[00:00:12] Today I want to show you something that's perhaps not revolutionary, but it's a way to speed up your cooking and make sure to get in your fucking veggies. [00:00:24] Because even though it's bulk, you still have to get in those micronutrients and then it's fucking autumn. [00:00:28] Don't want to get sick, soak it in your fucking veggies. [00:00:32] But at the same time, I'm gonna be real, I don't want to spend my entire fucking day cooking either. [00:00:38] So this is a quick way to get in some broccoli. [00:00:43] This package right here just came out directly from the freezer. [00:00:47] So they're still you know frozen. [00:00:51] I don't want to cook them separately. [00:00:53] So I'm just gonna do it like this. [00:00:56] Got some fish here. [00:00:59] Glorious regular fish. [00:01:00] I'm gonna put it on the pan. [00:01:03] I'm frying this in oil, butter, whatever. [00:01:07] I'm gonna put in this, like frozen, straight up the fridge. [00:01:11] the freezer, I mean, you know, a good amount right there. [00:01:21] And then you'll be like, oh, veggies are better during cut because they fill up the song. [00:01:26] Like, you still need to get in your veggies. [00:01:28] What is, however, is that, you know, you see the sheer funk volume of this. [00:01:34] I eat quite a bit of spinach as well during the bulk. [00:01:38] But you can increase the quantity during the cut, but you still want to get it in. [00:01:43] Broccoli, bodybuilding favorite, and it's for a reason as well. [00:01:48] So get it in. [00:01:49] More importantly also, it's gonna cook up, like cook in the frying pan. [00:01:55] I'm gonna utilize some glorious red curry paste. [00:02:00] So the flavor is also gonna rub off on the broccoli. [00:02:05] Because you know broccoli might not be the most tasty thing, but with the right spices and seasoning it can actually be quite fucking tasty indeed. [00:02:14] So I'm gonna let this fry up now. [00:02:21] And now you will actually get some water for it to cook slash get fried in because you know frozen things hold a bit of water and then the same goes with the fish as well because I had that in the freezer as well. [00:02:34] So you know some water for it to cook in and then you add in the curry mix so I have yeah you can't really see it now but things are ready there and then you just stir it around. === Save Time with Frozen Broccoli (01:07) === [00:02:49] Alright our meal of glory is finished. [00:02:52] I got 80 grams of protein from the fish of wisdom and then obviously we have some micronutrients and general health as it were from the broccoli. [00:03:03] And now the key of me showing this is that we'll save time. [00:03:07] Instead of you know boiling the broccoli on this plate right there we have just thrown it in. [00:03:12] Didn't have to do anything other than just take it out. [00:03:16] The broccoli will now taste good as well from the red curry mix which will tie it in with the rest of the food. [00:03:24] And usually now I just used broccoli. [00:03:27] If I'm a bit more hungry or I just have a bit more time to play around with the food I can throw in some mushrooms, some peppers and stuff like that. [00:03:35] The usual things I go with. [00:03:38] But yes my point here is still aim to get in your fucking veggies. [00:03:42] This is an easy way to do it.
