I'm checking in with an insight which will hopefully aid you in your quest for enlightenment and glory, your quest for excellence.
So perhaps you have heard me say this before, that it's easier to train every day than it is to train four days a week.
Why is this?
Yes, because you build a routine and you create a momentum.
Now, as you see in the title of this fine video, Momentum is King.
When you get the momentum, when you have worked up a momentum, it's like a blessing from above and you should use it as much as possible.
So for me, personally, I have a certain momentum in regard to esoteric literature.
So that's why you've seen me post a lot of book reviews, which hopefully you read.
If you don't, you're missing out.
And I'm sorry to say that you will not make it if you don't read my book reviews.
I'm just keeping it straight with you.
You need to do it.
Okay, I'm joking.
You don't need to do it if you don't find them interesting.
But if you are interested in these matters, then I definitely recommend you to read it.
So I'm talking about esoteric or spiritual matters now.
I do of course review other books as well, but what I'm doing now is that I have built up a momentum when it comes to a certain type of books.
So we can say esoteric, spiritual, magical, metaphysical, whatever we shall call it.
Religious traditions.
Whatever you want to call it.
So I have built a momentum and I'm keeping at it until the momentum changes into perhaps I start making more videos later on, but I want to keep this momentum.
That's why I have posted a lot of book reviews and I will continue to do so.
Then I will perhaps get into a good momentum of making videos or whatever.
Same thing when it comes to training.
Now, of course, it's almost middle of April and everyone should be in a good shape for summer.
That is something you, you're worth it.
You are worth.
You owe it to yourself to be in a good shape for summer so you can enjoy life a bit more.
I will get into a truly great shape.
I'm saying it now so I'm accountable to myself and to you all.
So I will be in a great shape for summer and I will now the priority is for me to create a momentum where I really really get into the gym lifestyle as it were.
Again, I posted the other day that I was struck down by the bubonic plague but now I'm back at it and now I created that momentum that will see me through all summer so I can get into a great shape.
So that is momentum.
When you build a momentum, you ride the energy, ride the wave you get from whichever source that gifts you this momentum.
So momentum is king.
Of course habits and routines are also king.
Now another thing when we're talking about learning things or getting really into a certain path is that you should bombard your mind.
So as of late if you have read my book reviews you've seen that I have bombarded my mind with this type of material and this has enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of it and now when I look back at books I read a year ago they make more sense now because I've bombarded my mind with similar books that broaden my perspective a bit so the more you get into it the better.
No, I made a video a while back saying that I would start learning German or to better my German.
Rather, I've done the same thing here.
I'm just bombarding my mind with it and not necessarily much either, but it has to be frequent.
I do read something in German every day.
So I try to keep it fresh all the time.
I try to bombard my mind with, you know, the material at hand.
So if you want to get into something, view it in that sense that you want to bombard yourself, you want to bombard your mind with whatever material it might be and then eventually it will start making sense.
So if you also, if you start getting into perhaps reading Julius Evola or some more esoteric books, it might not make a lot of sense at first, but as you continue to read, as you continue to bombard your mind, the teachings, they will make sense after a while.
And you can view it as a puzzle as well that you put in pieces all the time and for each piece, each book you read, you get a better picture to understand it.
So anyway, that was my take now.
So if you wonder why I've posted so many book reviews and why I will continue to do so, it's because I have a momentum and it's because I bombard my mind with certain material which I can then you know make videos on and make podcasts on and stuff like that.
So it's a good investment.
It's a good nice feel.
It's a good nice energy that I have at the moment.
And then of course the other energy that I will make the most out of is when the May energy hits.
Then I always need, I always feel the urge to get into a great shape.
So yeah, I will post the Seek later to highlight and emphasize the wisdom and validity of my teachings.
