I was kind of surprised to see this, this morning when I turned on the news.
I saw Donald Trump at Arlington Cemetery and he was honoring fallen troops.
I was kind of surprised because Donald Trump's not the president, but not too surprised.
Just I was like, shouldn't shouldn't be Joe Biden or Kamala Harris was at Arlington Cemetery laying this wreath honoring fallen troops.
Ah, but they cannot.
They can't do it.
So right now, Donald Trump.
Who is not the president is the one honoring our fallen troops.
And Joe Biden's on vacation, indeed.
Kamala Harris is... We don't know where she is.
She's got nothing on her schedule.
She's just MIA.
Now, it's actually quite simple why they're not there.
One, it's the fault of the Biden-Harris administration, and namely Kamala Harris, who took credit for the Afghanistan withdrawal, saying she was the last one in the room.
So that's being reported.
And if they were to actually campaign, show up, and lay this wreath when it's their fault, it's going to make them look a lot worse.
So they're going to hide from it.
And they're going to hope the media covers this up for them, who's now saying Donald Trump is going to attempt to link Kamala Harris to these fallen troops.
Despite the fact that she was in the room with Joe Biden, it was their plan, and they botched it all.
The Democrats, of course, are tweeting, it was Trump's plan.
Trump wasn't the president, and it wasn't his plan.
Trump wanted to get out by, I think it was May, and Joe Biden delayed it.
That wasn't Trump's plan.
But these people live in fractured chaos reality, where they make things up, and don't worry, I got the receipts.
These people overwhelmingly trust the corporate press, despite the fact the corporate press is always wrong.
Not always wrong.
I use corporate press outlets.
I just have to fact check all of them.
Make sure they're correct, because they're usually wrong.
But, you know, when we pull up the videos, so I got a video of Trump laying the wreath.
You know what's really frustrating for me, especially as I was putting this story together, is that no one's actually reported on this bifurcation, as it were.
The reports are, the best I could find is, the hell, Trump visits Arlington Cemetery.
What more do I have to say?
They're lying to you.
Nobody going to write Trump honors fallen soldiers.
That's what he's doing now, because the corporate media is part of the Democrat media industrial
complex that wants support.
Evil, degenerate.
What more do I have to say?
They're lying to you.
That's it.
So they're not going to actually tell you the the news.
But we'll talk about them.
We got bigger news, too.
Vindman's back.
Both of them, actually.
One's running for office.
The other is issuing this veiled threat to Elon Musk.
You see, Pavel Durov, CEO of Telegram, was arrested over the weekend.
He's a billionaire.
He was flying into Paris on a private jet, and they arrested him.
Why?
Because he won't moderate Telegram.
unidentified
Wow.
tim pool
Vindman says Elon Musk should be nervous.
And you guys know who this Vindman guy is?
Deep State shill who helped launch the fake impeachment against Donald Trump, for which they are the criminals?
Now, I don't know that Vindman himself was criminally involved in the Ukrainegate scandal, but we know for a fact that Hunter Biden was asking the State Department, I was going to say Deep State, for assistance in the Burisma scandal.
Yeah.
See, a prosecutor was going after Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder and CEO of Burisma, where Hunter Biden was a board member.
Why was Hunter Biden a board member?
U.S.
political leverage.
There are a few other people tied to the CIA who were working there, too.
Joe Biden went to that president, I believe it was Poroshenko at the time, I could be wrong, and said, if you don't fire the prosecutor, you're not getting a billion dollars.
And this is apparently, it's been a while since we covered this, but I think it was only a few days after Hunter Biden asked for help.
It's funny how that works out.
They impeached Donald Trump over that.
These people are abject evil.
They believe that you are stupid.
They should be in control of your lives.
So we'll talk about that.
Then we got the Foo Fighters.
This story is pretty funny.
Foo Fighters, of course, claiming that Trump had no right to use my hero when RFK Jr.
came on the stage.
But now we have reporting.
The Trump campaign showed they have the license for the song.
The Foo Fighters is lying.
They're doing what Tim Walz does.
Assumptive manipulation.
We never gave them permission, despite the fact the Foo Fighters literally gives permission to a third party to license out their music to anyone who may want it, so long as it's within certain guidelines, and Trump fit those guidelines.
And now Foo Fighters is like, yes, but we did not approve.
And now they're claiming they're going to donate royalties to Harris Walz.
Fighters, you guys are spineless and weak-willed.
So we'll talk about that.
We do have some more stories.
Jon Stewart, of all people, absolutely slams, demolishes the DNC hypocrisy.
It's great.
He's like, you got one guy coming out ragging on billionaires, and then literally right afterward, a billionaire comes out bragging about being a billionaire.
Yeah, Pritzker apparently said something like, I got more money than Donald Trump, so I'm better than him.
Oh, these people are incorrigible, are they not?
So we're going to talk about this.
We'll get started with the Arlington Cemetery story.
This is big.
And I was originally going to start with the Telegram CEO story because of how serious this is.
However, you know, seeing Donald Trump honor fallen troops, I thought was much, much bigger and much more important.
And considering it is the third anniversary of Joe Biden's surrender to the Taliban and the devastation that has followed, I think this is the much more important story.
Before we get started, my friends, head over to casprew.com and buy Casprew Coffee.
unidentified
Why?
tim pool
Because it's delicious.
This morning, I myself had some Appalachian Nights.
Oh, man, we're sold out.
Well, you know it's good, because we're sold out.
We sell out of Appalachian Nights like crazy.
Seriously, we're sold out.
Okay, well, that kind of sucks, but you can still pick up Rise with Roberto Jr., our light roast, Stand Your Grounds.
We got Mr. Boca's Pumpkin Spice Experience, only 260 bags of whole bean, and we got 217.
This is it.
When those bags are gone, they're gone forever.
Rest in peace, Mr. Bocas.
He has a little grave here at Freedomistan.
He was a sick little cat, but he was a good cat.
We're going to make a new Focus with Mr. Bocas in-memoriam blend, but this will be the end of Mr. Bocas' Pumpkin Spice experience.

And this is just the beginning.
Hopefully, with Casper, we have a thousand locations in a few years.
Maybe it's a pipe dream, but we do have one that's getting there.
It's a historic building, which has really slowed us up, but we're hoping to have this physical location where people can hang out, share stories, and organize.
And we can build community.
Hopefully we get stores like this all over the country.
But right now, joining that Discord server allows you to call in to our members-only call-in show, you can see right on the right, Monday through Thursday at 10 p.m., and actually join the show and ask us the questions yourself and talk to our guest.
I think it's tremendously important.
It's a good show and I recommend it, but we also just need your support to keep going.
Let's jump into the first store.
We have this from The Hill.
Trump visits Arlington Cemetery to mark Afghanistan withdrawal anniversary.
Former President Trump on Monday visited Arlington National Cemetery to mark the three-year anniversary of the U.S.
withdrawal from Afghanistan as he sought to turn the chaotic pullout into a resonant line of attack against Vice President Harris.
For shame, corporate press.
You see, I'd like you all to understand something.
I am not someone who believes that Donald Trump is this altruistic saint Who has descended upon this earth as a demigod-like figure to help all of mankind.
Look, I think Trump is a guy.
I think he's a good dude.
I think he's a pretty good dude.
I think he has his character flaws.
Who doesn't?
But I think he's a good guy.
I think he's got motivations that are... Excuse me.
Uh, numerous.
One of which is I do think Trump wants to do good, right?
I think he wants to help people.
I think he wants the world to be better.
I think a lot of people do.
I think there are a lot of misguided Democrats and there are a lot of evil Democrats.
There are a lot of evil Republicans and there are a lot of altruistic Republicans who are genuinely trying to do the right thing and help.
Trump has some of that within him, but I do not see him as this altruistic guy.
I certainly don't see him as someone who goes to honor dead troops just for a political line of attack.
And this I take great offense to.
It's just disgusting, okay?
You don't need to include that line because you don't know what he's thinking.
How about this?
Donald Trump is there honoring our troops who laid down their lives believing in this country.
And it's sad, too, what the Biden administration and Harris did to these young men and women, these brave men and women.
But how about this?
How about we just say Donald Trump is at Arlington marking the three year anniversary, laying a wreath.
That's it.
You don't got to read his mind.
You don't got to insist.
This is just the most disgusting thing.
They want to make it so that the only reason Trump is there is because he's got a he's got a one up on Kamala Harris.
Kamala Harris could have been there, too.
Joe Biden could have been there, too.
This is why I can't stand the corporate press.
Because this is not relevant to the news.
Let's give you the real headline.
Former President Trump on Monday visited Arlington Cemetery to mark the three-year anniversary of fallen soldiers, of soldiers who died during the Afghanistan withdrawal.
That's the headline.
Now, I can call it botched.
I can call it failure.
I can call it the surrender.
Those are my opinions.
But the news is, Trump is there laying a wreath for fallen soldiers.
Period.
That's the information you need to know.
Whether you want to interpret this as Donald Trump is altruistic and genuinely, in his heart, laments the loss of life, or you want to believe that Trump is just going, nah, now I'll get Kamala Harris.
Believe whatever you want to believe.
I personally think Trump is there.
Because he cares about our troops.
I think the majority... I don't believe there's just these singular absolutist positions that Donald Trump is like, the only reason I'm gonna go... I think he knows exactly what it means that he's there.
But I don't think it's so simple to say he wants to make it... he's trying to make the pull out an attack on Kamala Harris.
I think Donald Trump is thinking, I have a duty to be here.
That's it.
Let me tell you my personal opinion.
Did Donald Trump go to this wreath-laying ceremony simply because he is sad at the loss of life of these troops?
No.
I think that is a large component of what brings Trump to this ceremony.
I think Trump went to the ceremony because he feels a duty and responsibility as someone who was the president and someone who wants to be president to let the people of this country know that we as Americans care for these troops.
I believe that is the first and foremost motivation of Donald Trump.
So how about this?
How about we open the story with former President Trump on Monday visited Arlington National Cemetery to mark the three-year anniversary of the U.S.
withdrawal from Afghanistan and honor the lives that were lost in the failed pullout by the Biden-Harris administration.
Donald Trump seeks to represent a duty to the American people and to those who would sacrifice their lives.
Should I write that?
See, this is opinion- I can't stand this.
It's the corporate press, man.
Well, here's the video for you.
Trump lays wreath at Arlington Cemetery.
It's a clip from Fox News.
unidentified
Let me play it for you.
tim pool
For those that are just listening, this is the laying of the wreath.
Once again, for those that are just listening, we're hearing the... we call it the room tone.
The sound and the silence.
as the wreath for fallen soldiers has been laid.
unidentified
The National Anthem is played.
tim pool
Order!
Donald Trump standing at Arlington National Cemetery honoring those whose lives were lost.
The media won't say it.
Joe Biden is not there.
Kamala Harris is not there.
Joe Biden's on vacation.
I just think Democrats are evil.
You know, politically, I can say it 50 billion times, I'm not a conservative.
I'm just an American.
Probably somewhat liberal.
Fairly libertarian, not anarchist libertarian party libertarian.
I don't understand why we... I shouldn't say that.
I don't like our foreign policy.
I liked our foreign policy under Donald Trump.
Far from perfect.
But a net positive.
And I'm just... I'm in shock right now.
I'm not really in shock.
I'm just pissed off.
I saw this video.
Donald Trump laying there.
I watched it live.
And I was just thinking to myself, Trump's not the president.
Right now, Trump is just some guy.
But he showed up.
He showed up.
Because I think that Trump largely feels that he's got an obligation and a duty.
I'm sure Trump laments the loss of life.
just like everybody else does.
I think Biden and Harris are embarrassed.
I think they do feel somewhat bad about what happened, but I don't think they really care
all that much.
If they did, they'd be there.
And they'd accept responsibility.
Or at least, at the very least, say nothing and just be there to honor fallen soldiers.
They're not even there.
They're not even there.
I just, it's absolutely crazy.
Now Fox News says Trump expected to slam Harris on third anniversary of deadly Afghanistan attack that killed 13 Americans.
Vice President Kamala Harris claims she was the last person in the room with President Biden before deciding to withdraw from Afghanistan.
How about that?
The Democrats are trying to claim that it was Trump's plan.
Trump's plan, he had a deadline.
Trump's plan, I highly doubt, was to abandon Bagram Air Force Base.
Abandon our logistical support for the Afghan security forces.
I think the Biden administration intentionally did this for two reasons.
They wanted to blame Donald Trump and say this was his plan.
We weren't ready and it didn't work.
They wanted to blame him, but they also wanted the Taliban to be heavily armed and for the weapons to spread around the region to create instability that they could use to justify further incursion.
I despise these people.
I think America's foreign policy is not even America's foreign policy.
It is the policy of this amalgam of Western powers, the liberal economic order.
These people are evil.
Why is it that under Donald Trump, we didn't have any war with Russia?
Why is it that ISIS was decimated?
The Abraham Accords were working towards creating economic trade and instability, sorry, stability and trade within the region between Israel and these Arabic Muslim nations.
Trump crossed the DMZ into North Korea, speaking with Kim Jong-un.
They said he was pwning up the dictators!
Because what these people want—Biden, Kamala, etc.—they want war and instability so they can create their liberal economic order that can expand it.
For those that aren't familiar, I suggest you look it up.
The Council on Foreign Relations will break down exactly what the liberal economic order is after World War II.
Powers within European nations and the United States decided we would control—I say we, but Western forces—would control the economic order of the globe.
Well, they did a pretty bad job of it.
China and Russia's, China's expansion, the Cold War, Russia now today, Iran, etc.
They've been unable to break through and take Eastern Hemisphere.
That's what they want.
Instability in the region is good for them.
That's why ISIS flourished under Barack Obama.
That's why the Arab Spring happened to destabilize all these nations.
That's why Libya has become a failed state.
Not that I'm saying those governments were good, but what business is it of ours to be involved in all these conflicts?
So they say Trump expected to slam Harris on third anniversary of deadly Afghanistan attack that killed 13 Americans.
Let me just say what I often say in these circumstances.
There are many brave men and women in uniform.
And they're brave.
And they serve overseas on a mission because they believe in this country.
I believe, for the most part, for the most part, these men and women should be in our country defending our borders and being amongst their neighbors.
Instead, they're in Germany, South Korea, Japan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel, Why?
Got bases all over Europe following World War II.
Bring them home.
Bring our troops home.
These deployments are absurdities.
Some of them make sense.
I got no problem with that.
You know, people have, various countries have militaries, troops for a variety of reasons, but to occupy so much space in so many countries.
I don't like the foreign policy under the establishment Democrat regime, but I will say this.
I never blame the troops.
The individuals who believe in this country and who are manipulated by special interests and corrupt interests into fighting overseas in conflicts we shouldn't be involved in.
I don't blame them.
And I think it's important to understand that we are only in this luxury that we have today in America, and people really don't understand the luxury.
They don't get it.
They do not understand.
Because there are brave men and women willing to do the job that so many don't want to do.
And I'm not so naive, and I won't come here and act like every single person who enlists or receives a commission is some great and noble hero.
For some people it's a job.
I know a bunch of veterans and they just said, I don't know, I needed a job and it signed on bonus and seemed like it was a good way to stay in shape.
I am not exaggerating.
I've certainly not spent, never been in the military, but with the people in my family and living in the periphery of some military bases and briefly on a military base, I met a lot of people.
They were a lot of people who said they signed up after 9-11 because they were worried for this country.
Some of them said they loved and respected the military.
It was their dream to have a career.
Some of them received commission.
Some of them enlisted.
And a handful of the people I met were like, I gotta be honest, you know, it was a good job.
Travel sounded fun.
And I'm like, and I respect all of that.
Even if your enlistment was literally just, I don't know, needed a job and it seemed to make sense.
I'm like, well, you're willing to do a job so many other people would not do and I respect it.
I cannot believe that we're at this point in this country where we're genuinely looking at a lying media, a manipulating media.
We've got Joe Biden MIA completely.
And Kamala Harris.
They just don't care.
They don't care.
I want to stress this again, how much it angers me.
They don't care.
Man.
It's like I never watched a video of like, someone saving another person's life and felt that empathy or anything.
I'm just, you know, I am flabbergasted.
Flabbergasted is the only word that comes to mind.
That we are genuinely in this time, Where the guy who's the president, the Democrat frontrunner, just aren't there.
Just not there.
That's amazing, isn't it?
And there are people who are willing to vote for these Democrats.
Absolutely.
Now the media is trying to frame it like Trump is trying to connect her as if she's not the vice president.
Look at this one.
Raw story.
Gross incompetence.
Trump hurls insults on anniversary of 13 service members deaths.
Yeah!
At the Democrats!
But you know why they did this?
Because they want to lie to you.
I'll tell you that Trump calls fallen troops suckers and losers.
Spare me, dude.
I don't believe it for a second.
That's the most ridiculous clown show thing I've ever heard.
It would be like if I said Joe Biden is like biting children on the neck and drinking their blood.
Like, come on!
unidentified
Okay, we know this video is of him sniffing kids.
tim pool
And we got questions, sure.
But for Donald Trump to call troops suckers and losers is the most cartoonishly stupid thing I've ever heard.
I don't buy it.
Not for a minute.
Now, apparently Trump might skip the ABC debate with Harris.
Because the lineup is, apparently there's going to be like a Biden appointee on the panel, and so Trump is just like, are you nuts?
And I've heard reports Donna Brazile will be there.
Trump says, I watched ABC Fake News this morning, both lightweight reporter Jonathan Karl, ridiculous and biased interview of Tom Cotton, and their so-called panel of Trump haters.
And I ask, why would I do the debate against Kamala Harris on that network?
Trump asked in a social media post Sunday evening.
So this is the only debate they actually agreed to.
Might not happen, we don't know for sure.
We don't.
But I want to show you this.
This is going viral, and I think helps explain exactly where we are.
L. Resnick tweeted, this right here explains it all.
Democrats 73% in 2020 trust the media, 36% of independents, and 10% of republicans.
Will Chamberlain says, imagine thinking the mainstream media has gotten more trustworthy over the last 10 years.
Well, I have the updated numbers as of 2023.
Democrats, 58% trust the media, 29% of independents, and 11% of Republicans.
So Republicans' trust has actually increased just a teeny bit.
That's actually kind of interesting.
But it's gone down across the board for everybody.
The media is garbage.
I don't see why anybody should trust it.
But I gotta tell you, my friends, it's the Democrat industrial complex.
Here's Robert Reich.
This guy is evil.
And I'm sorry, I'm not here to spare anyone's feelings or to play any stupid games.
At a certain point, you recognize evil has no intention of compromise, and you're not going to convince them to stop.
You have to win in the political arena.
And we have to tell them this does not fly in our culture.
We have to hope and build a culture of people who have integrity and believe in honor.
Here's Robert Reich who says Kroger had gross profit margins above 20% over the last five years.
Is using dynamic pricing to gouge us further.
Paid its CEO 15 million.
502 times a typical Kroger employee.
Wants to acquire Albertson so you have nowhere else to shop.
Corporate greed at its absolute worst.
Gross profit.
Meaningless.
Kroger's net profit was 1.43%.
For the quarter ending April 30, 2024.
In line with the industry average of 1.6.
This gross profit doesn't include operating expenses.
Robert knows this.
He's lying to you on purpose because he's evil.
That's the thing about Republicans and Democrats, man.
Democrats hate their voters and want the worst for them.
Republicans also don't like Democrat voters, but are desperately trying to save them from themselves.
Chef Andrew Gruel chimes in.
This is dishonest and deceitful.
He is using the term gross profit because it sounds like a lot to someone who doesn't understand profits and loss.
Gross profit doesn't include rent, utilities, salaries, insurance, marketing, etc.
Kroger's actual net profit was around 2%, 1.6% on average in the industry.
This means they make two cents on every dollar they bring in.
It's just more propaganda to trick people who don't understand business.
As for CEO pay, sure, it's probably excessive, but even if you remove the CEO altogether, the net profit would probably change .0000001%.
$15 million is not excessive.
Nope.
I think a $15 million salary for Kroger is totally fine.
And I think even if they were making a 20% profit margin, I don't care.
Net profit.
I don't care.
Private businesses can sell for whatever they want.
Bye-bye.
Monopolies, they got a problem with.
They want to merge with Albertsons, and they're gouging.
It's effectively price-fixing with extra steps.
Nah.
This is what regulation is for.
Regulation is not to tell a business they have to sell things at a certain price.
That's psychotic.
Regulation is just to be like, it's to referee.
Hey, guys, you're price-fixing, okay?
Now you're defrauding the public.
We want real competition.
I don't believe that in an absolute free market, laissez-faire economy, you get true competition, you get powers coalescing, you get price fixing.
There's got to be a referee.
That I'm fine with.
This guy, however, just a liar.
That being said as well, if you don't pay the CEO what he's worth and could get competitively anywhere else, he leaves and your company suffers for it.
It really is true that these CEOs do a lot to make these companies function. 100%.
Now, $15 million spread out over all of the Kroger stores.
I gotta tell you, man.
Let's say this.
Let's say you have 100 employees.
And each of those employees makes, on average, $68,000, $70,000 a year.
You want to give a bonus.
And you say, what's a good amount to give someone for a bonus?
$1,000 at the end of the year?
That's not bad.
That's $100,000 to come out of the company coffers.
unidentified
Yikes.
That's a lot of money.
tim pool
That's a lot.
You're going to be making a lot of money to cover that.
And it's rough.
Because you're thinking like, well, I'm going to take $100,000 from the company, which can do a lot for the company.
It can cover the cost of insurance for a long time, actually.
It can cover utilities, help this company run.
It can be in our rainy day fund.
Or everybody gets $1,000.
What's $1,000 going to do for the average person?
A lot.
Don't get me wrong.
But $1,000 to the average person ain't nothing compared to $100 for the business.
So the business takes a bigger hit to give everybody a teeny bit.
And that's the challenge.
Think of the inverse.
Would you be willing to give a dollar, just one dollar, if it meant that a million dollars would be spent on, I don't know, Donald Trump running ad campaigns?
Of course you would.
A million dollar ad campaign, a million dollar ad spend for Trump is massive.
But it's just one dollar from you.
The inverse is also true.
Trump losing a million dollars, a lot of money he could buy a lot of ads with to give you a dollar, you'd probably forget you got the dollar.
This is the reality here.
So it's difficult.
My point, ultimately, is this.
Taking the $15 million from the CEO and spreading it out throughout the company, no one's probably going to notice.
But you are getting, for $15 million, a top-tier CEO who can run this company, make sure it operates properly, and their profit margin was 1.43%.
But you know what?
They're not going to tell you that.
Now, Mike Cernovich had an interesting point that I think is actually kind of worrying.
He says, we are reaching the point in this country where America's veterans are going to have to ask if they can continue providing security for and guarding left-wing anti-American billionaires.
A crisis of conscience is coming soon.
Indeed it is.
It's a scary prospect.
But I wonder, I really, really do, these anti-American billionaires, Bernie's got a point.
I like Bernie.
I think Bernie betrayed his values for political gain, and he's a coward.
But I like when he goes up and he says, there are billionaires gutting and ripping apart this country.
Yeah, they were on stage with you, Bernie.
Then there are other... I got no sympathy for the Koch brothers.
They were huge on illegal immigration.
It was cheap labor for them.
Not a fan of that.
That was Bernie who pointed that out.
Young men are leaving the Democratic Party.
In 2016, 51% of young men identified are lean Democrat.
In 2023, it dropped to 39%.
I do think there are young men leaving the Democratic Party, but I'm going to say it again like I always do.
We're talking 8 years ago.
Well, by this standard, from 2016 to 2023, we're talking 7 years.
to 2023. We're talking seven years. But still, seven years, it is not.
You have to understand, 29-year-olds seven years ago aren't on that bracket anymore.
23-year-olds also aren't being tracked by this number anymore.
18 to 29 stays where it is as the generations move through it, which means young men moving into the age of majority are less likely to support Democrats, and that is massive.
Now, as of right now, the latest polls, of course, are still favoring Harris.
Not that I think it matters all that much.
In the battlegrounds, Trump is ahead by 0.1.
Small, but we know polls favor Democrats.
The general election has Harris up 1.5, but it's kind of wild.
Fox has Trump up.
Rasmussen has Trump up.
What do we have here?
We've got Harris X and CNBC previously showing Trump is up.
However, got a lot of other polls showing Harris is winning.
It seems like static.
We don't know.
I can tell you the betting odds now favor Donald Trump.
Trump—oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
It inverted again.
So you can see here, this is so wild.
So Trump's in the lead, Harris takes the lead, Trump takes the lead, Harris is back in the lead.
Nobody knows.
Nobody knows exactly what we're seeing here, or what it's going to be.
I can tell you this.
Right now, there's a contingent of people on Twitter who are what I would describe as Uh, low, low intelligence.
But you know what?
This is the reality of it.
Not everybody knows everything else everybody else does.
Some people are stupid, some people are smart.
Fisher King.
Tweets.
For the pro-life types loudly proclaiming they can't vote for Trump, if Kamala wins and Dems control the Senate, she will pack SCOTUS with the express purpose of reinstating Roe v. Wade.
You will lose all the gains you've made, so if you're not just grandstanding, you have everything to lose.
I don't know if I actually have those tweets pulled up, but he's pointing out that there are a bunch of threats from people saying, I support Donald Trump, but as an evangelical, his soft on abortion policy means I will not vote for him.
The stupidest thing I've ever heard.
My view of it is like this.
Imagine that there is a great battlefield and there's Donald Trump in golden paladin armor with a glistening sword.
And he says, men, we take this battlefield and we are one step closer to storming the enemy's capital.
And then there's a guy standing there goes, well, as someone who strongly opposes the enemy, I can't stand behind what he's proposing to do because we aren't storming the capital gates.
No, you can't go from here to there right now.
What are you talking about?
Donald Trump, for all these people who are pro-life, his Supreme Court picks overturned Roe v. Wade.
Congratulations, you've advanced in the battlefield.
Now you've got to make more advances.
You want Donald Trump to just come out and be like, we're going to try and run straight through, past all the troops, not even fighting, go right to their Capitol grounds.
You'll get surrounded and you'll get wiped out.
But that's what these people are doing.
Donald Trump and the Republicans are fighting the battlefield that they're on.
But there are a lot of really dumb people like, I'm not gonna vote for Trump because he's not pro-life enough.
Okay, well then take pro-choice Kamala Harris.
I don't know what you, like, what do you expect?
It's a game of tug-of-war.
Imagine being like, nah, I'm not gonna pull on the rope because the rope isn't pulled far enough.
Well, you gotta pull on the rope!
unidentified
Come on!
I don't know.
tim pool
You get it though, you get it though.
Kamala Harris releases her tax plan and it's the same tax plan as Joe Biden.
That's where we're currently at.
And the 538 forecast has Harris winning 58% to Trump's 41%.
It goes back and forth.
We don't know for sure.
Polly Market has Donald Trump winning, however.
But we'll see.
What I can tell you right now is this.
I genuinely take offense to what we have seen from Kamala Harris and Joe Biden today.
Donald Trump showed up at Arlington and the first thing I thought was, Trump's there?
He's not the president.
I think Trump feels like he has a responsibility.
It's really simple.
First and foremost, if you want to be president, you have to be there.
You have to do your duty.
I think that's what was motivating Trump first and foremost.
Responsibility.
You do not get to be the president.
You do not deserve to run for president if you're not willing to stand for our fallen troops.
And that's it.
And Trump said, I will.
I have to.
Second to that, I think Trump is sad about the loss of life of these brave young men and women.
I think Trump gets it.
I don't think Trump Trump understands exactly what these people go through, what they think and feel.
And I don't think Trump understands.
I don't think he knows really how the families feel, but I think he empathizes.
Everybody knows suffering.
And so Trump, I think, for the most part, just feels duty bound.
Now, of course, Democrats are going to be like they're going to claim I'm saying these great things about Trump.
I don't think Trump woke up this morning crying, saying, our soldiers are dead.
How could they?
And went there.
I think he woke up and said, the people of this country expect me to stand for these fallen soldiers, and I will.
And that's that's the job.
Whether you no matter what you what it is you feel.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Biden is the president.
Kamala wants to be the president.
Even if they don't care.
Even if it's their fault, they have an obligation and a duty to be there.
And you know what's sad?
You know what really is sad?
Is that I know if Harris showed up And she stood next to Donald Trump as they laid that wreath.
Trump would have shook her hand, and they would have left.
That would have been it.
There would have been no insults.
There would have been no slurs.
There would have been no campaigning.
They would have both stood there and done their duty.
As two people who believe they deserve to be president, I know Trump would have shaken her hand, she would have shaken his, and they'd have left.
But you know what's funny is some people might say, she wouldn't shake his hand.
No, no, no.
If she showed up, if she had the wherewithal, And the sense of responsibility to actually be there.
Yeah, anybody would.
You'd shake the hand of everyone there, including your political rival, and say, we have a duty here for the American people, but this is the distinction today.
This is what the Democrats represent.
They won't stand there for our troops, but they will use them as cannon fodder.
And now, you've got Ukraine invading Russia, bringing us to the brink of annihilation.
It's crazy because I think RFK Jr.
really hits the nail on the head with the hammer.
I absolutely love his speech on Friday.
And he put out a statement about what MAGA means.
And he says it's to go back to a time, maybe the 70s, where we were actually starting to confront our dark past.
But we had hope for the future.
We believed in what this country was and could be.
And there was optimism.
And we don't have that today.
So I like what RFK had to say.
He exemplified so much about what this show is about, what TimCast IRL is about.
A former Democrat who says the party has become censorious, pro-war, pro-Big Pharma, pro-big corporation.
unidentified
Yep.
tim pool
Yeah, that's what they've become.
And that's why someone like me, who never voted for a Republican before Donald Trump, is sitting here saying we got to vote for Donald Trump.
Gotta vote for him.
There's nothing else.
There's no games.
He's a good dude.
He's a funny guy.
Got his character flaws.
Come on, we're not saying he doesn't.
But he's alright.
He's an alright guy.
And that's more than we can ask for from any of our presidents that we've had over the past several decades.
Donald Trump's a pretty good dude.
He's a funny guy.
He's gonna help you out.
There's a story of... Man, I love this.
unidentified
What was it?
tim pool
Trump's tire got a flat tire?
And somebody pulled over to help him change his tire.
I think that's what the story was.
And then the next thing the guy knew is his mortgage was paid off.
Could you imagine?
You know, I believe that story.
I met a guy a long time ago.
Who said that they had just built Trump Tower in Chicago, and he was a courier, and he rode his bike up, and he locked his bike and was walking to the door, and he saw, as he's walking up to open the door, he looks behind him and he sees Trump and a group of people, so he opens the door and holds it open as they all walk in, he walks in behind him, Trump turns around and goes, hey kid, thanks, and throws him an iPod.
Brand new, high-end.
I mean, back in the day, these were like $400 or $500.
Trump just threw him an iPod.
You held the door for me, here's $500.
He's a billionaire!
That's what he does.
And it's a funny story.
I've heard so many stories like that.
This idea that Trump paid off someone's mortgage, I believe it.
Genuinely believe it.
I like Trump, I do.
Nobody's perfect, but Trump's a good dude.
He really is.
And he gets mad, and he talks big game, and he's not gonna back down, he's not gonna take crap from nobody.
So, I respect it.
We're gonna jump to the next segment, so smash that like button, subscribe to this channel, share the show with your friends.
If you do like it, you can follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast.
Next up!
Hope I have this lined up properly, do I?
Yeah.
Vindman says, Musk should be nervous.
Oh, let's talk about the corruption of these guys.
They arrested Telegram CEO, a billionaire in France, because he wouldn't moderate a messaging app.
Telegram.
I mean, this is...
This is crazy.
I don't think people understand the escalation that we're witnessing and what this arrest means and the threat against Elon Musk means.
But we'll jump to that.
Before we do, we're going to grab your superchats, my friends.
So once again, get those superchats in.
We're going to read what you guys have to say.
We'll talk a bit about it.
We got barely a millennial.
RFK Jr.
would have been a great October surprise on behalf of Republicans.
What other potential October surprises could we hope to deliver?
Oh man, for Trump?
I love the idea of the October surprise, like both sides are getting ready to do something crazy.
I don't know.
How about Joe Biden endorses Donald Trump?
Could you imagine if Joe Biden comes out and he's just like this, he's just, you know, he looks lost and he's like, yeah, I was going to run for president.
I know I can do it.
I knew I could do it, but they wouldn't let me do it.
They threatened me with a 25th amendment.
They said, no, you're bad for us.
So they installed someone who didn't win a primary.
Could you imagine if Joe Biden is like, and that's why I'm supporting Donald Trump.
That's one way to avoid going to jail.
Oh, he's jealous, huh?
Dude.
Big Cheese says, Tim, Destiny says he knew the show with Loomer you took down, but he's
mad because she is not blacklisted from the show just like him.
Oh, he's jealous, huh?
Dude, first of all, let me just say, the whinging.
I deserve to be on your show!
unidentified
What?
tim pool
Who cares, dude?
I was saying, like, someone asked if we'd have Destiny on the show, and I was like, wow, he's glorifying death and advocating for more.
Why would I bring him on the show?
Laura Loomer.
Let's break this down.
Let me help you out, Destiny.
Okay?
Alright.
Laura Loomer came on the show, and near the end of the episode, I said, if someone commits a crime, they should be criminally charged, and there should be real evidence.
I love that Democrats were like, huh, real evidence?
Yes, I'm saying don't criminally charge people unless you can prove it!
I want real evidence!
Laura Loomer then said, if they're guilty of treason, they should get the death penalty.
We pulled the show.
You can't do that.
And we don't accept that.
It's true.
She's not wrong.
The penalty for treason is death, up to death, in the United States.
But I don't like the rhetorical escalation.
I don't think these people are traitors.
Traitors levy war against the American people or provide aid and comfort to our enemies.
Now if you can prove that eventually, then maybe we'll get there.
I think this is sedition.
It's the undermining of the country for their own agenda.
Now some would argue it's levying war against the American people.
It's not.
That's literally, levying war was meant to be that you were joining with a group of people and actually attacking and trying to destroy.
It was usually a traitor is someone who betrays you for someone else.
Sedition is trying to undermine and destroy government.
The difference is, Laura Loomer said, well, she certainly feels that way.
She apologized.
And she said she didn't realize that you couldn't advocate for what is the law in the United States without getting taken down on YouTube.
Destiny gloated over and over and over again about a guy being murdered by a psychopathic murderer.
Advocated other people experience the same thing, and I'm like, dude, you nuts?
Come on, dude.
He understands the difference.
You know, the other thing, too, is like, come on, Destiny, stop trying to bait me.
It's so cringe.
You're not relevant to the political conversation outside of the weird blood sports internet garbage because you choose not to be.
You could certainly calm yourself and do some interviews and talk politics in a way that wasn't so clickbaity, hyperbolic, and in the fray, but you choose to be this fringe element.
By all means.
But, like, don't think that you're going to go on your show and complain that we don't want you coming on here and gloating over the death of a firefighter.
That's just scumbaggery.
And let's talk about the distinction here.
Laura Loomer is saying there is law in this country that if the law is broken, there is a codified penalty for what that law is.
It's like, okay, well, you know, we don't want rhetorical escalation.
But I understand what she's saying.
I don't agree with it.
I agree with the element of law.
We talked about that.
The law exists, right?
I'm just saying, guys, let's chill out and not start accusing people of being traitors and treason.
Let's just win an election and try and simmer things down.
The last thing we want is political tension and violence or anything like that.
Destiny gloated that a firefighter was killed.
Dude, come on, man.
You can't compare these things.
It's just some guy.
He's just some working guy.
He's a firefighter.
And he showed up to a political rally on this day to watch a guy talk.
And he died.
And you're gloating and mocking it.
Act like those are the same thing.
Adam says, the media are so evil.
They have no accountability.
Little did they know they will have to answer to God.
I think they know.
I don't think they care.
Maybe they're, you know, what's funny is, again, I'll stress, I'm not a Christian, but if there is a heaven and hell, maybe these people are counting on going to hell intentionally.
Maybe the attitude they have is, if they go to hell and they, you know, hang about with the devil himself, they're going to say, hey, hey, don't torture us.
We're your servants.
Maybe they want to be demons.
Maybe they are demons.
Maybe they're hoping to be knights in service of the devil.
All right.
NotAllenRogers says, were the Marines, sailors, and soldiers killed woke military, Tim?
Or are they only worth honoring when the campaign wants you to?
When have I ever criticized fallen soldiers who were woke?
What do you mean?
You mean like Millie?
So when I criticize a chain of command for implanting woke policies, is that what you're talking about?
When did I ever complain?
What is this nonsense?
Absolute nonsense.
Spare me.
Nice try with the bait!
Adrian Contreras says, Trump does this kind of thing even if he doesn't know the cameras are on him.
Remember he chased after that Marines hat?
But Dems will take a knee for a career criminal and bail out rioters.
Indeed they will.
Yeah, the Marines hat blew off and he didn't move and Trump went over to grab it and put it back on his head.
Even when he doesn't know the cameras are on him.
I like Trump.
He's a good dude.
The reason why I say this often is for the low-functioning individuals in the world who want to take the clips and be like, no he's not, no he's not.
Nobody's perfect.
Trump has character flaws.
And this is to say I acknowledge your criticisms of the man, but I think he's a good dude.
I met him a couple times.
Well, I met him once formally.
Shook his hand.
And then interviewed him.
So a couple times.
And then interviewed him.
And I like the guy a lot.
I do.
Saw him speak at the White House.
He's very funny.
Been to many of his rallies.
And I understand people like him.
And there are things I'll criticize him for. 100%.
Vincent Ramirez says, just subscribed under the $25.
I hope the American people wake up and see what he did today and realize Harris is the reason it happened.
I appreciate it, man.
Thank you very much.
Go to TimCast.com.
If you become a member for $10, you'll join the Discord server.
However, to submit questions to join the members-only show, there's a six-month waiting period, or you have to sign up at the $25 a month level.
I'll tell you why.
When we first launched this, we started getting, we got trolls.
People who think, I think they know.
They would sign up thinking, it's going to cost me 10 bucks right now to come in and disrupt and cause problems.
And so we were like, okay, well then how do we stop that from happening?
Make it so that you have to be a member for a certain amount of time.
We're like, all right, if you're a member for six months, then you get upgraded to submit and be involved in the show, because otherwise people are trying to... We have moderators, we do a screening process, but it was a waste of time, and it was disruptive, and people are lying and manipulating.
Because you get far leftists, you get the trolls.
But then we had the conversation where it's like, yeah, but there are a lot of people who are honest.
And I said, okay, how about this?
To bypass the six months, $25.
Because we're hoping that becoming a member at $25 will deter the trolls who are going to be like, I ain't spending $25 to troll a show.
And it dramatically reduces the people who want to cause problems and troll and disrupt.
However, as we've stated, if after six months, if you're a $25 a month member for six months, you can just downgrade and retain all your benefits and everything.
We have to work out how that works, but I'm pretty sure that that's the general idea.
But we hope that you just, you know, keep your memberships up.
We do appreciate it.
unidentified
All right.

Cole Stackman says, Tim, really off-topic, but I wanted to make sure people are aware of schools putting children into solitary padded rooms to protect the children.
Indeed.
In Chicago, a kid was acting up, so they locked him in a padded room and left him there.
And he had to go to the bathroom.
They wouldn't let him go, so he crapped himself.
He had to go to...
And then he was sitting there crying in his own waist.
Little kid.
Little kid!
This dude's being disruptive.
And so what do we do?
Lock him in a padded room.
No joke.
These schools are evil, man.
Man, evil.
Brian Hodges asks, how is breaking down our laws and creating civil strife not aiding the enemies of the United States?
It's not.
Treason is direct.
Treason is like, alright, you and your... Let's say, you are trying to build a park.
And you worked really, really hard on it.
And then a corporation shows up and they're like, we're going to buy this land out from under you with a backroom deal and turn it into a parking lot.
And you're like, hey, man, we need a park for the kids.
And then your best friend who's been working on this with you one day, shows up wearing a suit, serving you a cease and desist, a legal letter saying it's over.
And you're like, whoa, whoa, what's going on?
You were helping me make this park.
What happened?
And then with a smile on his face, he goes, a million dollars happened.
That's treason, right?
He's a traitor.
He has betrayed you.
So treason was meant to be if the U.S.
is being attacked or has direct enemies and you joined them to attack us, to levy war against us, that's treason.
Sedition is what you're describing.
Sedition is when you're trying to destroy the government.
Like, and the fabric of the country.
So what they're doing with breaking down our laws is seditious.
It's seditious conspiracy, it's sedition.
They're trying to either overthrow or destroy this country.
It's a big difference.
Like, here's another way to put it.
If they succeed, they seize control of government, right?
In treason, China would be seizing control of our government.
That's treason.
I mean, there's probably an overlap for sure, but I think the distinction is important.
All right, we'll grab a couple more before we jump to the next story.
unidentified
All right.
tim pool
Lucia Linda Bloom says please stop trying to be overly politically neutral by now.
What do you mean?
Trump is not just some guy in the Arlington.
He's a former president, a Republican candidate.
Try to appreciate he gave you a special interview too.
No, just some guy is a compliment.
Saying that Trump is just some guy or whatever is a compliment.
Trump is a human being.
And there are good human beings and there are bad human beings.
I do not put anybody on a pedestal.
Donald Trump just happens to be better than most people.
And I do believe that some people are better than others.
It's a question Michael Malice asked.
It's a great question.
The distinction between the left and the new right.
I don't know if I think it's fair to say it's the only distinction.
Many people have their definitions, but he said, ask the question, do you believe some people are better than others?
Liberals will go, and people on the right will go, yes.
Well, because it's a fact question.
unidentified
Yes.
tim pool
Well, you can ask, I guess, well, clarify what you mean by better than others.
No, no, no, no.
Simply put, interpret it any way you want.
There's no clarification.
Perhaps we can say disaffected liberals be like, what do you mean by better?
Like morally?
Or like at racing?
The truth is, some people are better than others in a variety of ways.
I recognize that.
Some people are better sprinters.
Some people are better sneakers.
Some people are better at guitar.
Some people are morally better than others.
Some people are degenerate filth that would see this country burn to the ground and destroy the world for no reason.
And some would seek to preserve it, protect life, and try and make people live better lives.
Certainly some people are better than others.
Donald Trump is better than most.
He's a good dude.
Smart guy, ran a great business, made himself very wealthy, has given back at most opportunities.
But when I say this of Trump or Trump Jr., and I'm not sure that I... Did I say in the show that Trump is just some guy?
Trump shows up because he's duty-bound as a former president and as someone who wants to be president.
When I speak of Trump Jr., I call him just some guy.
Did I call Trump just some guy in this one?
Doesn't seem like something I would say, but maybe I did.
I don't know.
Trump Jr., I call just some guy.
And that's a compliment.
Trump Jr.
is a good dude.
He's a regular dude.
Smart dude.
Capable dude.
But he represents just what it's supposed to be to be a good American.
And he's unassuming.
And again, I mean that as a tremendous compliment.
If you were to be like a laundromat doing your laundry and you saw Trump Jr., you wouldn't realize that he was the son of a former president, multi-billionaire, and also a successful wealthy businessman in his own right with a successful show.
You'd meet a guy, and you'd be like, oh, that's cool, dude.
And then you'd find out, and you'd be like, really?
Like, that guy?
Wow.
Because he's a regular down-to-earth guy you can relate to, you can hang out with, have a beer.
And that's what Americans should be.
I gotta tell you, man, I met some people, and you can right off the bat know that they're upper-crust, snooty, and they're not all bad people.
I know some people.
They're not bad people, but you can really tell they're super wealthy and not at all unassuming.
That's what I like about Don Jr.
If you were to, like, hang out at a bar and check up a conversation, you wouldn't realize you're talking to someone who is the son of a former president.
He's a good dude.
I'm a big fan, too.
But I know some people that I've met who, like, have a villa in Lausanne and fly around in private jets all the time, and they're anything but regular dudes.
unidentified
They're not bad people, but they're really out of touch.
tim pool
Oh, I didn't realize.
You know, not bad people, but certainly out of touch.
You know what I mean?
We're going to be there Friday morning."
unidentified
I'm like, I can't fly to Japan!
tim pool
Oh, I didn't realize.
You know, not bad people, but certainly out of touch.
You know what I mean?
Anyway, that's what I love about the Trump family.
Seriously.
It's one of the things I really do like about the Trump family.
Trump is a golden toilet kind of guy.
But they get it.
You know, I respect it.
That's why Donald Trump ordered a well-done steak with ketchup.
Because he gets it.
He eats McDonald's.
He gets it.
I think that's funny.
unidentified
Alright.
tim pool
ZoroarkGraft says, Tim, I think it's important that you go on Joe Rogan before the election to make the case for Trump to indies and 11 million people.
I think it's your duty.
I appreciate it, but I also want to stress, like, this idea that I can just go on Joe Rogan.
Like, ah, dude.
Joe's a good dude.
Great guy.
I could probably hit him up, but I never do.
If I have plans to be in Austin, then I'll ask him what he's up to.
Want to say hello and give him a fist bump or whatever.
I owe Joe a lot.
Bro, you guys... I'll tell you one of the reasons they attacked Joe Rogan.
I will get mad.
When they insult... When you insult my friends, I will defend my friends.
Blood is thicker than water.
Friends and family.
I think loyalty is tremendous.
So people want to go after Carl Benjamin.
He's a good friend of mine.
I owe him a lot.
He hit me up when I had a very small YouTube channel and said, I respect what you do.
Would you want to make a guest segment for my channel?
And I said, yeah.
He had hundreds of thousands of followers.
I had like 40.
And he said, make a video.
I did.
It blew up.
Instantly, I had 100,000 subscribers.
Because Carl saw my work, appreciated and respected what I did, and he offered to give me that spot.
Gave me that boost that allowed me to start making money on YouTube.
Following that, Joe Rogan hit me up.
I had 200,000 on one channel, 100,000 on another channel.
Here's what happened.
Here's the story.
I made a video about Joe Rogan on Twitter.
I think I had like 280,000 subscribers.
I made a video about why people were upset over the Joe Rogan interview with Jack Dorsey.
Joe's company automatically copyright claimed it.
It's just Content ID because I had a screen capture.
All I did was show a clip, a screen capture of it.
I didn't even play it.
And it got an auto flag.
So, Rogan had been following me.
It's a long story.
Long, long story.
I got invited on a show a long time ago, and then he canceled on me twice, and I was pissed.
But then he followed me, apologized for having canceled on me twice, and said, you know, he didn't mean anything by it, just things get busy.
And I said, nah, don't worry about it, man.
I do appreciate it.
So I DM him, and I was like, hey, can you release the copyright claim on my video?
I kind of need the money.
And he watched the video.
And then he hit me up and he was like, hey man, you made a lot of really great points.
Here's what happened.
And I was like, no, no worries.
And he's like, look, we'll have you on the show sometime.
And I was like, ah, it's whatever, dude.
You know, you let me know.
And so then he calls me back.
He's like, can you come on the show in two days?
And I was like, two days?
I guess I have to.
I can't say no to that.
Went on his show.
It was a huge success.
He thought I was really smart.
He said, you're a smart guy.
Then he hits me up right afterwards and says, come on the show with Jack and their lawyer.
And I was like, holy crap, dude.
I don't know.
I'm just some dude.
So we did.
After that, I think within like two months, I had 800,000 subscribers.
It's kind of crazy.
It was nuts to see it just skyrocket.
And so I am grateful to Joe for believing in me and giving me that opportunity and exposing me to such a great audience.
But I got to tell you one more thing.
When we all got sick, Joe Rogan paid for not just my medical treatment, but my family and my friends.
I was feeling real sick.
I was very much in the middle ground.
Like, I don't know, I got COVID really bad.
It was bad, not kidding.
I was like shaking.
My body temperature was really low.
Called the hospital.
They said, go to sleep and good luck.
And so I hit up Joe and I'm like, hey man, I'm in bad shape.
I don't know what to do.
He said, here's the plan.
I want you to do these things and I'm going to put you in contact with someone who's going to take care of you.
We got a special call from a private practitioner and Joe paid for it all.
I was just like, bro, wow.
Look, aside from the political of insulting Joe Rogan because you don't like that he doesn't agree with you, that's the stupidest thing in the world, but also, I defend my friends.
And the people who have taken care of me, the people who have stood by me and helped me out, I defend them.
You want to insult my friends, I'm going to defend my friends.
I ain't playing any political games.
That's just it.
F you, those people are my friends.
That's my view.
Let's jump to this next story and we'll talk about Elon Musk, who I also like and will defend because he's a good dude.
From Fox News, Vindman says Musk should be nervous after Telegram CEO was arrested.
Free speech absolutist weirdos.
So here's the big story.
The Telegram CEO, Pavel Durov, is being accused of not taking sufficient action to limit criminal activity on the messaging app.
He got arrested for this.
Now, there's some interesting questions.
Really, I do mean it.
Interesting questions about what it means to operate a large platform and to allow criminal activity on those platforms.
Let me first, before we get into it, propose one question to you.
If someone owned a club and there were criminal gangs trafficking children in that club, And he said, Hey, look, man, it's a private rental space.
I don't know what anybody's doing in these rooms.
It's none of my business.
Would we tolerate that?
The answer is absolutely not.
I don't know that we would arrest the owner of the business who has no idea what's going on, though, right?
You'd go in and arrest the criminals.
I suppose the question here is they demand that he provide them access to be able to go in and do these investigations, but there's interesting questions about this.
I think the action taken against this guy is completely wrong, and it's terrifying.
I believe he's Russian and French, and France arrested him when he was landing his plane in France, and they're accusing him of... it's basically that.
He wasn't doing enough to limit criminal activity.
CNN.
Let's start here.
You know, we love CNN.
Detention of Telegram founder sparks debate about free speech and criminal activity online.
Now, to the first story I pulled up, Vindman, these two brothers, deeply involved deep state actors who orchestrated, or I should say were large components in, is probably a better way to put it, the Trump fake impeachment, where they accused Trump of doing what they did.
What Democrats did in the deep state.
Now that this guy's been detained, arrested, Vindman is saying Elon Musk should be nervous.
Should be nervous.
Here's what CNN says.
The detention of the Russian-born billionaire founder of Telegram, a messaging app known for its unfiltered content, has sparked debate about freedom of speech and illegal content on the internet.
Pavel Durov, 39, was detained at Paris's Bourget Airport Saturday on a warrant related to Telegram's lack of moderation, which has led to money laundering, drug trafficking, and the spread of pedophilic content on the platform, according to CNN affiliate BFMTV.
Durav was traveling to Paris from Azerbaijan aboard his private jet, the network reported.
Telegram, which boasts about 900 million users, is a crucial communication tool in many countries, used for everything from day-to-day chatting to disseminating government messages.
On Sunday, the Russian embassy in Paris confirmed Durav's detention and said it was in contact with the entrepreneur's attorney.
The French prosecutor's office has not responded to CNN's request for comment.
Durov's attention raises questions about whether tech bosses should be responsible for the content on their platforms.
A prospect Telegram called absurd in a statement issued Sunday defending its CEO.
Encrypted communications apps like Telegram are free speech to some and an on-ramp to the dark web to others, said Duncan Clark, chairman of BDA and a technology expert.
The app is known for its high-level encryption and limited oversight on what its users post, which makes it highly susceptible to disinformation, conspiracy theories, hate and other harmful content.
unidentified
So what?
tim pool
Disinformation, conspiracy theories, hate, and harmful content?
Define harmful content.
The rest are all free speech.
Now, harmful, if you're talking about criminal activities and trafficking, we agree there.
That's a problem.
And that's why I don't think this one's so cut and dry.
I do not believe in absolute free speech.
Now, some might argue, no, no, no, no, I believe in absolute free speech.
That doesn't include, no, no, no, no, no, hold on.
Free speech, absolutism means as long as you're not engaging in the action yourself, you're allowed to say whatever you want, share whatever you want.
I don't agree with that.
I don't agree with that.
That's absolute.
I understand what absolute means.
I think most people can agree that there are limited circumstances where we do censor.
I am a big fan of censorship.
I am the biggest fan of censorship.
Let me tell you.
So we had this woman on the show, Culture War, and I said, we shouldn't have these books in schools that depict adult activities.
And she goes, so you're for censorship?
And I went, yes!
100%!
Are you kidding?
Yeah, censorship doesn't mean political opinions.
Censorship means someone chooses these things, for whatever reason, should not be allowed in certain areas.
Now, the question is degree of censorship.
We're all for policing.
Not everybody, but in general.
We all agree there should be some kind of police, right?
That doesn't mean we think police should be able to raid your home whenever they want.
Imagine if cops were just going door-to-door, kicking people's doors in and stealing stuff.
And that was general policing.
We wouldn't agree with that.
We would say this policing has gone too far.
We agree there should be law enforcement, but that's just not it.
Censorship on a social media platform where they take down abuse images of children, that is the right thing to do.
Murder, snuff, and criminal activity, that should be censored.
That means individuals have to watch and remove these things.
Algorithms can only do so much, not very good at it.
To say that we just don't want any is wrong.
That being said, it opens the door to questions about Telegram.
Not that I think his arrest was right.
Telegram's firm stance against censorship has made it especially prominent in countries where freedom of speech is curtailed, such as Russia, Iran, and India.
The platform is also favored by white supremacists and terror groups, including ISIS.
So what?
unidentified
Shut up!
tim pool
White supremacists and ISIS use Facebook.
That's true.
Telegram is also very popular in Ukraine, where it has become a vital tool for sharing news about the war and warning about air raids.
In its Sunday statement, Telegram said Durov had nothing to hide, and it was absurd to claim that a platform or its owner are responsible for abuse of that platform.
Telegram abides by EU laws, including the Digital Services Act.
Its moderation is within industry standards and constantly improving.
It added in its statement posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The detention is a sign that France is cracking down on the lack of moderation on platforms like Telegram, Clarke said.
European Union regulators have ramped up scrutiny of tech giants and invoked a flurry of new laws designed to rein them in.
This year, concerns about foreign disinformation and meddling in European elections prompted EU officials to investigate MEDEA and set up special agencies focused on combating disinformation, particularly from Russian trolls.
So now we're seeing they actually do have standard moderation.
This is one big lie.
Telegram is massively popular even in the United States.
Many people use it because a lot of the other platforms had banned them.
So they found ways to share information the government did not like.
Many of these people sharing information aren't sharing anything criminal.
It's dissent against government.
However, this move, it's because he probably wouldn't provide them a backdoor to spy on people based on politics.
I believe that's the real answer.
Which brings us to Vindman.
Alexander Vindman.
Yaroslav Asnyuk says, Pavel Durov got arrested.
Here's what this means for the US, EU, Ukraine, and Russia from the perspective of a Ukrainian tech entrepreneur who's been covering Telegram's Kremlin connections.
He goes on to post a thread.
We'll get there in a second.
Vindman.
I wouldn't say Musk should be nervous.
testifying in the Trump impeachment, false impeachment trial, says, while Duriv holds
French citizenship, is arrested for violating French law, this has broader implications
for other social media, including Twitter.
There's a growing intolerance for platforming disinfo and malign influence and a growing
appetite for accountability.
Musk should be nervous.
He's correct.
I wouldn't say Musk should be nervous.
I should say Musk should be excited.
There is a whole new world standing before us.
And that means, uh, you, Vindman, when you write this, that includes you.
You are malign influence.
So, um, should Trump win and Elon Musk win, it's actually you who should be nervous.
Indeed.
I tweeted that.
Now, Yaroslav goes on to say, I was following Durov's story the last 17 years, more or less, since the early days of VK.
VK is basically like Russian Facebook.
What we're seeing now is a sharply negative reaction from the right-wing ex-users, starting with Elon, Tucker, joinmykim.com, CobraTate, and others, demanding to free Pavel and stop censoring free speech.
However, they fail to mention the allegations against Pavel are serious.
He never complied with the content moderation rules, allowing arms trafficking, illegal drugs, human trafficking, and worse, to flourish on the platform, using UAE jurisdiction as a safe haven.
As TF1 reports, French authorities are checking for possible connections to the Kremlin, and also, Pavel Durov is a French citizen, and is not subject to exchange or extradition.
And on this topic, we have a collection of selected investigative pieces from Kremlingram.org, And a non-profit studying Telegram's security and its potential ties to the Kremlin.
I'm gonna pause and just say, none of this matters.
Of course they're going to accuse him of these things.
Of course they're gonna claim he was allowing these crimes.
It's the only move they have to make.
I don't believe them.
I don't trust them.
So Elon Musk, huh?
He should be nervous.
Let's start from the beginning, my friend.
Let's start from the beginning.
Trump whistleblower Eugene Vindman accused of violating federal election law in Virginia congressional race.
The public is all too familiar with politicians not acting honorably.
We hope the FEC takes his apparent violations by Mr. Vindman seriously.
This is Eugene, Alex's brother.
They say, the Functional Government Initiative filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission on Wednesday urging an investigation into Vindman and his political action committee VoteVets.
The complaint alleged that VoteVets, a hybrid PAC, made an excessive and impermissible contribution to Vindman's campaign.
According to the Washington Free Beacon, VoteVets is legally permitted to contribute up to $10,000 directly to a candidate.
However, it reached this limit in May.
The PAC's continued communication support for Vindman's campaign is being classified as an in-kind contribution.
Now, this is ancillary, but the Vindman brothers are both responsible for the Donald Trump impeachment.
These are corrupt actors.
They are deep state actors.
They seek to subvert and overthrow these United States.
You think I'm kidding or being cute?
I'm not.
Donald Trump was the president.
Donald Trump was the president.
And these guys created a circumstance by which Trump was falsely impeached.
Eugene Vindman is the Trump whistleblower.
Here's the Wikipedia.
They say that he came to national attention when his twin brother, Alex Vindman, testified before the U.S.
Congress regarding the Trump-Ukraine scandal.
Eugene received the report of Trump's phone call from Alex and reported the call to senior White House lawyers.
Alex's testimony provided evidence that resulted in a charge of abuse of power in the impeachment of Trump.
These two brothers together ultimately triggered the Donald Trump false impeachment.
Let me give you the gist of that false impeachment.
Donald Trump had a phone call with Ukraine.
I believe it was Poroshenko.
And he said, what's going on with this?
No, it might not have been Poroshenko at the time.
I can't remember.
Who was the president when Biden was there?
I thought it was Poroshenko.
So Trump says, what's this video I'm seeing?
There's a video going around where Joe Biden says, if you don't fire the prosecutor, you're not getting the billion dollars.
And they said they were going to look into it.
Trump wanted that looked into.
Why was Joe Biden threatening to withhold congressionally approved loan guarantees to Ukraine over some prosecutor?
He didn't have the authority to do that.
He doesn't.
They did fire the guy, Viktor Shokin.
Viktor Shokin was state prosecutor.
He was investigating Mykola Zlochevsky.
Zlochevsky was under investigation and fled the country.
Biden says, and then we got in someone who was solid.
That's weird.
They were all about Matt Taibbi's reporting.
I think it was about a dozen investigations into this guy.
Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma, reached out to the State Department for help.
A few days later, I believe it was a few days later, Joe Biden flies out.
Says, fire the prosecutor or else.
That's a quid pro quo!
That's illegal!
Nobody cared.
Joe Biden bragged about it.
Trump said, what was that about?
For this, they accused Trump of a quid pro quo.
Because they're criminals.
They broke the law and they got caught.
And Trump was trying to have them held criminally accountable.
But he needed the evidence.
As is Trump's duty.
For this, they impeached him.
Because they're evil.
They're criminals.
Criminals have been running the U.S.
government for a very, very long time, and we got lucky that Trump got in.
Far from perfect guy, but not a criminal.
Oh, I'm sorry.
They'll lie to you, and they'll say he's a convicted felon.
If you're low IQ or a liar, you'd believe that.
It's not true.
The charging documents for Donald Trump in New York say, quote-unquote, another crime.
There's no crime listed.
They just put another crime.
What was that?
So they say Trump's a felon because of quote-unquote another crime that was never adjudicated.
You can't just say that!
I can just say that too then, right?
Oh, in the court of me, Joe Biden's a convicted felon.
Oh, I just made it up.
That's ridiculous.
There's no actual codified law that Trump broke.
Oh, I mean, they want to argue it was falsifying business records, right?
That's a misdemeanor.
Trump wasn't charged with that.
Trump was charged with falsifying business records in furtherance of another crime.
What other crime?
There isn't one.
Therefore, Trump was not actually charged with anything.
It's fake.
But these guys are all in on it.
They're evil.
Another threatening Elon Musk.
Absolute weirdos.
Well, experts in the industry leaders sounded the alarm about the international free speech implications of his arrest.
Vindman championed the move, suggesting Elon Musk could be next.
Rumble CEO says he safely left Europe after France arrests Telegram CEO for failure to moderate content.
Oh boy.
Yeah, Chris Pavlovsky, I would stay out of Europe for the time being.
I think there's a strong possibility they will lock you up too.
Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovsky has announced that he has safely departed from Europe following the arrest of Telegram CEO Pavel Durov in France and subsequent threats made against Rumble by French authorities.
In a statement, we'll pull up his tweet.
He says, I'm a little late to this, but for good reason.
I've just safely departed from Europe.
France has threatened Rumble, and now they have crossed a red line by arresting Telegram CEO Pavel Durov, reportedly for not censoring speech.
Rumble will not stand for this behavior, and will use every legal means available to fight for freedom of expression, a universal human right.
We are currently fighting in the courts of France, and we hope for Pavel Durov's immediate release.
Now that's something else, isn't it?
Here we go, from Just the News.
RFK Jr.
pointed this out.
You know, he said that a judge ruled, I think something to the effect of one of the most egregious violations of the First Amendment, the Biden administration's actions to censor RFK and to collude with these big tech companies.
The latest batch of Twitter files reported by former Senate Finance Committee investigator Paul Thacker, from records turned over by Elon Musk, Axe, show a curious timeline in the first couple months of Democratic President Joe Biden's term.
Within two weeks of the inauguration, the company covertly hired a global strategic advisory and commercial diplomacy services firm, co-founded and chaired by former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, to seek states' help in dealing with censorship pressure from India.
On the two month anniversary of the Biden administration, Politico reported on a new blob
that had formed from alumni from the firm, Albright Stonebridge.
At least 10 had taken top foreign policy jobs, including UN ambassador, Deputy
Secretary of State, two Undersecretaries of State, and the Deputy National Assistant Security
Advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris.
Another became Chief of Staff to the now Democratic nominee for President's husband,
First Gentleman, Doug Emhoff. Politico reported around the same time that 10 of Biden's top
foreign policy crowd came from Albright Stonebridge, the blob.
The new tranche of internal emails calls into sharp question claims by Democrats, including House Weaponization of Federal Government Subcommittee Ranking Member Delegate Stacey Plaskett, quote, and their allies in the media that Twitter did not collude with federal agencies and was free from Biden administration pressure to make its own censorship decisions.
India's censoring of social media drove Twitter right into the arms of a lobby shop of foreign policy experts staffing the Biden administration, he said.
How can a company be reliant on government advice and help make decisions independent of that same government?
They can't!
That's the point.
The Biden administration was deeply entrenched.
It was kind of crazy to see that the Twitter files Elon Musk released.
Oh boy.
Vijaya Gadde, top lawyer who I actually had the conversation with on Rogan's podcast, cried when Elon Musk took over X.
They knew what this meant.
They couldn't stop him.
The charade was up.
They didn't expect anybody of the legal or financial means to make this move.
They tried to stop him.
Many people thought it wasn't going to happen.
They tried to sour the deal and spike Twitter's vow at the time.
Elon Musk ended up buying it.
And then, uh-oh, what do we find out?
The Jaya was having regular meetings.
It was reported she was having meetings weekly, or was it monthly?
But regular meetings with government agencies.
Feds had backdoor access to not just X, Twitter at the time, but Facebook.
Remarkable.
And do you think that hasn't stopped?
I'm sorry, do you think that they've ceased this?
Now on X, perhaps.
Maybe.
I guarantee YouTube allows it.
I guarantee YouTube allows the Deep State to walk right in and do whatever they want.
That's why when you would mention a certain CIA agent's name on YouTube, they would delete your video.
That's remarkable.
And Facebook would too, without warning or notification.
I made some funny posts where I said a particular individual I used the name and said, so-and-so, and I see I gotta be careful to say the name, they might remove it.
Although, his name has been said several times since then.
Voldemort, we'll call him.
I said, this guy, his name, is a 50-year-old dentist from Dubuque, Iowa, who has three kids and lives a quiet life.
That's it.
Post was deleted.
Without warning.
Without notification.
Without telling me I broke any rules.
Just gone.
That's weird.
I wasn't talking about no CIA agent.
I was talking about a dentist from Dubuque.
Nope, you could not say the name at all.
Any mention of the name was purged from the internet.
I made a YouTube video.
Gone.
The funny thing is, the video still appeared like normal on my end.
So I get a message from someone saying, why'd you pull down your story on RealClearInvestigations, the CIA whistleblower?
So I didn't.
They say it's been removed.
I went and looked on YouTube.
Still there.
Still there.
Remarkable.
They must have gone in the back and removed it.
Andre Tukulescu in the chat wants me to say the name.
Should I?
They could take the whole show down and delete it from existence.
Why don't you guys just Google search it?
You'll find the story on RealClearInvestigations.
I'm sure it pops up now.
Let's see if we can pull it up.
I'm typing it in.
I'm not gonna- I'm not gonna play it.
Yeah.
Pops right up.
Tons of news stories.
He can't escape it now.
unidentified
Wow.
tim pool
He has names all over the news now.
unidentified
But, uh... It's silly.
tim pool
When people tell me to intentionally get the show banned.
Why would I do that?
I can tell you about the problem right now.
And with but 10 seconds, you can search this and find it out.
Why risk removing that availability to hundreds of thousands of people?
To make some kind of point that no one will hear?
This is the challenge with censorship, my friends.
And it's not Seth Rich.
The challenge with censorship is that there are people who want you to stand up and scream and just get removed.
But that's not strategic.
That's not winning control of a battlefield.
You have to recognize that maybe you have the greatest cavalry in all the land!
And you're like, we should utilize this force.
And then they're like, yeah, but they've set up traps that specifically will stop the cavalry so we can't use them.
unidentified
No!
tim pool
Use them anyway!
Let everyone see!
unidentified
Why?
tim pool
You'll just lose!
That's the unfortunate reality.
There are a lot of people who are very proud.
unidentified
Very proud.
tim pool
And they think that you should just sacrifice everything, no one will hear it, and then cease to exist.
I don't think that quite makes sense, does it?
unidentified
No.
tim pool
So, you know, you guys can say whatever you want.
But, uh, I don't know.
I don't know.
The censorship is real.
Elon Musk may travel to Europe.
And if he does, they may try to arrest him.
No joke.
Because he's been defying these countries and these governments.
Axe had to flee Brazil.
Yeah.
So we'll see.
Andre says, you can say the name now, they removed the trigger.
Don't know if that's true.
The guy's name's all over the news.
Maybe.
But what's the point?
Honestly, give me the mathematical equation.
Give me the mathematical equation.
Take a risk at having this show pulled, and no one will ever hear this happened.
No one will know.
And then someone one day will come to them and say, did you know that Facebook had this?
That's not true, I never heard that.
You made that up.
Just to make a point?
Why?
I don't understand.
It's about tact and strategy.
To win, you have to recognize where your strength and weaknesses lie, and what your attack vectors are.
It would be like, Punching a guy in the shield.
Why would you do that?
You know what I mean?
Like, if two great warriors on the battlefield, and the one guy's intentionally aiming for the shield, why would you do that?
You try to win.
Gotta win.
I'm gonna wrap it up there though, my friends.
Next segment will be coming up at 4 p.m.
on this channel.
Smash that like button, subscribe to this channel, share the show with your friends.

You can follow me on X and Instagram, at TimCast.
Thanks for hanging out, and we'll see you all at four.
And the next up, oh boy, I'm so excited for this one, the Foo Fighters story.
This is big, because Foo Fighters is falsely claiming Trump didn't have their permission to use the song, he indeed did.
They're liars.
How scummy.
Scummy, scummy, scummy.
Foo Fighters, Foo Fighters.
We're going to break it down.
The Trump campaign did have permission to play the song, and Foo Fighters is just playing politics for money.
How pathetic.
We'll talk about this.
But first, we're going to grab some Super Chats from you guys.
Curly Cat says, if Telegram goes down, we need to find a new app to contain the furries.
I know people who have made an entire career just making art exclusively for Telegram sticker packs.
Telegram is leagues ahead of Discord anyway.
There was this viral post.
That went around on X. I think it was like a 4chan screenshot.
Where a guy says that he drew comics.
And then someone commissioned him to make furry porn or something.
And he was like, he couldn't turn down the money.
So he accepted it.
Now he hates himself.
And he's like miserable or something like that.
That was a long time ago.
ago. Yeah. Eric Mencia says I've been watching Tim for many I'm definitely not the squeaky wheel, but feel watching him in every vid has made me a more informed American.
Mainstream media is absolute entertainment trash.
It's meant to control the narrative so they can win political power.
Me, I don't want power.
Like, I'll tell you.
You guys become members at TimCast.com, and those memberships do primarily two things.
The first is it makes TimCast IRL possible.
Booking guests, all that's really expensive.
And then we also invest in cultural endeavors.
So Cast Brew, for instance.
When we do the promos for Cast Brew, let me fill you in on the internal workings here.
We used to do ad rolls.
I would say, hey, here's a company.
They'd, we'd do one pre-roll at the beginning of IRL, and they'd pay us a few grand or whatever
for that shout out.
And it was decent.
When we launched Casper, we were like, we wanna own our own companies, we wanna own our own brand,
we'll make more money sponsoring ourselves.
It's true, but the sponsorship money that we got from the ad reads went to Timcast.
And that money was used to pay salaries and cover materials and cover travel.
Now that we're doing Cast Brew, that money stays in Cast Brew, and we're using it to try and grow the brand because we want to create physical spaces.
So that has meant that Timcast has done less revenue because we shifted that to Cast Brew, which is a different company.
So that's just, I don't know, just something I'm pointing out, I guess.
So the memberships, are helping us with like Boonies, Inverted World, Pop Culture Crisis.
We're trying to make more shows.
I'll give you a really good example.
I think the Boonies is one of the most important.
Boonies HQ website is, we're working on the new site.
The skateboards are going to be ready for sale very, very soon.
And we've got a whole bunch of promo boards.
The boards behind me that you see typically are preliminary art.
We've changed the art a little bit.
The boards are relatively the same.
The Boonies logo has changed.
We've restyled a lot of the graphics.
But I'll tell you why it's so important.
Skateboarding was relatively politically neutral forever.
When the industry started dying out, leftists started to push themselves in.
They've created their own companies, which I'm not gonna rag on.
They're allowed to exist.
They can do whatever they want.
I'm not gonna say their names.
But there are companies dedicated literally to just trans and queer skateboarders.
And that's fine.
I got no beef.
Do whatever you want.
But then they start putting up their flags in skate shops.
Then they start putting up their stickers at skate parks.
Injecting skateboarding with politics.
And so we are going to do the inverse of that.
Boonies, what we've produced, has been politically neutral.
We've advocated for nothing political and no candidates or anything like that.
We want to make sure that the whole cultural space represents sound, solid, regular American values.
That means we're not going to tell you to go vote.
We're not going to put the Ten Commandments on skateboards or something like that.
It means we're going to push out the woke.
And it's funny.
Because with the skate park thing that's been going on, the locals, here's the really funny thing, Washington Post ran an article about the skate park, and the guy they interviewed lives in Pennsylvania.
So I've been told by the locals, they're like, that guy doesn't live here!
And the locals who skate there, and have been building up the spot, who have actually skated here now, and we've hung out with on numerous occasions, who are big fans, and we've hooked up with helping, it's ridiculous how much they lie.
But here's the point.
These guys who caused us problems, who don't even live here, say, explicitly stated, we don't want their politics here.
What?
Neutral American pro-America politics?
Yet, the skate shop they do invite flies the progress pride flag.
They have been injecting skateboarding with this, and we're gonna push that out, and say, skateboarding's for everybody.
I mean, if you're LGBTQIA, whatever, you can skate.
No one's got any beef with you.
Have fun.
Come skate the park.
I don't care.
But don't fly your flags and turn our recreation and culture into a means to spread your cult.
I don't care if you're a Scientologist.
You're allowed to skate.
I don't care if you're a Buddhist.
Or a Muslim.
Or you're trans.
We'll all skate together and we'll have fun.
We're skating.
That's all we're doing.
But don't come to my skate park flying your flag and proselytizing for your ideology.
Because we're not doing that.
That's the cultural endeavors there.
All right, we'll grab a couple more here.
Disturbed Turtle says, one policy that I would love to see Trump implement is term limits.
I don't know if I agree.
That's a tough question.
Term limits means no Ron Paul, no Rand Paul, no Thomas Massey.
It means that corporations then rotate in their special... I don't know.
I'm not in favor of that.
We have to have a debate about it and really break the silence.
I don't know if I've thought about it enough, but here's the concern.
If you could only be in for two terms in Congress or whatever, then corporations will run shadow campaigns to prop up and line up who they want to take over.
Thomas Massie has proven himself largely popular.
He has done things that people support, they believe in him, they know him, and they're going to keep voting for him.
He didn't keep winning.
Ron Paul was the same.
If we put term limits, Massey gets ousted.
And then it's impossible.
I mean, perhaps then the answer is Thomas Massey then goes and campaigns for his successor and does that work, maybe.
But he won't have the same amount of resource, it'll be very difficult.
Maybe after he leaves, he joins the campaign and works on the staff of his successor.
Maybe.
Then you get congressional teams where it's like you've got generations of, you know.
That could be an answer.
I don't know.
All right.
Kyle Schmidt says, Tim, did you ever get Independence's old logo?
Indeed!
Don't I have it right here?
Yeah, I have it right here.
unidentified
There you go!
tim pool
So it's now been several years where this is the Timcast Skate Co.
logo.
And they've said nothing to me.
I've received no word.
And so, I mean, at a certain point, they've abandoned the logo.
For those that aren't familiar, talk about our cultural diversity.
This is a Tim Kast Skate Company skateboard.
Look at that.
Tim Kast Skate Co.
And that symbol right there is from Independent.
And it was one of the most iconic logos in the industry until they abandoned the logo and removed it and said they don't want to be associated with that anymore.
So I said, two years ago now, it is our logo.
You've abandoned it.
That logo is now the Timcast Skate Company logo.
And we've actually produced the boards, and, um, we've sold them.
Because they abandoned the logo.
So, uh, actually, no, no, we didn't sell any, we gave some away.
We bought the boards, but I don't think I can say that we actually sold any.
And it's just like, I made the graphic in two seconds.
I generated a forest, slapped it on the back of the board, and then ordered them.
But they've said nothing.
And I've repeatedly, repeatedly stated this, okay?
I don't think I have any obligation to inform a company that's abandoned their logo, called it racist, said they don't have anything to do with it.
I think this show is noticed enough to the masses, and, you know, it's our logo now.
I would love it If independent truck... They removed the logo from other trucks as well.
Why don't they send me a message and assert their claim over this, which they have not done?
I would honor and respect it if they tried.
We'll have a conversation with the lawyers and see if it's appropriate.
But that means they want to assert it is their logo.
unidentified
Okay, do it!
tim pool
Do it, Indy!
Man, I love Indy trucks.
I always use them.
And I ordered some, no logo on it anymore.
It used to have that symbol.
There are people with tattoos of that.
Independent skateboards, one of the most iconic.
Indies are the best trucks.
They really, really are.
There's no question.
Some people like other trucks, but no, no.
For those that don't know, the trucks are the part on the bottom of the board, the metal part that holds the wheels.
Independent makes the best ones.
It's too bad.
It's too bad.
Anyway, let's jump to this story, my friends.
Here we go.
It's a lie.
It's a lie.
Look at this one.
Trump used their My Hero song to introduce RFK Jr. without permission.
It's a lie. It's a lie. Look at this one.
Foo Fighters will donate to Kamala Harris after Trump used their song My Hero.
Scummy. It's just so pathetic, dude.
It's so pathetic!
Come on!
Dave Grohl's supposed to be this, like, hard rocker in the 90s, playing these songs, you know, running around on stage.
Be a man!
Tell people, shut up!
I don't care!
They licensed it.
Get out of here.
Instead, he's crying, oh no, Trump used my song from a licensing agency.
Here's the story.
The epic moment when President Donald Trump introduced R.F.
Kennedy Jr.
to his supporters in Phoenix was marked by the Foo Fighters' iconic track, My Hero.
Some speculate it's about Kurt Cobain, although I think he said it's not.
I'm not sure.
Kennedy suspended his presidential campaigns on Friday and endorsed Trump.
His pyrotechnics shot into the air and the two men shook hands before the packed house at the Turning Point action event.
The lyrics of the song played.
The Foo Fighters announced on X that they'd never authorized the song for use by the Trump campaign.
The Trump campaign responded, saying that the campaign had indeed licensed the song using BMI's SongView service.
Oh, look at this.
Did they take the post down?
Usually when you see something like that.
Or is that an error on the part of, uh... Oh, okay, yeah.
This is just an editorial formatting issue on the part of Post Millennial.
But here's the actual tweet.
Wu Tang is for the Children said, Hey Foo Fighters, did you let Trump use My Hero to welcome RFK Jr.
on stage?
And they said no.
They then tweeted, Let us be clear.
So, uh, I responded with this.
The Independent has seen documents appearing to confirm the campaign has indeed, had indeed licensed the song from BMI Songview Service.
We have a license to play the song, a campaign spokesperson said.
They have seen the documents!
What is this?
Ah, I know what they're going to say.
Before I even look at the replies, they're going to say, but the Foo Fighters never agreed.
They never agreed.
Alright.
I don't know what this clip is.
Someone said also.
I'm going to play it anyway.
unidentified
Music should be available to anybody that wants to hear it.
I think that there should be no such thing as a price tag on music.
Okay, maybe there's a price tag on the package that you buy.
tim pool
Ah, there it is, there it is.
Okay.
We're not playing this game.
They're lying, okay?
And now they're saying that they're going to give the proceeds and the royalties to the Harris campaign.
They've overtly just chosen a side.
How about you just don't take a side at all, Dave?
That's such a weasley thing to do.
For their part, Foo Fighters told The Independent Foo Fighters were not asked permission, and if they were, they were not granted it.
The band went on to say that the appropriate actions are being taken against the campaign, and that Foo Fighters will donate royalties made from the campaigns to the song to Trump's opponent, Kamala Harris.
Minute X launched their own backlash against Foo Fighters, a band led by Dave Grohl.
The band has also faced backlash for acquiring their concertgoers all get COVID vaxxed before allowing them to enter venues when the band is playing.
Political commentator and musician Tim Pool asked, Hey Foo Fighters, why are you lying?
Before saying, Just for that I'm going to cover Everlong.
Maybe I'll do it right now!
I wonder if I can get in trouble for doing that.
Hey Foo Fighters, why are you lying?
Just for that, I'm going to cover Everlong.
I was kidding.
Right?
But, you know, maybe I should.
The band has also faced backlash for requiring their concertgoers to all get COVID vaxxed, as we know.
Did they just quote the lyrics of the song?
There goes my hero.
Watch him as he goes.
There goes my hero.
He's ordinary.
Maybe I'll just play my hero.
I can play a ton of Foo Fighters songs, by the way.
I grip listen to this music.
The words rang out amid cheers as Kennedy and Trump met on stage.
The use of the song added energy to an already electric event in which Kennedy and Trump joined forces, and Kennedy urged his supporters in swing states to shift their votes for Trump.
The two men are aligned on the issues of government corruption, which both of them have vowed to deal with should they win.
Trump also promised to create a commission on presidential assassinations in honor of RFK Jr.
That's amazing.
Nicole Shannon said she is the ultimate puppet of an organization that has, I believe, since President Obama, not actually run real people.
I like Nicole Shanahan.
I was very critical of her because it felt like she only joined the RFK Jr.
campaign to put her money in it.
And I believe her money comes from she married, was it Sergey Brin or Google guy, and then divorced him.
And then she was putting that money into the RFK Jr.
campaign.
I like RFK Jr.
He's a good dude.
He's a good candidate.
I long for the days where the race would have been RFK Jr.
versus Trump would have been amazing.
R.F.K.
Jr.
vs. Trump was the presidential race this country deserved and needed.
Because R.F.K.
Jr.' 's got a lot of bad policies.
He's had a lot of bad things in the past.
But he talks about issues that actually matter to all of us.
He says environmental toxins and chronic illnesses are a huge problem for this country.
And the government corruption, etc., etc.
Donald Trump would likely agree.
Now here's the fascinating thing.
If you look at someone like Luke Rutkowski, who has a shirt that says, convicted felon for president.
Here's a guy who's libertarian, or anarchist, or whatever he calls himself, but he's a very anti-government guy, actually getting behind Trump because, I think, reasonable people realize, like, you have to do it.
Mises caucus libertarians are doing it.
But Luke Rutkowski is also very conscious of all of these weird chemicals.
Plastics, phthalates, seed oils, etc.
He talks about it quite a bit.
RFK Jr.
is the other side of that coin to Donald Trump.
The COVID vaccine mandates were bad, environmental toxins are bad, and Trump represents better foreign policy.
Look at that debate, it would have been tremendous.
Now, we're better off.
I really do think we are.
RFK Jr.
is standing behind Donald Trump, supporting him, and offering up his support on these areas of health and environmental issues and chronic illnesses.
And that's, I think, that's a good thing for us.
It's a great thing for us.
I think RFK's probably not too good on guns.
He called Columbus Day Indigenous People's Day and defended it and said that I lost, he said, I was losing my credibility for even questioning it.
Well, that's an absurdity.
I just think it's good he didn't have an answer.
But I still do think he ran a good campaign.
And I have tremendous respect for Shanahan and RFK calling out the corruption of the Democratic Party and do what they had to do.
Let's be real.
RFK reached out to Kamala Harris and asked if there was a position.
Could they negotiate?
She rebuffed him.
RFK Jr.
is looking for this.
I have my interests that I want to succeed at.
And I will do what I have to do to get there.
And if that means supporting Kamala or Trump, so be it.
Kamala said no.
Trump said yes.
RFK said this is exactly what the problem was.
He reached out to them.
They said no.
Proving our point now, RFK's family is coming after him.
And they're accusing him of betraying the family.
You know, it's really weird, too.
No offense to RFK Jr., but, like, everyone in his family talks the same way.
Like, I'm not trying to be mean when I do this.
unidentified
They talk the same way like this when they speak.
tim pool
His sister was speaking, I think it was on CNN, denouncing him.
And it's not as raspy, but she speaks very similarly.
I wonder what causes that.
I mean, it's a family thing, I guess.
But I digress.
They betrayed family.
They said that he betrayed them.
I'm going to tell you this one more time.
For those that didn't watch the full live show, I'll make it clear that if you insult and attack my friends, I will defend my friends to whatever extent they need to be defended.
Maybe not, but I will.
Because I believe loyalty is one of the most important virtues a human being can possess.
It's very important.
Blind loyalty behind someone who's evil is not a good thing.
True loyalty and trust is extremely important, and I respect it.
RFK Jr.' 's got opinions.
That's it.
He has opinions.
And so, for that, his family denounced him.
He didn't denounce his own family.
He actually defended them.
To betray your brother is just so brutal.
To betray family.
He's betrayed the party.
Uh, you betrayed family!
If they came out and said, listen, he's family.
We love him.
You know, he's gonna have his opinions, and we encourage people to—if the family came out and said, We love and respect Bobby, but we disagree with him here, and we are really worried about a Trump presidency, so we would do the opposite.
We would encourage everybody to vote for Kamala.
I would say, that's respectable.
I can respect that.
Instead, they said, he betrayed us!
If his father and our dad was around, they'd be so upset, blah blah.
It's like, disgusting.
It's pathetic and gross.
Now, as for the Foo Fighters, why are you lying?
Why are you lying?
Trump campaign insists they had a right.
Let me break this down for you.
Here's what the argument's gonna be.
They're gonna say, no, no, there's a big difference between licensed song and Foo Fighters giving permission.
No, there isn't.
Foo Fighters knows they've offered up their song for license to anyone.
And this means that if the Trump campaign License is the song.
They're allowed to use it.
That is Foo Fighters giving permission.
I also want to tell you a story.
I got a story for all of you.
You see, they called me a musician here at the Postmillennial.
Well, the story goes like this.
Is this story publicly known?
I think this story is publicly known.
I'll keep it light, though, because I don't know what the full details are, but The Daily Wire wrote a song called Together Again because they could not get the rights to play Happy Together one time.
Now, why couldn't they have just licensed it the same way that Trump campaign licensed My Hero?
Because the band usually knows.
I think the issue is, I bet Foo Fighters knew.
My opinion?
They knew.
The Trump campaign reached out and said, we want to use a song to play at a political rally.
And they're like, sure, whatever, pay the fee.
I'm sure their agent or manager said, yeah.
And they're like, whatever.
Then the backlash came.
And they're like, no, no, we didn't do it.
Foo Fighters should have come out.
And just said, look man, music's for everybody.
We have our song licensing for third party.
We don't manage the day-to-day.
It is what it is.
Thanks and have a nice day.
That's it.
That's what I'd say.
So I got a handful of songs.
I think like, handful of them.
What do we have?
We have like five releases.
I think four of them hit Billboard.
Maybe three of them did.
unidentified
I don't know.
tim pool
I can't remember.
I think it might be four.
Anyway, if the Harris campaign licensed our song through one of the services online or whatever, I don't know if they could.
I don't know if we use the same service as everybody else.
Dude, honestly, if they played one of my songs at their rallies, I'd just be laughing.
Like, I don't take it personally, dude.
I'd actually be kind of flattered.
I'd be like, wow, look at that, Democrats play my song.
Let me tell you something funny about the music we released.
So we put out a song in 2020, November 3rd, I think it was, called Will of the People.
It's an animated video, which I recommend you watch.
Google search TimCast Will of the People song and watch the music video.
It's animated.
Uh, it's our best organically performing video.
Had I known how to actually properly release a song, it probably would have hit the Hot 100.
No joke.
I mean, it was massive.
The other song, we put out other songs that were bigger, but this one had an organic push and we did no marketing for it.
We're just like, wow, it's doing really well.
And then later on, I did some marketing for it.
But this song is, it's funny because Hasan Piker ended up doing a review of it like a year or two later, and he was like, oh man, this Tim Poole song, oh geez, so bad, or whatever he was saying.
And his audience were responding, saying, holy crap, I didn't realize this was Tim Poole.
I actually like this song.
Yeah.
See, that's the thing.
They liked the song when they didn't know it was from me.
Because we did an ad run for it, and so people got to hear it.
And they were like, I thought it was like a song critical of government.
It is.
And they didn't realize that I had written it.
And so once they found out it was me, now they were complaining.
That's what they do.
The leftists just say, oh, Tim Pool, your music's bad.
I'm like, I don't know, dude.
I don't know.
We charted on a billboard.
That's like most, like 60% of our songs have charted on various, you look at your favorite bands, they never make it there.
We put out a song and it just goes.
It gets millions of views.
Together Again, I think, was our biggest.
It got like a million.
But that was because The Daily Wire was helping promote it because we covered The Daily Wire song.
Anyway, long story short, My point with this is, Foo Fighters either know they allow campaigns to license their music for rallies, political rallies, it's in the stipulations and everything they agreed to, they know it happens, they know it's possible, I think they probably knew this.
I don't see a scenario where their manager or BMI didn't hit up their rep and be like, just so you guys know, the Trump campaign's licensed My Hero.
It could be.
It could be.
The Trump campaign licensed a catalog.
And BMI said, you're good to play all of these songs.
And they chose My Hero.
And then Foo Fighters was like, we never agreed to that.
But they did when they said their music is available for licensing for any and all reasons, or there's probably limitations, but there you go.
So to now act all flabbergasted and surprised and take a political stance on this one is scumbaggery.
I'm going to wrap it up there.
there. Next segment's coming up tonight at 8. I'm sorry, at 6pm.
6pm on YouTube on this channel.
Smash the like button, subscribe to this channel, share the show with your friends.
You can follow me on X at TimCast.
Next up, we got this!
This one's too good to pass up.
This is a massively viral video.
Jon Stewart, for all my criticisms of the man, I gotta give him credit for this one, annihilating the Democrats for their hypocrisy.
And then, maybe I'll go grab my guitar and I'll play Everlong, as promised, on the live show.
Thanks for hanging out.
We'll see you all at 6pm.
Let's grab a couple Super Chats.
We're probably gonna go a few minutes over.
Let me grab a drink here.
Today the drink is Blueberry Peach Pneuma.
unidentified
Delicious.
tim pool
What is that?
Certified B Corporation?
What does that mean?
Organic.
unidentified
Excuse me.
tim pool
While I take a drink.
No updates.
Didn't ever happen.
So, um... We released Will of the People.
I'll give you a simple version.
Will of the People's song I wrote a long time ago.
I planned this music video out for, like, nearly a decade.
And no, I was probably like... The music video plan was probably, like, four or five years in the making.
I wrote the song.
I had the story in my head, and then eventually got around to recording it, found some animators, and made it.
The color scheme is, it shifts from red to blue, and the opening, it's a yellow sky, people are throwing ropes over a statue, they pull the statue down, and the chorus is, this is the will of the people.
Muse published on my birthday!
This is hilarious.
Not kidding.
On my birthday.
A snippet for their new song, Will of the People, which I think is a bad song.
Same color scheme.
Same... It's guys in hoodies throwing ropes over gigantic statues and pulling them down with a yellow sky.
And I was just like, yeah, it's really weird.
Not only that, Their commercial was like a live-action remake, shot for shot, of our commercial for the song.
We did a commercial ad, we aired one in Times Square, and we aired one on YouTube, and they basically made the exact same thing and posted it on my birthday.
And I was like, wow.
So Muse fans naturally were like, who cares?
You don't own the concept of Will of the People, blah blah blah.
That's so stupid.
As numerous lawyers that we had worked with pointed out, taking a body of work and copying it is literal infringement.
So no one owns the right to draw a chicken.
You can't just say you own chickens.
But to literally copy someone's specific art of a chicken, calling it the same thing, and then... Nobody owns the concept of a mouse.
You can't own drawing a mouse.
Here's Mickey Mouse.
Uh, no, we own that.
Well, you don't own the name Mickey or Mouse?
Please?
So every lawyer we talked to is basically like, wow, this is egregious.
Like, they ripped off the body of work.
I mean, the song's different, but you're not suing over the song.
You're suing over the branding because they basically, actually, let's see if we can do this.
Google search it.
Yeah, here you go.
When you search Will of the People now, it used to be Timcast Will of the People.
But I can't compete with Muse.
Not at all.
And people didn't like it either, that's really funny.
Will of the People singer... Will of the People production!
That's the skate park, by the way.
Ha!
Yeah, they displaced our song, which was first.
I wonder if...
Look at that.
We got completely displaced by everything.
All of the cover videos.
Look at that.
They completely displaced us in search.
You can't search for our song anymore.
People saying it's not good.
Man, that's, that's such... Will the people Timcast?
And there you go.
Will the people original song.
And there it is.
They displaced us from search.
That's how it works.
That's what they do.
So, anyway.
Long story short.
Nah.
No lawsuit.
We had a conversation with the lawyers and they're like, what do you want to win?
And I'm like, I don't know.
We put out our song.
It is what it is.
And this will forever go down as... Access is a component of copyright lawsuits.
The lead singer has appeared on Alex Jones before.
They're well-versed on all of these subject matters.
Very likely they'd access to the song because they're in this space as well, though they pretend not to be sometimes.
So some have said maybe it was just like homage.
Some have said, maybe somebody watched your video—oh, come on, Matt Bellamy, the singer, is singing Will of the People.
Okay, and the—I don't own the concept of Will of the People.
But for me to write a song with an orange sky and people in hoodies throwing a rope over a statue, pulling it down, while singing a song about the will of the people, all of those together from a body of work.
I couldn't make a show called Mickey Mouse where I draw a mouse that's slightly different and it's all like the same thing.
You can't do that.
But whatever.
It is what it is.
Let's go to this last segment here from Mediite.
We got this story from Mediaite Daily shows Jon Stewart roasts Democrats for DNC hypocrisy and lack of Palestinian-American speakers.
Well, I think that's certainly funny.
I think this is, uh, this clip right here.
unidentified
Ill Donald Trumpo says, boom!
tim pool
No, shout out to Jon Stewart.
I'll criticize where criticism is warranted, but this is a great clip.
Here you go.
jon stewart
They had a guy yelling, screw the billionaires, followed immediately by a very happy billionaire.
It's all okay if it's our billionaire.
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
I don't like, I don't like Billionaire, but he's alright.
jon stewart
They had guys making fun of people for going to Yale, and a bunch of people who went to Yale.
The Democrats had people who prosecuted sexual predators, and... It's Judge Bill Clinton.
unidentified
Yo, bravo.
That was a good one.
There goes that booking.
tim pool
Bravo, man.
unidentified
Shout out to Jon Stewart.
tim pool
Jon, you do this, this is why we like you.
And I got no problem with you criticizing Donald Trump or Republicans.
In fact, I expect it.
I encourage it.
Please do more.
But it's got to be real.
You know, we've we've ragged on Jon before because when he does these criticisms of the
Republicans, it's like based on fake news.
Fake, middle-of-the-road garbage.
Listen.
He just criticized the Democrats.
Criticized Democrats.
Straight up, he said, they criticized billionaires and then had a billionaire up there.
They did, literally.
That's factually what happened.
And you can be critical of that.
He says, you've got a guy ragging on someone for going to Yale and then people went to Yale.
Yes, hypocrisy.
None of the Bill Clinton thing.
That was good.
But the problem is, you gotta do your research.
The news about Trump is largely fake.
They got nothing to say about him.
Why don't you make fun of the RNC for Hulk Hogan ripping his shirt off?
And say something like, it's hard to criticize isn't it?
The RNC is hard to criticize.
I mean like you can call it boring or silly or over the top, but not in the same way Democrats are hypocritical liars.
So when we see this, we laugh.
Donald Trump.
Let me throw some criticism.
The ones I often give.
Commando raid in Yemen.
59 Tomahawk missiles into Syria.
The guy who claims to be the anti-war candidate nearly sparked an entirely new war.
Oh wait, we were already at war with Syria.
That was Obama's fault.
So there were no new wars under Trump.
Just the continuance of many others.
But then the problem is Trump actually set a timeline for ending them and bringing our troops back.
Right?
You're like, well, you know.
By all means.
You can not like what Trump does.
But that's all you can really do.
You can say, I don't like the border wall.
You can say, I don't like his border security plans.
I don't like his deportation plans.
That's fine.
But then you're talking about a real argument.
There's nothing really humorous there.
Trump does what he says he's going to do.
Or at least tries to.
I mean, you can talk about... Here's the funny thing.
Even with Operation Warp Speed, when Democrats are ragging on... I'm sorry, when Republicans are ragging on him, Trump stands by it to this day.
And a lot of people, a lot of libertarians are like, I will not support him because he stands by this.
Okay, then vote Kamala, I guess, or don't vote whatever.
I don't know.
Donald Trump says, we got Warp Speed, we got the vaccine out.
His crowd booed him.
He goes, well, you know, I'm proud of it.
I never forced you to take it.
That was Democrats.
I respect that.
Like, you can be critical of it, but it's not funny.
You know what I mean?
You're like, well, I disagree with Trump.
Okay.
It's funny when Democrats are complete hypocrites.
But my friends, they're also a cult.
Here we go. Daily Beast says, Billy Baldwin said he's known RFK Jr. for decades,
was inspired by his speeches, and even had their kids' carpool together.
That's all changed now.
What?
Why?
What?
Is that the most insane thing ever?
Dude, I know people who are voting Democrat.
I have a good friend I've known for about 20 years who is a liberal, pride flag-wearing, and we're still friends.
And I don't know why I wouldn't be friends with him.
We'll argue if it comes up, but, you know, I'm not gonna, like, if we're hanging out, and this thing comes up, we absolutely get into it.
And I'm like, dude, I do this for a living, you're not gonna, like, sorry, it's just, you're not gonna say a thing.
But we're friends, and it just, it's crazy to me.
So you mean to tell me, Billy, you'd been friends to the point where your kids carpooled together, and now you won't be friends with them because he supports Trump?
unidentified
You are a deranged cultist!
tim pool
But okay, sure, whatever.
Here's another one.
Oh, wait, not that one.
Where's, uh... Oh, I don't have the other one pulled up.
The other one I had is, uh, The Daily Beast.
Let me, let me, let me pull it up.
Let me pull it up.
I thought I had it pulled up.
I didn't.
It's The Daily Beast talking about RFK Jr.' 's family.
And this one I found, you know, very offensive.
Because his own family betrays him.
I think it's an important one to pull up so let me scroll down because on my on my ex feed it's there and I very much insult the Democrats here.
Here we go.
Kerry Kennedy says, statement on Robert F. Kennedy Jr.' 's announcement.
We want an America filled with hope and bound together by a shared vision of a brighter future.
A future defined by individual freedom, economic promise, and national pride.
We believe in Harrison Waltz.
Our brother Bobby's decision to endorse Trump today is a betrayal of those values that our father and our family hold most dear.
It is a sad ending to a sad story.
Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, Courtney Kennedy, Kerry Kennedy, Chris Kennedy, Rory Kennedy.
She said, I am sharing a personal statement that my family and I have made in response to my brother's announcement.
I want you to notice.
They don't say in this, we love our brother, but we disagree with him politically.
We encourage everyone to support Harrison Waltz.
We look forward to seeing Bobby on Thanksgiving.
I'd respect that.
I'd be like, that's a nice message.
No, that's not what they said.
My response.
RFK having an opinion is a betrayal of no one.
You're saying that stepping outside your party is a betrayal, and it's exactly the point.
To you and your ilk, leaving the tribe is the crime, but lining up to attack family means nothing.
Proving our point about Democrats.
It's a cult.
That's what they are.
Here you go.
Soho after gay pride.

Look at this.

A wasteland.
Absolute wasteland.
And we see a bunch of it.
When these liberal leftist events happen, they're left completely trashed and destroyed.
And then Republicans... I remember the Women's March.
It was just trash everywhere.
Republicans clean everything up as they're going.
Now, maybe it's because they recognize they don't want to look bad, but I'll take it.
I'll take it.
I don't know what else I have lined up here.
Oh, a testosterone thing.
Here's, let me do it in correct order.
Cernovich says, if 50% of men aged 18-28 voted, Trump would win by such an impossibly large margin that it wouldn't be believed.
Much easier to talk of Civil War or other issues than say men refuse to vote.
Proving they are children with Lord of the Rings level fantasy lives.
Indeed and agreed.
If we've got 18-28 year old men Leaning.
I think, what is it, 52%?
Is it?
No, it's 62%, isn't it?
Yeah.
62 to 61% Republican.
Or at least not Democratic.
Why aren't they voting if they recognize the issues?
Well, I have this post.
Dr. Simon Goddick talks about low T.
And he says he got his testosterone from 300 NGDL to 1,000 in four weeks.
He talks about cutting out processed foods, unregulated oils.
He talks about how the high body fat percentage in this stuff effeminizes men, lowers testosterone, estrogenizes.
Now, I'm not going to go into the full thing about how he wants to boost your testosterone.
I bring it up only to point out, this is a cultural shift for young men.
With the things being pointed out, younger guys are going to have higher testosterone, but lower T guys are going to vote Democrat.
I think a component of why we're seeing this shift is that as the Democrats go insane, young men who have higher testosterone are more likely to say absolutely not to the absurdity.
Granted, they're also being raised by conservatives.
The question then becomes, for one, I'll add as an aside, you should work on getting your testosterone levels up because it's unhealthy to have low levels and men are better off with higher levels of testosterone, but that's the aside.
The point I'm bringing this up for is, young men with higher testosterone likely is a contributing factor to why they're going to vote Republican.
How do we convince young men to go out and vote 100%?
You're not going to, even though they are largely supporting Trump.
As many people point out, millennial men, particularly millennial black men, are supporting Trump.
But we did a great culture war episode the other day, and Jamal Green, who is a Bernie supporter, but he's also very critical of the Democrats, and Kamala Harris says, you know, when asked, are black men going for Trump?
Yeah, but they're a non-voting demographic.
Interesting.
Young black men overwhelmingly say they're going to vote for Trump, but they're not going to show up to vote.

All right.

I'll tell you this.
If you guys are going out and doing man-on-the-street interviews, and you ask someone, are you voting for Donald Trump?
And they say, yes.
Where legal?
Ballot Harvest.
That's the point.
Because they're not going to fill out their ballot.
They're not going to go to the polling station.
But they've told you they want to vote for Trump.
So then all you got to do is knock on that door and be like, who are you voting for?
And they'll be like, Trump.
Be like, prove it.
Fill it out.
Fill out that thing right now.
We'll take it in for you.
Prove it.
People will be like, okay.
Democrats do it.
That's the game plan.
I gotta tell you, the DNC deserved to get roasted.
And Jon Stewart did a brilliant job.
I'm gonna wrap things up there.
