Good morning, everybody, and welcome to day two of the RNC.
We're here live in Milwaukee.
And the news around Donald Trump's assassination attempt is, well, it's still in full swing.
The cycle's not changing, even with breaking news about Donald Trump's VP pick.
I don't know how you get past a news cycle like this.
So so obviously, this is what's been dominating the headlines and the attempt on Donald Trump's life.
On Saturday has caused a dramatic cultural shift, something that we have been begging for for nearly eight years.
It's been completely ignored.
Recently, one of the one of the largest stories, biggest, most impactful stories pertaining to the culture around the threats against Donald Trump's life is Jack Black.
Tenacious D, for those that aren't familiar, it's Jack Black and Kyle Gass.
They have a movie, they had an HBO show.
Comments were made by Kyle Gass on stage, who is the counterpart to Jack Black, saying he wished that Donald Trump had lost his life that day.
The big news is that Jack Black has announced he's canceling, I think it's 11 or 12, it might be 11 or 12 shows in response to what was said.
Perhaps it's in response to the backlash.
We can go back in time quite a bit.
We can go back in time to Kathy Griffin holding up a severed Donald Trump head in effigy, or Snoop Dogg pointing a gun at a fake Trump in a music video.
We can go back to when the Covington kids, who did nothing wrong in Washington, D.C., were threatened with death.
We can go back to far-left riots throughout the past ten years.
I mean, going back to Occupy Wall Street.
And every step of the way, it has been people like you and I saying, stop.
We don't want violence.
Turn the volume down.
And they wouldn't.
In the summer of love, in Provo, Utah, a man ran up to a vehicle and shot the driver for no reason.
Literally none.
It wasn't like a driver was ramming a crowd of protesters.
It was a car driving down the street with a violent mob occupying the intersection.
And when they tried to turn, someone just ran up and shot the driver.
Aaron Danielson was walking down the street when a far leftist with a Black Lives Matter tattoo shot him twice and killed him.
We know about the chess shop.
When these far leftists unloaded hundreds of rounds into an SUV, several people were murdered in these locations.
Every step of the way.
It has been people like you and I begging for them to turn this down, to stop.
When we go live on Timcast IRL, for instance, we say it must go through the process.
We believe in a functioning legal system.
We must have a functioning legal system.
And they go on social media and they call for violence.
The big story Around cancel culture, or I should say the big cycle around cancel culture.
And this debate has sprung up recently with comments made by people like Kyle Gass and where we're currently at now.
I think a lot of people misunderstand what cancel culture is because I've been having this debate quite a bit since Saturday.
As to whether or not we tolerate the suspension, the banning, and the cancellation of individuals over things they say.
And I think many people are too quick to ignore or forget the difference between what it is the left is doing and what it is the right is doing.
I can take you back to when I went on Joe Rogan's podcast talking with Vijaya Gadde and Jack Dorsey about cancel culture and what we were upset about.
One, the incongruous rule structure.
Rules were enforced differently against the right than they were the left.
That's a fact.
And that was first reported by Gizmodo, despite the fact they claimed I was exaggerating or pushing conspiracy theories by simply repeating it.
The left had been screaming, punch a Nazi over and over again, but then adding, anyone who supports Trump is a Nazi.
And so what is that message that got sent out?
It was from the left.
The left was calling for people to be violent.
When I was on Joe Rogan's show, I pointed out to the far- to Vijaya Gade, here's an Antifa account calling for violence and telling people where to go to commit that violence, and you won't take it down.
Since the attempt on Donald Trump's life, finally, things have changed.
Or at least starting to.
Certainly, there are still crackpot, wackaloon, liberal, and Democrat personalities calling Trump an existential threat who must be stopped.
But this story right here is the biggest.
The tenacious detour is over!
And I'll play the video for you.
On CNN, one of their personalities, I'm not sure who this individual was, said Democrats should turn their fire on Trump, and a split second later said, I should not have said that.
In the corporate press, they're even scared to use a simple turn of phrase.
And I'll tell you this.
I have no issue with someone using a turn of phrase.
Put him in the crosshairs, it's time to focus on Trump and win this election.
I got no problem with that.
On a normal day.
Someone says, it's time to stop worrying about a debate and point your fire on Donald Trump.
I have no problem with a turn of phrase.
Here's the problem.
For nearly a decade, they have called Trump Hitler.
We know what that means.
They have said he's an existential threat.
They have said, punch a Nazi.
They have said, get in their faces.
You cannot have 15,000 instances of nudge, nudge, wink, wink.
We know what you mean.
Now, if Sarah Palin or someone says, put him in the crosshairs.
They are going to lose this election.
I say, I get it.
But we are so far beyond that right now, where the left has literally killed people, engaged in violence, and now finally made an attempt on the life of Donald Trump.
Oh, I know, I know.
These activists are coming out and saying, he was a Republican.
The man who made the attempt on Donald Trump's life was a nothing.
He was a nothing.
He was a crackpot lunatic.
But there's only one reason why he would take the actions that he took.
It's because the corporate press, the Democrats, the media establishment has been screaming Trump is an existential threat to our democracy.
He is Hitler who must be stopped.
A crazy enough person takes the action that the media has requested over and over and over again.
The left calls this stochastic terrorism, and they accuse the right of doing it.
But let me pause your right there.
The right consistently saying, we want to win in court.
The right consistently NOT rioting.
Now I'll tell you what stochastic terrorism is in the simplest sense.
It is the story of, oh won't someone rid me of this meddlesome priest.
If you're not familiar, I recommend you look up the story.
Basically, the king has these four knights, and he's frustrated by this priest, who is a bishop, I believe, who is excommunicating people, and he just sits there and goes, oh, won't someone rid me of this meddlesome priest?
And so these other knights thought it was an official order, and they're like, if we don't do this, he's gonna be mad at us.
So they went and, you know, that's stochastic terrorism in a nutshell.
When the far left says Trump is Hitler, when they say things like, if you could go back in time and stop Hitler, would you do it?
When they say things like punch a Nazi over and over again, and they go, but you don't like Nazis, right?
And then in the same breath go, and don't forget who the Nazis are.
They're saying, oh, won't someone rid me of this priest?
But it's not just in that context.
They're looking you in the face and saying, won't you rid me of this priest?
I'm not saying to do anything.
Oh, I would never.
So let's talk about some of these examples.
People are getting fired.
Teachers, nurses, we've got a firefighter who's resigned from his position.
Because these people have all gone on social media and have advocated for, called for, and hoped for more to come.
We had a viral video from Elad Eliyahu, who interviewed a woman with a crossbow, just outside the RNC, who is saying that she fears political violence, but she wished But the person didn't miss.
And she hopes it happens again!
They're screaming it in your face.
Now, here's the important factor.
Regular people, not the political far-left activists, regular run-of-the-mill default liberals are terrified by this.
And what we're seeing now is the prediction market swinging for Trump.
We are seeing... The official polls aren't out yet.
But it's already starting to look like general pulsar sentiment is Trump has just surged across the swing states, especially with J.D.
Vance.
So let's talk about this Jack Black story.

Blindsided Jack Black addresses Tenacious D Bandmate's shameful comment about Trump assassination attempt.
They say Tenacious D's Kyle Gass put himself in the proverbial line of fire for making a joke about the assassination attempt of Donald Trump.
The rock duo, comprised of Gass, 64, and Jack Black, 54, was performing at the ICC Sydney Theatre in Australia on Sunday, the day after Trump, 78, was shot in the ear at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Black brought out a birthday cake for Gas, who turned 64 that day, and asked him to make a wish, as seen in fan footage.

Jack Black posted, I was blindsided by what was said at the show on Sunday.
I would never condone hate speech or encourage political violence in any form.
After much reflection, I no longer feel it is appropriate to continue the Tenacious D tour.
And all future creative plans are on hold.
I am grateful to the fans for their support and understanding.
My friends... He's basically ended Tenacious D over this.
That's absolutely wild.
Now, if you jump over to the Tenacious D website, you can see that they had 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 shows with only two of them that weren't sold out!

You had Columbus, Ohio.

This is effectively the end of Tenacious D over what Kyle Gass said.
Now what's fascinating is, I feel like they are doing what they're told to do.
And I don't mean literally told.
I mean, these are people who monitor the media, are paying attention to what's going on, are seeing the cultural zeitgeist, and they think, this is what's funny and this is what we should do.
As evidenced by Kathy Griffin.
I mean, I'll show you some of these some of these these images.

It's been commonplace.
It's been commonplace.
And so Jack Black and Kyle Gass are on stage, and Kyle Gass thinks he's being an edgy boy, but he thinks it's well within the confines of what is and has been acceptable this whole time.
Now, Jack Black wholeheartedly endorsed Joe Biden on numerous occasions.
I think... I don't think they realized, at that moment, what Kyle Gass did.
And some people have said, That Jack Black is only cancelling the show because of the backlash.
We've had several shows on Tim Castile that have been pulled because of calls for violence, whether intentional or otherwise.
There's two big reasons to this.
And the first and the most obvious is, guys, we don't want to get banned.
We don't want the show to cease to exist.
But that is a matter of function.
The anger that I have when, you know, look, I can only be so angry at how YouTube runs their rules, right?
And so when we were doing the live stream for the presidential debate and we had threats, Veiled threats from CNN about copyright takedowns, we multi-streamed.
As an aside, for those that are wondering why we haven't since then, it's really hard to do.
Synchronizing three streams is not easy, and the return just wasn't there for us to... It actually delayed the show, it made it late, trying to synchronize these streams was not easy.
But that's what we did because we were worried about being taken down.
So I can only be so upset about how the system works.
I try to navigate that.
But my frustration and my anger with many people when they come on Tim Kast IRL and make direct calls for violence is that... I feel like it's a personal insult to me.
Like, you wouldn't go on Tucker Carlson's show and do that.
That's insane.
They never did.
They think they can come on here and just spit on us.
We're trying to be reasonable, academic, and family-friendly.
But the problem is, it is the most tactless move one could make.
We're on the verge of winning.
Donald Trump gets elected.
I don't think it's going to be this great, you know, God Emperor, MAGA, whatever a lot of the Trump supporters think it is.
I think it's a victory and I think it'll help to bring accountability and justice and fix some of the problems in this country.
Far from perfect, but the best we got and pretty good.
So coming out and advocating or making allusions to violence only hurts everything we're fighting for.
For Jack Black, I can tell you why he didn't care, and why it was the backlash that ultimately resulted in him deciding to cancel his tour and effectively end Tenacious D. Before I do, I want to point out, I'm a huge Tenacious D fan.
Jack Black endorses Joe Biden, fine, but Tenacious D I find absolutely funny, I love the movie, I love the show.
I like the music.
Tribute.
These are great stuff from the 2000s that I very much am a fan of.
But I'll tell you why.
I think this is all about the backlash and not about principle.
When we have a show and someone makes an allusion to violence, I say no.
Absolutely not.
Now, hold on.
You'll notice this too when you watch TimCast IRL or any other livestream or Culture War.
If someone says something that overtly breaks YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, the show's off the air.
And that is, we've had people directly call for murder and things like that.
Yeah, and it's frustrating, and it's not okay.
And I say outright, like, well, you broke the rules.
Like, you can't go on any show and do that.
You can't go on cable and do that.
You can't go on Rumble and do that.
A lot of people for some reason think Rumble wouldn't take you down if you called for murder.
Yes they will!
Absolutely they will.
It's legal liability and it's bad.
Now hold on.
There have been certain circumstances where people have said things that are not against the rules but talk about reciprocity and lack of unity and I push back on those things and say we have to be within the confines of the legal system because we are trying to preserve that legal system.
Jack Black didn't do that.
I have a remedy for you.
Some people say, well, Jack Black was blindsided.
He didn't know how to respond to this.
I mean, it's not his fault.
No, no, no, no.
It is his fault.
Because I can tell you exactly what Jack Black could have done at this show and what I would have done at this show.
If I'm on stage in front of 5000 people, if I was in that moment, And if I was Jack Black, I would, as soon as Kyle Gass said, don't miss Trump next time, I would have went, no!
In the classic Jack Black style and said, guys, guys, I know, I know you're trying to be edgy and funny and we've all, we've all, we all love a good edgy joke and a joke is a joke.
But it is not appropriate right now.
And I'd look to them and say, I know everybody's got strong feelings about it.
We shouldn't be making jokes like that.
Kyle, I love you, man.
It's your birthday.
We'll give you a pass.
But please, we've got to recognize this is not something we want to wade into.
And we wish the best for former President Trump.
And we hope no one... You've got to understand, too, that a man lost his life and two people are critically injured.
He could have just said, there are people seriously hurt here.
We don't make light of tragedies.
We don't make light of shootings.
Okay guys, let's pull that back a little bit.
Let's get back to the show.
And I saw some, I see some people are chatting saying, well that would kill the momentum.
Dude, Jack Black could have recognized in the immediate they crossed the line.
But guys, he didn't know he did.
They've been doing this for years!
Right here, Snoop Dogg aiming a gun at a caricature of Donald Trump.
Kathy Griffin, she got fired for this.
They've been doing this kind of thing for years.
He thought it would be fine.
And I'll tell you what happened.
After the show, what likely happened, massive backlash.
Emails, complaints.
I bet sponsors were pulling out.
I bet contracts were being canceled.
And this is the massive cultural shift.
Again, dude, I'm a big Tenacious D fan.
I saw them at, what is it, Blue Ridge Rockfest, I think it was a couple years ago, hanging out with Phil Labonte, and we got to watch GWAR, I think it was GWAR, and then Tenacious D, and they had to clean the blood up, and it was a blast!
Because I think Jack Black's fantastic.
I don't like his politics.
That's fine.
He's not been the worst, but this crossed the line.
It crossed the line.
And I actually hate to see them say that they're shutting down their future.
I think Jack Black should just come out and apologize.
Just, uh, we're blindsided.
I'm shutting this all down.
That's a little far.
I still think there's an opportunity for redemption.
A moment for Jack Black to come out and be like, If he said, basically, as what I was saying, we've all been living in this world where people have been making these edgy jokes and thinking they're removed from these circumstances, I'd say, okay, dude, you're a portly fella playing guitar for laughs.
You're not a politician, okay?
Maybe knock off a political endorsement at this point.
Instead, it's just the end of Tenacious D over this.
Now let me tell you about cancel culture, and I'll play some of the other clips and we'll talk about some of the other firings.
Let me tell you about cancel culture, because I've been having this debate.
We had this debate last night.
I had it earlier in the day.
Cancel culture, at least to me, was always when someone got fired for something that was unreasonable or old.
Sarah Silverman got fired from a movie because 10 years prior, she did blackface.
And it's like, 10 years ago, nobody was complaining about this and it was just edgy humor.
You can't come back 10 years in the future and say you have a grievance over a past action, so you're fired.
That's cancel culture.
Someone, in real time, saying something detrimental to a business and getting fired over it.
Now that's different, but only within reason.
So my point is, Viva Frye on Tim Casserole last night said, if you're making a statement that is the antithesis of your job, you should be fired.
My point was, if you are damaging a business, the business has no obligation to pay you.
If you are a nurse, and you make a statement about politics, they shouldn't fire you over it.
However, politics is getting dangerously close to destroying a business.
My point is this.
If you work for a pizza restaurant, and then you decide to go on social media and make a video saying people should not buy from the restaurant because pizza is disgusting and bad for you, I'm gonna let you go.
You are damaging the business, you are hurting other employees.
As long as the operation is trying to be honest and provide a real service, you actively trying to destroy that business makes no sense why we would keep you around.
That is not cancel culture in my opinion.
Cancel culture is an employee at a pizza restaurant posting a political opinion about Donald Trump getting fired over it.
What does that have to do with the business?
Now, you might be saying, yeah, but some people won't shop there because of your opinions on Trump, and that's cancel culture.
If some people choose not to shop a place because a person had an ancillary opinion in some way, yeah, that's ridiculous.
Everybody has opinions, and this is the age that we're in.
Personally, if it did damage the business and I'm the boss, I'd simply go to the person and say, like, here's my view.
My view is, when we've had people at Timcast post things that were, like, shocking and egregious, I'm just like, Maybe you should consider if that's an effective means of conveying your message, but far be it for me to delete any of your posts or tell you what to post, do your thing.
I think my limit is like...
And I ask all of you who are members of TimCast.com, because I know what your answer is going to be.
If someone who worked at TimCast made videos and started posting advocating for child sex change surgery, should we keep them on staff and keep paying them?
Yeah, the answer is no.
And it's not because I hate them.
And it's not because cancel culture.
Oh, no, you're gonna get us in trouble.
It's you are representing the antithesis of what we are trying to accomplish with our company.
And there is no reason to employ and pay someone who is actually causing damage to what we're trying to build.
So, the first thing I'd say is, yeah, I don't agree with that.
I think it's wrong.
I think it's morally reprehensible.
And I'd say we don't want that advocacy at our company.
It's not only detrimental to what we're trying to build, it's in opposition to our moral worldview, and we find it to be wrong.
If you believe that's your mission, then I humbly request you take your mission elsewhere.

So, at some point, Democrats have to decide that they want to try to win this election and turn their fire on Donald Trump.
I think there is... I shouldn't have said turn their fire.
Typically, considering what just happened and considering the escalation of rhetoric, I absolutely respect that she stopped right there and said, I should not have used that phrase, put their focus on Donald Trump.
Because in any normal circumstance, any one of us would use a simple statement like that.
We're going to give him hell.
We're going to fight like hell.
We're going to push him back, blah, blah, blah.
No one literally thinks, like, no one thinks, no honest person thinks you're literally talking about pushing or hitting someone or getting into a fistfight.
That's an absurdity.
Considering, however, the grains of sand making a heap, the straws on the camel's back, it was very nice of her to say, well, I shouldn't leave that straw right there on that camel's back.
It's probably not a good idea.

Like, recognizing she didn't do anything, but the snowflake doesn't blame itself for the avalanche.

The far leftists who are getting fired over this stuff.

All right, Ian Kinney says, Matt at Disney Wire, oh yeah, is an example for why people vote against Republicans.
While I don't like Amber Rose, she gave an extraordinary heartfelt response.
You see, it's what I'm saying, there's a lot of news to talk about.
So, Amber Rose spoke at the RNC last night and she said she, you know, the gist of it is she thought she was informed and her dad said, then pull it up and read the news.
And she did and she went, I'm being lied to.
And Matt Walsh was critical.
I thought the RNC was basically like DEI.
I know people have said that before.
I think Amber Rose was excellent to have spoken at the RNC.
I think the RNC is trying to be cool.
Oh, man.
They're not very good at it, but hey, they're trying.
And they're getting some people.
Look, I'm not going to pretend like I'm the coolest person in the world or anything like that.
I'm cooler than the Republicans at the RNC.
At least I can say that.

Now, what about speech?
Do we have a right to defend ourselves when they wield the institutions of power to strip us of our rights and destroy the world that our ancestors have fought so hard to build?
Do we just sit back and say, oh well, we believe in free speech, we let them do it?
That would be akin to being shot at and going, but we believe in the Second Amendment, so we better let him do it.
Certainly not.
There are limits.
If your free speech is simply an exploit intended to destroy our rights, I say, then get banned, dude.

My friends, this is a man who is one of the most vile and despicable liars They pulled his show off the air yesterday because of the attempted assassination on Donald Trump.
And they did it because they did not trust this man, nor his wife, Mika Brzezinski.
They were concerned, this is my understanding, that they would go on the show and say something shocking and egregious, which would rip, to the core, their moderate viewers.
Regular people don't like what happened.
Regular people do not like the attempt on Donald Trump's life.
Far-left extremists and wack-a-loon activists are saying something else, and they're losing their jobs because of it.
Because regular people are scared.
They don't want this.
It's gone too far.

First, we've got Morning Joe losing his mind over his show being pulled.
It is back on the air.
And then we, of course, have some real world examples.
A firefighter who was shocked to find it's against the rules to celebrate an assassination attempt to call for more and had to resign from his job because of it.

From the Daily Mail, a frustrated MSNBC host, Joe Scarborough, has said he was very disappointed
that his flagship morning show, Morning Joe, was pulled off the air after the assassination of
Trump. The decision to yank the show on Monday sparked huge backlash and suggestions it was an
admission by NBC that they didn't trust the anchors to cover their horrific shooting.
Scarborough and co-host wife, Mika Brzezinski, returned to the air Tuesday morning and vented
their frustration at the network. It came hours after Trump was given a rock star welcome as he
walked into the Republican National Convention with a bandage on his right ear where the bullet
ripped through the skin.
Apparently, he's got a piece of his ear missing.
I don't know how bad it is.
They may have been able to just stitch the ear back together.
So after he takes the bandage off, it may just look a little different.

We were told in no uncertain terms on Sunday evening that there was going to be one news feed across all NBC News channels yesterday, and today's show would be Lester Holt.
Other people that, well, That, well, you worked with on Sunday, and that was going to be one news feed across NBC News channels that were going to stay as a network and breaking news throughout all day yesterday.
That did not happen, Scarborough added, telling viewers how MSNBC returned to its regular programming, which included the first day of the Republican National Convention.
We don't know why that was.
That didn't happen.
Our team was not given a good answer as to why that didn't happen, but it didn't happen.
We were also told it was going to happen throughout the day.
And I guess that there was such a strong blowback about yesterday morning, I guess they changed their plans.
And so those plans changed as well, so it didn't... This is written very poorly.
And you know, we've talked about it off the air.
We'll talk about it on the air, because we talk about everything on the air, we were very surprised, we were very disappointed, and if we had known that there wasn't going to be the one news feed from NBC across all NBC, Willie, we obviously would have been in yesterday morning.
Scarborough then said the next time it happens, they will be in chairs covering breaking news or else the network can get somebody else.
What I've heard is that they pulled the show, and I don't know if it's true, because they did not trust Morning Show.
Let me explain to you.
This is a guy Who went on his show and said, this version of Joe Biden is the sharpest version I've ever seen.
And then what, like a month later at the debate, Joe Biden's like, and then he's like, yeah, he was lying to you.
He was lying to you.
So that's perhaps not why they pulled this show.
Maybe it is.
But let me show you where we are in the real world.

Lost his life protecting his family, and as these bullets zipped past Donald Trump, not only do we have TimCast members who were there, shout out to Patriot, TimCast member who called into the show last night, was there with his children, guarding them, protecting them from bullets, and he survived, and his family is okay, and we're glad to hear it.
But this man, Corey, he's a firefighter, and this guy said too bad.
Please accept this as my resignation from the firehouse.
I can't do this.
This is so beyond anything that should ever be happening.
I have been threatened.
My family has been threatened.
My friends have been threatened.
I have never felt so unsafe in my life.
This is so far past anything that should ever be condoned.
It's one thing to ruin my life.
I accept that.
But to put everyone else in danger around me.
To shut down everyone's daily life, this is not okay.
If you condone what's currently occurring, you should take a long, hard look in the mirror as well.

But I'd like to stress, this man, for years, and to a certain degree, I'll cut him some slack, but for years, these far leftists, these progressives, have advocated for, celebrated, and called for violence.
We all remember the woodchipper poster, the post, the man who posted the woodchipper art about Covington kids, or Reza Aslan, saying that a child had a punchable face.
They have enjoyed the pleasures of advocating for extreme violence for a decade!
And we've begged them to stop!
And now, comeuppance, these people are scared because they can now feel what so many people on the right have felt and begged to stop.
But you know, I say we be magnanimous!
We say, sir, I ask you of this, Tony.
Publicly apologize, legitimately and sincerely, and you will have my forgiveness.
I do not believe this country moves forward by gloating and tolerating this degree of aggression.
The man said a stupid thing.
Too bad it didn't hit him square.
He should not have said such a thing.

And if he apologizes, I will accept that apology, and I believe that we should all move on.
However, in the meantime, it doesn't seem that he's actually going to be apologizing.
And I think it's important to stress, once again, that many of these people have celebrated and flouted the rules and gotten away with it for so long, and we only asked that the rules be properly enforced.
And they were not being.
And now, they're starting to be.
And now that these individuals are starting to feel it, now they're getting scared and upset.
Well, we should have standards.
We should maintain those standards.
And so hopefully this man does issue an apology.
He's not the only one.
There are other big stories the Daily Mail has picked up.
Libs of TikTok has pulled up a ton of these stories of individuals who have been gloating.
And people are getting mad at Libs, saying, it's cancel culture!
It's cancel culture that you are finding people who have posted things online and you're getting them fired.
And my response is, You know, this ain't Jack Black and Kyle Gass on stage at a big venue.
These are just people on their own social media accounts expressing awful opinions.
And I'm a bit torn on the matter.
But I can only say this.
I will not defend any of them.
I will say, we're on the line.
If some I don't know.
You know, I think it's important to say this.
Viva Frye had an excellent point.
He said, if the statements you are making fly in the face of your profession, such as a firefighter gloating about a circumstance in which a firefighter was shot and killed, I think that qualifies for your termination.
If a nurse also is gloating about a situation where people are being shot and killed, when doctors, I know she's not a doctor, but doctors swear to do no harm, I think it's appropriate she get fired.
I think Viva makes a great point in that regard.
For a lot of these people, like there's a woman at Home Depot and she said something and someone went there and filmed her and she's like, Sir, I'm at work.
These people would never dare express this in public.
Now there is a, we want them to say these things.
We want them to expose who they are kind of circumstance.
However, what I will say, my friends, I will not defend him.
I won't stand for this man.
I won't ask him to get his job back.
I won't defend what he said because, well, there's cultural wartime and there's cultural peacetime.
And ten years ago, we all thought that we could avoid the greatest effect of this conflict in the culture war.
We thought that If we supported free speech, free speech would win.
And we thought that these big platforms would protect our free speech, and they don't.
And now we have seen that these people have wielded the sword of censorship against us to the point where they are destroying this nation, Western culture and society, something that our ancestors fought so hard to build.
And so my answer now is, I'm not going to defend someone who is attacking me.
Not gonna happen.
Principles, morals, these questions are not answered properly.
You can't just say, I believe in free speech, therefore my enemies are allowed to attack me.
That makes no sense.
I will not accept that.
If this man wants to lay down his proverbial sword and say, I should not be engaging in this behavior, I say, then you are no longer my enemy.
And you deserve your right to speak, same as everybody else.
But so long as these people are advocating for and defending the attack on a president, which would be the destruction of this country, and in fact, again, a great point Viva Fry made yesterday on Timcast IRL, if Trump had taken that bullet, World War III, no question, it would have been worse than Franz Ferdinand.
These people are advocating for what is essentially setting the match which will light the tinderbox of apocalypse.

I mentioned this a couple weeks ago at the Snyder Supreme Court ruling, I think it was, where they said that there's a difference between bribery and gratuity in statutory law.
Gratuity, illegal gratuity, is payment for an official act that is given after the official act is completed.
And bribery is payment for an official act where payment is given before the official act is completed.
And typically we're familiar with bribery.
Someone gives the money to the guy and says, vote the way I want you to vote.
Gratuity would be, after the guy votes, they say, you did good.

I'm sitting at a poker table in West Virginia, Charlestown Races, and the guy to my left says, jokingly, he wins some money in the poker hand and says, now I can use this to bribe the cop when he pulls me over because it's not a bribe, it's a gratuity.
I'm just giving him a tip when he doesn't ticket me.
And I was like, that sounds like something MSNBC reported.
He points out like the Supreme Court just said you can give a bribe so long as you give it after the fact.
And I was like, actually the Supreme Court said the opposite.
Kavanaugh's opinion was that you cannot engage in illicit gratuity or illicit bribery, but that the government had wrongly charged a man under the wrong statute, which opens up a defense where someone might claim it was a gratuity, not a bribe, and therefore they can be released.
So no, you can't do it.
He says you got to charge him under the appropriate statute.
And he was like, oh, well, you know, that was just what one of the Democrats was saying.
And I'm like, Isn't that it?
That's what they do.
The Democrats will mislead you.
And they will lie to you.
Because they want you to live in their bubble reality, where they control you and you give them your money, your resources, your power.
There was a viral post that was sent to me far and wide of a woman showing showing herself with short dyed hair, holding up a No Trump sign.
And she said that she was this progressive leftist.
She didn't know much about Trump.
She said she hated him.
And then she saw the interview I did with him and realized she was being lied to.
She literally cited my name and people were tagging me in it.
And I'm grateful for the opportunity to interview Donald Trump, to ask him these questions around Julian Assange and who great, great.
I'm grateful that he's out.
But, you know, certainly wasn't under Donald Trump.
But about North Korea and foreign policy, and I felt like the North Korea story wasn't getting enough attention.
Even the libertarians at the LNC were like, that was awesome because that was one of the most important things he did.
He tried to bring peace to the Korean peninsula.
And that is... I told Trump he's the greatest president of my lifetime.
It's not saying much.
It's only a handful.
Trump liked it though.
He loves to hear the compliments.
But he deserves it.
Because his efforts to try and bring peace to the Korean Peninsula is one of the most significant and impactful moves made by an American leader in my lifetime and maybe even in the past 50 years.
You look at the wars.
You look at Vietnam, the Korean War.
Trump tried to put an end to that war.
He crossed the DMZ into North Korea with no security detail.
They want to lie to you.
They don't want you to know he did that.
They want to tell you he's a bumbling moron.
That he's suffering from dementia.
They lie.
They lie about everything.
Trump is an old man.
I prefer someone younger.
He's gonna get four more years.
I'll take it.
If he can engage in more peace deals and moves like he did with North Korea, I will take it.
Was he perfect?
No.
Did he have bad foreign policy?
He certainly did, but his foreign policy was a slight net benefit.
They say, I'm going to vote for Biden because he's the lesser of two evils.
I never vote for the lesser of two evils.
I didn't vote for Trump in 2016 because I did not believe in him.
And then 2020 came around and I looked at everything we had seen thus far and I said, I would not be honest if I said I wouldn't vote for this man.
With DEI, with the illegal actions taken at the federal level, Trump is shutting these things down.
They're trying to put race-based policies in the executive office.
Trump's trying to get our troops out of the Middle East.
Trump's trying to bring peace to North Korea.
Certainly there were drone strikes and commando raids, but I see a net positive here.
Let's give him another shot at this one.
He made mistakes, he made a lot of them, he hired bad people, but let's give him another shot at this one.
2019, a great economy.
And they lied every step of the way.
And now that Donald Trump has survived an assassination attempt, his polls are skyrocketing.
The prediction odds jumped dramatically.
He's going to win.
Liberals are saying he's going to win.
He showed strength and defiance when he was shot.
He's helped raise with this fundraiser that's being pushed across the board, but that, you know, authorized by Trump.
And rumor is he'll be at the funeral for Corey Comptor.
He is doing what he has to do.
He's quite literally taken a bullet for this country and for you.
And they don't want you to know.
Because how do you win an election against a man who took a bullet for you?
He got shot in the ear.
The shooter wasn't aiming for center mass, he was aiming for Trump's head.
That's insane.
Some have suggested Trump actually did get shot, but he was wearing concealed level 4 armor.
Possible.
Maybe ceramic plate?
Light flexible rifle armor systems?
Perhaps.
But, you know?

I was in Sweden, and Joey Salads hit me up saying he wanted to meet up, and I was like, screw you!
I was like, bro, you are worse than the fake news.
I got a couple messages from people saying that I was wrong, that Joey was a good guy who made a mistake.
And it wasn't so much that they said that that convinced me.
It was that I realized, these guys online, who like Joey Salads, are not bad guys.
I don't know if they're right or wrong about Joey, but I can tell you this.
They like him.
And that means they're influenced by him.
And that means if Joey is asking for redemption, we have to give it to him.
Because if you don't, there's only one other path he can go down.
If Joey is doing bad things, and we say, screw you, you will never be welcome here again, he says, then I have but one direction to go.
But if we say, dude, we accept your apology, come to the light, join the light side, they will!
What does Joey do now?
Joey runs marketing companies, and he produces videos about pranks on his girlfriend that are silly, and it is a bit hokey, but it's good.
Imagine if he was pushed in the other direction.

Choosing to apologize shows two things.
One, we are winning the culture war.
And they know they cannot make these jokes.
And now everyone will recognize two things.
So it shows us that.
It shows us that they can't make these jokes.
It shows us we're winning in two ways.
The jokes don't work, you get the backlash, but also that you have to apologize.
You have to.
Normally they would just ignore us, right?
Other people will see two things.
They will see Kyle Gass apologizing.
Setting the tone for how we must behave.
The second is, if we accept that apology, they will see that you don't say these things!
And apologizing and aligning with our morals and values is the path to success.
That's the message we want.

You know why?
Because then Jack Black and Kyle Gass are gonna be laughing and giddy with piles of cash being like, when we do the right thing we get rewarded!

Vengeance for the sake of vengeance, to cause suffering for wrongs, doesn't work out the way you think it will.
In some circumstances, it's appropriate.
But for a doofy moron who thinks it's culturally and socially acceptable to say these things on stage, it's not.
And for him to apologize, the next step is to now reward the apology.
Without being a little too crass and crude, not to demean or diminish the humanity of these individuals, I simply look to dog training.
When the dog sits, you give him the treat.
When the dog sniffs out, when they're training dogs to do search and rescue, they give them treats.
The dog wants to be rewarded.
And so the dog is sniffing, trying to find the person, finds the person, gets really excited, and they say, here you go, you get a cookie.
It's not as simple for humans because there's much deeper social entanglements.
But we want to say that good behavior is rewarded and bad behavior is punished.
The bad behavior was punished.
There was a backlash.
They were scared.
They've apologized.
That's good behavior that should be rewarded.
Not all people are worthy of redemption.
Some crimes are so egregious we lock these people up forever.
But saying a naughty joke, an appropriate joke, we cannot be the people who reject If we tell Kyle Gass your apology will not be accepted, then what's he gonna do?
He's gonna double down to all of his fans and it's gonna make everything worse.
But I tell you this, this is us winning.
This is him asking us for forgiveness.
And you may say, but Tim, it's not sincere.
I don't care.
This man has just gotten on his knees in public and said, please forgive me.
Now, I want people to see What you must do when you engage in this kind of behavior.

Biden went up a little bit, but following the attempt on Donald Trump's life, he has jumped 10 points in the betting odds.
What we are seeing from the polls, not too big of a shift just yet, but we can expect in the next day or two, Donald Trump's polling averages are going to skyrocket.
The betting averages predict beforehand because the betting averages are based on people right now with money saying, here's what I expect to happen.
These same people, many of them, who will be answering polls later on are going to give those answers.

I can say that Morning Consult has a little bit.
11,320 registered voters and it's from the 12th to the 14th.
Trump is up two points.
I expect there's a strong probability that by tomorrow By next week, we will see Trump up maybe 4 or 5 points in aggregate.
He's already up 2.7.
I'm not talking about a major swing.
I'm saying he's going to gain a point.
Frank Luntz says 1 to 2.
I am aligned with where he's at on this one.
Maybe we'll see more.

From the Daily Beast, Republican pollster Frank Luntz predicts that the assassination attempt that left President Trump bleeding after ripping a chunk of his ear off will likely boost his supporters' turnout on Election Day.
I think it's important that we all recognize that we're at the breaking point right now, Luntz said during an interview with BBC politics presenter Laura Koonsberg on Sunday.

Luntz predicted that the attempt would boost turnout for Trump by one to two percent, particularly in Pennsylvania, the crucial swing state where the Trump rally took place Saturday.
I'm going to pull up 270 to win as well so we can get the interactive breakdown and I can go over the numbers as they currently are because that map's not correct.
Luntz told Kensberg that the newfound intensity of Trump supporters' motivation to vote could make a difference in the November election, comparing it to the political reaction American Democrats had in 2020 after George Floyd was killed by Minneapolis police officers.
Luntz added that the effect of the Trump shooting on November's election is important, but that the re-emergence of political violence on a president not seen since Reagan was shot in the 80s will have a much greater impact on the future of American politics.
I'm thinking about the next generation, one said.
We need to look beyond traditional partisanship to our country and its future and the legacy that we are creating right now for our children and grandchildren.
I think Frank's right.
Whether you're a pollster or not, what we're already seeing is that Nevada and Arizona are already leaning Trump.
If Pennsylvania goes Trump afterwards, and Trump loses Wisconsin and Michigan, Trump wins.
287 electoral votes, based on the current trends we're seeing right now.
Look, they've even got Georgia and North Carolina as likely Republican.
That's incredible.
I'm gonna pull up some more data from Wikipedia, things I hadn't actually pulled up before, but I want to pull these up.
Reagan's election.
Here we go.
Let's take a look at Reagan's election, because y'all have seen this!
Voting for Mondale when the entire country was aligned in the other direction.
Now the question I have is... I'll pull this one up.
Many people are saying that Donald Trump is going to win because of it.
Well, on March 30th, 1981, Ronald Reagan was shot and wounded by John Hinckley Jr.
in D.C.
as he was returning to his limousine after speaking at an engagement at the Washington Hilton.
Hinckley believed the attack would impress actress Jodie Foster, with whom he had developed an erotomatic obsession after watching the film Taxi Driver.
Nut job!
Now hold on.
This is years before, right?
We're talking a three year gap, effectively.
But a lot of people believe that the attack on Trump's life will result in an election of this magnitude.
I don't know that I believe it, but I'll tell you this.
Let's play a game.
Let's say Nevada and Arizona, those already moved towards Donald Trump a while ago, well before the assassination.
Georgia and North Carolina, PA, Wisconsin, and Michigan may have already leaned in that direction.
But let's say with J.D.
Vance on board, the Rust Belt moderates have decided, you know what?
I'm gonna vote for Trump.
That's it.
I'm voting for Trump.
And let's suggest that the lean Democrat states, they're no longer lean.
They're now toss-ups.
Let's say that Minnesota and New Hampshire went toss-up before the assassination attempt.
What we had seen was with Joe Biden's collapse and the campaign to remove him, states like Nevada and Arizona had shifted from toss-up to lean Republican.
Now, 2701 doesn't recognize this, but what if that was true before the assassination attempt?
New York was not safe.
They say likely Democrat.
No, it's lean Democrat.
Trump is within eight points of Joe Biden in New York.
And that meant when it went to the general, she basically just won.
Incumbent AOC and Tina Forte running in the general election for, uh... Oh, I'm sorry, this is 2024, so it's not yet happened yet.
I need to go back to 2022.
That's my bad.
I thought I was looking at... I forgot I wasn't looking at 2022.
This is what we want to look at.
AOC won with 82,000 votes in a district of 775,000 people.
Tina Forte got 31,935 votes.
AOC could lose.
I don't think she will lose, but she could lose.
You know why?
If the assassination attempt on Donald Trump really does make Trump supporters become Trump voters, You know you have about 150,000 Trump supporters, Republicans, in AOC's district.
They just don't vote.
If they all went out and voted, AOC would lose.
But they don't vote.
This might change that.
Tina Forte needed 50,000 votes to beat AOC in a district of 775,000.
The total turnout was only about a hundred and... It was 116,000.
A seventh of the population actually bothered to vote.
Imagine, in this district, which I believe has about 150,000, it could have more.
It could have more.
Let me see if they break down the voter registration for us.
Tina Forte won the primary for the Republicans with only 1,608 votes.
That's remarkable.
In 2020, AOC won with 152,000 votes to the Republicans, 58,000.
In 2020, AOC won with 152,000 votes to the Republicans 58,000.
You understand this?
AOC likely, because it's a presidential election, will get around 150k this time around.
But the down-ballot reaction to a failing Joe Biden may seriously harm her.
She may actually end up just seeing something like $130k.
If every single conservative in her district voted, they'd win.
And that's what matters.
So let's go back to $270k to win.
And we'll take a look at New Hampshire.
Let's say New Hampshire goes red, Minnesota goes red.
Trump's looking at 326.
If the swing states and the likely Democrat states go red, but why would Virginia go blue?
The attack on Donald Trump will generate an eight-point swing.
If that's the case, Trump wins New York.
Trump wins Virginia.
Trump wins Illinois.
Trump wins Colorado.
Trump wins New Mexico.
Trump wins Oregon.
Trump wins Maine.
I don't know that that's actually true.
Trump is within striking distance even in New Jersey.
I don't know that it's true.
And it's a hypothetical to say he gets a 10 point, 8 point jump because of the assassination attempt.
But I'm just saying, my friends, y'all need to go out and vote.
Because if- Man.
If Donald Trump gets elected to the presidency, but Democrats take Congress- Let's pull up the congressional map.
270 to Winston- House map.
Look at this, so right now they're projecting 209 Republicans, likely, 201 Democrats, with 25 toss-ups.
If Democrats take Congress, Trump will be impeached on day one.
If they have the House and the Senate, Well, they'll need a supermajority in the Senate, but they will impeach him on day one.
They will subpoena his staff.
They will prevent him from doing anything.
In order for Trump to actually win, he needs to win all of Congress.
Could you imagine?
After November, Donald Trump winning with a supermajority.
Now, my friends, many people have said, what's going to happen?
And Richard Spencer, Uh, came on the Culture War podcast with me and Andrew Wilson.
We're having this debate.
And he said, certainly, nobody knows what's going to happen.
Nobody will accept the results.
I said, I completely agree.
And I fear this will cause breakdown.
Now, that being said, as I have feared social order, breakdown, conflict, crisis, et cetera, to whatever form it may take, I have always been sure to mention, we don't know the variables.
We don't know what will happen.
We still don't.
It's likely that the attack on Donald Trump will only fan the flames and make things substantially worse, and for that, I'm worried.
It's also possible that they could calm things down.

Nobody wants to be the party of going and assassinating a guy.
They just don't like him because the media told them not to.
But now there's an angry mob, there's violence, assassinations, people are going to be like, leave me out of it.
If those people bow out and every Trump supporter votes, oh, it is a landslide.
But we can't predict that.
We don't know.
I think because of the attack on Donald Trump and his survival, we may be looking at a substantial win for Republicans.

It means he wins the presidency.
Does it mean he will win Congress?
That we don't know.
If we shift the toss-ups in his direction, then, uh, well, yeah.
Republicans take Congress.
I tell you the problem, though, is we got these rhino Republicans across the board that They're going to vote to sabotage Trump?
No question.
We need everybody to go vote.
If Donald Trump can take a bullet for you, you can spend the time to go out and cast a vote for him.
For those of you that really believe in it, for those of you that are truly grateful to the sacrifice of Cory Komprator and the other victims who are in serious condition, If Donald Trump can take a bullet for you, you can knock on doors and advocate for him.
Come on, man.
Trump is not a saint.
Trump is not God Emperor.
Trump is not a holy angel.
He is a guy.
He likes to go around and talk about what he wants for this country.
He had a first term where he did some bad things, but he did mostly good things.
We can criticize those bad things because we are reasonable people.
And we can accept that we liked a lot of his foreign policy, although we disagree with some of it.
But ultimately it was a movement toward peace.
We can appreciate the Abraham Accords, we can appreciate the strong economy, and that a businessman was cutting deals that resulted in no new wars, in a boosted economy for this country.
Good things.
Telling NATO and these other countries, pay your fair share, we're covering your defense.
Why?
This man held a rally.
When he should be on a yacht in the Mediterranean, sipping on coconuts and eating shrimps in cocktail sauce and driving golf balls off the back into the ocean and just laughing about how rich he is.
That's the life he should be living, right?
Instead, he wants to get up and say, we're going to save this country.
We're going to make America great again.
And you know what?
He worked on it in his first term.
He didn't just say it.
He really tried and he did some good things.
This man in a rally got shot in the head.
Fortunately, just the ear.
But I like pointing that out.
It was a bullet to the head that nearly killed the man.
And a day later, he's at the RNC convention, alongside his VP pick, doing his job.
And I also think it's important we shout out Don Jr., Eric, and the rest of the Trump family, because these guys are, you know, Eric said he's watching on the TV.
His dad nearly died.
I could not imagine what it must be like for this family undergoing this onslaught of lies and manipulation, and then attempts on the life of their father, and a day later, Eric and Don Jr.
are working!

These dudes, you guys rock!

had that epic takedown of the corporate press on the floor of the RNC saying, get out of here, just go away, you liars!
He's like, it's not even been a day and we knew you'd be lying.
I respect it.

It's not just Donald Trump.
Certainly the man survived a bullet and then got right back to work.
He played golf the next day!
Dude, so great, so great.
But Don Jr.
and Eric, right there, at the RNC, after their dad nearly died, no time off, no time to rest.
You've gotta get the job done.
If these guys can do that.
If Don Jr.
can watch his dad nearly die, and Eric can watch his dad nearly die, and the rest of the family too, Melania, putting out that statement, and if Donald himself can come in within a day and be like, played some golf, I'm back here at work, you can certainly get up and go vote.
And if we do, I think we're going to see some good things.
I want to stress this too.
When this man wins, and we want him to, Y'all better be poised and vigilant.
But you know why I'm so excited?
Because I know you are.
Because I watched as Laura Loomer...
The most ardent supporter of Donald Trump criticized his immigration policy pertaining to college graduates.
And that put a smile on my face.
Laura Loomer.
No one supports Trump more than her.
But Trump supporters had no problem booing him over when he promoted the vaccine at a rally.
He said, I don't agree with the mandates, but he's proud of the vaccine.
They booed him.
Trump supporters are not a cult.
They have no problem saying, we like it when you do good and you do a lot of it, but we will boo you when you do bad.
That gives me hope.
Donald Trump is being held to the fire by the people who love him most.
And Donald Trump is a man who loves to be loved.
The left comes out and they say, Donald Trump's got an ego.
He wants everyone to love him.
And I'm like, that's the greatest thing I've ever heard.
This is the last guy to betray the American people.
He's not concerned about the lobbyists and the billionaires.
He's concerned that you like him.
Donald Trump wants to walk through the park and have you say, Don, you rock, man.
And he wants to smile and be like, I do rock.
I do.
That's what he wants.
I think Trump genuinely wants good for this country.
I really do.
I think he's from here and he wants to see good things.
He's passionate.
I think Trump lives in Trump world.
He walks around and the world is what he sees.
It's just all about him and what his vision is.
It's not a bad thing.
And I think Donald Trump wants to know that you recognize the hard work that he's done and he wants your respect and admiration.
Joe Biden doesn't care about you.
Joe Biden's gonna go to the country club.
Joe Biden's gonna say things, you know, like the basket of deplorables, like Hillary Clinton did.
Donald Trump will criticize the far-left extremists and the crazies, but you know deep down, Trump wants you to love him.
And so, that's a man who's not gonna betray the American people.
I'm not so naive to believe that it's an impossibility.
And so the next safeguard is that you, the American people and Trump supporters, have actually criticized him.
And I absolutely love to see it.
I feel like we are getting what the Americans demanded for so long when I was growing up.
A president that they want and respect, who is strong, brave, who is ending these foreign wars, this debacle, working on the American economy.
Who stood defiant in the face of a bullet, and still has a base willing to boo and criticize him.
I'm like, man, look.
Trump may get in and do bad things.
It may not be what we want it to be, and we may regret some of it for sure, but right now, what we're seeing?
I don't know how you vote against this guy.
It is the best path forward we've seen in a long time.
I am wary.
I am wary.
I'm, you know, my trust can be easily lost.
But I gotta tell you, once again, shout out to Laura Loomer for calling Trump out on his immigration policy she didn't like.
I agreed with Trump on it.
Not 100% blanket statement.
We need to know the nuances of his plan.
But Laura said no, even though she loves the man.
That's incredible.
We don't see that with Democrats.
We can see it with progressives that don't like Israel, but those aren't Biden supporters.
Trump's really got a base that cares and is paying attention and is willing to say what needs to be said.
And so that means when Trump gets elected, assuming he does, and he appoints people, some bad people, we hold them to the flame.
We make sure we are as critical as we need to be when we need to be, and we will be.
And I have a feeling things are going to be generally good.
Generally.
Meaning, we'll always have something to complain about.

I've hung out with Don Jr.
on a couple of occasions.
He's joined us on the show.
And the first thing I want to say in this segment is, understand, Eric and Don Jr.
and Kimberly and Laura and Melania, they had just witnessed Their friend, family member, father, uncle, brother, you know, you get my point.
Like, someone very important in their lives, and to this country, nearly die.
Stand up in defiance, raise his fist with blood.
I can only imagine what it must be like for these guys to live through a decade of onslaught, insulting, attacking, and lying about your family, and dragging you in the courts, and trying to put you in jail, and then someone tries to kill your dad, or your father-in-law, or your husband, or your grandfather, It's horrifying.
But I tell you what, it's not just Donald Trump, who a day later, or I should say the next day, playing a round of golf with a smile on his face.
Now that's badass.
But then, shows up for work on Monday?
It's like, dude, take a couple days, we're okay!
Like, you nearly died, we're okay if you take a day off!
Nah, Trump wouldn't be anywhere else.
And neither would his kids.
So Don and Eric, Kimberly, everybody, they're there working at the RNC exactly as they need to be, despite what's going on.
These people are standing up and doing what needs to be done.
And so when, uh, I think it was this Jacob Soboroff, is that what it was?

a question and lies.
Don just says, enough!
And roast this guy.
But I want to add to this segment.
Because I see with the hard work of this family, I love that smug look.
I love these guys.
I'm so sick of the media lies.
The Trumps are good people.
It's insane how they've mistreated this family.
And, you know, they were beloved, they were celebrities at all the parties.
But the moment Donald says, I want to be president, I want to end these wars, keep my promise to the American people, they just lie, cheat, and steal across the board.
And this is what they did.
And Don just said, no, no, enough.
But I'll tell you where I'm going with this segment.
When I see this hard work from this family, I feel inspired.
And tremendous respect for these guys.
I'm such a big fan of Don Jr., man.
I can't even begin.
And I tell you, when I think about what happened on that day, on Saturday, I say divine intervention.
I'm not a Christian.
I believe in God.
I don't need to spend two hours explaining my faith and my worldview on these things.
The real answer is I certainly think the biblical teachings, Ten Commandments and all that are important and have led us to a great and prosperous society.
I recognize, and I've had great conversations on philosophy and faith with some of my best friends who are deep, deep Christians.
As Michael Knowles referred to Seamus Coghlan, a Shiite Wahhabi Catholic.
But I respect and admire the teachings that are in the Bible.
Not all of them.
But a lot of them are very important.
That have led us to the society today.
And I do believe in God.
And when I watched what happened on that day on Saturday, It feels like divine intervention.
I'll explain and elaborate a little bit more in a second, but it felt like there is an order to this world.
Whether you believe in God or not, I know many of you don't.
But if you don't believe in God, then I put it this way to you.
Do not imagine that there is a man sitting in the clouds, and when that bullet came, he waved his fingers and bent the direction of the bullet.
Don't believe any of that.
Or he blew in the wind, moving the bullet a few degrees.
Imagine that there is an order and a structure To this universe in however it exists and why ever it exists, you know physics, it's a real thing and math is our mapping of this.
There is some structure and as it played out that day, it was as such Donald Trump must live and he did.
Whatever that means to you.
To me, I feel like Trump has a purpose.
And when I see the Trump family there, a day later, doing the jobs that they're supposed to do, not taking that day off, not missing a beat, I say, these men, these women, are meant to be here.
And I hope for the best.
I hope they live up to that.
I hope the next Trump term will be everything we hope that it is.

There was a... If a man shows up with a child and we don't know if that child is his, there's got to be some way to vet this.
Because right now I tell you what's happening under the Biden administration.

You mean how right now CBP has reported that there are little girls being trafficked into sex slavery because they're not screening who these men are?
Is that what you're saying?
You tell me how we handle this.
Criminal sex traffickers bringing children across the border, and then you think we should let them do it.
I tell you what.
If it's the choice between making sure that sweet child who is brought here against their will is not being a victim of a sex slavery ring means that they have to spend time away from their mom or dad, so be it.
Maybe their mom and dad shouldn't try to illegally enter the country at a time when sex traffickers are trafficking children and we know it.
No, I don't like that children are taken from their parents.
I don't.
But you know what?
The world isn't candy canes and rainbows.
There's a harsh reality and strong leaders have to make hard decisions.
And the hard decision is this.
It may be hard on a child when they're taken from their mother or father temporarily so we can figure out if these people are who they say they are.
And I hate that it must be this way.
But I will not tolerate gangs and cartels sex trafficking children into the United States.
And I tell you this, you choose.
How about this?
You stand before me, you come into my office, and when I slide those two envelopes towards you, you decide.
Would you condemn this child to sex slavery?
Or would you say, perhaps we should take 72 hours to try and figure out if these are actually the parents of this child they have illegally brought into this country?
These people are scumbags and they are liars.
But I see this response from Don, from Don Jr.
I see these men doing the hard work that needs to be done and I feel nothing but hope and respect and catharsis when they tell this man to get out of our faces.
I am sick of the lies and the manipulations.
I can tell all of you something very simply.
The world is a difficult place to live in, and we have fought hard for thousands upon thousands of years to make it better for every generation coming before us.
The idea that we live in a world of Skittles, candy canes, and rainbows comes only because great men have built walls around us.
I mean that figuratively and literally.
In the olden days, they quite literally built walls, and that kept the wolves out.
And the bears.
Eventually we just, you know, basically adopted the wolves and now they're man's best friend and we love them because they're cuddly and we rub their bellies.
That's a whole other point.
Man has tamed nature!
And for that...
You grow up with puppies that lick your face, and you can lay on the ground as golden retrievers run around wagging their tails.
But thousands of years ago, there were no dogs, tens of thousands of years ago.
It was man who worked at domesticating alongside the... We partnered up actually, it was symbiotic.
But my point is, we have built this safe and secure society, and people live in it now, forgetting the dangers that exist beyond it.
And the truth is this, there's no easy answer.
First, the family separation policy can be easily solved to everyone's, or to no one.
But we can say this, how about we build a wall and we say, you can't come in.
If you want to come in, it's through a port of entry.
The problem is, as these people pour in the country illegally, and we apprehend them for the crime they committed, they're with children.
And the challenge brought before Donald Trump is, we know the cartels are trafficking children.
Dr. Phil reported this.
They have numbers on their arms.
You call them, and they know.
CBP knows.
Their sex slavery rings.
So Trump says, I don't care.
The parents are criminals.
They're breaking the law.
They're risking their child's life.
It's negligence.
It's abusive.
These poor children are crossing rivers.
They're dying on the journey.
They're dying in the desert because the parents are abusive.
They could certainly live in their countries.
Most of these people are not asylum seekers.
They're lying.
And Trump says this, OK, the compromise is we take the child from the adult so we can verify that that parent is who they say they are.
That has always been the plan.
The media lies to smear Donald Trump to make him look bad.
They say he's separating children from their parents.
But they don't give you the full context.
And the full context is they're sex slavers.
Now I leave it to you to decide.
I'm not going to tell you what moral path to take.
You decide.
Because I know which path you will take.
I know which path Jacob Soboroff would take if he was being honest.
There's no way that man would ever allow a stranger to take a child to a sex slavery ring.
But you know what?
Hey, maybe I'm wrong.
I don't know.
Some people are like that.
So I absolutely, absolutely love the response from Don Jr.
on this one.
To be fair, Eric is looking up at something else and smiling.
He's not smugly, you know.
But I still love the face.
And I want to stress this point again.
Everything that happened on that day on Saturday, It really feels like there are evil men trying to stop Donald Trump.
I don't know what else to say.
They falsely accused him of being a traitor.
It was a lie.
They claimed he was trying to dig up dirt on his political opponent, Joe Biden.
That was a lie.
Joe Biden engaged in a quid pro quo with the president of Ukraine.
Trump said, what was that all about?
Can you tell me what was happening?
They said, oh no, impeach him.
They lied.
When the whistleblower, air quotes, came out accusing Trump falsely of a crime for which he was acquitted, Anyone who mentioned his name would be pulled from YouTube and Facebook.
That's a conspiracy.
No question.
We've never got a resolution to how that happened.
YouTube took my videos down, Facebook took my posts down for simply saying a name, even in a totally separate context.
Conspiracy.
So you mean to tell me that with everything we've seen, everything, it is just a coincidence that the building where the police were actually staging Allowed a guy with a ladder to climb on top, grab a gun, for 26 minutes without anyone stopping him.
I think there are bad people who want a bad thing to happen.
Viva Frye said it was a leehop.
Let it happen on purpose.
Maybe.
It certainly seems like that's the bare minimum.
But then, when the bullet was fired, it went right past Trump's head.
He looked to the right.
He tilted his head a little bit at the right moment.
Unfortunately, other people were injured and hurt.
But when I see Trump's survival on that day, with everything they've thrown at him, and failing every way, with the documents case being dismissed, I'm just like, this is Teflon Don.
They cannot get him.
And I have to imagine that at this point, with everything they've thrown his way, prison didn't work, it's been delayed, the documents case is gone, he's gonna win across the board.
The bullet went right past his head, Someone.
Something.
This guy's got some kind of force field or aura or plot armor.
You name it.
But I think perhaps the answer is simple.
He is meant to be where he is meant to be.
And so we'll see.

Um... I'd say I don't know.
And there's a lot of people... That's the honest answer and I don't think that answer will ever change.
I believe in God.
And my... I would love to do like a two-hour lecture or discussion with a theologist.
A couple different ones.
Religious scholars and discuss faith, reality, God.
I believe in God because of what we think we know about science and math and physics.
I grew up... I went to Catholic school.
Until the end of fifth grade, I went to Mass, we did Bible study, we did all that stuff.
My friends did CCD, I didn't do that, I went to Catholic school.
And a lot of it left me with questions that were unanswered, and a lot of it gave me a deep understanding, and of course helped build the moral foundations that I hold today, which I believe are the correct ones.
It's fascinating to me that when we look at what is right, what is just, it correlates greatly with what is effective and meritocratic, which is the right way to do things.
Humans should succeed, right?
When you look at the Ten Commandments, they actually lend a great deal to the success of humans regardless.
Honor your mother and your father.
Well, why is that so important?
Well, it keeps you bonded to the path of human development.
To stand on the shoulders of giants is what generates the progress of humanity.
And to sever yourself from your ancestral roots, cut flower politics.
You forget your morals, your ethics, and the system crumbles.
We actually spent an episode where we went through the Ten Commandments and I said, even if you're not religious, many of these things, not all of them, I think, that, you know, have no gods before God.
I don't know if that applies to a secular person.
Don't steal, don't kill, honor your parents.
These things are good lessons across the board.
And so, I would feel It would feel wrong of me to lie to claim that I found Jesus or faith in Christianity or Catholicism or whatever.
I would never do that.
Certainly there are some people who are like, I became, you know, I'm conservative and all of a sudden I believe in Jesus.
Well, I won't lie to you on that one.
I just won't.
But I've always believed in God.
I had a period where I thought I was an atheist and then was told, no, you're agnostic because you don't know.
And I'm like, that's fair.
And then actually read books on physics and I was like, I believe there's, it is, it is conclusive.
God exists.
I think any reasonable argument on entropy, the golden ratio, math, the nature of existence as we think we know it, if you believe that humans are correct, then the conclusion is God exists.
There are some people who don't believe that, but I think the mistake people make, and I have this debate with them all the time, is they think God is a guy with a beard in the clouds.
And I'm like, dude, Matthew Knowles broke it down very, very well when he said, God is the logos of the universe.
And I'm like, that's a great way to put it.
Yeah, right.
When you talk to the actual scholars and theologians and things like this, they can break it down for you in a way that aligns perfectly with what we've already discovered in math and physics.
God is the natural endpoint of the mathematical equation.
It doesn't mean a man with a beard in the clouds.
It means a higher entity beyond our comprehension.
I'll put it to you this way.
When these people say that God is a man in the clouds, this is the mistake they're making.
They are, like we are, all of limited capacity and comprehension, but we try our best.
A dog doesn't know what a superhighway is.
It knows it's dangerous.
It knows sometimes it rides in the car on that, but it has no idea how it was built.
It has no idea the mechanisms, but it trusts you.
It knows food tastes good, and it knows some words, like sit, and come, and drop it, and things like that.
Dogs are a bit smart.
But they will never understand a highway.
You think a fly will?
You think a fly?
Now, we live on this planet with flies.
But an insect?
Doesn't even know it exists!
It can't perceive the highway.
And that is an animal on our planet for which we do have some deep evolutionary relation.
And this is the message for the secularists.
Now you would begin to surmise that you have any level of understanding of God?
Oh, don't be silly.
When we look at math, the conclusion lends itself to, at the bare minimum, the presupposition that there is a higher power of some sort.
Me, I think it's simplified into saying it's God.
But the idea that humans are the end-all be-all of consciousness and function of the universe is the stupidest thing ever.
If humans are simply wet robots, as it's been described to me by a secular individual, an atheist, then I say, okay, then the programming and math which dictates the logic of that code of the robot exists in the universe outside that human, does it not?
Well, of course.
Humans are simply an amalgamation of free energy that has been organized into a system that follows logical pathways producing this result, correct?
Agreed.
Then you must recognize that the code that presents this form exists outside of the body.
Otherwise, the body could not be built.
Right.
That's called math.
Math is us mapping the code of the universe.
Great.
Now that you recognize that you are simply a function within a fraction of the existing code, you recognize that code as a greater power above you, and you can only exist within its confines.
You're beginning to understand that God is beyond your comprehension and exists.
But that is you looking through the keyhole of this massive mansion.
Oh, I can get way more into that, but I won't.

But I certainly would love to have a greater conversation on religion.

at that event saying, when I see them all working, I'm 10 out of 10 in optimism right now.
I just, these guys rock.
My, my, you know, The the reverence I have for the Trump family at this point.
I just it could not be higher It's it's a crazy.
It's crazy because like I've met these people I interviewed Trump Don Jr's come on the show and I'm like, yeah, that's cool.
That's cool guy.
But now I'm just like Holy crap these guys you got Don Jr.
Eric shout out to you and the family you guys just are it's beyond words how inspired I am by the work you guys are doing after all this and all you've been through ah man If these guys can do this, if these guys can do this, it's a smile on my face, and I am more energized than ever.
