Gains Kitchen. My Standard PWO Meal Before Training
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since making this video I have started soaking my oats overnight (in water and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar). I will make a video on this later on.
Oats + Peanut butter + Milk + Banana + Cinnamon.

Greetings true friends and welcome back to Gaines Fuking Kitchen That's right, we're back after too long.
It's been too long since I made one of these glorious Gaines Kitchen episodes.
But yeah, now we're back and I've actually made a promise to myself and that is to make start making Gainskitchen videos on a regular basis.
So what we have before us at this moment in time is my current standard pre-workout that I eat basically before every session unless if I'm training grappling in the mornings then I just train fasted with some amino acids.
But otherwise this is something I do too especially if I'm hitting the Temple of Iron to get some extra carbs to fuel the performance.
So that being said let's get into the recipe, the ingredients.
So first and foremost the base of the whole thing.
Some good old Swedish oats.
So that would be the base of the thing and the second main thing is some good old Swedish milk.
Now of course I've grown up in the Swedish countryside so I know how the cows here are treated with dignity, love and respect.
It's not the same in all countries.
So if I lived in certain other countries, I probably wouldn't eat so much or drink so much dairy products, because how they treat animals in certain countries is not up to a reasonable standard.
So if you want to replace the milk with something else, that's completely fine.
It's up to you.
The third ingredient is some good old peanut butter, and yeah, this is mainly to get some extra taste to the entire thing.
Obviously, peanut butter tastes well with basically everything, so it's just something to make it tastier.
It comes at the cost of extra calories, but I mean, if you're bulking, it's all the better.
So if you're bulk bra, you can take more tablespoons.
I use one tablespoon for this.
The next ingredient is a good old banana, and if you don't want to eat colonial products, you can replace it with an apple or something like that, but I prefer bananas.
Every once in a while I mix it up that, or an apple.
The good thing with a banana is that it contains potassium, which is good for training.
So yeah, a banana to chop and put in the bowl.
Here's a bowl, by the way, highly aesthetic and folkish.
And the last thing in your recipe, some good old cinnamon to put on top.
So what Will do now is just make this and show it once it's complete.
Then I will hit the gym and throw in some good old training clips here as well.
And if I feel a bit out of gear, it's because I haven't made a Gaines Kitchen video in over a year, if I'm not mistaken.
So bear with me as I get into the routine of it again.
And yes, my promise to myself and yeah, to you is to make more Gaines Kitchen videos of just meals that you can apply in your life for gains and health and prosperity.
And I do think a certain little cuddle princess is awake.
Yeah, good times, good times.
Alright, so we are done.
Looks like this quite aesthetic, if I may be so bold.
So a simple recipe, just some extra carbs before hitting the whatever you are training.
Primarily something explosive, perfect for breaking the stalls in the Temple of Iron.
So speaking of which, I will hit the temple right now and I wish you a prosperous week ahead.
