[00:06:23]  Dow Jones Industrial is down today, 0.97%, closing out the Dow at 42,573.73 points for the Dow Jones Industrial.
[00:06:35]  We've got the SP 500 down 1.07% on the day.
[00:06:40]  SP 500, it closes out at 5,906.94 points for the SP 500.
[00:06:47]  And the NASDAQ is also down today, 1.19%, closing out the NASDAQ at 19,486.78 points for the NASDAQ composite.
[00:06:59]  Now, as you can see, not going into the new year with a rally whatsoever.
[00:07:05]  And as I stated on the last broadcast, when I highlighted all the damn companies that are closing down and many of their locations in the month of December, I mean, all this really preludes into some kind of situation that I think we're anticipating.

[00:07:22]  All right.
[00:07:23]  And what that is, is a recession.
[00:07:25]  We're waiting for it.
[00:07:26]  As a matter of fact, many institutional Wall Street investors have been waiting for it.
[00:07:31]  The problem is, is that we have never seen this amount of money printed when it comes to post-COVID money printing.
[00:07:39]  I mean, 60% of the circulation was printed after COVID.
[00:07:44]  So just letting you know.

[00:09:02]  I think that every mega cap and every large cap is way overspeculated.
[00:09:07]  And as I stated on the last show, we're at levels of overspeculation that are in the comparisons of the 1929 crash level.
[00:09:16]  And as I've stated, why don't you just take a look at the charts of each and every one of these indices and you'll see that if a 20 or 30 percent contraction hit this market at this point in time, I mean, by God, I think that trillions of dollars would be instantaneously wiped out of the market.
[00:09:34]  So I have always said cash is king.
[00:09:37]  And I said it on the last show and it bears repeating.
[00:09:42]  Anyway, thank you, Kits does a flip.

[00:09:46]  And look, as I showed you on the last show, all the store closures that are happening this month alone.
[00:09:53]  Take a look at this.
[00:09:54]  Credit card chargeoffs and delinquencies hit a 13-year high.
[00:09:59]  So all these indicators are suggesting that things aren't good and people are running on empty when it comes to their finances.
[00:10:08]  And I think that 2025 is going to be a reckoning when it comes to economics.
[00:10:13]  And it's not just because of all the things that I'm mentioning here, because we have an incoming administration that has said some pretty radical things that it wants to do or attempt to do when it comes to the economy that I think are going to have mega negative impacts on the economy on top of everything else that we're anticipating.
[00:10:31]  So as I stated, I am not an investor in the stock market.
[00:10:35]  If anything, I've got a handful, a basket full of small cap growth stocks.
[00:10:40]  And even then, those are things that I'm not touching until 2025, 2026.
[00:10:46]  All right.
[00:10:46]  In my opinion, cash is king.
[00:10:48]  Money markets are all right.
[00:10:50]  But in my opinion, you want to have cash on hand because when these damn prices start collapsing, you want to be there to start buying up shit on the cheap.
[00:11:00]  And you know that we're in a recession when you start seeing these gold buyer locations start popping up out of nowhere.
[00:11:07]  Have you started to see these locations in your local markets where you got people opening up shop, not selling anything, but wanting to buy your gold?
[00:11:16]  That's an indicator that we are seeing an entrance into a major recession.
[00:11:22]  So once again, indicators all over the place.
[00:11:25]  I am not a buyer in this market.
[00:11:28]  And let me tell you, a lot of people that are in the gold market agree with me.
[00:11:31]  Take a look at gold here.
[00:11:33]  It is up modestly today, 0.08%, but still sticking at around that 2,600 per troy ounce mark.
[00:11:40]  And oil is up modestly today, 0.25%, closing out oil at $71.17 per barrel of WTI Sweet Crude Oil.
[00:11:51]  Now, with that being said, since it's the end of the year, let's go ahead and take a look at some of the commodities out here because that's what's causing most of the inflation, right?
[00:12:00]  Everything that we need, not what we want.
[00:12:03]  All right.
[00:12:04]  Needs are going up.
[00:12:05]  And let's take a look at year to date.
[00:12:09]  All right.
[00:12:09]  Percentages.
[00:12:10]  All right.
[00:12:10]  Now, this is all the lists of all the different commodities out here.
[00:12:15]  And this right here is the year to date.
[00:12:18]  All right.
[00:12:19]  The year to date, the third to last to the right is the year to date.
[00:12:23]  And if you take a look at gas, natural gas year to date, up 65.28% year to date.
[00:12:31]  You take a look at all the gas prices, especially in Europe, take a look at that, almost 50%.
[00:12:38]  So everybody has been paying a little extra for natural gas and gas in general.
[00:12:44]  Of course, year to date, gold is up 26.37%.
[00:12:48]  Silver is up 21.80%.
[00:12:51]  Now, folks, I know there's a lot of folks that live and die when it comes to investing in gold.
[00:12:56]  But in my opinion, you take a look at the gold price, which is at $2,600.
[00:13:01]  You take a look at the silver price, which is at $28.94 or $28.94.
[00:13:07]  I'm telling you, during the last crash, we got close to $60 a troy ounce of silver.
[00:13:13]  And because it doesn't look like inflation is going to go anywhere, especially with this new incoming administration that doesn't want a debt ceiling, that wants to spend into oblivion.
[00:13:23]  They're talking about stimulus checks again.
[00:13:26]  I don't see inflation calming down anytime soon.
[00:13:30]  And as I stated in the last crash, which was the 09, 2010 era, we saw silver go almost $60 a troy ounce.
[00:13:39]  This time around, considering all the inflation that we're seeing, it could get close to 100.
[00:13:43]  So if you want a better return on investment when it comes to investing in metals, in my opinion, it's silver at this point.
[00:13:50]  I mean, you get an entry point at about $28, $27.
[00:13:53]  You get out of there at about $60, $70 whenever we finally see the peak of silver.
[00:13:58]  And this is where you want to be.
[00:13:59]  But year to date, it's up 21%.
[00:14:02]  All right, close to 22% on your money.
[00:14:05]  All right.
[00:14:06]  Now, everything else in the metals department is in the negative.
[00:14:09]  I don't know if you noticed that.
[00:14:10]  So year to date, not much going on in metals with the exception of gold and silver.
[00:14:15]  And then we've got the agriculture where all the food prices come from.
[00:14:19]  And if you take a look at this, you got 24.22% increase in rubber.
[00:14:27]  If you're an orange juice drinker, which I am, let me tell you, you have seen the price increase in OJ.
[00:14:33]  And a lot of that has to do with natural disasters and a bunch of things happening over there in Florida and the regions that actually produce oranges, even in South America.
[00:14:44]  It is up 52.14% year to date on orange juice.
[00:14:48]  Coffee, the same shit.
[00:14:51]  Take a look at coffee.
[00:14:52]  All you coffee drinkers out there, you have paid close to 70% increase year to date on your cup of coffee.
[00:14:59]  Unbelievable.
[00:15:00]  Unbelievable.
[00:15:02]  I'm surprised that Starcucks is even still in business at that fucking inflationary rate.
[00:15:07]  And take a look at the biggest gainer of them all in commodities, cacao, which is the base for chocolate.
[00:15:13]  And we've had a very big situation in the Ivory Coast, which is where most of the cacao is produced, believe it or not.
[00:15:21]  Anyway, cacao is up 167.43% year to date.
[00:15:28]  Year to date.
[00:15:29]  And you take a look at tea.
[00:15:31]  I drink also a lot of tea.
[00:15:32]  Not a lie, me, by the way, up 21.10% year to date.
[00:15:36]  Sunflower oil, also up 55.16% year to date.
[00:15:40]  And butter.
[00:15:42]  No wonder I've been paying so much for butter.
[00:15:45]  Butter is up 31.83% year to date.
[00:15:49]  So you're wondering why you're paying so much at the grocery store.
[00:15:53]  There you go.
[00:15:55]  There you go.
[00:15:56]  Now let's go down to livestock here.
[00:15:58]  And livestock continues to go up high.
[00:16:01]  We're at all-time highs when it comes to livestock, particularly beef.
[00:16:06]  All right, you take a look at the year-to-date on cattle feeder, which is what the cows eat.
[00:16:12]  It is up 17.31% year to date.
[00:16:15]  Live cattle.
[00:16:17]  is up 15.18% year to date.
[00:16:20]  Take a look at the all-time chart on cattle.
[00:16:23]  We are at all-time highs right now.
[00:16:27]  And if you want my opinion, that's another reason why I believe you're seeing so much illness in today's world.
[00:16:33]  Aside from whatever happened in the 2020 COVID episode, I mean, we're seeing it because nobody's actually eating nutritious food.
[00:16:41]  Nobody's actually eating nutritious food whatsoever.
[00:16:44]  Instead, they're going to the frozen aisle.
[00:16:47]  And I don't know about your grocery store, folks, but the frozen aisle has expanded to the point where it's half the store now.
[00:16:53]  It's half the damn grocery store.
[00:16:55]  I mean, it's unbelievable.
[00:16:57]  And this process crap is really what is the culprit, at least the main culprit of many people falling ill.
[00:17:04]  And as you can see, take a look at the chart on live cattle.
[00:17:09]  All-time high.
[00:17:10]  Let's take a look at beef because beef is up 20% year to date.
[00:17:14]  All right, let's take a look at an all-time chart there.
[00:17:16]  All-time highs once again.
[00:17:20]  All-time highs once again.

=== Bitcoin Inflows And Beef Prices (06:19) ===

[00:17:22]  So even though you may start seeing prices come down on a lot of the wants that you're seeing, the things that we need are not going to come down.
[00:17:31]  And I'd like to remind everybody that I did say that this was going to happen in March of 2022.

[00:18:20]  Well, metals you can invest in a different capacity.
[00:18:23]  You could buy physical bullion, which are gold or silver bars, which is just spot value.
[00:18:30]  But I like when I'm going to invest in physical silver and gold, I like to go into the coin market because the coin market, believe it or not, there's intrinsic value outside of the initial spot value of the gold or silver weight.
[00:18:44]  There's nuances in the coins that are sought after by the coin market.
[00:18:48]  And believe it or not, the coin market pays cash.
[00:18:52]  All right, whenever they certain coins are in demand.
[00:18:56]  All right.
[00:18:57]  It depends on where a coin is struck.
[00:18:59]  It depends on what year it is.
[00:19:01]  It depends on the kind of coin.
[00:19:03]  And when the spot value goes up for coinage, so does the nuances and the intricacies that make the coin valuable.
[00:19:11]  Now, if you're not going to do that, another strategy would be invest in ETFs, exchange traded funds, which potentially will give you the increase in value with the increase in value in gold or silver.
[00:19:25]  You can also invest in mining stocks, which I think is a big risk, but big risk, big reward.
[00:19:30]  So there's a variety of different ways to play the coin market, in my opinion, or the silver and gold market.
[00:19:39]  And what about iron there, five-finger prostate punch?
[00:19:41]  And blade the stellar on hunter.
[00:19:43]  Opinion on what could happen to Cardano?
[00:19:45]  Price is dipping.
[00:19:47]  Would it be smart to buy now since it's under a dollar?
[00:19:50]  That's a very good question.
[00:19:51]  We're seeing a contraction in the general cryptocurrency market.
[00:19:56]  So let's go ahead and go to cryptocurrency.
[00:19:58]  As you can see, Bitcoin right now is at $92,000.
[00:20:02]  Everything is contracting because we're at the end of the year.
[00:20:05]  And what people usually do at the end of the year is they usually sell off.
[00:20:08]  Now, I'm not saying every investor does this, but enough investors do it to make an effect on the market.
[00:20:15]  What they do is they usually sell off what they have at the end of the year, right before the end of the year.
[00:20:20]  And as the new year approaches or after the new year, they rebuy whatever it is that they had the previous year.
[00:20:27]  There's a bunch of tax implications for that.
[00:20:29]  I'm not an accountant, so I'm not suggesting people do that, but that's what I'm attributing this sell-off to.
[00:20:36]  And the reason I'm saying that we're seeing it in Bitcoin specifically is because MicroStrategy, the company that is ran by a guy named Michael Saylor, he is the third largest Bitcoin holder in the Bitcoin scene out here.
[00:20:51]  He just bought another thousand or MicroStrategy, bought another thousand Bitcoin.
[00:20:57]  So, I mean, the fact that this guy purchased a thousand Bitcoin at under $100,000 and this didn't take off.
[00:21:05]  I mean, that buy alone didn't take this damn thing off suggests that there's a liquidation situation going on.
[00:21:11]  And in my opinion, it's either people selling off before the new year or they're selling off because they got to pay their rent.
[00:21:18]  All right.
[00:21:19]  But either way, we're seeing a contraction.
[00:21:22]  I still do believe, considering how close the Cardano creator is, how close he is to the president, President Trump, and also the connection with XRP.
[00:21:33]  Cardano and XRP, in my opinion, are going to be the standard when it comes to cryptocurrency in this country.
[00:21:40]  And as I stated about Bitcoin, I am not a buyer at Bitcoin at these levels.
[00:21:45]  I had suggested early last year that when we started seeing Bitcoin at about 28, 29, I suggested, look, buy this damn thing.
[00:21:54]  You're starting to see momentum.
[00:21:55]  You're starting to see inflows of money coming into Bitcoin.
[00:21:59]  And if you would have invested back then and held until about 70 or 80,000, you'd be generously rewarded.
[00:22:05]  But I'm telling you right now at these prices, do not buy.
[00:22:09]  The whole reason why institutional investors are trying to stoke the market into buying Bitcoin is so that they themselves can profit, first of all, off of the low buy price they got.
[00:22:21]  But as I stated, be very, very cautious about Bitcoin because the largest Bitcoin holders in the world hold most of the Bitcoin.
[00:22:29]  And all they've got to do is sell off 15%, 10% of their holdings and crash the market while at the same time shorting it.
[00:22:39]  And I think that is the end goal of Bitcoin is that they're trying to hype up this price, getting a bunch of normies to buy it at $100,000, $150,000, whatever they're willing to buy it for.
[00:22:50]  And let me tell you something right now.
[00:22:53]  I told you this on the last show.
[00:22:54]  I've been telling you this on the past several shows.
[00:22:57]  George Soros in the 90s shorted the British pound and made a billion dollars in one day.
[00:23:03]  And you know, the British pound doesn't go over or under the U.S. dollar too far.
[00:23:09]  So if he can make a billion dollars off of shorting the British pound, just imagine what BlackRock and MicroStrategy and all these fucking people that are big whales in Bitcoin, imagine how much they can make.
[00:23:21]  Aside from selling it at these high rates, how much they can make by shorting it.
[00:23:26]  And we've got speculation of people that are in the industry of Bitcoin suggesting that we could see a 60% decrease in the next year.
[00:23:34]  And let me tell you, anybody who's shorting that is going to be generously rewarded.
