New Midterm Map Is APOCALYPTICLY Bad For Democrats, Poll Has GOP UP 9 As Economy Somehow Gets WORSE

New Midterm Map Is APOCALYPTICLY Bad For Democrats, Poll Has GOP UP 9 As Economy Somehow Gets WORSE. Gas Prices broke $5 per gallon and inflation hits 8.6% hitting another 40 year high. Democrats can't fend off the negative economic issues affecting them and culture war issues are right behind them. Current mapping and polling has Democrats facing an absolutely crushing midterm defeat in November I said it before but I'll say it again it won't be a midterm red wave for republicans it will be a red great flood. #democrats #republicans #midterms Become A Member And Protect Our Work at http://www.timcast.com Learn more about your ad choices. Today is June 10th, 2022, and our first story, the latest aggregate mapping in the battle for the House.
2022 shows it's already a lost cause for Democrats.
Republicans are already projected to win, and among the toss-up seats, 28 of 32 are Democrat seats.
This means Republicans are going to win massively.
We don't know for sure, but with the economy facing a recession in 2023, it could get crazy out there.
In our next segment, Ocasio-Cortez cries.
Saying that she was reliving January 6th, watching the hearing, even though she wasn't even in the building.
She had been evacuated earlier.
Yeah, they're lying.
And they're exaggerating.
In our last story, Postmates, food delivery service, is getting slammed over their commercial explaining adult gay sex and offering up menus to aid in adult gay sex.
It's shocking and people are weirded out by it.
Because you don't need to explain these things to support the LGBTQ community.
If you like the show, leave us a good review.
Give us five stars.
Tell your friends about the show, because word of mouth really is the best way to help a show grow.
It's really the only way.
Now, let's get into that first story.
I know most of you have felt it already.
Either it's gas prices now shocking you to your core, Or it's grocery prices.
Maybe you're just not able to pay rent.
Maybe you can't even make it to work.
Gas prices right now, according to GasBuddy, are over $5 per gallon on average across the nation.
And according to AAA, it's $4.99, which is basically $5.
This is apocalyptic in terms of an election.
There are many agencies that basically say you can track an election based on gas prices alone.
And right now at five bucks a gallon?
Yet people aren't too thrilled with the party that's in power.
There's a whole lot of other issues, too.
I mean, culture war issues aren't the most important thing here.
It's the economy, stupid.
But culture war issues do play a role.
Loudon County showed us loud and clear.
People were outright just like, I do not like what you're doing to my kids!
But really, I think it's gonna be gas prices.
Over at Real Clear Politics, we can see Battle for the House 2022.
It's already a lost cause for Democrats.
Right now, they are predicting 223 Republican to 180 Democrat seats.
That is to say, if nothing changes based on current aggregate polling, Republicans will win.
But here's the crazy part.
32 seats are toss-ups.
Of those 32, 28 are Democrat seats.
That means Republicans have a lot less to lose, and Republicans have way more to lose.
Here's where it gets crazy.
Over the past several election cycles, the polls have been wrong.
Polling has favored Democrats.
If that's true, it's going to be way worse than even real clear politics predicts for the Democrats.
Rasmussen came out with their latest generic House poll and found a 9% advantage for Republicans.
Well, Democrats are gonna get their reckoning, and I would say out of all of it, the good news is, and I mean this sarcastically, Republicans will win and then do nothing.
Yeah, that's just the way it is, right?
So, we will see.
We don't know for sure who's gonna win.
But, as much as culture war issues will play a role, if the economy's stupid, we know we are facing something apocalyptic in 2023.
A recession will hit in the first half of 2023, and the Dow is headed lower.
This is it, my friends.
Yeah, I want to show you the polling first, but let me show you what's happening to this economy.
The food shortages, the fuel shortages, the fuel prices, all of this spells chaos and doom for Democrats.
You know why?
It's their fault.
Democrats have controlled Congress since 2018.
Now, the polls said they were going to gain seats in 2020, and they lost seats.
What does that mean for 2022?
Regular people, no.
Yeah, Donald Trump had the presidency, they voted him out, and they thought, if we just get a new president in, things will change.
And it wasn't reality.
How will 2023 affect the 2024 elections?
I think, no matter how you turn it, Democrats are in serious trouble, and they know it!
Which is probably why they're going crazy with this January 6th stuff.
I see the memes, but I don't think people care.
I don't think people are looking at January 6th and saying, oh wow, that's the important issue.
I think they're posting photos to Twitter and Instagram of how much it costs them to fill up their gas tank, and they're saying, I need more money, I can't afford this, man.
Memorial Day weekend, I went out to the movies, and you heard me talk about it, I said, where is everybody?
You know, I'm like, shouldn't they be working?
Shouldn't they be at the movies?
Shouldn't they be doing something outside?
Maybe they couldn't afford the gas to go anywhere.
Maybe they can't afford the gas to go to work.
Work doesn't pay enough.
This is all predicting a very serious economic crisis.
And it's not just CNBC saying.
Their survey is showing it.
It's also Yahoo Finance.
A severe recession is possible, economic expert warns.
Okay.
Let's take a look at just how bad it's gonna be.
But before we get started, head over to TimCast.com and become a member to help support our work, if you can.
I understand inflation is surging to a 40-year high.
Man, it's bad, huh?
I know not everyone who listens can afford it.
Fair point.
Far be it for me to sit here and tell you the economy is imploding and then ask you to volunteer your money to support our work.
But if you can...
And you believe in the work we're doing, because I certainly believe it matters.

I bring you two Battle for the House 2022.
Let's go over this map first and show you what we got.
Democrats are predicted to have 180 right now.
Republicans, 223.
There are 26 leaning GOP.
I think if they're leaning GOP, it's going to go their way.
I think.
And then we can see you've got 12 leaning Democrat.
Okay, I may be wrong about how they say toss up 28D4R.
I'm assuming this is showing all these districts are Democrat districts, so this should be interesting.
Lean GOP.
Yeah, this is crazy.
Take a look at this.
Of the seats that are leaning GOP, many are actually Democrat seats.
Illinois 17.
They're predicting these to flip.
Of the likely GOP, there are five seats that are actually Democrats.
Of the likely Democrat, there's only one seat, California's 25th, that they think will flip to Democrat.
I don't know if that's true.
I think the polls are wrong.
I think they greatly favor the Republicans.
These toss-up seats, 28 of them, are Democrat-held right now.
These are probably likely GOP.
So add 32 seats to the Republican number, we're looking at 255.
Now CNN didn't make it that good, so we'll see.
It might not even be that good.
Let's be real.
Although we have a lot of reasons to believe the Republicans are going to crush it in the midterms.
Don't know for sure.
We've seen positive polling before, and it's not always played out that way.
We're still several months away.
Who knows what's going to happen?
If the election were held today, I believe it would be apocalyptic for Democrats.
But take a look at this.
Rasmussen Reports has released their latest poll, with a sample size of 2,500 likely voters.
I mean, that's a lot!
That's a large sample size.
Republicans have a 9-point advantage!
Let me slow down there a second, my friends.
CNN came out, this was last week, and they said, not even last week, I think it was four days ago, they said, in 80 years, Republicans have never done this well with a 2-point aggregate advantage.
Right now, Republicans are at 3.5.
In 80 years?
unidentified
Okay.
tim pool
Now, the way I see it is, if all of these polls are saying Republicans are up 3.5, they're probably up 10.
And then Rasmussen comes out and says they're up 9.
There you go.
Now, why?
I'll tell you why.
Here it is, baby.
From TimCast.com.
U.S.
inflation surges to 40-year high.
The government report shows nearly all prices have increased over the last year.
The cost of gasoline, food, housing, and other goods rose in May, driving U.S.
inflation to 40-year highs, according to a report from the U.S.
Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics, BLS.
The Federal Reserve in early May raised its benchmark interest rate by 50 basis points, the biggest rate hike in more than 20 years, to try to dampen spending to head off inflation.
Typically, Fed rate adjustments happen in 25 basis point increments.
Inflation is much too high, and we understand the hardship it is causing.
We're moving expeditiously to bring it back down, Fed Chairman Jerome Powell said at the time.
Based on the Fed's prior statements, May's BLS report indicated that a sharp increase in inflation will keep pressure on the Fed, which has meetings scheduled in June, July, and September.
Month-over-month increases.
The report shows that nearly all prices increased over the month.
However, the largest contributors were indexes for shelter, airline fares, as well as new and used automobiles.
Indexes for medical care, home furnishings, recreation, and apparel also jumped last month.

See you on the tour!
The largest monthly increase since 2007.
The indexes for non-alcoholic beverages, cereals, and bakery products rose at least 1.5%.
The index for airlines increased 12.6% in May.
While the index for used automobiles jumped 1.8%.
And the index for new vehicles, 1%.
This is insane.
Let me show you what else we got.
We've got a pending serious economic crisis.
CNBC reports, The recession will hit in the first half of 2023, and the Dow is headed lower.
Amid high inflation that has become the number one business risk, not a single chief financial officer surveyed by CNBC thinks a recession can be avoided.
The macroeconomic view of CFOs informs a bearish stock market outlook.
With most expecting the Dow Jones Industrial Average to fall to 30,000 before reaching a new high, which would represent a decline of 9% from its current level and an 18% decline from a 2022 high.
The CNBC CFO Survey is a sample of views from the C-suite at top corporations and organizations, with this quarter's survey including responses from 22 chief financial officers.
Over 40% of CFOs cite inflation as the number one external risk to their business.
And going deeper into the results from the Q2 survey, the links between geopolitics and food and energy prices and inflation are clear from the C-suite ranking of the external factors that are weighing on their current outlook.
Almost one quarter of CFOs cite Federal Reserve policy as the biggest risk factor.
And as the Biden admin struggles for ways to increase oil supply and Russian ships sail with seized Ukrainian wheat amid concerns about a severe global food insecurity crisis, additional CFOs cited supply chain disruptions and the Russia-Ukraine war specifically as their number one business risk.
Well, this means something interesting is coming.
If the Dow Jones falters, If the economy takes a hit in 2023, I wonder, who is going to take the blame?
We are going to be dealing with, after, okay, if Democrats do get wiped out in November, Washington Post says it'll be a good thing for them because it'll help them retain the White House.
Perhaps.
I don't think so, but I don't know for sure.
I can't predict the future.
If Republicans do sweep, are they going to be able to pass any bills?
Here's what I think's going to happen.
Democrats right now are taking the blame for all of this.
I mean, they've got everything, right?
They've got the House.
They've got the Senate.
They've got the presidency.
So they can pass through whatever they want.
Minus the filibuster.
Let's say Republicans win.
They make some proposals.
Here's a bill about what we've got to do to fix things.
I'll tell you what's going to happen.
Joe Biden will say, no thank you.
They'll go to his desk and he'll kick them back and say, we're not doing it.
If he does, then Republicans are going to come out.
I think, honestly, no matter what happens, Republicans will come out and be like, Joe Biden is obstructing us and we're trying to help you.
The Democrats screwed you over.
They burned the economy to the ground.
We are here and we can't get it done unless we get a new president.
So, will the American people believe it?
I think the answer is yes.
I think we have seen what 2018-2020 Democratic congressional leadership means.
They're going to impeach Trump?
They're not going to fight for kitchen table issues.
So when the Republicans get in, we'll see what they do.
Now, I want to see impeachment of Joe Biden.
I want to see investigations.
And perhaps that could be the pitfall for Republicans.
Now, as much as I want those things to happen, I can recognize regular Americans, moderates, are going to look at this and say, I don't care.
Just get gas prices back down.
So, if Republicans do spend too much time on those issues, it could hurt them.
They've got to play it strategically.
The activist wing of the Republican Party is saying we want justice.
Rightly so.
The moderate wing of the Republican Party is saying I don't know a whole lot about that.
All I know is I can't afford to live.
Something needs to be done.
Republicans would be wise to heed that and stay away from a lot of the stupid culture war issues Democrats fell right into and just straight up say it.
We've got to focus on kitchen table issues.
Now, investigations can happen, don't get me wrong.
The media will lose their mind over it, sure.
But if Republicans can refrain from falling into any pit traps, and make sure they are trying to take care of the economic issues, then come 2024, when a DeSantis or a Trump wins, then you get to clean house, fire the corrupt, clear the swamp out, drain the swamp, launch those investigations, and go after people like Joe Biden with his investigations.
But we'll see.
Over on Twitter, Heather Long says groceries up 12%.
The biggest since 1979.
Chicken, 17.4.
Largest ever increase.
Restaurants, 9%.
Largest ever.
Fuel, largest ever.
Fuel oil is up 107%.
Electricity, the largest increase since 2006.
Rent, largest since 87.
Airfare, since 1980.
And services, since 1990.
Look at this response.
I'll tell you why.
You guys want to know why?
We never had a January 6th insurrection or a president who would not commit to peaceful
transfer of power.
You all better start giving an ish about that.
By the way, gas prices are fueling this increase.
Now ask why oil companies are making record profits.
I'll tell you why.
You guys want to know why?
I can tell you why.
unidentified
All right.
tim pool
Bye.
I see these memes.
They say, corporations are seeing a 25% on average increase in profits at a time of hyperinflation.
This proves they are screwing us.
Let me explain it for you quite simply.
If a company sells widgets for $100 apiece, and it costs them $75 to cover all the costs of the production of the widget, and taxes and everything, then they're netting a $25 profit.
That means they are seeing a 25% profit.
Now, people are complaining about that profit.
Let's say inflation increases, and the company says we want to maintain our profit levels.
Now, in order to manufacture that widget, it costs $125.
If the corporation is still going to see a 25% profit, meaning the percentage hasn't increased or decreased, they'll now be making $31.25.
But that's an increase of 25% of their profits.
Now, cost to profit will stay the same, but the number increases by 25%.
They say, their profit increased by 20%.
That's inflation!
Their profits are going up alongside inflation.
Now, I get it.
You could be arguing, and perhaps it's what they're saying, profits should be decreasing because they're taking care of their employees.
Fine.
But if it's static, the numbers will go up.
Take a look at this from Andy Puzder.
Here's May's wage and inflation rates comparison chart based on BLS data.
Food, fuel, and shelter all up more than wages, hitting working and middle class Americans where it hurts most.
Biden's blame and spend policy is not working.
Please put it back the way it was pre-pandemic.
Take a look at this.
The Trump admin is in red.
The Biden admin is in blue.
And we can see that in April of 2020, a major spike in the percentage wage change.
Wages went up.
Inflation went down.
Then Joe Biden takes over and almost instantly wages collapse and inflation skyrockets.
Now, hold on there a minute.
Many of you may be saying, wait, wait, wait, Tim.
Joe Biden didn't have time to do anything!
Okay, that's mostly true.
A lot of what we're seeing may be the direct results of actions taken by Donald Trump.
In April of 2020, this major spike coincided right around the time that the pandemic lockdowns began.
So however, let me put it this way.
There was a period for several months, up until January, where nothing happened.
Now, I believe it's entirely possible.
Governorships and Congress spending and Donald Trump all contributed to some major hurt, which resulted in, you know, bad things happening.
But hold on a minute.
In December of 2020, wages went up.
Inflation was going slightly down and started to tick up.
It wasn't until Joe Biden gets in that there is a major and dramatic shift.
I'm sorry.
I am not going to believe that Trump had a stable year with all of the chaos, and it was only in February of the next year, right after Joe Biden gets in, that things change.
No, I'll tell you what happened.
Joe Biden, for one, rocked confidence.
I know it's kind of stupid, but it's true.
He gets elected and people said, OK, we're done.
And that impacts things.
But Biden also signed off on tons of executive orders.
Shut down the Keystone Pipeline.
That was a big one.
Banned fracking and oil and gas leases on certain federal lands.
These things have an impact.
He immediately started pushing extensions on eviction moratoriums and extending these unemployment benefits.
All of these things continually rock confidence and shock the system.
I do think you could argue that inflation is driven up.
It takes a while to see inflation drive.
It could be the major spike is caused by a release of many of these lockdowns.
But I do believe, regardless of how you cut it, Donald Trump takes some of the blame.
Fact.
Joe Biden takes some of the blame.
Fact.
Joe Biden's policies directly impact the cost of gas.
And if those people were right in those Twitter responses that gas prices are driving a lot of this, which I agree with, not all of it, then that's on Joe Biden.
Donald Trump gets a lot of credit for gas prices going down in the year of the pandemic, and he doesn't deserve it.
Gas prices went down because nobody was driving and demand was dropping to the floor.
There were instances where people had to sell to get rid of the crude to add too much.
So that really made Trump look better.
What I think is important is to not look at the major and obvious spike in this graph.
People are going to look at the Trump admin to Biden admin and say, look, right when Biden gets in, boom, the wages drop and the inflation spikes.
unidentified
No, no, no, no.
tim pool
Take a look at 2017 and 2018.
You had general wage growth.
You had inflation teetering and going down quite a bit.
It was pretty good.
Take a look at Joe Biden well into 2021, entering 2022.
Wages are fairly stagnant and slightly going up, but inflation is still skyrocketing.
Certainly by now, if the inflation spike was caused by a six-month to a year lag due to Donald Trump's actions, then certainly now, a year and a half into Biden, something could have changed to improve this.
No.
That, my friends, is evidence.
No matter how you cut it, it is Joe Biden doing this.
I am sick of these narratives where they're like, it's not Joe Biden's fault it's happening.
It's this, that or otherwise.
Let's say it again.
If Donald Trump oversaw the pandemic, And from April, we had an eight-month period.
Let's say nine months until Joe Biden's inaugurated.
And we had a major increase in wages, and inflation dropped down and never reached back up where it was.
Where was the recoiling effect of all these policies from the Trump administration to make things worse?
Oh, you want to argue it's there in April of 2021?
Then Joe Biden has had one year and two months to correct it, and he has not.
Certainly by now.
When Biden got in, he could have enacted policies to revert what Trump had done.
No.
The fact is, Joe Biden has had a year and a half and has not done anything to make it better.
In fact, inflation is still just getting worse.
So, I say bring us back to 2019.
And the only person who can do that is Donald Trump.
Maybe Ron DeSantis or maybe anyone but Joe Biden.
But that's what needs to happen.
Take a look at this from Daily Caller.
Consumer prices reaches the highest rates in four decades.
So this is the Consumer Price Index, 8.6.
This is the inflation numbers.
The highest rate in decades.
Here we go.
You ready for it?
Truckers concerned over possibility of diesel fuel shortage that could impact supply chain.
May 12, 2022.
Here we go.
Time Magazine.
Inflation is going to get worse.
Blame a lack of diesel.
May 31st.
Somebody super chatted us on TimCastIRL the other night.
They said, Tim, where are you hearing there's going to be a diesel shortage?
I'm not hearing any of that.
And I'm like, well, I'm hearing it from the media.
I don't know.
Maybe they're wrong.
Look at this.
Diesel prices at $6.79 on May 2nd in San Rafael, California.
Yeah, California always has high gas prices.
That we know.
Let me stress it again, my friends.
This is biblical in terms of what's to come for Democrats.
I think my mistake in 2018 was that I thought the culture war mattered more.
It mattered to me.
But I'm a young person.
What matters to old people?
They don't know what we're talking about.
We had on a boomer.
One of our guests brought their mom, and she didn't know anything about this.
You know, we mentioned feminists are pro-war, and she went, no they aren't!
And we said, yeah they are.
To put it more specifically and get into the nuance, who is more likely to be a feminist?
A person in a MAGA hat or a person in a pink pussy hat?
josh hammer
Hey guys, Josh Hammer here, the host of America on Trial with Josh Hammer, a podcast for the First Podcast Network.
Look, there are a lot of shows out there that are explaining the political news cycle, what's happening on the Hill, the this, the that.
There are no other shows that are cutting straight to the point when it comes to the unprecedented lawfare debilitating Yeah, the person in the pink hat, right?
Of course.
They're probably all feminists.
We do all that every single day right here on America on Trial with Josh Hammer.
Subscribe and download your episodes wherever you get your podcasts.
America on Trial with Josh Hammer.
tim pool
Yeah, the person in the pink hat, right?
Of course.
They're probably all feminists.
In fact, that's what the hat's for.
And now most of those people, who do you think is going to support war in Ukraine?
That's right.
The people with those pink hats.
Not the red ones.
And there it is.
Feminists now are overwhelmingly the ones that are waving Ukrainian flags and supporting the war effort in Ukraine.
And they say, well we're not pro-war, we oppose Russia's invasion.
Yeah.
You're supporting the US building weapons and sending them overseas to the tune of 60 or so billion dollars.
That's the point, right?
Some people might say, we were never pro-war in Afghanistan.
We were just anti-terrorist.
Ah, shut up.
You support the war, you support the war.
I don't care for what reason or what you think it is.
You're giving money and supporting the war.
Just say you are.
I don't see what the problem is.
Do you want to support the Ukrainians' war effort?
You are pro-war.
I know, I know.
They'll say, that's not fair, we don't want the war to be happening.
No, no, no, I know.
My attitude is, the war's happening, we shouldn't be involved.
I oppose U.S.
involvement in that war.
That's feminists.
Boomers do not realize what's going on.
So in 2018, I saw these culture war issues and I was like, I don't know how anyone can stand for this.
Boy, was I wrong.
It's the economy, stupid.
Right now, you've got boomers and millennials pulling out their pockets and being like, I can't buy gas.
So what are they going to do?
Well, they're going to be quite angry.
It's not about diesel for them.
Gas prices hit $5 national average after rapid rise.
This is from yesterday.
Let me jump over to the AAA gas prices.
This is, again, apocalyptic.
The current average as of today is $4.986.
That is to say, you round up that fraction of a cent, you're getting $4.99.
Basically $5.
But sooner or later, we're going to see it jump to that $5 average.
In California, the prices are between $5.20 and $6.40.
It's amazing.
They're the lowest in Texas in the South.
$4.43 to $4.65.
Here in West Virginia, we're looking at $4.82 to $5 bucks.
Oh, man.
I've had friends send me photos after they filled up their gas tank and I'm just like, dude.
You know what that means for us here at Timcast?
I run a business.
I got to make sure my employees can afford gas.
So we've got to make sure that we're giving raises when and how we can.
That's important.
That means we need to grow the business.
This is a scary thing.
If we hit a recession, let me put it this way.
That first month of the pandemic in 2020, that was scary.
I was tracking my revenue, and we dropped down to basically like break-even rates.
It's crazy.
I mean, we're still doing well, don't get me wrong.
Like, break-even's not bad.
We're keeping on keeping on, you know?
But I was surprised by it.
Profits were reaching, like, almost nothing.
We had profits.
It was not completely break-even.
But normally, we do really well considering the overhead cost of running a podcast is low.
Typically, the money we get in, we can put back into reinvesting.
Not that month.
Now it's scary.
And the reason was, small businesses weren't buying ads.
They stopped.
Here's what happens.
We are mostly, uh, well I should say most of our ads are small businesses.
Mom-and-pop shops, local areas, advertising to you.
Let's say you live in St.
Louis.
The ad you will see is going to be for, you know, a wing, chicken wings in St.
Louis.
That's a tiny fraction of money.
So it all adds up all over the country and that's how we get paid.
When all of these small businesses shuttered, they stopped buying ads.
That means we don't make any money.
One mistake we made, and I wish we rectified much earlier, was we should have launched TimCast.com way sooner.
I wish we did.
We didn't.
We didn't launch it until last year.
It would have been very, very beneficial to us, and it would have helped us out a lot.
I'm glad we launched it when we did, and I'm glad I'm really happy with where it's at.
We've got a team of writers.
We lost a couple.
We're hiring more.
It's all thanks to you.
The memberships are what keep us going because ad rates, they don't really cut it that much.
That's true.
Ad rates, I've never been, I've never been super, you gotta do so much work to make ads work.
With members, we're sustainable.
Thanks to all of you at TimCast.com being members, when we see these things, we're like, we're gonna be okay.
Now, don't get me wrong, people cancel memberships when the economy gets bad.
But, if we rely on ad rates, and there's nothing Well then we're just done.
With memberships, we know that we have a set number that doesn't change.
Ad rates are wildly unpredictable.
If we can reach more people and get more people to sign up, we can be more resilient and build more.
But I do hope that all of you take care of yourselves because this is absolutely apocalyptic.
You know, I want everybody who watches to be a member.
Obviously.
It means we get to grow the business and hire more people.
And don't get me wrong, we do really, really well.
We make a lot of money.
I want to buy more stuff.
You may have seen it.
We did some more Times Square stuff.
This time we put Luke Rutkowski of We Are Change and Michael Malice of You're Welcome on a billboard in Times Square.
Now, they're ultimately ads for Timcast because, I'll break it down completely for you.
With your memberships, we are going to be taking over these cultural spaces held by the elites in the establishment.
Up in Times Square, there are now four advertisements for Timcast.
One has a picture of Michael Malice, which helps build his brand and what he's working on, because I believe in him and he's a good friend.
The next is Luke Rudkowski of We Are Change, because I believe in him and he's a good friend.
They're both advertising Timcast, as there's a recurring guest and a host, but it's effectively advertising them as well.
Now, I can't.
We just can't do it.
Give someone an ad.
That would be like giving them money.
These are people who are on my show, and their brand is greatly beneficial to promoting and growing Timcast.
And I'm glad to see them getting recognition for coming on the show.
You know, we don't pay them to come on the show.
They come on the show, and they do us a favor.
Well, it benefits our business when they can advertise for us, and it benefits them when they get featured in these ways.
Now, again, a bit vanilla.
But my goal, with what we're doing at TimCast, as more members come in, we are going to assert ourselves in these spaces and say, we, look at us, we are the mainstream media now.
But we're not there yet.
That's the intent.
That's where we want to be.
We want everyone to say, they set the news cycle and with your help we can do it.
We can have an impact and ultimately I'll tell you what it leads to.
Why is the economy bad right now?
Joe Biden and the Democrats.
Fact.
In 2019, under Donald Trump, things were going well.
As I already showed you with that graph, in Donald Trump's presidency, in his year during the pandemic, it was bad, but not that bad, not all his fault.
Joe Biden has had a year and a half to get things back on track, and it's only gotten worse.
So tell me, if Donald Trump was given eight months Nine months.
And that was what led to the inflation?
Then how come after a year and a half, it has not retreated, rescinded, or stopped?
It's only gotten worse.
Joe Biden had the opportunity.
No, it's him.
We need to call it out.
The more Tim Kass succeeds, the more we're able to do so.
That's my point with that whole bit.
Ultimately, I want you guys to take care of yourselves, because $5 a gallon gas?
unidentified
Now, I'll give you the line.
tim pool
Ten bucks a month.
What is that?
You know, 40 cents a day or 30 cents a day or something like that?
Less than the cost of a cup of coffee.
You can help us call this out.
And as all of you stand alongside us and support our work, we can point this out and maybe wake up more people and say, you know, this is why your gas prices are so high.
So I appreciate all of your support.
But I gotta be real and say, I hope you all secure your own oxygen mask before securing the mask of others.
Take care of yourself before coming to us.
We'll be alright.
We'll figure it out.
In the meantime, we can only sit back and wait till November to see what's gonna happen.
Next segment's coming up at 8 p.m.
over at youtube.com slash TimCastIRL.
Thanks for hanging out, and we will see you all then.
Last night, we saw the beginning of the January 6th committee hearings, and, uh, wow.
No new information, for the most part, was revealed.
There was, like, new footage, but it didn't really tell us anything different from what we already knew.
Now, I will say, they omitted a ton of information that would be particularly relevant for the American people, but I'm willing to bet that the ratings for the primetime hearing is gonna be in the gutter.
Tucker Carlson, over at Fox News, was the only cable network news channel that was actually calling out the lies and the manipulations.
Surprise, surprise.
So they say, he's the insurrectionist.
They say, your side of the insurrection.
Let's talk about the truth.
The truth is, there was a riot, it was bad, people should be charged and arrested for it.
Most of the people who were on the other side of the building had no idea what was going on and were even let in by police.
So it was a bad day.
It was.
And I think whenever you get violence like that, you gotta figure out who's committing it and you charge them for it.
That's it.
Regardless of your politics.
Now we have AOC, probably one of the most, I just gotta say, wow, one of the most manipulative and despicable people in politics.
But hey, we got a lot of those people, right?
You know, I gotta be honest, basically all of them.
The kind of people that can succeed in politics are exactly this.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez cries Over having to relive the moments of January 6th where she wasn't even in the building.
She was evacuated long before anything happened.
She's lying.
She lied about what happened on January 6th, she's trying to gaslight people, and now she's got crocodile tears because she is a sociopath, in my opinion.
I always get a lot of people respond to me when I say they're like, Tim, not all sociopaths are bad.
Yeah, I'm just saying that she has... Look at her crying on cue, like, I have to relive...
She lied?
Let me tell you.
I won't bury the lead.
She came out and said there was a banging on her door.
Bang, bang, bang.
And then she quickly ran into the bathroom.
And then she heard someone go, where is she?
Where is she?
That's how she described it.
Yeah, please.
That's not what happened.
A cop probably walked in and said, where is she?
Because they were looking for AOC.
Because the building was being evacuated.
I believe this was a full hour before anyone breached the Capitol.
So no one knew it was gonna happen.
And they were being evacuated because of a bomb threat.
They never figured out who planted those bombs, apparently, but... I suppose we can only say, fortunate for these people, for people like AOC, they were evacuated.
Now...
The rioters never got into the building she was in, which is kind of far away.
There is a network of tunnels that connect these buildings, but there's also a network of streets that connect these buildings.
So, come on, spare me.
There's entrances and security for these buildings.
AOC was trying to claim... I mean, she actually said this.
I was like, this is it.
That they came for her.
Yeah, it was a full hour before anyone breached the Capitol, so she was lying.
She had ordered lunch or something.
She didn't evacuate when she was supposed to, so the cops were like, what are you doing?
You need to leave.
Well, let's read the story, and then you know what we're gonna do?
I'm going to expose for you the lies.
You know, it is fairly obvious, I guess.
For most of you, you know it's lies, but I don't want to bear the lead.
I'll show you exactly what we're going to talk about.
We're going to talk about this from the Washington Post.
The May 29th insurrection.
Demonstrations for George Floyd lead to clashes outside the White House.
Oh, clashes!
They tried to raze St.
John's Church, the famous President's Church, across the street.
They set fire to it.
Fortunately, police were able to put that fire out.
Over 150 officers, local and federal, were injured in this series of protests.
And these extremists actually set fire to a guard post on White House grounds.
They were attempting to breach the White House.
Now, here's what happens.
Let's talk about the reality of politics.
Donald Trump had his police stop this.
And for that, The media memory holes what happened.
Now, when Donald Trump tried to stop what happened on January 6th, and he did because he wanted to deploy National Guard, and that's been reported across the board, it didn't happen.
You see, the Democrats and the police let January 6th happen.
No, don't believe me?
There's video of a man screaming at the police to stop them.
Stop them.
What are you doing?
And the cops just stand there and do nothing.
The police opened the doors to the building.
Now, there were people fighting with cops, absolutely.
There were some cops trying to stop what was going on.
What I'm saying is, the overall security that day was lacking police, and they did not deploy the National Guard, and there's a video of a man yelling, why won't you stop?
There's actually more than one video.
But more importantly, police opened the doors.
A man was acquitted of the charges against him on January 6th because there's a video of the police opening the doors!
And then telling people they respect the protest.
So, yeah.
It's a mixed bag, if you want to be honest.
Now, what about these hearings?
A peaceful protest at the White House on May 29th was marred when one man briefly clashed with uniformed officers of the Secret Service.
That's amazing.
Because here's the real story.
Yes, at least 150 local and federal officers were injured during the first week of protests in D.C.
Attorney General Barr said on June 7th, 750 officers were injured during the first week.
So, okay, so they got the numbers wrong.
Okay, right.
A fifth of those was in D.C.
It's really amazing.
It's really amazing.
We have this going on right now.
Anti-abortion Buffalo Pregnancy Center allegedly firebombed.
This is like, what, the 5th?
Okay, but let's take a look at what AOC is crying about.
I'm so angry at having to relive that footage.
AOC tears up on Instagram, live, as she recounts Trump's attempted coup following the first day of televised hearings on January 6th Capitol riot.
My friends, Civil War.
I don't care.
I just... I will say it, and I will say it again.
The fact that there are hearings on January 6th and none on May 29th tells you everything you need to know.
And they'll say, yes, but January 6th was the Capitol building.
They tried to set fire to the White House.
Trump was forced into a bunker.
And you know what?
They mocked him for it.
On May 29th, the riots outside the White House were so intense, Trump was rushed down to a bunker.
They firebombed a guard post at the White House.
They may have set it on fire, but I believe it was firebombed, like they were throwing things that were on fire.
I could be wrong about that, but they did set fire to it.
And they set fire to St.
John's Church.
They attempted to raze a historic church.
And the media defended it.
The media lied about it.
Where are our hearings on that?
Now, don't get me wrong.
I'm not surprised that we're not actually having hearings on that because, you know, whatever.
But here's what's happening now.
The right.
What are they doing?
They're all coming out and saying, Oh, that January 6th!
Oh, that January 6th!
All the right ever does is respond to what the left is talking about.
That needs to change.
Which, admittedly, I'm talking about AOC in January 6th as well, but I'm attempting to shift the focus to May 29th.
Now, if I actually showed you the photos from May 29th, I'd probably get hit on YouTube because they're so violent, substantially more violent than what we saw on January 6th, that, you know, YouTube would probably issue a demonetization at the very least, or a deranking.
Now, I suppose you can argue the physical violence between the police and the protesters was intense.
People were injured.
More cops were injured at the White House than the Capitol.
No police lost their life at the Capitol.
An officer died, I believe, of a stroke the next day, and they tried lying about it, making it seem like it was related.
It wasn't.
They said he was hit in the head!
Apparently he wasn't.
Or it was, you know, not meaningful.
Someone threw a fire extinguisher.
I mean, look, don't get me wrong.
January 6th was bad.
But they're gaslighting the American people.
And the best you can get is Tucker Carlson.
That's it.
Now, last night, what did we do on Timcast IRL?
We talked about how the feds had arrested the GOP frontrunner in Michigan.
Because we're at the arrest that man phase of civil war.
That's where we are.
Look at this.
Crocodile tears of Ocasio-Cortez.
Just having to relive that footage.
You weren't there.
You were evacuated well before any of this happened.
The hearing didn't just replay footage, but they revealed new footage from that day, and they revealed new information.
Shocking information.
Information like how Republican members of Congress were seeking pardons before the insurrection, knowing what they were about to do.
You see, they subpoenaed people to testify before the January 6th Committee, and then they used that footage selectively.
Which is why anyone who testified before them, you were played.
It's why Steve Bannon refused.
It's why so many others said, we're not going to do it.
Because they're going to take whatever you say out of context.
So the best thing you could have done is said, uh, the 5th.
The 5th.
I plead the 5th.
I plead the 5th.
Because then all they can really say is, they refuse to answer questions.
Okay?
They arrest Peter Navarro.
The weight of the federal law enforcement apparatus is being wielded against those who are the political enemies of the Democrats in the establishment.
And this is where we're headed.
Multiple whistleblowers allege FBI is purging conservatives.
I hope you're paying attention and you're ready for what comes next.
You see, Matt Taibbi wrote about what's called the arrest that man phase of civil war, which is what we're entering.
In it, he described that in many countries, when civil war breaks out, what you end up with is two vehicles speeding full speed towards a police station or something.
The men jump out of the cars, run up to the chief of police, and both point at each other and yell, arrest that man!
Then law enforcement has to make a decision.
Now, what if the law enforcement is conservative?
Okay, well then they're going to arrest the progressive leftist.
What if they are a progressive leftist?
They're going to arrest the conservative.
So, in order to make sure you win when the arrest that man phase kicks off, you purge anyone who might oppose you, which it appears to be what's happening.
The FBI allegedly labeled conservative agents disloyal to America.
In a letter addressed to FBI Director Christopher Wray, Rep.
Jim Jordan requested the Bureau cooperate fully with the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General and with his committee during a requested briefing on the FBI's conduct in response to the January 6th protests.
Here's what's going to happen.
The midterms are likely going to swing Republican.
According to Real Clear News, it looks like already Democrats have lost and there's nothing they can do.
Right now, based on polling, Republicans will win.
Just how much they're going to win, we'll see.
Things can change.
But this still means that there are two years of Democrat controlling the executive branch.
They are going to weaponize... I'm sorry, they already have the federal government, law enforcement of the executive branch, to go after their political rivals.
Seeing a GOP frontrunner be charged and raided by the FBI, we are entering the arrest that man phase of civil war.
Before the fighting breaks out.
There has to be elite-level conflict.
In the first Civil War, I think it's funny that we call it that now, but yeah, that's true.
You had a caning in Congress.
A caning.
A man brutally beat another man with a cane.
So much so, the man became mentally permanent, a traumatic brain injury, permanently disabled by it.
Now, one side said it was not, oh, he's exaggerating.
The other side said he was disabled and brutally injured.
There's, there's, it doesn't matter what is true.
What matters, look, you have your side, you know, everybody has their side.
What I'm saying is it doesn't matter what's true.
What matters is just what's happening.
The left is arguing whether true or not, the right tried to overthrow the government.
They are using the power of the federal executive branch of the federal law enforcement to go after their political rivals and arrest them for it.
A frontrunner who would have been up against Gretchen Whitmer has now been charged with misdemeanors.
They are using the power of government to stop their political rivals.
This is where it goes.
The next step, we are going to see more arrests.
We're going to see surveillance and investigations.
I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing journalists and media personalities and things like that.
They're going to start going after everybody.
In the next two years, in order to stop Donald Trump from winning again, it's going to get particularly bad.
But none of these actions will serve to actually help the left.
These people in the FBI, potentially, I can only assume it's on purpose, that they want the country to collapse.
And the reason I say that is, I am not the smartest person in the world, nor the smartest person in the room.
I've read a lot, but, you know, it's relatively surface-level stuff.
There is no way, in my opinion, that the simple solution here is that the FBI is just so dumb, they're blindly walking into a civil war.
I can only imagine they want the conflict.
I don't know why.
But maybe it really is incompetence.
I would be surprised by that.
Maybe not.
I don't know.
I mean, I would be surprised to find out I was actually smarter than all of these people.
Now, look, don't get me wrong.
There's a lot of dumb people, and you're probably smarter than a lot of them.
What I mean is, the people at the top of, say, the FBI and the executive branch and the federal government, they have to have some understanding of what they're doing, right?
If you start purging conservatives, those conservatives don't just disappear.
When you start banning conservatives, they don't just disappear.
What did I tell Jack Dorsey in 2019 on The Joe Rogan Show?
If you keep doing this, it will result in civil war.
And as I'm buying my van, I'm getting ready to bug out because of what you guys are doing.
Now, I believe Jack Dorsey really was too stupid to realize what he was doing.
Or just powerless to stop it.
But what ends up happening is...
When you start censoring people, and you're force-separating them, the only result is going to be hyper-tribalization, hyper-polarization, and civil war.
Now what we're seeing is the geographic polarization.
We're seeing people advocate for peaceful divorce, and they've been for some time.
Peaceful divorce can only lead to violent civil war, in my opinion.
And we're seeing people say, you know what, maybe we should You know, federalize and let states have their own laws.
Give people 50 different options.
Now, that I agree with.
But I still believe the end result will only be hyperpolarization and geographic polarization, and that's because it's inevitable.
If we stay on the course we're going with the federal government enforcing laws against half the population who just angrily disagree, then people are going to lose it and violence will erupt.
If we go towards federalism and say, okay, blue states can do your thing, red states can do your thing, then people start geographically polarizing, and then you effectively have two countries.
And what happens then when at the federal level there are certain laws passed, federal laws, and one side disagrees?
The blue side will say no, the red side will say yes, or vice versa.
I don't see a path moving forward.
Let me show you this.
New 911 tapes show how man accused in Kavanaugh murder plot abandoned plan.
Yeah, he turned himself in.
A guy tried to kill a sitting Supreme Court Justice.
And it is not headline news.
That's scary.
Now, I don't like Kavanaugh's rulings.
I disagree with him and his worldview.
You know, he's the guy who, I believe, it's been a while since I was reading about this, but he's the guy who said, you know, he was with Bush, favored warrantless wiretapping, saying metadata stuff didn't violate the Fourth Amendment.
Like, the idea is, Metadata is more like what time you searched for something as opposed to what you were actually searching for.
All of that is a violation of your privacy.
But the argument was, if you leave your house, we can watch where you're going here in public.
And I'm like, okay, I get it, but people expect privacy when they're browsing the internet.
They don't think you're spying on them.
They don't realize.
But anyway, I digress.
I don't agree with the guy on a lot of his rulings.
I'm not a conservative myself.
But somebody tried to kill him.
What do we get?
AOC is crying.
Because people rioted at the Capitol.
Okay.
They went back to this man's home.
It's illegal to do so.
Nothing.
Nothing happens.
They are committing federal crimes.
They are protected by the federal government.
And politicians are blaming Trump supporters for what's going on.
There is already a clear separation.
Whoever is holding the power of the federal government is wielding it.
I shouldn't say that.
You know, Trump didn't wield the power of the federal government against the left.
He could have if he didn't.
They lie and they gaslight and their cult believes them.
Jimmy Kimmel comes out and says, Republicans aren't playing by the rules.
Why should you?
Republicans, who are in the minority, who aren't passing anything or doing anything, aren't playing by the rules, what are they doing?
Oh, and they'll say, like, January 6th, and it's like May 29th.
May 29th, they tried to burn down the White House!
They literally set fire to St.
John's Church across the street and a guard post at the White House.
So don't give me this, they did this and we're not.
I'll tell you, I don't care what I'm talking about.
It doesn't matter who's right.
I think it's totally irrelevant to the greater conversation.
What matters is somebody went to kill Kavanaugh.
When the protesters illegally protested, Merrick Garland said, so what?
When they came back after a man tried to kill a sitting Supreme Court Justice, Merrick Garland said, so what?
The criminals are in the White House.
Jen Psaki said we certainly encourage more of this in reference to those protests.
That is incitement to commit a federal crime, and no one did anything about it.
When federal law enforcement is not upholding the law, and only upholding it against their political opponents, Like Ryan Kelly in Michigan.
Maybe he did things wrong, for sure.
But if they are only upholding the law when it's used to be used against their political rivals, you're in a civil war, baby.
You best start believing in it.
Okay, I'll actually quote the line.
You best start believing in civil war stories.
You're in one.
Federal law enforcement is ignoring federal crimes and enforcing the slightest against their political rivals.
So where does that lead to?
In the first Civil War, the South said, the federal government is not enforcing the law against the North and only against the South.
And so they said, fine, so be it.
We secede.
Now, I certainly think they were wrong.
They wanted laws that violated the Constitution.
Well, there you go.
You can't claim that there are inalienable rights and then have slavery.
And so the North said, no, we're not going to do it.
But there still lies a problem.
You might not like what the South was doing, and I know I certainly don't.
But the South said that the contract is void.
Now that's one thing that's true.
If you have people trying to do bad things, you can't have a contract with them.
And let's put it simply.
The North and the South, in the First Civil War, There was an agreement within the federal government as how laws were being passed.
You cannot have an agreement with people who seek to enforce unconstitutional laws.
Period.
So when the South was demanding the North uphold the Fugitive Slave Act and the North said, we won't do it.
I believe the North was right because that law violated the Constitution and the core tenets of this country and its founding documents.
But that also means there was no pact.
There was no contract with those states.
If states in this country seek to do wrong, then you have no agreement.
And it appears that's what's happening.
So where do we go from here?
I think we're going to head towards, if we stay on this path, you've got armed conservatives, libertarians, and even liberals.
And you have a weaponized federal government.
I think we're going to get to a point where it's going to be more like the Empire in Star Wars or something.
The federal government is crushing dissent and being weaponized against those who oppose it politically.
And I don't think it's going to be like Civil War the way you'd think with the North and the South in secession.
That, I imagine, would happen if Trump wins.
Then the blue states will secede.
I think what's more likely to happen is you're going to see complete and total societal breakdown.
As the federal government keeps enforcing the law only against one political faction, people are going to outright just say no, there is no agreement, and then people are going to start fighting.
It's going to be like the rebellion.
That's going to be the kind of civil war.
I hope not.
I hope that when the midterms come, Republicans win.
I hope they actually start filing investigations, shifting the narrative, and re-stabilizing what's happening at the federal government.
I hope they file inquiries and investigations into the DOJ.
I hope they purge the partisans of any kind and just return things back to normal.
I don't know.
I'll leave it there.
We'll see.
Next segment will be at 1 p.m.
on this channel.
Thanks for hanging out and I'll see you all then.
There are many shocking stories in the news.
Brett Kavanaugh.
Someone tried to kill him.
Protesters went back to his house.
You can tell I'm pretty upset about that one.
January 6th Committee.
They say it was an insurrection, a coup attempt!
Wow.
Really does sound like this country is falling apart.
Then, of course, you have my personal story where we faced a credible threat and the police had to come in.
Then you also have the story of Jeremy Hambly from the quartering.
He also got swatted right afterwards.
Man, it really does sound like societal collapse.
Well, this story I have for you in this 1PM segment is not about chaos, conflict, and fighting.
It is about, I think, just desperation, shock content, and social degradation.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Postmates release of their first ever bottom menu for Pride.
Mashable says, Corporate Pride just got a little weirder.
Postmates is standing by the ad they produced, which is overt instruction on... I gotta pause for a second.
I don't know how to describe what's going on with this advertisement without getting in trouble on YouTube.
I think I'm going to have to rely on euphemisms and innuendo for adults to understand, but that being said, let me show you this from Mashable.
They released their first ever bottom menu for Pride, and they depict an eggplant in leathers and several peaches in jockstraps.
In the last few years, corporations have been trying to capitalize on Pride Month, usually by adorning rainbow logos or releasing rainbow merchandise.
This year, however, Pride campaigns are cranking up the sexual innuendo.
All while conservatives are calling us groomers, but I digress.
Burger King Austria, for example, released their Pride Whopper, featuring burgers with two top buns and two bottom buns.
That is stupid!
That's not how it works at all.
Although, I gotta be honest, the top bun has the sesame seeds on it, and it's... it's better.
You know?
unidentified
So, I... Okay, alright.
tim pool
Anyway.
Food delivery at Postmates is now taking it a step further with Eat With Pride, a first-ever bottom-friendly menu.
Postmates partnered with You ready for this one?
Anal surgeon and sexual health expert Dr. Evan Goldstein developed a menu for those who want... I gotta... I gotta just keep this... I gotta... Those who want to engage in adult activities...
You know, from behind.
If you're a top, it seems like you can eat whatever you want, said the ad narrator.
Comedian Rob Anderson.
But if you're a bottom, you're expected to starve.
Not this pride.
The tops are portrayed as eggplants and bottoms as peaches, of course.
The ad goes on to list some foods that the bottom should avoid the day before adult activities,
like whole grains, cauliflower, and legumes that contain insoluble fiber.
This means they can't dissolve in water and are harder to flush out.
If you catch my drift, instead, they recommend foods with soluble fiber and protein, such as white rice, citrus, fish.
As these digest easily and slowly, the menu will offer bottom-friendly dishes from restaurants in New York and L.A.
I... I just feel like this right here is indicative of societal collapse.
And I'll explain.
First, oh, I got no issue with, you know, two people who want to hook up and do their thing, man-man, woman-woman, man-woman, woman-man, whatever.
The issue is that these advertising agencies, what they're trying to do is shock you enough to get attention.
Well, it's working!
But it's gone over the hill, right?
What I mean is, there's a point where you're climbing up, you're shock, you're shocking, you're shocking, and you get to the top, and people are just like, wow, my mind is blown by their edginess.
This is going over the hill and going down it.
This is them saying, please, please look at me and we'll make overtly... overt advertisements.
And, uh, this is not going to generate you the positive attention you think it will.
Even people on the left are calling it gross, saying it's inappropriate.
They're calling it weird.
They're going to mention, it will only be available in New York and L.A.
But at least we can all marvel at the evolution of corporate pride.
They're ragging on it.
Not every organization is.
We got this one from Out.
Postmates is offering a bottom-friendly menu for Pride Month.
I just think is absolutely nuts.
And I want to point a few things out.
So...
Well, first let me just show you some of the responses, then I'll point some things out.
Postmates said, You shouldn't miss a good meal for a good time.
That's why this Pride we've teamed up with Dr. Evan Goldstein and Smartthrob to create the world's first bottom-friendly menu.
Yup, it's real.
They know what they're going to do is cause shock and offense.
But why?
Do you think this is going to result in more customers for you?
Do you think I'm... Like, look.
I am not offended by two dudes that want to go hook up.
Like, Dave Rubin's a friend of mine.
He's a gay married guy.
I don't care.
He probably does stuff that doesn't affect me and I don't want to know about in the privacy of his own home.
What is the goal of this advertisement?
Do you think these people are going to be like, I love this idea that you're publicizing these kinds of things?
Do you think they're happy with this stuff being shoved in front of people's faces?
Now, I'll tell you this.
Some of them, some people are probably laughing saying, good.
Some conservatives are probably going like, oh, well, I never!
My attitude is like, It's fake.
It's completely fake.
They're trying to make you angry.
It is shock content.
Take a look at how they're responding to people.
They said, in L.A., feel your best and eat your best with bottom-friendly options, blah, blah, blah, in New York.
This guy, Jen Maximus, said, honestly, this is the level of pride other corps should strive for.
If you're not literally helping us have sex, can you really call yourself an ally?
And Postmates responded, exactly.
We're tired of heterosex being the main focus of sex ed.
Homosexual sex, specifically bottoming, is all too often omitted and stigmatized.
Not this year.
Okay.
Tell me exactly where mainstream corporations selling food are producing ads advising straight couples on how to affect their bodies in certain ways for specific adult activities.
Maybe I just don't see them.
Maybe that's on me.
But I can't actually go into this stuff on YouTube.
For one, it is not appropriate for general viewing.
YouTube might already take action against the video for even talking about what Postmates did.
I just don't see this as being, um... I don't see how this is going to actually sell food.
It's crazy, isn't it?
So let me point something out.
I remember back in like 2008, a conversation around gay marriage.
Barack Obama, he opposed it.
Barack Obama was in favor of civil unions.
He wasn't in favor of it.
Donald Trump was the first president to support gay marriage before getting elected.
So, you know, I genuinely have to wonder.
Look at this.
We want to thank our advisors and partners.
In it, it says, Dr. Evan Goldstein, Rob Anderson.
PSYOP Screen Novelties.
What?
It's just so weird, isn't it?
I think what they did was they sat down and said, can we craft a narrative?
Can we craft a video that's going to make people on YouTube complain about it or talk about it?
So, this is the game they play.
Now, I do think they've succeeded in their goal.
Here I am.
I do think it's going to result in Postmates losing customers, not gaining them.
I don't see the positive here, which is why I believe it's a sign, it's indicative of collapse.
There's no more shock you can give that would actually be good for your brand.
The only shock left is people being like, grossed out, please, I want nothing to do with this.
Yeah, I'm not gonna be using Postmates anytime soon.
This is weird.
I think it's, you know, I think what it is is pathetic, manipulative.
But anyway, go back to 2008.
I remember hearing all these arguments that if we allowed gay marriage, if we had gay marriage in this country, it would result in, like, sex ed explaining, you know, gay activities to children and things like that.
It would result in all of these really negative things.
And I was told over and over again, that's ridiculous.
The only thing that's going to happen is that gay people will get married.
No.
Well, I agree with that.
I think that if there are going to be civil union rights, and I mean the general term, it has to be extended to everybody.
So, if marriage is a legal institution, not a religious one, as they would argue, that grants you certain rights, no.
In my personal opinion, two people who choose to love each other should be afforded those same rights.
Now, some people have argued it would lead to polygamy and things like that.
I don't think so.
And the reason is, the legal institution is for two individuals to bond.
That means, if we recognize that with men and women, then we have to recognize that without discrimination, so anyone of any race, anyone of any gender, two people can form a civil union, a bond.
Now, I guess the issue they argue is that civil unions, for some reason, never encompassed all of the rights of marriage, so they wanted marriage.
Marriage, however, is ultimately an Abrahamic institution, which is intertwined with our legal system, so there's questions there.
But I digress.
What ended up happening was, They said it was about love.
No, it's about sex, and this is a perfect example.
This is not about love, it's about sex.
They're not talking about being with the person you like and eating healthy to make sure you're... No, they're literally making tons of sexual references.
They're showing leathers and jockstraps.
They could have done this in the same way with the bottom-friendly menu.
Although bottom-friendly itself is rather... is a bit innuendo.
But they could have shown two people wearing normal clothes.
And they could have shown them like, cuddling.
And it could have said, eat right and be, you know, be prepared or whatever.
It still, in my opinion, would have been particularly sexualized.
But it would have been better than what they did here, overtly sexualizing it.
The issue is, we don't get commercials from Postmates where it's like, Talking about bodily fluids or anything like that between straight couples.
There have been commercials about straight sex but, you know, those are typically when they involve products around that issue.
There have also been issues around... There have also been commercials for gay people.
I mentioned this, you know, a month ago.
I saw a commercial for a dating app and the example they used, the ad they used, was for a gay interracial couple.
My point there was like, how prominent are gay interracial couples?
That they would make a commercial thinking it would be relatable.
They didn't think it would be relatable.
They think it would virtue signal.
Now, again, people want to use the app for whoever they love.
I don't care.
If you're a dude and you want to hook up with a dude and you're interracial, I'm like, hey, more power to you, man.
Do your thing.
Leave me out of it.
That's your life, right?
But the commercial itself was very obviously trying to pander to a political ideology and not to people, which is exactly what this is.
When we talk about what's going on with kids and the drag queen story hours, the drag queen kids shows, and the drag shows for kids, yeah, we say grooming.
This right here is in line with that.
Which, you know, brings me back to that article I was reading.
Where over at Mashable they say, all the while conservatives are calling us groomers.
Pride campaigns are cranking up the sexual innuendo parentheses.
All the while conservatives are calling us groomers.
But I digress.
Is this your article from Mashable?
They say, why the groomer smear is terrible for LGBTQ mental health.
If you are an LGBTQ person minding your own business and loving who you love, I got no issue.
If you wear a pride flag and dance around, I've got no issue.
If you wave a pride flag marching down the street, also, no issue whatsoever.
Actually, my perspective there is, you know, good for you, like, you know, congratulations.
It's good to speak out your mind.
If you're going to children and explaining to them sexual activities, okay, now I'm having issues.
Are the parents involved?
Do you have parental consent?
If you do, okay, well, you know.
If you don't, uh, yeah, that shouldn't be... that shouldn't be okay.
We had Tommy Altman on the show twice.
First time, we got a credible threat.
People keep saying it was a swatting.
It was a credible threat.
People keep... I'm gonna repeat this.
People keep saying we got swatted.
We got a credible threat.
There's a difference.
The swattings are when the police think there's an issue.
A credible threat is when we take action.
People are like, don't the police know by now?
I'm tired of hearing it.
Anyway, where was I?
The groomer smear is terrible for LGBTQ mental health.
You know, when you're going after kids, we've got issues.
When you are trying to keep it a secret from parents, we've got issues.
When parents are simply saying that we want to know what's going on with schools, we accept that.
Which brings me back to my point about Tommy Altman.
We had him on the show twice, the first time, you see what happened.
Tommy's a guy who filed a lawsuit.
He was trying to challenge a couple books.
unidentified
The left says, they're trying to ban books from schools!
tim pool
Yeah, I love it.
I think it was Media Matters.
They were like, Tim Pool often uses these voices.
I'm like, I don't want to cry about it.
Tommy Altman filed a lawsuit saying, this book is obscene and it requires parental consent.
unidentified
Wow.
tim pool
The book can remain in the school, but parents have to sign off on it if their kids are going
to read it.
Wow.
I think most conservatives were like, kids shouldn't be looking at that stuff.
But Tommy was like, if the parents sign off on it, then that's up to them.
Bye.
Amazing.
Not actually even banning the book.
See, these books have gratuitous adult activities in them, and they're trying to sneak them in front of children.
What does it mean now, when these commercials are being displayed, and you have people, you have kids maybe, on the internet, seeing that, There's an argument about where grooming begins.
What constitutes grooming?
I'll put it this way.
If there is a sexualized culture and you introduce it to children without involving the sexualized aspects, you are grooming them.
Which means drag shows for kids are grooming.
Now, what I've said before is there is a challenge to if someone is just dressing up in a costume and dancing at a family-friendly venue, and I mean literally like an all-ages venue or cafe, you're gonna be hard-pressed to do anything about that.
It doesn't mean they're not grooming.
It's just not illegal to dress up and dance on stage and that's it.
They are grooming, though, because the next step in that drag show is removing clothing.
Now, they might not do it for these little kids, but when little kids get older and go to the... I remember drag shows, they'll say.
This time, the people are taking their clothing off.
Uh-oh.
Now, they're stripping.
Yeah, that's stripping.
So, what you're doing is you're normalizing a simple aspect of it.
So that these kids view it in a way that it's normal to them.
That way you can introduce the next degree.
That's what grooming is.
And that's what they're doing.
These commercials may not be illegal.
They're inappropriate.
And they do introduce an element of grooming.
It's that simple.
Little kids will see that.
And they will be told that these things, these ideas, what's being shown are normal.
They'll ask about it.
Now, again, the challenge is, are parents consenting?
If you want to talk to kids about man-on-man relationships, well, then you're talking about sex ed, and I think parents should sign off on that because parents should decide when it's appropriate for their kids.
It is only grooming in a sense that your intent, I suppose, is to drive them in a certain direction.
But talking to children about traditional marriage also requires parental consent under Florida's new law.
Previously, sex ed was the specific, you know, bodily function stuff.
But if they're going to expand it to, you know, relationships and all that, it's like, okay, whatever, parents should sign off on it.
Then you get to what the left responds with.
They're like showing kids with guns saying it's grooming.
I mean, technically, but grooming typically refers to sexualized activities.
Having guns isn't sexualized.
Talking to kids about marriage, you could argue, is grooming.
But, the idea is supposed to be, are you seeking to abuse them?
I believe in this instance you are seeing people who are.
A parent who talks to their child about growing up and having, you know, these things happen to them, like their bodies are changing and they fall in love, and it's not grooming.
If they're talking to them about strip clubs, let's put it this way.
Trying to figure out what that line is.
Let's say a stripper.
Went to a school.
Let's say a school had a stripper show.
And they called it go-go dancing.
Go-go dancing is the same thing, but they're fully clothed.
Do you think parents would be okay with go-go dancing for kids?
No.
See, they're lying when they say it's not grooming.
If you had pole dancers at a grade school dancing around, yeah, people are gonna be like, wait a minute.
But see, the thing is, people are ignorant to what drag shows really are.
And they say, it's a costume party.
But then, they bring children on stage and have them rip their clothing off.
So this Postmates stuff.
It's disingenuous, it's corporate, it's a lie, it's BS.
What they're going to do is they're going to say that videos like this are homophobic, and oh, no, my issue is the public gratuitousness of their actions.
I remember when I was a little kid.
My family owned a cafe on North Halsted in Chicago.
It's Boys Town.
Where the cafe used to be, it was called Java Joe's, is now called the Kit Kat Club.
I think so.
It may still be there, I'm not entirely sure.
But it used to be called Java Joe's, and there was a little stage there, and there was coffee and sandwiches, and it was a gay neighborhood.
So a lot of the customers were gay, and I was told it's all about love.
People just want to love who they love.
And I said, okay, yeah, I don't care.
They said, it's none of your business.
And I said, you're right, I don't care.
And then I'd walk down the street, and I would see images in the storefront windows that were overtly sexual.
I would see all of it, and I would think to myself, like, I don't understand.
I thought it was about love.
Then the pride parade would happen.
And my mom would say, you can't go outside during Pride.
Because I was, you know, 10 years old.
And then I was like, why not?
And they'd say, outright, because people are doing inappropriate things.
Okay, well, what were they doing?
There was a guy walking around with a kilt made of leather straps and nothing else.
So you could see everything.
Like, it did not cover anything.
There were women, totally nude, walking down the street.
Dancing around and strutting and... That was normal.
I remember I had friends who went to a Pride event and they got naked.
And I just thought, like, I thought it was about love.
Like, I don't understand why people are jumping around naked and stuff.
And why there are mannequins that are anatomically correct that are performing adult activities on each other in these windows.
Because I guess the issue wasn't really love, was it?
No, a lot of it is.
And that's the part that I'm fine with.
But this is lying.
And what the Postmates thing is doing is lying.
Shock content so that when people invariably say, yo, you crossed the line, they go, eh, bigot.
And that's the line they're going to play.
And they're unashamed, like, that's right, we're doing this.
Sure.
Where are the commercials from Del Monte or Dole about bodily fluids?
Where's that?
Yeah, because they know it's not going to work for them.
Postmates is just flailing in the wind, and it's weird.
Whatever, man, I'll leave it there.
Next segment's coming up at 4pm over at youtube.com slash timcast.
