[00:00:03] In this video I want to show Nadi Shudana Pranayama, alternate nostril breathing. [00:00:10] And as the name suggests it's simply a matter of alternating the nostril in which you breathe in and out. [00:00:17] So you can see there that I'm closing off one nostril with my thumb. [00:00:22] Then I'm switching using my ring finger to close the other nostril. [00:00:28] So if you look upon my body, if you admire my physique, meanwhile it will yield additional enlightenment to you. [00:00:38] So if you look upon my body you can see that I'm breathing in on one side while I'm holding the nostril. [00:00:44] I'm switching and then I'm breathing out and then I'm breathing in again. [00:00:52] Then I'm switching, breathing out and breathing in. [00:00:58] So this is a super simple meditation technique or breathing exercise you can do and this is good if you feel stressed. [00:01:06] So I've showed before I've showed the bastrika exercise which is also called yogic coffee. [00:01:12] So that you can use if you want to hype yourself up a bit. [00:01:15] But this is to calm yourself down. [00:01:17] This is good if you are stressed. [00:01:19] So you can try to do this for 10 minutes at a time or for however long you want. [00:01:25] So do try it out. [00:01:26] It's good stuff. [00:01:27] I can definitely recommend it. [00:01:29] I do it every once in a while.
