		Of course, it's to be expected.
		The pieces are already aligned.
		They already have a plan.
		Kamala Harris is going to be the nominee.
		And the DNC is now moving to hold a virtual nominating process, which would effectively bypass any Democrat nominating a new candidate.
		And there is a reason for this.
		If you expected there was going to be some fair process at the DNC, where they're actually going to say, you know, maybe there's another candidate, maybe Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama, you would be wrong.
		Now, I suppose there is always a possibility, but it seems the main reason why they're going to bypass the traditional DNC rules for a brokered convention is that they're past the deadline.
		The reason why they're having this virtual roll call to assert their nominee, and the reason why they're not going to have the real brokered convention, Ohio.
		We talked about it a while ago.
		Man, I gotta be honest.
		I think this is all pre-planned, and I think it's planned very well.
		If you go back in time, we were asking the question on this morning's show, and as well as Tim Kast's IRL, why is it that Joe Biden's not on the ballot in Ohio?
		That doesn't make sense!
		And they said, well, you know, it's because the convention is happening past the deadline.
		And so the DNC then says, no, no, we're going to have a virtual nominating process as a formality just so that we can get him on the ballot.
		It was planned.
		With Joe Biden dropping out, I think it's all planned.
		With Joe Biden dropping out, they now say, well, we've we had this virtual nominating process ready to go already because of Ohio.
		Kamala Harris will be chosen, the DNC will coronate her, and that's it.
		No challenges, no election, not a single person cast a ballot for this awful woman.

		I'm just gonna say right now in the intro to this show, I didn't like Joe Biden.
		Never liked Joe Biden.
		I liked Obama early on, but that was like a month, I guess.
		I have never felt more disdain and vitriol for the Democrats than I do today.
		When they stole it from Bernie Sanders, I laughed.
		What do you expect?
		That's what they do.
		I didn't take any of it seriously.
		But now, You know, I look at these liberal pundits who are like, yeah, democracy!
		You didn't even vote for this lady!

		Maybe the news is wrong.

		And maybe they have this virtual roll call, they say, okay, Kamala's the nominee, and then there's bedlam at the convention, and they're like, no, we want Gavin Newsom and Hillary Clinton or something.
		Fine.
		I guess the news is also reporting.

		Barack Obama is livid.
		He's like, Kamala can't win.
		What are we doing?
		He's right.
		But we'll see.
		You know, shadow campaign and what forth.
		So we'll talk about that.
		We got a lot of the election stuff lined up for the first portion of this live morning show.

		The second shooter conspiracy theory.
		Yeah, the media came out real quick to say there was no second shooter in the Trump assassination, and I'm just like, but why?
		We don't know anything about what happened yet.
		There's no official story.

		There is more evidence, but all of a sudden the media is like, debunked!
		Experts said so!
	And I'm like, okay, now I don't believe you.
	It's like, if they said we're not sure, it doesn't seem likely, I'd be like, yeah, you know, probably.
	But when there are media like, experts have debunked any idea of a second shooter, I'm like, Yeah, now I don't know if I trust you, so we'll talk about that.
	The Mr. Beast allegations, wow.
	It's getting crazy.
	And I know some people are like, oh it's a pop culture crisis story, this is not mainstream.
	This is the biggest YouTuber!
	200 plus million views per video.
	I mean between like 100 and 300 million views.
	International, front page, and the question must be asked.
	In Hollywood and in YouTube, what is it with these systems propping up people targeting children?
	And that's the Mr. Beast story.

		She has not received any votes from the American people.
		This is true.
		convention blocks delegates from nominating new candidate in Chicago despite Kamala receiving
		zero votes. Zero. She has not received any votes from the American people. This is true. I mean,
		in the first Democratic primary going back in 2019-2020, Kamala Harris did.
		She didn't win any delegates, but people voted for her.
		This time around, completely unelected.
		Not a single vote.
		And the DNC will be appointing her as the candidate.
		They're trying to transfer the money from Joe Biden to Kamala, which I think is shockingly insane.
		I'm just going to tell you right now, with everything we're seeing, it is not hyperbole to say that we are facing an existential threat in this country.
		And it's fascinating because the left says Donald Trump is that existential threat, but that's certainly not the case.
	What we're looking at right now is Kamala Harris, who has received no votes.
	You have Joe Biden, who has dropped out of the race for whatever reason.
	He spoke yesterday.
	He didn't give us a real reason.
	The money that was donated to Joe Biden is being handed to Kamala Harris.
	It's currently frozen until she's the nominee.
	That's my understanding.
	The argument is because it was the Biden-Harris ticket, Kamala Harris gets the money.

		That the Democrats have long wanted a process by which there will be no interruption.
		No Bernie Sanders, no RFK Jr.
		That they want to just funnel money overtly and directly.
		It's an interesting story James O'Keefe has covered a while back that's surfacing now.
		James O'Keefe and many others have been looking up FEC, the Federal Election Commission records, donations, and finding poor people Who donate three to five times per day, every single day, to the tunes of tens of thousands of dollars.
		And they go to the door and they're like, ma'am, did you donate $287,000 to the Democrats?
		And she's like, no.
		And they're like, well, it says here you donate seven times a day.
		And she's like, I'm not.
		How is this possible?
		It is illegal to donate more than the maximum.
		How is it that in the FEC records you can look this up and see One person donating hundreds of thousands of dollars, and there's nothing going on.
		If the state AGs don't get on top of this, in fact, I'm not sure they will, and it may be too late.
		I fear this is the end of the Constitutional Republic, and what we are moving into now is a Chinese Communist form of government.
		Democrats are going to just choose who is the party leader.
		Republicans are going to go, slow down there, Democrats.
		Democrats are going to funnel money illegally.
		And we're up against this machine that is absolutely just demonic and cheating.

		Let's read some more.
		It says the Democratic Party will enact a rule change for the DNC that will allow Vice
		President Kamala Harris to receive the party's nomination prior to the convention being held.
		This decision comes as a strategic move to streamline the nomination process and is likely
		intended to avoid any perception of instability within the party.
		A virtual roll call will be held during the first week of August to formalize Harris'
		nomination, confirming her as the party's candidate after she secured support from a
		majority of delegates and without any intra-party challengers.
		This move follows President Joe Biden's announcement that he will not seek re-election and his endorsement of Harris as the party's nominee.
		Despite Biden's endorsement, his delegates, nearly all of the pledged delegates for the convention, were not legally obligated to support Harris.
		However, the party has taken proactive steps to guarantee Harris' nomination, ensuring she faces no competition, and to demand their compliance.
		The virtual roll call, planned since May, was implemented to allow the Democratic ticket ample time to appear on ballot in states with early filing deadlines.
		The plan was to have Biden confirmed in advance of the convention.
		The difference is that Biden actually ran for president and received votes.
		Harris has not received any votes.
		Here's the example, or the analogy, I suppose, that I gave last time.

	How many states are they passed the deadline on?
	Are they just going to be like, OK, Nevada, put Kamala instead of Joe?
	We're well past the deadline for a bunch of these states.
	I think that is one of them.
	Harris's bid for the presidency, along with any contenders aiming to oppose her,
	must submit documentation to the DNC, excuse me, and secure electronic endorsements.
	She's got to submit it, but she's got the pledges.

	as some states require the party to certify the names of both president and

	While the convention will still feature a ceremonial roll call of delegates, it will also include in-person voting on the Democrats' party platform.
	I think Chicago is going to be absolute bedlam.

	You've got people who are progressive, they did not vote for Kamala Harris, and they're absolutely upset that Kamala Harris is being appointed.
	It's an appointment.
	Man, I certainly hope y'all are ready for what this is going to turn into.
	People are going to be riding in the streets.
	Chicago is going to be pandemonium.
	And, you know, to be fair, I always say this, I could be wrong.

	This guy on Twitter says his watch wasn't on the right time during his live speech.

	And you zoom in on the watch and the watch appears to show about 6 10 p.m.
	when it was supposed to be 8 10 p.m.
	Wrong!
	I actually pulled up the video, downloaded it in high definition, put it into Adobe Premiere, zoomed in, and went frame by frame.
	His watch says 8.10 p.m.
	Right here was six minutes in.
	It says 8.06 or whatever.
	His watch was completely right.
	It's fake news.
	People are just posting fake news because that's what they do.

	And then she's like, I am 100% behind Kamala Harris.

	She's a communazi and blah, blah, blah.
	Because I'm making fun of the left for screaming Trump is the existential threat.

	And then when Donald Trump won, the people begrudgingly said, alright, fine, Donald Trump.
	I absolutely love the narrative.
	There's this one, I don't know if I'd be able to find it, but Defiant L's.
	I like Defiant L's, it's a funny channel.
	Defiant L's had a post.
	Where this guy says, F you Trump supporters and F Mag, I will never vote for Donald Trump.
	And then a day later, you win, I'm voting for Donald Trump.
	And Defined L's, it's a page, for those that aren't familiar, where it contrasts Post as someone losing.
	And I'm like, that's not a loss, that's a win!
	Like, don't, that's, no way!
	Someone saying, I hate Trump and I hate his supporters, the next day being like, I have no choice, I'm voting for Trump.
	Voting for Trump is the win.
	So I'm like, don't call that an L.
	This guy hated Donald Trump, hated Trump supporters, looked at the landscape and said Kamala Harris and Joe Biden are taking a dump on the Resolute desk and burning this country to the ground, so I have no choice but to vote for the guy that I really do not like.

		Many of them right now are saying they want to vote for Kamala.

		Haley for Harris or something like that.
		I don't know what it is.
		But it's like a bunch of former Nikki Haley voters in the primary are now voting for Harris.
		And it's like, well, yeah, because Democrats switched parties to vote for Nikki Haley in the primary to hurt Trump.
		That's how she did so well.
		And now they're going to go back to voting Democrat.
		It's all a big con, if you ask me.
		And you don't need to ask me, I think you guys can tell as well.
		But holy crap.
		Let's take a look at this real quick.
		In the Joe Biden speech, there is a massive dark spot on the left side of his face.
		People are saying like on his orbital socket you can see some bruising, and you can see on the lower left portion of his face some bruising, which may explain why he hadn't been seen for a week following that emergency.
		What if he suffered a transient ischemic attack, fell down, hit his face, and that's why they wanted to rush him to the hospital?
		What if he didn't have a stroke at all?
		What if the actual issue was that he was on the plane and he fell down in his face?
		And so they were thinking, we gotta get him to the hospital now.
		Then they realized... And this actually makes more sense than a stroke, if you were asking me.
		They're like, okay, he's seriously hurt, get him to the hospital.
		He started talking and they said, no, no, no, no.
		We've got some light bruising.
		We think he'll be fine.
		He's stable.
		Let's get him to Walter Reed.
		Let's fly him home.
		That makes sense, too.
		It could be both.
		Could absolutely be both.
		In the current state of the polls, I think it's important that everybody see this and realize you must not count your chickens before they hatch.
		Here we can see numerous polls from Reuters showing Harris is way up on Donald Trump.
		With Kennedy in, you've got Harris 42, Trump 38.
		In this other poll from Reuters, it also has Harris at 37, Trump at 34, Kennedy at 10.
		When it's just Harris v. Trump, Harris is up two points.
		And many people say, that's not possible, don't make me laugh.
		Dude, I am happy to see.
		I am happy to see polls showing Harris winning.
		Because too many Trump supporters are like, we win, we can't lose.
		The worst thing now is the Trump supporters being like, I don't believe these polls!
		These polls are fake!
		Perhaps, my friends, the polls simply represent the shadow campaign.
		And what they're really doing is they're saying, we have a plan for how we're going to handle all this stuff.
		Now, YouGov puts Trump ahead.
		Most of the polls have Trump way ahead, with Biden basically out.
		You've got Northstar with Trump up 2, Emerson, Trump up 2.
		When you add other candidates, just Kennedy, Stein, West, and Oliver, Trump is still up 2.
		ActiveVote has Trump up 1, although these numbers don't make sense.
		What is this?
		Active vote has Harris at 50 and Trump at 51.
		I am actually fairly good at math.
		I don't know if you guys noticed, but I am part Asian, and I have done the math, and 50 plus 51 is 101%.
		So I'm curious as to how FiveThirtyEight posted that.
		You know, when you see the polls and it's like 44 to 42, you're like, yeah, right, because other people poll, there's unsure and things like this, so it's usually in the 40%, you know, 40% or so.
		Let me just say, I'm a big fan of the 50 to 51.
		Is it on a 200 percentage scale, so it's half?
		I have no idea.
		Now, 270ToWin hasn't updated their map at all, and we don't exactly know how they could, because nothing makes sense anymore.
	Unprecedented historical moments all day, every day.
	Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to your new reality, where, uh, who knows what's gonna happen tomorrow?
	Tomorrow, Kamala Harris might choose Nikki Haley as her running mate.
	And then aliens might come down and beam them up, and then it's Biden again.

	Maybe this is the play.
	Aliens show up and we're like, dude, we do not have time for this.

	The long story short is that Superman decides to become a despot because he has to.

	They're hoping to burn the system down and create oligarchy.
	And there's two ways they can achieve it.
	The Communist strategy, or the cross their fingers at the right, adopts their strategies to try and fight them, and then the Uniparty gets exactly what they want.

	And that means being the good guy is very difficult.
	And it always will be.
	But I know that not everybody who watches this show is religious.

		FBI director casts doubt on Trump being struck by bullet during assassination attempt.

		Donald Trump was, in his own words, not supposed to be here at the RNC, he said.
		And I want to be careful how I phrase this because Donald Trump should be here.
		He should be at the convention, he should be naming his VP, he should be giving interviews, he should not be dead.
		But what he meant by that, it means that he was lucky to have survived, but by the grace of God, the bullet, he turned his head, and when he did, the bullet went through his ear.
		There's no shrapnel.
		Nothing was damaged.
		The Democrats immediately tried claiming that the teleprompter exploded and glass hit him.
		He wasn't shot.
		Why?
		Because to say Donald Trump took a bullet for America, rose up and yelled, Fight!
		Fight!
		Fight!
		That's a powerful statement.
		So they want to diminish that in any way possible.
		Trump was hit by a piece of glass.
		Big difference from being shot.

		The FBI director is saying the thing might have been shrapnel.

		The FBI director, and this is Trump's fault for hiring the guy, is diminishing the story with no evidence.

		FBI Director Christopher Wray has raised doubts as to whether or not Donald Trump was struck by a bullet during the assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania rally earlier this month.
		Wray testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday about the ongoing investigation into the attempt on former president's life and the response of law enforcement agencies that day.
		When questioned by the committee chairman Jim Jordan as to whether the FBI had accounted for all the bullets at the scene, Wray said that eight spent rounds were recovered from the rooftop of the building from which the gunman opened fire.
		With respect to former President Trump, there's some question about whether or not it's a bullet or shrapnel that hit his ear, the FBI chief added.
		As I sit here right now, I don't know whether that bullet, in addition to causing the grazing, could have landed somewhere else, he added.
		But I believe we've accounted for all the shots in the cartridges.
		Why did he say that?
		Why did he just add to the story, to that question, something for which no one asked?
		Because this has been the Democrat narrative the whole time.
		And the reality is, it could be as simple as Chris Wray gets his information from crackpot liberal pundits and MSNBC.
		So that's all he's saying is he's repeating what he sees in the media.
		Gunman Thomas Crooks fired a volley of eight rounds, this we know.
		Former White House physician Ronny Jackson has said that Trump was shot in the ear, creating a two centimeter wide wound, according to a memo shared with Axios.
		The former president has also repeatedly said that he was struck in the ear by a bullet.
		What else would he have been hit by?
		What shrapnel?
		Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Christopher Parris testified to the House Committee on Tuesday that the 20-year-old gunman was one of at least three suspicious individuals highlighted by the authorities on the scene that day.
		Crooks became a special individual after law enforcement agents spotted him using a rangefinder.
		Like, come on, man!

	Some people believe it's more conspiratorial.
	I certainly think they haven't told us the truth about 9-11, because there's no logical reason why they would.
	And for all the... the... the... what's the... the coincidence theorists, I guess?

	You really believe that one of the biggest security failures resulting in the collapse of two massive skyscrapers in New York and an attack on the Pentagon?
	You think the government's gonna be like, here's how they did it.
	Here's the actual breakdown of how our security was bypassed.
	Nope.
	Come on.
	When we have security issues at Timcast, because we do, we never mention it.
	You never hear anything about it.
	Because doing so would compromise security.
	Now, when we had, like, the bomb threat at the Cast Castle, where we had to evacuate for three hours, there wasn't anything we could do about it.
	We were live.
	And I was like, keep it rolling.
	We're going out.
	The police showed up and everything, and we were forced to wait outside because of a legitimate bomb threat.
	That was annoying.
	And the reason why we were able to get a legitimate bomb threat is because there was leaked, privy to information.
	And so, what happens is, if someone calls in with a swatting attempt, and it's garbled nonsense, then the police can ignore it.
	So, we're in a different facility now, with much more security.
	But when we get swatted, the first time they show up, second time they show up, third time they show up, fourth time, they contact our security immediately, who then gives them the all-clear, they don't show up.
	We were still getting swatted, but we had a buffer in between.
	When we got a bomb threat, the threat had very specific information, and security and the police were like, How could they have known these things?
	Ah, dude, I was livid.
	Because what had happened was people who were at the company thought it was fine to talk to far leftists and tell them about inner workings of the company.
	And they're like, oh, it's fine.
	They're my friend.
	There's no problem.
	And then you get these bomb threats.
	So we think we know who was doing it.

	What happened to Donald Trump and that there must have been a bigger plan.

	So, Ron Johnson, and others, I think Eli Crane as well, and others in Congress, have said, could there have been a second shooter?
	I don't think it's unfair to question whether or not someone was an accomplice to this shooter.
	It could actually answer a lot of questions as to how he was able to bypass security, get his weapon, and get on the roof.
	How'd he get on the roof?
	His friend gave him a boost.
	How about that?
	And second shooter doesn't mean a government agent or anything like this.
	It means someone else may have been helping him and got away.
	Why is the media so quick to be like, no, no, no?
	It's weird, isn't it?
	Well, I do think their play was... I do believe that there was a plot.
	I don't care if you call it a conspiracy theorist.
	The idea that this kid was able to fly a drone over the president's rally without any, nobody stopped him.
	Had a rangefinder, nobody stopped him.
	3 hours, 1 hour, 26, 10, and 2 minutes out, nobody stopped him.
	And not only that, nobody stopped Trump from getting on stage.

	You'd have to be a special kind, special kind of able, mentally, to believe those are all accidents.

	I've seen some pretty interesting video on the internet by experts that certainly calls into question what the FBI is telling us about the single shooter.

	Maybe.

	This is the game they play.
	Ron Johnson's a conspiracy theorist for thinking there may have been an accomplice.

	There's one video where they point to a blurry figure on a water tower.
	There's another video where a Ph.D.
	sound engineer, or whatever, sonologist, I don't know what the word is, is looking at the waveform of the recordings and then using the distance between the shot and the report to determine the length, the distance, between the shooter and Donald Trump.
	And there's actually a point where the waveform changes, indicating a shot from another direction.
	I believe it's possible to explain this as snipers were shooting back at the other guy.
	We don't know.
	Maybe that was the video he was talking about.
	Don't know.
	But don't you love how Rolling Stone says he may be referring to it?
	The pretty interesting video Johnson was referring to may be.
	Oh, it may be, huh?
	But you don't know?
	And now they're using that to try and discredit him.
	And I went and said on Fox News that she believed it was another shooter mentioning the other shooter that she heard was right by the water tower.
	On the day of, people on the ground interviewed eyewitnesses who said there was a second shooter.
	Maybe, once again, they're referring to sniper teams because you hear a shot in one direction and the other direction.
	It could also be that they don't understand echo.
	So, depending on where you are with echo, you fire a gun, you will then hear the shot again because it echoes back.
	That's what an echo is.
	According to CBS News, and experts they interviewed, the videos do not show a person atop the tower.
	Additionally, law enforcement, including Secret Service, FBI, and local officers, as well as members of the media not in his accounts, all point to Thomas Crooks as the only gunman.
	And I think that's fair and a fine assessment.
	I don't think there was a second shooter.
	I just don't think there's anything wrong with asking whether there could be one.
	Then you get this from NBC News, and I'm immediately like, okay, maybe there was one.
	Because NBC News just lies all day every day.
	It's a fake news website.

		Here's a possible, uh, the actual video, I think, that may represent, or that may give credence to the idea of a second shooter.

		So this is, it's, it's been a while now.
		Man, it's been almost, it's been almost, yeah, two weeks.
		Was there a second Trump shooter?
		New acoustic evidence.
		This is a viral video.
		I don't know if they have the video actually in here.
		Apparently the ladder was not used by the shooter to get on the roof.
		The, uh, and this was known right away that he climbed in an air conditioner or something like that.
		But this is what I was referring to.

		That the prominent theory is based on waveform.
		It's, I gotta tell you how cool this science is.
		The PhD guy looks at a waveform, so if you're not familiar with what a waveform is, you can download Audacity or Premiere, you load a sound file, and then you see a visual representation of the sound, the waveform, and you can play it, and the little bar moves through it.
		You'll notice, here's a really good example.
		Do you ever see the clack in a movie?
		When they're like, scene 51, take 2, and they go clack.
		That is so that they can synchronize the video and the audio.
		What we do when we're producing videos is we clap.
		Whenever we have audio recording and video recording separate, you want to clap, or clack, whatever.
		Then what you do is, you pull the video up, you pull the audio up, you look at the waveform, and you can see a spike.
		It looks like these waves, and then right when you clap, a straight line.
		Because it's peaking.
		It's hitting the maximum, you know, threshold.
		Then, you look to the video to right where the clap happens, and you put them together.
		And that's how you synchronize audio and video.
		With this waveform stuff, you can actually clap, and then you will, depending on the echo of the room, if it's dead, like, you know, we've got sound, this room's got a bunch of soundproofing in it.
		If you're in, like, a canyon, you'll, someone will clap, you can film them clap, and then when you hear the second clap, you can look at the waveform, count the amount of time, knowing the speed of sound, then calculate the size of the canyon.
		How cool is that?
		The same thing works for bullets.
		Because of this, the guy says, uh, there are some shots here that are out of sync with the other shots that have a different time signature indicating a different distance.
		I don't know what that means.
		It may not mean a second shooter.
		The second shooter may be a law enforcement sniper stopping crooks.
		I don't think it's unreasonable then to be like, maybe.
		But when the media rushes out to try and claim it never happened, When the FBI director rushes out full speed to claim Trump, maybe it was not even shot, which is a Democrat talking point.
		Maybe the bullet went somewhere else, who knows?
		They are trying to diminish the story because it benefits Donald Trump.
		A week after Trump nearly dies, Joe Biden drops out of the race.
		I wonder if the plan was Trump dies.
		Their plan.
		And when I say they, I'm talking about powerful political elites, special interests.
		It could be corporate.
		It could be a US adversary, perhaps.
		It could be a deep state, you know, intelligence agents that are rogue operators.

		They then say Iran did it and we have to go to war.
	Then Biden drops out, changing the news cycle, and you get a choice between Kamala Harris and Nikki Haley.

	But you look at what they're doing with the Democrat nomination, and I got to tell you, while it certainly feels like they're winging it, I got to tell you, my friends, if you think This is where it all just stops and their plan has fallen apart?

	And they said it's because the convention is taking place after the deadline.

	The reason why we're seeing so many voter registrations in Texas and in Missouri and other places is that someone said the anomalous data is coming out of university areas.
	So the hypothesis then would be someone is looking up university databases for college students that are not registered.
	And they're registering on their behalf.
	Then, they're going to mass-produce universal mail-in votes, give them out to young people.
	Then, they're going to fill them out through ballot harvesting, or other nefarious means, but probably just ballot harvesting.
	Knock on a door and say, fill it out.
	Then, when Kamala Harris gets a massive outpouring of youth vote, they're gonna say, See, we told you!

	And that'll be the narrative.

		One of the allegations is that this Chris Tyson was a fan of someone called Shadman, who produces adult images of children, even of Keemstar's daughter.

		I tweeted at Mr. Beast, I quote tweeted him, now I'm getting mad, I mean, he's got 30 million followers, I got two.
		Chris Tyson was clearly going through some kind of mental issue.
		He's online, he's getting entrenched and addicted to this weird pornography stuff, he's sending it to kids.
		At first, my thought was, when he was suffering from these issues, related to gender dysphoria, Mr. Beast defended everything about it, and said, I'm sick of the transphobia, leave my friend alone.
		This dude, at this point, Chris Tyson, should have been arrested.
		If what this kid is saying, this guy is saying is true when he was 15, that Tyson was calling him daddy and sending him pornography... You know, I'll try to keep this one family-friendly, but I'll give you my assessment.
		And before I do, I'll say, Mr. Beast should not have defended this person.
		knew what was going on, or has been accused of knowing what's going on, took no action.
		One former employee, alleged former employee, claimed that it was because Chris Tyson had
		dirt on Mr. Beast, and so Mr. Beast could not do anything about it.
		Perhaps.
		Here's what I think.
		Why is this adult man calling these young boys daddy?
		Why is this guy Chris Tyson supporting and engaging with a dude who makes drawings of
		little girls in adult compromising situations?
		I I believe that Chris Tyson has an extremist paraphilia where he is aroused at the thought of himself being a little girl.
		So if you look at everything we've seen so far, you have a guy who says he's trans and he wants to be a woman.
		And there's a difference between the fetishists with the paraphilia and then the gender dysphoric, right?
		So, there are many people that I've had on TimCast IRL who are not doing any of this stuff.
		They talk about gender dysphoria.
		That is a body dysmorphic disorder where you feel no different than anorexia.
		You look in the mirror and something's wrong.
		Chris Tyson, I believe, is in another camp.
		I do believe there's another form, which is the Dylan Mulvaney form, which is the just-getting-plastic-surgery-to-fit-in-and-get-popular, which is totally different.
		That's a different kind of personality issue.
		Chris Tyson is interacting with a guy who makes lewd drawings of children.
		Chris Tyson himself wants to be a woman and takes hormones.
		Chris Tyson also calls teenage boys daddy.
		As if these younger boys are in a domineering position above him.
		I think this guy has a fetish about wanting to be a little girl.

		All I know is you look at how everything's lining up, and with him sending pornography and calling little boys daddy, and looking at or supporting this guy who makes this adult content of children, this dude clearly has some, like, overt fetish thing going on.
		And the crazy thing is, it's been years.
		People knew this was happening.
		And we're only just finding out now.
		Why was this guy being protected?
		And to that point, why is Mr. Beast still saying Ava?
		It's absolutely nuts.

		it's fair to say these are for one, they're all allegations.

	At this point, with enough information coming out, for Mr. Beast to say, I have seen enough online.
	Meaning, outside of the investigation, it's enough to terminate an individual.
	That opens you up to legal liability.
	He's saying outright, he's got enough evidence that this is true, that he could not be sued or face damage.

	To still then be like, it's Ava.
	Uh, no, it's a predator named Chris.
	Stop defending these people.

	And they're only taking action now that people are starting to come out and make these allegations.

	Keemstar outright said he spoke with Tyson about sexually explicit drawings of his daughter, who is eight years old.
	And Tyson did not apologize for supporting Shadman, this guy who produces this stuff.
	I don't know how this stuff's legal.
	I don't know.

		Gina Carano is moved to tears after judge rejects Disney's motion to dismiss her lawsuit over Mandalorian firing.
		What happened to me was unacceptable.
		Carano, 43, sued Disney for discrimination in February.
		She was fired from Mandalorian in 2021 after a controversial social media post.
		That's cancel culture.
		Let's talk about cancel culture.
		Here's the post.
		She wrote, Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers, but by their neighbors, even by children.
		Quote, Because history is edited, most people today don't realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews.
		How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?
		That's all she said.
		Now take a look at what Daily Mail says.
		Carano had played Cara Dune in the first two seasons of the hit show, Mandalorian, which streams on Disney+.
		She was fired after she compared the treatment of Jews in Nazi Germany to conservatives in modern America in a social media post.
		Lie.
		No, she didn't.
		She said, don't demonize your neighbor.
		Nowhere in the Post did it say, conservatives are being persecuted like Jews.
		She said, the Nazis got neighbors to hate each other and to persecute a group of people.
		Don't hate people for their politics.
		I could say the exact opposite.
		Gina Carano compared the treatment of Democrats to the Jews in Nazi Germany.
		Because she's talking about everybody.
		There are people on the right of it, people on the left, people on the left, people on the right, and her message was, don't hate your neighbor.
		It is the powers that be that are driving you against each other.
		It's amazing how this happens, right?
		They say on Wednesday, following the court ruling, she shared a lengthy Instagram statement as well as a clip from her 2021 interview with the Daily Wire.
	What happened to me was unacceptable, absurd, and abusive.
	Among other things, it should not have happened to me.
	And it should not have happened to anyone else moving forward.
	Let it stop here, she wrote.
	And I gotta tell you, Gina Carano, this is crazy.
	She was gonna be a movie star.
	They were setting her up to be an A-lister megastar.
	And I really do mean that.
	She's in Deadpool.
	She has a light role.
	Then she's in a Mandalorian, a massive hit show, with a prominent character.
	Disney was building up her profile.
	She was going to be headlining movies.
	She was going to be huge.
	And then she said, don't hit your neighbors.
	The left attacked her, and Disney said, you're done.
	And she didn't do anything wrong.
	Krano started out her statement by quoting the court's ruling.
	The court denies defendant's motion.
	She went on, I am moved to tears after a brutal three and a half years.
	I am being given the opportunity to move forward in the court of law before the judge and my peers to clear my name.
	I am so grateful for this opportunity.
	I quite literally fought to get where I got to in my career through intense ups and downs, and I'll keep up that fight to continue doing what I love.
	I appreciate all of you who stood by me and defended me, and I am so sorry that similar situations have happened to some of you.
	I want you to know that I see you and I stand with you.
	To clarify what I was saying is, her career track was to be a megastar.
	With her getting her roles, she was doing... I'm going to be completely honest.
	Her skills were improving.
	She was doing a better and better job.
	She was doing a tremendous job in Mandalorian.
	I liked the show.
	And then they decided to nuke her and burn her career to the ground over social media.
	She was speaking out, that's why.
	I don't think it was this one post.
	I think they fired her because she was outspoken.
	She also thanked the owner of Axe, Elon Musk.

	And this is what I say.
	These people on social media that are losing their jobs because they're calling for the death of the president, of the frontrunner, I should say, former President Trump and frontrunner.
	They're calling for his death.
	And everyone's like, we shouldn't target little old ladies who work at Home Depot.
	And I'm just like, dude, I don't know what to tell you, man.
	We're not talking about someone who said, don't hate your neighbor.
	We're talking about people who are saying, to kill.
	And they're getting fired from their jobs for saying it.
	If there's no social consequence for calling for murder, then we're in for a world of trouble.
	We need a standard.
	Now, in my world, in how I view things, there's a broad brush.
	If someone comes out and says they hate Donald Trump, he should be locked up, he's a criminal, I say, well, you know, they can say that.
	Broad brush.
	There's a lot of leeway.
	But when you advocate anybody should be murdered, now I'm like, You say that on your own time, but not on someone else's dime.
	I agree with that being a bannable offense.
	Calling for or advocating saying someone should be killed.
	No problem with saying advocacy for murder, death, and violence.
	I have no problem with that being banned.
	The issue with cancel culture is they destroyed the career of Gina Carano because she said, don't hate your neighbor.
	What they really didn't like is that she was a conservative or conservative-leaning person and she was outspoken online.
	They could have given her a warning.
	Disney could have said, why don't you just take it down and be more careful?
	We don't want to PR backlash.
	I think the reason is, Disney is actually full of a bunch of woke individuals as well, who also did not like the fact that Gina Carano was conservative and was pushing back.
	She got these jobs.
	They then realized, hey, this lady is right-leaning.
	So they nuked her.
	That's cancel culture.
	That's wrong.
	If some woman at Home Depot posted a thing saying, don't hate your neighbor, the Nazis, blah blah blah, just like she did, I'd say, why would you fire her for that?
	But there are people who lost their jobs because they donated to Kyle Rittenhouse.
	There are people who lost their jobs for saying they supported Donald Trump.
	There are people who lost their jobs for wearing MAGA hats.
	That's cancel culture.

	I don't see how she ends up Getting her career back and making millions of dollars or anything like that.
	She might win a lot of money from Disney, but I don't see her coming back to this show or other shows.
	I do wonder, however, if given the option to bring her back to the show or take the money, what she would do.
	Because I'll tell you this, I've been in a couple labor lawsuits in my day.
	And I remember one where this one company... I gotta be light on the details due to settlements.
	A company that I worked for had taken some illicit actions.
	Our paychecks were shorted.
	As many of you know, I'm Asian.
	And so, like, I'm really good at math.
	I'm allowed to say that, by the way, I think.
	I don't know what the rules are on racism.
	I am part Asian, so I can do math pretty well.
	So my pay... I'm kidding, by the way, calm down.
	But I get my paycheck.
	I look at it and right away, nope, wrong.
	And I ask my friends, hey, your paychecks.
	And they're like, I don't know.
	And I look at their paychecks and I go, wrong.
	I go to the boss and I say, our checks are wrong.
	And they're like, what do you mean?
	I said, our checks are wrong.
	Look, I'll do the math for you.
	Took me 10 seconds.
	I said, here's our commission, here's our hourly rate.
	And they went, oh, oh, I'm sorry.
	It happens sometimes.
	We'll get it fixed right now.
	Because they can print checks.
	They print a check, hand it to me, here are your new checks, guys.
	I go, wrong.
	And they go, what?
	And I'm like, it's wrong.
	And they're like, what do you mean it's wrong?
	I was like, it was short 60, now it's short 20.
	It was short, like, 61-something.
	Now it's short, like, 22-something.
	And they're like, it is?
	And I was like, yes!
	I did the math already!
	And I looked at my friends, and they're like, oh, geez.
	They print the correct checks.
	I did some research.
	Looked at my friends, they had been shorted before, and apparently this company had been notorious for the whoopsie-daisy strategy of cutting corners.
	Underpay your staff, and if they don't notice, there's no problem.
	And if they do, it's a whoopsie-daisy!
	So, we had some complaints that escalated.
	I went to the National Labor Board, and I said, here's everything I've collected, and they went, wow, okay.
	We immediately got fired.
	A director flew out and said, you can't do this stuff, you can't talk about this stuff, you're all being let go.
	I laughed.
	It was funny because my friend started mouthing off and I said, shut up!
	Stop talking!
	Went to the labor board, said, here's what happened, and they said, we are suing on your behalf.
	After about three months of us waiting, they came back and said, you can have your job back or back pay.
	And I was like, wait, wait, wait.
	There's no punitive damages for what they did.
	They broke the law.
	And they were like, no.
	We've won.
	You get your job back or you get retro pay and you quit.
	I said, if I get my job back, they're going to fire me the next day.
	And they're going to find some reason to do it.
	And she was like, that's not my problem.
	That was the labor board saying that.
	If they retaliate, then you can get them in trouble.
	I was like, they'll just claim they're shutting the office down.
	They'll find a reason to fire me.
	She was like, then take the retro.
	We got paid a couple grand each.
	We didn't get our jobs back.
	There was no penalty.
	It was ridiculous.
	If Gina Carano wins and they say, welcome back to Mandalorian, within one episode, it would be the most ridiculous show ever.
	Cara Dune is like, I am back from my home planet.
	What's that?
	And then there's an explosion.
	And then Pedro Pascal goes, oh no, they killed her.
	And then it just plays the end credits and it's like, Cara Dune is dead.
	And they're allowed to do that.
	It's not retaliation.
	That's what we wrote for a character.
	So all she could really do is get retro pay, but hopefully, hopefully with the scale of this and the lawsuit for discrimination, she takes it way further than that and actually wins punitive in some degree.
	I don't know if punitive is, is, is, you can actually get it in this regard, but I hope she does succeed.

		I don't know how anyone could hate Korean barbecue.

		They just turn the stove on in front of you and give you raw meat.

		You sit down, you order on a tablet, they just, within five seconds, there's a bunch of meat on your table, and you throw it in, and you cook it.
		I love that stuff.
		And then I get the kimchi and the radish and you wrap it up.

		We're hitting between 24,000 viewers peak in the two-hour morning live show.
		It's a much more fun show for me to do.
		It may be a bit more difficult in times of lighter news, but in reality, I must add, it may be easier in some regard, too, when I can just interact with the audience and the Super Chats actually assist in sending stories.
		Like just the other day, the Super Chats coming in about Kim Cheadle resigning mid-stream, and we were able to pull that story up.
		So thank you all so much for hanging out for this morning show.
		Currently we are about 19k viewers as we're wrapping this up.
		So we should have, y'all should be smashing that like button.
		And we'll see how things go in the future, but I'm really excited for the next few months.
		Hopefully Trump wins.
		And if he does, then it's going to be an amazing next four years for a variety of reasons.
		The media will will whinge and whine and cry.
		Trump will generate massive attention for media channels.
		It will be a blossoming economy.
		If Trump wins, the media attention alone, cable networks are going to love it.
		Their views are going to be in the tens of millions.
		Same thing is true for us.
		I'm going to like it because Trump's going to fix the economy.
		And it doesn't matter if you're getting more views or not, you're going to have better ad sales, and it's going to make everyone's lives better.
		We'll be able to pay more, food will be more affordable.
		At least that's what I think.
