Now let's jump into the first story.
As the conflict in Europe escalates, Joe Biden calls in reservists to deploy to Europe.
Fears of World War Three are mounting.
Moscow has been slammed once again with drone attacks.
And now we're hearing more calls for the military draft.
No joke.
The Council on Foreign Relations is saying the all-volunteer force will not be enough.
Military.com has an op-ed saying it's time for the military draft.
And when I see all of this, I think to myself, thank heavens, I am 37 years old.
Because you know, of course, the first thing they're going to do is draft all the 18-year-olds.
But don't worry.
Gen Z, they're Democrats, right?
They're for the war.
How about that?
Well, upon thinking about that, I kind of realized that I just posted this skate video and I am particularly physically fit, not like a strongman or anything like that, and then I realized that we have a whole bunch of femboys, soyboys, morbidly obese individuals, so I'm not quite sure being 37 is going to protect me.
In Russia, they're expanding conscription up to 30-year-olds.
And so, when you consider that, uh, many, many of you watching this probably exercise, probably are in shape, they're gonna go look at the draft and they're gonna be like, listen boss, we got a whole bunch of 18-year-olds that got noodle arms, and they can't even do a pull-up.
And then they're gonna come and look at us, and we're not early to mid-30s or whatever, I'm in my, uh, I guess now late 30s, 30s haven't officially qualifies.
But for many of you who are in your late 20s to early 30s, they're gonna be like, we're gonna choose you guys, despite being a little bit older, because you actually take care of yourselves.
You know, we don't want these weak effeminate men who can't hold weapons.
But now, in all seriousness, I don't know exactly how it would play out.
They obviously, obviously not every 18-year-old is a weak sissy or anything like that.
But I'm just saying, if it does come to a draft, yeah, they're definitely gonna be coming for everybody up to probably like 44 years old.
And I gotta be honest, depending on the scale of the conflict, the draft could extend to literally any able-bodied person.
You might actually see 50-year-olds.
I say 50's the new 30 these days, right?
Medical technology and better health has older folks in their even 60's feeling a lot younger.
I'm not saying 60-year-olds will fight.
But I mean, 50-year-olds are capable too, especially if they're in shape.
Have you seen RFK Jr.?
That guy's lifting.
Well, here's the breaking news.
Moscow got hit again.
The New York Times reporting Russia-Ukraine war drone again hits a Moscow building housing Russian ministries.
This is war expanding into Russia as it has been, but now more so.
This doesn't end here.
These drone attacks are not simply Ukraine using their military prowess.
Russia is fully aware that this is NATO versus Russia, and in fact, it may expand to NATO versus BRICS.
In which case, ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you to World War III, should it come to that point.
Then we will absolutely get a military draft.
No question.
None.
I'll show you the historical context, too, as we get through this story.
But, absolutely.
If it comes to World War III, yeah, they're gonna pull in everybody.
And it's gonna be interesting.
Now, before they can, before it even gets to that point, the military draft has to be in effect.
So now we're starting to see more and more calls for a draft.
And with Joe Biden calling in the ready reserves and selected reserves, it seems increasingly likely.
And a lot of people keep saying it's unthinkable.
We won't have a draft.
Yo, we had a draft 50 years ago.
Okay?
They use the all-volunteer military force because there hasn't been a substantial conflict like World War Two or one or two.
And so why would they need to?
Especially with the fall of the Soviet Union in our lifetime, there would be no purpose.
The draft only happens when they need it to happen.
And the Selective Service, it exists.
Y'all men, you're registered.
They know you.
If it comes down to World War III, there's no question.
You're on the front lines, baby.
Okay, alright, to be fair.
I mean, maybe you'll be a chef or something.
You might work engineering.
Not everybody is in combat.
But let's read.
The New York Times says Ukrainian officials have become more open and their view that targets inside Russia are legitimate.
Central Moscow is hit for the second time in two days.
Russia said a drone hit the same building in central Moscow for the second time in 48 hours, blaming Ukraine, which has made it increasingly clear it would target symbolic and military-related sites deep inside Russia.
Two other drones were shot down on the outskirts of Moscow.
Ukraine does not generally confirm or deny responsibility for attacks within Russia's borders, but footage of the overnight attacks early Tuesday strongly suggested that a drone using the attack was one of the Ukrainian-made long-range models identified by the New York Times.
We actually have some photos.
So, surveillance camera captures the moment drone hits Moscow high-rise.
Crazy stuff.
Man, I've talked about this before and I was mentioning this.
I talked about this a decade ago.
Me and my buddy started experimenting with consumer-grade drone tech.
The AR Parrot.
These things did not have a strong capacity for carrying weight.
We were trying to figure out, we had done some splicing and hacking, so that you could control the AR parrot via 3G.
This was back when 3G was a bit more prominent.
We didn't want to use LTE or anything, we wanted something a bit more ubiquitous, and 3G was a bit more ubiquitous, a cell technology.
And so we're trying to figure out how to get a 3G antenna so that the drone wouldn't use Wi-Fi, which is a very limited range, and would instead use cell towers.
Then, the drone could be launched up, given coordinates, and so long as it was within cell tower range, it would keep receiving data and know where to go.
We're well beyond that.
These things have GPS.
They can be programmed and they can fly until their batteries run out.
And now, with the advancement, especially considering we've had drones like, I think it was Casey Neistat, who actually was towed by a snowboarding or something with a drone or rode on it or whatever.
We have multi-rotor vehicle capabilities for carrying people.
You even have those hover bikes.
So now the payloads are massive.
These drones can carry bombs.
And they can fly at high rates of speed and zip and maneuver left, right, up, down, dodge, intercept, and anything attempting to intercept it, fly straight into that city, hit their target via GPS.
This is advanced stuff, and it's getting crazy.
So you can take a look at this video, showing, you don't really see much, you just see smoke coming out of a building, it's fast, there's some bangs, it is what it is.
Now the big question is, with the escalation of warfare into civilian areas, at what point could or would this escalate beyond the Ukraine conflict?
Can it simply just remain when Western forces are supplying Ukraine and Ukraine is attacking Moscow?
Do you think Vladimir Putin is going to sit there and just say we are being bombarded by military tech targeting civilian areas and we don't hold the US responsible in any capacity?
No way.
At a certain point, Russia has to say something to the effect of, if the U.S.
keeps supplying Ukraine to attack us, we will retaliate.
Plain and simple.
You know, we talk about World War II, Japan, why they attacked the U.S.
There's a lot of reasons, but I'll put it this way.
Often in these international conflicts, what gets the U.S.
drawn into war is supplying weapons to certain groups.
And the U.S.
had been supporting the British.
Obviously, the Axis powers did not like this.
And then there's a lot more to the story, don't get me wrong.
The point is this.
We're directly involved in this conflict.
NATO and the United States are the ones fueling all of this.
If it were not for the United States, there'd be no war.
Russia would walk in, take the Donbass and Crimea, it's over.
In fact, maybe they take all of Ukraine.
The U.S.
is providing the means, the intelligence, even volunteer forces, they say.
But you'd have to think that Vladimir Putin was a moron if he did not, to assume he doesn't consider these volunteers serving the U.S.
interests, because of course they are.
Whether they're commissioned or deployed by the U.S.
is irrelevant.
This war extends beyond Ukraine's borders, with drone strikes targeting Moscow directly.
At what point does Russia say, let's put a little hurt on the United States?
Cyber warfare, I think, would be the first thing.
Easily done.
Terrifyingly easy.
What happens if an attack happens, and here's what I imagine the first thing would be.
A cyber attack on a U.S., on some kind of U.S.
target, maybe a nuclear plant, maybe, that's a little bit too extreme, maybe an oil refinery or water reclamation plant.
Shuts down water for a large metro area.
Let's say, let's say a million people.
A suburban semi-rural area has their water plant shut down by a cyber attack.
Russia claims responsibility.
Russia then says, so long as the U.S.
is providing resources, we will respond in kind.
Now, permanent damage?
No.
But it shuts water off for a few days.

Maybe of course, something like that could generate a ton of sentiment against Russia
and result in many people voting for more conflict, or it could result in these people
in this area demanding the U.S.
cease this conflict because why are they the collateral damage?
I don't know for sure.
I just believe that there is a possibility that Russia says, you want to play ball?
We play ball.
And maybe it won't take the effect of Russia, of Russia making the attack.
Maybe there will be some kind of sympathetic Syrian electronic army or something to that effect.
that engages in this and says the US is doing this. Russia denies involvement and says we do
not want war with the US, but in the US we get hit to try and generate anti war sentiment among
those who are negatively impacted. I hope you all are ready.
The Council on Foreign Relations published this July 18th. The uncertain future of the US.
Military's All-Volunteer Force.
A rather light take on the all-military force.
Just some history about the Global War on Terror hurting the brand and the transition in 1973 to an all-volunteer force, etc., etc.
The Global War on Terror.
Basically, they're saying it didn't really work.
It didn't really work.
On December 31st, 2002, a year after the start of Operation Enduring Freedom, the op-ed page of the New York Times read, A Democrat who voted against the war warned that an all-volunteer force would lead to adventurism, and thought a renewed draft would help citizens appreciate the cost of war.
By 2004, despite sending 130,000 soldiers into Iraq during the invasion, any debate about enacting the draft was over.
a new Gates Commission. They say Congress has grappled with the future of the draft for years.
In 2020, a national commission studied the Selective Service System and recommended keeping
the draft and highlighted the need for institutionalized exercises of national
mobilization processes and more public engagement to ensure awareness of the system.
They say, The United States needs innovative ideas and new forums to encourage young men and women to fill their obligations to public service.
But it also needs a redesigned military to ensure timely access to the manpower needed to defend the nation and to increase the equity and fairness for the cost of war across our society.
It's time for a new Gates Commission, a comprehensive review of the structure of our military and the development Specific guidelines on when and how conscription will be used in future conflict.
Now, as I mentioned, the Council on Foreign Relations opinion piece here is a little light, but let me give you the quote, we need a new, I'm sorry, we need a limited military draft from military.com.
Before I read this, I want to show you this article from Newsweek.
Joe Biden accused of wanting World War Three after calling up reserve troops.
I hope y'all are ready, because here's the best part about this.
Shout out to our good friend Harry Sisson.
This dude's like, what, 20 years old?
I look forward to seeing you on the front lines, good sir, because, you know, when the military draft happens, you're in the front!
It'll be you first.
Now, don't get me wrong, this guy is a prominent Democrat supporter.
They'll probably protect him and do something like they did in the old days, which is a paid replacement or something like that.
But I could imagine a Edge of Tomorrow type scenario.
Have you guys seen that movie?
Excellent movie, by the way.
Some people call it Live, Die, Repeat, but it's Tom Cruise.
He's a communications guy.
An alien invasion happens on Earth.
He goes on TV and he sells the war.
He says, we need people.
I gotta be honest, noble profession.
Aliens invaded Earth.
We need someone to rally people to help defend it from an alien invasion.
Defend us from an alien invasion.
I mean, that's what it is.
What happens is, This guy at the Unified Command says, you, to Tom Cruise, are going on the front line, and you will have a camera, and you will film these new exosuits in action, and you will sell this war.
And he's like, I'm not a fighter.
I can't do that.
And they're like, too effing bad.
Great movie, by the way.
It's a lot of fun.
It's like sci-fi action Groundhog Day.
And I could imagine that happening to someone like Harry Sisson.
These guys want to go on Twitter and scream about all the good things Democrats are doing.
Yeah, okay.
I wonder what's going to happen, good sir, when your peers are drafted into the military for Joe Biden's war, for the deep state's war in Ukraine, because it ain't Trump who wants war in Ukraine.
What do you think they're going to say to you when they're like, you sold this?
I wonder what they're going to say when they're on the front lines in Kharkov or something.
And they're wondering why it is that at 19 years old they're about to die in Ukraine.
Because most people, you don't know.
Unless, boy, unless you can really sell it.
Here's military.com.
It's time to change how our country fills the ranks of our military.
Since 1775, our nation has used a combination of volunteers and draftees to meet our national defense personal needs, especially in times of crisis.
Today, the military needs only about 160,000 youth from an eligible population of 30 million to meet its current recruitment needs.
But after two decades of war, both of which ended unsuccessfully and low unemployment, many experts believe the all-volunteer force has reached a breaking point.
The fastest and most effective way to resolve this recruiting crisis is to change how we recruit.
Instead of an either all-volunteer force or fully conscripted force model, I propose a both-and solution.
We should have our military recruiters sign up new troops for 11 months out of the year, and then have the Selective Service draft the delta between the military's needs and the total number recruited.
This model would alleviate the incredible pressure on our recruiters, lower the cost of finding new troops, and significantly reduce the much-decried civilian-military gap by subjecting all of America's youth, rich and poor, to the possibility of military service via the draft.
Let's be real.
It ain't gonna be rich kids who are going.
Because their parents will protect them as they always have.
Think Donald Trump had bone spurs or something like that.
Come on.
Hey, these kids ain't going.
unidentified
Rich, powerful people will revolt.
tim pool
This increased public interest might also have the effect of increasing public pressure to prevent open-ended wars, blah blah blah.
They say in 1973 the draft was abolished, with the establishment of the All-Volunteer Force driven largely by the American public's wariness with our debacle in Vietnam, systemic inequalities in the draft, and the fact the size of our population had become so large in relation to the needs of the military, universal drafting became obsolete.
While the All-Volunteer Force had the effect of lowering discipline problems and professionalizing the force, it also created a vast gap between American citizens and those who serve.
The establishment of the All-Volunteer Force also drove the military to expend an incredible amount of resources in terms of manpower and dollars to build a recruiting machine to attract America's youth to service.
Considering it costs about $15,000 to recruit each new member, the overall cost each year exceeds $2 billion.
You want to know why this will be catastrophic?
I'll show you.
It's right here.
This is it.
Emma, The Calling.
GoArmy.com.
Emma Malone Lord, her wonderful recruiting commercial about her two moms at Pride.
I will not fight.
I will not, nor will many others, lay their lives down for what we see at these Pride events.
I got no beef with a lady with two moms, by all means.
I think it's a great story.
You grew up, you lived a good life, you fought.
She says that she was a typical sorority girl stereotype, but she wanted to give back and find her own adventure, and I respect that tremendously.
But here's the point I'm making.
This commercial shows people celebrating at Pride.
The problem?
Today's standards when we look at Pride?
Sexual gratuitous activity?
Grooming events?
The targeting of children?
Sexually explicit graphic materials being given to children?
Yeah, sorry.
Wrong message.
If you tried to force me to fight for that, ain't gonna work.
I'm sorry.
You'd have to lock me up.
And I'm sure many young people today, as we're learning that young men are skewing conservatives, probably feel the same.
Not one of these young guys wants to go and die so that some creepo pedo can dance nude wearing a Bugs Bunny mask hopping down the street.
I saw this really sad video.
This is like super old man, I think he was like a World War II vet, crying, saying, I can't believe this is what we fought for if only we'd known.
Well, it's not what you fought for, good sir, but you and those around you did not stand up for your nation at home.
I know a lot of people are going to be mad.
No, no, listen, it was what I'm saying.
Too many people came back, too many people grew up, and they just said, I don't care.
Leave me alone.
They don't pay attention to the news, they don't pay attention to politics, and they let things get out of control.
Now, there are a lot of good men, and I think most of the veterans who fought in these wars were the ones fighting at home.
I'm just saying.
This nation, too many people absolve themselves of their responsibilities to it.
And that's an argument they're making in military.com about the draft, that if you were drafted, you'd certainly have some responsibility to this country and it would force civic engagement.
The problem is, too much of this country is this.
This is what you get.
Joe Biden called up the ready reserves.
We are getting closer to the draft.
Critics have accused Joe Biden of wanting World War 3 after the Commander-in-Chief issued an executive order authorizing the deployment of U.S.
Reservists to Europe.
It's not just U.S.
Reservists.
It's Ready Reserves.
He's calling people back to active duty.
That's more than just saying we need a little bit more.
This is the Select Reserve Forces.
Here we go.
unidentified
Yes.
tim pool
But they are being sent to Europe.
Here's the history of conscription.
I find it very interesting.
In World War I, they needed about 1 million people.
2014 in response to Russian actions in Ukraine.
Here we go.
US troops will not be deployed to Ukraine if there are no US forces fighting in Ukraine.
Yes, but they are being sent to Europe.
Here's the history of conscription.
I find it very interesting.
In World War One, they needed about 1 million people.
They were only able to muster up 73,000.
Okay.
What do you think happens if Moscow, if Russia expands this war?
unidentified
Thank you.
tim pool
There was an attack, which I think was a missile strike, I'm not sure.
A Russian attack took place 600 feet from the border with Romania.
Romania is a NATO country.
Article 5 triggered if that crosses the line.
And then what?
Now, Joe Biden goes on TV and says the U.S.
must take action to prevent Russia as Vladimir Putin's war extends into NATO territory.
What if Russia doesn't back down?
Will this be a quagmire that goes on for decades, perhaps?
What if Russia pushes back with more force?
What if the U.S.
realizes we're not winning in Ukraine?
False flag attack?
Accusing Moscow of attacking U.S.
targets?
Who knows?
The Gulf of Tonkin was one.
Russian lawmakers extend age limit for compulsory military draft.
And this is where we may end up, my friends.
This is where we may end up.
Russia is saying, raising the draft from 27 to 30.
Right now in the U.S., it's typically if you're like 18 to 20-something.
And if you're in your late 30s, you're probably fine.
But that won't matter if this goes World War III, at all.
Doesn't matter how old you are.
You could be 55, and they're gonna say, can you lift a box?
Then you're going to war.
Not literally the front line of combat, that'll always be the young men.
But they're going to find something for you to do.
josh hammer
Hey guys, Josh Hammer here, the host of America on Trial with Josh Hammer, a podcast for the First Podcast Network.
Look, there are a lot of shows out there that are explaining the political news cycle, what's happening on the Hill, the this, the that.
There are no other shows that are cutting straight to the point when it comes to the unprecedented lawfare, debilitating I wonder where we go from here.
I'm hoping that everything calms down, but the only path is escalation.
There's no exit.
There is nothing that we see when it comes to Ukraine that suggests this will go the other direction.
Get Your Podcast. It's America on trial with Josh Hammer.

I wonder where we go from here.
I'm hoping that everything calms down, but the only path is escalation.
There's no exit.
There is nothing that we see when it comes to Ukraine that suggests this will go the other direction.
Everything suggests escalation.
If I were to have told you.
Two years ago.
That the Don, let's say three years ago, the conflict in Ukraine's Donbass
would eventually result with military strikes in Moscow in civilian areas.
People would be like, what's the Donbass?
Thanks for watching!
Yes.
Now we're at the point where Russia and civilian targets, as civilian areas are being targeted, they're saying they're military targets in civilian areas.
So we'll see.
I can only tell you, my friends, the important news that you should be warned about.
Indy 100 reports man abducted by aliens 50 years ago said he was warned of World War III and COVID.
Well, that proves it!
Nah, I'm just kidding.
I thought this article was funny.
I'm not gonna read it.
Military draft, ladies and gentlemen.
They're starting to increase the calls for it because they have to.
They're not gonna back down.
If China attacks Taiwan, and we're pressed on two fronts, the all-volunteer force ain't gonna cut it.
But how many people in this country are going to die for a man in a Bugs Bunny mask in the nude flopping his genitals in public?
Sorry, I don't think so.
I think the U.S.
is in trouble because the Democrats have supported this crackpot, psychotic stuff.
And you know what?
It's probably China that's been pushing it.
You look at TikTok.
We played this video on Timcast IRL of some dude on TikTok Live screaming and trying to stack hardware nuts.
And he's just like, like an insane person.
You look at Dylan Mulvaney.
This psychotic cultural breakdown has ripped apart the fabric of this country.
And the U.S.
government let it happen.
And the intelligence agencies let it happen.
So good luck maintaining your war.
I can only assume that either these people are completely incompetent and psychotic in the intelligence agencies, or they really want the U.S.
to fall.
And that's been the plan the whole time.
I suppose we'll see.
Next segment's coming up at 1pm on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
We got another shocking story.
I believe it's a tennis player struggling to breathe and collapsing.
More and more of these stories coming out.
And all I can ask is the question of when will the corporate press and the mainstream address what seems to be a major spike In these stories about heart conditions, breathing conditions, athletes collapsing on the court or the field.
Now, of course, my friends, as per usual, make sure you consult a doctor you trust.
A doctor who can tell you what's right for you.
I recently had a medical issue in my hip, as most of you know, and it looked like I might need surgery to repair some damage.
I am fortunate in that I found a good doctor at the Cellular Performance Institute, and they treated me up pretty well and seems to have resolved the majority of the issue.
I'm still in the healing process, but if you've watched any of the- I posted a skate video on Instagram.
Seems to be going pretty well.
Most of the pain is gone, and I am relieved that I avoided surgery.
But this is the issue.
A few of the experts I talked to, they tell me, Oh, this seems to be the problem.
You're going to have to go do this treatment and see this person.
So what did I do?
Shopped around, found some, got some advice, talked to another doctor, said, we're going to, we're going to take a look at this and we're going to treat you in this way.
I know, I know, I know.
Everyone's already saying, Tim, you went to Tijuana and you had a doctor.
Fair point.
I had a doctor that I found that I trusted.
This is a totally different circumstance.
In this regard, I'm just saying, in general, I can't give you medical advice.
You've got to find a trusted medical professional.
Somebody who knows about particular issues relating to all this, and I really do hope you do.
Now, onto the politics.
Following these stories, of course, it's reigniting the debate over vaccines and ivermectin and other things like this for which, you know, my only opinion is I don't think anyone knows.
I don't think anyone knows for sure.
Of course, there are people suspect certain things.
Of course, people online are claiming the vaccines are causing this.
But my immediate rebuttal is, COVID could be causing this, these heart conditions.
And if your concern is that there was a lab leak or gain-of-function research, I don't understand why that's not a plausible scenario.
But all I can really say is, look, I don't know.
I want to read this for you and say one thing that I do think is important.
What I think is most important is, We're getting tons of these stories.
There are a lot of reasons why that may be, but at a certain point, it needs to be addressed.
Period.
Here's the latest from Fox News.
They say the Denver Broncos are set to release wide receiver KJ Hamlin with a non-football illness designation after he revealed Monday that he's been diagnosed with a heart condition.
Hamler revealed in an Instagram post he was diagnosed with pericarditis after feeling some chest pains while working out on the break before camp started.
He vowed to get back onto the field at some point during the course of the 2023 season.
I will be back on the field better and stronger than ever.
As soon as possible this season, Hamler wrote on social media, I feel great physically and this is very frustrating for me to deal with.
I know most of you have heard or know of my story in these past few years, what I've been going through on and off the field.
I'll get past this just like everything else on this journey.
I will continue to elevate.
I forever stand on business.
Denver selected Hamler in the second round of the 2020 draft out of Penn State.
He suffered a torn ACL in 2021, missed a portion of 2022 with a hamstring injury.
Then he suffered a torn pectoral muscle.
Damn.
I feel bad for this guy, dude.
I mean, you work so hard, you train, and this guy, he gets drafted, and then he gets roughed up pretty bad.
Torn ACL?
That's no joke, man.
Hamstring injury, a torn pectoral muscle, and now pericarditis?
Bro, I hope this guy finds peace, happiness, and success.
I hope he recovers.
unidentified
That just sounds so brutal.
tim pool
They also appeared to lose wide receiver Tim Patrick for a second straight season.
Patrick was carded off the field with a left Achilles tendon injury, suffering an ACL injury in the camp last year.
Now, those things are fairly common.
I mean, ACL injuries, that could be career-ending for a lot of people.
We'll see.
But this is the big news coming out this morning, which is a lot of people speaking once again about what is causing the myocarditis and the pericarditis.
And I think it's about time we have a serious, legitimate conversation about this.
Now, I know, I know, most of you have been trying to do just that, and YouTube censors those conversations.
I think the big challenge is people making definitive claims when... I think definitive claims are the worst thing.
Well, I shouldn't say the worst thing, but I think they're not good.
I don't know exactly what's going on or what's causing it, and there's no way I can.
In solving the problem, we should say there are a few things to consider.
One, COVID itself we know causes myocarditis, pericarditis.
It was causing lung issues, it was causing people to collapse.
That's an important discussion.
There's also the fact that we did a massive, what are we at, like 13 billion dose vaccine program, and there are questions right there.
Could it be something as simple as you give out 12 billion doses of a vaccine, you're going to see a few thousand cases of people with side effects because medication has side effects?
Perhaps.
I think it's extremely plausible, and I'd argue probably more plausible that COVID causes all of this stuff.
And it just makes the most, I don't know, makes the most sense.
But again, again, Not a doctor.
Don't know.
Are we gonna get the research out of here?
Out of all of this stuff?
Man, I don't know.
But take a look at this.
One thing I can say for sure is that there is something going on.
And we can all see it.
LeBron James and his family are 50-50 on Bronny starting classes at USC later this month as the 18-year-old recovers from his cardiac arrest and any basketball decision is a conversation for the future.
Alright.
I know I've discussed this before, but let's break it down.
Conspiracy theory time.
Obviously, you have tons of people online saying the vaccine caused this.
I don't know that's true, and I don't think they know that's true.
I think the reason they do is because they're seeing a widespread... They're seeing many stories about people collapsing on the field, young people suffering heart attacks.
Then they're seeing the corporate press say, climate change is causing us.
distrust, point one. Mass vaccination program, point two.
People then draw conclusions. Many of these athletes were forced to get vaccinated to play,
therefore. But I don't think jumping to the conclusion is the appropriate way to handle this. Of
course, you're seeing a lot of correlation between people who have suffered myocarditis,
pericarditis, cardiac arrest, etc.
and those who got vaccinated.
They basically gave everyone the vaccine.
I think something like 70% of people got it.
So, the data pool is tainted in that regard.
You can't just say that proves it.
I'm not saying it's wrong.
I'm just saying, consider this.
I'll tell you what I think.
I think there's a strong possibility.
Let's take the lightest approach here.
Anthony Fauci, according to one claim, there were emails where apparently Fauci was suspicious of the Wuhan lab saying they may be doing gain-of-function research.
The question is, this was Rand Paul's criminal referral, did Fauci intentionally fund gain-of-function research, sending money to EcoHealth Alliance, which then transferred funds to the Wuhan lab, which then performed gain-of-function research, which then essentially created COVID?
That's a lot of speculation, but there's a trail of breadcrumbs which leads people to believe that's likely the case, including the U.S.
government believes that the Wuhan lab was performing gain-of-function research, which is the most likely outcome for COVID.
The question is, did Fauci intentionally fund it?
Intentionally or not, he did.
I should say the institution he was in charge of, the NAAID at the NIH, they were funding this.
Simply put, these stories could be emerging because COVID itself, with its novel components, things that people were shocked by, is causing this damage.
I mean, I think it really is that simple.
And then your conspiracy theory would be Anthony Fauci funded gain-of-function research.
It was extremely dangerous and reckless.
A virus was produced in a lab, which ultimately ended up causing very serious side effects like myocarditis, pericarditis, cardiac arrest, etc.
Cardiac arrest, of course, coming from myocarditis or pericarditis.
But again, it's all just speculation, man.
I really don't know.
I really don't know.
I want to pull up some tweets for you.
So we know about LeBron James.
About his son.
We're now learning about KJ Hamler.
We've got this right here.
This is Yosuke Watanuke.
He collapsed.
Check this out.
He was forced to retire.
Apparently he was having trouble breathing.
Now hold on.
You see, this is another thing.
People immediately will jump on this one and they're going to say, why is this happening?
You don't... This is a breathing issue.
We have no idea.
COVID caused breathing issues, right?
I think that's a fair point.
Again, I'm not trying to tell you to believe one thing or another.
I'm just trying to say, we need to open up this conversation to figure out, is this anomalous?
Is this something serious?
Because if something is going on that's causing people to suffer these ailments, then we need to stop it.
And there's got to be a legitimate effort to do so.
Let's see what we got here.
DeMar Hamlin is a little scared as the Buffalo Bill safety participates in first padded practice
since cardiac arrest.
Yo, LeBron James' 18-year-old son had a heart attack?
DeMar Hamlin, 25, had- I'm sorry, I shouldn't say heart attack.
They're different.
Heart attack and- I believe a heart attack is myocardial infarction.
And that's where, like, the heart doesn't get enough oxygen, something gets cut off, and then part of it dies or something like that.
Whereas cardiac arrest is quite literally heart stopped.
What could cause the heart to just abruptly stop?
Man, I don't have any answers for you.
But let's do this!
I'm gonna argue with some people on the internet!
Argue with some people on the internet.
And, uh, I think I'll start with, uh, what do we have here?
Alright, I think we have, uh, uh, we'll start with this tweet from Brett Weinstein.
And we'll talk about medical treatment and what's going on.
We have this tweet from Alex Berenson.
Alex Berenson has been heavily critical of COVID vaccines.
He said, I have read the RCTs.
They're well-constructed and universally show ivermectin is useless.
Further, ivermectin is a great antiparasitic, but has no plausible mechanism of action against COVID.
Thus, clinical results in theory align.
The end.
I gotta be honest, I lean towards agreeing with Alex Berenson on this issue.
Brett Weinstein said, Faith that Ivermectin doesn't work is bizarre in 2023.
The big RCTs were designed to fail.
If you read and understood them, if you read and understood them, you know it.
And means, motive, and opportunity for the sabotage are all clear.
We discussed the motive, the vaccine EUAs on Dark Horse back in May of 21.
Alex Berenson responded, Why were they designed to fail?
Why did the researchers running the studies hope they would fail?
And Brett says, I don't understand your confusion, Alex.
The mRNA vaccine platform is incredibly lucrative.
It is also inherently unsafe.
Emergency use authorization requires there to be no safe and approved alternative, so Ivermectin had to fail.
Okay, well, I'll just simply respond to that by saying, uh, Brett Weinstein is an evolutionary biologist.
Think he's a smart fella.
I don't believe he's a medical doctor.
All I can really tell you is, As I always do, please do not take medical advice from podcasts or podcasters and talk to your personal medical profession.
I had a guy last night ask me for financial advice on the Members Only Show.
He's like, what should we do to store value?
I was like, nope!
You know what the simple answer is?
I get a lot of people being like, Tim's trying not to run afoul of the rules on YouTube.
Fair point to a certain degree.
I don't want to get sued by telling people to engage in financial or medical practices.
It's that simple.
I'm not gonna pretend to know.
I don't know.
Well, let's entertain this and I'll tell you what I think.
So, you know, he says Ivermectin's incredibly lucrative.
Emergency use authorization requires there to be no safe and approved alternative, so Ivermectin had to fail.
This.
Makes.
No.
Sense.
Sorry, man.
This is the one that really grinds my gears.
It just makes no sense.
I don't know where this argument came from, and I don't get why not a single person pushing it has stopped to even think about the logic here.
Let's stop.
Go from the beginning.
The vaccine got an emergency use authorization.
The argument is, if there was an alternative treatment, they couldn't have it.
Okay, but there was an alternative treatment.
There were several.
Remdesivir was one, and so were monoclonal antibodies.
Many people say, but those were very expensive.
That doesn't change anything.
The vaccine was also expensive, but it was subsidized by government.
Government could have subsidized monoclonal antibodies.
Oh wait, they did in many circumstances.
Don't get me wrong, I think Maryland did some weird racist thing where it was like white people weren't at the back of the line to get it.
And there were also, I don't know if there was subsidy for Remdesivir, but there were three EUA treatments.
They could have given Ivermectin an emergency use authorization that would not have taken away the EUA from any other treatment.
I don't get this argument.
Now, I believe it was Alex Stein who says, yes, but Ivermectin is cheap.
Those other treatments are expensive, okay?
They could have required, they could have required that ivermectin only be administered after the vaccine or after monoclonal antibody, in conjunction with They could have said, the approved treatment requires both.
They could have done this.
And the fact that Ivermectin never received EUA didn't matter.
Because Ivermectin is already FDA approved for treating parasites.
Meaning, if a doctor wanted to prescribe it, they could!
unidentified
You did not need an EUA!
tim pool
It's the craziest thing ever.
If you go to a doctor, I'll tell you this, I went to a doctor.
The doctor gave me a prescription.
I got monoclonal antibodies.
It was approved by the FDA.
I don't, I don't get it.
I got it.
It helped me.
The doctor then wanted me to follow up with a couple other things, including, I think it was steroids and ivermectin.
And I said, I don't think I need it.
Doctor said, just do what I recommend.
And I was like, okay, fine, sure, whatever.
So hold on.
The doctor prescribed to me the treatment plan.
And this one, don't get me wrong, expensive.
But the treatment plan, not a prevention plan, which was what the vaccine was supposed to be.
This is what they were marketing as vaccine was preventative.
Treatment!
Something different was monoclonal antibodies followed by ivermectin.
That's what my doctor prescribed.
I'm not saying it worked.
I don't know.
The monoclonal antibodies seem to have worked.
Alex Berenson responded.
This is a common fantasy from ivermectin fans about the EUA issue, not potential mRNA risks.
Legally, U.S.
FDA had flexibility once an emergency is declared.
Once Pfizer put out its 95% RCT results in 2020, those jabs weren't getting to the market, period.
The upshot is that ivermectin's presence or absence made no difference to the mRNAs.
Pfizer, Moderna, US FDA couldn't have cared less.
I agree.
I really don't understand the ivermectin argument.
Let's, uh, I'll give you another one.
I'm going to elaborate on what I was saying.
The issue with EUA for the vaccine is that the vaccine was new.
These different vaccines were new.
I believe that like J&J was taken off the market.
I'm not sure I could be wrong.
It's been a while.
I think AstraZeneca was never allowed in the U.S.
and there are side effect concerns with the other ones, but that's all on the CDC website.
You can check that out and again talk to a doctor.
The issue with those is that in order to receive them, they have to be FDA approved or emergency authorized.
Meaning, there's no other way to get them.
Doctors can't prescribe them.
They are not approved.
So they got EUA.
Thus, vaccines were allowed to be given out.
Monoclonal antibodies were allowed to be given out.
You may be saying, but what about ivermectin, Tim?
Why didn't they prescribe or give that an EUA or approval?
Because as I mentioned, Ivermectin is already FDA approved for treating parasites, river blindness, and worms, I guess, or whatever.
And if a doctor wanted to prescribe it, they could.
Now don't get me wrong, there were a lot of doctors that refused, but now we're talking more so about a media narrative than anything else.
You had people coming out, you have Alex Berenson coming out saying they don't think it does anything.
I gotta be completely honest, I'm one of those people as well.
I think the ivermectin thing was completely overhyped.
When Brett Weinstein says that emergency use authorization requires that it be no safe or approved alternative, so ivermectin had to fail, that's a fair point in terms of they couldn't say it did anything, I suppose, because it already was available for prescription.
But I don't think that answers as to why there were multiple EUAs for things like monoclonal antibodies, etc, etc.
You get my point?
My point is, they could have just said, Ivermectin seems to have limited use case.
This is the weird thing about this argument, in my opinion.
That it takes this approach that humans The law is a rigid, logical system with no flexibility at all.
And that's the point that Alex Berenson is making.
They have absolute flexibility once an emergency is declared.
They could have said, we have some studies that are promising, but we think we need, you know, this, that, or otherwise.
We need there to be vaccine approval, because vaccine and ivermectin are totally different.
One is preventative, one may be treatment.
They could have said something to that effect.
But that's not what happened.
I think the reality is, when I started looking at all the data, I heard a lot of arguments, I saw a lot of data, and I said, I don't understand what the basis is for this.
If the argument from Brett Weinstein is the studies failed because people wanted to make money, I can say, okay, maybe you're right.
But I can only say this.
Then there's no studies saying otherwise!
Simply put.
You can't argue it did work if there are no studies.
You can argue the studies were sabotaged.
I hear ya, I guess.
But that still makes no argument as to why you think that treatment did work.
I don't know, everybody tells me I'm wrong and all that stuff.
All I can tell you is this.
People are suffering issues right now.
I'd like to know what's causing it.
How do we get those trials?
How do we test for this?
We need to start looking at data compared to people who got COVID and people who didn't get COVID.
People who got vaccine and never got COVID.
People who got COVID and never got the vaccine.
That's when we can start breaking this down and get to the root of what is happening around us.
And that's what matters.
Because if star athletes keep collapsing on the fields and you don't address it, things are gonna get crazy.
Now, I will end this by saying, I don't know.
I'm not a doctor.
I'm not a scientist.
I can only ask logical questions based on what these prominent personalities are saying as to why I disagree and why I'd like more answers.
I don't trust Fauci.
I think he lied under oath.
I don't trust what's coming out of the U.S.
government.
I don't trust it.
I found a doctor I trusted.
They seemed to have helped me.
Monoclonal antibodies.
Helped me get over it.
Seriously, within a matter of hours.
And that was EUA approved.
I can't even say... They gave me ivermectin.
I don't know if it did anything.
I just... I did not see it.
I really didn't.
But, again, to stress, the most important thing here is not whether you and I are debating, or anyone is debating, vaccines, efficacy, and ivermectin, and monoclonals.
It's a question about what is causing pericarditis, myocarditis, people collapsing on the field, cardiac arrest, because it seems that we're seeing more of it than ever.
Perhaps the issue is that the media is reporting it more than ever.
That could be a reality.
But I went on Google and I did a time search where I said before December of 2019, cardiac arrest, myocarditis.
I looked at this.
Limited stories.
Once every few months.
Now it seems like we're getting stories like this, and died suddenly stories, quite a bit.
I'd like to know what's causing it definitively.
Some would argue vaccines or whatever.
I don't know about that.
Some would argue COVID.
Honestly, that seems very plausible to me.
And again, I'll stress, you think this was made in a lab as a bioweapon or whoever or whatever else?
I don't know.
I was talking to Roseanne and she said, I think, yeah, maybe that.
I'm like, right, like, look, COVID could be doing it!
I'll just put it this way.
We need to have a conversation about it.
This should be a big, major, trending topic of conversation.
Resources should be going into this.
Because if it is COVID, I think we should know about it.
And what if it is?
And we do nothing?
I don't know, man.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I'm not a doctor.
But I see this dude getting cut from the Broncos and I'm just like, damn, man.
That's not normal, is it?
So what is it?
I don't know.
I don't.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 4 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out and I'll see you all then.
This quotes, if Rogan is truly interested in focusing on who instigated the January
6th riots, Epps' lawyer said, he would find more truth in looking at the mirror.
That's right, ladies and gentlemen, the lawyer for Ray Epps is essentially accusing Joe Rogan
of playing, for one, of instigating January 6th, or we can say it as having more in common.
Instigated January 6, then the guy who is on camera telling people to go inside the building in the Capitol building.
That is incredible.
Joe Rogan wouldn't even have Donald Trump on his show and still hasn't.
What an amazing, amazing timeline that we are in.
The Daily Beast reports Ray Epps, the former Trump acolyte at the center of wild right-wing conspiracy theories about January 6th, is pushing back against the absurdity of podcaster Joe Rogan's claim that he clearly instigated the Capitol riots and helped the federal government orchestrate a false flag.
During a broadcast of the Joe Rogan experiment last week, Okay, did Joe change the name of his show and I missed it?
This is the quality of reporting you get with the Daily Beast.
It's the Joe Rogan experience.
Thank you very much.
They say the conspiracy-peddling comic once again pushed the unfound claim that Epps was an undercover agent for the FBI who purposely incited MAGA supporters to storm the Capitol in an effort to damage then-President Donald Trump.
Okay, well, what we know is there have been a few court filings.
Now, whether or not this is definitive proof, that's a different question.
But there have been a few court filings about dozens of informants.
The Proud Boys, I think, said 40 or so informants on the ground, video camera footage of them saying, let's go, keep going, things like that, pushing people forward.
You then have Ray Epps.
On camera, telling people to go in the building, tons of videos of it, storming on the front line of the Capitol grounds, and for some reason he was never charged or arrested.
Now, that doesn't mean he's an informant.
It doesn't mean that he's an agent.
He could be cooperating witness, and he was naming names.
There's a lot of things it could be.
But Joe Rogan brings that up.
It is, in my opinion, fair to say that Ray Epps instigated the events of January 6th.
I'm not saying his sole responsibility.
I'm not saying he works for the government or anything like that.
I don't know.
All I can say is this.
The dude's on camera telling people to go into the Capitol.
To go in.
Dude is at the front line when they breach the Capitol grounds.
They then did not prosecute him.
I'm not surprised people think he was working with the government.
I have no evidence to suggest that he was, other than circumstantial evidence such as he was not criminally charged.
But to be fair, that could also just point to the fact that he was originally, my understanding is he was originally listed as wanted, and then they took him off the list, he never got charged.
Sounds like a cooperating witness.
Sounds like he immediately just spilled the beans and said, I'll do anything you say.
See, here's what happens.
A bunch of these guys on January 6 were told they could take plea agreements where they'd serve no jail time if they blame Donald Trump.
It seems like there were government agents, law enforcement, trying to get Trump supporters to turn on Trump for some kind of benefit.
Could it be, my friends, that Ray Apps was meant to serve a purpose and the reason he was not criminally charged is because he cut a deal?
I think that's the, that's, Occam's razor in my opinion suggests, not that this guy's an agent, but that he cut a deal of some sort.
They probably said, we want you to denounce Trump, we want you to blame him for this, and then you won't serve any jail time.
We know that other guys were offered this deal, some refused it.
Ray Epps, if this is a circumstance that happened to him, I think he would take, he likely took the deal considering what's happening.
I'll tell you another conspiracy.
Because this is the problem with conspiracies.
You can come up with a million reasons why a thing happens.
How about the government intentionally ignored Ray Epps to create a conspiracy theory?
See, I don't know, right?
It could all be crazy.
They say... Here's the quote.
Here's the quote.
The Jan 6 thing is bad, but also the intelligence agencies were involved in provoking people
into the Capitol building.
That's a fact.
Rogan declared before invoking unfounded theories about Epps' supposed involvement in ginning
up violence.
We know this from a court filing in which it is purported 40 informants were involved
in the Proud Boys case.
To what degree that is intelligence agencies provoking people into the Capitol building?
You know, this is interesting because Rogan said that's a fact.
It's actually an opinion statement because, legally speaking, what does it mean to provoke someone in the building?
Did Joe say that Someone walked up with a badge and said, you sir, you should go do this thing.
Could it have been like two days before an intelligence agent said, I think that sounds like a good idea, or keep going, keep going.
The idea of provoking someone to the building can be the very, very light, but the statement still stands true.
Quote, so Jim Gaffigan asked him, we talked about this the other day, I don't know, but I do know that every other, I think every other person who was involved in January 6th, who was involved in coordinating the breaking of the Capitol, and then instigating people, they were all arrested.
This guy wasn't.
Not only that, but they were defending him in the New York Times, the Washington Post, all these different things, saying Fox News is unjustly accused of him instigating when he clearly instigated.
He did it on camera.
I don't know if he was a Fed.
I know a lot of people think he was a Fed.
And it's for that reason.
Why did the corporate press immediately rush to his defense?
Now, I'll tell you another interesting thing about January 6.
There's a video of guys walking up to the door, and they're pointing to it from the inside, and the door gets opened.
The only way to open the door is with a mag lock release.
It's a very, very common door lock.
It's a high-powered magnet, really hard to open.
And so, you press a button which kills the electrical current, which then opens the door.
That apparently happened.
We don't know why that happened, or who did it, or who opened the door.
We know cops were fanning people in.
One guy got acquitted because the cops were fanning people in.
You want to call that law enforcement provoking people down to the Capitol?
That is a fact.
So let's go back.
Let's talk about this.
Joe Rogan said intelligence agencies were involved in provoking people into the Capitol.
I'll say this.
I don't know if that's absolutely true.
I can say it's a fact that law enforcement provoked people to enter the Capitol.
How do we know this?
It is a fact that police officers were waving people like this.
Now, the argument they make is the cop was waving to other cops.
Make the argument.
Someone was acquitted because of it.
On video, you can see the cops go on like this, waving, and he goes in.
You can see cops open the door and say, I disagree with it, but I respect it.
You can see cops taking selfies with people.
If that's not law enforcement inviting or provoking people in, I don't know what is.
They go on to say that Rogan signed this contract, blah, blah, blah.
The FBI says Ray Epps has never been an FBI source or an FBI employee.
And staffers for the House Select Committee to investigate the January 6th attacks said there's no evidence that Epps was involved in planning or engineering the riots.
Okay, wait, that makes no sense.
He's yelling at people to go into the Capitol.
Once again, it sounds like a fact statement.
It's an opinion statement.
What does engineering mean?
Oh, no, no, no, they mean like, you know, a longer plan other than just telling people to do things.
He has never been an FBI source or employee.
You see, that's the problem.
And I think they do this on purpose.
If he was truly not involved in any way with the FBI, then they would say this.
Ray Epps has zero involvement and communication with the FBI outside of our efforts to bring people to justice for the events of January 6.
He has not been an employee of, a source.
He has not been an informant.
He has not provided anything or communicated with the FBI in any way.
We have nothing to do with this guy.
Have a nice day.
You just, you'd lay it out there.
Source or employee?
What does source mean?
What does employee mean?
Oh, no, he was a contractor.
Is that what they're trying to say?
Ah, you see, that's the game they play.
He wasn't a source or an employee.
He was a contractor.
I'm not saying he was.
I'm saying you see how they do these weasel words?
They're going to mention that Epps, a former member of the Oath Keepers, voted for Trump twice and believed the election was rigged, said he was forced to sell his home and move to a remote trailer park due to death threats he's received over the conspiracy theory.
He also blames Fox News peddling, blah blah blah.
And he's apparently going to be suing Fox News.
That was a big story.
And that revealed that he may actually be criminally charged.
They announced in that lawsuit that he was going to be criminally charged.
And that Ray Epps' lawyer said in the filing, it's because of Fox News.
It's not.
I think Tucker Carlson... I don't know that Tucker Carlson directly claimed he was.
I think Tucker Carlson said similar things that Joe Rogan said in that, why wasn't he arrested?
You know, what was going on?
I think we gotta be careful.
Because you can fall into these pit traps they set.
Turns out Ray Apps had nothing to do with it and the reason they didn't prosecute him was because they want you to turn on him and create infighting.
You ever see... Have you guys seen Sound of Freedom yet?
You should watch Sound of Freedom.
Let me tell you a story.
When they go to the island in Sound of Freedom, there's the guy they call the Don.
Jim Caviezel's character, Tim Ballard, he calls it in and he says, don't cuff the short, fat guy.
Why?
When they're all getting arrested, they take the fat guy, the Don, pat him on the back and walk him away as they all get arrested, and then Jim Caviezel says, your guy sold us out.
They intentionally didn't cuff the guy to make the other criminals think he had ratted on them.
When in fact, it was a sting from the get-go.
You don't know the games they're playing.
Epps could have just been some bumbling idiot who called for people to do this and then was sweating bullets wondering if he'd ever be prosecuted.
And the feds intentionally ignored him knowing this would all happen.
And Joe Rogan would say these things.
I'm not saying Epps is innocent.
I got no idea.
I'm just saying, consider all.
In the meantime, I love that they're claiming Joe Rogan instigated January 6th.
That one is just chef's kiss.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 6 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out and we'll see you all then.
Yes, you read that title correctly.
A young man who was reading the Bible through an amp was arrested by police without warning.
Now many are saying it's a free speech violation.
I agree, it is.
The real issue is, or I should say the technical issue, is not that this young man was reading the Bible, but that he was using an amplifier.
He received no warning, and from the video we can discern a couple things.
They had been speaking earlier, On this grass in this park.
They were told not to.
One man says they were told to stand out here and they would be okay.
The police then come and arrest this young man anyway.
You know why this is important?
Because this is something that many activists, protesters have experienced quite a bit.
And conservatives keep saying, back the blue, baby!
And I'm warning you, not today.
Now, we got a lot of fans who watch the show who are in law enforcement.
Many of you, I think, are good people.
And they are very, very fine people, if you know what I'm saying.
But the problem is, Stories like this.
This took place in Wisconsin.
To all the good cops, what do you do to deal with the crooked cops?
And how do we figure out who gets funding and who doesn't?
It's not so simple.
The reality is, cops are people.
And there are good people and there are bad people.
That's it.
The idea of blindly hating cops or blindly supporting cops is the issue I'm trying to bring up.
You shouldn't blindly back the blue, and you shouldn't blindly defund police.
But something needs to be done to deal with these problems, and I think they're cultural.
Here's how I solve this problem.
These police officers who arrested this young man?
Yeah.
Don't allow them in your stores.
They come in for a cup of coffee, you say, get out.
Not all cops.
Not every cop.
You cop walks in and says, hey, I heard that some young man was preaching the Bible and he got arrested by your department.
What's up with that?
And if the cop says, well, he shouldn't have been out.
Out now.
If the cop says it was wrong, those other officers shouldn't have done it, you say?
Would you like a cup of coffee, sir?
You see my point?
Individuals doing right are wrong.
Let's play this video and you can see exactly what went down.
unidentified
...serve one another.
Let me... For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this, you shall love your neighbor as yourself.
But if you bind and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another.
What is the problem?
They say we can speak out here on the sidewalk freely.
Nobody told us that.
You didn't give him any warning, you just grabbed the mic.
No, this is the same one that we had earlier.
Yeah, that was in there. It was not out here. What is wrong with you?
What are you doing?
Let it go, you guys have been warned.
They say we can speak out here on the sidewalk freely.
You can speak but there's no amplified devices.
tim pool
Nobody told us that.
He says you can speak but no amplified devices and the guy filming says nobody told us that.
unidentified
How come there's no amplification?
You guys are acting like thugs, man.
You're acting like straight up thugs.
He has every right to be out here engaging in speech.
He has every right to be out here engaging in speech.
There's cars driving by with their radios playing, that's amplified sound.
People are standing out here with radios, that's amplified sound.
tim pool
And there he goes, being taken away and arrested for using an amplifier.
Now I think the reality is he's being arrested for preaching, and the amplifier's an excuse, because as the guy speaking, who's filming, mentions, there are cars driving by playing sounds.
And that's the reality.
You go out in the street, and you'll see a dude with an amp playing the guitar.
No problem.
You'll see a dude with the boombox on his shoulder walking down the street.
I mean, not literally, but people walk down the street playing music all the time in cities.
Not a problem.
You engage in speech.
Political speech, religious speech, using an amp, all of a sudden they got a problem.
That's why I think it is targeting people based on their speech.
Because a car drives by, nobody cares?
That you get your radio playing in the car, you pull up your car, you park, you blast the radio, what are they gonna say?
Nothing!
Nobody does anything!
If you called the cops, and said a guy parked his car, and he's blasting the radio, they're gonna say, and?
But here's this guy, he gets arrested.
Take a look at this story.
Illinois ending cash bail, a backdoor defund movement that will spark police exodus experts.
Law eliminating cash bail in Illinois to take effect September 18th.
I don't care.
I really don't.
I'll tell you why.
Two reasons.
I'm in the camp of, I won't lean towards defending police officers.
I think it's stupid to condemn all cops.
Obviously, that's nuts.
But I'm of the position where it's just like, I'd rather just solve my own problems.
I think the police, as an institution, at this point, are causing more problems.
Let me explain.
What I mean to say is, you can't defend yourself.
You'll be arrested.
The criminals don't get arrested.
It happens too often.
Therein lies a serious problem.
If the cops will arrest you for defending yourself, but they won't stop the criminals, what is the purpose of the cops?
They're effectively bad guys.
That is the issue.
So here's what I would rather have at this point.
A backdoor defund movement.
Yeah, crime will go up.
But the only reason that's a problem is because police will arrest you for defending yourself.
Imagine there were no cops.
Imagine you had no choice but to defend yourself.
Ain't nobody gonna arrest you for defending yourself.
Okay, there you go.
End of story.
Somebody tries to rob you, you protect yourself.
You could be out in New York, Chicago, LA right now and someone comes to mug you.
Someone threatens your life and if you defend yourself, they'll arrest you.
There's that story I was talking about the other day.
Actually, was this the other day, or was this, uh, this might be... Okay, this is a story I've got coming up, actually, on Friday, because I record these segments early.
There was a dude in, um, in D.C., in Dulles, in Leesburg, and a YouTube pranker went up to him, shoved the phone in his face, the guy swatted him away, the guy does it again, pulls out a gun, the guy then defends himself.
They arrest the guy.
This is the problem with police right now.
Dude preaching on the sidewalk?
Arrested.
Criminals?
No cash bail, free to go.
And they say, this is going to lead to a police exodus.
Fine.
Because these cops seem more willing to enforce petty infractions than actual crimes.
And they'll make the argument, but we're not allowed to!
Then why enforce the petty stuff?
Because it's easy.
A cop will pull you over and give you a speeding ticket or a ticket for a headlight being out you don't even know about.
You'll get pulled over.
You'll say, is there a problem?
Your taillight's out.
Oh, I'm sorry.
It must have just happened.
I checked earlier and there was no problem.
Say, I don't care.
Here's a ticket.
Now you got to pay for the new headlight and the fine.
But what about when you've got criminals running through the streets?
Nah, cops won't do anything.
So, you know what?
What do I care at this point?
Conservatives should be warned.
Blindly supporting police gets you this.
This kid, I'll tell you what should happen.
You want to make the argument the kid should have been using an amplifier?
unidentified
Okay.
tim pool
You walk up.
This cop grabs the kid right away.
Why?
Walk up and say, You gotta turn the amp off.
We won't warn you again.
Turn the amp off or we take the amp from you.
Instead, what do the cops do?
Arrest this young man without warning.
And you know what they're gonna say in court?
They're gonna say, ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it.
What was he doing?
This is why the far left created the mic check, the people's mic.
Because in New York City, and it's well beyond New York, but I think it became more widespread with Occupy Wall Street, you weren't allowed to use bullhorns or amps.
The cops were like, we'll arrest you.
So they would go, mic check.
Everybody then yells, mic check.
Then you yell.
Then everyone yells the same thing.
It doesn't work, mind you.
The people's mic is one of the stupidest things ever, in my opinion, because typically what would happen is we'd be standing on the streets, and then somebody would yell, mic check, and then yell something, and then people would be like, what are they saying?
I can't tell what they're saying, because everyone's just yelling, and it's like a cacophony of nonsense.
And then they would do this thing where they would do this ripple mic check, where if the crowd was too big, they would say, everybody say it three times, because then you have the first wave, second wave, third wave, everyone's saying it.
Unfortunately for the people who were engaging that, it also served as a weird hypnotic mind control kind of thing.
Yeah, true story.
Where people are just mindlessly repeating things that are being said to them and then they just believe it.
But this is the reality of defund the police.
You defund the police, you get more crime.
But I will say it again.
Here's this story from Fox News.
Crime shot up.
San Francisco Police Union chief blames defund movement for city's lawlessness.
No.
I think it's the entirety of the government.
If you were allowed to defend yourself and defend your property, we'd have no issue.
You would not need to worry about crime.
How is it that crime is up in San Francisco?
Is it because there's no police?
Well, it's partly because police can't stop the criminals, but they can stop you.
And therein lies the double-edged sword and the real conundrum.
So long as police are willing to arrest you for defending yourself, crime will keep going up.
The criminals will be allowed to run rampant, and you will be arrested for doing anything about it.
Couple weeks ago, couple months ago, we were skating in Hagerstown, and someone told us that the previous night, a group of kids came and robbed a guy.
And the cops told them, if you stop these kids, we will arrest you for assault and battery.
And then the kids asked the cops, why don't you stop these guys?
Say, we're not allowed to.
That, my friends, is the police being evil.
And they know it.
And they don't care.
So back the blue, baby, and then you'll get arrested for free speech.
Next segment's coming up tonight at 8 p.m.

Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
The dissenters campaign is now being accused of deep faking me?
Okay, this one's a doozy of a fun conspiracy theory for all of you, my friends.
And it starts here at the beginning, with a video put out by a Twitter account called Kaladin Free, in which they deepfake my voice rather poorly, by the way.
And we've talked about this, strangely, the voice deepfake programs can't seem to get my voice at all.
It's kind of weird, I don't know, don't ask me why.
But, uh, I just talk like a weirdo, I suppose.
And it's because I tweeted that Ron DeSantis should have fired Christina Pushaw.
Why?
Well, a new story has emerged, two of them.
Notably, from Semaphore, by Dave Weigel and Shelby Talcott, about the secret meme campaign behind the scenes of the DeSantis camp.
Why is it that people assume this individual tweeting this deepfake of me is actually working for the DeSantis campaign?
Well, In this story, we learn a lot about what was really going on behind the scenes with Ron DeSantis' campaign.
And it pisses me off.
It pisses me off a lot.
Ron DeSantis, man, he was my guy.
I wanted to vote for him.
Never been a Republican, not interested in the Republican Party for the most part, but Ron DeSantis was doing a great job in Florida.
So I said all last year, even up to earlier this year, that I'd rather have Ron DeSantis.
However, Trump came out with this Schedule F thing, he wanted to fire people, and I said, I'm kind of leaning towards Trump just because he's going to fire people.
I mean, that's really it.
Ultimately, Christina Pescea, who is basically Ron DeSantis' go-to rapid response guy, has started setting fires everywhere, destroying the DeSantis campaign.
In serious ways, attacking allies and causing problems.
Pescea has promoted the account in question, and according to the report from Semaphore, They were actually... Let me show you this, alright?
Do you know about the Sonnenrad Black Sun video that was put out by the DeSantis campaign?
It was.
Axios reported DeSantis team fires aide who secretly made video with a Nazi symbol.
They fired the guy.
Many people said this guy was scapegoated, but then, according to Axios, they say that the dude actually made the video.
And according to Semaphore, let me read this.
They say, the secret chat in Signal, an encrypted messaging app,
offers the first clear look into the war room that has defined the Florida
governor's candidacy and is presided over by his high profile and
confrontational director of rapid response, Christina Pasha.
The correspondence obtained by Semaphore also offers a glimpse of a strategy
that mixes digital aggression and unsuccessful attempts to keep the campaigns on activity
unidentified
secret.
tim pool
The messages were said to disappear after one week.
Screenshots of the War Room chat reviewed by Semaphore included staffers praising a widely derided and since-deleted video originally posted on an anonymous account, Ron DeSantis FanCams, that included a version of the Sonnenrad, a symbol associated with Nazi Germany.
Quote, This belongs in the Smithsonian, wrote Kyle Lamb, the campaign's director of research and data, before the video blew up in the campaign's face.
He was among the 38 staffers laid off in recent weeks amid a campaign reset.
Messages viewed by Semaphore also show members of the War Room group actively sharing images to put in the video while it was in the editing process.
Though not the sun and red symbol that was in the final version.
Pushaw used the Signal Group to spread content to anonymous allies, the chat shows.
She told junior staffers they should keep making meme videos, while other aides also said they wanted to push out more videos, according to the person familiar with the campaign.
The chat included other senior staffers among its dozen-plus members, including Press Secretary Brian Griffin.
Again, according to Semaphore, they were making these videos, sending them off to third-party accounts to post, and then claim it wasn't actually them.
I then get sent this video from Free on Twitter.
Kaladin Free.
This is the account of the individual.
You can see it here.
Christian, conservative, husband, father, independent, former Republican, Free agent, not affiliated with any campaign, break the cult, followed by a bunch of people, including Harmeet Dhillon.
And there's the image.
What is being said by those online is that this is actually an account proxy for the DeSantis campaign.
I'm not convinced that's the case.
My argument is actually this is a pro-Trump account masquerading as a DeSantis account because there's only one thing this video could do.
The TimCast IRL audience is, uh, my audience, many of you, largely moderate, disaffected liberals and more moderate-leaning Trump supporters.
The diehard Trump supporters aren't the biggest fans of me.
They call me names all the time because I never supported the Trump election narrative.
Still don't.
Many of these people insult me over my stances on, like, say, vaccines or things like this.
And we know from polling that we typically have a centrist, middle-of-the-road audience that leans slightly more to the right than the left, but does include many disaffected liberals.
This is a huge base that DeSantis' campaign needs.
Many of you, and I know you all are saying it, comment below, let me know your thoughts on this.
Based on our internal data, y'all are the ones DeSantis needs to win to win the primary and to win a general.
So why attack me and insult me?
Let me play a little bit of the video for you, just so you can hear.
I can't- Okay, like, a lot of people are pointing out it doesn't really sound like me because it's weird for AI.
It's like, it's hard for them to get my voice.
But what is the purpose of this video that is just insulting me?
For one, it says we gotta keep up the Republicans losing or whatever, as if I'm a Republican.
As if I like the Republican Party.
Never did, still don't, I think they're all trash.
Except for, like, Matt Gaetz.
And Matt Gaetz is based on... What is he trying to do?
I can't remember what he saw.
Oh yeah, he's trying to get rid of USAID.
Man, Matt Gaetz, keep doing what you're doing, man.
Absolutely amazing.
Uh, Matt Gaetz sitting out of the park.
Uh, Donald Trump's gonna fire a bunch of people.
That's kinda why I wanna- I would wanna vote for him.
And Ron DeSantis, I think, did really well on culture war issues.
But, uh, never been a big fan of the Republican Party as a whole.
So when they say, uh, we're gonna keep up them losing, I'm like, what's the point of this video?
Okay, well, here's- here's my assessment.
There's only one thing this video can do.
It's going to generate negative attention for Ron DeSantis among moderate voters and weaken his chances of winning the primary.
It would seem that the real goal of this video is to make sure Trump does win.
Unless, of course, you want to make the argument that Christina Pasha is just extremely bad at her job.
You know what?
That may be the simple answer.
I think Christina Pashaw should be fired.
After reading the Semaphore and Axios pieces, and I'm not a big fan of Dave Weigel, I don't trust the guy, nor do I entirely trust Axios, but we know that they've pushed these videos and we know that Christina Pashaw and others in the dissenters campaign have attacked other allies.
Starting fights for no reason, and it's been widely, and they've been widely criticized by moderates and conservatives alike for attacking their own friends and allies and creating enemies.
Why would DeSantis do this?
Well, I can tell you this.
Regardless of what the issue is, I'm told this account has promoted, uh, has been been promoted by Christina Pesceau.
And, uh, I don't know that's true.
I would- I- I ran the image through a deepfake detector, and Hugging Faces says, 80% artificial image, not a real person.
I don't know, maybe it's a real person, maybe it's not, but whatever, believe whatever you want to believe.
But I- I'm- I- I can't help but think, there's no way the DeSantis campaign is so stupid that they would intentionally destroy their chances unless that was always their goal.
It makes no sense.
It really doesn't.
To be fair, Occam's Razor suggests Ron DeSantis, the reason he's done well in Florida is because unobstructed.
He has a Republican legislature.
He can get these things done.
It's about it.
When it comes to actually leading a campaign, he won initially because Trump helped him win.
Narrowly, I might add.
In the last election, he wins by over a million votes.
Why?
Unobstructed.
Now, I'm a fan of the things he got done.
Could he get that done at the federal level?
I don't know.
I'm willing to vote for the guy.
I don't know if I would be anymore regardless of whether or not this is actually the DeSantis campaign trying to deepfake me because what we've already learned about his campaign through Axios and Semaphore is that Ron DeSantis has not fired the worst of the worst This guy, take a look at this, Axios says, Nate Hockman is fired, the guy who secretly made a video with Nazi symbol.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis fired an aide this week who secretly created and shared a pro-DeSantis video that featured, it featured the Sonnenrad spinning in Ron in front of it.
unidentified
How do you accidentally do that?
tim pool
Unless Ron DeSantis' campaign is all about just being Nazis, I guess.
How do you accidentally do it?
Well, clearly they didn't like it because they fired the guy, but why did they not fire Christina Pasha, who was organizing this?
It does not make sense.
The only solution I can see in the simple is that Ron DeSantis has no grasp on how to do this.
He won't fire the people who are burning his campaign to the ground, and therefore, he deserves to lose.
Now I hear all the time from the Santas supporters, he's the only one who can beat Biden, and I would have believed that last year, based on his track record.
He's going to deliver a lot of what Trump was promising, but with more tact, youth, and vigor.
But now we can see how Ron DeSantis handles his campaign, and it is bad!
unidentified
That's all I can say.
tim pool
I want to believe that the reality is, These are secretly Trump supporters false flagging DeSantis.
But Christina Pasha, who's leading the charge here, is not being fired.
Not to mention the other PR people, not to mention the deep fakes he's done before.
I can only just assume this is what the DeSantis campaign has to offer.
A lack of leadership, charisma, and capability.
In which case, any idea DeSantis puts forward is meaningless because the man clearly cannot execute.
Maybe that was the intention of making the video deepfaking me.
To get me to make a video about it to sink his campaign.
The one thing I can say is, you know, part of me fears being manipulated and used.
But the reality is that anybody can be manipulated.
If you think you're immune to manipulation, I got a bridge to sell you.
If people couldn't be manipulated, Coca-Cola wouldn't buy advertisements.
We're all susceptible.
So, what I end up thinking to myself is, what is the goal of that video?
Are they trying to get me to hurt DeSantis?
Or are they trying to help DeSantis?
I honestly don't know.
I really don't.
So all I can do is just bring up that idea and throw it to you and ask what you think.
I think most people will defer to the simple solution here.
And that is, the DeSantis campaign is wildly mismanaged and has been for some time.
And the end result is going to be his absolute and embarrassing failure.
And I'm bummed by it because I like DeSantis!
But it doesn't seem to matter.
And that's the weird thing about it.
When I defend the guy, his fans attack me.
When I criticize the guy, obviously his fans attack me.
There's no path forward.
It is either you are in the DeSantis cult, No matter what, or you are the enemy.
Okay, I guess.
Have a good day, I suppose?
And we'll see, because I'll tell you this.
I'm more inclined to vote for someone like Dave Smith over anybody else, and I've always been more of a third-party candidate type of guy.
But Donald Trump says he's gonna fire everybody.
That's all I can really ask for.
And his foreign policy was pretty good.
So we'll see.
It would be a real bummer if it turns out this is the DeSantis campaign just ignorantly and pathetically trying to win because it's just so stupid.
It's so stupid I have to imagine I'm like, someone's sabotaging this guy.
Ron DeSantis was doing so well.
He was polling so well.
And now he's just crashed and burned?
It has to be on purpose, right?
Whatever, man.
I suppose we'll see.
I'll leave it there.
