So it's really quite simple to not fap during the entire month of November and this is a perfect opportunity if you have never done something like this before.
So it's all about retaining sexual energy, fueling that into your training instead.
And now a technical detail here is that if you take the glorious pill, according to my teachings, you are allowed to fap, but you're not allowed to fap the porn.
So this challenge is something similar, but otherwise you can fap, but just not the porn.
But this particular challenge, no fap at all.
So the rules are very simple.
Do not fap during this entire month.
And if you feel the urge to do so, just focus with your mind on something else.
This can be done via gaming, this can be done with going outside, this can be done with reading something.
The important part is that you actually focus with your mind on something else until the urge subsides, so to speak.
So very many good mental techniques to get over this.
