You don't want to miss it.
Now, let's get into the news.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have major breaking news coming out just in the past 15 or so minutes.
Hunter Biden, the son of the president, has been found guilty on all counts.
Three felony charges.
He is facing 25 years in prison.
Now, this kind of comes as a shock to many people.
Some people are saying they're not shocked by it.
But I think it is kind of shocking because we all thought a jury nullification was coming.
Many of the jurors had some kind of connection or story that made them appear sympathetic to Hunter Biden, but I don't think they could pull the wool over their eyes.
Hunter Biden was an admitted crack addict.
There are text messages that were presented by the prosecution.
When he was filling out his application to buy a gun, he said he was not a user of illicit substances.
However, shortly after, was texting people.
I believe, I want to make sure I get all the details correct, but my understanding is, and I could be wrong, but my understanding was, he was texting people that he was doing crack!
Right after he bought it.
The argument, of course, was that he was clean when he bought the gun, and then afterwards he got dirty again.
Now, there's a big debate over whether or not this is the right way to go about things, because this is... Many people are concerned, especially 2A advocates, that this charge and federal background check forms violate the Fifth Amendment against self... I believe it's Fifth.
Yes, against self-incrimination.
Meaning, Hunter Biden was not guilty of a crime at any point.
Now, we know he did crack, and that is illegal.
But the point is, the state has to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt through due process before you can strip someone of their rights.
For Hunter Biden to have to confess to committing a crime on a form is self-incrimination, and many are saying it's unconstitutional.
For that reason, I am torn.
You know, people have asked me, should Hunter Biden be pardoned?
And I would say, yes.
But, you know, the wartime individual in me says, no sympathy for these people.
They want to lock up Trump.
They want to lock up Peter Navarro.
They want to lock up Steve Bannon.
They want to lock up Trump's CFO, Weisselberg.
I believe Weisselberg's name.
They're going after everybody.
They want to raid Roger Stone in the wee hours of the morning and tip off CNN.
Why cut any deals with Hunter Biden?
Well, then there's the challenge of maintaining principles versus wartime and peacetime.
To the principles, I do not believe these charges are good.
I believe that the idea that you have to self-incriminate on this background check form is unconstitutional.
And we should not erode our rights for what?
Hunter Biden?
What is accomplished by putting Hunter Biden in prison?
Now, to be fair, many people are saying things like, I will never vote for a convicted felon.
And the response now over Hunter Biden's conviction, and more to the point, most of the commentary before his conviction were from people saying, well, I'm not voting for Hunter Biden.
I'm voting for Joe.
Hunter Biden's his own person.
I do not believe we win any strong political points by getting Hunter Biden on a gun charge, which only bolsters gun control claims, and I don't think to a large degree will actually impact Joe Biden.
I'm not actually convinced Joe Biden makes it in the long run.
Anybody who's watched any of the videos about Joe Biden recently, we had his Juneteenth celebration where everyone's dancing and singing, and he's just cornholio-ing, standing there, totally zoned out.
I think.
I think there's a strong probability it ain't gonna be Joe Biden.
Some have suggested that the debate with Trump is their way of getting Joe Biden out of there.
I can't say for sure.
I don't know.
We don't know.
But it does seem certainly strange.
Now about this.
Let's read the breaking news.
We'll talk about Hunter Biden facing 25 years in prison.
I don't yet know when sentencing is going to be because this is just breaking right now.
But we do have more details as well.
It is widely believed that Joe Biden will pardon Hunter.
And then we have Hunter Biden's tax trial coming up.
So he might get I might go to jail for a long time.
A long, long time.
I gotta say, with Joe Biden lacking the cognitive function, he might want to pardon Hunter Biden sooner rather than later.
I got a feeling that Jill's gonna say something like, You've only got a few weeks left.
Your brain ain't working.
And in that moment of lucidity, where she sees the twinkle in his eye, she says, Joe, please now sign the pardon.
And he's like, I can't remember what's happening.
And then she's like, just sign the paper.
And he's like, I'll try.
And then he signs Hunter Biden's pardon.
And then his eyes go wide again and the drool comes out of his mouth.
The last moment they have to spare Hunter Biden going to prison.
CNBC with a breaking report.
A jury has convicted Hunter Biden, the son of the president.
You know, look.
Some people say we live in a simulation, and that is just kind of like nerd talk for religion.
The universe was made by a higher power.
But let's just say this.
Be it God, be it some dude in his bedroom playing a video game, there's certainly a sense of humor and a desire for excitement in this reality for which we exist.
Biden was charged with crimes related to the purchase and possession of a handgun while being a user and addict of illegal drugs.
Hunter Biden 54 was found guilty of making false statements in connection with the sale of a firearm, a false statement in a firearms transaction, and possessing a firearm while being a drug user or drug addict.
Now, that last one, I actually am fine with.
If somebody buys a gun, and they are using crazy drugs, and you can prove that they were on the crazy drugs while in possession of the weapon, That I agree with, but I think we have to be careful here because I believe that even if you use drugs, so long as you're not using drugs and having the gun at the same time, like, let's clarify.
If under Biden is strapped, With this gun on his person and he's cracked out of his mind, I agree that should be a penalty in which you lose your rights to your firearm.
You go through due process to say you are under the influence while equipped with a weapon.
I don't believe, however, if you do a drug and you have a gun at home That's a different crime.
I think we then charge the person for the illicit drug use.
If it's a felony, then they can have to surrender their guns through due process.
Your rights are curtailed.
But I think we've got to be careful here because I am a staunch two-way advocate.
I think we have to maintain our right to defend ourselves.
And the idea that he could go to prison for not incriminating himself, I think is a dangerous thing.
But let's keep it in the news.
We'll read some more.
And then afterwards, we'll grab some of your super chats as we are live here with this breaking story.
The charges relate to his purchase of a handgun while being an active user of illegal drugs.
Biden looked straight ahead at the jury and nodded slightly as three guilty verdicts were read.
First Lady Jill Biden entered the courtroom after the verdict was announced.
Now, what I heard was that she ran into the courtroom.
Biden's wife, Melissa Cohen Biden, was in the room when the verdict was read out.
The verdict came after about three hours of deliberations.
Jurors began deliberating on Monday afternoon after hearing closing arguments from prosecutors and Biden's lawyer, Abby Lowell, and instruction from Judge Mariela Noriega.
He faces a maximum possible prison sentence of 10 years on two of the felony counts and a maximum possible sentence of five years in prison on the third count.
Biden is separately charged in LA federal court with failing to pay taxes on more than 1.4 million in income over several years.
He is due to stand trial in that case in September, two months before his father faces the Republican Donald Trump in the presidential election.
Could you imagine if this was like Eric or Don Jr.? ?
Right now you've got liberals being like, I can't believe they're doing this to Hunter Biden.
He did this!
He did all this!
Like, come on, man.
But you know, I'm here to say, I don't think we really win any points.
This is not Joe Biden.
We want Joe Biden.
Okay?
Joe is connected to these illicit business dealings, to these tax dealings.
We know they were in communication.
We know Joe Biden lied about all of it.
That's the issue.
Hunter Biden is a crackhead I don't care about.
Now, that being said, if you win political points, you win political points.
And we are in a state of political and legal warfare.
Lawfare, as some might call it.
They will use everything and anything to go after Donald Trump, to smear and defame anyone who's supportive of Donald Trump.
Now, I will stress this.
Donald Trump is far from a perfect man.
He's a funny guy, he's a great entertainer, he's very charismatic.
His first term?
Pretty good.
Perfect?
No way.
Is he brash?
And sometimes off-putting?
Yes.
Now, it's a low bar.
I think Donald Trump is the greatest president of my lifetime.
I see a guy who actually brought jobs back to this country.
I see the termination of the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
I see an attempt to secure our southern borders.
I see a guy who is trying to bring peace to many different countries around the world.

CNN analyst tells Chris Wallace Biden will pardon Hunter no matter what he says now.
I agree.
And so, if the argument is that Joe sacrificed Hunter for political optics to make it look like we went after Trump, but we're fair, we all know that Joe's going to pardon Hunter.
Come on.
And I expect him to.
You know, I'm torn on this, right?
Should a father, in any circumstance, allow his son to take the fall?
That's a tough question.
Depends how bad.
The crimes that Hunter's being charged with here, the gun charge, I don't think are that bad.
In fact, I'm not a fan of them.
Like I mentioned, self-incrimination.
Now, if Hunter was like, I don't know, strangling rabbits as a child and then went on a murdering spree or something, I don't expect Joe to come out and pardon him.
But I imagine the average father It's kind of scary, it's kind of bad, but it's also kind of right, in a sense?
What I mean is, if there's a kid who, um, he's like driving in a parking lot and then he hits a car on accident, panics, drives home, hit and run, tells his dad, the cops show up and they say, this vehicle was seen rear-ending.
I imagine a lot of dads are going to be like, that was me.
Yeah, sorry, that was me.
I take full responsibility.
Son, go to your room.
Because a dad doesn't want his kid's life to be over over something stupid, like a mistake.
This one's interesting.
Should Joe Biden—and you guys, you know, we're live here for the special breaking news.
Super chat or chat, should Joe, as a father, have protected his son from these charges, or should he just pardon him now?
Because the issue is, is this really Joe Biden using his son as a political tool to make it look like his DOJ is not biased when they're going after Donald Trump in these federal cases?
Don't get me wrong, the criminal conviction of Donald Trump is a state-level thing, and so is Georgia.
Georgia's frozen, probably till after the election.
But for the federal charges, they can say, see, we're not biased.
Trump's being charged because he broke the law, and Hunter got charged, my own son!
That's the game they'll play.
Some have suggested that Jill is actually the one running the show.
But I agree.
Last week, ABC News anchor David Muir asked Biden about pardoning his 54-year-old son, who faces three counts of, we know, illegally possessing a firearm while addicted to crack cocaine.
Muir asked whether he would accept the jury's outcome, and whether he has ruled out a pardon for him.
He said yes to both.
On Saturday, Goldberg was on a panel with Lulu Garcia Navarro, Reyhan Salam, and Kara Swisher for CNN's The Chris Wallace Show to discuss Biden's pledge.
Let's wait and see what happens if he loses.
I have to imagine if Joe Biden loses, he's pardoning Hunter Biden, no question.
And that's the big question for you guys, and it's a moral question that's tough.
Should he?
Should Joe Biden say, I've lost, I'm leaving, pardon?
I got a feeling Joe Biden will pardon everyone.
If Joe Biden loses, I would not be surprised.
It does seem out of the ordinary.
So, a normalcy bias, these kind of things don't happen, but I would not be surprised if on his way out, Joe Biden signs sweeping pardons for Hillary Clinton, for Ray, for Yates, for Obama.
Yep, Obama for all of them.
Obama's fair game now.
So is Bush.
I would be surprised if he pardons Bush.
Obama killed an American citizen.
Several, actually.
A 16-year-old who was eating at a civilian restaurant in Yemen, Abdulrahman al-Awlaki.
Abdulrahman al-Awlaki was his name.
He was from the United States.
He was from Denver, Colorado.
He lived in San Diego.
And Barack Obama signed off on a drone strike that blew him and several civilians up.
Why?
No criminal charges?
You want to bring charges against Donald Trump for documents?
You want to convict him for sending checks to Cohen, which you claim?
Fine.
Open the door to prosecuting all the other presidents as well.
They're going to say yes, but he said he would.
What's he going to say?
He has to say that.
The exchange is sort of a prelude to a more full-throated skepticism on Biden's remarks by Goldberg.
So we don't know if Hunter Biden is actually going to be found guilty.
I think he will.
We don't know, even if he's found guilty, whether he will go get a real prison sentence or in a subsequent tax case.
If he does get a real prison sentence, despite your enduring faith in Joe Biden's word, Joe Biden will pardon his son to spare him a prison sentence after the election one way or another.
Fair point.
If Joe Biden wins, he'll just pardon Hunter.
Why not?
He's like, I got one term left.
You can't do anything about it.
There you go.
I don't know.
Republicans might say they want to impeach him, but you can't.
The president has the authority to pardon at the federal level.
Hunter Biden's attorneys wrapped up their case Monday, and now we know that he was found guilty.
Here's the These are the charges from September 14, 2023.
They say, according to the indictment, Hunter Biden purchased a Colt Cobra .38 Special Revolver from a federally licensed firearms dealer on October 12, 2018.
When purchasing a firearm, a prospective purchaser must fill out a firearm transaction record.
ATF form 4473 and certify that all of his or her answers on the form are true and correct.
As alleged in count one of the indictment, Hunter Biden knowingly made a false written statement on the form 4473, intended and likely to deceive the dealer he purchased the firearm from, when he certified that he was not an unlawful user of or addicted to any stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.
In fact, he knew that statement was false according to the indictment.
In count two, he's alleged to have knowingly made a false statement and representation to a federally licensed firearm dealer with respect to information the dealer is required to keep under federal law.
Count three of the indictment alleges that during an 11-day period between October 12th and October 23rd, 2018, Hunter Biden possessed a firearm while knowing he was an unlawful user or addicted to any stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.
And he was.
Because he's a crackhead.
And it's sad.
And I'm happy to hear in more recent histories that he has cleaned himself up.
I ask you then, what are the benefits to this conviction?
And perhaps benefits don't matter at all.
Perhaps all that matters is he broke the law, he goes to jail.
Thank you and have a nice day.
Perhaps there's no reason to compare this to Trump at all.
Trump is still facing double standards.
Hunter Biden's a criminal and goes to jail.
Reuters says if the jury finds him guilty, which they did, he faces up to 25 years in prison.
Although sentences are typically shorter than the maximum according to the DOJ.
The jury of 12 must unanimously agree on a conviction.
Now, they ask, are the charges against Hunter Biden unusual?
Yes, the government rarely charges someone for false statements on gun purchase forms unless the accused is also charged with a violent crime.
According to a Government Accountability Office report set up by Hunter Biden's legal team, more than 80 million American adults own a firearm, but only about 1,000 a year are investigated for false statements on a gun purchase form, and even fewer are charged.
I must stress, however, we know you did it!
That's the problem!
Okay?
If they look at a form and say, I think this guy's lying, but we can't really prove it.
He's probably doing drugs, but we can't really prove it.
Okay.
But Hunter, you were telling people you were doing crack!
There's evidence!
So this is potentially unusual, but I don't think matters.
I don't think it matters at all.
Now, next up, get in line, buddy, because December 7, 2023, the DOJ posted this press release, Grand Jury Returns Indictment, charging Robert Hunter Biden with three felony tax offenses and six misdemeanor tax offenses.
According to the indictment, Hunter Biden engaged in a four-year scheme in which he chose not to pay at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019 and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax year 2018 when he filed false returns.
As alleged in the indictment, to further his scheme, Hunter Biden subverted the payroll tax withholding process of his own company by withdrawing millions outside of the payroll and tax withholding process.
Spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle rather than paying his tax bills.
In 2018, stopped paying his outstanding and overdue taxes for tax year 2015.
Willfully failed to pay his 16, 17, 18, 19 taxes on time, despite having access to funds to pay some or all of these taxes.
Willfully failed to file his 2017 and 2018 tax returns on time.
Not a fan of this either.
I'm not a fan of this.
Now, don't get me wrong.
Show me the evidence.
Let's talk about it.
business deductions in order to reduce the very substantial tax liability he faced as
He subverted the payroll and tax withholding process for his own company by withdrawing millions outside of the payroll and tax withholding process.
You gotta clarify that.
Because if he's doing like a profit draw or something like this, clearly they must not mean that.
So, how is he withdrawing this money and what does that mean?
Considering he didn't pay his taxes, I think it's a combination offense where you didn't file your taxes, that's already a problem, but you were pulling the money and spending it.
He spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle rather than paying his tax bills.
I gotta say this, okay?
It really is a combination of factors that make this work.
In 2018, he stopped paying his outstanding and overdue taxes for the year 2015.
If he knew he had to pay, And he stopped paying.
I think you can then see he's taking willful actions.
Willfully failed to pay $16, $17, $18, and $19 taxes on time.
No, no, no.
Hold on.
On time?
Does that mean he still paid them?
Because typically it's a civil violation.
You get a fine with interest on top.
He willfully failed to file his $17 and $18 tax returns on time.
But hold on.
Did he pay them?
I want to know.
And he did file his 2018 return, but false business deductions.
Now that's an interesting point I'd like to see proven.
The challenge with business deductions is that here's how it would work normally.
You claim a deduction that you believe is legitimate, and if the IRS says that's not, you say, we can challenge it, and it's a civil violation, right?
So, if a company buys equipment, and then they deduct it, or they depreciate it, and the IRS says, you can't deduct or depreciate that, they say, okay, how much do I owe you?
Because my understanding was that it was good.
They say, you owe us X amount of dollars.
Okay, here's the money.
If all of those things happen where Hunter He's claiming deductions on things that are clearly not deductible, and that's plainly obvious.
He's not paying his taxes on time.
He stopped paying taxes for one year.
He's living it up, knowing he owes money on taxes, and he's pulling the money from the company, subverting.
You combine those things, I get it.
But the libertarian, small l, not libertarian party, they're weirdos, in me says, I don't like the tax issue in general.
I think First, it's bad enough when people get overtaxed, but let's just say, fine, let's accept the tax law exists right now.
I believe the appropriate response to this is to just take his money.
Yeah, I don't like, you know, but again, again, I stress, I must stress, I don't know exactly what Hunter did.
It may be, like, egregious where he's texting people, be like, I ain't paying no taxes!
Lawman's gonna have to come for me!
Like he was with the crack cocaine thing.
Because usually, You get a letter in the mail from the IRS, and they're like, uh, you owe us X amount of dollars, and you go, okay.
And if it's a large sum, you call a lawyer, and if it's a small sum, you just pay it.
So, it'd be interesting to see the full details of this.
So, that will be coming up, I believe, uh, the tax, uh, case.
We have this, uh, what's next for Hunter Biden, a likely appeal, and a trial on tax charges.
So I think the, uh, 15 to 21 months for his first offense.
Man, homie's going to j- going to prison.
Man.
Um, let's see, do they bring up... He's gonna appeal, most likely.
I don't see how he appeals.
What- what are the grounds for appeal?
Noriega rejected several requests to dismiss the gun charges, but defense lawyer Abe Lowell said he would continue pursuing legal challenges.
Lowell accused Justice Department Special Counsel David Weiss of prosecuting Biden vindictively because few people are charged under the law.
Yeah, sorry, I don't fly.
Republicans criticized the sweetheart deal the plea agreement offered Biden that Noriega rejected.
Lowell has argued Weiss sought an indictment despite a lack of additional evidence because
of the criticism and accusation the prosecutor denied and called fiction designed for a Hollywood
script.
Norieka and Weiss were each appointed by Trump.
So, let's see, Supreme Court pending and challenged a gun statute.
The law that served as a foundation for the charges against Biden has been challenged by gun rights advocates for years.
A 2022 Supreme Court decision overturned a New York law By ruling, any gun restrictions must be consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation, which opened the door to a flood of challenges to firearm regulations.
In one case, Zaki Rahimi's lawyers appealed his conviction under a law, the same one used to charge Biden, prohibiting him from owning a gun because of a protective order his girlfriend got against him.
The law at stake in the court battles is 18 U.S.C.
922, which in nearly 4 of the 5 cases is used to stop convicted felons from possessing firearms.
The section of the code contains lesser-known provisions prohibiting gun possession for other reasons, such as for drug use or addiction.
The charge against Biden.
Like Rahimi, Lowell argued in Biden's case the charges were unconstitutional.
Despite his son's legal challenge, Biden has advocated making gun background checks even tighter.
And there's the big problem for Joe.
If he pardons Hunter, he proves himself a hypocrite.
He also proves himself a bad dad, so have fun with the rockin' hard place on that one.
His tax trial is set to begin September 5th.
U.S.
District Judge Mark Scarcey set Biden's trial in L.A.
on nine tax charges for September 5th after Lowell asked for more time to prepare between trials after the tax case was initially set for June 20th.
The plea agreement had called for Biden to admit two misdemeanors for not paying taxes, but Weiss secured an indictment on three felony tax offenses and six misdemeanors.
Biden allegedly engaged in a scheme I don't know!
They're already saying, I'm not voting for Hunter, I'm voting for Joe.
Joe's brain already does not work.
We read all that stuff, so we get it.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, big news.
The question will be for later in the day on the politics of the matter.
How will this impact Joe Biden in the polls?
I don't know.
They're already saying I'm not voting for Hunter.
I'm voting for Joe.
Joe's brain already does not work.
I don't know what to tell you.
People people are willing to vote for a guy who clearly, you know, let me.
Let me pull this video up.
They're willing to vote for a guy who clearly is not there.
Okay?
Let me see if I have this.
I'm pretty sure I have this clip somewhere.
Yeah, we got it.
We got it.
We got this clip.
Alright, let me play this clip for you guys and you understand.
If people are willing to vote for that dude, I don't know what to tell you.
Best of luck, America.
I don't think anything— I don't think getting Hunter Biden on this changes much.
I gotta be honest.
But I suppose we'll see, I suppose we'll see.
Let me read some of your superchats, and then we'll probably start winding this thing down.
I'll have another segment for you coming up at 4pm and 6pm, of course.

Nick Dugger says, all these charges do is reinforce the ATF's unconstitutional laws.
Nobody should be celebrating this.
Instead, they should be pushing to go after him for being an alleged, yeah, for which he seems to be an image video evidence.
You know, an abuser of children, we'll call it that.
Rand Schwartz says your principles mean nothing if you lose.
Agree.
And that's the wartime political perspective.
Don't give your enemies any ground.
The morality of a functioning system are for those who believe in the functioning system.
For the people who believe in free speech, we protect their free speech, no matter how abhorrent it may be.
But those who seek to subvert and destroy free speech should not be protected.
I think perhaps a prerequisite of constitutional protections are that you agree with the protections.
So I say, free speech for everybody.
Then someone comes out and says, no free speech for anyone.
I say, then no free speech for you.
But if someone comes out and they say that they're a communist that wants to overthrow the country, but they do believe that anyone should have free speech, I'll protect their free speech.
If they ever come out and say, take their speech, arrest them, lock them up, I say, then you don't get any either.
JRG Project says, at this point, I don't care.
As long as they have a vendetta against Trump, all bets are off.

The Clapper of Cheeks says, in the debate, Trump should tell Biden he'll pardon Hunter.
Oh, man!
That's strong, man.
RHEC says, Tim, that guy who said had a license didn't recheck the case.
It gets even funnier.
Interesting.
Here we go.
Kyle says he should just pardon him and correct the ATF form.
Yeah.
Antipattern says Joe is using the case to make sure Hunter is a good boy.
Joe will wait on the pardon to keep Hunter silent.
Perhaps, perhaps.
Big Boy says, Tim, I agree with you that Joe sacrificed his son to show the government isn't biased.
He will show the public he isn't biased and at the last minute will pardon his son.
Only so he can get elected.
Once he's elected, then the gloves are off and he's like, alright Hunter, you're free.
Alright, let's grab a couple more.
Elijah Butterfield says, on the subject of pardoning Hunter, refer to the lawman Bass Reeves.
Is it Bass Reeves?
He turned in his own son.
Beautiful example of honor with justice.
Should be something to aim for in today's world, IMO.
You know, it depends.
It depends.
If, like, a kid is a dangerous threat to society, then the parents should turn that person into law enforcement.
If a kid committed a small crime, I actually think it's a blend of right and wrong.
A father seeking to protect his child?
I understand that drive.
How do you tell a dad or a mom not to do this?
But can we allow people to commit crimes and get away with it and maintain a society?
That's a tough call, isn't it?
Parents who are there for their children, hmm.
David Bach says, Tim, Biden isn't gone in that video.
He's super uncomfortable around the black folk there.
He's been a racist his whole life.
Yep!
Yeah, I buy that one.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, this is going to get interesting.

Suffice it to say, the far left is not too happy that the right wing is winning in Europe.
And riots have emerged in France.
Not just over this, but basically over this, but riot in France, it's what they do.
So when people are like, oh no, more protests in France, I'm kind of like, yeah, whatever.
But this is a big story.
Because in France, Macron has dissolved Parliament, which I'm sure many of you have heard of, and will be holding snap elections.
It is expected Marine Le Pen's populist party will win!
Here's what I find fascinating.
What I find fascinating is how the New York Times frames this.
So let me break it down for you.
A legitimate election is held for the European Parliament.
Marine Le Pen's party wins swimmingly!
So, Macron, the President of France, says, we're going to hold snap elections in France.
It's very risky.
But I don't know if it makes sense to call it risky.
I think he's just basically giving up French Parliament to right-wing populist nationalist forces.
This is, I suppose, some people have said this is how it's done.
When the President realizes that the will of the people is not being represented, it is okay.
We'll hold elections, and we'll have the people represented.
This is being called by the New York Times, wreaking havoc.
I kid you not.
In Germany and in France, because of legitimate elections where the right has won, the New York Times says they are wreaking havoc.
In the meantime, we have far-left extremists smashing things, fighting cops, they're throwing rocks at Nigel Farage, getting arrested.
That's another viral video.
The riots in France, perhaps it's not havoc because that is what is expected of the French.
But come on!
It's absolutely insane for the New York Times to frame this as the far-right winning and wreaking havoc when they're the plurality!
They're the largest now voting bloc.
That means that's the will of the people.
So you don't call that far-right, that's moderate.
What does it mean to be far-right, far-left?
Well, they're relative terms.
I would say, if the majority of people in a country hold the same views, that's the center.
And then you have the bell curve.
So if Marine Le Pen, as a nationalist, populist French politician, represents the largest voting bloc, that's the middle.
It's the middle.
And then you have fringe elements.
And perhaps you can say, and this is fair, it really does depend on the size of the plurality.
It's probably fair to say Marine Le Pen is conservative-leaning relative to the rest of France.
You can't rightly call them far-right when they represent more than any other political faction.
It is fair to say they're right-wing if you've got various left-wing forces that make up the left but disagree to varying degrees.
But this is the world we live in, where you can go around smashing things, destroying monuments, and they say, I don't know, it's fine.
It's a peaceful protest.
But heavens, if you win an election, you are wreaking havoc.
You take a look at what's going on here in the United States, you've got some kids riding scooters on a Pride mural on the street.
Felony charges.
Because apparently the kids were skidding on the street.
Yep.
It was two kids and one adult, but they're all basically teenagers.
And that, they will arrest you for.
Blasphemy laws.
At the same time, we see a war memorial desecrated.
Nothing.
Nothing.
This is where we are.
It's true in France and Europe, but I will say this.
The New York Times shows you what the corporate press thinks of you.
You are an other.
But make no mistake.
This proves the New York Times is a fringe element.
And I'd like to stress this, because I want you to share this, this idea, with your friends and your family.
You can ask them, if the majority of people in the United States believe that, say, Donald Trump is bad, would you consider them to be the center or far left?
And they're going to say, the center.
They're not far left just because they don't like Trump.
Right!
Far left.
That would be if the perspective was Donald Trump is the center.
Then anyone who opposed him would be left or far left.
But they're not going to say that, right?
They're going to say, no.
Because the majority of people think he's bad.
Right?
What about a plurality?
Same idea.
Plurality just means like the largest block.
In France, they held an election, Marine Le Pen won.
The largest bloc says they want her.
Is that not, then, the center?
Or center-right, to a certain degree?
And then, you can tell them that Trump is the frontrunner for the election.
So if most people want Trump to win, or I should say, a plurality of voters have expressed they want Donald Trump to win, 41% in aggregate, according to FiveThirtyEight, which is, which is, by the way, Democrat-leaning, does that not represent that the right is not far-right?
It's just the moderate-right?
Leaning towards the middle, because that's where most people are?
They don't want to admit it, but that's the reality.
I think it's fair to say that when you have two large distinct blocs, you don't really have a far left and a far right, you just have a left and a right, but they're distinct.
And I think that's what you have in the United States.
As for Europe, I do think it's fair to say that with Marine Le Pen getting around 31%, you have a right and a left as well, but it's mixed?
How does the media come out and attack them for wreaking havoc?
Well, here's the story from The Guardian.
Just a quick little snippet.
Protests broke out in Paris on Sunday as Marine Le Pen's far-right National Rally Party won a sweeping victory in the European Parliament elections, gaining 32% of the vote.
As the result came in, the French President Emmanuel Macron announced he was dissolving the National Assembly and called for legislative elections to begin on 30th of June.
I like how they write it in the UK.
On 30 June, demonstrators chanted anti-fascist slogans in Paris's Place de la Republique.
Fouad Kayat, 27, a protester, said, People like me, on top of which I'm a Muslim, will be the first victims of Emmanuel Macron's risky bet if tomorrow we find ourselves with a far-right Prime Minister in our country.
I didn't realize that France was a Muslim nation.
But okay, I guess.
Here's a clip from Clement Lano.
Actually, this guy's a good reporter.
I've met him.
I was covering stuff in France.
Ongoing tensions.
Projectiles and tear gas between anti-extreme right demonstrators and police officers.
Anti-extreme right.
I love that.
How do you say that in French?
That's what they call protest manifestations.
It's really funny.
They call protest manifestations.
It's like a weird thing.
Here's the video.
C.S. Manifestence. That's what they they call protest manifestations.
It's really funny. They call protest manifestations. It's like a weird thing.
you And for the most part, you know, this is why I wouldn't want to live in France.
Like this kind of stuff happens all the time.
Not for me, man.
I'll take the countryside.
But here's where we're currently at politically.
Emmanuel Macron refused to accept the Prime Minister's resignation.
Gabriel Attal tried to persuade French President against snap elections, offering himself as a sacrificial lamb after Euro elections defeat.
Macron is ruling out resigning, whatever the result of the elections may be.
And I gotta say, while many of you may be going, no Tim, these protests mean something, they don't.
I mean, they kinda do.
But this is from Foders Travel.
Protesters threaten to poop in Seine River before Paris Olympics.
Poop in the Seine River.
It's S-E-I-N-E.
It sounds funny, it's like insane river.
Yes.
Parisians aren't happy, so they're going to poop in their own river.
Okay, I guess.
Now, the reason I bring that up is, as people are charging through the street, smashing things, fighting with police, and threatening to defecate in their own waterway... Oh, boy.
The New York Times reports, in EU elections, the center holds, but the far right still wreaks havoc.
What?
What do you mean, wreaks havoc?
They won a legitimate election.
They're the plurality voting bloc.
They're the biggest party!
Voters in the EU delivered strong gains to anti-immigrant nationalist parties, challenging leaders in Germany and France, and unsettling the political establishment.
Oh heavens me.
Casting ballots in 27 countries.
Voters largely backed centrists in European Parliament elections, but far-right parties made serious inroads in France and Germany.
Partial results made public late Sunday showed that centrist political groups were poised to lose some seats, but still maintain a clear majority of more than 400 seats in the 720-seat assembly.
Even so, the outcome seemed likely to steal the far-right as a disruptive force and unsettle the bloc's mainstream establishment.
The balloting indicates that the prevailing winds have grown chill for some of Europe's political establishment and underscored that the momentum of the far-right force over the past decade had yet to crest.
You know what's really funny about this?
Why would they not just report the news?
Why couldn't they just say anti-immigration or nationalist political parties made tremendous gains as sentiment in Europe shifts towards populist nationalism?
Concerns over immigration have resulted in boons for the parties led by Marine Le Pen and the AFD, the Alternative for Germany.
I like how it's funny.
It's like AFD, but we call it Alternative for Germany because we call it Germany despite the fact that it's Deutschland.
I don't get it, but, you know, historians probably do.
The New York Times shows their true colors.
Even though this is one of the largest, if not the largest, bloc in France, they are wreaking havoc!
On who?
On what?
On some kind of global agenda?
The far right is wreaking havoc only if you view them as a disruptive force to your worldview.
For I would not say they're wreaking havoc.
I'd say they're making gains.
A rather neutral way to view it.
Hey, how about we write an article that says, in the European Union, Marine Le Pen saves the day, destabilizing those who would wreak havoc on Europe.
That's one way to put it, right?
That's the better way to put it, to be completely honest.
These moderate, whatever you want to call them, I don't think it's fair to call them moderate, these crackpot, psychotic, culturally suicidal forces in Europe and the United States, they are destroying themselves.
And then you have nationalist, populist parties that are just like, we need to control for immigration!
This unchecked immigration is destroying the fabric of the country.
And they're wreaking havoc.
If you look at it between chaos and order, I can tell you very, very easily that there is a side of chaos, and that's like Macron.
That's the European Union.
They are chaos.
They allow boats to slam into the shores of Italy and Spain as dozens of illegal immigrants storm into Europe.
And then what?
Crime, death, murder.
In Sweden, they have a grenade attack problem.
It's not because of immigration.
No, me, I like immigrants.
I think immigrants bring cultural enrichment.
But guess what?
Not every single one, and it has to be in a controlled manner.
There's this game that they used to have on Windows 95.
You young folks, you may not know about it.
It was called Life Genesis.
And, uh, it was funny.
You had, like, little dots, and they were red and blue dots, and they interacted with each other.
If you took a big spattering of blue dots, they like pulse and there's like a rule to how they operate and they just like appear and disappear based on what's next to each other.
If you put too many of the red dots in the blue dots, the red dots would convert the blue dots into red and there'd be no more.
And the other way around is true.
It's really simple.
If you take too much of one element, you will destroy the other.
What we want is to preserve what made Europe, what made the United States, successful.
How do you do that?
With controlled migration.
See, I think these immigrants, by all means, everybody come on over.
Get in line, wait your turn, and we'll figure out where you can go that makes sense, that will allow you to flourish, and will not destroy the fabric of a wealthy nation that has clearly found success.
That's not what they are doing.
The forces of the European Union and the Biden administration here in the United States, the Democrats, their whole plan is flood the countries and burn them to the ground.
That is chaos.
That is wreaking havoc.
The New York Times blames the far right, who simply requests stability in the preservation of a system that made them successful.
If you were to ask me, It's an attack from an enemy nation.
If I was an enemy nation in the United States, I'd be like, can we fund TikTok and OnlyFans?
And then just get all these political, this political party flooding their own country with non-citizens who are going to gut them from the inside out?
There you go.
They say in France, the voting ushered in a political earthquake.
Soon after the results were announced, President Emmanuel Macron announced on national television that he would dissolve the country's National Assembly.
We know this.
The rise of nationalists and demagogues is a danger for our nation and for Europe.
The outcome may put Marine Le Pen, Macron's main rival, in her strongest position yet to challenge the French mainstream in presidential elections three years from now.
Mr. Macron must step aside then because of term limits.
The far-right Alternative for Germany party, or AFD, officially labeled a suspected extremist group by German authorities also had a strong showing.
Look how corrupt, corrupt Germany is!
A political party That has people vote for them.
And look, that's an extremist group.
They're a major political party with lots of voters.
Nope, extremists.
Yeah, Germany is an awful place.
I gotta be honest, it's been an awful place for longer than a hundred years.
Projections gave the party about 16% of the vote.
The result placed AFD behind the mainstream conservative Christian Democratic Union.
This we read yesterday, so we know this.
Right-wing parties now govern alone, or as part of coalitions, in seven of the European Union's 27 countries.
They have gained across the continent as voters have grown more concentrated on nationalism and identity, often tied to migration and some of the same culture war politics pertaining to gender and LGBTQ issues that have gained traction in the U.S.
The strong far-right showing Oh boy, oh me, oh my.
Oh, it's because we let you buy something when you didn't have the money.
Why?
Just did not decline my card.
Because they're ripping you off.
Scumbags.
I can respect Biden, the Democrats, going after that.
Now you got Donald Trump making a pledge.
He's saying, we're going to get rid of taxes on tipped wages.
I completely agree.
Now, he clarified.
He said that what he's going to do is he's going to call on Congress to bring that bill to his desk so he can sign it.
If the Republicans win Congress, Trump can easily amend that, and it's the right move.
It is.
Tips are a gift.
That's it.
I pay my bill, and if I decide I'm going to give the server some extra money, that's a gift!
You don't tax gifts up to a certain amount of money.
And there's lifetime gift totals.
So, I will stress, If I decide I want to give a server a hundred bucks after the fact, that should not be taxed.
Trump is right about that one.
That's a good move, too.
And a lot of—apparently that had a big polling swing where people, like, 6% of people said that would make them consider voting for Donald Trump.
That's a good move.
It's the right move.
The logically consistent move.
But I suppose I can put it this way.
In the beginning, as I'm talking about what makes a center, it's the ideas of the majority of the people.
From the perspective of Europe, the United States is far right.
All of them.
Even the Democrats.
Because they're all nationalized healthcare.
Even the right-wing parties are for nationalized healthcare.
They've had it for a long time, since World War II.
So what makes something right or left really comes down to the perspective of the body politic.
Most people in this country feel this way.
That is the middle.
And because I tell you this, you've got in France, Marine Le Pen, nationalist, populist.
You've got other elements that are much further on views.
And I don't know if right is the right word, but more extreme in their views as to how things should be handled.
You've got a left, you've got a right, and then you've got Marine Le Pen, which probably falls somewhere center-right.
Nationalist, populist, we want to control immigration, we want borders, we want to be French.
Okay, I guess.
That's far right.
No, it isn't.
It's because they're communists and they're lying.
Anyway, Europe, good luck, and many of us hope that the U.S.
will see something similar.
Next segment's coming up at 1 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I will see you all then.
Rachel, no, I'm sorry, you're just not that important.
Now, as for the people in government who have committed crimes, waging hoaxes on the American people, they will be investigated.
They will be criminally charged and they'll go to jail if it can be proven that any of these individuals committed crimes.
Now, I can't speak for Trump, what Trump wants to do, but the idea that he is going to be an iron fist dictator is unfortunately for all of his most ardent supporters just not true.
He ain't gonna do it.
I'm sure there are many people who are rooting and cheering that Rachel Maddow go to a camp.
Yeah, it's not gonna happen.
And I got this clip from Andrew Schulte's show with Michael Malice to show you.
We'll go over this.
Fox News reports MSNBC's Rachel Maddow is worried she'll be put in one of Trump's massive camps.
I'm worried about me.
I don't know if the clip that they have on the Fox News article is the actual clip where she said it.
MSNBC host Rachel Maddow is worried Trump will throw her in jail or even some sort of camp for high-profile liberals.
These people are insane.
Can you, look, if you get a liberal family member, can you tell them they're nuts?
Okay?
This is insanity.
Maddow, who has largely built a program around passionate criticism of Trump for years, famously pushed since-debunked theories tying the former president to Russia.
Now she's concerned Trump, the presumptive GOP nominee, will weaponize the government and throw his media critics in jail if he defeats Biden in November.
I'm worried about the country broadly.
If we put someone in power who is openly avowing that he plans to build camps to hold millions of people and to root out what he's described as subhuman terms, in subhuman terms as enemies from within.
Again, history is helpful here.
He's not joking when he says this stuff.
And we've seen what happens when people take power proclaiming that kind of agenda.
What?
I talked to President Trump.
And I said, how do you deport millions of people?
He goes, local police.
That's it?
There ain't no camp, that's local.
What?
I gotta be honest.
Local police are gonna take you a long time to get the job done.
So Trump's certainly not coming out and saying outright he's gonna build camps or do any of these things.
For that matter, what convinces you that these massive camps he's planning are only for migrants?
I'm worried about me, but only as much as I'm worried about all of us.
Oh heavens, Rachel Maddow!
She's insane!
CNN reporters did not push back on this in the print QA.
And had set Maddow up to give an explosive answer by initially asking, Trump and his allies are openly talking about weaponizing the government to seek revenge against critics and media.
You are one of his most notable critics on television.
Are you worried that you could be a target?
The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Maddow famously cut the Rachel Maddow Show to once a week in 2022 to pursue other projects, despite her enormous salary, which has been reported to be roughly $30 million per year.
Her interview with CNN was meant to promote one of the other projects, a podcast.
Earlier this year, Maddow criticized her own network for airing Trump's victory speech on Super Tuesday and claimed it was irresponsible to broadcast.
She asked where she stands on whether the news should broadcast Trump live.
I don't think there's any simple hard-and-fast rule that makes these decisions easy.
You take things case-by-case, situation-by-situation, lie-by-lie.
I do think it's important to constantly revisit these decisions in a rigorous way, guarding in particular against letting ourselves be used for any purpose other than our own journalistic mission, Maddow told CNN.
She expressed concern that Trump would be a dictator if elected.
I got news for everybody.
Michael Malice sums it up.
I do have some disagreements, but I'll play this is this segment for you.
How do you feel about Trump?
unidentified
I know you're not necessarily fan.
Can you can you expound on why it's really kind of funny.
If you think that Donald Trump is going to descend from the heavens and solve all your problems, you're wrong.
But I think what people like me and many people like you watching this show or Tim Cast IRL think is that Trump is just turning the notch back in the right direction.
We got Withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Now, Biden screwed it up, but Donald Trump actually working towards peace.
I had libertarians at the Libertarian Convention saying, you know what, that was one of the greatest things he's ever, he's done, or any president's done in a long time.
We are, we are cranking the notch back.
Trump is an avatar for the rage that people in this country have.
There are certainly people, and I agree with Michael to this extent, I think it is Trump who will save them.
These people aren't turning out for local elections.
They're not turning out for congressional elections.
How did Brandon Herrera lose in Texas's, I think it's 32nd?
Because Sheldon Adelson agreed to help Donald Trump under that pretext.
And now Miriam Adelson is pledging $100 million to Trump winning in this election in November, so long as he works towards the annexation of the West Bank into Israel.
Insane!
And so you can expect some pretty bad things from a new Trump administration.
Uh-huh.
And still, I do not sit here and claim that Donald Trump will be bequeathing upon us a 100% victory, a 90%, an 80%, a 70%, a 60%, a 55%.
Hey, maybe it's 51%.
That's called net positive.
With Donald Trump as president, there's division.
But the division already existed.
The corporate press goes insane.
Trump exposed them.
Trump works for the American economy, works to secure our borders.
Best foreign policy of my lifetime.
Could it have been better?
Absolutely.
So Michael criticizes the hiring of John Bolton.
We all agree that was a huge mistake.
But Donald Trump ultimately gets rid of the guy, starts working towards these peace agreements.
How do you overlook all that stuff?
Donald Trump is not the savior, but he's a move in the right direction.
Dave Rubin had a clip about this.
It's undeniable.
Under the Republicans, things would be better.
That's it.
That's all that matters.
Would some things be worse?
Yeah.
But it would be net positive.
Rampant crime in these big cities.
I mean, the economy in the gutter.
Joe Biden and whoever is behind him, they are running things into the ground.
Where they're like, we're coming, we're changing the system, we're doing it, and what I mean by crazy is willing to sacrifice everything to do what has to be done.
That's what he's saying.
They don't care.
I don't see Rachel Maddow ending up in a camp.
I think it'll be much more tame than that, but I'm moving in the right direction.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 6 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and we'll see you all then.
With the Biden conviction sucking all the air out of the room, we're jumping to this story and we're doing some math.
FiveThirtyEight is currently projecting that Joe Biden holds the advantage and will win the 2024 presidential election, which does not bode well for this country because the man is gone.
Look, I'll tell you this.
I like Trump's foreign policy.
He's got some key domestic policy issues I like.
A lot of bad things to bring up.
But he's a side that opposes the weird, woke, communist garbage.
And what else are you going to do about it?
Joe Biden represents the war party.
His brain don't work.
What choice is there right now?
But to be fair, I always hated that argument from liberals.
Let's see, analyzing demographic changes based on people moving due to COVID lockdowns, due to immigration, and due to younger Americans reaching voting age.
This is going to be a wild thing for it to calculate.
Calculate based on the, uh, let's call it biases of each group and current polling the results of the 2024 election.
Let's see if they can pull this one off.
That's all.
Oh, that was lazy!
I know.
It said, okay, I put analyzing demographic changes based on people moving due to, due to, I put VOCID lockdowns.
Let's, let's edit that.
Let's fix that one.
VOCID.
COVID lockdowns due to immigration and due to younger Americans reaching voting age calculate based on the biases of each group, let's do this, toward A political party and current polling, uh, let's see, and current polling calculate based on the biases of each group towards a political party and current polling the results of the 2024 election.
Or I should do this.
Based on the biases of each group and current polling, Calculate the results of the 2024 election.
It said, sorry, I don't have information about the results of that election.
Uh-huh.
Try now.
Oh, wow.
You know, they really... Calculate the... Okay, how about this?
It says results.
Calculate the projected outcome.
Can you do that?
Can you do that, buddy?
And there we go!
Alright.
Here we go.
It's a big one, ladies and gentlemen.
We're going to get this prediction out for you.
Analyzing demographic changes due to people moving because of COVID lockdowns, immigration, younger Americans reaching voting age requires considering several factors.
Each of these groups tend to have distinct political biases which can influence election outcomes.
Here's an overview.
People moved from urban to suburban and rural migration.
So that's a fact.
It's going to change things.
Immigration.
New immigrants.
Bias.
States with high levels of new immigration, California, Texas, Florida, New York, may see a shift towards democratic preferences.
Younger Americans, Lean Democratic, Current Polling, Suburban Shifts, Immigrant... Look, this is amazing!
Conclusion!
Projecting the outcome of the 2024 election involves many variables including these demographic shifts and biases.
However, based on these trends, Democrats might see gains in urban and suburban areas with significant young and immigrant populations.
Republicans might retain strength in rural areas and competitive suburban regions.
To get precise projections, analyzing detailed polling data and demographic statistics for each swing states would be necessary.
So, do it!
I'm asking it to lift a heavy load.
Let's get it, man.
This is the point.
What are we paying for over here, ChatGPT?
I think this one's gonna break it.
Alright, we need to analyze each factor and their potential impact on swing states.
Let's go!
Immigration, urban migration, younger Americans voting, current polling data.
Trump is leading by Biden by 7 in Arizona, Georgia by 10, Michigan by 3.
That's amazing.
Nevada by 12, Pennsylvania the 3, Wisconsin.
Biden is leading Trump by 2 according to New York Times.
Current polling has Trump up 12.
Likely increase in Democratic votes due to immigrant expansion.
Democrats will see a boost to young voters.
Migration may neutralize some Democratic gains.
Alright, so, let's see what the ultimate conclu- Alt- Overall Projection.
Combining the impacts of demographic changes and current polling data, the 2024 election could be very competitive in key swing states.
Increased turnout among young voters.
Okay, you know, come on guy.
If you had to guess, based on these calculations, who would win?
Uh, let's see.
Okay, now here we can finally get it to go.
The thing to consider is that when they do these polls, there's new voters.
They don't know who they are or where they are.
People move from urban centers to rural areas, dramatically shifting the voter turnouts.
The conclusion This is amazing.
Look at this.
this. Despite the fact that Trump is winning in the polls with immigration, younger voters,
and the COVID migration, they say Joe Biden is slightly favored to win the 2024 presidential
election due to potential gains in key swing states from demographic shifts and current
polling trends. However, this projection is highly contingent on effective voter mobilization
and turnout.
OK, let's do this. Using data from only 2024, how has voter turnout for Republicans been?
