[00:00:00]  Greetings, this is a channel update in case you were wondering where I was.
[00:00:05]  I have been quite busy doing holy work and also quite a lot of work with the Jutenheim Nutrition launch and speaking of which, if you're in any of the Nordic countries, head on over, first link in the description.

[00:00:37]  And then we will also look at opening up for the American markets and the Australian market and the Canadian market.
[00:00:45]  If you have any good insight into good manufacturers, etc. in those countries, please do send me an email because that sort of insights is always valuable.
[00:00:56]  And it's not reasonable to ship supplements or food because whey is technically a food.
[00:01:02]  So it's not sustainable to ship those sort of things halfway across the world.
[00:01:07]  Not from a not from an environmentally friendly perspective at least.
[00:01:13]  And also the supplements are the supplements I use myself.

[00:01:39]  This is my latest book I've read.
[00:01:43]  Thick, solid and tight, absolutely recommended book.
[00:01:47]  Excellent author Kerry Bolton.
[00:01:49]  He has done a tremendous job with this book.
[00:01:52]  And I can recommend it if you want to know, if you want to know some more about the last century, and especially if you want a deeper insight into the three ideologies.
[00:02:01]  Liberalism, which is the reigning one, communism and fascism.
[00:02:06]  So this book, definitely I can recommend it.
[00:02:09]  And then a book I will read is this absolute beauty.
[00:02:12]  Look how aesthetic that is.
[00:02:14]  I've read quite a few of his previous works and Roman things are always glorious.
[00:02:19]  So that is what's up there.
[00:02:22]  Now on to coming videos.
[00:02:23]  I have a wild hunt challenge incoming in a week or so, which I look forward to releasing.

[00:02:32]  And then I have a lot of general videos, a lot of wisdom I want to share with you all.
[00:02:39]  But I will get back into things in a few weeks I'd say and then pick up the pace and set the pace high and I will definitely increase the video production.
