You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
To the third final hour of tonight's live broadcast of the Political Cesspool Radio Program, I'm your host, James Edwards.
Live broadcast for Saturday evening, May 31st.
Thank you, fans across the country and around the world for once again putting us in the top 10.
It's a weekly occurrence now.
Top 10 rated show based upon our internet listenership.
And of course, that doesn't factor in.
Those listening to us on the terrestrial AM FM stations across the country and select markets that carry the wonderful programming of the Liberty News Radio Network, the Political Cesspool included among those shows.
Eddie the Bombardier Miller is here closing the program out with me tonight.
And I was sharing with Eddie during the commercial break that I wanted to start this hour off talking about Memorial Day.
Because as you know, Eddie served not one, but two tours in Vietnam, two honorable discharges.
He was a combat medic in Vietnam.
Eddie is not alone in the Political Cesspool staff for having served.
Winston Smith served in the Navy.
Peter Scoop Stanton served in the Navy.
And Art Frith served in the Navy.
Art is our producer slash announcer.
Scoop, our correspondent, Winston Smith, a co-host, although he can't come on as much as he once did because his service rendered him deaf.
Eventually, it deafened him.
But nevertheless, so I think our motto is one if by land, three if by sea.
Eddie's the land one.
But no, seriously.
So, you know, we've had people that served and served honorably in America's armed forces.
But I was watching all this stuff on Memorial Day, and I was watching all these tributes that were on television on Memorial Day, thanking the people in the military for protecting our freedoms.
They're over there in Iraq and Afghanistan and all these wars, protecting our freedoms.
Now, let me be clear, and I prefaced it by saying the number of people on our staff that have served, proud of them.
They're proud of themselves and should be.
But here's the thing.
Those folks, and it's noble and it's gallant to serve in the armed forces, but it's a misplaced sense of loyalty, I think, that they're investing in this country.
There has not been a war that America should have been involved in, as far as I'm concerned, since the War of 1812.
I think that was the last time America had a vested interest in going to war.
There has not been a constitutionally declared war since World War II.
I want you to think about that, folks.
There's not been a legally declared war since World War II.
And even then, we only declared war against Japan.
Ever since then, we just go to war.
We don't declare war.
We go to war.
And you look at all of these so-called adversaries, the Viet Cong, the Koreans, Afghanistan, Iraq, and everyone in between.
Not one of them have ever imperiled our freedoms.
Not one of them has ever done anything that put our vital interests at stake.
Not one.
Not even Germany.
Germany.
Germany wasn't going to attack America.
I don't even think Germany you could include in that.
There shouldn't have been a war since the War of 1812, as far as I'm concerned.
Now, here, I say all that to say this.
If the men of our armed forces were really sincere about protecting our interests, they would turn their focus to the American government.
Now, listen to what I'm saying.
I'm not saying they should declare war against the government or that they should do anything violent or illegal.
What I'm saying is the American government has done much more, far much more, to take away the freedoms of Americans than any adversary ever has.
It wasn't the Koreans that legalized abortion and Holocausted 100 million American babies.
It was the American government.
It wasn't the Germans that opened up our borders and invaded the South.
It was the American government.
It wasn't the people in Afghanistan that legalized gay marriage here illegally.
It was the American government.
Eddie, as a serviceman, let me toss it over to you.
You have the authority to speak on this.
Well, son, I'm ready to rock and roll.
I hope you folks out there have your asbestos suits on the night because we're going to light you up, folks.
We certainly are.
Everything James says is true.
Some things he didn't cover.
I would like to say, I, too, I went to a Memorial Day run because, folks, I dearly love to run.
I'm training for my fifth marathon.
I'll be running the New York Marathon November the 2nd, God willing, 34 days after that be run the St. Jude Marathon here in Memphis.
So I went there to run.
And some people I know, I won't name the organization, honored me as a veteran, and I don't want to disrespect them because blessed their hearts.
They're naive and they still believe in mom and apple pie and the flag and all that.
Here's the thing.
These airhead, little empty brains of mush young guys, God bless them.
I love them to death.
I hate to see what they're going into.
But you know what?
We have our one day a year Memorial Day.
You know, the country and especially the government, our government loves the veterans so much that when they go into, when they join the Army, the Marines especially, and they send them, they get sent all over to God only knows where.
Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan.
You know, we don't even have parts.
They're in Africa now.
They're everywhere.
Guess what they get when they come back?
After they got through getting exposed to all this deactivated uranium and they're crippled and they're having organ failure and they can't figure out what's wrong with them because the VA says that they're suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome.
Well, that's not it.
I mean, that's not the sum of it.
Guess what?
Then when you're a veteran, you come back and your wonderful blessing government that loves you so much.
Guess what they do, folks?
They put you on a terrorist watch list if you're a veteran.
And what they do, they take your guns away.
They put you on all kinds of coop medicine.
You know, when these guys come back, and like I said, they're suffering from all these countless ailments from just mental combat fatigue with two and three and four and five and six and seven tours, God only knows where.
And that's never happened.
That's never happened in the history of the world.
No combat soldier has ever had to do that many tours in any live battlefield since this country began.
I don't even know if they did that in Lincoln's War against the South.
They fought until it was over, but that was it.
But yeah, you know, meanwhile, we got veterans under the bridge.
You can't go anywhere without seeing these poor veterans, half of them mentally ill because their brains have been destroyed.
Their minds have been destroyed from being in these countless wars and all these god-awful vaccinations.
Listen, as James mentioned, I was a medic.
When I came back home, I was at Fort Leonard, Missouri, and I was on the shot team.
And, you know, I didn't know then.
I was dumb, but I thought, you know, there seems something wrong.
We're giving these, we've given these guys six, seven, eight, nine, 10 vaccinations with different types of, you know, for different types of diseases, you know, typhoid, technus, beriberi, yellow fever, you know, you name it.
You know, they didn't have legionary disease then.
But, I mean, every kind of malaria, every kind of disease imaginable, you give them so many vaccines.
I've had it myself.
I've seen guys pass out from shock, you know, from going into seizures, from having so many vaccinations, and it damages their brains.
I could go on and on and on.
You can go into the VA right now, and thank God the VA I go to right now, they take really good care of me.
Once you get past the red tape and get into the clinics, I think there's none better there.
I've had great care.
But, you know, when I'm here nationwide, it makes me want to cry.
These guys come in, and one of the beanies they're supposed to get when they go into the military, they're supposed to at least get medical care.
I mean, folks, that should be bare minimum.
But they don't.
They have to get on these waiting lists and wait for months and months and months, and they're not getting proper medical care at all.
But I'll tell you what.
And all this ties in right now, because you know why?
There's no budget.
There's no money.
The VA is going broke.
In fact, our commander-in-chief right now, Obama, aka Barry Satoru, he's wanting to get rid of the VA people.
He wants to merge that in with the Obamacare, which is no care at all.
That means if you have a heart attack, and listen, you know what, people, we're going to continue this when we come back.
We're going to drop some more NAPOP, but we got to go to a break right now.
We've got to pay some bills, folks.
Excuse us for this brief interruption.
be right back.
We fought.
We learned.
We struggled.
We won.

And now, back to tonight's show.
All right, folks, this third hour, I'm talking with Eddie DeBombardier Miller, our co-host here and a veteran of the Army, about Memorial Day.
And I was seeing all these commercials where they thanked all the veterans for protecting our freedoms.
But it hasn't been any enemy that America has gone to war with that have taken away any of our freedoms.
It's been the federal government every single time, or the judiciary, every single time.
You know, anything that has gone wrong, it hasn't been from an outside influence.
I mean, do you really think that the people in Afghanistan could take away a freedom even if they wanted to?
It's impossible.
But so it's the federal government that's taking away the freedoms.
And if you really want to safeguard the freedoms in America, you need to take issue with the federal government and shed light on what's going on.
And let's find a way to reverse that legally, of course.
Law and order every time.
But now, this is what the American military especially should be focusing on.
And to go and serve the entity that has taken away our freedoms.
Well, therein lies the irony, I guess you could say.
We got a quick call and we're going to toss it back to Eddie.
Matt the Copperhead is on the line from New York.
Matt.
Good evening, gentlemen.
How y'all doing?
We're hanging in there.
I hear you.
Hey, Mr. Miller, I just wanted to thank you for your service.
But I think it's very important that we start educating, especially southern white males, to go in another direction than to raise their hand and swear an oath to fight for this nation.
Amen to that, Mr. Copperhead.
Listen, I appreciate that y'all you threw in there.
I don't know if you even if you're even conscious that you did it, but you said that y'all.
Hey, you're an honorary southerner, Copperhead.
Copperhead, you hit on something.
You hit on something big time, fella.
You know, General Smedley Butler, most of the audience is probably aware of it.
Most of my friends in the church probably never even heard of General Smedley Butler.
He was a two-star general in the United States Marine Corps.
He was the recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor.
Some people say it's not congressional, but who cares?
He was a twice recipient of the Medal of Honor.
And he wrote a little book.
You can probably read it in an hour.
It's called War is a Racket.
This guy now, I'm going to say it again, Major General Smedley Butler, slated to be the Commandant of the Marine Corps, wrote the book, War is a Racket.
And I'll just paraphrase the whole book.
Here's what he said.
When he first got in as a skull full of mush, easily molded, you know, grunt, he thought he was serving his country.
But it didn't take him long to start suspecting that he was serving the international banking military industrial establishment.
By the time he got out, before that, before he got out, it's the reason he got out.
He realized all he was, he said he was a high-priced thug, a high-priced capo for the mafia.
As a matter of fact, General Smedley Butler, Major General, two-time Congressional Medal of Honor winner, said that he could have given Al Capone lessons on how to extort and how to kill people for their money.
He said Al Capone controlled three districts in Chicago.
He said he was operated on three continents.
He said, if the cotton growers down here at Columbia, cotton bean growers didn't want to cooperate, guess what would happen?
If they wanted to go up on their coffee prices and Folgers and the American Coffee Company didn't want to go up, guess what?
The Marines show up and change their frigging minds for them.
That's what happened.
He said the same thing.
People were growing bananas, don't want us to cooperate with selling their bananas at the right price.
The Marines show up.
The same thing in China.
I see where we just got to talking about the war on drugs today.
I saw that on the internet.
Same thing in China with our wonderful, our Limey friends in Britain.
When they went into China, forcing the dope on all those Chinese over there, they forced the dope down their throat at the point of the gunboats that they sent in.
And guess what?
The United States of America Marines.
They were there shoving it down their throat.
You may have heard of this little fracus over there called the Boxer Rebellion.
Well, you know, all that stuff went on over there.
Well, that's what he did.
And he said, you know, and he said, like we know now, all wars, every war we've ever had has been caused from money.
It's been a banker's war.
It's been an international Zionist war.
And, you know, it's their fighting spirit in the soldiers, the Marines, and the Army.
It grunts blood.
And that's the only reason these wars are going on.
You take this crap going on over here.
Always the same people that fund both sides.
Yeah, always, that's right.
Always, always, always, always the same people fund both sides.
Even in the American Civil War, the Bilderberger group funded primarily the North, financed the South too, a much lesser amount, but still financed them.
They don't care who wins because whoever wins owes them.
That's what they do.
You know, there's money.
There's more money in financing war than there is in drugs and prostitution combined, probably.
Courtney Smedley Butler, and I believe the guy.
But you know, that's what's going on in Ukraine right now.
What's going on in Ukraine right now?
You got all this massive oil reserves over there in that part of the world.
I just studied off by my geography, but I was noticing the other day where they're trying to get this new proposed pipeline coming across.
I think Iran, Iraq, probably Syria, over close, I think slightly north to the Israeli border.
Well, you see, the Americans, the Anglo-American establishment, they've had their eye on that oil over there.
It's got since the 60s and the early 70s.
We mentioned the big new Brzezinski here many times in the book he wrote called The Grand Chessboard, when he talked about that.
They've been setting this Ukrainian fracas up with the Russians for decades.
These people playing it decades.
But that's what it's all about.
And we talk about all these problems.
We could go on for problems forever and ever and ever.
Let's get to some solutions right now.
What we can do is, I'm going to tell you why.
First of all, let me say this.
All these problems we talk about, you know what they amount to?
Nothing.
They don't mount to a hill of friggin' beans.
You know why?
Because we're not going to do anything about it.
You know why?
Because the fourth branch of government has failed miserably.
And that includes myself.
The fourth branch of government, you say you never heard of that?
That's we, the people of the United States of America.
That's the fourth branch of government.
And all the other branches, of course, are the judiciary, the executive, and the legislative.
Those are the other branches.
But we, the people, that the buck stops with us, at least it was supposed to stop with us.
And James mentioned law and order.
Yeah, you do it by law and order.
But you know what?
You've got to enforce the law.
And with the fourth branch of people government, we have to light the fire under our representatives, starting at the county and starting at the villages and starting in every little hamlet, beginning primarily with the county sheriff.
And we can't just put the county sheriff out there hanging out to dry.
We have to be ready as a posse.
We have to organize as posse members to back that sheriff up when the crap hits the fan, like they did out here in Arizona with Sheriff Joe.
They have like a 3,000-member posse up there or more ready to back that guy up in a drop of a hat.
At least they did at one time.
And the federal government's been fighting him for, you know, tooth and nail for years.
They've been trying to frame him.
But that's where it starts.
You start with the sheriff.
You start with your county representatives.
Then you start with your state reps.
And I'll tell you something else that's very, very important.
I know Sam will agree with me.
There's nothing more important than jury nullification.
Chief Justice John Jay talked about jury nullification.
Chief Justice John Jay was the first Supreme Court justice, the very first Supreme Court in the United States, 1789.
He said that each and every time, every single time that a man goes into a courtroom on trial for any law, he said the very law itself was on trial more than the man who's on trial.
I don't remember if it's the defendant or the will be hanged, whatever they call him.
You know, I'm not the legalese expert, but he said the law, the very law itself is going on trial.
If that law is a stupid law, an unfair law, a corrupt law, and what I mean by that, if that law doesn't jive with the Constitution of the United States and that law doesn't jive with the Holy Bible, as Barrister Black in England talked about when he wrote Black's Commentaries on the Law of England, he's the guy that all of our founders studied when they came over here, along with their Geneva Bible.
If a law comes down, if it's repugnant to the Holy Bible, then that law is dead.
It doesn't exist.
It's to be treated as it never existed and to be treated like it just to be a, you know, it's an apparition.
It's an abomination.
You don't obey it.
And we, the people, have to enforce that.
And the law is there, people.
We have a Constitution.
We have our state constitutions.
It started with the pilgrims when they first came over here.
We had, before we even got off the boat, we had the Mayflower Complex that talked about this country was started by Christians for Christians for the greater glory of God.
And people, we got to go to a break, another, we got to go to another little, we got to make a little bit of money right here because the lights are getting ready to go out.
And Sam, we're running low on Lapalm, so I'm going to have to write a check for you, son.
Eddie Miller, my God, we'll be back.

The Occidental Quarterly fills a unique niche in bringing together scholarly articles on a wide range of topics that are mired in political correctness elsewhere.
It is edited by Professor Kevin McDonald, who's no stranger to listeners of the political cesspool.
There are quite a few reasons for the precarious state of our civilization and our people, but one of the main ones is that we have lost the intellectual and moral high ground to a cultural elite that is hostile to our people and our culture.
Those of us who are politically aware must understand that the elites dominating culture and the political process in the West are intellectually and morally bankrupt.

We want to see you in Memphis.
You've got the invitation.
You know the details.
Email me, james at thepoliticalcesspool.org, and I'll help you get you signed up tonight.
I know Matt the Copperhead's coming to it.
He's already paid.
Absolutely.
Wouldn't miss it for the world.
Well, and Copperhead, that being said, and I appreciate it, my brother, Eddie, you know, he was in his element, and he perhaps forgot to note that you might want to have said something for having called in.
So take it away, Matt.
I concur 100%.
You know, I'm just making a point of, you know, talking to young people that, you know, especially young males, young white males, especially in the South, if they ever show an interest in maybe pursuing a military career as an enlistee or, you know, going on to higher learning to become an officer, it's like, think about who you'll be serving.
And I'd much prefer that individual to learn a trade, to get educated, be self-sufficient, and fight for his own country here in America.
And I think it's very telling that only until very recently, in the last 15 years or so, we finally have foreign investment in the South of manufacturing jobs, especially in the auto industry.
It took foreign companies to come in and give Southerners the non-a-shake they should have always had.
Take it back.
Hey, fellow Copperhead, the Bombardier back here.
You're so right, Copperhead.
And you know what?
Also, you mentioned the veterans and the people who go in the military.
They need education.
I don't know how we can.
Our little radio show here, we only announced get out to so many people.
It's just too bad we're not bigger.
We need to get in the school systems.
The school system has been totally taken over.
Well, what they need to do, Copperhead, is they need to be taught that the United States Army was never, ever intended to go abroad.
What little bit of business we have abroad, which was supposed to be very little, primarily guarding, safeguarding the shipping lanes on the seas.
You know, I think under Jefferson, when he reduced the Army down to a skeleton crew because, you know, it's a lot faster to build up the Army than it is the Navy.
But primarily, that was the job of the Marines.
You know, the Army's never tended to do that.
The Army's primary mission, Copperhead, I'm sure you know, was to guard the borders of the United States, the Lord 48.
Well, we didn't even have a 48 then, but the primary purpose of the United States Army is to is to, well, really, the primary purpose is to protect the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Everybody's ever gone in the military, at least when I went in, you had to swear that oath.
I took my oath expires at the graveyard.
But they need to know that, and they need to, and if they go in, see, they're breaking, really, they're breaking the spirit of law, the Constitution, when they do go overseas, fighting all these bankers' wars.
Copperhead, I'm going to give you the last word.
I'm going to shut up here for a minute.
Thanks.
Yeah, the federal government and also commanders in chief through the Joint Chiefs are woefully derelict in their duty.
And you're absolutely right.
They need to be defending us here and protecting our border and not letting a bunch of third worlders come in here, run roughshod over us and having no recourse.
And people just need to wake up.
I'm sure there's plenty of, you know, people that listen to this show that have served in the military in the last 10, 15 years.
And they have to, you know, I thank them for the service, but they also have to think in the back of their heads, hey, it has to end with me.
And I need to educate the next generation, you know, their prosperity to say, no, I'm not going to send my kid to foreign lands to die and fight banker wars.
Don't break the chain, especially in the South.
Amen.
Copperhead, I love the North.
I've been in North Fact.
I'll be going to New York again in November.
Wonderful people up there in some ways is they're more southern than we are.
We're not as South as we used to be.
But you're right on the money, son.
You know, a lot of the higher-up militaries have tried to toe the mark, but I don't know if you've noticed, you probably have, that the commander-in-chief has cashiered 45 or 50 of their top-ranking admirals and generals.
And the scuttlebutt I've got is because the litmus test to keep them in there is will they follow Obami's policies?
And one of his main policies is the question, they have to answer the question in the affirmative.
When he asked them, will they be willing to turn their guns on the American people?
Will they fire on American citizens if American citizens, for one, refuse to give up their guns?
That's one reason.
And countless other reasons would give the United States military just cause to open fire on American citizens.
Will they put them in concentration camps?
Would they block off American cities and stop food and water and medical supplies and coming in?
Well, see, many, many, many of them have said no, not no, but hell no, we're not going to do that.
So they're cashiered.
Well, I just noticed in Thailand, to write to that on that same note, Lee just had a military coup over there.
You know, if this crown in the White House keeps going on right there in his policies, I've been wondering that I'm wondering if a lot of these high admirals and generals and some of your more loose cannon colonels like the now dearly departed Colonel Hack, Colonel David Hackworth.
Yeah, he talked about that.
He certainly did.
Matter of fact, I'll try to get Colonel Hack on the show.
And I met him in person.
God bless him.
He autographed one of my books called About Fraser.
It's a wonderful book.
But yeah, you know, and people don't think that this country can't be taken over by a military coup.
It can happen.
But we can't allow that to happen, Copperhead.
What we have to do in getting back was something Sam said earlier, and we were going back to what we, the people, the force branch of government, we have to do in holding our people to the fire.
We have this organization called, and something you can do, we can get in the Constitutional Sheriffs and Police Officers Organization.
Because without the sheriffs on board with us, it's going to be a double uphill battle.
Now I'm going to turn this over to James because listen, Sam and me, and well, James, he wants to pass the information on too.
You need to get in the CSPOA.
Now I'm going to James.
He's going to tell you some more information about this same thing.
And Copperhead, God bless you.
Thank you for calling in, son.
God bless you guys.
Thank you, Copperhead.
We look forward to seeing you in October down here at the reunion.
And folks, we want you to see us and the Copperhead by sending me an email or just responding to the instructions sent to you in your invitation.
If you are a donor, you will have received that.
You have to be a donor to come.
You don't get the invite.
It's a party for family only.
Join the family.
Yeah, CSPOA, very big organization.
You know, you can, if you want to safeguard our liberties, you want to protect our freedoms, you need to be back in the county sheriff.
You need to get a county sheriff in there.
First of all, that's a constitutionalist.
That's number one key.
And then you've got to make sure that he is backed and that his word is the final authority in that county because he is the highest elected official in any given county.
The CSPOA is definitely picking up steam.
Two major signatories signed the CSPOA resolution here in just the last few days.
The first Congressman, Steve Stockman, out of Texas, he is the first United States Congressman to come on board.
He's protecting our freedoms.
And also television commentator Ben Swan, a couple of very notable signatories to the, or signers rather, of the CSPOA resolution.
And folks, support the work of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
I believe the website is cspoa.org.
I'm sure I'll be corrected if that's wrong, but cspoa.org.
And there too, you can sign the declaration.
And we want you to sign the declaration, the resolution, backing the CSPOA and backing the county sheriff.
And there's instructions as to how you can do that as well.
And you will safeguard, certainly do more to safeguard our freedoms than sadly those in our armed forces are doing by doing the bidding of the regime.
Eddie, a quick departure here from everything we've been talking about.
You told me a story after the show last week.
We were hanging out in the radio station for a few minutes after the show, as we always do after punching the clock for three hours of work.
And you told me you had a run-in with some people that were vegetarians.
And they didn't, you just overheard them talking about how evil people are that eat meat.
And in true bombardier fashion, you went and talked to them.
Share the story in all its glorious detail, but without the profanity.
God forbid, I wouldn't ever use any profanity now, James.
You're going to show them our spotless reputation, son.
Yes, I was hanging out in this place we call Midtown here in Memphis.
It's kind of like Haight-Ashbury, San Francisco, Schwabbing in downtown Munich, some of the other places in the Far East.
Well, anyway, saw these two light and loafers gentlemen going down the street as I was jogging one day.
Take a break.
Well, we got to take a break, folks.
We've got to pay some more bills.
The lights are starting to go out again, and we are running low on night palm, so we got to go buy some more Mike Pomp on credit if we have to.
See you in just a few minutes, folks.
And he'll finish the story, I promise.

Well, I did, but now that I do, I'm not so sure.
Sir?
Johnson, I got a mission for you that could change your life.
Oh, good, sir.
It involves traveling halfway around the world without so much as half a clue of where you're going or what you're going to do when you get there.
Situation normal, sir?
But I'll be leading this mission, Johnson, so I'll be telling you what to do.
You, sir?
That's right, Johnson.
And I say first things first.
Oh, good plan, sir.

Food is a big deal.
Sir, my brother-in-law can get us a really good deal on some surplus MREs.
Johnson, if you've got half a brain and that empty head of yours, you'll call the freeze-dry guy like I did.
That food is better for you, it rehydrates faster, and it's good, Johnson.
And it keeps for up to 30 years.
Will we be gone that long, sir?
I hope not.
Now get your supplies organized and meet me down to the pier at dawn on Sunday.
We sail at sunrise.
Yes, sir.
This adventure is brought to you by the freeze-dry guy.

All right, folks, another broadcast of the Political Successful is nearly come and gone.
We have Peter Scoop Stanton on the line.
And before we get to Scoop, I want Pappy to quickly tell this story about running into the vegetarians who hated meat eaters.
And I hate vegetables.
So this is an interesting story for me.
Well, you'd have fit right in with them, son, because they hated vegetables, too.
Yeah, listen, I had to have a little fun with these guys.
You got to do that every now and then.
Even as boring as it is to have fun, I'd hate to put my sword down, but I had to.
Anyway, I was going down Midtown on my little run, and I saw these two guys holding hands, et cetera.
And I thought, well, I think there's a couple of vegetarians here.
And I asked him, I said something like, well, meat is murder.
Meat is murder.
I started shouting that out, and they were saying, like, right on, dude.
And I said, well, you know what?
It's really not.
I said, you know what?
Have you ever spoke to a carrot or a cabbage?
How do you know a carrot and a cabbage can't feel anything?
Well, they can't feel anything, they said.
I said, how do you know?
That's talk coming from an arrogant mammal.
Yeah, arrogant animal.
Just because, you know, you rule it.
How do we know vegetables could have accumulated everything as art and science and philosophy that we have, you know, and medicine?
How do you know?
Can you imagine what it feels like to just go and rip a carrot up out of the earth by the roots like that, man?
That's got to hurt.
I tell you what, I will not ever harm a plant as long as I live.
But I will just slaughter from here to doomsday cows, horses, dogs, pigs, monkeys, puppies, kittens.
It doesn't matter to me one iota, you know, but I will never touch a vegetarian at all.
I will never touch a vegetable at all.
And I think you're just a bunch of cruel, heartless, criminal murderers for doing that.
And needless to say, they didn't have a whole lot to say about that, son.
When Eddie told me, he told me about how it hurts a carrot to pull its roots out, just grab it and pull his roots out.
I just cracked up.
He talked about how intricate the veins of a cabbage are and how it has to hurt when he's being cut into.
Anyway, let's go to Peter Scoop Stanton.
And I know Eddie's got something else he wants to work in, too.
We're going to let him recalibrate.
Scoop, what do you got, buddy?
Good evening, Successful Family.
First off, thanks to the Successful family for their thoughts and prayers.
My father-in-law, as you well know, he had some health issues, and we thought we were going to lose him.
But now he's home recovering.
So thanks for everybody who reached out to me.
Secondly, I have a big scoop about a story that made international headlines.
They're on U.S. Airways Flight 598.
Truffle, the service dog, apparently had to attend to his personal needs.
The flight was diverted to Kansas City International Airport because he did it twice and they couldn't get the stench out of the plane.
But I happened to be on that flight and on that fraction, there was a famous media personality on the flight who had too big of an omelette, too much coffee, and too much beer the night before, and too much beer in the airport.
And I would like to say Truffle's a wonder dog for a covering for me.
We need that comedic rim shot right there.
We've got to invest in sound effects for stories like that.
All right.
Right.
And now, on a more even less serious note, as I was coming to work, I had to take the, what they call the Metro or Commuter Railroad here.
And there was a gentleman.
Well, I hate to see gentlemen.
There was an individual trying to pass as a woman, but doing it very, very, very poorly.
And I said, well, another big night in the big city.
So back to you in the studio.
Well, Scoop, I have no idea where we can go from that.
From there, where do we go?
I know, well, Scoop, you know, we could take a southbound train, I was told.
Scoop, I know you served as well in the armed forces in a bygone era.
Eddie's going to wrap up his thoughts.
We were talking, I think, for the majority of the hour, I guess you could say we were talking about Memorial Day and Eddie's thoughts on Memorial Day since he had served and who really imperils our freedoms here as Americans.
And Eddie, if you can put this one in a quick capsule, we'll let Scoop comment on that and perhaps share with us anything else he may have as well.
Well, I was just going, Scoop, before you came on the night, I was talking about how veterans now they're drafted, especially the combat arms in the Army and the Marines, when they go to these foreign wars, they come back and they're immediately put on the terrorist watch list.
And, you know, it's not uncommon to have their firearms confiscated.
Matter of fact, Nancy Pelosi has just said that, made a comment, and I think another one of the congressmen saying that all veterans coming back from Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, et cetera, are mentally ill.
Well, guess who's sending them over there?
You know, we need to get the military needs to stop going in the military.
We need to educate our people, especially the Army.
The Army was never, like I said earlier, was never designed to go overseas.
What little mission we have here and there yonder, which should be far and few between, was designed for the Marines, the Navy, the Marines.
The Army was never supposed to go leave the continental United States.
But, yeah, you know, we can't get proper VA care.
We're on a terrorist watch list.
Our veterans are starving.
They come back destroyed physically, especially mentally.
That's what I was talking about, Veterans Day, Scoop.
We have this big rig-amaro on one day out of the year honoring the veterans, saying how great we are.
Well, the government despises this, the veterans.
We're just a bunch of dead meat, a bunch of loose weight deadwood, and they're wanting to shut the VA down.
And now, with that, Scoop, I'll just turn that back over to you, Felon, see what you have to say about it.
Well, two points real quick.
One, you're absolutely right.
If the illegal aliens came in and went to the public hospital and was treated the same way our veterans trying to get the treatment for the combat injuries, Nancy Pelosi and all them idiots down over at Capitol Hill will be raising holy hell.
Number two, I was at Dallas Airport one time picking somebody up or dropping somebody off, and I see the best and the brightest literally coming off these planes and without arms and legs, and it almost brought me to tears.
Number three, if you remember a couple months back when during the shutdown, the veterans from Vietnam, Gulf War I, Gulf War II, other conflicts and whatnot, broke, went over the barriers to bring World War II veterans to the World War II memorial.
And guess who was there to stop there?
Stop them.
Metropolitan Police Department.
So the government has turned their guns on those who served the government.
You're right, Scoop.
There was a Navy SEAL, I can't remember his name, who got an organization together, and I think he was there to help remove those barriers, preventing the World War II veterans from going to their memorial.
Scoop, I have a solution, too.
I'm always into solutions.
When a congressman, so somebody goes into the government from the lowliest congressman, freshman congressmen, the highest paid, you know, most senior citizen to the president of the United States, when they go in and take office, it needs to be mandatory that they get their medical services from the VA, son.
And they're not allowed to go to a private hospital.
They're not allowed to spend any money at a drugstore for prescriptions, but get a private doctor.
They have to get 100% of their care from the VA.
What do you think about that, Scoop?
That sounds good to me.
Straight in the VA act, what do you think?
Sounds good to me.
Send it to the VA.
Also, if you remember, Obama let these illegal aliens have protest march during the shutdown, too.
So illegal aliens, they get, you know, Cream of the Grave from Brick Harbor Care, and the veterans, they're thrown out of the dumpster.
Scoop, you went right into an article I didn't have time to cover.
I only hit a few points because you went right into it.
As you know, probably know this is coming up on the 50th anniversary of the LBJ's great society.
I was just telling James before we went on the air tonight that our government broke a record for the month of April and it broke it again for the entire seventh month.
They've never corrected the federal government has never collected as much tax money in one month in the history of this country as they did in April.
They've never collected as much money in a seven-month period as they did in the seventh month of the fiscal year, which started in October.
And yet we're running in a deficit.
And yet the vets can't get the proper care.
Thank God I go to a good VA hospital here, but nationwide they're not.
But yet it costs the federal government minimum conservative estimate of $16,600 a year for every Mexican that comes across that southern border.
Guess what?
When they come in, part of Lyndon Bain Johnson's great society was Medicaid, Medicare, bilingual education in the schools, federal takeover of the schools.
And now they're getting the illegals are getting free medical care better than most of the vets.
They don't have to have liability insurance for the drive.
You know why?
Because they don't even have to have automobile driver's license.
That's when, and with all this money coming in and they're still running in a deficit and they can't take care of the veterans, I'll say to hell with them, Scoop.
What do you say about it, fella?
Exactly.
To hell with everybody, because we're collecting all this money.
We're still broke.
We have nothing to show for.
Our roads are crumbling.
We have no space station, our space program, which helped out this country immensely.
Our schools are falling apart.
Our cities are falling apart.
We're not building any highways.
We're not building any super fast rail system like they have over in Europe and Asia.
We have nothing.
Well, I'll tell you what we do have, Scoop.
We have a lot of foreign aid.
We have a lot of taxpayer money going out in the forms of welfare.
And what else was it?
Foreign aid, welfare.
Oh, of course, to Israel.
Israel, but yeah, that's sort of like foreign aid.
There was one other one that we were talking about during the commercial.
Well, whatever.
It's all wasteful.
But you were talking about the receipts that the country took in during IRS Day versus the expenses.
What was it that you were telling with me?
End with that real quick, Pat.
Okay, well, yeah, the government took in more.
Well, like I said, I don't remember the exact point, but the government took in a record-breaking amount of money.
But the United States government is spending more.
And I'd like to end on, we're running out of time, but I'd like to end on a solution.
So the solution, we talked going back earlier, we talked about earlier, Scoop.
Are we out of time?
Oh, doggone.
Well, maybe next week.
Scoop, we'll have to take care of this.
Get back on this next week.
Don't forget about it.
We'll take off before we left off next time, Scoop.
Good night, Scoop, and everybody.
Right after that.
We love you, everybody.
I'm James Edwards.
For behalf of my energetic staff tonight, God bless you.
