[00:02:43] Do you believe in training in too many disciplines? [00:02:46] Martial arts, strongman, powerlifting, hypertrophy? [00:02:49] Is there a point you'd say you need to focus on one thing? [00:02:53] Yeah, definitely. [00:02:54] Definitely. [00:02:55] I've been in this situation a good few times where I tried to do both the gym and do Thai boxing. [00:03:02] It didn't go that well because I couldn't keep my sole focus on either of them. [00:03:08] So I chose the gym before that. [00:03:11] Before Thai boxing. [00:03:13] But otherwise, like, for me, during the last autumn, I've done both powerlifting and bodybuilding, as it were. [00:03:19] Like, those two. [00:03:20] Because then I've been in the gym like two hours every day doing my powerlifting and then doing my accessory work, which is, you know, bodybuilding. [00:03:29] So those kind of things go together. [00:03:32] And then if you train strong man once or twice a week, that also goes together. [00:03:37] Like, strongman is really good for hypertrophy as well. [00:03:40] Because there's a lot of movements, which recruits a lot of muscle. [00:03:45] So they can work together as such. [00:03:47] But yeah, if you're trying to do too many things at the same time, it can be hard. [00:03:52] And now the situation I am in right now as I make this video, I want to cut down, I need to be lean. [00:03:59] That's my uh priority right now, but at the same time I can't progress as much in my big lifts, so I might have to, you know, realize that I can't get a better bench or better squat or better deadlift until autumn when I bulk again. [00:04:13] So yeah, at one point you have to choose between them, I'd say. [00:04:19] And who am I?
