[00:00:02]  We're in Sigtuna, a glorious old shoot, some old ruins, really cool place.
[00:00:08]  So, yeah, I'm gonna climb back here now.

[00:01:34]  It's quite close to Uppsala, actually.
[00:01:36]  And I'm quite a bit ashamed to say that I haven't really been here before.

[00:01:53]  And to celebrate my gloriousness, I will actually do 210 in the squats later today because I've eaten a lot of sugars to get myself pumped up.
