Greetings you friends, welcome back to Gaines fucking kitchen!
First of all, you're all wondering why in the actual fuck am I wearing a fucking hat?
And that's because my hair isn't always in the most glorious of moods.
So sometimes he has decides to get fucking unruly and I don't want to spend half a fucking day to fix it.
So that's why I'm utilizing my cuddly shirt today because I don't want to show off my gains that much either Everyone who is truly a true friend knows that I'm obviously joking.
I always want to show off my gains Sickening.
But yeah, in all seriousness I look kind of cuddly as well like you know a bit bulked as well.
So speaking of fucking bulking Oh yeah, one more thing Olympus Iron.

It granted me many new loyal warriors that can stand by my side during Ragnarak the final battle.
Something like a bit of a cunt because you'll probably watch this and now I'm gonna show you what I currently eat for pre-workout during my bulk but fair not when your competition is over you can try this as well.
So we have traditional start and you all recognize this from my 12,000 I lost my English there for a second 12,000 calorie challenge.
This is blueberry though mustika in Finnish.
So I'm gonna utilize this as kind of semi pre-workout.
I want to have some more carbs in, and then my regular pre-workout.
Like you know, the one I eat, you know, an hour, half an hour then will be I don't know if you can see, but some nature candy.
So it's also with what I utilized in my 12,000 calorie video.
So if you see this, cashew nuts with yogurt on and then obviously some glorious Lindwaus coffee, but that would be in, you know, maybe two and a half, three hours.
So what I would utilize right now is just a serving of this with some good old milk.
I have a heavy fucking session with both the Russell Squadron and small of bench, so I'm gonna need, you know yes calories, especially for the bench like, if you want to increase in the bench just, you know, push up the calories a bit.
I can feel it such fucking difference now towards when I was, you know, semi-lean at least you know I'm still not fat or anything, but there's a difference.
So yeah, I just wanted to show you all my little semi pre-workout and, as always, we can have a quick look at the macro there and we have 9.3 grams of protein, 100 gram.
So I mean it's not that much, but still you can, you can count all protein sources.
So fucking juicy.
And who am I?
