You don't want to miss it.
Now, let's get into the news.
The occupation of universities continues!
Sort of.
At NYU, they tried setting up another liberation zone for Gaza, and the police ended up going in and arresting 150 people the other day.
We also saw mass arrests at Yale.
Things are getting particularly interesting as the new Summer of Love heats up.
And the strange thing about this is that this one's probably going to help Donald Trump win.
You've got thousands of college students taking over the grounds at various universities.
We're seeing protests at MIT, Yale, NYU, Columbia, and actually there's a couple more.
I think I've got the video right here.
Let me see, what is this one?
This is State Polytechnic University.
People are barricading doors.
They are attempting to create liberated or autonomous zones or occupations or whatever you want to call it.
I just want to point out the irony and the hilarity of anti-Israel protesters screaming, end the occupation, while literally Forming occupations on property that is public and shared by or owned by others, but no one ever accused these people of having any idea what they're actually trying to do.
But of course you may have seen the big news and there's been a lot of controversy around this.
There is one funny viral video where a woman's wearing a shirt that says Jew on it and no one cares.
But then there are other videos where a guy tried walking through Yale campus who happens to be wearing clothes that identifies him as a Jewish guy and they block him and they won't let him in.
I think the big thing we're seeing here, young people have no idea what is going on with Israel, with Palestine.
It has become the cause And I gotta say, I'm genuinely confused.
We got the Summer of Love in 2020.
This is the George Floyd protests.
People are going around, they're smashing windows, they're fighting in the streets.
They were living!
And this was really bad for Black Lives Matter supporters.
However, it was a rallying cry that typically many on the left and Democrats did not want to oppose.
They kind of liked it.
Basically, the idea was peaceful protests, mostly peaceful protests, were just fine.
And, well, Democrats could get behind this.
Now, the reality is the Summer of Love was still massively detrimental to Black Lives Matter.
After the killing of George Floyd, you had this massive burst of support for Black Lives Matter.
And then as the riots kicked off, support tanked.
You can see that over at Civics, C-I-V-I-Q-S dot com, and they're polling with Black Lives Matter.
But now, here's where it gets interesting.
We're having this massive conflict in the Middle East.
Once again, I should pause and say, we've been entrenched in conflict in the Middle East for a hundred plus years.
There you go, how about that one?
But recently, you've got Iran and Israel exchanging missile fire.
Now, Iran says, no, it never happened, they don't want to escalate, but sure, we are dangerously close to an international confrontation.
Russia says, the U.S.
better not intervene on Israel's behalf, otherwise they will intervene on Iran's behalf, and oh boy, We do not want that to happen.
There's a lot of other things happening at the same time.
But the fascinating thing is, overwhelmingly, in the United States, right now, people support Israel.
I say overwhelmingly, but the majority of people are pro-Israel.
You've got probably the majority of Republicans, not the MAGA base, I don't know if the MAGA base is a majority in favor of Israel, but most Republicans and most Democrats.
I do think it's generational, however.
I think 20 to 40 years from now, Israel will have no support if this trend is what continues.
Which suggests to me, Donald Trump is going to win in November.
The reason being...
This massive unrest that we're seeing at all these universities, where they're outright saying they don't like Israel and the occupation.
There's a video of a woman screaming, We are Hamas!
Like, it's crazy the stuff that some of these people are chanting along with Hamas.
There's an Arabic slogan they're chanting that says, Palestine is Arab or something like that, which is basically like, You know, the left says, from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
But in Arabic, they just say the whole country is Arabic.
It means something a bit different.
I don't see this going the same way as BLM.
With Black Lives Matter, you had moderate liberals being like, but we oppose racism.
So this is for justice.
What now?
Many moderates are going to say, but Israel's our ally.
Democrats are massively in support of Israel.
The deep state is between a rock and a hard place.
Now, to be fair, Democrats love waving Ukraine flags.
They want to fund Israel-Ukraine.
And the MAGA Republicans in Congress do not want to fund either.
So, I have to imagine right now the Deep State is currently, you know, sitting in their office being like, guys, what do we do?
We're not going to get the votes of these leftists who hate Israel, and the right doesn't want to fund foreign war, but they're actually still, they recognize Israel's existence and its right to defend itself.
Vivek Ramaswamy made this point that Israel can defend itself, it exists, but, you know, they can pay for it.
So who do you back?
I can't imagine And far, you know, far be it for me to know actually what's going on behind the scenes, but I feel like if you're an intelligence agency right now and you're concerned about the conflict in Israel and you want to support Israel, you can't go with Joe Biden.
Joe Biden is trying to court leftists who won't vote for him.
To be fair.
You may be thinking, yeah, we literally don't care who supports what.
The Democrats, no matter who votes for them, will always turn around and support Israel.
In which case, yeah, it may then go to Joe Biden, I suppose.
The funny thing about AOC is that she's this radical, progressive leftist.
She's very critical of Israel.
She gets elected, and then she's, well, you know, it's a very nuanced issue, I suppose.
Do you suppose?
That'll be interesting.
Here's the big news from ABC.
150 arrested at New York University amid pro-Palestinian protests, NYPD says.
Protesters on Monday broke through barriers at Gold Plaza, the school said.
Or is it Gould?
I don't know.
More than 150 people were arrested at NYU on Monday night, police said, as pro-Palestinian protests spread on college campuses throughout the country.
This is it!
Occupy It wasn't Occupy Wall Street.
Occupy University anti-Israel!
It's kind of like Occupy Wall Street, but I love that the occupiers oppose occupation.
Students, faculty, and others were arrested after school officials asked the New York Police Department to help clearing a plaza on NYU's Manhattan campus, police said.
Many of those arrested were still being processed through the night, and most, if not all, will be released.
Why would any of them not be released?
This is New York.
I'll be honest.
If they actually hold any of these far leftists, I will be very surprised.
In fact, I'd go out and buy a lottery ticket.
That seems like a rare, rare event.
A sign of something to come.
The arrests came days after more than 100 people, including many students, were arrested at Columbia University.
Protests have grown at other schools, including Yale, since the Israel-Hamas war began in October.
Quote, There is a pattern of behavior occurring on campuses across our nation in which individuals attempt to occupy a space in defiance of school policy, Gaz Daughtry, the NYPD's deputy commissioner for operations, said in a social media post.
Rest assured, in NYC, the NYPD stands ready to address these prohibited and subsequently illegal actions.
whenever we are called upon. Protesters at NYU on Monday broke through barriers that had been set up
around Gold Plaza, a square outside the Stern School of Business, the school's global campus
safety department said in a statement. Officials warned those who entered the square on Monday
that they needed to clear the plaza by 4 p.m. Quote, if you leave now, no one will face any
consequences for today's actions.
No discipline, no police, safety officials said in a message delivered to those in the plaza.
That message was also shared on the university's official social media channels.
The one safety requirement we made was that no additional protesters could enter Gold Plaza.
With the breach of the barricades earlier this afternoon, that requirement was violated, and we witnessed disorderly, disruptive, and antagonizing behavior that has interfered with the safety and security of our community.
NYU officials appealed to the NYPD for help according to a letter shared by Daughtry.
Look, I just gotta say, I think we're winning the culture war.
A bunch of these students at Columbia got suspended.
We'll see if they get expelled.
I mean, look, if your customers are outside protesting, you gotta get rid of them.
Well, if they're inside protesting, because it's like they're on the property.
But you still want their money!
So we'll see what exactly happens with Columbia, because I doubt Columbia is going to be like, please take your money and never come back.
The customer is always right.
Here we go.
We have this from the Washington Post.
Dozens of pro-Palestinian protesters arrested at Yale and NYU.
So Yale also saw these very large arrests.
But this is where it gets interesting.
Raw's Alerts has this from last night.

Police in riot gear as pro-Palestinian protesters have barricaded and taken over a building at a state polytechnic university
in California.
Currently, multiple law enforcement officers are equipped in riot gear and have shields after dozens of pro-Palestine protesters have taken over a building at California State Polytechnic University in Arcata, California.
They have fully barricaded the entrance with desk chairs and other items from inside the building, attempting to prevent law enforcement who are equipped in riot gear from entering in with items being thrown.
This is still a developing situation.
Okay, I want to break this down for you and explain to you what they're doing.
Okay?
Here you have these protesters, and they're barricading themselves in a building.
Footage earlier showing dozens of pro-Palestine protesters blocking the entrance.
Okay.
What will this accomplish?
So, you know, I'll keep it simple for you.
Let's see.
I bought a guitar.
And I plugged the guitar into a computer, and I played sounds on that guitar.
I recorded those sounds, and then we take those sounds, arrange them in different ways, and adjust them to make filter, you know, adding filters, to make pleasant sounds, and then we publish that for you to hear.
What is the goal with this?
Oh boy, I can break down all of our cultural endeavor goals.
Let's talk about Cast Brew Coffee in Martinsburg.
So, go to castbrew.com, buy our coffee, support the coffee shop.
We have a physical location in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
It's going to be open in a couple months.
We're really excited.
Hopefully things are moving along.
Second floor, private club.
What's the goal?
Physical location where people can hang out, share ideas, and network.
Why?
When they do, they start to build things.
This is a positive impact on our communities.
It makes the grass grow greener and the flowers bloom brighter.
Why?
When people come together and focus on problems together and then come up with ideas, we build things that improve things.
You see, that's 1 plus 1 equals 2.
I can tell you exactly how it works.
Then we make more money as people exchange money for goods and services, and then we build more locations and build more community hubs where people can come together, meet, make friends, and strengthen the bonds of community, which results in us, once again, working together to fix the roads, fix the buildings.
You see, it's all about community.
Now, my question here for these protesters barricading the doors is, what will this accomplish?
So they barricade the doors of the university.
The police then bang on those doors.
What is the outcome of this?
They will be arrested?
I mean, like, for real, like, there is no outcome in any way that impacts Israel.
Or Palestine.
It's nothing.
I guess they want press attention, which will then signal to politicians, okay, and those politicians will do what the intelligence agencies tell them to do.
Okay, I guess.
More importantly, don't take my word for it.
Let me play for you this video.
Where three women do a musicless dance.
For some reason.
I mean, that's cool.
It's fine.
I got no beef.
You know, they're dancing.
And they're synchronized, so they worked really hard on it.
I can respect that.
It's entertaining.
They're clapping.
I just... Why?
Like, dude, art's always allowed.
Art's always okay.
If you want to do a dance, if you want to make music, if you want to do this stuff, that's fine.
But these people are just musicless clap dancing in the middle of a field.
They worked really hard on that.
What is the fruit of that labor?
Are we supposed to imagine that people will be inspired by this?
I gotta be honest.
I've been to a lot of these protests and stuff like this.
I can respect and I believe in the importance of People trying things, right?
And so if you don't really know what to do, and so this is what you do, then I can respect it.
If everybody tried something, and 99% of everything they try fails, but 1% succeeds, well, it's because people try weird things.
So again, I can respect it.
But my point here is, it is aimless.
There is no endgame.
They have no idea what they're doing.
This is just mindless and nonsensical.
Now, I'll tell you what really is worrying.
A mob of students shouting Viva Viva Palestina, tearing down the American flag, dropping it to the ground, and putting up a Palestinian flag on the flagpole.
Now that's where it gets freaky.
I can tell you what the goal is there, and why they're doing what they're doing.
They are seizing land, seizing territory, and trying to put up their cult as the influence.
Let me tell you.
They turn on American flags all the time, and that does nothing.
They just hate America.
But they literally do.
I mean, it's funny.
It's funny how, you know, growing up, you have Fox News being like, they hate America!
And I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay.
I think it was Jeremy Boring said something about if you don't believe the moon landing happened, or you believe 9-11 was an inside job, you hate America.
And I'm like, I don't really have the strongest opinions.
I don't 100% disagree.
I don't think you hate America.
I think, you know, you're allowed to criticize and question America, but the moon landing and claiming Bush did 9-11 are, like, particularly weird things.
But to say that it means you hate America is kind of silly.
But these people hate America.
They really do!
They really, genuinely hate it.
Well, you reap what you sow.
From the New York Post, billionaires led by Robert Kraft stop cash for Columbia and call anti-Israel mob effing crazy.
Well, there you go.
The end result, all of these powerful, wealthy individuals who are screaming, ORANGE MAN BAD!
Well, they're going to be screaming, GO ORANGE MAN!
Because what are you going to do?
You're going to prop up the anti-Israel faction?
Or are you going to side with at least Donald Trump, who says he's the most pro-Israel president ever?
I don't think he is, but I certainly think he's pro-Israel.
And so there's going to be a lot of anti-interventionists who don't like that.
But Trump is not the...
It's funny because people call these members of Congress and others MAGA Republicans.
And the thing about it is Trump isn't really a MAGA Republican.
Like, Trump is on the cusp of Uniparty and MAGA Republican.
And I think it's because you're slightly net positive with Trump.
But after Trump is when it's going to get interesting, because Steve Bannon mentioned this.
Bannon says Trump's a moderate.
You ain't seen nothing yet!
And after Trump is gone, this ain't changing.
It's generational.
It's something that people don't realize.
Maybe, you know, I can't tell you why they don't realize it, but let me tell you.
Generational influence.
Young people develop a worldview, and then they're like 15 or 16 years old, and that track for their worldview is a roller coaster.
Then they're 20, and you're very unlikely to change it.
Or I should say it's very, very difficult to shift someone off a 20-year development worldview.
So here we have a young generation of far leftists.
They trust the far left, they want the far left.
Yo, 10 years ago, 2014, you had an 8-year-old watching, I don't know, Facebook videos.
And he starts seeing, yeah, yeah, at 8, and his kids shouldn't be on it, but we know they are.
He's seeing these videos, he's seeing this news, he's absorbing it.
5 years later, he's 13.
We're talking 2019.
13 years old.
And he's now watching more and more of these videos.
Israel bad, Israel bad, Israel bad.
And he's going like, I don't understand why people are supporting Israel.
I see all these videos saying it's bad.
Five years later.
2024.
He is now 18, and he will now vote.
And he's gonna vote against Israel.
And he's gonna go to his university, and he's gonna protest against Israel.
People don't realize this.
It's generational.
That 18-year-old who is surrounded by a bunch of other like-minded individuals all screaming Israel bad are going to vote against Israel when they're 30, 40, 50, 60.
So where are we right now?
These older guys who are like, I'm cutting money from Columbia.
This could be big, but you ain't changing the younger generation.
And with Gen Z and Millennials on TikTok making videos, and the Boomers and Gen X not so much, guess what?
Gen Alpha is gonna get a same dose of that medicine.
This is the churn.
So right now with Boomers, some silent generation, and Gen X, generally in support of Israel, Israel will get funded.
But what happens when the deep state can do nothing to secure the victory of any politician?
I mean pro-Israel.
You're going to get some, you know, neolib or uniparty Republican, and the deep state's going to be like, these people have to win.
And then outside, the entirety of the congressional district is saying, no, we don't support Israel.
You're going to get one crackpot far leftist who's going to say, you know, end the occupation.
And the deep state's going to be like, there's no amount of ballots you could manufacture to do anything about it.
More importantly, the deep state itself will be inherited by anti-Israel people.
And there you go.
Then what do you do?
That's it.
So I estimate 20 to 40 years.
With the young generation either being influenced by shows like this, Tim Kest, IRL, or Crowder, or Styx, and Viva Fry, anti-intervention is winning.
We do, and it's the fault of George W. Bush, it's the fault of these, Iraq and Afghanistan, these are failures.
They've never justified.
In fact, the opposite, they tried, now it's like all bunk.
So we grow up and we say, you have never, never justified why we spend money over there and not here.
We have not secured our border.
We have not protected our homes.
We do not even pay our veterans enough.
We don't take care of the people who actually do those jobs.
So why would we spend money over there?
They haven't given us an answer.
So the end result is a generation of people who just say, yeah, sorry, we ain't spending the money.
So what happens?
Well, Robert Kraft and others can cut money all they want.
The younger generation on the right is gonna say, look, we just don't wanna spend money over there.
The younger generation on the left is gonna say, we actually want them to fail.
So the end result is simple.
20 to 40 years, I mean, look, I'm 38.
So when I'm 58, when I'm an old man, when I'm 60 or 70, and I'm saying, we shouldn't be spending money over there, There's going to be a lot of young people who are going to be like, duh.
It's going to be crazier than even we think.
As the older generations age out, it is not a question of convincing anyone.
The convincing has already happened.
That being said, who are you going to convince?
Some deranged far leftist?
You could.
You really could.
People can change.
Or are you going to target young people?
We'll see how this goes.
If Big Tech starts heavily banning these leftist protesters, if prosecutors start actually holding them and arresting them, that might actually change things, curtailing their message and making it impossible for them to speak and share their ideas.
Perhaps then the younger generation won't see it.
That's why they want to ban TikTok.
Because TikTok is telling 13-year-olds is real bad.
And those 13-year-olds are going to vote in five years.
And they're going to vote Israel bad in five years.
And you don't really got to worry about the youth vote.
They don't really care or turn out anyway.
But those views will be held within them, it will be commonplace, and no one wants to be shunned.
So by the time they're 30, we're talking 17 years, Now they're adamantly anti-Israel, either because of anti-intervention or because leftist indoctrination and other pro-Palestine.
Unless, of course, the deep state wants all this to happen.
You know, I can't tell you.
I don't know.
Maybe the intelligence agencies aren't a monolith.
There's just rogue factions and they all kind of do what they want to do.
Hey guys, Josh Hammer here, the host of America on Trial with Josh Hammer, a podcast for the First Podcast Network.
Look, there are a lot of shows out there that are explaining the political news cycle, what's happening on the Hill, the this, the that.
There are no other shows that are cutting straight to the point when it comes to the unprecedented lawfare debilitating Maybe the endgame is they want Israel to fail.
They want the U.S.
to fail.
They want the Western machine to collapse and for China to take over.
Trudeau says he loved it.

Joe Biden just had his Charlottesville moment.
That's what the media is saying.
You know, you go after Israel and all of a sudden the media doesn't like it too much.
Well right now we got big news coming out of these university protests.
A call for the President of Colombia to resign.
And the media is saying that Joe Biden just said very fine people.
Here's what happened.
Joe Biden was asked, do you condemn the anti-semitic protest?
And he says, yes, but I also condemn those who don't understand Palestine and oh, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Big mistake there, buddy.
I'd like to give a shout out to our good friends over at the Huffington Post.
You know, the Biden administration is now a white nationalist administration, and Joe Biden is literally Hitler.
I will write that up for you.
You need only send me the word, and I can get that published on your platform.
Or you can publish it, but I'll write it up for you.
I won't really write it up for you.
I'm kidding.
I don't actually think Joe Biden is Hitler.
I think he's just a crackpot.
But here we go.
He's going to get the same treatment because he's out of line with the agenda by saying such a thing.
The appropriate response, Joe Biden, is, yes, Israel is good.
There you go.
That's all you got to say.
It's an interesting predicament for the deep state.
How are you going to back Democrat Joe Biden when he's actually trying to play both sides and defending what we are hearing at these universities?
You need not take my word for it.
Michael Rapoport has risen to the occasion with this video clip of Columbia University protesters chanting, burn Tel Aviv to the ground.
Well, let me just play the video clip for you, and you can hear for yourself.
Okay, so let me let me let me tell you what they're saying there.
In this video, Michael Rappaport says, these posies seem like they want war, no?
In response to a statement, Nina Turner put out calling these people anti-war protesters.
They chanted, and this is not verbatim, because it is kind of hard to hear, but you can make out the gist of it.
Al-Qassam, which is the military wing of Hamas, make us proud, take another soldier out.
The text they wrote isn't actually completely right.
It says, we want justice, you say how.
I think they said, you say justice, we say how.
And they go, burn Tel Aviv to the ground!
And they said, something Hamas, we love you, we support your rockets too.
A lot of people don't want to believe this.
I'm not here to play stupid games.
They say this.
You know, there was a protest in New York after October 7th, And you actually had a protestor stand up saying that their resistance had sent, you know, X many rockets into Israel.
Their resistance.
They're talking about Hamas.
Black Lives Matter Chicago posted the paragliding trooper.
They support Hamas.
They're screaming, we are Hamas at this university.
Now, I don't care.
You say not literally everyone.
The point is, this is Biden's Charlottesville moment.
Donald Trump said they were verified people, and not the neo-Nazis, because they should be condemned totally.
Trump said they were verifying people on both sides.
And he said, I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis or the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally.
Joe Biden didn't do that.
Joe Biden said, effectively, there's verifying people on both sides, period.
These are not verifying people.
These are deranged lunatics.
I'm going to show you what Joe Biden says, but let me give you the context to Michael Rapaport's clip.
Nina Turner said, Anti-Semitism has no place on any campus, workplace, or anywhere.
I strongly condemn anti-Semitism everywhere it presents itself.
I am deeply troubled by the situation at Columbia University.
It is irresponsible to smear peaceful anti-war, pro-peace protesters as anti-Semitic for the words of a few.
As a former professor, I stand in solidarity with Columbia faculty members who are standing side-by-side with Columbia University students who are protesting, many of whom are Jewish themselves.
By vilifying an entire pro-peace movement.
Those who are smearing these students are creating a space for the students to be targeted and puts them in physical danger as well as potentially ruining their future simply for protesting against genocide.
Let's just pause right there.
And that's the point my report made.
By all means, I said the other day, there are certainly people with genuine grievances over the military actions of a nation, Israel.
Totally fine.
Criticize any country you want.
That's good.
You're allowed to.
Anti-Semitism calls for war.
I'm not a fan of those things.
And so what we have now are these students supporting Hamas, calling for war.
Calling for burning Tel Aviv to the ground.
Ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden just had his Charlottesville moment.
Newsweek says, President Joe Biden's latest remark about pro-Palestinian protests sparked a backlash on social media, with some saying it was Biden's Charlottesville moment.
When a reporter asked the president if he condemned the anti-Semitic protests occurring on college campuses, Biden said, I condemn the anti-Semitic protests.
That's why I've set up a program to deal with that.
He also added, I also condemn those who don't understand what's going on with the Palestinians and how they're being... Israel launched its war after Hamas's October 7th attack.
This we understand.
They say in the six months since, Israel has killed more than 34,000 Palestinians in Gaza.
Full stop!
That number comes from Hamas.
It may or may not be accurate.
I don't know.
They say at least two-thirds of the dead are women and children, the AP reported, citing the local health ministry.
I'm not here to give you moral answers on Israel-Palestine.
I'm talking about Joe Biden.
You can say whatever you want about those places.
Students are protesting on college campuses across the country and demanding their schools divest from companies with ties to Israel.
Some reports of Jewish students being harassed amid the protests have led to allegations of anti-Semitism.
Students and officials at Columbia University, where more than 100 students were arrested last week after refusing to leave, have said such incidents have involved people not affiliated with the university.
Biden's remarks on Monday sparked comparisons to former President Donald Trump's very fine people on both sides.
After a violent white nationalist rally in Charlottesville.
However, what did Donald Trump say?
And I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists because they should be condemned totally.
So there is a difference.
Molly Hemingway says President Biden says there are good people on both sides of October 7th.
Oh, here we go.
Joe Walsh, a former congressman, wrote that it was bad, weak, and cowardly.
Wow.
Joe Walsh hates Trump.
I'm sorry, this is pushing everybody towards Trump.
He said, bad, weak, cowardly answer.
Know the time and place.
Right now, Jewish students are being harassed and threatened on college campuses.
Just condemn that.
Have the courage right now not to both sides the issue and condemn only what's happening to Jewish students.
And he didn't.
I actually agree.
Joe Biden could have said, there's extremist elements that need to be called out.
They should be condemned totally.
If Joe Biden said, I condemn anti-Semitic protests, and I condemn those who don't understand what's going on with Palestine.
But to these people attacking Jews, they must be condemned totally!
I'd say, well, okay, you know, fine, I guess.
The big point here is, fine.
You're allowed to make more than one point.
But is the media going to go after Joe Biden the same way they went after Trump?
Stephen Miller, a former Trump advisor, wrote that Biden condemns opponents of Hamas.
Others criticized Biden for labeling the protests as anti-Semitic when Jewish students are participating in them.
Oh God, Biden just called the college protests, which all have anti-Zionist Jewish students, anti-Semitic.
Howard Beckett wrote, Students across campuses in the U.S.
are protesting for an end to the Palestinian genocide and for a boycott of Israel.
Their movement includes Christians, Muslims, Jews, and atheists.
Here, Biden calls them anti-Semitic.
Biden is a partner to apartheid and genocide.
Well, I suppose there's no escape for you, Joey boy.
The Hill.
An opinion piece by Rick Scott.
Senator Rick Scott.
We can't trust Joe Biden.
Excuse me.
Okay.
The only problem here is that we know.
And Rick Scott's a Republican.
We know.
So, are Democrats going to finally understand?
Here's what Rick Scott has to say.
President Joe Biden has shown the American people that he will pander to his anti-Semitic base over supporting Israel, one of America's greatest allies and the only democracy in the Middle East.
One of his first actions was to resurrect the failed Iran deal, and since then he has greenlit billions of dollars in sanctions relief to Iran, the world's largest state sponsor of terror.
His pandering can be seen in our cities and on college campuses, where radical extremists rally violently in support of Hamas and the extermination of the Jewish people.
This cancer has taken over the Democratic Party and caused violence against our Jewish communities.
You know, let me tell you something, guys.
Hamas's charter, contained for a long time, for a decade plus, or actually longer than that, I know they won power in the 2000s, they recently removed a provision, a line from the Hadith, that says that the end will not come, that judgment will come, you will not be complete until Muslims kill all the Jews.
That's crazy, right?
The line is something like, the trees and the stones will yell, O Muslim, O servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, and then calls for them to commit atrocities.
That's what Hamas wants.
There's no supporting Hamas or saying we are Hamas without recognizing that.
There is no reality towards the liberation of Palestine in the way the left tries to argue that it wants it.
When the far left and the anti-Israel crowd comes out and says they want the end of Israel, they're being honest.
That means the Jewish people there as well.
There is no circumstance in which settlers, as they're referred to by these activists, will be allowed to live freely and peacefully in this territory.
They'll be driven out, killed, slaughtered, etc.
That's what happened on October 7th.
So by all means, Argue the Balfour Declaration.
Argue the existence of Israel.
I don't care about any of that.
I'm 38.
Not around for that.
You want to talk about our current situation and our current problems?
Okay.
Yeah, you can't go and just kill a bunch of people.
That's just it.
I'm talking about Palestine or Israel.
This is a big problem.
Israel can't just bombard and kill civilians in collateral damage in Gaza.
The left calls it a genocide.
They're being silly.
It's war.
Genocide is very different.
If you were to take the definition of genocide that the left uses and apply it to October 7th, you would have had an attempt at genocide by Hamas and the only thing stopping them is they don't have the military strength to complete their genocide.
But I'm going to tell you this.
The anti-Israel people will not take any morsel.
Any morsel.
And I mean these activists at these schools.
Any morsel.
I know people who are critical of Israel, and that's fine and you're allowed to be.
But the ardent anti-Israel activists They go on IRL chat and they scream that we're Zionists and that we refuse to criticize Israel because even when we do criticize Israel or welcome others to criticize it, it's not enough.
It's woke.
It's wokeness.
If you're a libertarian and you're like, hey, we shouldn't be funding this.
I'm like, agreed.
If you are a white identitarian, anti-Israel, leftist, whatever, these people just don't like Jews, and they're saying things like, if you think Israel is a place you're a Zionist, okay, these people are insane.
There are a lot of countries that did not exist a hundred years ago.
Israel is a country with a system of governance and millions of citizens, and it's at war.
And it's at war.
So where does it bring us now?
I don't believe, you know, with these activists that are at the universities and many of them masquerading as moderate, you know, Israel-critical individuals, many of them just hate Jews.
Sorry, I don't care.
I know it's not true for everybody.
I have friends who are very critical of Israel, don't want Israel funded.
I don't want Israel funded.
I am America first.
I don't think any of that is anti-Semitic.
But what I'm saying is there are a lot of people who will masquerade as such and just hate Jews.
Hamas said in their charter they want to kill all the Jews.
Okay?
You can't go around screaming that you're Hamas without acknowledging that.
So the people at these protests, when they say, from the river to the sea, what's the reality here?
What would happen to Israel if they did that?
In fact, the chants you heard when they said, burn Tel Aviv to the ground, do you think they're... is there an interpretation you're gonna desperately try to make where they're saying, no, no, we evacuate the civilians first, then we raze the city and all of its property, and then we build a new one, and then... What's the argument there?
Burn Tel Aviv to the ground, what these people were chanting, is quite literally saying, to kill the people who are there, which is predominantly Jewish, and then Christian, and some Muslim.
They don't care.
I don't see how you can have people protest that.
And then someone comes out and goes, like, we had these debates.
One guy in the show saying, no, free Palestine just means, like, you know, the Palestinians in Gaza should be able to, like, return to their ancestral homeland.
I'm like, oh, and then do what?
So you think that if you remove the barriers from Gaza and tell all the people in Palestine, freely move about Israel, it would just be peace?
It's funny because I asked so many activists this question.
I asked them, like, what would happen if we removed all the barriers around Gaza?
And, like, if Israel did.
I shouldn't say we, but hey, the United States is involved.
And, like, Israel removes all the barricades and says, okay, no checkpoints.
It's part of, you're free to move out the country, do whatever you want.
They always deflect.
They always deflect.
Well, you know, the thing is... No, no, no, no!
What would happen?
Come on!
Dude, this is not about who is right or who is wrong.
It's not about whether Israel does or doesn't exist.
It's about a simple question right now.
If the barriers are removed and the Palestinians are allowed to go and do whatever they want without security checks, what would happen?
Massacre.
So what are we supposed to do?
That's not me defending Israel.
That's me stating a fact.
Without security and military control, many of these Hamas al-Qassam brigades would go and start massacring Jews.
Predominantly Jews.
Yes, there's going to be Christians and Muslims who get caught up in that, for sure, because they live in Israel as well.
Predominantly Jews.
It's going to, like, this is the idea, they say, like, the chant from the left, they're saying in Arabic, is that it's from water to water, Palestine is Arab.
So, if they were to do away with Israel, and then create free movement for all Arabic individuals in the area, what does that mean for the millions of Jews who live there?
I do not believe these people are genuine when they're claiming it's going to be peace, and then you have in the Hadith, the writings of, I believe, I'm not a Muslim scholar or anything, the writings of Muhammad where he says, you know, these horrible things.
Here we go.
Rick Scott says, I have voted for the Israel aid in this bill, only to see it fail in the Senate with all Democrats voting against it.
Yeah, hold on.
Republicans did, too.
For years, I have voted for significant funding for the Iron Dome, David's sling, and other key military assets that help Israel defend itself from Iran-backed terrorism.
I am leading the Stop Taxpayer Funding of Hamas Act to condition aid on the release of hostages and ensure that we don't send a single dollar of American taxpayer money to Gaza unless the President certifies that it won't end up in the hands of Hamas terrorists.
I say no.
There are hostages there.
That's bad.
I don't have a good answer for you.
I say we don't give them any more money.
I don't want to fund Israel either.
I've been to Tel Aviv.
Food was good.
People were nice.
I was there in a calm period and everything was pretty okay.
Much, much nicer than Egypt or Morocco.
Different countries.
Whatever.
Israel exists whether anyone likes it or not.
We are generations beyond.
And now you have these claims by these Palestinians that, like, that land was once mine a hundred years ago.
Dude, look.
I get it.
But I tell you this, Ben and Jerry's ain't gonna be giving up their factory in Burlington, Vermont.
What is it?
Burlington, Vermont?
Is that where it is?
They're not gonna give that up to the Native Americans who own it.
That was the funny thing.
They came out and said, oh, stolen land, you know, it should be given back.
And then the Native American tribe who own the land they're on were like, hey, that's our land.
And then they were, you know, zip.
Because they're a massive corporation pandering to sell ice cream.
It's stupid and disgusting.
One thing I can say for this.
To Rick Scott.
I disagree with providing this military funding.
And Democrats did vote against it.
So, fine.
But, um, let me just say.
We should not be sending all of our money overseas.
But here's my proposition to all of you.
Here's what I propose.
Deep State, hear me.
I say we take the entire GDP of this country And we give it to Israel.
Trillions of dollars is all of it.
There you go.
Obviously, you can't literally do that.
But how about we give a trillion dollars in aid to Israel?
Sound good?
Okay.
One condition.
First, we have to secure our borders, bring our jobs back, enact trade policy that benefits the American worker, increase wages, fix the health care system, lower the crime, deal with criminals, expand the rights of many people, enshrine them as they are in the country.
You get my point.
Once we deal with our problems here in the United States, I'm down to spend money somewhere else.
But imagine your back door blew off in a storm, and people are just coming and going from your house, taking your stuff, and you're like, well, neighbor across the street wants a loan, so I'm gonna give him money.
And then your family's just like, my guy, can you fix the back door first?
We have no food, we have no back door, and you're giving our money away?
Yep!
Welcome to the state of modern American politics.
We cannot trust Joe Biden to lead right now.
We can't trust Joe Biden to stand with Israel and lead America on the world stage.
You can trust Donald Trump to do that, and you may not like it.
Donald Trump is going to be, as he claimed, the most pro-Israel president this country has ever seen.
And that may be the case.
I would prefer a president who stays away from foreign intervention and things like that.
But I will also add this.
I'm not an isolationist.
I think Trump's efforts towards peace have been tremendously successful, except for Joe Biden screwing everything up.
In which case, perhaps the best path forward is Trump's form of intervention would be diplomatic intervention.
No new wars means a lot.
Continuation of the old ones, not good, but no new wars.
Maybe the best thing this country could do is elect Donald Trump and let him start negotiating.
He can go to all these various countries and he can set up these peace agreements.
Maybe there is a way.
I mean, and I really believe this.
I think Trump was trying really hard to solve the Israel-Palestine thing.
I wonder if the Deep State wants that to be solved.
A crisis is good.
A rallying cry.
It seems right now the Democrats hate Israel.
And I have to wonder if the Deep State intelligence agencies also hate Israel.
Which means, wow, something is subverting us because you'd think the intelligence agencies would be 100% behind Israel.
Is where we're at.
unidentified
Maybe the conspiracy is actually that Donald Trump is the real conspiracy.
Getting all of us tricked into supporting Donald Trump by giving us this wackaloon, debilitated president who can't do anything right, everything gets bad, and then Trump looks really, really good and everyone votes for him, and then Trump enters the war on the side of Israel or something like that.
Honestly, I don't know.
I couldn't tell you.
I can only tell you this.
Joe Biden's not the right answer.
And our best bet right now is going to be Donald Trump.
Why?
He's going to improve the economy.
We're going to see better numbers.
We're going to see a more secure border.
It's going to be better for your future.
And I'm not saying it's going to be perfect.
Certainly not.
But it'll be better.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 4 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and we'll see you all then.
Somehow they've done it.
They've made me feel bad for Alec Baldwin and I have to defend the man.
So some lady gets in his face while he's out minding his own business, screaming things like free Palestine or condemning Israel.
She's asking him, why did you kill that lady and why didn't you go to jail for it?
Alec Baldwin ignores her, tries to get her to leave, and then ultimately it appears he does smack her phone.
Now I'm seeing some people post videos where they're like, Alec Baldwin was asked why did you kill that woman and then smacks the phone and I'm like, look, look, look.
Alec Baldwin killed a lady.
Helena Hutchins.
Crazy story.
Maybe he will go to jail, maybe he won't.
But, yo, like, screaming anti-Israel weird stuff in his face, you're not gonna get me to defend, like, I'm not gonna play this game.
Look, Alec Baldwin will have his day in court.
I doubt there will be anything fair about it.
I'm not a fan of Alec Baldwin's politics.
I am a fan of Jack Donaghy on 30 Rock.
He nailed that role, and it's one of the best roles in TV.
And it's unfortunate that he's kind of a bad dude.
OK, but I'm never going to defend this.
OK, I'm going to play this clip for you guys.
Watch for yourself.
unidentified
Why did you kill that lady?
You killed that lady and got no jail time?
No jail time, Alec?
No jail time, Alec?
You're putting innocent people in jail, Alec Baldwin.
Free Palestine, Alec, just one time, and I'll leave you alone.
Can you do me one quick favor and then he hits the camera?
Okay, look.
It says, readers added context as a community note here on X. Alec Baldwin has not been convicted of any crime yet.
Clearly he is being harassed in the footage and depending upon what state he is in, he may be within his right to remove the phone from his harasser.
The post wording is also racist and will be reported.
Why?
What did they say?
White Devil Alec Baldwin attacked me while I was trying to get coffee.
Oh, so this is the lady who did it?
Crackhead Barney and Friends is the name of the person who did this.
I think they're just trying to get attention.
And it's making me have to defend Alec Baldwin?
Oh man, of all the people, look.
This is how it went in like 2015 and 2016, when I'm just like, stop making me defend Donald Trump.
He'd say something.
It's like the very fine people thing.
It's like Donald Trump says, there are very fine people on both sides, but not the white supremacists and neo-Nazis.
They should be condemned.
And then people come out and claim he called Nazis good people.
And I'm like, no, he didn't.
He said they should be condemned.
And they're like, why are you defending Trump?
I'm not defending Trump.
I'm defending what's true.
And here we go.
You know, Alec Baldwin is not a good person.
I am not a fan.
He's an angry guy, he attacks people, and he shot that lady.
I think there's a strong possibility he shot that lady on purpose.
But, then this happens!
You know, well look, I gotta tell you.
I saw this video on Instagram, and it was a guy was playing—what was he playing?
My Own Worst Enemy, I think it was.
You know that song by Lit from the 90s?
the 90s, or whatever, however it goes, and the lead singer and the guitarist from the
band are outside the bar watching, and people are like, oh, and they're taking pictures
And then the band climbs over the railing and sneaks up on stage and grabs the mic and the guitar and start playing with this random guy like, whoa, how amazing!
And it's like the fakest thing I have ever seen.
Maybe it really happened.
I don't know.
I like Lit.
Like, they have a couple at Miserable, I think it was.
They had a couple songs back in the day.
I think they're good.
I like that band.
I don't know what they've been doing ever since, but this video looks fake.
I see this video and I'm kind of just like, Is Alec Baldwin trying to get us to side with him by having an insufferable woman scream in his face so that the rest of us are gonna be like, leave Alec Baldwin alone!
I do love how there are some people on social media posting as if the only thing that happened was someone challenged him on the killing of Helena Hutchins, and it's like, nah, dude.
This lady's screaming, F Israel, F Zionism.
It's like, okay, dude, lady, look, I get all that.
Why are you yelling that at Alec Baldwin?
Whatever.
I guess because Alec Baldwin is pro-Israel or something?
The New York Post says, the rabble rouser approached the actor while he was appearing to be on the phone and at the
cash register inside the shop, and began to relentlessly harass him.
Alec, can you please say Free Palestine one time to the protester,
who hosts an anti-fascist show called Crackhead Barney and Friends?
Look man, this is why they do it, okay?
She continued to accost Baldwin before he went toward the door, hands pitting the mic.
We saw that.
The podcast host, who is known for ambush interviews, also brought up the criminal case in New Mexico.
Why did you kill that lady?
You killed that lady and got no jail time.
This lady's doing this for one simple reason.
Attention.
That's the sad reality.
I saw another video.
It was this TikTok lady.
And, um, there's a bunch of these videos.
They're everywhere.
And the lady is saying something like, What did she say?
We can get to the moon, but I can't get cheap gas or whatever?
And I'm looking at this performative outrage, and it... I just find it to be so boring.
Sure, I'm sure a lot of these people will accuse me of doing that and stuff, but I assure you, no.
There's this, like, persona people put on.
They're trying to generate attention.
And so they do these videos where they're trying to do bits about how angry they are.
Because they see it works for other people.
So they turn the camera on and they go, yo, I'm sitting here, right?
And like, I'm on the bus and this dude, and it's like exaggerated.
And I'm just like, I just hate social media, dude.
I just, it's just all of it.
The fake, the cult, the insanity, the harassment.
I had a guy come to me screaming, waving his phone in my face, and I'm like, what are you doing?
Like, bro, welcome to the real world, man.
Why are you waving a phone in my face?
Oh, man.
It's so wild.
Now, look, I don't know what's going to happen with Alec Baldwin's criminal trial.
That other lady, what's her name?
Hannah Gutierrez-Reed?
Like, is it?
I think it's weird that I even know their names.
She got, she'd go to jail.
She got prison for, what is it?
She got like manslaughter or something.
Let me tell you.
Alec Baldwin had a gun.
He pointed that gun at a lady, he pulled the trigger, a bullet was shot from the gun, and it went through the lady, killing her, and it hit a guy.
Okay?
Like, you know, you killed somebody.
And the idea that he wouldn't go to jail for that, I think is insane.
I don't know that jail solves the problem.
That's what I'm saying.
Like, I don't know if I would say At this point, like, he should go to jail.
Because I don't think that Alec Baldwin is, like, is going to go around killing people or anything like that.
The issue is, a lot of people don't know this.
They found live ammo on Baldwin.
He had live bullets.
So it's just like...
The argument, I suppose, is they were using the prop gun, which was a real gun, a single-action revolver, which means you pull the hammer back and pull the trigger and it shoots.
And apparently they brought real bullets to shoot out back or something.
It's just so insufferably stupid.
All these liberals start defending Alec Baldwin being like, it's not his fault he's an actor and you don't understand how this stuff works.
And I'm like, dude, shut up.
I don't care who you are.
I don't care where you work.
I don't care what you're doing.
You're handed a gun.
It's your fault.
Period.
End of story.
You're handed a gun.
Your fault.
Alec Baldwin argued.
He's like, I couldn't check the, if I opened it up, they'd stop me and say, what are you doing?
Okay.
So a guy, Alec Baldwin, a lady, Alec Baldwin didn't like.
Who he claims he didn't pull the trigger, just happened to have live ammo pointed at her and pulled the trigger?
How many times was he pulling the trigger before that?
Was it Russian roulette?
Like what was going on?
They find live ammo in his belt.
Now you got this lady, the armorer, she's going to jail too.
I'm not going to defend this guy, okay?
I'm not going to defend him over what he's accused of doing and being a bad guy who has a short temper, who attacks people, and all that.
But here we go.
We live in this vapid social media world, and this is the bigger picture outside of the stupid Alec Baldwin story.
We live in this world where people are just trying to get a viral clip, and they will do anything to get it, no matter how disgusting or vapid or awful, and it sucks.
And that's the truth.
I think social media is a gift and a curse.
Thanks social media, I am here.
Maybe someone would've hired me, I would've got a job somewhere, but you had gatekeepers before.
Now, without gatekeepers, it's kinda gone pretty bad in the other direction.
And I gotta admit, it sucks.
And this is where we're at.
People go around doing stupid pranks.
You have the guy in Jersey, who got in the face of this poor door dash driver, or some service, and the dude shoots him in self-defense, and he gets in trouble.
Like, bro, big dude gets in your face, screaming at, like, this is nuts, man.
It's going on for a long time, though.
It's been going on for a long time.
People dressing up like rabbits and clowns and scaring people.
Nuisance streamers.
You ever see this?
These people livestream themselves walking around harassing people, causing problems, because they get some traffic.
One dude hired a bodyguard, and he goes around harassing people, and if anyone tries to do anything, the bodyguard steps in.
That's not going to end well for anybody.
And they allow this.
The funny thing?
YouTube banned our two biggest shows on Timcast IRL, and they allow the nuisance videos.
It's ridiculous.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 6pm on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
As a Tesla owner myself, this story was particularly interesting in that a man using autopilot rear-ended a motorcycle, killing the driver.
This is not the first time there's been a story like this.
There's actually a story coming out of, I think, Australia, and there's a story out of LA, where people have either used Autopilot or claimed to be using Autopilot, and it's resulted in death.
I got three stories for you.
One is the breaking story just from a few minutes ago about a driver being charged with vehicular homicide because he turned on Autopilot and hit somebody.
The other story is an old one where a guy didn't get any jail time after killing, I think, three people.
And then another story where a woman lied and claimed it was autopilot.
But here's the deal.
You know, I own a Tesla and everyone's interested in self-driving cars and what's going to happen.
So I'd like to relay my personal experiences with a Tesla vehicle and just immediately debunk, but also provide a PSA.
Let me say, my friends, you cannot, you're not supposed to turn on autopilot or full self-driving, which are two different things, unless your hands are on the wheel and you're paying attention.
If your eyes look away from the road, the car actually gives you a warning, like right away.
You have like four seconds, it goes, burp, burp, burp, burp.
And if you don't look, it will disengage.
I don't know if that's safe or not.
But often the penalty for not following the rules right is that autopilot turns off, which I kind of feel like might make more accidents, but I don't know, maybe not.
Let's read the story first, and then I'll break down my experiences with Tesla.
And I will stress autopilot and full self-driving are different things.
Tesla driver who trusted autopilot charged with killing a motorist.
Your Tesla is not a self-driving car, no matter how hard you want to believe it.
A 28-year-old motorcyclist died in Washington State on Friday afternoon because a Tesla driver rear-ended him at speed.
A Snohomish man, 56, was commuting in his Tesla Model S 2022 when he activated the car's camera-based advanced driver assist system, according to his statements to police.
He began looking through his phone.
With nobody paying attention to the car's actions, The Tesla software ignored Jeffrey Nissen on his motorcycle
and continued on at speed.
The car rear-ended the two-wheeler. Nissen was flung from the bike and his life ended pinned
underneath the electric car where he was still lodged when the police arrived at the scene.
The Tesla driver who told police he was putting the trust in the machine to drive for him
was inattentive to the road in front of him and was only brought back to reality
when he heard a bang as the car lurched forward.
The driver was not impaired by drugs or alcohol, though he admitted to having an alcoholic beverage prior to the 3.54 p.m.
crash.
Local news reports say the driver was using autopilot rather than full self-driving.
The two systems are often conflated.
Pause.
Being on a highway, likely autopilot.
The systems themselves can flight.
But typically when you're on the highway, there is full self-driving, but it's basically
just autopilot.
What does that mean?
Autopilot is cruise control and lane assist.
That's it.
And a lot of cars have it.
I have a Honda Accord.
It also has cruise control and lane assist, and functions similarly to Tesla Autopilot.
Full self-driving?
Now that one's fun.
That one is also dangerous, and as much as I'm a big fan of Elon, I do not believe it is ready just yet.
And so there are some limitations, but I'll get into that more if we read more of the news.
Full self-driving will stop at red lights, it will start, it will make turns, stop at stop signs, it will yield.
Everything.
Full self-driving means it.
And it is pretty dang good.
I've had some issues, however, so... To me, there is no such thing right now as full self-driving.
They can call it full self-driving, but I have to intervene way too much for me to consider turning the car on and going to sleep.
And I mean that figuratively.
The system won't actually let you do that, but based on my experiences, It's great to turn on full self-driving and then just kind of chill and watch the road and the car drives itself for the most part, but you're paying attention the whole time.
Tesla will claim that it isn't capable, isn't culpable, sorry, for the incident, as the official line is that so-called autopilot and full self-driving software are intended for use with a fully attentive driver.
In fact, it literally turns off.
If your hands aren't on the wheel and your eyes aren't on the road, it will shut down.
What it should do is go into full self-driving and say, exiting and turning off the car.
Then people wouldn't do it.
The company and its CEO have knowingly engaged in public discussion describing the cars as driving themselves.
And the people buying these cars believe them.
This isn't even the first time a self-driving Tesla has run over a motorcyclist.
Actually, I'm not familiar with this one.
Look at this story.
This is from 2022.
Tesla's autopilot safety questioned at their latest fatal motorcycle crash.
Now, I don't completely trust all these.
What is it?
Three fatal crashes occurred in a 51-day span and follow a similar line of events.
A person driving a Tesla in the early morning hours with autopilot active strikes a motorcycle.
I'm gonna tell you straight up.
The, uh, motorcycle's hard to see.
For, for the machine and for you.
That's why, you know, people rag on motorcyclists driving really loud bikes.
And it's like, that's kinda why.
What is it?
There's like a saying, like, it's better to be loud and annoying than dead or something like that?
I don't know.
I actually have a zero electric motorcycle.
They call it the Tesla of motorcycles.
And it's probably like, I'm sorry, man.
I don't want to rag on zero motorcycles because it's awesome, but it's silent.
It makes no sound.
unidentified
And I'm just like, you're going to die if you drive this thing.
I haven't actually been able to really ride it because I don't have a motorcycle license.
So, but everyone's saying like, yo, like I drive it around on the property, like moving around, cause we have 50 acres.
They're just like, uh, or we had 10 acres, the other property where I was driving it.
They're like, you can't hear a thing.
Like you're going to get hit.
It's like, yeah, yeah.
Check out this other story.
Let me see if I have this one pulled up.
Oh, this is interesting.
2023, December, Tesla driver to pay $23,000 in restitution for a 2019 L.A.
crash that killed two people.
So what they say is, the car was on autopilot, a limousine service driver was at the wheel of a Tesla Model S at 74 miles an hour when it left a freeway and ran a red light.
The Tesla, which was using autopilot at the time, struck a Honda Civic at an intersection and the car's occupants.
Three people died at the scene.
Their families have separately filed civil lawsuits against Aziz Riyad and Tesla that are ongoing.
Donald Slavik, who represented Alcazar's Lopez's family, said while they are appreciative of any restitution, it's a very small amount of the damages they have suffered.
So this story, this guy's not going to jail.
Apparently, this one's legit.
The car was on autopilot, ran a red light, and hit people.
I don't know what to tell you, honestly.
If somebody is driving their car and they're not paying attention, I don't think that autopilot or full self-driving matters.
It's meaningless.
It's like saying a car in cruise control hit somebody and the driver going, but my car was on cruise control.
That's a Simpsons joke.
Bart takes the car and then he's like walking around, walking around the car cause he's 10, and they're like, wait, who's driving the car?
And he's like, cruise control, I'm a good man.
And then it just, he thought it meant it would turn and everything too.
Then we have this story.
This one's out of Melbourne, I believe.
A woman claimed she was an autopilot before a crash.
She pleaded guilty.
This is from Six Hours.
This is crazy.
This stuff's happening right now.
Let me tell you, my friends.
You can't lie.
One of the reasons I love Tesla is that it records all of my driving.
Yeah.
Yeah, there's pros and cons.
It records everywhere I go, and it records everything I do.
Here's the good news.
I don't speed, and I always signal, and tracking where I'm at is actually beneficial to me.
In the event something happens to me, people will know where I am.
Not everybody might like that.
Some people might want a mechanical car with no tracking.
If that's up your alley, you do it.
But let me tell you, this lady, anybody else, if you have a car, you're driving a Tesla, and you want to make a claim, not only, look, it's recording you.
It's got a camera facing you the whole time.
Welcome to the Panopticon.
Me, I'm chillin', and I don't care.
You choose to buy a Tesla if you want to live in that environment, you can.
If you don't, then don't.
Me, I got no problem doing it.
There's a big difference between the government spying on you and the, but if you have nothing to hide, then why be bothered?
Nah, if I can choose, sure, if I can't, we got a problem.
I can choose to be in a Tesla.
I don't care that the cameras are on.
I don't do anything in my car.
I go to and from the store or work or the skate park or wherever I'm going, to the casino.
And it's actually beneficial to me that it's got all the cameras on it recording everything.
Nobody can screw with my car or steal it.
I love it.
But that means if you're speeding and you get pulled over, you're like, I wasn't speeding.
Like we, we can just ask Tesla if you were speeding.
So maybe you don't like that and you don't want to do it.
I mean, I don't speed.
So, and I mean that like, first of all, I actually rarely drive.
So, you know, there's that.
But here's the other thing I'll say about this.
Let me tell you guys about full self-driving and Tesla.
It don't work.
You know what's really crazy is that I see these videos where it's like, Tesla just completed a full self-drive and I'm like, these are demo videos from the company.
People post these videos where it's like, I just did a 20 minute self-drive and the steering wheel's moving itself.
I'm like, you can't do that.
In my car, if I take my hands off the wheel, it'll start freaking out.
Some people put weights on the wheel to trick the car.
But then there's also the eye tracking.
If you're not looking at the road, I suppose then people might put fake glasses on.
I would never do that!
So I got an update recently, and I'm a fan of Tesla, and I like full self-driving.
But yo.
The latest update, it's scary.
It really, really is.
I'll tell you a few stories.
I've told these stories before.
Driving on a state highway in West Virginia, and it was like six lanes, with a median.
And a truck pulls into the median, because that's the way you turn left.
It's a big highway.
You have to pull left, which is the median, in between the road and wait.
I'm in the middle lane on the right side, and we're heading, I think, north.
And, luckily, the highway was empty.
The truck was sitting there, not moving.
And as soon as we started approaching, the car automatically slammed the brakes on.
Like, slammed it.
And then you have to tap the accelerator to brake it from braking.
And, you know, me and my girlfriend are like, whoa, what the?
Like, we could have died.
Yeah, if there was heavier traffic and we're going, I think it's 65 miles an hour, and it just slams the brakes on and someone rear ends us, that's crazy.
There are like, there'll be a yellow flashing light for a road sign that says something like, you know, new street light ahead, and the Tesla thinks this light is an actual street light, and it displays on the screen as a street light, and it also starts slamming the brakes on, and I have to tap the accelerator to bypass it.
I got no beef.
I like all of it.
And this is why I pay attention.
Now, the latest update we got, it keeps hugging the left side of the road and going on the line.
And I'm just like, yo, dude, it doesn't work.
I'm sorry.
Off.
Disengage.
Because if you're... I'm driving on the road, and there's a yellow line, and two inches is the curb for the median, and I'm on the line, and I'm like, what is it doing?
Keep trying to push the wheel and then it breaks and then the thing pops up saying autopilot disengaged.
Why did you do it?
And I'm like, dude, because you're going to hit something.
The other thing, too, is there is an exit off the highway over in Charlestown, West Virginia, and there is an administrative service turnout right before it.
So when you're coming south into Charlestown, this happens to be, I don't know if it happens to anybody else who might be in the area, there is, it'll be like, you know, exit onto Route 340 or whatever.
and the turn lane for it will be, you know, I don't know, 200 feet ahead. But then there's a
service exit for police and administrators. The Tesla tries to go in there and I'm just like,
what? What are you doing? There's another thing that happens with the casino. It doesn't realize
It doesn't understand the road in front of it.
And this is an actual road.
This is not like a private road.
And so the road splits and one goes into a garage and one goes straight.
And you need to go straight to go around the casino.
It will go right up into the parking garage and then stop at the garage and just be like, I have no idea where I am now.
It's like, okay.
So, it's really cool that, in many instances, you can self-drive.
But I'm telling you all this right now because we have a story of a guy who's like, oh, I'm gonna turn on autopilot and then killed somebody.
So, uh, let me just stress, man, guys, we're not there yet.
Maybe we will be in a couple years, but jeez, crazy story.
