[00:00:15] Today I want to talk about a topic that has been a long time coming and I will address this because I'm sick and tired of being called out on steroids all the time. [00:00:23] Now as you all know, I am drug-free. [00:00:27] As of now, I will take TRT when I get older because I can't imagine life without high and healthy testosterone. [00:00:34] But this video is about my genetics. [00:00:37] Obviously, as I've said before, I have great genetics for building muscles. [00:00:41] My back is, of course, highly genetical because I'm so broad. [00:00:47] Now, both my maternal and paternal grandfathers were, according to legend, both juicy and jacked with broad shoulders and muscular backs. [00:00:57] But then again, they didn't get that for free either. [00:00:59] They both worked, you know, with their bodies. [00:01:01] One was a construction worker and the farmer, and the other one was a fisherman. [00:01:05] And both were really athletic as well, you know, did boxing and stuff like that. [00:01:10] So, and the same for me. [00:01:11] Like, I've always been athletic in my entire life. [00:01:14] There's never been a period when somebody wouldn't comment on my athletic prowess. [00:01:20] And then, of course, during my first year of training, I started lifting seriously in January. [00:01:25] And the following Christmas, my sister actually asked me in urgence, like, if I took steroids. [00:01:33] So, yeah, I put on huge fucking amounts of muscles in my first year, like 20 kilo of muscle in my first year. [00:01:39] And then after that, if you look at my progression, it's gone quite slow. [00:01:43] So, I made great gains in the beginning. [00:01:45] And then after that, it's been a slower process. [00:01:50] So, yes, I do have good muscle building genetics. [00:01:54] But when you focus on either steroids or genetics, you are forgetting the most important part. [00:02:00] My back, yeah, I am that broad mainly or mostly because of my genetics. [00:02:06] That is quite clear. [00:02:07] But I'm not this overall big and fucking juicy because of genetics. [00:02:12] It's simply because, and this might actually have to do with genetics as well. [00:02:16] I don't know, but it's my mentality that is superior. [00:02:21] And I see today, especially in my beloved Sweden, a lot of guys lacking that mentality. [00:02:28] And now ask yourself this. [00:02:30] Are you my true friend? [00:02:33] If you answer yes on that, I will tell you a little secret. [00:02:36] You, you are not in the gym to get in shape. [00:02:41] You are not in the gym to appease the ladies. [00:02:45] Fuck the ladies. [00:02:46] You are in the gym to get as juicy, jacked, brutal, fucking hench, pale orc, eleven, spartan warrior as you can be. [00:02:55] That is what you are in the gym for. [00:02:58] And if you know that you're one of those guys that go around in life with this kind of mentality, you know, I just want to please everybody, please like me. [00:03:05] Fuck that. [00:03:06] Stand up for yourself and be as alpha as you can be. [00:03:10] You know, the energy you bring into the gym is what determines if you'll make it or not. [00:03:15] Sure, if you have really poor genetics for building muscles, you won't acquire as much muscular development as somebody who has an easier time building. [00:03:24] But that is not the main reason you won't build. [00:03:27] The main reason I see for most guys is that they're too timid. [00:03:31] They're better as fuck. [00:03:32] They don't go into the gym with, you know, the fucking fighting mentality. [00:03:38] And like, the best steel is tempered in the hottest fire. [00:03:42] And I ask you this now. [00:03:43] Where is your fucking fire? [00:03:45] If you don't have that, you must find it. [00:03:47] Or otherwise it's just a waste of time. [00:03:49] You have to go in, fight your heart out. [00:03:51] This is not about fucking getting in shape. [00:03:54] This is about going in and fighting your heart out. [00:03:57] If you're gonna go in to the gym with a mentality to be moderate, to be mediocre, you won't get anywhere. [00:04:08] You have to strive to be the best. [00:04:11] And that mentality is severely lacking. [00:04:13] And I have that mentality. [00:04:15] When I go into the gym, there is nothing like me. [00:04:18] I am the fucking best at what I do. [00:04:21] I strive to train the hardest. [00:04:23] Like, if I can't beat guys in other ways, I can always train harder than them. [00:04:27] And that's the mentality I go in with every fucking time. [00:04:30] And I've done that since the beginning. [00:04:31] And that is why I'm fucking huge in the act. [00:04:34] Not because of genetics, and certainly not because of steroids, because I'm fucking natural. [00:04:40] So I hope that cleared it up for you a bit.
