The Golden One - Marcus Follin - Shredded Summer Physique - The Wild Hunt Challenge: May Aired: 2020-05-04 Duration: 09:57 === Mayhem in May (03:22) === [00:00:52] Greetings and salutations my esteemed subscribers. [00:00:56] I recently issued a wild hunt challenge in honor of Mars, but Nurgle, the chaos god of the seas, spread the Wuhan virus and closed basically all martial arts clubs. [00:01:08] So we couldn't really do that particular challenge. [00:01:12] So I thought we could launch another month of Wild Hunt Challenge. [00:01:18] And May, as in Mayhem, I always have the highest motivation in May because it's the almost summer. [00:01:26] You want to get in good shape for summer. [00:01:28] And I've always associated May with high intensity, high thumbs, and you know, getting prepared, getting shredded for summer. [00:01:36] Now I haven't cut in a few years, but I will actually do so this year so I can post physique and reach more normies and red pill them and enlighten them and get them to take the glorious pill. [00:01:48] Now before I begin to elaborate on the cut at hand, the challenge at hand, I would like to say that you can head on to legiogloria.com and sign up for our newsletter. [00:01:59] We do have a launch coming later in the week and it's also a measure of anti-fragility on my part to have a newsletter in case something should happen here on YouTube. [00:02:10] So if you're interested mainly in the clothing check it out and sign up for the newsletter. [00:02:16] Of course if you check out all my links in the description you will find my telegram and other social media. [00:02:22] Now also a last note on all orders be it about a book or clothing there has been severe delays especially to the US, Canada and Australia so just a heads up so you know what's going on. [00:02:35] Now on to the challenge at hand. [00:02:37] I won't issue any particular training goals for you to reach because I don't know who can go to the gym, who has access to what equipment etc. [00:02:48] So you can just say to yourself that you should try to train something every day. [00:02:53] For everyone who has followed me on Patreon and Subscribestar via the Physique Manefactorum, you know I have trained quite a bit of shoulders as of late and also neck. [00:03:04] So you can see my toad-like neck gains. [00:03:07] My goal is to transform into a slan mage. [00:03:11] This is what a slan mage looks like. [00:03:14] All Warhammer brush knows what I'm talking about so I will attain ultimate magic powers to deal with the corrupt regime of Sweden. [00:03:23] So anyway this is also something I thought to mention that is the glorious pill mentality and the wild hunt mentality is that you know I couldn't train in any martial arts clubs, I couldn't train in a regular gym because I wanted to stay safe from Nurgle's Wuhan virus so I had to train at home but you know I learned quite a bit new things. [00:03:46] I've been at this for 10 years, I've been coaching for about 7 years, but you can always learn new things. [00:03:53] And when you're being put in a position where the only option for you is to learn, yeah, then you can see growth. [00:04:00] So for me, I have been very happy with the progress I've seen. [00:04:04] Learning new exercises, feelings of good gains, both muscle gains and strength gains. [00:04:10] I thought it was well past that stage, but then it was a blessing in disguise. === Eat Smart, Fast, Lean (05:41) === [00:04:15] And this is also something you should think about. [00:04:17] If you are being completely thrown off your regular routine, make the most of the situation, learn new things. [00:04:25] Now I have learned plenty of things I can do without a gym. [00:04:29] So even if I am able to go to the gym, there isn't any pandemic going on, but for whatever reason I want to train something else, yeah, I can do so because now I've learned. [00:04:40] So basically the training aspect you can just try to train something every day. [00:04:44] It can be high-intensity interval training in the forest if you can go out or something indoors. [00:04:49] It's up to you. [00:04:51] But since I named this title Let's Get Shredded, I haven't actually decided on what to call the challenge, but something of the sort. [00:05:01] We want to get a bit leaner for summer. [00:05:03] We don't only want to do it because of aesthetics, we also want to do it because of health reasons. [00:05:07] There is a study showing increased health markers in even healthy individuals when they cut for a while. [00:05:13] And by cut I mean decrease calories over an extended period of time. [00:05:19] You shouldn't cut year-round, but you know, cutting every once in a while can be a good idea, both for your mental well-being. [00:05:25] You know, you get the autophogy if you fast, you get increased health markers by just reducing the calories, and of course, yeah, the aesthetic reason as well. [00:05:34] So there's a lot of different things that work as one. [00:05:38] And you know, we have a holistic view of training and nutrition on this channel. [00:05:42] One thing works in favor of another thing. [00:05:45] This also goes into politics, by the way. [00:05:47] You know, I want to get guys to post physique and go to the gym. [00:05:51] That way they will also adhere to enlightened political thinking. [00:05:56] But anyway, on to the points at hand. [00:06:00] This also depends on how much fat you have. [00:06:03] If you have quite a bit of fat, I have three different things you can definitely adhere to. [00:06:08] First and foremost is to not drink any calories. [00:06:11] Because if you drink calories, it it has a tendency to, you know, skyrocket the calories because it doesn't really satiate that well. [00:06:18] The opposite is true. [00:06:20] If you are skinny, you try to put on some mass. [00:06:22] You want to drink more calories because it's easy calories to get into to your system. [00:06:28] Second thing, go on a walk every day. [00:06:30] I do so now as well, because I go with the princess out for a walk for about an hour. [00:06:35] You can listen to some podcasts. [00:06:36] You can listen to Caribbean rhythms or history of Rome or whichever podcast you want. [00:06:43] Third thing is to do intermittent fasting. [00:06:46] So that means you eat lunch, another meal and then dinner. [00:06:50] Then you don't eat anything else. [00:06:52] I technically do not do intermittent fasting right now because I have my butter and coconut oil coffee in the morning. [00:06:58] I might Cut it out later in the summer if I want to get even more shredded. [00:07:02] I will see. [00:07:02] Time will tell. [00:07:04] But I would definitely issue the following recommendation for this challenge. [00:07:10] So, here's the first commandment in this challenge: no more eating after dinner. [00:07:15] And I know this is a hard thing for many guys to do. [00:07:18] You know what? [00:07:18] It's nice to eat. [00:07:19] You want something sweet or something savory if you watch a series or if you watch YouTube, you want to comfort it in the sofa. [00:07:26] It's an understandable thing. [00:07:28] But first step is to not eat anything after dinner. [00:07:33] So have a clear disciplined structure that you eat dinner, you can brush your teeth, that makes it easier to withstand any temptations. [00:07:41] So that is the first thing: no meals after dinner. [00:07:45] If you have a regular routine, that is. [00:07:47] Then, of course, you can also go directly to intermittent fasting, then you don't eat after dinner anyway. [00:07:52] But some guys like to eat breakfast. [00:07:54] If you train earlier in the day, it can be recommended to eat breakfast. [00:07:57] But that's the first thing at least. [00:07:59] The second point of this challenge is to cut out all sugar. [00:08:04] And when I mean sugar, I mean sugary things. [00:08:06] So I don't mean that you can't eat fruit and drink milk. [00:08:09] I still eat fruit and drink milk, but what I mean is pastries, sweets, ice cream, all of these sort of things. [00:08:16] It gets easier to maintain a good diet when you cut out sugar, even if you have the same level of caloric intake. [00:08:24] You know, the key to weight loss is calories in versus calories out, but you can make it harder for yourself or you can make it easier for yourself. [00:08:31] For me, I want to make it as easy as possible for myself. [00:08:35] Then I know if I cut out all sugar, everything gets easier because I have more stable energy levels, I'm not as hungry. [00:08:43] So those are the two main rules. [00:08:46] So no eating after dinner and no added sugar. [00:08:50] Then also, as is always the case with any wild hunt challenge, you have to abstain from any sort of degenerate behavior. [00:08:59] So if you're still addicted to porn for whatever reason, that has to go. [00:09:03] It's totally incongruent with the glorious pill mentality, with the wild hunt mentality to fab to porn. [00:09:11] You know, only animals in captivity or humans in captivity masturbate to porn or masturbate. [00:09:17] So we are free men here. [00:09:19] In this culture, we build, we want to be free men. [00:09:21] We don't want the shackles of pornography. [00:09:23] So throw that away. [00:09:25] If you have some other sort of addiction, now is the best time to cast it off. [00:09:29] Then, of course, also, as I always say, you should read a book, you can read two books. [00:09:34] For me personally, one of the highest luxuries in life is to sit in the sun with a good book, is reading, taking it easy. [00:09:41] A true luxury indeed. [00:09:43] So anyway, that is the wild hunt challenge of May. [00:09:47] And I hope you all take it to heart and that it improves your life in a good way. [00:09:54] So thank you for watching. [00:09:56] Exact so.
