Obviously, there are a lot of interesting and important topics to talk about, but I thought to just make a shorter video talking about a somewhat common question, and that is what I listen to when I train.
And I do have a rather large and glorious Spotify list, which I will link in the description box below.
And my little cuddle princess has something to add.
I don't know if you can hear her, but yeah, anyway, I have had that list for quite some time.
And since I have in my most recent videos, talked a bit about my other social media and platforms, etc. I have not mentioned my epic Spotify playlist, so I thought to just throw that out there, and it also explains quite well what I do listen to before and during the Temple of Iron.
So basically, it's a metal list, as you can see from most of the songs.
So a lot of Amon Amarth, Sabaton, etc.
So I have during the last actually eight years now, I have collected good, heavy and testosteroneous metal songs that I thought the purpose of them when I listened to them is that I should get pumped up enough to hit the gym.
So the criteria for most of the songs was that whenever I stumbled upon them, I added them to the list.
Then I will admit though that there are plenty of these songs that are quite bad in retrospect.
So you can find some gems in the list and some other songs may not be as testosteronous and metal as they should be.
But anyway, the point being when I train and when I try to get hyped up to train is that I just want to invoke the primordial beast within me and for me metal has always been the best way to get to that stage.
So yes, I just wanted to have that said and yeah, at the same time respond to the question what kind of music I listen to.
So yeah, in terms of training it's most usually metal and then otherwise I listen to some classic music, some film music, some video game music, so epic music to put it simply.
So yeah, that's about it.
You can follow me on Spotify if you wish and then also if you are already looking through my description box be sure to follow on Telegram too.
So anyway, I hope you're having a pleasant day ahead and worry not I have some cool videos in coming.
