You don't want to miss it.
Now let's get into the news.
The Republicans have voted to hold Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for withholding Biden audio.
This stems to a conversation Biden had with the prosecutor, who decided that Joe Biden's mental state, well, because it's so poor, he cannot be held criminally accountable for the crimes he committed.
Not kidding.
They said he's a doddering old man.
He'll look endearing to the jury and we can't convict him.
Joe Biden broke the law.
Clearly, admittedly, with classified documents that he withheld, so he could write a book and make money.
But he's just, he's just too old and out of it.
So the Republicans wanted this audio.
They want to know what this conversation had.
And it appears the issue is, Joe Biden will look like a doddering old fool in the audio recording, and that is, well, it's bad for his campaign.
But Matt Gaetz last night brought up a really great point and he said, there's nothing in that audio that's going to enlighten us any more than we already are.
The man appears to have taken a crap in his pants at the D-Day ceremony in France.
You know, so I asked our good friend Chad GPT, I said, did Joe Biden, you know, is it reasonable to assume that he suffered an episode?
And it said, no, absolutely not!
And then I said, if an 81-year-old man, standing up, squatted over, stood up, squatted over, is it reasonable to assume that he's suffering an episode?
And it said, yes, of course, absolutely.
I was like, okay, but not when it's Joe Biden.
Thanks, ChadGBT, we love you, AI.
Where we're currently at right now, Merrick Garland has been held in contempt.
Nothing is going to happen.
They're not going to go after him.
He's not going to go to jail.
Steve Bannon, however, is facing prison.
Peter Navarro is in prison.
And many are asking about Alvin Bragg's connection with the DOJ and the prosecution of Trump at the state level.
Because as it turns out, as most of you know, a high-ranking DOJ official stepped down from his position at the federal level to go be a local prosecutor.
Interesting.
Well, Bragg's office is denying having any conversation.
It's a conspiracy theory!
Oh, please.
Let's break this down, and we'll explain exactly the dirty game that's being played.
Now, I will stress, my friends, you know, look, what we have here, I guess, is another strongly worded letter.
I can't say I'm excited for it.
Being held in contempt?
Interesting.
But we know there's a double standard.
And all we seem to ever get is strongly worded letters from the Republican Party.
Now, Matt Gaetz points out that subpoena power actually has a tremendous impact.
When they subpoena these individuals and pull up their conversations and communications, it actually changes things.
Gates pointed out that after his grilling of Lloyd Austin, there ain't gonna be any Pride Month events or Drag Queen Story Hours on military bases.
This public pressure does work.
I say sure if we're talking about Drag Queen Story Hour, but right now we are talking about the highest law office in the land being an abject criminal organization and facing no repercussions or accountability.
Here's a story from the AP News.
The House voted Wednesday to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.
Now, let's just, you know, look, nothing's going to happen.
For refusing to turn over audio of President Joe Biden's interview in his classified documents case, Republicans' latest and strongest rebuke of the DOJ as partisan conflict over the rule of law animates the 2024 presidential campaign.
The 216-207 vote fell along party lines, Republicans coalescing behind the contempt effort.
Despite reservations among some of the party's more centrist members, only one Republican, Rep.
David Joyce of Ohio, voted against it.
Garland said in a statement late Wednesday.
Really?
Steve Bannon would like to have a word with you!
House of Representatives has turned a serious congressional authority into a partisan weapon.
Okay.
Really?
Steve Bannon would like to have a word with you.
Today's vote disregards the constitutional separation of powers.
The Justice Department's need to protect its investigations and the substantial amount
of information we have provided to the committees.
OK, so Joe Biden cites executive privilege.
As the president, he doesn't need to turn over his communications to Congress.
When Donald Trump cited executive privilege pertaining to records that Steve Bannon had, the January 6th committee said, we don't care and you're going to jail anyway.
And now Steve Bannon has to report to jail in a couple of weeks.
Look, man.
Everybody knows double standard, double standard.
The question is, where is any red state law enforcement to go after any of these people?
And when I bring this up to Matt, he says, is that really what we want?
Extrajudicial?
I never said extrajudicial.
I said judicial accountability.
And you know, we're big fans of Matt because he's probably like, he's the best member of Congress that we got.
Florida, you're very lucky.
But the perspective is wrong.
I don't personally want any retribution, judicial, extrajudicial, anything.
I just want the law to be enforced.
I don't understand how we can live in this world where you have Donald Trump being charged every which way, six ways from Sunday, and not a single Democrat.
Oh, Hunter Biden.
No, we didn't vote for Hunter Biden, the Democrats.
Yeah, I don't care about Hunter Biden.
In fact, I don't think he should be charged for the gun stuff.
Ridiculous.
How about the influence peddling?
The tax evasion?
How about collusion between state and federal offices to go after the frontrunner for this 2024 election?
Now Matt agreed.
He said that's the most egregious thing we have.
Yes, so let's see some law enforcement action.
Any?
Any?
No.
We're not getting any of that.
He added, I will always stand up for this department, its employees, its vital mission.
Oh, I just want to say, thank God this man did not make it to the Supreme Court.
Republicans, ooh, they don't realize how good of the work they were doing by blocking him, despite it was a partisan effort, but still.
Garland is now the third Attorney General to be held in contempt of Congress.
Yet it's unlikely that DOJ, which Garland oversees, will prosecute him.
The White House's decision to exert executive privilege over the audio recording, shielding it from Congress, would make it exceedingly difficult to make a criminal case against Garland.
Yeah, Steve Bannon would like to have a word with you about that.
We knew that this was a bunch of nonsense.
Mike Johnson.
The one ring.
We talked about him, too.
with what is now a mostly symbolic effort.
Look, we did our job on the contempt, and I think it sends an important message,
the Louisiana Republican said following the vote.
We'll see what happens next, but I mean, the House has to do its work,
and I'm pleased with the outcome today.
We knew that this was a bunch of nonsense.
Mike Johnson, the one ring, we talked about him too.
Here's a guy who seemingly was a good dude, up until he became Speaker,
they brought him in the back room, flogged him up a little bit,
And then he came out saying, I love the deep state.
Congratulations.
You're doing nothing.
You're wasting our time, and we all know it.
I don't know.
The only strategy I can see in not going after these obvious criminals is that the Republicans want to avoid stepping in it like Democrats are.
Democrats are so desperate, they're launching these criminal actions against Trump and Bannon, Navarro, etc., and it makes them look panicked and desperate.
It also turns Trump and Bannon into martyrs, which rallies support and donations.
unidentified
We're in the era of the, oh heavens me, I'm a victim!
tim pool
But if it works, it works, right?
That's the only thing I can see.
Now, here's this.
This is a good one.
Merrick Garland posted an op-ed in the Washington Post, omitting the truth.
Well, because he's evil.
These people are evil.
Okay?
Like, say whatever you want about Trump supporters you think are evil.
I don't care.
You know, you get people like, yeah, but have you seen what Trump supporters have said?
Trump supporters ain't me!
I say what I say, and I say evil.
Okay?
Here's a story.
Attorney General Merrick Garland attempted Wednesday to shut down criticism of the Biden DOJ with an op-ed in the Washington Post.
But his flat dismissal of concerns of the DOJ's politicization as conspiracy theories fails to engage the facts.
Garland's response in the Post came the week after he testified during a House Judiciary
Committee hearing that he would not be intimidated by attacks in the Department, and ahead of
a House vote holding him in contempt of Congress for declining to turn over the recording of
President Joe Biden's interview with Special Counsel Robert Herr.
Below are annotated excerpts from the op-ed.
Here's a quote.
In recent weeks, we have seen an escalation of attacks that go far beyond public scrutiny,
criticism, and legitimate and necessary oversight of our work.
They are baseless, personal, and dangerous.
These attacks come in the form of threats to defund particular Department investigations,
most recently the Special Counsel's prosecution of the former president.
Garland ignores.
The difference is in the prosecution of Trump and Biden for similar behavior with classified documents.
For instance, Trump's case involved an armed raid on Mar-a-Lago, while in Biden's case, his personal lawyers searched his papers.
The DOJ has spent over $23 million on two investigations into former President Trump.
I don't know why they say former president.
You shouldn't.
Everyone gets the honorific.
It's President Trump.
While spending only around $6.4 million on the probe into Biden's handling of classified documents.
According to numbers released in January, the Biden DOJ also opposed efforts to limit its settlement slush fund, which enables it to direct funds toward left-wing nonprofits.
They come in the form of conspiracy theories crafted and spread for the purpose of undermining public trust in the judicial process itself.
Oh, heavens me.
Those include false claims that a case brought by a local district attorney and resolved by a jury verdict in a state trial was somehow controlled by the Justice Department.
Garland forgets to mention that this so-called local case was led by a former top Biden admin official.

You know what, man?
tim pool
Yeah, you know all this.
We know all this.
unidentified
I don't know what you do.
I don't know.
tim pool
There are people who don't want to accept it.
We are years into the bifurcation in the American psyche.
And I know for a fact, because y'all tell me, and I've experienced it too.
You bring this evidence to a friend or family member who's liberal and say, Matthew Colangelo, formerly the third-ranking official in the Biden DOJ, joined the Manhattan's DA office as senior counsel in December 2022 while Bragg's investigation into Trump was ongoing.
Bragg campaigned on prosecuting Trump.
And they'll say, no.
They don't care.
Well, so there you go.
I don't know how this country survives with people who will stand by watching illegal activities happen and say, I don't care.
It's a conflict of interest, at the very least.
How about we say this?
Conflict of interest, wash our hands of it, start over.
How about that?
New investigation, we'll start over.
They won't even accept that.
No, it was a guilty verdict by a jury.
See, even they went after Hunter Biden.
I don't care about Hunter Biden.
Literally don't.
I say free Hunter Biden.
That gun charge is bunk.
Okay?
The tax charges?
Okay, we'll see.
But I don't think he should be... I think he should be pardoned.
And I think, actually, every two-way rights organization should file an amicus brief on behalf of Hunter Biden in his defense, take it to the Supreme Court, and get Form 4473 abolished.
Charging a guy because, you know, you want to charge him for the crime of being a crackhead, charge him for the crime of being a crackhead, and then, through due process, take away his right to own a weapon.
But not this federal background check stuff.
Well, the DOJ said last week, this week, that a search revealed no communication between department leadership and Bragg's office.
Many have questioned why a top official would step down from one of the most high-ranking positions in the legal world to take a role in the office of a local prosecutor.
And we have this, let me see, we have DOJ says no contact between senior officials and Manhattan DA Bragg's office about the Trump case.
unidentified
Your third-ranking guy works there!
tim pool
It's absolutely incredible.
unidentified
If, um...
tim pool
If there was like a group of thieves and one of the guys who was part of this crew quits the crew and gets a job as a manager at a bank.
And then a year later, the bank gets robbed by them thieves.
They're gonna go ahead and say, I think this guy's in on it.
You get my point?
Anyone with a brain can see this.
There is a very serious conflict of interest.
A guy working in the DOJ steps down, it's very unusual, and goes and joins Bragg in targeting Trump.
There was no communication.
What do you mean?
The communication's directly in your office!
You hired the guy!
That's direct collusion in communication!
And they'll make the argument, ah yes, but technically, there's nothing illegal about hiring a Biden administration official to work in a local prosecutor's office to go after Donald Trump.
Yeah, okay.
Colangelo previously led the investigation of the Trump Foundation and the investigation that became Trump's civil fraud case while working for the New York District Attorney's Office in 2018.
He received $12,000 from the Democratic National Committee for Political Consulting, according to FEC records.
They come in the form of false claims that the department is politicizing its work to somehow influence the outcome of an election.
Such claims are often made by those who are themselves attempting to politicize the department's work to influence the outcome of an election.
Garland does not mention the extreme steps his DOJ has gone through to bring the charges in the height of the election season.
Special Counsel Jack Smith pushed hard to get Trump's January 6th case to trial before the election, even asking the Supreme Court to take up the Presidential Immunity Appeal before allowing the lower court to weigh in.
Former DOJ official Jack Goldsmith called Smith's rush to trial wildly unfair and suggested it violated both the normal rules of fairness to defendants and a DOJ rule barring prosecutors from selecting the timing of their actions for the purpose of affecting any election.
Moreover, the DOJ has declined to turn over audio of Biden's interview with Special Counsel Robert Hurt of Congress.
According to the transcript of that interview, Biden appeared to misremember key facts about his life.
And that's the thing.
We have the transcript, but they don't want us to hear the audio.
Because the audio, well, it's going to make Biden sound very, very bad.
But Matt Gaetz made a great point, like, there's nothing we're going to hear on that that we don't already know.
The man nearly, or at least appeared to have crapped himself!
In public!
This is what I love.
Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know that Joe Biden suffered a bout of fecal incontinence.
I don't.
And I'm not suggesting we have proof that he did.
What I'm suggesting is there is more evidence that Joe Biden defecated himself than there is evidence that Hunter Biden's laptop is part of a Russian disinformation campaign or that Donald Trump was secretly working for the Russians.
How about that?
There's more evidence.
There is more evidence that Joe Biden is involved with illicit business dealings, untoward business dealings, and influence peddling with his children and their business associates, or his child, than there is that he defecated himself.
I'd be willing to take that one up if you want, but y'all don't seem to care about that one.
So when we get a video that appears to show a man who is 81, which according to standard A probability.
15-30% of individuals over 80 suffer fecal incontinence.
It's why adult diapers exist.
It's why they're for sale.
The probability that Joe Biden suffers from this is actually decently high.
It's either 1 in 6 or 1 in 3.
And then you see the man who's over 80 squat down in grimace and then lean up a little bit and then squat down in grimace and then stands there.
Why did he do it?
We don't know.
I'm not saying it's proof.
Some, you know, maybe he was just, you know, oh, stretching the old back.
Oh, I'm an old man, I'm gonna stretch the old back.
Sure, maybe.
Okay.
But I'll tell you what, evidence is not proof.
Evidence is information that could lead us towards a conclusion.
And when you look at an 81-year-old man in this position, I say, it's possible there's more evidence that he crapped himself than there is that the Hunter Biden laptop is part of some Russian disinformation scheme, but they're still maintaining that.
This is the state of modern American politics that will not survive.
We cannot function this way.
It won't work.
I mean, to have a DOJ that exists solely for retribution against Republicans.
This is Merrick Garland's story.
He was supposed to be on the Supreme Court.
We really wanted it.
It was a dream of a life.
Of a lifetime.
And Republicans blocked him.
And it was shady business dealings.
Absolutely.
There was no reason to block his appointment.
That made no sense.
They held out, and then I think it was Gorsuch, right?
Gorsuch?
It was supposed to be Merrick Garland.
But, I think we're lucky.
Because the demeanor of this man is that of a petulant child.
And heaven help us if this man was on the Supreme Court.
Now, don't get me wrong.
Supreme Court's got petulant children on it, as it is.
Roberts ain't getting no credit from me.
That dude is as flaccid a man could be.
Like, I can look to the liberal justices and be like, yeah, I see their perspective.
I think they're wrong.
And that's okay.
Ketanji Brown-Jackson doesn't know what a woman is.
That's shocking.
But Merrick Garland has the demeanor of a child.
An opetulant child who wants revenge.
Now you say, ha!
Got you, Tim!
Because so does Donald Trump.
Yeah.
Uh-huh.
Here's the thing.
Merrick Garland weaponizing the DOJ against Trump and his supporters.
We're not seeing the inverse.
So if Donald Trump wants to go in and bring accountability, it's kind of like this.
Donald Trump is a petulant child holding a bunch of rocks, and he did not throw them.
Merrick Garland is angry because he got kicked off the team, so he started throwing rocks.
Now I'm saying, okay, we gotta stop the guy if Donald Trump wants to engage in petulant, childish fighting.
It's only after the fact.
But I can put it this way.
What we need is accountability.
What Merrick Garland is doing is not accountability.
It's politicking.
It's corruption.
It's abject criminal corruption.
Donald Trump may be a petulant child in many rights, but at the very least, when he gets in, what we're hoping for is you put a stop to this.
Schoolyard bullies.
You may not like Donald Trump.
He may be loud, boorish, and brash, but he ain't the one who started throwing rocks.
They accuse him of being a Russian spy.
They tried to lock him up.
They're trying to lock him up now.
And what has he done?
When there were firebombing buildings to the far left, Trump did not deploy.
The U.S.
Army, National Guard invoked the Insurrection Act.
He didn't do any of that.
We wanted him to.
He didn't do it.
Trump said, I ain't throwing rocks at nobody.
And now here we are.
So I tell you this.
When Donald Trump gets in office, I hope he just shuts it all down.
Merrick Garland should be in jail.
So should many other Democrats.
Hillary Clinton and her staff who destroyed public records, smashing devices with hammers.
That is clearly and obviously criminal.
Yet here we are.
The world that we live in is one in which Democrats break the law and Republicans do nothing.
Holding Merrick Garland in contempt?
Sure.
If they'd actually do something.
But they're not going to.
Because, man, this country is bifurcated, and the power structures are plainly obvious.
When Steve Bannon is held in contempt of Congress, they say, straight to jail.
When Merrick Garland is, they say, we're not going after Merrick Garland.
Because they're evil.
Because they're evil.
They wield power to crush their enemies, and Republicans send strongly worded letters.
That's what this is, another strongly worded letter.
At the very least, I can say this.
It raises a question for regular people that could be politically weaponized.
Hey, did you hear that Merrick Garland was held in contempt of Congress, just like Steve Bannon?
And they'll say, really?
Well, yeah, it's because he had information on Joe Biden's mental state or something that he didn't turn over.
Well, why didn't he turn it over?
He cited executive privilege.
Well, don't they have that right?
Donald Trump cited executive privilege for Steve Bannon, but they said he didn't have that right.
Why not?
Well, their argument was that Trump's out of office.
Does that make sense?
That former presidents' administrations must turn over communications as soon as they leave office?
If you want to play that game, I got a lot of records from the Obama administration I'd like to go through.
I'd look forward to seeing how that plays out.
But the question is really simple.
You don't even get that in depth with the average person.
You just say, yeah, Merrick Garland didn't want to turn over records, so they held him in contempt, and they're saying they're not going to lock him up.
Meanwhile, Steve Bannon didn't want to turn over records, and so they held him in contempt, and now they are locking him up.
He has to go to prison.
Why?
Why is Steve Bannon going to prison and Merrick Garland's not going to prison?
josh hammer
Hey guys, Josh Hammer here, the host of America on Trial with Josh Hammer, a podcast for the First Podcast Network.
Look, there are a lot of shows out there that are explaining the political news cycle, what's happening on the Hill, the this, the that.
There are no other shows that are cutting straight to the point when it comes to the unprecedented lawfare debilitating I don't think the average person is going to get past that level of thinking.
tim pool
They're going to say, yeah, that's weird.
And so perhaps that's the GOP strategy.
This contempt of Merrick Garland is going to prove the double standard or add more to it, and which they can then claim we have corrupt government with Joe Biden.
It's going to freak people out.
At the end of the day, however, it may freak some people out, but I tell you this.
The average person ain't watching this video.
This is the nittiest of gritty in politics.
Merrick Garland, who cares?
The average person wants to know why a carton of eggs cost seven bucks.
Dude, I was watching Fox and Friends, and they were at a supermarket, or it was like a market slash restaurant, and they're like, ah, eggs, how much do those cost?
He's like, seven dollars.
And they're like, what?
Seven dollars?
That's what people care about.
All right, I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 1 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
The Libertarian Party has somehow managed to blow itself up.
We like the Libertarian Party, ladies and gentlemen.
We like the idea of ending the wars.
We like Ron Paul.
We like the Mises Caucus.
We love the message.
We want more people to hear this message.
It is the correct message, and the LP went and nominated The far left is to his pro-vaccine mandate and child... gender.
I'll keep it light.
Surgeries.
Well, actually, to be fair, I think he's opposed to surgeries, but he's for the medication, which is very damaging, and, um, we'll get into that.
Now a bunch of libertarians are outright saying, we're out.
In fact, two states have already rejected Chase Oliver, the LP nominee, as their presidential nominee, and are refusing to put him on the ballot.
Thus, this is the cascade failure.
And I have to wonder, I have to wonder, Could this be sabotage?
Or could it be, I guess, good fortune for Trump supporters?
Because the Mises Caucus guys, the majority of the Libertarian Party, are likely now going to be voting for Donald Trump.
For all of the reasons they don't like the guy.
Now, my friends, I'll make it a little personal.
I'll make it a little personal.
We've hosted many Libertarians on TimCast IRL.
And even a few on The Culture War.
And we're going to be hosting more because we like the Libertarian Party.
We like the anti-war message.
We want to end the Federal Reserve.
It is a corrupt machine that manipulates the buying power and facilitates, let's just call it, monetary manipulation to the detriment of the average person.
And the Libertarian Party, these are loud messages for them.
But they became a joke when they decided to nominate a guy Who's pro-vaccine mandate.
And then they think you are all stupid, and come out and say, he's not for mandates because he thinks the government shouldn't mandate.
What about private corporations?
What about all of the massive multinational corporations working in lockstep to mandate employees get forced medication?
That's fine by them.
They don't care about the voters.
But the big news here, the big news here, and there is a little personal, because they're coming after me, they're mad.
But the big news is, to hear that two states, Colorado and Montana, are refusing to put the nominee on the ballot is tremendous.
Donald Trump showed up to the Libertarian Party Convention, and it was amazing.
He said, you can keep being losers, 3%, or you can vote for your nominee.
And it was hilarious!
Man, I can't believe... You know, the Libertarians, with no sense of humor, you guys are the problem, okay?
Dave Smith, that's why he's the man.
Because he's a comedian, and he gets it, and it's relatable, and he knows how to make it funny and fun, and I wish he was the nominee.
I wish he was.
But I suppose, I suppose, in the grand scheme of things, we are the individuals who are saying, stop making me defend Donald Trump.
Me, I'll look on the bright side.
I look at how bad things have gotten, and I'm like, I'll take it.
I'll take a Donald Trump presidency, hands down.
He's the best president of my lifetime, no question.
I've seen so much garbage, and then Trump comes along, and, you know, I'm not gonna sit here and pretend like every little thing Trump has ever done is good, or pretend like he hasn't done bad things.
There's been many bad things.
But as I argued to Dave Smith, probably one of the most prominent Libertarians, Trump gave us a net positive.
Withdrawing our troops from the Middle East.
David doesn't like the Abraham Accords, but I think he's wrong on this one.
Agree to disagree.
Donald Trump crossed the demilitarized zone into North Korea with no security detail.
That inspires me tremendously.
And I am glad, I am glad that Donald Trump feels a warm fuzzy feeling when people like me and you praise him to no end For doing that.
This is the world that I live in.
A president showed up to the border between two warring nations, an ally of ours where our troops are stationed, and an enemy nation we are at war with.
And he walked up to the leader, who invited him into his country with no security, and Trump said, let's do it.
I don't think people understand how tremendous that is.
When I saw Donald Trump cross the demil... I'm pulling this up.
Trump enters North Korea.
The story they told.
Trump becomes first sitting president.
I just... I nearly cried.
I was welling up when I saw this story.
They got a YouTube clip.
Here we go.
Here's the clip.
unidentified
One of the most militarized borders on Earth.
It's good to see you again.
I've never expected to meet you at this place.
A U.S.
president, a North Korean leader, and an extraordinary invitation.
President Trump crosses into the DMZ, meets Kim Jong-un.
And Donald Trump didn't disappoint.
tim pool
Everyone needs to know this happened.
unidentified
But positively striding into history books, the first sitting American president to meet a leader in the North.
Wow.
tim pool
Who is Trump surrounded by right now?
He's surrounded by North Korean.
North Koreans.
The handshake shaking his hand on the street.
unidentified
Political capital for Chairman Kim, ensuring both men had a win to show their people as they boldly recrossed the border.
I believe just looking at this action, this is an expression of his willingness to eliminate all the unfortunate.
tim pool
And look at the smile on Trump's face.
And you may say Trump's got an ego.
Trump is a negatist.
He's only doing it because, you know, it makes him feel good.
He's so important.
Okay!
I'll take it!
Trump loves it when the people scream and cheer for his name because he did something like that.
So I'll tell you this.
Where am I?
I like the Libertarian Party.
I like Ron Paul.
I like freedom.
I like small government.
I'm a traditional or social liberal leaning on the libertarian spectrum, meaning there's a lot of issues that are very difficult.
That, you know, like abortion being one of them.
Where is the government's right?
Or where is their limit on the authority to mandate, restrict, or even not?
To the Mises Caucus Libertarians, Josh Smith, for instance, he says, it is the duty of the government to protect life first and foremost.
And that includes babies we will never accept.
unidentified
Right.
tim pool
I say, okay, right, interesting.
Yeah, I don't know.
I don't know.
Me, I lean a little bit more left on some of these issues.
I do.
But Chase Oliver is pro-vaccine mandate.
I think that's wrong.
I have no problem with the government saying you can't do certain things for large power structures.
That is, when social media like Twitter or Facebook suppress the speech of individuals, including politicians, Laura Loomer was running for office and she was shut out of one of the largest communication platforms.
I believe it's fine for us as a collective to say, you can't do that!
But there's moral questions as well as principal questions, and I think morality matters.
The position of Chase Oliver?
Private businesses should be allowed to mandate anyone be forced to be medicated.
The problem?
Most of the mandates that we're upset about were private.
That's what he supports.
He is a machine state Now, we invited Chase Oliver several weeks ago to appear in the Culture War and debate some of the other members of the LP who are upset at his nomination.
He would then be able to defend his positions, and at first, they never got back to us.
And then at like the 11th hour, apparently they emailed someone saying, not interested.
Well, none of our team had received any of the message.
It's been weeks.
They said he's not getting back to us.
I said, I'm gonna tweet about it.
Because this is laughable, okay?
The idea that we would be willing to platform such an unknown like this guy, or that I'm even talking about him now, shows that we deeply care about the potential for a third party to rise in this country and the message that libertarians can bring.
And they said no.
And now we get some of the best.
I'm gonna shout this guy out.
First, here's the Montana Libertarian Party.
The Montana Libertarian Party has officially rejected Chase Oliver as our presidential candidate.
We have maintained that we will always prioritize Montana first, and we do not believe his campaign advances our goals in this state.
Similarly situated states should follow our lead, and we call upon the LNC to consider suspending and replacing him.
We have this from AMP America.
Libertarian Party of Colorado refuses to put presidential candidate on the ballot.
unidentified
Wow!
tim pool
The LP is imploding.
This is going to destroy all the hard work done by the third party because they chose to nominate this guy who is TERRIFIED!
Terrified.
Here's where they're currently at.
I love this one.
So, Pennsylvania Mises Caucus says, at the same time Chase is ignoring one of the biggest alternative media networks, he's begging to be heard in debate.
You'd think he'd take any appearance that had more than the four people who showed up to his campaign kickoff on Wednesday evening.
They said that, uh, why would they go on an irrelevant podcast?
An irrelevant podcast.
We'll break this down for you.
This guy, David Moskrip, he's a Region 8 rep for LP Florida.
Relatively unknown.
I don't mean that disrespectfully.
He has a couple hundred followers.
He says, no one outside of the party knows who that TimCast guy is.
Even many within the Libertarian Party have never seen a single episode.
It is not worth the time for a campaign to spend.
That's interesting.
I didn't realize we were so popular in the Libertarian Party.
I didn't realize our entire audience was quite literally only the LP!
Okay, so here's the thing.
No one outside of the party knows who that guy is.
Okay, you see what he's saying there?
He's saying that TimCast, as a network, is only well-known in the Libertarian Party.
unidentified
Wow!
tim pool
I didn't realize we were so popular in the LP!
And then he goes on to say... Okay, this is... Let's, let me... No one said the point of the guy is... Someone responded, it's one of the largest podcasts on the internet.
It isn't Libertain or LP related at all.
Not sure, blah blah blah.
He says, the MAGA folks have proven unreasonable and they are already committed to their dear leader.
It literally serves no purpose for any other candidate to appear on the show.
Just a fact of how campaigns work.
Chase has no problem going into hostile environments.
It just should be beneficial.
Besides, as a low-class podcast host, you don't exactly get to throw a toddler fit and constantly insult the candidate, then throw a toddler fit and cry that the same candidate doesn't come on your show.
Maybe, just maybe, if he took off his little beanie and made his show more geared toward adults, then it could be beneficial.
This is why the Libertarian Party is a joke.
Now, most of you, I get it.
You are fans of the work that I do.
That's why you're watching.
Some of you probably hate Watch, but sure, I'll take it.
Ad revenue's ad revenue, right?
Many of you are actually members over at TimCast.com, but the overwhelming majority of you are not!
So, if you like the work we do, you should become a member at TimCast.com.
But this is the Libertarian Party in a nutshell.
They are whiny, irrational babies.
They don't understand voters.
They don't understand core issues.
They don't care for what the voters actually want.
And that's why they're imploding.
But maybe, let's have fun with it.
It's a conspiracy to destroy the only organizing force outside of the two-party system.
How sad is this?
Well, first, which is it?
Are we a MAGA podcast?
Or are we only known to the Libertarian Party?
Which one?
Clearly, they don't have an answer.
But I'll break it down for you.
Let me tell you how the numbers work.
Timcast IRL averages the highest nightly live viewership on YouTube.
I would say 80% of the time, 90% we have the most viewers for any live stream on YouTube.
It's kind of crazy.
We are the top super chatted program outside of VTubers.
I don't know if that's still true, but we held that position for several years.
I don't really track those metrics, they're not super important to me, but that was true.
I was surprised.
In the world, we were like number 11 or 13 or something, and then the only other shows that beat us, on average, were VTubers, meaning like anime waifus who are playing video games or something.
Periodically.
There'll be a show that beats us, for sure.
There'll be a special live event.
Crowder will do a special live, and he'll get way more viewers than us.
I'm not saying we're the biggest podcast in the world.
I'm saying we average the most live audience.
Per episode, Timcast IRL gets 3.5 million unique viewers.
These are metrics we actually have to track across all platforms, because we sell ads to sponsors.
That's important, right?
On YouTube, I think we do around like 500k.
We have the live audience is around 150.
And then you get your, it's called VOD video on demand is about 300 to 400.
It really depends.
Like last night was bigger.
We had Matt Gaetz.
It depends on the hosts.
So it's a big show.
To act like nobody knows who you are.
This is why the Libertarian fails and deserves to fail.
Because this is the attitude they take.
He says, maybe if we were adults.
All right.
We criticize Donald Trump regularly.
Luke Rudkowski and Ian are accused of having Trump Derangement Syndrome, and Donald Trump, with a smile on his face, said, I will do the TimCast podcast.
We were supposed to get a half hour?
We got 17 minutes.
I'll take it.
But we are in discussion about doing a longer-form show with them when the time is right.
We're not the biggest podcast in the world.
We're not as big as Logan Paul.
But enough that it matters to the President and his supporters.
We host Libertarians as well.
We would host more Democrats.
They don't want to come on the show.
Marianne Williamson did.
Now, the show in question, in fact, is not Tim Kast IRL.
It's the Culture War podcast on Tenet Media.
It's an irrelevant podcast.
Okay, this one gets like 300,000 unique viewers.
It's a Friday morning debate show where he would be able to come on 300,000.
Chase went on Austin Peterson's show.
With all due respect, I'm not trying to be a dick, but our network is larger than that.
They're making excuses for one simple reason.
The Libertarian Party nominated a guy who is deeply unpopular, whose ideas are despised by even the Libertarian Party, and Americans overwhelmingly reject.
They are crackpot ideas that unfortunately will not fly.
And so Chase Oliver talks to his campaign and they say, if you go on Tim Pool's show, you will be eviscerated politically.
That's the reality.
They nominated a guy who can't stand up to scrutiny.
Dave Smith comes on the show and we argue and we debate.
Think about that.
How many times have we had Dave Smith on, and he goes, Tim, we talked about this.
You're wrong.
The Abraham Accords said it, and I'm like, okay, well, I disagree.
It's awesome.
Dave's amazing.
He's funny.
He's smart.
He's tall.
That's good for a presidential candidate.
It really is, since the advent of cameras.
Chase Oliver's team says, we can't do it.
We can't handle the heat.
Y'all are not ready for primetime.
I'm sorry.
But you know what?
Part of me says, I'll take it.
I don't come from a world where I think Republicans should win and they're the greatest party ever.
I actually despise the Republicans.
But I tell you what, I remember my mom called me several years ago and she was like, how come all your videos are complaining about Democrats?
And I was like, because the Democrats suck.
She's like, yeah, well, what about Republicans?
And I was like, I don't know.
What are Republicans doing?
I'll tell you what they're doing, sitting on their hands.
There's not a whole lot to complain about when they do nothing.
But we make fun of them, too.
Strongly worded letters.
They're the Washington generals, the Democrats Harlem Globetrotters.
The Democrats are in unison.
They vote for Pelosi.
They stand side by side.
They support war.
They support the entire Democrat agenda.
You got, what's his name?
I mean, I'm forgetting the guy's name, Bowman, who pulled off the emergency center door, pulled the fire alarm and ran off, and they're like, that's totally fine.
Ilhan Omar makes anti-Semitic statements.
I'm doing air quotes because it was like she was, I call it crop-dusting anti-Semitism, and the whole party says, we're not going to condemn her or censure her.
Marjorie Taylor Greene has a Facebook post from before she got elected, and they're like, we're ripping her from her committees.
The Democratic Party walks around with sledgehammers and the Republicans go, slow down there, Democrats.
The Republicans are tepid and weak.
But I like Ron Paul.
I like Rand Paul.
I like Thomas Massey.
Matt Gaetz, I think, is the best.
He's a fighter.
He's funded by the people.
And we disagree on things, for sure.
But I'm not a big fan of the Republican Party.
I wish the Libertarian Party made sense.
I really, really do.
The Mises Caucus, man, they were hitting it out of the park.
Now, some people blame Dave Smith.
They say that he should have stepped up to the plate.
That's tough.
It really is.
You know, a lot of people are mad at Dave.
But I get it, man.
I mean, it's tough.
I wish.
I would have preferred that Dave Smith decide to run.
But let's think about that logically.
Who am I to say Dave Smith should have set aside his career, his life, his safety, to run for a position in the Libertarian Party, to be president, Knowing you're not going to win.
You'd have a positive impact.
But taking tremendous risk and causing damage to your personal life.
I wish he did run.
But of course I do.
I'm not going to run.
To be fair, I would never get nominated by the Libertarian Party.
I disagree with Libertarians to such an extreme degree.
But Dave's right there.
I would never I wouldn't do it.
Now, I suppose it's fair to say we've got 40 employees.
If I were to run for office, it would basically shut the company down because the principal funding of this company is me hosting a variety of shows.
We do have other shows.
The other shows do make money.
We invest more into them.
We could certainly run the other shows.
Pop Culture Crisis, Tales from the Inverted World, Gamer Maids.
I'll pause when I say it.
We could host those shows, you know, much more cost-efficiently, and they'd probably be in the black.
But we want the shows to be good, so we put a little bit more into them, and then we'll push them to where they need to be.
We're working on the boonies, securing sponsorship for our new skate show already in place.
Incredible.
And we're really excited about expansion.
If I were to leave to go and run for office, again, to be fair, it would probably be very disruptive to the company.
That being said, the Libertarian Party had nobody.
The Mises Caucus did a tremendous job of bringing Ron Paul's ideas to the forefront.
And still.
But instead, they chose the guy who's in favor of child, uh, we'll just call it child sex changes.
The guy who's in favor of corporations mandating you get vaccinated.
That was the majority of vaccine mandates.
I'll stress this.
There were venues across this country that required people to get vaccines to play there.
They weren't forced to do that by the state.
They chose to do it.
Do you want to live in a country where every business, because of social pressure, decides you have to get a medical treatment they've decided?
No.
We need to say, hey, there's rules here.
That's why I'm not a big-L libertarian that's like, corporations can do whatever they want!
And then they say, those were monopolies, Tim.
The government made them.
No!
The small, local venue owned by one guy that decided to do this?
It was political, social pressure.
Now, if you put in place, you cannot discriminate on the basis of medical treatment, then... That's why I'm not a libertarian.
Because I don't think their ideas work.
That's fine.
I'll put it this way.
I wanted to see the Libertarian Party succeed.
Instead, I'll tell you what we get.
What we get is the Mises Caucus rushing to Donald Trump, the true winner of the Libertarian Party Convention.
Chase Oliver's nomination was probably the best thing Trump supporters could have wished for.
And all of these Libertarians have come out now saying Trump won.
Because the Mises Caucus is voting for Donald Trump.
They're not going to vote for Chase Oliver, a man who can't even defend his own ideas.
He couldn't do it.
I'll tell you this.
They say that I'm too hostile.
I'm too hostile to these people.
They can't handle it!
That's the reality.
I will tell you this 100%.
They will not come and sit down with me here because their ideas cannot stand up to scrutiny.
Shout out to David Pakman.
David Pakman has agreed to come on one-on-one and have this conversation.
And I say, absolutely.
And it's really simple for me.
Right?
They say, but what if you're wrong, Tim?
Then I'm wrong.
That's it.
David Pakman can come here and say, I think X, and I'll say, well, that's an opinion.
What am I going to say?
Your opinion's your opinion.
We're trying to figure out what systems make the most sense.
If he says something that's incorrect, I'll be like, I'll just Google it right now, and then we'll say what the combined sources believe.
I use NewsGuard.
Mainstream media.
Yeah.
I got a question for David Pakman.
Politico reported that Ukraine interfered in the 2016 election to help Hillary Clinton.
That's been reported by Politico.
It's been backed up by other outlets.
They've never retracted it.
I have no problem saying, like, there's a story, what do you think?
If he wants to come out and say, I think this should be the way it is, I'll say, okay.
If he says, why do you think tax policy should be this way, I'll tell him this is why.
I have no problem having a conversation on my ideas with literally anybody.
But most of the people on the left, people who support child sex changes, for instance, they know it makes no sense, they know it doesn't work, they know it's wrong, and they refuse, they refuse to be confronted on it.
So there you have it.
So long, Libertarian Party!
This could be the end.
If they're not putting the candidate on their ballots, they may lose ballot access.
They're going to have to put someone else on.
Figure it out.
Best of luck.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment is coming up at... I guess we'll just put this one up at 1.
I don't know.
The next segment is coming up at 4 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
It's the gayest Star Wars ever.
That's what they're calling it.
Apparently in the new show, lesbian witches use the Force to get pregnant.
Apparently the Force is female.
I don't know too much about it, but apparently people are saying, like, they created the Force by chanting witchcraft and impregnating women.
Like, through magic.
Okay, I guess.
I mean, look, Star Wars was fun in the first series, but I never really cared that much for Star Wars.
I mean, it's a fun adventure.
This kid wants to join the rebellion against the big empire and then, you know, he does use the force and then he does and then he blows up the Death Star and really, I was never truly inspired by this story.
I mean, it felt too one-dimensional.
I suppose it was revolutionary at the time.
I'm a Star Trek fan, or at least I was.
They've certainly butchered that IP to oblivion.
So I do like what Seth MacFarlane did with Orville.
The Orville.
That was a fun show.
Comedy at first, kind of tried to get serious.
But I respect Seth MacFarlane for trying to make something more like Star Trek The Next Generation.
I like the original series.
I'm not as super familiar with it.
But The Next Generation is some of the best stuff ever, some of the manliest stuff ever, and I encourage you to watch that show with your kids.
It is sad that we are losing touch with such epic writing, and I will explain.
And I will compare and contrast to the gayest Star Wars ever.
The Postmillennial says, Twins Asha and May learn that they were created by the head of the coven and carried by another woman within the group.
Alright, here you go, here's your...
unidentified
This is Star Wars.
Dude, who wants to watch this?
This is Star Wars.
Dude, who wants to watch this?
tim pool
That's it, huh?
Jack Masobik says, this is Star Wars now, thanks to Kathleen Kennedy.
Oh Oh man.
Showrunner Leslie Headland's newest addition to the Star Wars universe in the form of the Acolyte, known as the Gay Star Wars Ever, features lesbian space witch covens who are able to immaculately conceive babies.
Not only is this causing concern for being off-canon, but it's a further infiltration of woke identity politics into the nerd universe of Star Wars.
A clip from the Coven circulated on social media, with blame being heaped on Kathleen Kennedy, the showrunner, and the showrunner, Hedlund, and others.
The clip shows a group of women under cloak of darkness performing some kind of ritual where they praise the power of one, the power of two, and the power of many.
The new addition to the story changes the status of the concept of midichlorians, which is a plentiful supply in one's blood, gives them ability to wield the force.
That was also considered controversial, by the way.
The presence of an abnormally high number of midichlorians is what made Anakin Skywalker, who grows up to be Darth Vader, so special when he met Qui-Gon Jinn.
Acolyte Episode 3, a prequel some 100 years prior to the beginning of George Lucas' space opera, reveals that Anakin was not the first child to have been conceived without the act of reproduction in the Star Wars universe.
Twins Asha and Mae learn that they were created by the head of the Coven, and carried by another woman within the group.
In a recent interview with Hedlund, and one of the stars of the new series, Amandla Stenberg, Hedlund was asked about the sexual orientation of the series, and she said that, you know, the gayest Star Wars yet, by a considerable margin.
Hedlund and Stenberg laughed.
People have told me that it's the gayest Star Wars, and frankly, I am into it.
So people are saying that when Kathleen Kennedy was wearing a shirt, I think it was her, that said, the force is female.
She meant it literally.
And I'm not watching The Acolyte because Star Wars is trash.
I like the original movies.
They were fun space adventures.
Not really all that complicated.
I mean, the first movie is basically about a kid from a desert planet who gets radicalized by a religious group to go and blow up a military base, killing untold numbers of civilians.
I think hundreds of thousands.
I guess!
Never really resonated with me all that much.
Star Trek The Next Generation, on the other hand.
Talk about some of the greatest stuff ever.
And the reason why I bring this up...
Because we also have this video by Erin Wexler and she made this video about the birth control pill saying it makes women like, you know, they want to date their brothers.
When you're on the pill, it makes you want soft men with round faces and they're weaker because you want to be near family because it simulates pregnancy.
Thus, you're trying to be with your brother.
And she said, I'm not talking about your brother who says you want more support, you want to be around family.
Wrong!
Wrong, I say!
Man, I... There is no greater show than Star Trek The Next Generation.
That's it.
If you have small children, they should be watching Star Trek The Next Generation.
who was in the band and watched Star Trek. Sorry, Trekkies.
Wrong! Wrong, I say! Man, I...
There is no greater show than Star Trek The Next Generation.
That's it. If you have small children, they should be watching Star Trek The Next Generation. Not
only is it a fun and entertaining space drama, but it has some of the best moral philosophy,
technology...
I Ah, man, I can't even begin to describe the absolutely amazing storytelling that is Star Trek The Next Generation.
And on every episode, it can get convoluted here and there, and it can get weird in some places.
That's fine.
Not every show is perfect.
Of course, they have the Riker's beard phenomenon.
In the first season of Star Trek The Next Generation, Jonathan Frakes did not have a beard playing Commander Riker.
Season 2, he grew a beard and everyone said, that's when the show got really good.
It was the highest rated show at the time, I believe.
It was syndicated on multiple networks, meaning, and that's kind of weird to me, it would come on, I think it was a CBS show, and then it would be, like, a few days later, it would rerun on other networks.
That's how popular it was.
But let me compare and contrast.
Disney right now is producing the gayest Star Wars ever.
This is what they want your children to grow up watching.
It's awful.
I'll tell you what I was inspired by.
So, uh, let me tell you a story.
A story that I think is a good message for your kids.
Now, I know Star Trek is fiction.
It's not real stories.
And there are real stories of sacrifice and honor that are probably better.
You want people to grow up to emulate certain behaviors and to be inspired.
And I don't necessarily know what creates that drive within people.
What makes them connect to certain ideas or stories?
Honestly, I don't know.
But I'll tell you this.
I'll tell you.
So in Star Trek, the original series, there's bad guys.
The Klingons.
What a silly name.
And the Federation fights them.
There is a war, in the story, between the Federation, which is, you know, humans and their allies, and the Klingon Empire.
Massive, honor-based society.
When they created The Next Generation, they wanted to show that there was a passage of time between the original series and the new show.
The fascinating thing is, the original series actually didn't have- their budget was constrained, and so as time went on, the shows actually suffered for this.
Nonetheless, even though the show was cancelled, it was still very popular, so they made several movies.
They decided, thanks to the popularity of the movies, hey, like, why don't we do another Star Trek?
The Next Generation.
That's what it's called.
And a lot of people thought it wouldn't work.
When Patrick Stewart was auditioning for the role, his agent was like, You're gonna do a couple seasons, it'll be canceled, you'll make some money, just take the role.
And he ended up doing, I think it was what, like eight seasons or seven seasons?
And it's been a long time.
I mean, I haven't watched the full series in a minute.
It's probably been, I don't know, eight years or something.
But I periodically will watch it.
And so they wanted to show the passage of time between the original series and The Next Generation.
So, in the beginning, in the new episode, you see A Klingon!
That's right, one of the former enemies is now serving on board the new ship.
Haha!
Seems like simple writing, right?
They say, how about the people they were fighting, we put one on the ship.
That's a twist for fans.
Well, how do you explain such a thing?
Some of the best writing ever done by humans inspires me to this day.
I will tell you the story.
Maybe I'll embellish a little bit, but I'll tell you the general story.
So the writers are basically trying to come up with what is the circumstance by which the Federation and the Klingons, warring factions, are now at peace.
Now, I do think, and I will stress again, that there are real-world stories of war and peace that are inspirational, but we tell these tall tales because we want to deeply inspire.
And entertain.
The story is this.
The Federation and the Klingons were at war, and there was a forced peace by an intervening force.
But still, there were routine skirmishes and battles between Klingons and Federation forces.
At some point, there's a third faction called Romulans, and they're effectively meant to emulate Roman Empire honor—not honor, passion.
Passion and drive.
Klingons are honor.
And then you have, as an aside, the Ferengi, which are capitalists.
Anyway, I digress.
The Federation, despite being enemies with the Klingon Empire, the Enterprise, the flagship of the Federation fleet, receives a distress signal coming from a civilian outpost, mostly women and children.
The Romulans, who were seemingly supposed to be aligned with the Klingons, had decided to wipe out a Klingon colony, predominantly civilians.
The Enterprise, despite being enemies with the Klingons, saw this as egregious.
And of course, there is honor within humans as well.
So the Enterprise rushed at maximum warp, at full acceleration, to the outpost at Khitomer.
That's what they called it.
Upon arriving, they encountered four warships.
As the story goes, the Enterprise knew it stood no chance against four enemy warships from the Romulan Empire.
The Enterprise, despite this, fought and refused to back down, eventually getting destroyed in the process in an attempt to save the civilians of their own enemy.
Such a powerful story.
The Klingon Empire, outraged at the unprovoked attack on civilians by the Romulans showing no honor, What a story to tell!
Amazing writing.
The sacrifice and the bravery of the Federation entered into peace talks and formed an alliance
with the Federation, knowing the Romulans were a real threat and having been shown that
humans were brave, honorable, and capable of self-sacrifice."
What a story to tell!
Amazing writing.
And in The Next Generation, this happens all beforehand.
It's just ancillary background stuff.
In an episode of The Next Generation, to kind of portray the conflict, they do an episode where, again, it gets a little convoluted.
The Enterprise, in the past, that rushed to save the Klingons despite being enemies, was forced through a temporal rift for a short period of time.
But, in doing so, created an alternate timeline.
Where they never sacrificed themselves, the Klingons viewed them as cowardly, and was still at war, and the Federation was losing.
They re-examine the idea of self-sacrifice in this episode.
And it is sci-fi mumbo-jumbo, but basically what happens is, the new Enterprise encounters the- Oh, and Whoopi Goldberg has a huge role in this.
They encounter the old Enterprise coming through the time rift, and they decide to save them.
But Guinan, played by Whoopi Goldberg, is some kind of, like, higher dimensional being of some sort.
She has perceptions beyond.
She realizes that the timeline has shifted.
And they decide... Well, they have the conundrum of, if they send the Enterprise back, it will be destroyed.
And they will all die.
And this is great.
Because once again, the crew of the Enterprise know that even though they're going to die, they're given a second chance.
You rushed into battle headfirst, facing death, to save your own enemies.
You have now been given a second chance and you can leave.
And they say, we have to go back.
They decide to go back to the Temporal Rift, get blown up, massacred, And this restores the timeline.
A lot of it is silly, sci-fi, mumbo-jumbo.
That I can understand.
A lot of people aren't going to be fans of that.
But take a look at what they're offering up your children.
Lesbian space witches immaculately conceiving a baby and the force being female and all that.
A story about honor and sacrifice for the betterment of your people.
And sometimes not even your people.
There's so much more in The Next Generation.
I mean, one of the most amazing conversations, of course, is Data as an android trying to understand humanity, and he asks Captain Picard about terrorism.
Referencing actual historical references to when terror worked.
Notably, he mentions the Mexican independence from the Spanish state.
And they have this conversation around the difficulties of recognizing the effectiveness of terror in forcing change, but also the immorality of it and the problems it creates.
There's an episode where There's a trial held to determine whether or not an android that purports to be sentient is actually a sentient entity.
They ask such amazing questions.
Now again, I'll stress, many of you are fans, and you're probably cheering this stuff on.
Many of you aren't.
By all means, if you don't want to watch Star Trek, have them watch war documentaries and learn of the true heroes who sacrifice themselves in the real world that I can respect.
Uh, Audie Murphy, is that the guy?
Audie Murphy.
Let me, uh... Let me see if I can pull that one up.
Maybe I'm getting the name wrong.
unidentified
This is the, uh... Let me pull up this guy.
tim pool
There we go.
Audie Murphy, an American soldier, actor, songwriter, widely celebrated as the most decorated American combat soldier of World War II.
Described as the most highly decorated soldier in U.S.
history.
He received every military combat award for valor available in the U.S.
Army, as well as the French and Belgian awards for heroism.
There's a story for your kids, too.
These are the things we want to emulate.
These are the things we want to share with children.
The story of Audie Murphy is just absolutely incredible.
an hour at the Colmore Pocket in France in January 1945 before leading a successful counterattack
while wounded and out of ammunition.
There's a story for your kids, too.
These are the things we want to emulate.
These are the things we want to share with children.
The story of Audie Murphy is just absolutely incredible.
Maybe it's not true.
Maybe it's just war propaganda.
I don't know.
But I tell you this.
If we don't get good messaging to the next generation, you're gonna have a bunch of weak, pathetic, I don't know, cowards.
We gotta change that.
Me, I like Star Trek.
Whatever.
Have fun with your gay Star Wars.
If you like it, you like it.
I won't watch it.
I won't advocate for it.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 6pm on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I will see you all then.
The new Pride mural in Spokane has been vandalized again.
And I gotta tell ya, the difference between the right and the left is that if you had a statue that was 200 years old and the left wanted it gone, they'd show up in mass, 200 people, all wearing black hoodies, jeans, and masks, smash it to bits, and then no one would go to jail for it.
No criminal charges.
The right, however, Doesn't do any of that!
I guess they spill paint.
These kids who got criminally charged for writing their scooters on it apparently didn't even do anything!
This is how insane it is.
You know, look, I'll say this.
Don't go vandalizing people's stuff.
If you live in the community and you have problems with it, you have an opportunity now to speak up and complain and generate public attention.
Vandalizing it actually doesn't do anything.
Going up to the Pride mural and vandalizing it may feel good, but I think it's a missed opportunity.
If you're not from the area, I don't actually like people going and, you know, ruining these Pride flags.
I don't like the Pride flags, but if I want to fly a Gadsden flag, I don't want someone throwing a brick through my window.
But I get it.
I get it.
It's a culture war.
Here's what I'd say to the people of Spokane who live there and are upset with it.
You have an opportunity right now to go around collecting videos of people being like, we don't want this, we don't want to pay for it, it's causing undue attention, and just list all of your grievances with what they're doing.
Make it a big issue of debate.
Make it something that they'll have to publicly defend.
And then put the pressure on them for going after people who vandalized it.
Now, especially, I would say particularly these kids, they didn't vandalize anything!
Yo, it's insane.
People, these woke people are like, look at the skids on the ground!
Look what they were doing!
Are you saying that the kids held the breakdown and were burning out?
They clearly weren't.
The skids were just because the kids were riding around in the street on scooters, playing.
But this is where we're at.
People are upset.
My opinions don't really matter on this.
I don't live there, fine, okay.
But they're vandalizing it.
Spokane crosswalk vandalized days after teens charged with felonies for leaving scooter skid marks on rainbow pavement.
The Pride crosswalk was also set on fire in March.
That's crazy.
I'm not a fan of that, sorry.
The infamous Spokane LGBTQ Pride crosswalk was vandalized again on Tuesday, this time with paint.
The new incident occurred less than a week after three teenagers were charged with felonies for riding scooters over the Pride crosswalk.
We know that.
On Tuesday morning, officials discovered yellow and white paint splashed on the crosswalk after the city worked to have it repainted over the weekend ahead of Spokane's annual Pride parade.
I just want to stress this to these people who are painting this.
You have two options.
Continually maintain the flag, and repaint it every day because of this, or... Well, I should say three options, I guess.
I was gonna say the other thing is, leave the desecrated flag as is, to be a symbol of the disdain people have for it.
I accept either.
You're gonna come out every day and pay money because people clearly are upset.
Again, I don't agree with vandalizing.
You know, I don't think the kids were vandalizing, but someone who splashed paint on it, I don't agree if someone does it intentionally.
That being said, if they stole taxpayer money and never got this approved, now you've got an interesting problem.
Like they did with Black Lives Matter in front of Trump's Fifth Avenue building.
But the other issue is like, We don't even know this is vandalism.
What if there's like some dude who's carrying a bucket of paint and he trips and he falls and drops the bucket?
Are you gonna be like, we're gonna arrest you, you're going to jail?
Or it's like, come on.
It's the street!
Nobody would care if they didn't paint their flag on the street.
Look how disgusting it is!
There's skid marks all over it and the kids aren't the only ones who did that.
David J. Reilly says, how much is this costing taxpayers?
First of all, to paint the flag and repaint it, but also to police it, investigate it, and prosecute it.
Hundreds of thousands?
Millions?
Spokane PD said they're investigating the incident, but announced they will no longer be commenting or issuing press releases on vandalism on the Pride Crosswalk in an effort to deter future incidents.
In response to the initial incident of vandalism, Lime, come on, Post Millennial, is it really even vandalism?
Look at this video.
These kids are just riding scooters.
They're not doing anything.
They're riding scooters everywhere, not even just on the flag.
I don't think they even thought twice about... They're just doing wheelies and riding around the waterfront.
Insane they're being charged with felonies over this.
Democrat Gov Jay Inslee signed legislation to make it a felony to deface public pride symbols in March, which took effect on June 6th.
The charges come with a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison.
Look at this.
Teens left scooter marks on freshly painted LGBTQ pride mural.
They were later arrested for first-degree malicious mischief.
unidentified
This group of teenagers, like, deliberately making marks and scratch marks with their Lime scooters, like, just all around.
Several witnesses confronted the group and called police.
We're not going to sit by as we watch people deliberately After looking at security footage, officers arrested three teenagers.
Two are minors and one is 19-year-old Ruslan Turko.
Turko had his first appearance in court this afternoon.
The judge released him under the condition he doesn't go near the crosswalk or the other teenagers.
Prosecutors, though, had asked the judge to set a $15,000 bond since that's how much it costs to repaint the mural.
The community really came together to raise the money for them to be able to do it before the parade on Saturday.
Now this vandalism just hours after that repaint and only a few weeks after someone else set fire to the mural.
Wow.
It sucks to be reminded in moments like this that there are still people out there that... Oh wow, take a look at this!
...on Saturday.
Now this vandalism just hours after that repaint and only a few weeks after someone So, right here, look at these skid marks.
tim pool
They're not telling us everything about what's going on.
Look at these massive tread marks.
There is very serious outrage over this, and it's getting crazier.
I'll tell you why.
But first, let me throw it to our good friend, Brian Krasenstein.
This is a guy who professionally plays the heel on acts, pretending to be a liberal, but clearly knows what's really going on.
He says, in reference to Gunther Eagleman showing a truck peeling
out on a pride flag mural in the street.
He says, imagine spending your time on X trying to make a group of people who have a significantly
higher rate of suicide feel even more hated and unwelcome in their own skin. You truly have to
be a horrible person to post something like this. I just ask people to put themselves in other
people's shoes before trying to monetize off hate. This is why I say the Krasnistins are evil.
Because they're comic book villains They know the real reason people are upset with pride flag murals in the street, but they pretend like you're trying to make a group of people feel unwelcome in their own skin.
Brian Krasinski knows exactly what's going on.
Cities are painting an ideological symbol.
This is not a trans pride flag.
This is a progress pride flag that represents an ideology.
Brian, notice the black and the brown stripe.
Are you saying that black people don't like being black and have a problem with it?
What's your implication?
unidentified
I can't stand these racist liberals.
tim pool
The problem people have with it is it is a symbol of an ideology that is being forced on them while at the same time the proponents of that ideology have desecrated war memorials and ripped statues from their bases.
You have, my friends, a culture war.
People are very unhappy.
But I tell you this.
There have been some people who have been criminally charged for damaging statues.
That's true.
But take a look at the extreme degree they go for people driving on the road!
Those kids that were riding the scooters around, there's no video we have of them sitting there and holding their tires and scuffing it up.
The scuffs they've presented in media appear to just be scuffs from riding scooters.
That just happened.
They also don't- we've never gotten a story about what those big, massive treadstreaks are.
They're gonna have to keep repainting this thing because people are pissed off.
But I tell you what.
The stupidest thing, I think, is this.
Driving across it and peeling out.
The reason why these people keep winning these cultural battles is because they use The police.
That's right.
You go and you vandalize it, and the cops, because they're scumbags, will arrest you for it.
I am sick of people blindly defending police.
The leftists go to the cops, and the cops bend their knees to kiss the feet because they're spineless scumbag cowards.
Here's what should happen.
The next time some kid rides a scooter across the Pride mural, and they say, go arrest those kids, every single cop should go, no.
But they won't.
And the conservatives will just keep blindly supporting communist police officers.
Now, cops are people.
There are cops who are not communists.
There are cops that have met good people.
Fans of the show, too.
But in places like Spokane, places like Florida, you have communist cops that will defend.
And you know what?
These cops will be like, well, I don't agree with it, but you shouldn't be vandalizing.
You're a communist!
They got their garbage ideology painted on your roads.
I don't see you going and arresting people for throwing eggs, bricks, graffiti.
You ain't doing none of that.
But my boss told me.
Okay, so you're a communist!
Whatever, man.
Just admit it.
You can argue all day that you don't like it, but when you march at the whip crack of these neocoms, there's no difference.
You're their servant.
And I'm done protecting cops over this stuff.
It is the cops that are in Florida that are going and arresting people.
Here's what I'd do.
If I was governor of Florida, you know what I'd do?
Anyone Who vandalized the Pride mural in Palm Beach?
It's Palm Beach, I think, right?
Pardon?
I'd say, no, no, no.
You guys repa- You want- You want your sh- You- You do it.
You take care of it.
You clean it up.
I- Ron DeSantis needs to be pardoning all these guys.
Why isn't he?
I just- I hate Republicans so much.
unidentified
Ugh.
tim pool
Weak.
unidentified
Anyway.
tim pool
I'll leave it there!
