[00:00:11] Today, it's fucking eating day time. [00:00:14] Now, the true key to a successful eating day lies not within being beta, but within being a juicy fucking pale orc. [00:00:22] And furthermore, an eating day, it's not the point to reward yourself with food, it's not the point to eat whatever you want. [00:00:31] The point of an eating day is to replenish your glycogen that you've depleted. [00:00:36] If you haven't been cutting and depleting your glycogen in your muscles, then you don't need an eating day per se. [00:00:44] Here is my gear for the day. [00:00:47] All carbs. [00:00:49] Now, the point here, I'm still cutting. [00:00:51] Now, all this caloric surplus will go into my fucking glycogen and restore it. [00:00:56] And I won't put on body fat since it's only going out of my muscle. [00:01:01] If I have added fat in all of my meals, I will put on fat because that fat won't be able to transform into muscle glycogen. [00:01:11] And also, if I had full glycogen levels, the surplus here would go and be stored as fat. [00:01:20] So, I'm cutting. [00:01:21] I am trying to refill my glycogen levels by eating only fucking carbs. [00:01:28] So I can get juicy as fuck. [00:01:32] So here is my things, I have, I fucking love bread. [00:02:16] I haven't actually been to Hungary, but I will go someday to see the country and obviously in my case receive the admiration of the local population as I do wherever I go. [00:02:30] Serious. [00:02:32] We have some Swedish fucking milk because I'm fucking Swedish and if you're Swedish you have to drink a lot of milk because that's how you gain fucking size. [00:02:44] And also lots of carbs in the milk of course. [00:02:48] We have furthermore some additional Swedish fucking things. [00:02:53] We have Upplands where I'm at right now. [00:02:56] So this is locally produced and honey. [00:02:59] Bread and milk is pure carbs and it's the fucking gift of the gods I promise you it's just mmm We have some fucking French actually marmalade, and now a lot of guys will, Yeah, first of all, let me be clear, I don't really think I have any French true friends because they don't really speak English.
