whites.
So they're voting for the Republicans because they feel as though they have no other choice or they're just doing it ignorantly or whatever.
I mean, what's the alternative, vote for the Democrats or don't vote at all, which may be the correct alternative.
Either way, Mark, is there some sort of a resistance simmering beneath the surface that we haven't quite tapped into yet?
Do we see any vote of resentment?
I think you're putting your finger on a very good point that it does exist.
I think what's missing, though, is not this sentiment across the country, which, of course, right now is largely unhappiness with the existing order.
The real problem, I think, is a lack of leadership to articulate and mobilize this feeling and this sentiment.
One of the biggest problems we have is that the people who should be our leaders, leaders of our people, are not doing that.
Many of those who have positions in the media and so forth, they know better, but they don't really say the truth, or certainly not the whole truth.
They're very good at criticizing the existing system, which everybody understands, but they're not able to identify the root of the problem and to really lay out what the future should be.
And over and over I've seen, and you have too, James, just how many people there are who know better and just pull their punches.
They don't really speak forth rightly.
And that's why, all the more, I applaud and I'm very happy about what you're doing, what Kevin McDonald does, and so forth.
One of the things that impressed me very much, though, in Europe and around the country, is many, that there's coming up now a group of younger men who understand all of this completely in a really broad way that is very gratifying.
Intellectually, we have some really impressive people, I think, coming up, and that's going to be more and more true in the years ahead.
But right now, the system is able to co-opt many people by, in effect, saying, well, if you keep your mouth shut, we'll give you a good job.
And if you speak out and say the truth about these things, you're going to get punished.
You won't do very well financially, and your life is going to be difficult.
And that's a big problem.
Well, absolutely.
There's, as our owner of this network has mentioned, a velvet hammer that's in play when it comes to people's potential for success financially.
And you know what is socially permissible and what is not.
And of course, if you get too hot on the topic, then there is certainly a fear of retribution or a loss of social or financial standing that keeps people from putting forth a full measure of resistance to some of these things.
And while you were speaking, Mark, it just occurred to me out of the blue.
This really has nothing to do with the interview, I guess, but we were talking before about the founders, those who fought in the Revolutionary War, and how they couldn't have foreseen the things that would have come with regard to their insistence on the presence and rights of the individual.
But could you imagine, though, fantasize with me, going back in a time machine and trying to explain to George Washington Ferguson, Missouri, and how the media and how the people and law enforcement would react and what would be permissible and what side would be favored?
Could you imagine trying to have that conversation with a guy like that?
And if you did, do you think he would even draw his sword?
And continue on with his efforts.
Right.
Right.
Very true.
Well, they were unable to foresee the modern media and how a small group of people whose outlook and agenda is so radically different and interests are so radically different than the majority of our people could grab control of our media and our educational system.
That was unthinkable in the 1800s or even for most of the 1900s.
There's many things they couldn't have foreseen.
And yeah, that's right.
The point's been made by a number of people.
If even British soldiers who were storming the beaches at Normandy in June 1944 could have foreseen what Britain would be like at the end of the century, they might have thrown down their weapons and said, what are we doing this for?
What's the point?
Losing World War II to Germany in many ways could hardly be worse than the third worldization of Europe and of England that's taking place right now.
London, the great capital of this once great British Empire, is now majority non-British.
It's astonishing.
And you were making the point comparing in history.
A hundred years ago, at the beginning of the First World War, Europeans or people of European heritage controlled virtually the entire planet.
With the exception of Japan and Ethiopia, the entire world was basically run by Europeans or European origin men.
And 100 years later, we aren't even able to defend the citadels of our people, of our culture, London and Paris and so forth.
How things have crashed in just one century.
You bring up such an excellent observation, and I might add that during the supposedly evil days of colonization, everybody benefited.
I mean, Africa was so much better off under French and British and Spanish rule than they are now.
It's just laughable.
And now, though, we're not even in control of our own countries.
I mean, you know, certainly there's white figureheads in the leadership positions of the West.
But, you know, certainly you can't assert the right of self-determination as a European American and be met with anything but scorn and ridicule.
I want to make another comparison, if I might, between a century ago.
I mean, sure, the British Empire could be oppressive and so forth, but around the world, it was respected.
Young men, people visiting London from India or from the outer reaches of the British Empire, when they came to London, they were impressed and in awe with what they saw in London, and the same thing in Paris and so forth.
Or even if people came from third world countries, of course, to the United States, they were impressed.
That's a huge difference because today, even though the United States claims to be the big leader of the so-called free world, nobody around the world wants to have their cities or their society to be like the United States.
That's a big change that's taken place just in the last 40, 50 years.
America is no longer a model society, even for our own people, but much more for the rest of the world.
That's a tremendous change that's taken place.
And you gasp to imagine what the world would look like 100 years from now unless there is some sort of a great renaissance and revival in the hearts and minds of our people.
Folks, we don't exist 100 years from now if current trends persist.
And that is why people like Mark Weber, a true hero of our people, and yours truly, to the best of my ability, and so many others that we feature on this broadcast, are doing the work at great personal risk and peril to try to serve as modern-day Paul Revere's.
And if you've enjoyed Mark Weber's discussion tonight with me on the radio, you're going to love watching his speech, the speech that we mentioned that he gave in London on September the 27th, titled The Accelerating Crisis of the West and Prospects for the Future.
We have a video of that that we're going to post to our website this week.
And of course, as we mentioned, Mark has been traversing the globe from Southern California to London and Budapest, Northern Virginia.
He is out there taking the message, a righteous message, to a righteous people wherever they will have him.
And we're all better off for it.
Mark, I want you to be sure to give out your website before we run out of time and we're just about there.
Well, thank you.
I'm humbled by your kind words.
But James, yeah, I urge people to check out our website, iHR.org, Institute for Historical Review.
There's a tremendous amount of material, both current affairs and, of course, historically on our website.
I'm very pleased and gratified by just how the impact of it has been growing over the last several years, including there's a link to the talk that you mentioned earlier.
Folks, make it one of your daily reads.
You won't regret it.
Institute for Historical Review, IHR.org.
Thank you, Mark Weber.
God bless you.
Thank you, James.
And we'll be back with the third and final hour right after this, everybody.
