Elon Musk Drops PROOF Conservatives Were Targeted, Confirms Direct Election Meddling By Twitter

Elon Musk Drops PROOF Conservatives Were Targeted, Confirms Direct Election Meddling By Twitter --- Democrat Senator Sinema JUST QUIT In Blow To Biden Agenda, GOP Prepare Ballot Harvesting To Win 2024. Democrats only have ballot harvesting on their side and with the Republicans finally figuring it out Democrats are screwed in 2024. Kyrsten Sinema just declared she will be registered as an Independent and has quit the democrats. This move could pressure joe Manchin who is a democrat in an R + 39 state to finally switch to independent or even republicans. Biden and Democrats will now be unable to primary Sinema who in all likelihood knew she would quit the party years ago to prevent DNC manipulation. #democrats #republicans #biden Become A Member And Protect Our Work at http://www.timcast.com Learn more about your ad choices. Today is December 9th, 2022, and our first story.
Elon Musk confirms that Twitter was shadowbanning politicians while they were seeking re-election, directly interfering in elections.
And new evidence emerges in the Twitter files proving conservatives were being shadowbanned.
The deep state journalist shills are desperate to downplay this, but it's legit.
In our next story, Kirsten Sinema, the Democrat she has quit the Democratic Party.
The only reason Democrats are holding on is because of ballot harvesting.
Popular opinion is not on their side and Republicans have figured it out.
2024 is going to get interesting.
And in our last segment, the non-binary nuclear energy official in the Biden administration has had a felony warrant issued for stealing more luggage.
Yo, this country's breaking down.
Weird stuff's happening.
If you like the show, give us a good review, leave us five stars, and share the show with your friends.
Now, let's get into that first story.
Explosive new reporting coming out of the Twitter files last night from Barry Weiss.
We have this tweet that I want to highlight to get started.
Ian Miles Chong says, So here's a question for Elon Musk and Barry Weiss.
Were any political candidates either in the U.S.
or elsewhere subject to shadow banning while they were running for office or seeking reelection?
Elon Musk says, Yes.
There was a Twitter exchange between a former ranking employee, and he's using weasel words to try and deny what it is we know for a fact that they were doing, subverting elections, coordinating with the intel agencies, and I called him evil.
I called him evil.
He messaged me.
I won't show you the messages, but I'll give you the general idea.
He was just basically like, I can't believe you would say this about me.
And I said, you subverted elections.
You are evil people.
These people at Twitter were sitting there knowing people did not break any rules.
They then lied.
They claimed what, James O'Keefe was operating multiple accounts or something like that?
They claimed libs of TikTok publicly was suspended for violating hateful conduct, hateful policy, hateful conduct policy.
And then behind the scenes, they admitted that wasn't true.
These are deeply evil people.
They're sitting back behind the scenes saying, I know these people didn't do anything wrong, but you know what?
Screw them anyway.
They think they're smarter than you.
They think they're better than you.
They are the capital city in the Hunger Games, with the goofy haircuts chugging it back to keep gargling down their garbage while they laugh and say, but you're so stupid!
And I'm so much smarter than you.
It's frustrating, isn't it?
So let me show you.
Aside from the fact that we have this explosive revelation from Elon Musk, they were actively subverting elections.
Now you know.
We get this beautiful chain of events.
There's so much to go through.
But I love this one.
Glenn Greenwald.
Conservatives.
The reach of our tweets is being limited by a progressive Twitter workforce.
Dems.
That's an insane conspiracy theory.
Barry Weiss.
Here are the documents proving this.
Dems.
Everybody knew this already.
It's an all together now nothing burger.
Glenn Greenwald mentions, they did this with NSA documents, that they come out and they say, you know, you had, what was it, Bill Binney.
I think it was in the 2000s.
The NSA is spying on everybody, taking everything, just taking all your data, your phone calls.
They all said, that's not true.
They lied before Congress, even.
Who was it, the Director of National Intelligence?
I can't remember who.
Lied before Congress.
No, it's not happening.
We're not taking anything.
And then the Snowden documents get released.
And now there's hard proof.
Not just a whistleblower.
Bill Binney blew the whistle, but nobody did the documents.
And then they're like, look, they're doing it.
And these CIA, FBI journalists are just like, everybody knows that.
It's not even in news.
What are you talking about?
Let's go, baby!
Elon responded.
You're welcome.
Twitter won't be perfect in the future, but will be much better.
knowing I never violated any policies. This is what happens when you talk about
things they don't want you to talk about. So glad those days on Twitter are over.
Thank you, Elon Musk. Elon responded, you're welcome.
Twitter won't be perfect in the future but will be much better. Yo, Elon Musk said
that they're working on rolling out new features that will show you if your account
is under the boot of any kind of restriction and how to get it removed and
appeal those restrictions.
This is amazing.
In the meantime, it's actually quite interesting what's going on.
Let me show you.
Libs of TikTok first.
Aaron Siberium says, This memo shows that Twitter banned an account that hadn't violated its policy because of the content of the account's speech.
Obviously an important revelation and not something that was previously public.
That's right.
One of the most important revelations is that Twitter staff knew for the speech of Libs of TikTok they were being suppressed.
That is, their politics.
But you see, these people who work here, and I'll show you some of them, they are evil, deeply evil people.
And now what's happening is they're scared.
Oh no, all your DMs, all your Slack messages, they're gonna get released because you're a bad person who did bad things.
And everyone's going to see those things.
So now, they're in panic.
An internal memo from October, what does it say?
Site Policy recommends placing libs of TikTok, not verified, in a seven-day timeout at the account level, meaning not for a specific tweet, based on the account's continued pattern of indirectly violating Twitter's hateful conduct policy by tweeting content that either leads to or intends to incite harassment against individuals and
institutions that support LGBTQ communities.
At this time, site policy has not found explicitly violative tweets, which would result in a permanent
suspension of the account. This type of enforcement action will not lead to a permanent suspension.
However, should Libs of TikTok engage in any other direct tweet-level violations of any site policy's policies, we will move forward with a permanent suspension.
Since its most recent timeout, Libs of TikTok has not directly engaged in behavior violative of the hateful conduct policy.
The user has continued targeting individuals ally supporters of LGBTQIA community for alleged misconduct.
The targeting of at least one blah blah blah blah blah.
Let me break it down for you.
Indirectly violating their policy.
However, they've not found any tweets that explicitly violate their policies.
How about that?
What was Libs of TikTok doing?
Reposting other people's content.
That's literally what the account does.
Someone will post a video, say like on TikTok, and Libs of TikTok started taking those videos and be like, hey guys, look what they're saying.
They said, hey, you're indirectly inciting harassment.
Why?
Because I'm telling you what they said?
Think about how insane that is.
Here's what I think.
I think this shows actual malice in defamation.
When Libs of TikTok got suspended, Twitter says it was for violating the hateful conduct policy.
And Libs of TikTok was saying this is what they're accusing me of doing.
Twitter often would make a public assertion about why they suspended someone.
Libs of TikTok didn't actually violate this policy.
They know Libs of TikTok didn't, behind the scenes.
That proves, in my opinion, actual malice.
They knew what they were saying was false, and they said it anyway.
Now, of course, there are challenges.
Damages.
How do you prove damages?
Okay, well, this one actually can be broken down.
Libs of TikTok, I assume, has some kind of career based on what this is, meaning writing articles or something like this.
Suspending the account for seven days is a one-week restriction.
So, here's what you do.
You take a month of revenue, and then you take 25% of that.
There's your damages.
Maybe that's not perfect.
Maybe I'm not a lawyer, right?
I'm literally not a lawyer, but maybe a lawyer will say, yeah, that's not gonna cut it.
Perhaps.
Perhaps.
But the fact that we can see actual malice?
Now that one's interesting.
And this is just a part and parcel for what's going on.
Comfortably Smug says, takes that haven't aged well.
From Charlie Warzel, another one of these garbage, the government told me thought must be true, journalists.
President Trump tweeted about the platform shadow banning conservatives.
Twitter clarified that a bug was making it impossible to search for specific accounts, and the company says it's fixing it.
Yeah, just a bug.
Here we go, baby, you ready for this one?
Austin Allred, he is the co-founder and CEO of Bloom Tech, says, All talk was about algorithms.
I'll break it down for you.
This is what the Twitter employees were doing.
They'd be sitting before Congress, and Congress would say, do you have any doors on the headquarters of Twitter?
No, we don't.
You don't.
You have no doors.
There are no doors.
There are no doors on Twitter.
Well, how do people get in the building?
Well, we do have portals.
What's a portal?
Well, a portal is a space in a wall that's been carved out, and we've placed it a light obstruction on rotating devices that when you grip a handle and pull, it will swing open, temporarily relieving that obstruction so that you can enter into the building through the portal.
That's what they were doing.
It's like, okay, you mean a door?
unidentified

Nobody was being shadowbanned!
We were just, without users' knowledge, limiting their ability to post, be seen, be searched for, or reached.
And then Twitter would say, that's not a shadowban.
A shadowban means that no one can see what they post at all.
No, shadowbanning colloquially refers to restricting an account without telling the person.
Shadowban.
Suspension, banning, these mean things.
You get banned, they tell you you're banned.
You get restricted, they tell you you're restricted.
Shadow banning is when they don't tell you they're doing it so that you keep struggling and trying to swim upstream, but they are pushing you back and you don't know why.
They've anchored a weight to your feet and tossed you into the water and then told you, no, we didn't do any of that.
Here we go.
You ready for this one?
Kayvon Bakepour.
He says, You're surprised a social network with hundreds of millions of active users has a technical mechanism to limit distribution of accounts on recommendation surfaces?
Can we stop pretending the capability is somehow evil?
What matters is that the process be unbiased and principled.
The capability... Sure, you see the dirty game this evil, evil man is playing.
I've met this guy before.
He's a co-founder of Periscope.
And we met once.
And he is an evil person.
Look what he's doing.
Here's what happened.
Libs of TikTok was highlighting depraved and criminal activity.
Outright exploitation of children.
Okay, let's play this game.
If there was a platform that had a very serious child exploitation problem for years that was never being solved and then a new owner comes in and immediately that child exploitation problem was solved, you'd have to assume that the people who are operating the rules previously were okay with or at the very least incapable of dealing with it.
I'd have to argue they were okay with it.
I'll add to the layers.
You then have an account.
Say it's called the Groomers of Social Platform.
Something like that.
That's highlighting people seeking to exploit and groom children.
This platform that was unable to deal with exploitation then stops the people who are trying to call it out.
Let's put it this way.
I know.
Make it easier for you.
Maybe that was confusing.
My fault.
Twitter has a child exploitation problem.
Elon Musk solves it.
Previously, Libs of TikTok was calling out the exploitation problem on social media among a bunch of depraved individuals.
Twitter lied to suspend this account.
They did not break any rules, but Twitter sought not just to ban this account, but to suppress the people calling out the child exploitation.
So then when I see Twitter as a child exploitation problem that's nearly instantly solved by Elon, I can only assume that people like Kayvon were actively supporting the exploitation on their platform.
To put it simply, people like Kayvon are covering up and trying to protect the fact that child exploitation was occurring.
You're surprised a social network could restrict distribution of recommendation services?
Then why was child exploitation all over this platform?
You weren't getting rid of that!
You weren't getting rid of it!
But libs of TikTok.
What matters is the process to be unbiased and principled.
I wonder what you were doing, huh?
You know, after we learned what we learned about Epstein and Maxwell, I have to wonder, who else is involved?
How deep does it go?
You know, ten years ago, if you said that a cabal of wealthy elites were trafficking kids, they told you it was crazy!
They said, there's no way that's true!
That's a conspiracy theory!
And then Epstein got locked up.
And then they were like, yeah, you know, that was happening.
And the client list for Maxwell?
Never gonna see it.
But then you have to wonder why it is that behind the scenes at Twitter, where there's some overlap between the political factions here, they're actively protecting the child exploiters, to put it that way.
Austin Allred responds.
It depends.
Is this mechanism explained, transparent, or even acknowledged?
Or is it hand-waved away, making everyone, including Congress, believe that it's merely algorithms being confused by people who haven't added an email address?
Twitter.
Yes, we rank tweets.
Here's how.
People you're interested in.
Popular, interesting.
Tweets from bad actors.
How do we determine bad actors?
They haven't confirmed email.
Who you follow and retweet.
How accounts interact with you.
Notice a glaring omission?
Kayvon says, this aside, you'll hear no debate from me about whether Twitter could have provided better transparency about what behaviors do and don't violate policy and how that impacts the overall user experience.
That's hard to get right and it still isn't.
I think the funny thing is he then links to this guy Ben Dreyfuss who says, the fact that people can have their tweets reduced in search and trending topics is not new.
There is a whole fact page about it.
They bury these things.
Then they lie.
We, uh, we have no doors.
We just have portals.
Portals.
And, uh, if you wanna know how portals work, then go find the buried FAQ somewhere else.
I'm not gonna answer it.
Okay, there's more.
Austin says, Was this limited to search results?
Or were accounts and their tweets systematically promoted and or demoted in newsfeed as a result of tags manually placed on them by a small handful of folks in San Francisco?
Kayvon, where you at?
Kayvon, you're not responding, Kayvon.
Why aren't you responding to this direct question that is seeking to cut through your weasel words?
Robert McLaws says Kayvon, your team censored Project Veritas for exposing Twitter employees for saying that they did exactly what this process corroborated they did.
Can we stop pretending that your team was either principled or unbiased?
There you go.
Where you at, Kayvon?
Kayvon hit me up and said, you know, it's crazy that at one point we were sitting down for coffee and now you're publicly calling me evil.
Yeah, you're evil, dude.
Let me explain why you are evil.
It's called the banality of evil, although in your case, I'd have to imagine it's probably more direct.
unidentified
Why?
tim pool
Kayvon, you publicly lied about what was going on, and you're claiming that we have no doors, we simply use portals.
You knew what people meant when they asked you this question, and you used semantics to cover up the fact that Twitter was subverting elections.
Evil.
That Twitter was suppressing political speech based on your personal whims.
Evil.
That you had former intelligence assets working with you and colluding with current intelligence agencies to suppress information, as admitted to the FEC by Yoel Roth.
You are evil.
Because I'll tell you what's not evil.
Evil is, in my opinion, doing wrong, suppressing, harming, causing harm, intentionally covering it up for personal gain.
There's a lot of ways you can break it down.
You know, when I was younger, I didn't believe in good and evil.
I thought everybody was just trying to do what they thought was right.
And I recognize that still may be the case to a certain degree, but there's objective evil.
Like, child exploitation is, like, objectively evil.
When you see these serial killers, you get older, right?
I'm younger.
I'm like, you know, everybody's just trying... No, no, no, you really need to just learn.
What did I learn?
I learned there are serial killers who have outright confessed they knew they were hurting people for no good reason, and they just wanted to do it.
Evil.
There are people like you who sat back as children were being exploited.
As people went to Twitter and said, that's an image of me as a child being shown on your platform, please remove it.
And you said, no!
Not you personally, your platform.
But when people came out and said, there's a problem on your platform, you stood in front of these people and said, nothing to see here, folks.
Nothing to see here.
Don't solve the problems that are happening behind us.
You protected them, probably, because you got a paycheck.
How good was the deal from Periscope, I wonder?
So that's evil.
What's evil is a big tech platform colluding with partisan government agents to subvert the will of the people.
That's evil.
We don't live in a feudalist society or an oligarchy.
I mean, we do.
But this country is supposed to be for, of, and by the people.
But you don't care because your paycheck was too good, because you lived too well, and you thought you were untouchable.
But you're not.
And now your messages are being leaked and released to everybody.
And that's why this person, Kayvon, is freaking out and desperately trying to message people, No, no, no, don't look at me!
Don't look at me and the things that I did and the things that I said!
So you want to stick your neck out?
Fine.
If people are out for accountability, by all means, step forward and keep desperately hand-waving.
The one thing I learned, the most important thing I learned, is that, you know, when I was standing in Turkey, in this neighborhood where people were firebombing cops, and we walked in filming with cameras for Vice, and they ran up, screaming at us in Turkish, holding Molotov cocktails to our faces, The one thing I had known at that point.
A lesson I learned a while ago.
You don't get frantic.
You don't scream.
You simply put your hands up and then you start slowly walking away.
The guy I was with started frantically trying to explain himself.
unidentified
No, no, no!
tim pool
We're just cameras!
We're just trying to film!
Dude, those guys don't know you.
They don't care what you think.
They don't want you here and you can't understand them and they can't understand you.
There's no point in screaming in their faces.
Back off.
Accountability is coming.
Take a look at this from Andy Ngo.
So here we have Jeff Carlton, who worked for both the CIA and FBI, authored dozens of official reports, some of which were read by Obama, the ex-intelligence operative who was part of the Twitter team behind secret efforts to stifle conservatives.
That's right.
Barry Weiss doesn't name too many names, but the head of Twitter's strategic response team, the team that was going in and censoring information, was a Marine veteran, military intelligence, who had worked with the CIA and the FBI.
josh hammer

And Kayvon helped them.
That is to say, a platform in the United States, in a country where we are supposed to have lively debate to
determine how we move forward, was colluding with partisan actors and the government to
suppress speech in violation of the Constitution.
The Constitution governs the government.
And Kayvon assisted in subverting the Constitution.
You're evil, dude.
Evil.
I will say it again.
There is selflessness and there is evil.
Kyle Morris.
No, Dorsey responded.
We don't shadowban anybody.
in September 2018. Then Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey was asked whether Twitter was
shadowbanning prominent Republicans. No, Dorsey responded, we don't shadowban
anybody. We just visibility filter. What does that mean?
It means we reduce the ability for their posts to be seen, for their account to be seen, but we don't tell them we're doing it.
Isn't that what shadowbanning is?
No.
Shadowbanning is when you make it so that people can't see their content, but you don't tell them.
Isn't that what you're doing?
No, no, no.
We're just reducing the visibility.
Does that mean that people can't see their content?
Some people.
So what you're saying is you're shadowbanning, but just not as bad?
Well, no.
Shadowbanning is total.
You know exactly what they meant.
And you lied.
Now, interestingly, Paul Joseph Watson has this tweet.
Marina Medvin says, by the way, Twitter employees can see your DMs.
That's right, they can.
Paul Joseph Watson says, also, what is the guano tab for?
Seriously.
In this image, this is the behind-the-scenes deck for Twitter.
We've seen this before, mind you.
There's been some leaks, just not of these particular individuals.
And you can see that Libs of TikTok has an abuse strike, a notification spike, a trends blacklist, not safe for work view.
You can see their direct messages.
That's really creepy.
And then there's something that says guano.
Guano means bird or bat crap.
What is that?
Wait, what is that?
What is that tab?
I don't know.
Then there's someone mentioned there's an others, other tab.
Like what is other?
I don't know where that one is.
Timeline, spaces, live videos, communities, guano, email, phone.
Phone?
What does that mean?
What kind of device you're using?
Moments, interactions, account compromise.
Oh, the other is right here.
Like what does other mean?
unidentified
Hmm.
tim pool
Interesting.
The nature of what is currently happening.
Twitter was colluding with the intelligence agencies to subvert our elections.
It's probably been this way for a long time, that U.S.
intelligence agencies were interfering in our elections.
And I think a lot of people probably assumed it was true.
Will this be a country of, for, and by the people once again?
Perhaps.
This is a white pill moment.
This is winning.
I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 1 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
And with the election of Warnock in Georgia, election season is coming to a close.
When he defeated Walker, the Democrats cheered.
They have expanded their power in the Senate.
There was no red wave.
51 Senate seats.
Democrat.
Giving them a clean majority and no longer needing a tiebreaker from Kamala Harris.
But uh-oh, Kyrsten Sinema announces departure from the Democrat Party and is now registering as an independent.
This means they're dropping down to 50, and when you add to the fact that you've got Joe Manchin, Yeah, you could argue, I guess, 49, but let's be real.
Sinema will probably still caucus with Democrats, but this is bad news for the Democratic Party.
A lot of people are now saying, yo, Manchin, switch parties.
Don't just go independent.
You represent West Virginia, literal MAGA country.
How about you decide to save your own career and represent the people of your state properly and switch to Republican?
Well, that would shift things quite a bit.
But you know, look, there's a couple of independents.
I think it's not just Bernie Sanders.
But you've got Sinema.
She'll be caucusing with Democrats all the same.
Either way, this puts a major spike in the agenda of the Biden administration.
It means that Democrats will be unable to shake Sinema from Arizona.
You see, the strategy is actually quite simple.
Sinema knew as a Democrat, they were going to primary her.
And she's never going to win a Democrat primary.
But, she is popular enough in Arizona, where if she runs as an Independent, there is no primary.
And they can't do anything to stop her.
If the Democrats try to run against her, they will lose and a Republican will win.
She has created the perfect Strategy and position to maintain her position in the Senate.
And you gotta respect it.
You gotta respect it.
I don't completely respect her politics.
She's being ragged on by, I think it's Fetterman's guys.
But yo, you're dangerously close to losing Manchin as well.
You keep ragging on him.
You try and push everyone in the Democratic Party to the far left.
You're gonna lose.
The question has arisen from FiveThirtyEight.
Are Democrats in the Senate screwed after 2024?
Yeah, I think so.
But I don't know for sure.
I would say I think there's a strong possibility that things will correct themselves, because we just had Scott Pressler on the show last night, you know him, you'll love him, and he was wearing a shirt that said, Ballot Harvesting 24.
Republicans are figuring it out.
Even Politico is reporting.
They're having an epiphany.
Hey, wait a minute.
We lost across the board.
Maybe we need to reassess our strategy.
Here's the problem with conservatives.
I'll simplify it in a few little points.
They care more about the opinion of the New York Times than their own constituents.
They care more about the opinion of Time Magazine than their own readers.
Zelensky.
He's the Time Magazine Person of the Year, and I'm seeing all these conservatives be like, I can't believe they picked that guy!
And it's like, who cares?
Nobody reads the magazine.
Stop holding these things to such esteem.
They are pointless.
But I see these conservatives saying things like, we gotta get our messaging straight if we're gonna win in 2024.
No, you don't!
No, you don't.
You need to go door-to-door and ballot harvest.
You need to go door-to-door, where it's legal, knock and say, please, I'll take your vote.
And you know what?
It may be more expensive for conservatives than for liberals because rural areas are spread out, but that's how you win.
As the story goes, Orange County turned blue somehow.
It's a reliably Republican area.
And then Republicans figured out ballot harvesting and it turned red again.
So, universal mail-in voting.
That was their strategy.
It may not last because this is what we're seeing now.
Predict it has something funny to say though.
The predicted markets are predicting Joe Biden will win re-election.
Granted, it's still very, very early, and boy, it's December now, and I'm excited for primary season, which will begin heating up in the next few months.
But let's take a look at what Kyrsten Sinema has to say, and what this may mean for the Democratic Party.
And I'll tell you right off the bat, outright bad news for Biden's agenda.
They would love to replace Sinema with a yes-man, or someone whose brain doesn't work, so that they can just get them to say whatever they want them to say, but it ain't gonna be Sinema.
She's certainly no conservative, but they are having a hard time controlling her.

Here's the big news from TimCast.com.
Cinema announces she is now an independent.
The senior senator from Arizona will not be caucusing with the Democrats as an official member of the party moving forward.
In an op-ed published Friday, Cinema said she was motivated to drop her party affiliation and register as an independent, in part because of the rigid partisanship that has become the status quo in Washington.
Saying, everyday Americans are increasingly left behind by national parties' rigid partisanship, which has hardened in recent years.
Pressures in both parties pull leaders to the edges, allowing the loudest, most extreme voices to determine their respective parties' priorities, and expecting the rest of us to fall in line.
In catering to the fringes, neither party has demonstrated much tolerance for diversity of thought.
Bipartisan compromise is seen as a rarely acceptable last resort, rather than the best way to achieve lasting progress.
Payback against the opposition party has replaced thoughtful legislating.
Well, I'm not here to defend Republicans.
I'm not a fan.
But certainly there's, like, Rand Paul.
And then in the House, you have Thomas Massey.
There are Republicans who are trying.
Bernie Sanders actually has compromised more than Kamala Harris ever did.
People were saying Kamala Harris was the furthest left politician in the Senate.
That's not true.
Bernie Sanders was.
But the reason they said that was because Bernie Sanders actually compromised with conservatives on certain bills.
Now, here's what I want to point out.
It says that she will not be caucusing with Democrats as an official member of the party moving forward.
unidentified
Aha!
tim pool
You see, that's what's going to happen.
She'll still likely caucus with Democrats, but she's taking away their power to replace her.
Very, very smart.
She reiterated her position on CNN in an interview with Jake Tapper.
I've registered as an independent as an I have registered as an Arizona independent.
I know some people might be a little bit surprised by this, but actually I think it
makes a lot of sense. I never I never fit neatly into any party box. I've never really tried.
I don't want to.
Removing myself from the partisan structure, not only is it true to who I am and how I operate, I also think it'll provide a place of belonging for many folks across the state and the country who are tired of the partisanship.
Sinema concluded her explanation by saying she doesn't view her seat as belonging to Democratic or Republican bosses in Washington, despite some partisans who believe they own the Senate seat.
She told her constituents that if anyone believed she would be a blindly loyal vote for a partisan agenda, that there are sure to be others vying for their support.
Reaction to her announcement was mixed, with Democrat strategist and 2016 DNC National Field Director Adam Parkhomenko declaring the senator is still great at being the effing worst.
Good job, by the way.
Conservatives, on the other hand, have reacted mildly, noting that Sinema indicated she would not be caucusing with Republicans, but they were still hopeful that her decision would help narrow Democrat control of the Senate in more than just a superficial manner.
Chad Pergram says, Hitchhiker's Guide to Sinema Registering as an Independent, Kyrsten Sinema has now registered as an independent.
The key is whether Sinema continues to caucus with Democrats.
Sinema has indicated she will not caucus with the GOP.
She will be caucusing with the Democrats.
Now, here's the interesting thing.
Insider says Sinema's exit from the Democratic Party could hand Manchin back some power over Biden's agenda.
Really?
Only days ago, the mood among Democrats was jubilant!
Victory of Raphael Warnock in the Georgia runoff strengthened their position in the Senate, giving them a precious 51-49 outright majority.
But now, it's down again.
Of course, what does that really mean?
51-49 includes Bernie Sanders.
Yeah, he's independent, but does anybody really think that he's not campaigning with Democrats?
They say, for the first two years of Biden's term in office, it was 50-50.
With control of the Senate on a knife's edge, centrist Democrat cinema and mansion of West Virginia wielded outsized influence, with the power to force sweeping changes to legislation under threat of withholding their support.
They could even torpedo bills outright.
The party needed the support of all 50 senators to pass legislation.
Though that group already included two independents, Bernie Sanders and Angus King, it was signed up Democrats, Sinema and Manchin, who caused the most trouble.
The two senators, sometimes individually and sometimes together, refused to back key Democratic initiatives on the economy, climate change, corporate taxation, and gun control, frustrating the party and blocking Biden's drive to enact core election pledges.
Both Manchin and Sinema opposed reforming the filibuster rule, which would have enabled the Democrats to sidestep GOP opposition and pass voting rights reform with a simple majority vote.
With Warnock's victory Tuesday, the Democrats appeared to have enhanced their position in the Senate by one seat, giving them crucial breathing space.
But with Sinema's announcement, the Democratic majority in the Senate has been cut back, and Manchin's influence apparently enhanced.
I say the overall balance in power in Congress shifted in the midterm election, with Republicans
now narrowly, narrowly controlling the House.
We saw that with Trump's first term.
We will see what that means.
Of course, Democrats are losing their minds over this.
She answers to billionaires.
Some Democrats not sorry to see Sinema leave.
I got some advice for all of you guys.
Shut up.
Are you nuts?
John Fetterman's top aide repeatedly attacked Democrats' Manchin Sinema Feinstein on Twitter.
Fetterman aide called Manchin nominally a Democrat, Sinema a bad knockoff of John McCain, and questioned Feinstein's mental fitness.
You're hanging on to the majority by a thread.
You need Sinema to caucus with you, because if she starts caucusing with Republicans, Well, all of a sudden, it's from 51-49 to, well, I guess it would then be 50-50 once again.
But if Joe Manchin and Sinema decide to join the Republicans, that's Democrats minus two, Republicans plus two, and then away we go.
I would say the smartest thing that Joe Manchin could do right now is announce he is leaving the Democratic Party.
He is a senator from West Virginia.
It is overtly it is obviously MAGA country.
Now, he can bet on a bunch of these blue district people moving in.
But I'll tell you this, my friends, when his election comes due.
West Virginia is going to be red as red can be.
The reason is, take a look at Florida.
People are moving to certain areas.
They're moving there because they're more conservative.
Sure, there are a lot of people who are moderate centrist types from D.C.
who are moving to West Virginia to the easternmost panhandle of West Virginia, but they're probably going to vote for moderate conservative types.
They probably won't be voting Democrat.
One of the big reasons that DeSantis won by double digits is because a bunch of moderates moved out of their state and moved to Florida.
Who in their right mind would begin attacking people as they're leaving the party?
Well, I should say here, they attacked Sinema and then she left the party.
S on you, dude!
Now, look, Sinema probably will still benefit Democrats.
But as I mentioned, what they wanted to do was primary her.
And now they can't.
If the Democrats try to put a Democrat in in the Senate, she will split the vote among Democrats and the Republicans will win.
So they have no choice but to support her now.
Good for her.
Screw the establishment.
Here we go from ABC.
What Warnoff's runoff win means for his future and Georgia as a battleground state.
Blah blah blah.
He won.
That's all that matters.
Why did he win?
Ballot harvesting, baby!
You best be paying attention.
Politico pointed it out just the other day.
Republicans have a post-election epiphany on mail-in voting.
There's just one main hurdle.
Donald Trump isn't ready to drop his attack on the method.
I think ballot harvesting is corrupt.
I think it's overtly crooked.
That's what it is.
They go to people who are not likely voters, who don't want to vote, and they get votes.
So a lot of people say, how could Joe Biden have won 2020?
It's not possible.
It is, you just aren't seeing what's going on.
I'd like to show you this.
President Biden job approval, 41.9%.
You know what the funniest thing is?
You've got, here we go, Reuters Ipsos, minus 18.
You've got CNBC, minus 13.
You've got Gallup, minus 15.
Rasmussen, plus one?
Really?
OK, Rasmussen, normally I give you the credit, but this one I just say, really?
I can't see that as being possible.
1,500 likely voters and you got Biden's approval rating plus one.
Everything else except for CNN is double digits negative.
All right.
All right.
Here's the reality.
Likely voters no longer matters.
Registered voters no longer matter.
This polling is a waste of time because of ballot harvesting.
And that's why the polls were wrong.
538 predicted, in all likelihood, Republicans would win the House and the Senate.
And then it didn't happen.
And they didn't even do that well in the House because of ballot harvesting.
That's why the pollsters are wrong.
You cannot track people who don't care.
You know, they spend all this time trying desperately to chart political changes in this country.
They fail to recognize methodological and technological changes that make it impossible.
It was only too late.
When they realized that the internet changed the way people were thinking, people were moving around and demographics were shifting, then they got 2016 wrong, then they got 2018 wrong, then they got 2020 wrong, then they got 2022 wrong.
Oh, it's just so sad.
Now, to be fair, 538 gives you a prediction forecast.
The predictions we saw were in line with their forecast.
The way for 538 to be wrong is if they said there's a 100% chance of this or that, and then this, something else happened, right?
What 538 does is they'll give you, they say like, in 80 of 100 scenarios, Republicans win the House.
In 54 of 100 scenarios, Republicans win the Senate.
That means that there's 20-some-odd scenarios where they win both.
Potentially.
So, if the Democrats do win the Senate, and the Republicans do win the House, 538 says, this is in our forecast model.
What we thought may happen.
They didn't come out and say, definitively, Republicans will win everything, Democrats will win everything.
They say, here are the possibilities.
It's really hard to be wrong when you're betting on everything.
For those that know the casino, go to a casino, and put a single chip on 1 through 35.
Congratulations!
You'll win.
Although, I suppose the issue is, you put your chips on, say, 26, it pays 35 times, and then if double zero comes up, then you lose.
So there's 37 numbers, but that's the house edge.
My point is, 530 wants to bet on everything, of course they'll get it right.
So they bet as much as possible, and then when it lands, they're like, see, look at that, we're not bad.
Here's what their projection is for 2024.
This is from Nate Silvery.
He says, I'm not that impressed by long-term projections of Democratic doom in the Senate.
Mostly that's because I'm not that impressed by long-term political projections in general.
Political coalitions changed.
Not many people would have had it on their bingo card that Democrats would obtain a Senate majority in 2020 by winning two runoffs in Georgia.
And then would actually expand on that majority in 2022.
I think it's really obvious.
Walker was a bad choice.
But most importantly, ballot harvesting.
With that said...
Well, I don't think we can say very much about what politics will look like 10 or 20 years from now.
A medium-term look ahead is possible.
Do Democrats have a reasonable hope of regaining a trifecta?
Control the House, Senate, and Presidency at any point in the near future, 2024, 6, or 28?
And how long will they hold on to control of the Senate and the Presidency, allowing them to appoint Supreme Court justices without Republican help?
My colleague Jeffrey Skelly already took an initial look at the 2024 Senate map, which is bad for Democrats.
Okay, let's pull that up.
Let's see what he has to say.
Republicans still have a clear path to retaining the Senate in 2024.
Warnock's victory in Georgia provides a small buffer for Democrats, but they still have a ton of vulnerable seats.
Yeah, they do.
Joe Manchin, Democrat.
In a state with a presidential margin of Republican plus 38.9.
Seriously?
In Montana, Jon Tester, a Democrat in a state that's Republican plus 16.
Sherrod Brown, Ohio, Democrat in a state that's R plus 8.
You don't see the inverse.
Why is it?
There are three Democrats that could be flipped.
Maybe we'll get Sinema here.
She's in a D plus 0.3, which is why she goes independent.
How is- How Manchin as a Democrat is beyond me, to be completely honest.
Like, not only does he not align with Democrats, he rejected the abortion bill, he's in favor of coal mining.
There's a funny meme, by the way.
And it's like, it's Drake, but as an NPC.
And it's like, coal mining, no.
And then it says nickel, cobalt, cadmium, or whatever, and it's like, yeah.
Lithium.
All the other mining is- It's good.
So, Democrats winning in Republican districts.
You know, this is the problem with the Republicans.
I mean, to be fair, it's a problem of what I view as probably ballot harvesting, to be completely honest.
But Joe Manchin should not be a thing.
He shouldn't be.
Now, here's what I'll say.
Republicans, take heed.
Democrats were able to win in a place like Georgia.
Where's Georgia on this here map?
Do they have Georgia here?
Do they not have Georgia?
Where's Georgia?
I guess they don't have it listed.
This is not everybody.
What is this, 2020?
Okay, so these are seats up for election in 2024, so Georgia isn't, but I'm wondering what Georgia's political leaning is currently.
They're probably going to call it a blue state.
But take a look at this.
In Arizona, you've got Kyrsten Sinema.
She's now independent.
You can't win.
It was, who won, Kelly?
You wanna know why?
Ballot harvesting!
If Republicans started a ballot harvesting operation, they could go into blue districts and secure Republican votes.
Not kidding.
Here's what you do.
And I'm surprised they don't do it.
Republicans should be ballot harvesting in urban centers.
You don't need to go to these people and say things like, vote for this guy who believes in banning abortion.
You talk to the people where they are.
You say, you have kids, this candidate here, he wants to protect your kids, so fill out the ballot.
It used to be, you'd go to someone's door and you'd knock, and you'd say, vote for this candidate, have a nice day, and you'd leave.
Now, you go to their door and say, fill out that form, it is the vote, I'll take it, and then leave.
How much you want to bet?
Many of these people will just vote for whatever you say.
So it'll just be like... It'll be a game of picking up cards.
Ballot harvesting where ballot harvesting is legal.
You go to someone's house.
Maybe it's a D plus 15 area.
unidentified
Maybe!
tim pool
Take a look at this.
Let's go down to Bernie Sanders in Vermont.
It's D plus 35.
Hey!
That still means that there's double-digit Republicans.
There's probably 20% or whatever of people in that state who are Republicans.
You can get those votes.
And you can use those votes, probably not to beat Bernie Sanders to be completely honest, but you can go to a state like Minnesota.
You can clear seven points easy with ballot harvesting.
You knock on the door of some person and they're like, look, I didn't vote.
I got no idea what you're talking about.
And you can say, well, then take a minute, open that up, and here's who you want to vote for.
You want to vote for this person.
And they'll say, okay, I guess, and they'll fill it out.
Here you go.
Like, have a nice day.
And then you'll start going into Democrat areas, getting Republican votes.
Scott Pressler said he is going to maximize, he's going to become better at ballot harvesting than Democrats are, and he's right.
He will be.
Because he's been registering Republicans in these states to the tune of tens of thousands or more.
And even flipping these states, I would say not only did we see a flipping in Florida to Republican by double digits, Or I should say a strengthened Republican Party by double digits, making Florida reliably Republican.
It wasn't just people moving there, it was people like Scott Pressler registering people as Republicans.
This is what y'all need to be focused on.
Michigan could be Republican.
Nevada, PA, Wisconsin, Arizona, all of these can flip Republican.
It is possible, in my view.
First, you get Manchin, Tester, and Sherrod Brown.
Gone.
Ballot harvesting.
These are our plus eight states.
It should not be difficult to win these and turn them Republican.
That means you're going to have three new Republican seats.
That alone will shift the scope of the existing Senate.
Let's put Sinema in the Democrat camp and just say it's 51-49.
Let's drop them down to 48 and bump the Republicans up to, so they drop three.
Republicans then jump up to, is that, wait, wait, hold on.
If it's 51 to 49, Republicans are going to go to 42 to, yeah, yeah, 42 to, I'm sorry, 52 to 48.
But wait, there's more.
Cuz then I gotta say this.
Sinema's up for re-election.
Tammy Baldwin's up for re-election.
Bob Casey Jr., Jack Rosen, and Debbie Stabenow.
That's ranging from 0.3 Democrat to 2.8 Democrat.
If the Republicans Maximizing their political strategy, their popular talking points, and applying ballot harvesting, I think they could easily flip another 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 seats, knocking Democrats down to 43 and Republicans up to 57.
Now, how about this?
Amy Klobuchar is in a D plus 7.
Angus King, independent in Maine, D plus 9.
And Tim Kaine in Virginia, I think those three could be flipped with enough work.
Virginia?
I think you can get Virginia.
It'll be hard.
I don't think you're going to be able to get in New Jersey and make these flips, but it is possible.
To be completely honest, I think you could even get Gillibrand out in New York.
It's D plus 23, but look what Zeldin did.
The issue is, strong messaging, ballot harvesting, you got them.
You will flip these seats.
These weaker seats, they'll flip.
How is it that there are three Democrats in Republican states?
It's because Republicans don't know the game.
Well, it's time to figure it out.
The Washington Post writes, Democrats now govern more Americans at the state level than Republicans.
For shame.
We were excited about a convention of states.
It was possible.
But the Democrats changed the rules, along with the establishment Republicans, and they started winning.
Now, to be completely honest, I think the country's falling apart, because ballot harvesting turns elections into numbers games.
No longer will it be about how to run the country, it'll be a game of who can collect the most postcards.
Soon the law will change, and they'll say, what's the point of even getting people to fill these out?
Whoever collects the most.
You know what they'll do?
They'll say, your ballots come pre-filled out.
Apparently there's been reporting that some people have claimed that already has happened to them.
You'll receive your universal mail-in ballot.
Someone will show up and go, taking your ballot in!
And they'll go and bring it in.
That's it.
There will be a thing where it's like, I nominate this caregiver to fill out my card for me.
They'll call it like, they won't call it ballot harvesting, they'll call it like ballot assistance or something like that.
Well, you know, there are disabled people who can't fill it out because their hands don't work or they're old, so they appoint someone to write down what they wanted and then sign on their behalf.
Then you show up at someone's house and say, allow me to be your vote designee.
And they'll say, you got it.
And they'll sign off and then you will be allowed to do it.
I bet that's where we're going because that's the next step.
A lot of people want to cry fraud.
You don't need it.
You don't need it.
A year before the election in 2020, they changed the rules.
Those rules were manipulated.
Now Democrats are winning.
So let's see.
Who's going to be right?
Predicted says, who will win the 2024 Republican presidential nomination?
Ron DeSantis, 44 cents.
Donald Trump, 27.
Glenn Youngkin, 5 cents.
You serious?
He does not have the X Factor.
Sorry.
Mike Pence shouldn't even be up there, to be completely honest.
Hawley should probably be a little higher.
Pompeo?
But Ron DeSantis is the favorite.
So if you bought in at Predict It several months ago, Ron DeSantis was around, like, what, 20-something cents, you'd have doubled your money.
That's how it works.
You buy shares, I guess.
Here we go.
2024 U.S.
presidential election.
Who's gonna win?
The prediction market says Joe Biden.
No kidding.
Joe Biden.
33 cents.
I gotta be honest.
The worst possible bet you could make.
Ron DeSantis and Trump are good bets.
DeSantis is probably the better bet, but I don't know.
Kamala Harris, Newsom, or Pete Buttigieg, you're insane to buy.
But here's what happens.
People will buy Buttigieg at five cents, hoping that something happens in the news that will bump him up and make people think he might actually win.
Then they'll sell the shares, take a profit.
And as for the 2022 control of the Senate, 98 cents predict Democratic control.
And so it's here.
Now, you can buy Republican control.
That sounds like a really, really bad idea, to be completely honest.
But with Sinema announcing switching party, yeah, you know, maybe.
It's a long shot, I guess.
You know, it's all about how much money you're gonna make.
You put 98 cents in the Democratic Party, wait a few months, and then you're gonna... It's a 2% guaranteed return, in my opinion.
I mean, that's kind of crazy, right?
You could buy right now for 99 cents, and then once it closes, it will go up to a dollar.
That's a 1% return.
I don't know how much money you can put into these things, but yeah.
The idea that Democrats won't have control of the Senate I think is silly, because it's 51-49 even if Sinema bails out.
I wonder if the independents put a risk to this, because right now, technically, the Democrats don't have control.
If you talk about Angus King, Bernie Sanders, it's 49 to 49.
But because the independents caucus with Democrats, they claim it's Democrat control.
This is the future that we're looking up for, my friends.
This is the future that we're going to see.
It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
I'm excited.
I'm excited.
You know, I didn't cover too much of the Warnock stuff.
I'm burned out on election season.
I think it's long since done, and we've got more important things to worry about.
This is the worst time of year.
The year after an election.
So, we had 2020.
That whole year is shocking.
What happens is the buildup to the presidential election is just insane.
Ads are being pumped out like crazy.
And then, you know, what ends up happening is you get an election where everyone's losing their minds.
We were seeing something like 160,000 peak concurrence on Timcast IRL.
Ratings were through the roof.
But then 2021 comes.
Joe Biden's in office.
Everybody gets tired.
Nobody wants to hear it anymore.
And the ratings go down.
2022 comes around, you get the midterm elections.
Primary season, a lot of news, a lot of accusations, a lot of mudslinging.
Views start coming back.
2023, presidential primary season.
This is going to be fun.
What are the Democrats going to do?
Are they seriously going to go for Joe Biden?
It's going to be hilarious.
He's not going to campaign.
They're going to cross their fingers and bet on ballot harvesting.
But Republicans right now are building a massive ballot harvesting apparatus.
So that ain't going to work.
They're going to need somebody else, but they don't got anybody else.
Then we're going to see a primary with like, yay, DeSantis and Trump.
It's going to be funny with Kanye West on the stage, because I've got to tell you, he's a wild card.
He's said a bunch of absolutely crazy things.
The argument from the pro-Ye camp is that he's trying to be Christ.
This is what Ian was saying.
He's trying to be Christ-like in forgiving everybody, even the worst possible people.
And I'm like, maybe.
But there's a limit, man.
Even Jesus flipped over the table of the money changers when he went to the temple or whatever.
You know, don't get angry, don't flip tables, but I certainly think that if there are evil people doing evil things, you don't just say you forgive them.
The reason why we don't forgive awful dictators is because we want to preserve the memory of the awful things they did so it doesn't happen again.
But anyway, Ye will be up on stage, presumably, standing there alongside DeSantis and Trump, and he's gonna say crazy things.
Maybe not.
Here's the secret, man.
Everybody I talk to says that off-camera, behind the scenes, Ye is very different.
He's calm, he's collected, he's smart, he makes interesting points.
Camera turns on, he loses it.
We had Shane Cashman, one of our, he does Tales from the Inverted World, did this gonzo journalism where he went down embedded with Kanye West.
Even he was like, he's a different person, you know?
Writing in this article, talking about what it was like being around him.
Alex Jones said that when they came to his studio, they agreed not to talk about that stuff, and then they did anyway, and it felt like he was sucked into a publicity stunt.
So what will Ye actually be like on that debate stage?
Who knows?
For all we know, he's going to be very, very good.
And as much as he tried dragging me about it with some manipulative commentary, he claimed I got a phone call a few minutes before the show telling me what to say.
Lies.
Just absolutely not true.
I'll tell you, as close as you can get to the truth is, I was talking to some friends going like, dude, they're here!
I made a phone call to a couple people.
After I posted the photo, like, because they're messaging me, like, what is going on?
And I explained, like, here's the people who came, this is the show we're going to do, here's why I want to do it.
Nobody told me what to say.
That's insane.
And then he tried springing on me, he was like, you said I'd be good for the black vote.
unidentified
Why?
tim pool
Because I'm black?
And I was like, man, you know, that's a dramatic oversimplification of what I actually said.
What I actually said was something more to do with, like, hip-hop is prominent in the black community, or at least perceivably so, and that would create the perception among many Democrats that Ye would be a threat to them in terms of the black vote, that he would probably convince more of them to vote for him.
There is a racial component in how people behave.
I do believe that's true.
You look at the data, and I'll simplify with this.
Why would Kanye West do better among black voters?
Because data shows in-group preference among all groups except white liberals.
Fact.
And then he was like, yeah, but some black people don't like me.
And I'm like, uh-huh, I know.
In-group preference is only like, you know, 18 of 100 points or something like that.
Meaning most people don't really care that much, but they're slightly in favor of that.
But come on, Kanye West is a famous hip-hop artist, rapper, and pop star.
Of course he's gonna have a huge impact among urban liberal types and many people who live in these cities, many of the people in the black community.
He was trying to make it seem like I was having a double standard.
Let's be real.
Ye could possibly win.
Why?
The things he says resonates among people who follow Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam.
You go to these inner cities and you meet people who purport to be Muslim or followers of Farrakhan and they are black.
I'm not saying it's because they're black.
I'm saying they are.
That's a community they have.
And a lot of these people, like Snoop Dogg, they defend Farrakhan.
So you come out and you say something like this.
Ye could never win because he said he's supporting things.
Yeah?
It's been reported far and wide that if Democrats can't secure, at minimum, 80% of the black vote, they lose.
So, you know, even Ye said something to the effect of, like, what's the black vote?
It's not even that many people.
It's like 7 million people, isn't it?
And then someone mentioned, no, there's, there's, you know, what is it, 30 million or so black people in the United States, and he was like, no, yeah, but not all of them vote.
I gotta tell you, it was really fascinating hanging out with Ye before the show because he was very, very different.
Very calm, and he was saying things like that.
He was like, yeah, but not all of them.
Vote.
Very calm, just like this.
He was like, nah, you're not going to get all of them.
You know, you probably only get what?
Maybe like eight or nine million?
And then we were like, yeah, fair point.
He was like, because like when I was talking about this, it was nuanced.
When the camera turns on, he's slinging mud.
He's acting very, very different.
Here's my point.
If Ye as a Republican can get more of the black vote, more than 20%, it's done.
And this idea that, look, I think you have an issue where Democrats go to these, go to black churches, they go to the black community, and they claim things like Republicans are evil and white supremacists and all that stuff ain't gonna work with Ye.
And it's because you can't, you can't successfully accuse a black man of being a white supremacist.
They try, but people laugh.
It's ridiculous.
I digress.
It's gonna get interesting, I'll put it mildly.
So we'll see.
Cinema's out.
The Democratic Party, I think, is only hanging on because of ballot harvesting, and once Republicans figure it out, ain't nothing left.
But we'll see.
We'll see.
Next segment's coming up at 8 p.m.
tonight over at youtube.com slash timcastIRL.
Thanks for hanging out, and I'll see you all then.
I want to start with a question for the older viewers here.
Have you ever seen it this bad?
In any capacity.
I'm not just talking about the partisanship.
I'm not just talking about the violence.
I'm talking about all of it.
Degeneracy, criminal activity, a lack of composure from the president, the trading of an arms dealer, the merchant of death, for a basketball player.
All of these things together, have you ever seen it this bad?
So I see this story from this morning.
Nuclear energy official Sam Brinton, who was charged with stealing a Vera Bradley suitcase, has been accused of swiping luggage at an airport for a second time, report says.
This individual, who is non-binary, biologically male, but dresses in a non-binary, well, actually, it's not even non-binary, it's a feminine fashion, in the Biden administration has now been accused of stealing luggage twice.
Felonies, as it were.
Now, let's start with the criminal activity from the Biden administration.
Y'all have probably seen some kind of criminal activity, right?
Okay, right.
Have you seen the combination of all of these things?
That the Biden administration represents.
Has it been this bad with a crumbling economy, with a pandemic, with potential war, with actual war in Ukraine, potential war with China, with the sabotage that is happening around the country as it pertains to power plants.
Did you hear about this?
It wasn't just North Carolina, it's Washington, I think California, South Carolina, several places.
There have been people shooting at substations trying to knock the power out.
It just feels to me like everything's falling apart.
Let's read this story from Insider first and see exactly what's going on.
Sam Brinton, oh Sam Brinton, a top energy department official in the Biden administration, has been accused for a second time of stealing luggage at an airport, according to a Nevada report.
Brinton, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in disposition at the Department of Energy's Office for Nuclear Energy—of Nuclear Energy, sorry—was charged last month with felony theft over accusations they swiped—he swiped—a mother's Vera Bradley suitcase from an airport in Minnesota.
Now, a felony arrest warrant has been issued for Brinton, who is one of the federal government's first openly gender-fluid employees and uses they-them pronouns.
You know, I'm at the point where it's just like, I don't care about what pronouns you use.
You don't just get to decide what pronouns I use.
Now, I got no problem using he, she, him, her for any individual, but I'm not gonna say they, them.
It's just not gonna happen.
After he was accused of stealing luggage from Las Vegas, Nevada's Harry Reid International Airport, 8 News Now reported on Thursday, citing sources.
The warrant is for a charge of grand larceny with a value between $1,200 and $5,000, according to 8 News Now.
The date of the alleged incident was not clear, and other details were not immediately available.
An attorney for Brinton, the Department of Energy, and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department did not immediately respond to requests for comment by Insider on Friday.
Brinton35 was placed on leave from their post.
Okay, let's try this again.
Brinton 35 was placed on leave from his post with DOE last month after he was accused of taking a woman's Vera Bradley suitcase from baggage claim at Minnesota's Minneapolis-St.
Paul Airport on September 16th, according to court filings and Energy Department.
The 26-inch heavy blue-haired side-roller bag and its contents were estimated to be worth $2,325, a criminal complaint filed in late October said.
Surveillance footage captured Brinton taking the Vera Bradley luggage from the carousel at around 4.45 p.m.
after Brinton arrived at the airport on an American Airlines flight.
The complaint also says records from American Airlines showed Brinton never checked a bag before they left Washington, D.C.
This is funny because I think Brinton's excuse was that they had just simply grabbed the wrong bag and left it at a hotel or something.
Brinton was caught on surveillance footage checking into a luxury riverfront hotel with the bag and was later seen on two other occasions traveling with the luggage.
When an investigator called Brinton, they at first denied taking someone else's bag, but then apologized in another call for not being completely honest, according to court papers.
Brinton then told a Minnesota police officer that they were tired and picked up the wrong bag and only realized when they got to the hotel and opened the suitcase.
The complaint says Brinton got nervous people would think they stole the bag and did not know what to do.
The court filings state that Brinton told police they left the clothes from the bag inside the drawers in a hotel room and admitted to taking the bag back to the airport.
Meanwhile, 16 Republican lawmakers sent a letter this week to Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm demanding Brinton's resignation.
It is imperative that we do not allow a person charged with a felony to influence America's policies, the Republicans wrote.
Now I'm going to pause you right there.
Charged as not convicted.
Conviction.
Brinton appears to have admitted to taking the first bag and is now being claimed to have taken a second bag.
In that case, okay, fair point.
Resign.
This individual does not seem to be well.
And I think this is another sign that, I don't know, the U.S.
is in decay.
Let's put it that way.
Let's talk more about this.
From criminal... You know, hold on.
I think I have a question here.
If we were to take all people identified publicly as gender non-binary and then track how many of them had committed crimes, would it be disproportionately high?
I mean, I'll put it this way.
There is a 100% criminal accusation rate against non-binary federal employees, right?
Because there's one.
That's kind of my point.
Is there a correlation between these things?
Not necessarily.
You know, I don't think so.
I think this individual is not well if they're going to steal and then lie about it.
Of course, many people have their opinions as to the collapse and decay that is the U.S.
federal government.
I will just stress, I'm sure our enemies are shaking in their boots at the sight of these people, in the military or otherwise, the policies we're implementing and what's happening to this country.
Let's talk about societal decay.
Because, you know, I love to just have the dark stuff ready for you.
Chicago school at center of Project Veritas hit offers affinity groups for pre-K.
Says white kids can't attend.
Okay.
You see the story?
Project Veritas exposes this school.
The school had this dean who was bragging about giving adult objects to children.
And that he brought in people to explain the difference between using lube and spitting on it.
This is injurious.
The things they were advising children to do could cause permanent bodily damage.
But they say, no, it's just, you know, it's lovemaking.
No, it's fetishism being taught to children.
I call that grooming.
Well, the school also is completely racist and psychotic.
Take a look at this.
An elite private school at the center of Project Veritas's new undercover sting video offers affinity groups for children as young as four that white students are not permitted to attend.
Francis W. Parker School went viral Wednesday after Project Veritas posted a video showing Dean of Students Joseph Bruno speaking to an undercover reporter about LGBTQ sex education.
They're just like passing around, let's just call them adult objects, things for insertion.
And we had a drag queen come in and pass out cookies and brownies and do photos.
They say the same school charged upwards of $40,000 in tuition offers students of color affinity groups, SOCA, that meet once a month that are exclusively for pre-K through 12th grade students of color.
So how old were these kids who are being shown these adult objects, I wonder?
Because I thought it was high school kids, but this is a grade school, apparently.
Soka is open to all students in grades JK.
What's JK?
Junior, Kindergarten?
To 5th grade who self-identifies as a student of color and who are interested in participating.
Does that mean, like, blonde-haired, blue-eyed Polish kids?
Like Luke Rutkowski?
While white identity development is absolutely important to a child's development, we know there are a number of factors in the racial identity development process of young children of color that can benefit from direct programming in a way that differs from that of white students.
The school's website argues that individuals in the United States are considering their racial identities as early as age 3.
Nikki Naley, founder and president of Parents Defending Education, slammed the affinity groups as immoral.
Quote, segregating students by race at any age is immoral, but to do so to four year
olds at a school that charges $40,000 per year, no less boggles the mind.
What are y'all complaining about, conservatives?
Let the rich people abort and sterilize their kids.
Let them be overtly racist.
They're destroying themselves.
The end result of this, their policies, their plans, the people they hire, will be the complete and total destruction of their own political faction.
Now, I get it.
Children are innocent.
You want to protect the kids.
I get it, I get it.
Rather than teaching small, innocent children to be kind to all people, authority figures who these and their parents trust are instead teaching students to view all human interaction through the lens of skin color.
Administrators at Francis Parker should be ashamed of themselves.
No, they should be arrested for the facilitation of child exploitation.
Families should make their displeasure known so that this programming may end.
When reached by Fox News Digital, the school declined to address the affinity groups and only responded to the controversy surrounding Bruno.
In a statement, the school appeared to confirm that what Bruno said took place in the classroom and directed its criticism at Project Veritas, which it accused of misrepresenting his words.
Oh, is that it, huh?
Last week, at an industry conference, one of our employees was targeted by a member of Project Veritas and misled to believe he was conversing with another conference attendee over a coffee.
He was filmed without his knowledge or permission while describing one example of our inclusive, LGBTQ+, affirming, and comprehensive approach to sex education.
Veritas deceptively edited the video with malicious intent.
Parker Administrators and Parker's Board of Trustees support Parker's programming.
The strength and inclusivity of our curriculum and the dedicated and talented faculty and staff that teach it.
Veritas posted an earlier letter purportedly from Principal Dan Frank to the Parker community that accused the conservative group of malicious intent.
We are sickened by this group's deceptive tactics, their invasion during a People of Color conference, and their attack on the LGBTQ plus community.
unidentified
That's what they call it.
tim pool
Because they want to hide that they are pedophiles.
They are going to children and handing children adult toys and teaching them how to use them.
That is, above all else, nothing but grooming.
Literally.
Now, someone may come and say, no, no, look, you know, is Sex Ed grooming?
Come on, Tim.
Sex education doesn't give someone an object and explain to them how to use it.
That's not sex education.
That's grooming.
Sex education is like, a condom will protect you from STDs in pregnancy.
Birth control exists, and here's how your bodily functions occur.
Sex Ed is showing the anatomy of individuals and explaining to them how this stuff works.
Teaching children how to perform pleasure acts for adults is grooming!
It's like the most overt example of it.
So anyway, why are these stories being all brought together?
Well, it's all falling apart, man.
Simplest way to put it.
The school is defending this.
The Biden administration is hiring criminals, and in the meantime, our electric grid is under attack.
Joe Biden opts to free a basketball player for brownie points with the woke cult instead of a Marine.
Former Marine.
Now, Russia, of course, says this man is a spy.
Take a look at this story from Fox News.
FBI joins South Carolina probe of possible sabotage at electric plant.
Moore County, North Carolina power restored.
It's not just one place.
It's across the country.
This was reported a few days ago.
ABC News said, attacks, plots similar to sabotage of North Carolina power grid have threatened infrastructure nationwide.
Just three days before two electrical substations were shot up, causing tens of thousands of customers to lose power in North Carolina, the Federal Department of Homeland Security issued a bulletin warning.
Loan offenders and small groups.
Yeah, it happened in Washington, North Carolina, South Carolina, I think, Oregon, and California.
Targets of potential violence include public gatherings, faith-based institutions, the LGBTQI plus community, schools, blah blah blah blah blah.
Are they trying to make it seem like the sabotage on electrical infrastructure is coming from the right?
Why would the right target critical infrastructure?
The right, I thought, they said, would target minority groups and synagogues and stuff.
Instead, they're targeting substations?
I think, if anything, the sabotage is coming from the left.
I think that it's more likely leftists, because leftists are the ones who tend to sabotage infrastructure, smash windows, target bridges, block roads.
Not conservatives.
I think this country is being gutted and ripped apart from the inside.
Joe Biden is okay with it.
The Democratic establishment is okay with it.
And that's why they hire criminals like this Brinton guy.
Two felony warrants.
I'm surprised the police are doing anything.
I'm surprised anyone would dare go after a Biden administration because you see what's going to happen.
What's going to happen?
They're going to call it a federal crime because he was in an airport and he was crossing state lines and then the feds are going to pardon the guy?
You know, I'm sorry to say, but I don't think there's a U.S.
anymore, and all of this is an example of it.
Law enforcement can't actually stop what's going on in terms of the escalation.
Schools are grooming kids.
It is so far beyond just the books.
They're literally bringing adult toys to kids and being like, here you go!
You wanna know how to use it?
It's grooming.
It's happening.
So, they're issuing these warnings about You know, far-right groups and, um, the targets of potential violence.
And I'm just looking at all of this and saying, like, yeah, probably.
You know, I don't know who or when.
I just want it not to happen, you know.
But here's what I see.
The U.S.
government is not allowing for any redress of grievances.
In Arizona, Katie Hobbs certified her own election.
Tabulators weren't working on the day of, and 17,000 people are said to be affected, and that's about the margin of victory for Katie Hobbs.
That should warrant some kind of runoff or something like that.
But no, Hobbes just says, I win.
Stamp stamps her own win.
Even Brian Kemp didn't do that.
I bring up how in Georgia he was overseen the election, but he resigned before this.
He didn't certify his own election.
Katie Hobbes did, because the only thing that we are actually seeing is the raw exercise of power.
So, what happens then?
If the people feel like they are no longer part of the system, the system becomes an enemy.
When I went to Sweden, I went to Rinkeby.
It was this neighborhood they say was very dangerous, predominantly migrants, notably Somali refugees from the 90s and their kids.
And it was the first time we experienced something negative.
We showed up, and then we got yelled at, and the police escorted us out.
The media started lying, saying it didn't happen, he's lying, even though there was video showing it happen.
Funny how that works, right?
I'll tell you why there was violence.
The area used to be all white.
Then Sweden started bringing in Somali refugees.
Told them to go live in Rinkeby.
They all moved there.
And so then other people who came in moved there to be near their family and friends, and they had kids.
Those kids were born in Sweden.
They're Swedish.
They're called immigrants by the rest of the country.
They don't view themselves as part of Sweden.
They have no confidence in Swedish police, and they view Swedish police negatively.
So, they throw rocks at police vehicles, and they say, get out!
You are not part of whatever it is we are doing.
You are not a part of our system.
That's what I'm warning of.
In the U.S., as the federal government stops actually dealing with real crimes, when police stop actually dealing with real crimes, you end up with people who have no confidence in the system, and then they stop abiding by the rules and the laws, and they say, you have nothing to do with me.
You know, I'll put it this way.
If, like, some random guy came to your house and said, I want you to mow your lawn, would you do it?
You'd probably say, who are you?
No, get out of here.
What if it was your renting property and it was your landlord?
Let's put it this way.
Your landlord comes up and says, listen, you've got to mow the lawn, okay?
It's in the lease agreement.
You can't let the lawn grow out of control.
People are complaining.
Yeah, a lot of people wouldn't.
Most people probably would.
They'd be like, yeah, sorry about that.
Most people would probably just say, gotta mow the lawn.
Alright.
What happens if the landlord stops paying the mortgage, goes into default, and then the bank comes and seizes the property?
Or the bank threatens to seize the property.
And then they come to you and say, that contract is void, because this guy's delinquent and the property's not even his, we're in a legal dispute.
Then the landlord shows up and says, mow the lawn.
You're gonna be like, guy, you haven't been paying the bills.
The bank attempts to seize the property.
You say, you did not uphold your end of the bargain.
Why would I?
You are not the landlord anymore.
So they can try and claim.
You know?
Or another way to put it is if you worked at a store, and your boss says mop the floor, you'd say okay.
But then one day, your boss is stealing from the till, not doing anything, and just screaming.
And they say, you mop the floor!
You'd be like, no, you're not even working.
You don't even work here anymore.
And eventually, the workers would just say no to their boss.
You're not taking care of the store.
You're not reordering supplies.
The customers are complaining.
You're doing nothing about it.
Something's gotta change.
Now, for these stores, of course, you'd have, like, jumping the chain of command, calling regional, or something like that, but what if there was nobody?
What if it was an owner, just stopped working?
You'd walk away.
You wouldn't work there anymore.
You would say no.
So what happens when the government is doing the same thing?
Sleeping on the job, failing to do what they gotta do, it's making working here untenable.
You would eventually just quit.
Now, we live here.
You can't just leave, right?
But what happens if your boss follows you around like, no, no, I need you to do these emails.
You'd be like, no, I quit.
Boom out.
You can't do that.
I'll fire you.
Good luck.
You're not even running anything anymore.
You're not running anything.
What I see with the U.S.
government in these attacks is just that.
These attacks signify to me that people are looking at what's going on and seeing that the emperor has no clothes.
There is no law enforcement.
There is no system.
None of it exists.
And so they're saying, okay.
And they're going and destroying infrastructure.
There's been a ton of fires at food plants, warehouses, factories, and now there's people shooting at substations.
I don't think it's accidental, and I would assume it's the left.
The right, I don't think would do something like this.
I think what actually ended up happening is the far left is going to start crippling infrastructure, destroying buildings to destroy this country.
And Joe Biden doesn't care.
Democrats don't care.
They'll keep winning through ballot harvesting.
So now you need to realize the electoral system, the legal system, the political system, it is all gone.
The only thing that we have now is the raw exercise of power.
Money?
Physical force?
I mean, that's what the government does.
And what about you?
Well, we have grassroots activism.
We have money as well.
I think it's time to just start exercising that raw power.
Otherwise, you'll be unprepared.
But maybe that's it.
Now's the time to start getting ready for the worst.
Go, uh, get out of cities, get chickens, you know, the whole deal.
There are criminals in the federal government overtly, covertly.
They engage in subversive and overt actions.
Warrant issued for this guy's arrest.
Power plants are getting attacked.
Tell me if you think things are Calming down.
Comment below!
Let me know what you think.
And I'll leave it there.
