Greetings Proud sons of Rome!
Today I wanna delve into yet again, as I promised in last video, How to Spot a Fake Natty.
Now, even before I decided to make this video, I know that a lot of inquiries regarding my own status as natural will be will be posted in the comment section below.
I'm certain.
Truth fears no investigation, so I have.
I have nothing to hide whatsoever.
I am natural as it is right now.
I will be that for a few years as well.
You can believe it or not.
It doesn't really interfere with my.
You know what I do at a regular basis.
Either way, as you don't have to believe it, you can believe it.
All my true friends believe me at least.
And then, if Jason Laha and Bagpus decide to make how to spot a fake natty on me, you know, that's fine.
It won't hurt me in any way whatsoever because you know it doesn't really matter for me.
But for the record yes, I am natural.
Here's my stats now, how to spot a fake natural.
Now, the misconception a lot of guys look at is the pure size of someone.
Realize that you can get really big via consistency, hard work and genetics.
Genetics is a huge component in your overall size.
However, something you cannot do as a natural, you cannot go down to five per body fat while still maintaining the fullness in your muscle.
So if you look at my my delts right here and my arms, they look full and powerful.
It would not be naturally possible for me to go down to five percent body fat aka you know bodybuilding competition standard and keep the fullness in my muscle.
They would look depleted.
I would look very skinny, very unpowerful, very un full, as it were.
So that is something you cannot do as a natural.
And if you want to spot a fake natty, as it were, look at, is he full?
Does he have that full, powerful look, even when he's really shredded.
I'm about 10, 12 percent body fat right now.
You know some, some abs on the top and uh, but not shredded per se, like so I can maintain this fullness.
You know I have a good, healthy diet, but if I were to cut down that low I would look skinny.
That's just the way it is and that is something that would require gear to attain that look.
So if you want to gauge if someone is natural, do not just look at size, because size has to do with a lot of factors.
But no one can look very, very ripped and still have that full, powerful physique.
So the main point is that you can get big as a natural, but you cannot get big and really lean.
And now my problem and why this is important, why i'm even talking about this because some people be like, oh you know who is this guy, to call these other guys out, but it's quite simple and because A lot of fake natty guys portray unhealthy ideals.
Like, if you want to take steroids, I suggest you wait as long as possible and preferably do it when you're 30 years or older.
Or if you have low testosterone, by all means, do it now if you want.
There is no morally wrong in that.
It is a trade-off between like time, money, efficiency, health, everything like that.
So you have to make that educated decision yourself.
I'm not the one to say that, oh, you know, that's wrong, that's right.
That's just something you have to decide for yourself.
However, what you should use those steroids for is for health and to get strong and big.
Not to be able to cut down to 5% body fat because that is the current trend.
Now, I actually believe that that trend is going away because more guys, and thank you to all women, because women are actually, you know, no woman is gonna like a guy who is 5% body fat.
And I'm not saying that any bodybuilder or any guy cares about what women thinks to begin with, but that is actually a voice of reason that says, like, oh, you know, guys, this is not cool to be that lean.
And that is my problem because it's really unhealthy.
And you know, you can't really have any joy of life as it were when you're cutting that fucking hard.
I've done it myself, and it's not something you want to do.
Again, I can look good and be big and strong and you know, eat, have a glass of fucking wine, you know, have a cinnamon bon a little tort or whatever.
Like, so that sort of really unhealthy ideal has to go away.
And when guys see, like, oh, you know, this guy's natural and he's still that ripped, it creates a faulty image of what is attainable as a natural.
Because if a genuine natural guy wants to attempt to go down that lean to compete in natural bodybuilding, which I think is a really bad idea, by the way, they will just, you know, starve themselves, feel like absolute shit, and you know, not have any quality of life whilst they're losing muscle mass.
Like, it's much better to be big and strong than to be really shredded.
And most importantly, look after your health.
Like, it's not nice, it's not productive to be that low in body fat.
For me, it would be impossible because I need to be creative all the time.
Basically, everything I do has to do with creativity.
So, that's not something I would like to do just to stand on a stage and be shredded to bits.
Which I couldn't be either way because I would look like a hungry skeleton.
So, that is how we spot a fake natural if it's really shredded to bits while still maintaining that full big look.
So, imagine my full and big look now, but I'm shredded to bits, which I'm not at the moment.
And who am I?
