[00:00:13]  Also, before I begin to elaborate on the topics of the day, I would just like to point out that I do, if we're being completely honest with ourselves here, I do look quite juicy.

[00:00:32]  Because if I pretend like it's nothing, that I don't look juicy, then it might come across as arrogant, like, oh, you know, this is nothing.

[00:00:43]  I only do it to not come across as arrogant.

[00:00:47]  Now you might ask, how do I get this juicy?
[00:00:50]  Yes, it's because I believe in self-improvement.
[00:00:54]  And the first step in self-improvement, the absolutely first step you can do is to stop watching porn.
[00:01:00]  Now I have talked about this so many times, so I'm not gonna go into it in any depth today.
[00:01:06]  I can just say that if you imagine your ancestors are watching you, they see you fapping ferociously to another man, ramming a woman you find desirable.
[00:01:17]  Yeah, it's kind of a cuckish thing to do, so it's not something you should do ever.
[00:01:23]  Also, it's an industry which destroys the lives of women, so you have to be a proper hater of women, I suppose, if you watch porn.

[00:01:35]  But again, I've talked about this so many times, you all know the moral reasons for not doing it.
[00:01:42]  Then of course, a lot of guys have trouble resisting it anyway.
[00:01:47]  They know it's bad, but it can be hard to resist.
[00:01:49]  Now, if we're talking about no not November, no fap November, and I encourage you all to participate in this challenge.
[00:01:57]  And the rules are quite simple for no fap November.
[00:02:01]  Simply do not fap during the entire month.
[00:02:05]  And if you want some motivation as to not do this, you can just meditate upon the amount of energy and vitality that your dragon's breath contains.
[00:02:19]  I tried to come up with a creative metaphor there, but you all know what I mean.
[00:02:24]  It's supposed to bring life.
[00:02:25]  It's supposed to create life.
[00:02:27]  That is the power of your vitality.
[00:02:32]  So if you don't waste it on nothing basically, you will retain the energy and you can do creative things with it, such as progress in the Temple of Iron or attain a higher level of martial enlightenment in MMA or something like that.
[00:02:49]  So if you do not waste that energy on unproductive endeavors, if you keep it in yourself and let that energy be used for something else, yeah, it's a very powerful tool.
[00:03:00]  So I would definitely encourage everyone to participate in NoFap November.

[00:03:09]  You can just imagine that I am on one side of your conscience and then you have a leftist journalist on the other side and we are in a desperate battle for your soul.

[00:03:51]  And it's simply I am the primary opponent of the porn industry.
[00:03:57]  That is something I believe is very important.
[00:04:00]  But that being said, it doesn't mean that I am against naked women in art, etc.
[00:04:06]  You can look behind me, I have a naked woman there.
[00:04:09]  It's a naked mermaid.
[00:04:11]  However, as you might see, if you just look briefly upon the painting, there is nothing sexual about it.
[00:04:17]  Same thing if you look upon a statue of a naked woman.
[00:04:20]  There is nothing sexual about it.
[00:04:22]  And there is absolutely no point in going overboard to the point where we are Puritan in our view of the body.
[00:04:30]  It's something very un-European to be that way.
[00:04:33]  So I said the same thing about my own physique since the beginning of everything.
[00:04:38]  Basically, I said, you know what, this is a monument to the gods.
[00:04:41]  This is something I want others to look at and be inspired to live a life of overcoming.
[00:04:48]  That is what this is about.
[00:04:49]  I don't want anyone to look at my body and say, like, oh, this has anything to do with sexual something.
[00:04:57]  Same thing with naked women in art, etc.
[00:05:02]  So I am absolutely not against that sort of imagery.
[00:05:07]  And I think that's important to point out since I have a very strict line against the porn industry.
[00:05:13]  But I'm not a Puritan in that sense.
[00:05:16]  I do appreciate beauty and I do think female beauty should also be cherished in a non-sexual way.
