Greetings my valiant disciples and greetings to everyone else as well.
Today I want to share some of my great knowledge with you all and I want to come with an update because it has been one year since I took the cold shower pill and started with cold showers.
And what an absolutely glorious year it has been.
Anyway regarding the cold showers I have continued to take them and I still do it because of one simple reason and that's because of the sensation you get after the cold shower.
It is like getting another energy kick so there's only so much energy you can obtain in a day without compromising other things.
So for example you cannot take more caffeine late in the day because that might interrupt your sleep and sleep is obviously very important when you are looking to set the pace high no matter your endeavor.
So for me a cold shower is a way to get more energy without expending without expending more time or effort or money on it.
So a quick, cheap, time efficient way to get more energy.
And regarding other health benefits, it's not something I personally have experienced, but I just focus on that aspect the fresh sensation after the cold shower itself.
And when I say cold shower, it's more a Scottish shower, which means that you do the last one minute or so in cold water.
And now, if you think it's a bit daunting to shower cold, because the few, the first few times can be a bit uncomfortable, you can just pretend that you are some sort of Viking chieftain jumping in the ocean to save one of your men.
Something epic like that.
It always helps with his mental techniques no matter what you are doing.
You can be out running in the forest for some cardio, you can spar in the Temple of Ares, you can go for some heavy deadlifts.
These sort of epic mental pictures are always a good instrument to push through.
So you can definitely try cold showers, give it a shot and see what you think and if you get hooked by the sensation afterwards like I did then you can continue to do so.
And also another benefit is that you can bathe in cold waters without any noticeable discomfort.
So that's another cool benefit.
So yeah that's my wisdom for the day.
I just want to check in and say that I still do cold showers and I can definitely recommend it to you and especially if you want that mental clarification boost throughout the day to get some additional energy.
