[00:00:31] Now you have to time this yourself when you take in your pre-workout. [00:00:37] So obviously a big shout out to Glorious Lindwald's coffee. [00:00:40] And I've gotten a lot of questions like is it available in the United States, in England and stuff like that? [00:00:47] Not at the moment, unfortunately. [00:00:50] Because it is one of the best coffees in the world. [00:00:52] I'm not saying that only because sponsored by them, but Swedish coffee is, you know, number one in the world. [00:00:58] And that's also one of the coolest things without coming back home when you've been abroad. [00:01:02] Like a good, nice, juicy cup of fucking glorious Lindwald's coffee. [00:01:28] Then obviously I have my rather big cup from Indisca. [00:01:33] Actually, Indiska is company in Sweden that you know imports Indian stuff like India as in India. [00:01:41] So not Native Americans. [00:01:43] Alright, cool. [00:01:44] I also have picked this up. [00:01:46] I was at a Schuppa earlier today and saw like foie mildin. [00:01:52] And that's Brillet, Brilleost, Brillet cheese. [00:01:57] And now it's easy to French flag there. [00:01:59] And I'm really sick of this because I'm spending a lot of time on the internet and people be like, oh, the French never won any wars and stuff like that. [00:02:06] I've said this in the past, I'll say it again. [00:02:08] It bothers me like hell because France has always been powerful, always had a strong army, always have been a powerful player, even to this day. [00:02:17] So I mean, if you think that, read up some on the history and then you will be like, foie Mildrin French history. [00:02:24] Basically, bloody as hell, alpha as fuck. [00:02:26] Secondly, we have some, I'm just going to utilize like three of those. [00:02:31] Just get some carbs in. [00:02:33] This Swedish thing right there. [00:02:50] Now obviously perhaps you can't afford to do it with everything but like butter you don't you don't use that very often so it you know can be a can be worth to do. [00:03:12] Alright, true friends, some glorious cheese right there as well. [00:03:16] So, this is like a treat. [00:03:17] I'm eating clean. [00:03:19] I'll make another video when I'm 100% certain that the audio quality is top-notch. [00:03:24] When I talk a bit about eating clean versus if it fits your macros. [00:03:38] And also, for all my clients, if I write a schedule, I'll be like, you know, let me know what you something that is a bit unclean, as it were. [00:03:48] Then we can put it even during a cut, like before training, because then it maximizes the performance. [00:03:53] Now, this is fat and carbs, like straight into my muscles will help me with today's bench session because benching is quite dependent on caloric intake, actually. [00:04:04] So be smart with your intake. [00:04:06] Up the calories during the pre-workout to maximize their worth. [00:04:11] And then, like, later on in the evening, you don't need them as much. [00:04:14] So, I'm gonna eat these three with Glorious Lindwald's coffee in my glorious Krulen cup. [00:04:20] So, and I also hope the audio quality sounds good.
