[00:00:06]  Today I want to quickly just clarify something.
[00:00:09]  I guess I actually only weigh a hundred kilo and the reason for that is the following.
[00:00:29]  As you can see I don't really carry any mass in the midsection.
[00:00:45]  So that grants an illusion of the mass you see on top of me right now.
[00:00:51]  And if I'm wearing just a regular t-shirt or anything you don't see that my waist goes in dramatically.
[00:00:57]  You know really elf-like kind of physique as I am an elf-like so I don't carry mass there.
[00:01:02]  But if you assume that I'm evenly this big also on the lower part of my upper body then obviously would make would weigh a lot more.
[00:01:11]  But now I don't seeing as I don't carry any mass here.
[00:01:14]  And now obviously this is not like it's cool and aesthetic and everything but if I was supposed to be really good at strongman for example I would never get away with this tiny waist I have I would need to be much stronger there.
[00:01:27]  So that is a reason for it and then you should always look at illusion magic when you look at someone's physique.
[00:01:34]  Like what kind of angle is the picture taken in?
[00:01:38]  Where does he carry his weight etc.
[00:01:41]  So keep those sort of things in mind when you gauge someone's physique and if you've seen on Instagram I put up like pictures of my arms where I just push the arms up against the mirror and making it come closer to the camera than anything else and it looks bigger.
[00:01:57]  So be mindful of those illusionary tricks, as it were, and this is also one of the reasons I'm more keen on measuring strength, like in KG and in pound if you're a Barbarian, instead of looking at you know the body's stats, because I'm more impressed with like, what kind of lifts, what can you do with your body, are you athletic, etc.

[00:02:18]  So yes, I only weigh 100 kilo at 62 might look bigger, but that's also because I don't.
[00:02:25]  I don't carry basically any weight in my, in my highly Elven waist, as it were.
