The Golden One - Marcus Follin - Bronze Age Mindset - Interview and The Necessity of Space for European Men Aired: 2019-05-18 Duration: 03:40 === Need for Openness (03:32) === [00:00:07] Greetings, Laddingtons. [00:00:09] Today is a good day. [00:00:11] It's an absolutely wonderful day. [00:00:13] If anything, I'm happy and I want you to be happy as well. [00:00:17] That's why I want you to adhere to my teachings. [00:00:21] Then you will probably be one step closer to happiness. [00:00:25] Anyway, I have two things to say today. [00:00:28] First and foremost, I have an interview, a written interview with Bronze Age pervert. [00:00:33] I know many of you, especially for those of you who are on Twitter, you know him and like him. [00:00:40] So he sent a glorious signed copy of his book a while back and I read the book, thought it was really interesting and decided to follow up with some questions of my own. [00:00:51] So written interview, first link in the description. [00:00:54] And since I wanted to write something myself as well, sometimes it's nice to write articles as well, not just make videos. [00:01:02] So I've written a article upon my mentality when it comes to self-improvement. [00:01:08] And it was originally supposed to be a release article for the men's aesthetic linen shirt, which is available at ligugloria.com as is this fine shirt. [00:01:20] So check that out as well. [00:01:22] Hopefully you can gain some inspiration and motivation from it. [00:01:25] And main thing, the interview with Bronze Age pervert. [00:01:31] And I hope you all can hear me. [00:01:33] I decided to make this video in nature because the point I wanted to bring to you, one of the main points in Bronze Age mindset, it is the need for especially European gentlemen to have space. [00:01:47] So we can talk about metaphysical space and physical space. [00:01:51] And if you are living in a city, it is natural if you feel cramped, you feel like you don't have any room to breathe basically. [00:02:00] So you can go out in nature and especially now such since it is so beautiful in many parts of the world, especially Europe, North America, etc. [00:02:09] So I'm out here in Jamla Uppsala, Uppsala, city of the gods, one of my favorite places on earth. [00:02:15] So I decided to just make this video here to get the proper energy for bestowing this knowledge upon you. [00:02:24] So if you want to envision something, envision that you're out on the steps being a Bronze Age city and out exploring unknown territory and of course translated in something you can actually do is just get out in nature. [00:02:40] So that's one good aspect I took with me from Bronze Age mindset. [00:02:44] The need for space, the need for unconquered territory and as European men if we get closed in, captured, we lose our will to prosper. [00:02:54] So you need to put your mind into a state of openness as it were. [00:03:00] You need to put your body as well because mind and body are one. [00:03:03] You need to put it in open landscapes. [00:03:06] So get out in nature also. [00:03:07] It's good for your soul. [00:03:08] It's not just about getting some cardio in, it's also about your mental well-being. [00:03:14] So especially now when it is this sort of weather, get out in nature, it is good for you. [00:03:20] After all, we are evolved, evolutionary speaking, to be in forests and to be out in nature. [00:03:27] And again, your mindset must be that you are not trapped in anything. [00:03:30] So you have all the possibilities in the world. [00:03:34] So anyway, I hope that was somewhat enlightening. [00:03:36] Now I will continue enjoying this fine spring day.
