Hello lads So I just thought to check in from the Temple of Iron performing some good old bench for the hench and I just thought to give a update upon my training for those of you who are semi-blasphemous and do not follow me on Instagram if you don't do so immediately if you have an account first link in the description.
Now for those of you who are true friends and follow me on Instagram you have been seeing some updates from the Temple of Iron and I just thought to give some video material upon the sessions themselves so you can see a bit what they look like.
So yeah some good old bench right here.
Foi, Mirimleon.
That's my Odin amulets high aesthetic if anything.
And then obviously rocking my Celot's Delight, probably the most glorious garment of all time.
So yeah up at 130 there, getting to some good new PRs for reps in this current bulk feels good.
So the bench is going up, the push press is going up.
Both of those are quite dependent on a caloric surplus and then especially a good intake of carbohydrates.
So if you are stalling in the pushing movements try to get in some more carbohydrates and generally some more calories into just push through fuel through those stalls.
So I said that I was gonna aim for 190 as a new PR and not sure if I'll be able to make that but I'm getting some new PRs for reps at least which is highly glorious indeed.
So that was just a quick check-in from the Temple of Iron.
Now I thought to elaborate on something else that I see every once in a while in regards to martial arts training.
A note on kicks.
So let's look at the master Buakau.
Notice how his arms are swinging there.
So as you can see the glorious master himself Buakau is using one arm to get that momentum in the kick itself and I am trying to emulate his technique and obviously I do the same thing to really get that momentum and power in the kicks.
So you can look at some training clips which you might have seen before as well.
Some live commentary by Survive the Jive on the second clip.
Fucking lethal!
So that was my note on heavy kicks and keeping the guard up.
So as you can clearly see, one of the arms is being utilized to get that good, powerful momentum.
And I encourage you, you can just search here on YouTube for Buakau, and you'll see when he's training and when he's fighting as well, that is how it looks.
So I'm gonna end this video with some Just uh for the lulls uh is what it is.
So it's not kicks I would utilize in in any sort of predicament or anything, just for for the lols and for some flexibility.
So survive the jive and I after a session just uh trolling around a bit.
Now also I would encourage you to smash the like button if you liked this video and I'm not saying that because I necessarily need the likes but I want to see how many people actually like this type of video and then I can see if it gets like 2000 or maybe 3000 likes then I am motivated to do more of these sort of videos.
