The Golden One - Marcus Follin - Taking a Little Break (Lower Video Frequency). Pacing Myself. Aired: 2016-07-08 Duration: 03:57 === Pacing Ourselves (03:54) === [00:00:02] Greetings legioners. [00:00:04] I just thought to quickly elaborate on the lack of frequent video uploads as of late and there will also be a lower frequency of uploads in the one and a half months to come and the reason for that is simply put that I need to pace myself. [00:00:20] Now I've been in Sweden for over two months and I have tried to do things more physical. [00:00:27] I do most things metaphysical or metapolitical but now I also thought to take it as an opportunity when I am in Sweden to do physical things. [00:00:35] So as I talk about during the winter, you know being at beaches, networking, doing stuff. [00:00:41] So that's basically what I've been doing. [00:00:43] That's also why I'm so tanned now. [00:00:45] And another thing I've been doing, a little project is Legiogloria MMA training where I basically have rented a place. [00:00:55] Thank you to all of my Patreons. [00:00:58] Know that your money is going to good use. [00:01:01] Just bringing together Swedish guys with the heart on the right place, meeting each other, networking and then training. [00:01:07] And then obviously some good leadership skills for me since I organize it and act as a bit of a coach there. [00:01:14] So that's what I've been up to. [00:01:16] And when you talk about the physical part, it becomes quite hard to also keep up with the metaphysical part or the metapolitical part. [00:01:24] So with these cops that have been killed in America, you know, we have seen a lot of good news, but also a lot of chaos and destruction going on. [00:01:33] And especially since I have been now in Sweden, it can be a bit much to think of it all the time. [00:01:40] So you see it during the daytime and then you think of it during the evening time when you make your videos and then it's on your mind all the time. [00:01:49] And if you stare into the abyss long enough, I don't intend to do that, so I need to pace myself. [00:01:56] And now this is still the metapolitical work I do via YouTube is the most important thing I do. [00:02:03] But in order for me to continue to do that, because I'm in this for the long run, Saving Modern Europe is a lifestyle, basically. [00:02:11] And everyone who's been at it, who's been engaged metapolitically or politically for quite a long time, know exactly what I'm talking about. [00:02:19] It is not just about a summer, it's not about a year, it's not about five years, it's your whole life basically. [00:02:24] And you need to find a way to fit that into your life without being consumed by it. [00:02:30] So for me, in order to continue with my regular pace, I need to just calm down a bit now and focus on the physical during the summer. [00:02:40] So a bit more activities, a bit more networking, a bit more of that. [00:02:43] And then later on in the autumn, I'll go back to my usual more metapolitical and metaphysical things. [00:02:50] And if you're wondering, no, I haven't gotten into any sort of trouble with the authorities of any sort. [00:02:56] So it's not because of that, it's not because of anything really, except for the fact that I want to be able to keep up a good pace later on as well. [00:03:02] But I don't want to be overwhelmed by it now, because then it will only suffer later on. [00:03:10] So now I'm taking a step back to take two steps forward later on. [00:03:16] Basically, so it's all about just, you know, when you train hard, you take a deload weeks. [00:03:21] I'm taking a deload month off of YouTube right now. [00:03:24] I might do some videos, but if I don't, then you know what is up. [00:03:28] And it's nothing dramatic that has happened or anything. [00:03:31] It's just that I need to pace myself. [00:03:33] And especially since YouTube isn't paid work either. [00:03:36] You might think it's only like, oh, four minutes video, but it's actually a lot more time and effort going into a video. [00:03:42] And to everyone who has supported me, thank you so much. [00:03:47] Really, really heartfelt. [00:03:49] It means the world to me. [00:03:50] Thank you very much. [00:03:51] So yeah, I'll be back in usual uploading frequency later on.
