Greetings you, proud sons of Rome.
In this video, I would just like to aim a heartfelt thank you to you all.
We have hit 20,000 subscribers and I am obviously elated by this fact.
And before I delve into today's wisdom, as it were, I would just like to, to everyone who support me, who's been with me for some time, and you know, just fucking thank you.
And it's hard, you know, in a video to express gratitude like that, but it means the fucking world to me and yeah, just just trust me when I say that it means the world and I'm really really fucking grateful for it.
So fucking big much love for me.
And to repay you, I can only like keep do, keep making based, honest videos, keeping it real, everything like that.
And then also to honor all of my true friends, obviously you all have been quite unanimous in the fact that the beard should be back.
So you see, I have a bit of witcher's double still and yeah, I had some domestic resistance towards the beard, shall we say.
But yeah my, my girl wasn't all too happy with that decision, but I wanna, you know, show that I listen to you as well, and then, you know, winter beard, everything like that.
So thank you either way.
With that said, today's wisdom is something that is related to long-term endeavors, which I can classify.
You know, reaching 20,000 subscribers on YouTube as is a long, long time endeavor.
I've been at it for quite some time and you know the last six months has been quite good for me.
I reached 10,000 in May, if I'm not mistaken, and then it's gone, you know upward, and I tend to aim at 30,000 as soon as possible, like there is no stopping this train right now.
But either way, it's to enjoy the journey and this can be applied to any endeavor in life really, especially in the gym actually and that is that you don't stare yourself blind at.
You know the long-term goal, like I don't stare myself blind at getting 100,000 subscribers.
I'm just looking at, okay, how can I improve myself?
How can I make the videos better?
What kind of video am I making tomorrow, the day after that?
Do I have any special videos planned, everything like that, and the same thing for you.
Obviously don't look at like oh, in three years time I'm gonna be a fucking beast.
Look at, tomorrow I'm gonna progress.
Tomorrow I'm gonna take one step closer to that goal.
So, if you enjoy each gym session, each video you make, each whatever you make, if you enjoy that, it becomes much more bearable, because if you don't really enjoy the journey, it will be really, really hard to keep it up.
So try to keep at it for a long time and that's when you see the results.
And I knew this also going into, you know, the YouTube game.
And really when I started to be serious about YouTube was last year in May.
I'd say and I'd said to myself like okay cool, I'm gonna give this a shot.
And I applied this very same principles as I did for the gym.
You know progressive overload consistency, and you know, trying to enjoy the journey, trying to find a way to incorporate making videos basically every day into into my life.
And yeah, I've sacrificed a bit, but you know, I'm all, I'm all good with that.
It was my choice and I'm happy I made that choice and this is something I really want to do and I need to do.
This is what I can do best to help in the metapolitical struggle, as it were.
So what I really want to say with this video is that enjoy the journey, enjoy each day and don't stare yourself blind at some distant goal, because if you only think.
That way, you know your quality of life will not be exactly, will not be the best, and you know to just have fun.
It's really important to have fun.
I try to emphasize this in basically everything I do, whether it's political or training wise or nutrition wise.
Like, keep it fun, keep it simple, keep it consistent, keep it simple to incorporate in your life, because if you tend to do stuff boring and hard, things will be worse, and this is something I try to do in whatever situation.
Try to make it as fun as possible then yes, some situations are not fun, but they will be much more easy to deal with if you actually try to find, you know, the way to make it fun, to make it enjoyable, to make it a pleasurable experience, to make it a learning experience, because that's really fun as well, to learn stuff.
I'm sure you all agree.
So that's my, my takeaway message for today, enjoy the journey.
Enjoy each day.
If you don't enjoy your day, find ways to make them more enjoyable.
And also wisdom that I talked about a million times before, like progression self-improvement, everything like that, and consistency is key.
So enjoy the journey, because That makes the journey consistent, and consistency, in addition to progressive overload, will yield results, no matter if it's in creating really awesome t-shirts, making YouTube videos, making artwork, making games in the gym, whatever.
So, yet again, thank you very fucking much for the great support.
I will keep making really solid and profound wisdom videos.
And who am I?
