[00:07:20]  I mean, we're at a point of complete ignorance and complete euphoria, all wrapped up into one, that there is no sense that's going on in this market.
[00:07:29]  Now, for you folks that don't know, the Moody's International Credit Rating Agency, at the end of Friday's trading day, decided to downgrade the credit rating of the United States of America.
[00:07:43]  Now, that is the first time that has happened in business history for America.
[00:07:48]  And right now, that should be a sign that investors may be just trying to, maybe equities and things like that may not be applicable for growth, given the fact that our credit rating has been downgraded.
[00:08:01]  Now, of course, as you can see from the charts, the initial reaction in the morning is what you would typically see after such a devastating piece of news that the renowned credit rater Moody's downgraded our credit rating the first time in American business history.
[00:08:18]  Of course, people sold off in the morning.
[00:08:21]  People sold off in the morning, but as you can see, they went right back into buying.
[00:08:26]  What are they buying into?
[00:08:27]  I have no fucking idea.
[00:08:29]  I have no idea what they're buying.
[00:08:32]  I don't get it.
[00:08:33]  I mean, what optimism are you people focusing on?

[00:09:08]  Dow Jones Industrial, even though it started the trading day off in the negative, it is now closing in the positive.
[00:09:15]  It is a 0.32% closing out the Dow at 42,792.07 points for the Dow Jones Industrial.
[00:09:25]  We got the S ⁇ P 500 up modestly.
[00:09:27]  It is up 0.09%.
[00:09:30]  S ⁇ P 500 is closing out at 5,963.60 points for the S ⁇ P 500.
[00:09:39]  And the NASDAQ was one that was fledgling.
[00:09:41]  I mean, it is up barely 0.02% closing out the NASDAQ at 19,215.46 points for the NASDAQ composite.
[00:09:53]  Now, gold right now, I mean, I don't know how much higher gold can go.
[00:09:57]  As I've been stating, people should really entertain silver because during the last crash, which I think we're heading into, as I stated, I predicted this in 2024.
[00:10:07]  I said that if Trump was going to be elected, we're going to see a great depression.
[00:10:11]  And if you want my opinion, I think we're headed into that right now.
[00:10:14]  And I'll describe why in just a few minutes.
[00:10:17]  But gold right now is holding steady at about 3,200.
[00:10:22]  It is down modestly today, 0.09%.
[00:10:25]  Gold current price is at $3,230.70 per Troy ounce of gold.
[00:10:32]  And oil is starting to creep up conveniently enough.
[00:10:35]  Very interesting considering that we said on the last show that OPEC, or at least Saudi Arabia, was going to ramp up production on oil.
[00:10:43]  And I said they're going to do that as a favor to Trump.
[00:10:47]  And also, they're claiming, I'm talking to Saudi Arabians, that the reason that they're up in production is to punish the OPEC countries that are not following the rules, supposedly.
[00:10:57]  But I think they're doing it for Trump.
[00:10:59]  And we all know why, if you take a look at what happened last week in the Middle East with Trump's trip, which we'll talk about later on in the broadcast.
[00:11:07]  All right.
[00:11:08]  So that's where we're at right now.
[00:11:10]  And as I stated, what are people buying into?
[00:11:15]  Take a look at this.
[00:11:16]  The dollar is taking a little bit of a beating right after Moody's downgraded the credit rating of the United States of America.
[00:11:25]  And the reason Moody said it is because of debt concerns, because this big, beautiful bill, which is ridiculous.
[00:11:32]  I mean, when the hell would you ever see or hear the GOP touting something big and beautiful relating to a fucking bill?
[00:11:39]  All right, this is Democrat shit, as I stated.
[00:11:43]  But as you can see, the dollar is slumping.
[00:11:46]  Now, let me explain what this means.
[00:11:49]  The dollar right now, I think every American that's living in America should be accumulating dollars because I think that at some point it's going to come down to there's not going to be enough dollars circulating in America.
[00:12:02]  Now, the reason it's slumping, it's slumping against the other countries' currencies.
[00:12:06]  And the reason the other countries' currencies are going up, just as I stated in 2024, that Trump was not going to make America great again.
[00:12:15]  He's going to make other countries great again because this tariff policy nonsense doesn't make any sense.
[00:12:23]  There's no clear logic to it.
[00:12:25]  There's no rationale to it.
[00:12:27]  It doesn't make fucking sense.
[00:12:30]  And I'm going to explain how I believe the tariff thing is nothing more than to fleece America.

[00:12:49]  And as a result of that credit rating downgrade by Moody's, take a look at this.
[00:12:53]  Buyers of U.S. bonds are getting nervous.
[00:12:57]  So what does that mean?
[00:12:58]  That means that less people are willing to buy our debt or less entities are not willing to buy our debt.
[00:13:05]  So what do we have to do to encourage people to buy the debt?
[00:13:09]  We have to raise the interest.
[00:13:12]  All right.
[00:13:13]  The bond interest, treasury interest are going up to entice buyers.
[00:13:17]  And typically when that happens, that usually happens to failing countries.
[00:13:23]  All right.
[00:13:24]  I mean, at some point, if we continue raising these rates on treasury bonds in order to get buyers of our debt, we're going to be the equivalent of what we used to call junk bond status to countries that overspent and nobody wants to buy their debt anymore.
[00:13:40]  So they raise it to some unbelievable amount of interest to get whatever suckers that are out there in the international investment community.
[00:13:50]  So right now, not looking good for the U.S. Treasury.
[00:13:54]  Now, why does that matter?
[00:13:56]  Well, that matters because you've got Trump out here talking about getting a big, beautiful bill, and they're talking about raising the debt ceiling, or at least asking for $4 to $5 trillion in added debt.
[00:14:12]  Okay.
[00:14:13]  Now, I don't understand how we were supposed to balance the budget with Doge.
[00:14:17]  I don't understand how we were supposed to be fiscally conservative when Trump was touting all this bullshit.
[00:14:24]  I told you all that this was not possible.
[00:14:28]  It was not possible to go out here and tout whatever Trump was touting in 2024 and not raise the debt to unimaginable proportions.
[00:14:39]  And here's Trump and the Republicans on top of that that are out there for this big, beautiful bill, supposedly, and they're going to add $4 trillion to the debt.
[00:14:49]  And here's a recording, by the way, of a Senator Johnson who has been recorded saying that's exactly what's going to happen.

[00:15:02]  Unearthed audio, GOP Senator Johnson says Trump will increase deficit by $4 trillion with the big, beautiful bill, and that Medicaid will be cut.
[00:15:13]  Now, what are you going to cut?
[00:15:15]  Medicaid, absolutely.
[00:15:16]  Let's go ahead and play this, just letting y'all know.
[00:15:19]  If you really look at it, look at the numbers, and I look at the numbers, we will actually increase the deficit over the next 10 years, going from right now $37 trillion in debt.
[00:15:29]  CBO says we'll be at 59.
[00:15:31]  My guess, we'd probably increase that by about $4 trillion with the big new deal or the big, beautiful bill.
[00:15:38]  That puts us at $62 trillion to $63 trillion.
[00:15:41]  Again, you have to be honest.
[00:15:43]  And by the way, I know, Buck, at the end of the show, or I think you might have asked me this last time, what are you going to cut?
[00:15:50]  It's impossible to say, you know, Medicaid absolutely have to go after that.
[00:15:54]  But what you need is a process.

[00:16:00]  They're admitting that they're going to have to do cuts where many of the folks that were hardcore MAGA, like the seniors and folks with disabilities, are going to take a massive cut, which I don't think they anticipated.

[00:16:56]  But when they were questioned, I'm talking to the people that are writing this big, beautiful bill, when they asked, what exactly is in this bill?
[00:17:08]  And somebody had asked, is any of the campaign promises that Trump made in this bill?
[00:17:15]  Like, for instance, is there no tax on tips?

[00:17:21]  I mean, just listen to this.

[00:17:52]  The president said he's going to remove taxes on Social Security.
[00:17:55]  Does this bill remove taxes on Social Security benefits?

[00:18:00]  So this is a tax decrease for the wealthiest Americans in our country.
[00:18:05]  And that's the unfortunate part about it.

[00:18:09]  What we are witnessing right now under Trump, in my opinion, is a form of socialism that I had thought and I had proposed back in 2024, given the rhetoric that Trump was touting.

[00:18:32]  Walmart warned that they're going to have to raise prices because of Trump's tariffs.

[00:18:41]  You got to eat the tariffs.
[00:18:43]  Like they eat the cats.
[00:18:44]  You got to eat the tariffs, Trump tells Walmart and warns not to blame them for the price increases.
[00:18:51]  Isn't this technically socialism or communism or some kind of centralized collective ideology in which the leader is dictating what the hell private enterprise should or should not be doing?

[00:19:09]  How can anybody who is a Republican be okay with this type of trash?

[00:23:15]  And as I've always stated, when the Federal Reserve raises rates, that's their way of recalling all those outstanding printed dollars that they printed over the years.

[00:24:16]  So this is why I said, Trump, all right, you want to bring back manufacturing to America, yet you want to eject the only class of people, these immigrants, who are willing to do this type of work for the price applicable necessary to make the prices of the goods that they're either producing or yielding or harvesting comparable for consumption.

[00:24:44]  By the way, the tariffs, not only is it going to raise the price on all goods, but I told you what was going to happen.
[00:24:52]  I said, once Trump, and I said it in 2024, you guys that have been listening to me, you know I said it.
[00:24:57]  I said that what's going to happen initially when Trump raises the tariffs, especially on China, they're going to cut the agricultural contracts that's basically keeping the farming industry in America profitable.
[00:25:10]  And that's exactly what they did.
[00:25:12]  And what did I say?
[00:25:13]  I said that's going to happen at the beginning of the year going into the summer.
[00:25:17]  We're going to see a dramatic decrease in a lot of crops and a lot of things that farmers need to get rid of because they don't have that big order from China anymore.
[00:25:28]  And they have this yield sitting there and it's got a finite amount of time.
[00:25:32]  So they got to get rid of it.
[00:25:35]  So that's why you're seeing at the supermarket that you're going to see this initial dip in prices.
[00:25:41]  And of course, I said that Trump was going to take a victory lap for it.
[00:25:44]  And that's exactly what he's doing.
