Time Text
Greetings us.
Today I want to quickly talk about the best diet advice for cotting I have.
It is quite simple.
Go to bed hungry.
Now I know a lot of people are not as comfortable going to sleep when they're hungry.
It's more saturating to, you know, drift asleep with a full belly.
But if you think of it like this, when you are asleep, you don't feel hunger.
So then it's better to be hungry when you're asleep than to be hungry when you need energy the most, which is before and after training, especially before training, because when you're cutting, your number one priority is to not lose strength.
If you lose strength, you have done it wrong.
You need to reassess the amount of food you're taking in.
So to keep your strength in order to keep your gains, that's number one priority.
And then comes burning fat.
So center the caloric intake around the training.
And then during the night, like, yeah, it might be a bit uncomfortable in the beginning to learn to go to sleep being hungry.
But I have actually conditioned my mind to appreciate that feeling.
Now I love going to sleep hungry because I know in the morning when I wake up, I will, you know, see noticeable differences.
And then I can, you know, look myself in the mirror and admire myself.
So you have to, it's an acquired taste.
And I know it sounds weird, but that is sincerely my best diet advice.
You will probably need to go hungry at some time, especially if you're cutting hard, like going down for a competition or a photo or something like that.
And then place, be smart with your timing, like meal timing, to reduce hunger.
That's my genuinely best advice right there.
Go to sleep hungry.
