Myself Foi Millin Gaines Shout out Humorous Fitness Pull my beard because I'm Merlin I don't know if you saw it, but I bought this book the other day.
Looks really glorious, actually.
I'm not gonna talk about that today though, but yeah, shout out, Humorous Fitness makes great videos, pushes me to up my video quality, because he's also really interested in making the best possible videos, with video editing, etc.
So looking at his videos, I'm I'll be like Foi Marcus, Latissimus Maximus.
We need to step up our game here.
So so yeah, I'm gonna try to spend a bit more time editing my videos so I can learn more as well.
Fuck juicy brew.
Now what we have today is a vegetarian option for the cutting bodybuilder.
So it's vegetarian, is good for modern nature, and then it's fucking cheap and saturating for little calories.
So we're gonna look at the main ingredient, egological mixed bins.
So what we have here is, which will then be used as a base for our salad Then also our trusted companion, spinach.
I don't think there is a single strength athlete or bodybuilder or fitness model who do not utilize spinach.
If you don't eat a lot of spinach you won't get those forearm gains and general health and well-being, so that's a base also.
We have a glorious tomato of wisdom.
Admire how nice it looks.
that's that's fucking juicy we have some onions I don't know if you have it in England shalot and lurk at least lurk means onion in Swedish some feta cheese great in salads love a feta cheese can make the most horrendous dish very tasty big shout out feta cheese and big shout out pesto
Perhaps not the most optimal cutting meal pesto but that's also the case like if you get pesto and feta cheese in any given dish, you have a fucking wonderful meal set out for you.
So I'm just gonna quickly throw this in together.
While I do that, I want you to ponder this following question, who is your favorite Game Of Thrones character?

So I rinse them in some oh, some gun.
This is the base.
Quite much actually.
This will be very filling for very little calories.
Now I don't count calories because it's tedious and boring as fuck and it's not sustainable to do it all the time.
Like so I count protein and look at if something is low in calories.
I can see this was something like 90 grams per hundred grams.
That's I mean 90 calories per hundred gram.
That's really good because that's satyrs and this I mean this will be a lot in the stomach.
The big bass today, there's the glorious bass right there.
I'm gonna add some pesto in all actuality.
Quite much to put a flavor everywhere.
Alright something like that I'm trying to get a cool thumbnail now so I'm gonna pose a bit with this salad bowl and my floor is creaking like hell.

And...
And obviously cheap filling, low calorie, vegetarian.
And if you're some sort of fucking barbarian who says like oh, I don't care about the animals, I don't care if it's vegetarian, you're a barbarian and only I, since I'm a demigod, I'm a fucking demigod can decide what's glorious and not.
So don't be one of those guys who thinks it's unmanly to eat vegetarian.
It is unmanly to be weak.
That's unmanly.
It's not unmanly what you fucking eat.
You haven't killed the animal yourself either.
So I'm not saying that I'm a vegetarian, but I try to incorporate as much, as much, vegetarian meals as possible in my diet.
So that's what I want to have said there.
And who am I?
That's a secret, I'll never tell exact.
