[00:05:46]  It is being pumped and dumped every time Trump comes out and makes a statement on tariffs.

[00:05:58]  It's making people believe that whenever Trump says something, they go into the market.

[00:06:49]  Now, as you can see, we saw negativity today in the market because of Trump announcing yet again tariffs this time in August.

[00:07:01]  So this is where we're at at this point in time.

[00:07:08]  Anyway, look, we're still dealing with the side effects of COVID.
[00:07:13]  Now, what happened during COVID was we had a lot of folks enter into the market that had no business being in this market.
[00:07:19]  And they made money during COVID because lest we forget, I mean, during the month of April and May during that time of 2020, the Dow went down to about 18,000 points.
[00:07:31]  All right.
[00:07:31]  And the NASDAQ accordingly.
[00:07:33]  Same with the S ⁇ P.
[00:07:34]  So anybody could have bought anything at that time and made some major money.
[00:07:39]  And these people are addicted to that type of easy money.
[00:07:43]  A lot of these investors that are amateur, that are retail investors, are still clinging to that high like a degenerate gambler.
[00:07:53]  And instead of actually playing the markets to what traditional investors used to invest in, which was profits, which was projected growth, that sort of thing, people are just based on some idiot's suggestion on Reddit, what somebody says on a message board or in a Discord chat.
[00:08:15]  This is how people are operating.
[00:08:17]  And we have to shake these people out.
[00:08:19]  We have to shake the retail investors out.
[00:08:22]  And because we had so much money printed during COVID, no one knows when that's going to happen.
[00:08:28]  I mean, we have nothing but negativity happening when it comes to the American economy today.
[00:08:33]  And let me just give you an example.
[00:08:35]  All right.
[00:08:36]  Because of Trump's tariffs, take a look at this.
[00:08:38]  The U.S. dollar is on track for the worst year in modern history.
[00:08:43]  And it's because of these tariffs.
[00:08:46]  These tariffs are making our dollar weaker because whoever we implement tariffs on is going to use another currency to trade in.
[00:08:53]  And that's what's degrading our dollar in the international community, which I think is very dangerous.
[00:08:59]  I think it's very dangerous because the U.S. dollar plays a vital role in not just our economy and international trade, but our economic influence in the international community.
[00:09:11]  Prior to Trump coming into office, 51%, 51% of world transactions were traded in U.S. dollars.
[00:09:20]  That has considerably went down, I could imagine, since this very belligerent tariff administration.
[00:09:29]  So once again, it's not looking good.
[00:09:33]  It's not looking good.
[00:09:34]  Devious Dave, the ban on commercial supersonic flights was repealed with the BBB.
[00:09:41]  Very interesting times.
[00:09:43]  Well, I don't even want to, don't get me started on the big, beautiful bill.
[00:09:47]  I'm going to get to that in just a second.
[00:09:48]  But let's get through finance first.
[00:09:51]  Not looking good for the United States economy.
[00:09:54]  I have no idea what the hell people are investing in.
[00:09:57]  I tried to tell you all in 2024 that if Trump was elected and if he does implement this tariff, that everything across the board is going to go up in price.
[00:10:08]  And that's exactly what's happening right now.
[00:10:10]  And I said that during the initial beginning of the first administration, you're going to see a drop in price in food.
[00:10:18]  And the reason is, folks, is because once Trump implemented those tariffs, the trading partners that would traditionally buy our agriculture and our livestock cut those orders.
[00:10:29]  They cut those orders.
[00:10:30]  And as a result, I mean, these are commodities.
[00:10:33]  So these producers have to sell these things fast or they're going to rot.
[00:10:39]  So we saw that initial decrease in prices.
[00:10:42]  It was very slight, but I told you that this was going to happen.
[00:10:46]  Folks, once this passes, the next cycle, the next grow year, the producers are going to produce a lot less.
[00:10:58]  And I said that what's going to happen because of this aggressive tariff and immigration policy, that we were going to see crops left to rot and that the producers next year and the following years thereafter are not going to produce as much food as they used to, which is going to affect the amount of food that's available in America and the price.
[00:11:18]  And look, I mean, put the PC shot on.
[00:11:20]  ICE raids on U.S. farms leave crops rotting.
[00:11:24]  I mean, the prognosticator, a prognosticator strikes again.
[00:11:29]  All right.
[00:11:29]  If you think that prices are coming down in commodities and food, you've got another thing coming.
[00:11:36]  So even though we have the dollar, at least on an international scale, losing its value, it is still very, very valuable in the United States.
[00:11:46]  All right.
[00:11:46]  So it would behoove everybody to save money.
[00:11:49]  I tried to tell everybody right when the Federal Reserve rose interest rates, what was it, February of 2022, March 2022?
[00:11:58]  I tried to tell everybody that cash will be king, and that's exactly what's happening in America.
[00:12:03]  Because look, the value of the U.S. dollar, going back to this story here, this value when it comes to the U.S. dollar is paired with other currencies.
[00:12:15]  And that's why the value of the dollar on an international scale is not worth as much.
[00:12:21]  But here in America, we are definitely going to have to save the money and everybody is going to buy and everybody's going to need to sell here shortly.
[00:12:32]  I'm not going to say that.
[00:12:33]  Something gasser.
[00:12:35]  The Jews have compromised our government.
[00:12:37]  That's why Trump is too scared to drop the Epstein files.
[00:12:40]  He's in them.
[00:12:41]  And the rest of the Jews in our government.
[00:12:44]  Well, I don't know what's the motivating factor on the Epstein files, but we're going to get to that in just a second once we get through the markets.

[00:12:54]  We've got the Dow Jones Industrial down today.
[00:12:56]  It was down over 1%, came up slightly, closing out the Dow at 0.94%, closing out the Dow at 44,406.36 points for the Dow Jones Industrial.
[00:13:09]  We've got the S ⁇ P 500 also down today, 0.79%.
[00:13:14]  S ⁇ P 500 closing out at 6,229.98 points for the S ⁇ P 500.
[00:13:21]  NASDAQ, same story, it is down 0.92%, closing out the NASDAQ at 20,412.52 points, one of the most inflated indices, in my opinion.

[00:13:36]  Now, gold, I mean, people are going to safety nets.
[00:13:39]  I tried to tell everybody gold and silver right now, as well as saving cash is a good play.
[00:13:45]  Gold right now was up slightly today, 0.09%.
[00:13:49]  Current price for gold is $3,346 per troy ounce of gold.
[00:13:57]  Now, let's go ahead and take a look at some of the commodities prices here before we get to anything else.
[00:14:03]  Okay.
[00:14:03]  Now, let's take a look at these commodities.

[00:14:07]  Now, once again, crude oil is somewhat coming back up after going down as low as, what, $58 a barrel?
[00:14:14]  It is up today, $1.
[00:14:16]  Excuse me, I should say $1.34 closing out, right?
[00:14:18]  I should say the current price of crude oil is $67.81 per barrel of WTI sweet crude.
[00:14:26]  And as you can see, gasoline, at least for the week, is going up 4.24%.
[00:14:32]  Heating oil, for some reason, is going up on the week, 6.29%.
[00:14:37]  So energy commodities are going up, at least for the month.
[00:14:41]  So keep your eye on that.
[00:14:43]  We already talked about gold.
[00:14:44]  Take a look at silver.
[00:14:45]  What have I tried to tell you all about silver?
[00:14:47]  I've been trying to tell you all to accumulate silver when it was as low as $15.
[00:14:52]  All right.
[00:14:53]  The metals, baby, the metals.
[00:14:56]  Anyway, silver is down slightly today.
[00:14:58]  It's down 14 cents.
[00:14:59]  But the current price for silver, $36.79 per troy ounce of silver.
[00:15:06]  I tried to tell you, baby, I tried to tell you.
[00:15:08]  And Kits does a flip with a Rumble Rant.
[00:15:10]  What's worse is that the farmers deported by ICE will more than likely have their land bought and their farms destroyed and replaced with apartments and shitty tech labs.

[00:15:30]  So once again, I am still bullish on gold and silver, at least until this administration is no longer in power.
[00:15:40]  Because I don't think that this administration knows what it's doing when it comes to the economic policy.

[00:15:46]  Now take a look at commodities here.
[00:15:49]  Now, as I stated, we're starting to see a decrease in commodities because producers had their orders canceled by China and other trading partners in response to the tariffs by the administration.
[00:16:03]  And we're seeing the price.
[00:16:05]  I mean, take a look at the red on the weekly and monthlies.
[00:16:08]  All right, you're seeing it.
[00:16:10]  But this is temporary, just like I told you all last year when I said if Trump was elected, this was going to happen.
[00:16:16]  Very temporary.
[00:16:18]  All right.
[00:16:19]  This time next year, the prices of whatever is in the red today is going to be double, if not triple.
[00:16:26]  Okay.
[00:16:27]  So that's why you have the administration trying to take a victory lap for bringing down prices of groceries.
[00:16:35]  It's only temporary, believe me.
[00:16:38]  Now, even though you see a lot of red in these agricultural commodities here, let's take a look at where it counts.
[00:16:45]  And I'm talking about beef, boy, beef.
[00:16:49]  Nothing has come down from beef.
[00:16:51]  Nothing.
[00:16:52]  All right.
[00:16:53]  Maybe beef for the day here.
[00:16:55]  It was down 1.56%.
[00:16:57]  But take a look at these fucking price.
[00:16:59]  Take a look at live cattle.
[00:17:00]  All right.
[00:17:01]  I mean, it's not at all-time highs, but it's goddamn near.
[00:17:04]  I mean, take a look at that 10-year chart on that.
[00:17:07]  And you wonder why you can't have a steak.
[00:17:09]  You can't buy a choice ribeye steak for fucking 30 bucks.
[00:17:14]  That's it right there.
[00:17:16]  And there is no changing that because if you take a read into the beef market, we are at the lowest beef herds, I think, in the past 40 years.
[00:17:27]  We're in the lowest beef herds.
[00:17:29]  So this is why we're seeing such high prices with beef.
[00:17:32]  And beef is very important, folks.
[00:17:35]  I mean, if you don't eat beef, in my opinion, you're less productive.

[00:18:06]  Let's take a look at the general beef price.
[00:18:09]  All right, let's take a look at the 10-year on that.
[00:18:12]  Very close to all-time highs.
[00:18:14]  We were just at all-time highs November 25th, 2024.
[00:18:18]  Hasn't come down much from that.
[00:18:21]  Hasn't come down much from that.
[00:18:22]  So these beef prices are not going to come down anytime soon.
[00:18:26]  So as I stated, going back to 2022, March, when the Federal Reserve first started raising rates, I started telling people that, hey, you should buy your beef in bulk.
[00:18:38]  You should buy it as a big ass slab of fucking ribeye or New York strip, slice it yourself, freeze it.
[00:18:45]  Make sure you get those freezer bags that suck out all the air so the beef can stay fresh.
[00:18:51]  And beef can actually survive for a little over a year without losing its integrity.
[00:18:58]  So, you know, to stay ahead of these beef prices, I think that, you know, I would suggest people look into that.

=== Student Loans and Egg Prices (02:31) ===

[00:19:04]  Now, eggs, eggs was such a big news issue when it came to the administration in the first three months because eggs were really, really expensive.
[00:19:15]  So the administration did whatever it took to bring prices down.
[00:19:19]  And I think I said on a few shows ago, they went to Brazil and South America to import these eggs in order to artificially bring them down.
[00:19:28]  And they did so.
[00:19:29]  There it is.
[00:19:30]  All right, there it is.
[00:19:31]  We went from all-time highs.
[00:19:33]  Now they flooded the market with eggs, even though they weren't raised in America, even though they weren't made in America.
[00:19:39]  They were able to remedy the egg problem by importing a shitload of Latin American eggs, FYI.
[00:19:48]  Okay, so that's how they solve that, but that's even temporary.
[00:19:52]  So not looking good, in my opinion, when it comes to prices of food, when it comes to the dollar in comparison to other currencies in the world.
[00:20:02]  And look, I think I talked about this in the past several shows, but it bears repeating.

[00:20:09]  We got to remember that almost 2 million student loan borrowers could have their wages garnished.

[00:20:21]  Now, that is going to be a shock to everyone who has a college debt loan.
[00:20:28]  And the irony is, folks, during this whole big, beautiful bill debate that they were having in this Republican-dominated Congress, not one, not one time did I hear these young people talk about, well, wait a minute, y'all are going to add $5 trillion to the already, what was it, $30-something trillion dollar debt.
[00:20:50]  And you're not going to, you know, throw us a bone by, you know, bailing us out with this college debt.
[00:20:55]  They didn't even think about it.
[00:20:58]  They didn't even bat an eye about it.
[00:21:01]  So I find it ironic that during this whole debate, we did not hear one peep out of all these idiots that have student loan debt.
[00:21:10]  And it's because they haven't been paying on it.
[00:21:12]  They have not been paying on it since COVID.
[00:21:15]  There's been a moratorium on this shit ever since COVID.
[00:21:19]  Now, you would think, considering all the stimulus money and all the ease at which you could get money in the gig economy and jobs that were happening post-COVID, you would think that that would have been the perfect opportunity for some of these college kids to pay down their debt.

[00:22:24]  The DOJ and FBI conclude that Jeffrey Epstein had no client list and committed suicide.
[00:22:32]  Now, this right here is a blockbuster bombshell that could potentially rip apart MAGA to pieces.
[00:22:41]  It's already doing so.
[00:22:43]  And why?
[00:22:44]  Because MAGA during the 2024 campaign suggested that they would release all information relating to Jeffrey Epstein.
[00:22:53]  All right.
[00:22:53]  Even some of the MAGA influencers that have now become a part of the deep state, I'm talking about Dan Bongino and Kash Patel, the one in two over there at the FBI.
[00:23:05]  They're also suggesting that Epstein killed himself.
[00:23:09]  Nothing to see here.
[00:23:11]  Even though both these guys were proponents before they became FBI leadership, I mean, they were proponents of releasing all the Epstein files.
[00:23:21]  They were the ones that said that they believed that Epstein didn't kill himself.
[00:23:25]  And now you've got the Department of Justice under Pam Bondi, the FBI under Kash Patel and Dan Bongino saying that there is no client list and he committed suicide.
[00:23:38]  Now, lest we forget that Pam Bondi had suggested in a press conference that there were hundreds of videos depicting Epstein and others with children.
[00:23:51]  I mean, do y'all remember her saying that?
[00:23:53]  And all of a sudden, there's nothing to see here.
[00:23:56]  All right, Epstein killed himself.
[00:23:59]  Nothing to see here.
[00:24:00]  And let me tell you, this is ripping apart MAGA.

[00:24:07]  Because these people who believed in Trump, who believed that he would release all the information, you know, JFK files, aliens, and the Epstein, nothing, absolutely nothing.
[00:24:22]  And it suggests that Elon Musk, who has since turned on the administration, who had suggested that the whole reason why the Epstein files haven't been released is because Trump is all over them.

[00:26:00]  Operation, Epstein killed himself and the investigation's closed.
[00:26:06]  So everybody wants to know what I think.

[00:26:13]  So I'll tell you, Trump had two ways to go with all of this.

[01:55:45]  And Japan, their gums are still bleeding from printing out all that money in the late 80s.

[01:55:57]  Second, monetary policy constraints.
[01:56:01]  They have such a debased currency that even if it wanted to become the world currency, it can't.
[01:56:09]  I mean, they've been printing out money.
[01:56:11]  And the whole theory around this is so that imports that are imported from other countries into China cannot compete.
[01:56:20]  And that the country is so debased or the currency of the country is so debased that if you attempted to bring in a product or a service into China, that it's not even worth the attempt.
[01:56:34]  And that's why they debased their currency.
[01:56:36]  Okay.
[01:56:37]  But at the same time, it has ruined their economy at a point where they need some kind of monetary policy to get the economy rolling.
[01:56:48]  Now, what's wrong with the economy?
[01:56:49]  There's no domestic demand for the products that they have produced.
[01:56:55]  Okay?
[01:56:56]  They're such an economic juggernaut that they're producing all this crap and they're trying to tell the people to purchase it, but they've produced so much that the people can't purchase it all.

[01:57:08]  So there's not enough domestic demand in order to be able to accommodate all the shit that's produced in the manufacturing base of China.
[01:57:18]  All right.
[01:57:19]  Now, the fourth challenge is external demand and geopolitical challenges.
[01:57:24]  Now, you see, because the United States has this very hard stance economically on China, and we don't purchase as much crap as we used to from them, China is attempting to try to find other trading partners that'll offset the consumption of America, and they can't do it.
[01:57:44]  They can't do it.
[01:57:45]  I mean, America did so much consumption that China, once we started decoupling and started throwing tariffs, they can't find anyone else.
[01:57:56]  They can't find anyone else to be able to consume as much product as the United States.
[01:58:02]  So external demand for their product is, and they're kind of, they got a surplus.
[01:58:08]  I mean, everybody gives China all this praise because they look like some techno city with all the lights on the buildings and shit.
[01:58:16]  You know what that is?
[01:58:18]  That's all the surplus garbage that they had from their manufacturing plants that they fucking glued up on their buildings.
[01:58:25]  And everybody thinks that they're some fucking sophisticated society.
[01:58:29]  It's a fucking ruse.

[01:58:33]  So once again, external demand for their products, you know?
[01:58:36]  And what were we just talking about?
[01:58:38]  Overcapacity.
[01:58:39]  That's the next challenge.

[01:58:42]  Overcapacity, overcapacity and deflationary pressures.

[01:58:51]  China's industrial capacity is simply too much to absorb.
[01:58:55]  China's capacity has a rate dropped from peak 2021 and is close to levels seen during the pandemic.

[01:59:07]  I mean, and this is the kind of lesson I believe this administration, as well as the last administration, was trying to put towards China.

[01:59:37]  So now they're left with it just kind of rotting in the fucking manufacturing plants and the warehouses.
[01:59:45]  Another challenge, stubbornly low private consumption without policy support.
[01:59:50]  Now, there was a NBA player that went out to play basketball in China.
[01:59:56]  And one of the comments that he said was that Chinese people don't spend money on anything.
[02:00:03]  Like they save their money and they don't spend it on a goddamn thing.
[02:00:07]  They don't even buy a Coke.
[02:00:10]  So they're very frugal with their money.
[02:00:13]  And when you have overcapacity of production and you've got to get rid of this crap from the factory and the domestic population isn't consuming, China's got a serious problem.
[02:00:28]  China's got a serious problem.
[02:00:31]  The seventh challenge is the real estate is still contributing to asset price deflation.
[02:00:36]  Now, what this means is, folks, is that their gross domestic product, their GDP, 30% of their GDP is Chinese real estate.
[02:00:46]  Let me repeat that one Mo again.
[02:00:48]  30% of the Chinese GDP is real estate.
[02:00:52]  That's why that Evergrande crisis, which is the largest real estate development in China, that's why it was so scary because if Evergrande goes, then the contagion of the real estate market crashing in China will permeate through every other industry in China.
[02:01:14]  So this is another bad situation that China is in.
[02:01:19]  Let's go to number eight.
[02:01:20]  Overinvestment at the cost of increasingly low returns.
[02:01:24]  Now, you all know, folks, that China has been making massive amounts of investment all over the international community.
[02:01:31]  All right.
[02:01:32]  I mean, we talked about the Belt Road Initiative in Pakistan.
[02:01:35]  We talked about a lot of the investments in Africa.
[02:01:38]  And they're making a lot of investments with very low returns.
[02:01:43]  So they're just spending like they're going out of style and yet they're not getting anything in return for it.
[02:01:49]  So this is another challenge.
[02:01:50]  Once again, economic challenge of China.
[02:01:53]  And the ninth challenge is a shrinking population.
[02:01:57]  And why are they having a shrinking population, folks?
[02:01:59]  Because of the one-child policy that was implemented during fucking Mao Cedong's era, whatever the fuck they implemented that.
[02:02:08]  The dumbest policy in world history.
[02:02:11]  Meaning that you can only have one child per family.
[02:02:16]  And you see, I think that's what leaves them vulnerable, in my opinion, when it comes to warfare.
[02:02:21]  Because if China deploys Chinese infantry, and once they start getting the first pack of casualties, I think it would demoralize China in general.
[02:02:32]  Because there's something in China called the Little Emperor Syndrome.
[02:02:37]  The Little Emperor syndrome, meaning that every family puts that one child on a pedestal as if they're an emperor, because all the family bloodline, all the lineage is dependent on that one child.

[02:03:01]  And that's why China, even though they're saber-rattling and pretending that they're going to do shit, they're not going to do shit.

[02:03:15]  Now, the 10th and final challenge to the Chinese economy, U.S. technological containment, meaning our sanctions from selling them semiconductors, NVIDIA chips, that sort of thing.

[02:03:35]  So these are the challenges right now that China is facing.

[02:06:59]  And not only this guy, but every first responder out there who is responding to the floods, taking innocent people who were stuck on their roofs, who were stuck in the floods on trees, who got swept away in their cars.

[02:07:17]  And this is why we need to allocate resources to the appropriate agencies, to the appropriate government bureaucracies so that if there's ever some kind of natural disaster, we have these types of individuals to come in and help the American people.
