True Anon Truth Feed - 👁️ Ghislaine Maxwell Trial: Day 5 👁️ Aired: 2021-12-04 Duration: 51:02 === Day Five Trial Updates (05:56) === [00:00:00] Day five. [00:00:01] Welcome. [00:00:02] I'm doing the intro this time. [00:00:05] The Skillian Maxwell trial. [00:00:07] Hey, hey, welcome to day five. [00:00:08] Oh my god. [00:00:09] You're such a fucking asshole. [00:00:28] Who's hunkin'? [00:00:29] Uh... [00:00:31] That's what I'm always saying. [00:00:32] Who's honking? [00:00:33] Well, you know, so I've actually been waiting outside the Pearl Street entrance to the courthouse this entire time. [00:00:39] Well, I've been cat calling Bobby and Ghelane and Isabel Maxwell. [00:00:46] I've just been trying to sort of psych them out and have been doing Italian style street harassment on the defensive. [00:00:53] She's like, hey, you're walking there. [00:00:55] I'm like, oh, well, you got leg irons on? [00:01:00] Well, you got a great ass too, ladies. [00:01:06] Unfortunately, I've also accidentally, I have woman blindness. [00:01:09] And so I've just been doing it to, and I'm to say that I can't tell the difference between a man or a woman or, and everybody looks the same to me. [00:01:17] Okay. [00:01:17] And so I've just been doing it too. [00:01:18] I've been arrested dozens of time. [00:01:19] You're blind. [00:01:20] Well, I can't see like buildings or like the sun or trees or anything. [00:01:24] Yeah. [00:01:25] Well, it's like, what happens when you open your eyes? [00:01:27] You know who else is blind? [00:01:29] Justice. [00:01:29] Lady Justice. [00:01:30] That's right. [00:01:32] I'm Liz. [00:01:33] My name is Brace, and they call me Lord Justice. [00:01:37] And we are, of course, joined by the executioner, Young Chomsky. [00:01:42] Welcome to day five. [00:01:43] Yeah, this is Trudon. [00:01:45] Hello. [00:01:45] It's Friday. [00:01:46] It's. [00:01:47] You know what's funny? [00:01:48] What? [00:01:48] We don't do daily, like, we don't do the daily show. [00:01:51] I mean, we literally don't do a daily show. [00:01:53] Yeah. [00:01:55] So it's kind of fun to be like, oh, hey, it's Friday. [00:01:57] Yeah, and it is Friday. [00:01:58] This is fun. [00:01:59] It is Friday. [00:02:00] Listen to it. [00:02:01] It's freaking. [00:02:01] You know what I'm saying? [00:02:02] It's a freaking weekend, baby. [00:02:04] Well, no, okay. [00:02:05] Probably inappropriate to be singing that. [00:02:07] Yes. [00:02:07] Also, it's not the weekend. [00:02:08] It's Friday. [00:02:09] Friday night was weekend to me. [00:02:11] Well, it's early evenings. [00:02:13] Well, ladies and gentlemen, it is true. [00:02:16] The trial is over. [00:02:17] Day five, Ghillene Maxwell has been convicted, taken to a secret court in Guantanamo Bay, and executed along with Bill Clinton and the entire Democratic Party leadership, plus also a Rothschilder too. [00:02:28] And weirdly, convicted by Donald Trump? [00:02:33] What? [00:02:33] And he's back? [00:02:34] What? [00:02:36] And he's wearing a white hat and he's muscles? [00:02:38] He's a muscle man? [00:02:42] There's a cute person at the trial. [00:02:44] I just called it the show. [00:02:45] I think there's a few. [00:02:46] I'm trying to find them, but I was alerted because one's been posting her notes, which are much neater written than mine. [00:02:53] What does that say to you? [00:02:55] That a cute person has neater notes. [00:02:58] What's the difference between the brain part? [00:03:00] She's right-brained? [00:03:01] No. [00:03:02] Oh. [00:03:02] You have the serial killer handwriting. [00:03:04] No, dude, what? [00:03:06] There's a two-year-old serial killer out there? [00:03:09] Yeah. [00:03:09] No, I do not have the handwriting of a serial killer. [00:03:13] Young Chalomsky, can you come in here? [00:03:15] Is it possible to keep recording? [00:03:17] Is this the handwriting of a serial killer or a child? [00:03:20] Answer me. [00:03:20] It's a little bit of Zodiac. [00:03:22] Zodiac. [00:03:22] Yeah, it's like a girl. [00:03:24] Come here. [00:03:24] Look at my. [00:03:24] This is bullshit. [00:03:25] No. [00:03:26] This looks like ladies. [00:03:28] No, look at the highlights. [00:03:29] Look, I highlight. [00:03:30] I'm going to post my different colors too for the handwriting later. [00:03:34] And it's going to really embarrass her. [00:03:38] Anyways, to resume our coverage before I get haranged anymore by the misses. [00:03:46] Okay, before we jump into what happened today, we got to open it up with little Ghelain watch. [00:03:54] Now, she was back in an ivory sweater. [00:03:59] The sleeves were pushed up. [00:04:00] Perhaps she was a little warm. [00:04:01] So I don't know if it was the same balloon sleeve look that we've seen before. [00:04:05] However, I want to say that this is something I've noticed. [00:04:09] She changes her mask to match her sweater. [00:04:12] Does she? [00:04:13] What kind of mask is she wearing today? [00:04:15] A white mask. [00:04:16] Interesting. [00:04:17] The only time she's worn a white mask is with a white sweater, and the only time she's worn a black mask is with a black sweater. [00:04:22] Now, what remains to be seen is if she will switch it up, maybe a little yin-yang look, but I don't know. [00:04:29] What I was wondering is, because obviously, I think her lawyers bring her clothes. [00:04:33] Shout out to New York. [00:04:34] I mean, I assume her lawyers bring her clothes. [00:04:36] I've asked a few people like how she gets dressed. [00:04:40] And apparently there's a room where they change and stuff, which makes sense. [00:04:43] But I wonder what the prison or the, excuse me, the jail, like, like protocol around bringing your own mask back? [00:04:51] Can she bring like whatever, I don't know, Bloomingdale. [00:04:55] Is that a nice store? [00:04:56] Bloomingdale's mask back to, you were giving me a really nasty look right now. [00:04:59] No, it's a department store. [00:05:01] Okay, well, it's a fancy one, I assume, because it's still around. [00:05:04] And she brings that. [00:05:05] Can she bring that back to jail is what I'm wondering. [00:05:07] Are they like, you need to wear this one? [00:05:09] No, there's probably like a jail, like, you know, this is the mask that you get for jail. [00:05:15] Yeah, that would be fun. [00:05:15] Because also it can't have any little switchblades in it. [00:05:18] Well, what I would do is if I ever get sent to federal jail or any kind of jail, if you're my lawyer, please don't bring me a mask soaked in just a little bit of fentanyl to make me happy and, you know, during the trial. [00:05:33] Imagine she got, like, they bring her and she's wearing like, I'm trying to think of like the most inappropriate outfit. [00:05:38] Like she's wearing some like daisy print, Lisa says, God, like matching fucking fuzzy sweater with a mask, like some kind of matching mask. [00:05:46] Like how garish you can take the matching mask. [00:05:48] She's wearing, she's wearing, I found out what Kith was the other night. [00:05:51] She's wearing head-to-toe Kith. [00:05:52] Oh, yeah. [00:05:53] I saw you were too embarrassed to ask me. [00:05:54] Yeah. [00:05:54] And you know what? [00:05:55] I appreciate that. === Sworn Deposition Boom (09:05) === [00:05:57] Well, Ghelane Maxwell, not on the stand today, but sitting behind the desk next to her lawyers who really, they were all over the place. [00:06:05] Oh my God, this guy. [00:06:07] Okay, so last night, we talked about the prosecution's witness, Juan Alessi, the houseman, in the Palm Beach residence. [00:06:18] Now, this morning opened up with the cross-examination of him. [00:06:23] And, I mean, this went on forever. [00:06:28] Everything seemed to take a long time today. [00:06:31] This guy, this lawyer for Ghelane, Pagliachi, that's not his name. [00:06:36] Pagliuchi? [00:06:37] It's like, we've said it on the, we did a whole read through of this. [00:06:42] I know. [00:06:42] I know, but I'm going to call him Pagliachi. [00:06:44] I've called him Pagliachi on the show. [00:06:45] It's not, it's like, it's like Paglucci. [00:06:48] I wrote it down even, and I can't. [00:06:50] I literally have too many notes for me to find it right now. [00:06:53] Yeah, I'm just going to call him Pagliachi because guess what? [00:06:55] The man is a clown. [00:06:57] Yes. [00:06:57] I mean, my God, he was... [00:06:59] And not the kind of clown that I was. [00:07:01] This is a fool. [00:07:02] Yeah. [00:07:03] I mean, my God. [00:07:04] So out the gate. [00:07:06] Well, so he started out, if my notes are in order, he started out as, as you remember, last night we left it with Alessi confessing that he had actually been back to Jeffrey Epstein's house. [00:07:18] I got to say, Epstein's lawyer, or excuse me, Ghelane's lawyers love saying, but that wasn't the first time, or that wasn't the last time you went to Mr. Epstein's house, was it? [00:07:27] Yeah, like they say, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:07:29] That's the defense style. [00:07:31] So they kind of came out with a gotcha right out the gate where there was a sort of long, like series of rapid fire questions that clearly pointed to the fact that Alessi had previously told both the, I think the police and also has told, has said during depositions, including a sworn deposition, I believe. [00:07:53] Though don't exactly quote me on that. [00:07:55] It was sworn, yes. [00:07:56] Yes. [00:07:56] I guess they're all sworn. [00:07:59] But he had said that he'd actually gone to the house twice, once to break in in order to steal a gun, which is not illegal. [00:08:07] And the second time, but he ended up stealing some money, couldn't find the gun. [00:08:10] And the second time he stole the rest of the money. [00:08:12] Still amounted to the same amount of money he said that he stole yesterday during his testimony? [00:08:18] But the difference was this was two different incidents that he now claims are one incident. [00:08:23] Yeah, so the defense started its like gotchas. [00:08:25] Like this is what it always does. [00:08:27] It's like, okay, you said all this and now we're going to break it down. [00:08:29] Boom, boom, boom, boom. [00:08:31] Except Pagliachi, slow mover boomer, and was very foolish in his line of questioning. [00:08:39] But he was, like you said, he was basing everything off of a sworn deposition that Alessi gave to Bradley Edwards, who was in the room with us a couple of days ago. [00:08:50] Yeah, yeah. [00:08:50] Put together man. [00:08:52] Very, very, yeah. [00:08:54] You can, you can spot the lawyers from the journalists. [00:08:56] That way. [00:08:57] Yeah. [00:08:58] Well, actually, all the Daily Mail journalists look like lawyers. [00:09:00] And the Sky News ones, yeah. [00:09:01] Yeah. [00:09:02] Yeah, they're all in suits. [00:09:04] Well, you know what I'm saying? [00:09:05] Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. [00:09:07] Bradley Edwards, remember, is the lawyer for a bunch of the victims, including Virginia Jeffrey. [00:09:12] Yeah. [00:09:13] Now, this deposition was related to one of her suits. [00:09:19] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:09:20] And, you know, it's true. [00:09:22] Alessi did contradict himself. [00:09:23] I mean, a lot. [00:09:24] Yeah. [00:09:25] Like, that's, I mean, that's a pretty big difference. [00:09:28] Like, he went to the house at one point to steal a gun and then returned, I think, weeks later to steal money. [00:09:37] And which he denies. [00:09:39] Which, well, yeah, he did. [00:09:42] Yeah. [00:09:42] He denies that he denies it was two incidents. [00:09:44] Now he says he was sticking to his story that it was one of the things. [00:09:46] Yeah, that's the thing. [00:09:47] So basically, all of his testimony did contradict the sworn statements that he's given before. [00:09:54] Yeah. [00:09:54] The ones that the defense was basing their questions off of, the ones to Bradley Edwards. [00:10:00] However, he did not waver and, you know, he stuck with his original testimony and said, I don't know. [00:10:07] I don't know why it says that. [00:10:08] That's not what happened. [00:10:10] Sort of similar to some of the same kind of responses that we saw from Jane. [00:10:16] Yeah, yeah. [00:10:16] Yeah, absolutely. [00:10:18] But, you know, Pagliachi, people are going to just think that's his actual name. [00:10:23] But Pagliachi really sort of built off of that and was sort of like he was portraying Alessi as, let's say, a little less than honest, which I think he did some, I mean, which was, you know, obviously true in this case. [00:10:37] But he built up this thing where it's like, well, you said you were having money problems, right? [00:10:42] But in fact, you owned all these properties. [00:10:44] And I did not know this before. [00:10:46] Alessi. [00:10:47] A landlord. [00:10:48] Not only a landlord, landlord of many properties. [00:10:52] Yeah, property land. [00:10:53] Yeah, a lot of properties. [00:10:54] So he lived. [00:10:56] This led to the most, for me, excruciating part of the day. [00:11:01] And I think actually for everyone, even in the courtroom, excruciating, like the judge, because this led to Pagliachi giving the longest string of just numbers and dates that was so confusing that the judge had to be like, stop. [00:11:16] Yeah. [00:11:17] What are you like, what are you asking right now? [00:11:20] Yeah. [00:11:20] And yeah, it was so frustrating. [00:11:24] Also, like, he seemed out of sorts. [00:11:26] Pagliachi. [00:11:27] He seemed out of sorts. [00:11:28] He was like thumbing through the papers. [00:11:30] He couldn't find like the lines, the specific lines. [00:11:34] The Maureen Comey, the AUSA, like was objecting to everything. [00:11:40] And the judge was like, right on her side. [00:11:42] And rightly so. [00:11:43] I mean, the man was a fucking mess. [00:11:44] It was like, you know, those cartoons of lawyers where it's like they're like the bumbly guy with the briefcase and like the papers are going everywhere. [00:11:52] That was Mr. Pagliachi. [00:11:54] One point, he literally said the victim's name. [00:11:58] So, yes, that was which again, we won't say, but it was the judge had literally just given a warning that was like, Okay, if we're looking at this form, do you see, like, do remember, don't say the name, like for anonymity, blah, blah, blah. [00:12:14] Because clearly, her name was on this form that he was reading from. [00:12:16] And he was like, Don't worry, I've got it blacked out. [00:12:18] Blah, He said he blacked out every instance. [00:12:20] He's like, He was so smug about it. [00:12:23] He was like telling the judge, he's like, He seemed like miffed that she was even telling him that because he's like, I blacked out every instance of her name, like you know, we're anonymity. [00:12:32] Like, we're totally keeping with that. [00:12:35] And then the judge is like, Well, okay, but that's for you know, the witness too, because you know, Alessi had been confused the previous day at usage of the name Jane instead of the uh which, like, to be fair. [00:12:45] I mean, look, you're you're dealing with like he's like a 72-year-old guy, you got a bunch of fake names going around. [00:12:51] There's already, as we know, the um accuser has the same name as one of Epstein's employees. [00:12:59] Yeah, it's all like it's it's all very coffee, and you know, and at this point, too, Alessi was getting a little, I mean, he was on the spot because he'd just been caught out, caught in fucking 4K lying about stealing a gun, which by the way, Gun Watch still did not say what kind of gun it was. [00:13:16] I am guessing a nice little boreta, but uh, so what is what does Pagliachi do? [00:13:24] Oh, he's like, oh, 18 like pieces of paper go flying, and his mustache is like, and then he's like, Oh, so bursts out her name, like I almost just fucking said it. [00:13:37] Well, we got we can add it, but yeah, he like it was incredible because to me, he was like, He was like getting ready all this stuff ready, and then like he didn't actually do this, but it was he gave a spiritual sort of like throat clearing and then like you know, raising his hit to the lectern, yes, and then just said blurted. [00:13:55] I would say the word is blurted, yeah. [00:13:58] And then it was literally everyone in the room the security guard behind me. [00:14:03] I turned around, he gasped, and he was just shaking his head. [00:14:06] He was like, There was a security guard, the marshal, he was like, My God, look at this guy. [00:14:10] There was, he's like, You got one job, you got one job. [00:14:12] A seismic wave of gas because it was the initial gasp that hit the room, and then there were secondary after gas that came, including for myself. [00:14:21] I said, I actually swore, I exhorted, yeah, too. [00:14:25] I mean, it was it was yeah, yeah, I saw the marshal outside and I was like, Yeah, he's got one job. [00:14:29] Well, he's got a lot of jobs, he's a lawyer, defense lawyer, but this is kind of one of the big jobs. [00:14:36] So, of course, right there, you know, bam, bam, bam. [00:14:39] There was still, you know, gavel watch my gavel watches out there, no gavel, but everybody gets called to the judge, right? [00:14:46] Like, this was this was not this was a this was bad. [00:14:51] like this is you do not do this I think Miss Bobby might be spanking I was gonna say something a whole say it You know what, Liz said? [00:14:59] I was going to say spanking the clown. [00:15:01] Okay, wow. === Pissed Reactions (15:59) === [00:15:02] What? [00:15:03] That's not. [00:15:05] What are you putting in the middle? [00:15:07] Spanking the chicken? [00:15:08] I think it's masturbating. [00:15:09] Horrible. [00:15:10] Don't, you're fired. [00:15:13] No, I'm not. [00:15:14] You can't fire me. [00:15:15] Well, you're not my fucking boss. [00:15:17] Tell the Marshalls that you've been doing next Monday. [00:15:21] But so, no, it was, it was, I mean, you cannot do that. [00:15:25] Like, to be clear, it was, I mean, we're kind of laughing about it now just because it was so crazy. [00:15:32] But this was like, whoa, you know what I mean? [00:15:35] Which is, wow, what a great description. [00:15:37] This was like, but it was. [00:15:39] Like, I don't even know how to describe it. [00:15:41] And yeah, it was, I mean, it was, you cannot see the thing about Jane is she has been so anonymous this entire time. [00:15:50] You know, she has barely given, she's given one interview to the press, which I cannot find anywhere. [00:15:55] That thing is scrubbed off the internet. [00:15:57] Although, frankly, I didn't look for very long because I felt disrespectful. [00:16:02] But there's like not much out about her. [00:16:04] She has been very clear about her anonymity. [00:16:06] And so I don't know what you're thinking, Liz, but originally I thought this was a mistake. [00:16:10] I still think it was a mistake because I don't really see it. [00:16:13] Yeah, of course it was a mistake. [00:16:14] Yeah, but. [00:16:15] No, it was a mistake. [00:16:17] No one's trying to out her. [00:16:18] Come on. [00:16:19] Yes, yes. [00:16:21] 10% of me is because she said her last name before in court. [00:16:26] She read it off a letter that Laura Menninger gave her. [00:16:28] She just said her last name. [00:16:30] And which I guess it wasn't. [00:16:33] Oh, I know. [00:16:34] Yeah, it wasn't redacted, but it wasn't entered. [00:16:37] It was entered under sale. [00:16:38] So it was another one. [00:16:39] Yeah, exactly. [00:16:40] And so she made a mistake and read that. [00:16:42] But then this guy just, like the lawyer for the defense saying her first name like that, you know, a big clown. [00:16:49] Yeah, it was, it was, it was pathetic. [00:16:51] And he got admonished by the court for it. [00:16:53] The judge was, was not happy with them. [00:16:55] Frankly, I don't think the defense has been buttering up the judge as much as they need to. [00:16:59] Well, I thought the other guy was much better today. [00:17:03] But back to Mr. Alessi, I do want to say that some funny information we did find out about him too is that Epstein gave him, what, $40,000? [00:17:12] $20,000. [00:17:13] $20,000 for his first home purchase. [00:17:17] And home purchase, we might add that he rented out. [00:17:20] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:17:21] This was not a, yeah, this was a second income home. [00:17:25] Yeah. [00:17:25] Yeah. [00:17:26] Yeah, it's the this sort of built up, you know, talking about his homes really built up until Pagliachi was like, well, if you had a million dollars in rental properties, which I could not figure that out because the numbers he said before that just did not add up, then how come you had to steal this money from Epstein? [00:17:46] And I was like, oh, he's got his ass. [00:17:48] He's got his ass. [00:17:49] And then Alessi hit him with, I was getting a divorce and all my money was tied up. [00:17:54] Okay, a little update. [00:17:56] Okay, okay. [00:17:57] I want to hear you say it. [00:17:59] Liz was not as wrong as usual. [00:18:02] That's not, sorry, don't do that. [00:18:04] Say it in the right way. [00:18:05] Liz was more right. [00:18:07] Oh my God. [00:18:08] I was right again, as usual, which was that Juan Alessi was out and needed the money because he was paying for his, what he says, not girlfriends, aka girlfriends, but not romantic, immigration papers. [00:18:26] The man was pay pig. [00:18:28] He was spending all his money, giving all his money to some girl, trying to get her over here. [00:18:33] I mean, to be clear here, this guy, in the midst of his divorce, which he, you did, you knew that. [00:18:39] You were like, I don't think so. [00:18:40] I don't think so. [00:18:41] Well, I said, I don't know. [00:18:42] I actually, when we were walking back yesterday, I said, I don't know enough. [00:18:46] I don't think so. [00:18:48] But I'm just saying, well, okay. [00:18:50] So I did say I don't think so, but I, you know, there was some context to it. [00:18:53] We're all becoming lawyers here. [00:18:54] However, however, objection, objection. [00:18:57] He linked that when he originally told us about this non-romantic girlfriend yesterday, he linked that to his divorce. [00:19:06] So he'd sort of, the way he described it, I mean, not in great detail, but it seemed like it might have been a reason that he was getting a divorce. [00:19:15] And it just goes to show, like, I mean, this guy was driven to such lengths of madness by this, as he says over and over, non-romantic girlfriend, meaning he was not getting any sex from her, to such depths that he was breaking into Jeffrey Epstein's home to steal money or a gun. [00:19:33] Maybe he was going to, who knows what he was going to do with that. [00:19:35] But yeah, like we said, Juan really stuck to his testimony, even though it basically did contradict a lot of the things that he had said in his deposition with Bradley Edwards. [00:19:44] There was an interesting point where it just seemed like Pagliachi got really frustrated. [00:19:49] We got to say too, Juan's demeanor during this whole thing, very aggressive. [00:19:53] He was getting pissed. [00:19:55] He was frustrated. [00:19:56] He was clearly pissed. [00:19:57] Also, because I do think that, you know, the defense has such a narrow, when they're doing cross-examination, they do have a very narrow scope in the way that they can phrase questions. [00:20:06] Yes. [00:20:06] Because it has to be based off of testimony that you've given. [00:20:09] Right. [00:20:10] And so, and like you said, they always phrase things in an annoying way because they want to elicit just a yes or no response. [00:20:17] Like they want to keep it, your response as narrow as possible. [00:20:19] So you're not like going off about whatever. [00:20:22] Now, let's just say Mr. Alessi. [00:20:24] He's a talker. [00:20:25] A colorful fellow. [00:20:26] Yeah. [00:20:26] Yeah. [00:20:27] He's got very, you know, away with words, we'll say. [00:20:32] Yeah. [00:20:33] Likes to talk. [00:20:33] He's a talker. [00:20:34] Absolutely. [00:20:35] And that was not going over well. [00:20:37] No. [00:20:37] And so he was very frustrated by, one, the tone of the conversation and the direction it was going because he could see that he was, you know, getting a little boxed in, I think, a little bit. [00:20:47] But also, I think just generally was just like annoyed by the whole thing and feeling, you know, attacked. [00:20:53] Well, I, you know, it's in some of it, it's, I can understand, right? [00:20:57] Because some of these, the way they phrase questions, which I mean, frankly, Alessi, you should be a little used to this by now, considering how many times you've talked to lawyers and the police, etc. [00:21:07] But, you know, like they gave him at one point a statement that I think the police had written or a lawyer had written. [00:21:14] I can't remember exactly, but it was a statement in front of him. [00:21:16] The point is what wasn't actually in the statement, but it was a statement that he had not physically written out, but it was words that he had said. [00:21:24] And his signature that he did write out at the bottom. [00:21:28] And Pagliachi asked, Is that your signature? [00:21:32] And he says, Well, I didn't write this statement. [00:21:34] Like, it's not my handwriting, but talking about the statement. [00:21:37] And so that leads to, and so things, you know, that leads to like several clarifications and having asked the question again and objections. [00:21:43] And so this, this, that scene repeated itself multiple times today with Alessi. [00:21:48] Yeah, there was one, um, just a couple last funny notes. [00:21:54] There was one moment where you could tell where they were trying to go in the line of questioning because they kept asking him, you know, really hammering him on some of the specifics on like who was actually ordering the massages? [00:22:07] Who were you driving? [00:22:08] Why were you driving Ghilaine to go to Mar-a-Lago, et cetera, et cetera? [00:22:11] All these like kind of back and forth things that were really boring and annoying. [00:22:18] At one point, Pagliachi was just like, so you are not a sex trafficker because you drove Ghillain to pick up Masuse for Jeffrey Epstein, correct? [00:22:29] And immediately they were like, objection. [00:22:31] Yeah. [00:22:31] Yeah. [00:22:32] It was like a pretty funny, like, I know. [00:22:33] And the objection, I mean, I think that was sustained. [00:22:38] Yeah. [00:22:38] I got to say. [00:22:39] Objection. [00:22:40] I've been sustained. [00:22:41] I've been wanting to say this all day. [00:22:43] Today, Maureen Comey's objections had more sustain than a nice hollow body Gibson guitar. [00:22:52] That got a giggle from old YC. [00:22:54] I can hear it from here. [00:22:55] Pagliachi called him Epstein. [00:22:57] I heard that too. [00:22:58] I heard that too, which means Jeremy Corbin, who was pillowied in the British press for, I will say, weirdly pronouncing his name Epstein vindicated. [00:23:08] Yeah. [00:23:08] Or Pagliacci, anti-Semitic. [00:23:11] Yes. [00:23:12] Speaking of, there's a couple quick things, speaking of anti-Semitic, but yes, speaking of, there's a couple quick things that I want to mention. [00:23:18] One is I talked to a very knowledgeable fellow whose name I will not say, but you know what I'm talking about. [00:23:24] The smart man, the money man. [00:23:27] Okay, yeah. [00:23:28] Yeah. [00:23:28] Talked to a topic. [00:23:29] Yeah. [00:23:29] Exactly. [00:23:30] Yeah. [00:23:30] Talk to a guy who is a very, an Epstein expert, right? [00:23:35] This guy is one of the top guys. [00:23:37] I asked him, I was like, what do you think about Ghillain being Protestant? [00:23:41] He's like, well, she's not Jewish. [00:23:43] And not just because, not because of the patrilineal thing. [00:23:46] Like, she said at one point, he's like, I got to find it. [00:23:49] She said that she doesn't identify as Jewish, which believe me, that is the number one thing I'm looking for right now. [00:23:56] Okay. [00:23:57] Second thing is that because she is a Protestant pedophile, second thing, Alessi mentioned that manual yesterday. [00:24:07] Remember? [00:24:08] Yes. [00:24:08] And when you. [00:24:09] Household manual. [00:24:11] You and I were trolloping arm in arm. [00:24:13] Trolloping? [00:24:14] No. [00:24:14] No. [00:24:15] No, we were not. [00:24:15] There was no trolloping. [00:24:18] We were skateboarding after the trial yesterday and kickflips. [00:24:23] Yeah. [00:24:24] We were talking about how that a manual, such as the one that we saw and of the size that it was, because this was a 58-page, for those who didn't listen to yesterday's episode, which you should, Alessi was incensed about a 58-page manual. [00:24:38] Well, he had been given a certain really pissed about it still. [00:24:42] At one point, he said today, I was working slave hours. [00:24:46] Exactly. [00:24:46] Yes. [00:24:47] No, it was, it was, he was pissed. [00:24:50] But, you know, he was really angry at this manual. [00:24:53] And Liz and I were discussing this manual. [00:24:54] It's like, this manual is not the kind of thing you'd give someone like who's working at this house, right? [00:25:00] Like, this is a manual for like a manor or a castle or something or a hotel, but something more substantial than Epstein's like El Brillo home, right? [00:25:10] Perhaps something royal. [00:25:13] Well, today, and many ears perked up in the courtroom about this or during this, today it was mentioned by Alessi that the person who had written the manual was actually it was mentioned by the lawyers. [00:25:28] Excuse me. [00:25:29] Yes. [00:25:29] The person who had to clarify that it wasn't Ghillain herself. [00:25:32] Yes, yeah, correct. [00:25:33] Correct. [00:25:34] I unfortunately just wrote several variations of what I thought he said as the actual word before I settled on the one that I knew it was but couldn't believe. [00:25:45] So he says the accountess wrote this manual, not Ghillaine. [00:25:51] Yes. [00:25:51] And it's countess, not a countess. [00:25:53] Yes. [00:25:54] Countess. [00:25:55] Yes. [00:25:55] And so at first I thought. [00:25:57] Not a lady accountant. [00:25:58] Yeah, exactly. [00:26:00] At first, I thought, well, he must have said a countant, right? [00:26:02] Not that Epstein has not been linked to, and Ghelane have not been linked to many royals, including, as we'll get into it, well, a countess isn't really a royal. [00:26:09] Well, someone who, yeah, yeah, correct. [00:26:12] Yeah. [00:26:12] It's like a court. [00:26:13] An aristocrat. [00:26:14] Yes. [00:26:15] Yeah. [00:26:15] Let me remember. [00:26:16] I'll be more precise. [00:26:18] But indeed, the word countess was reported several times, not B tier, A tier. [00:26:27] We're about to tear some aristocrats down right here, too. [00:26:30] But yes, it was Countess that wrote the manual. [00:26:35] And the most prominent Countess that is associated with Ghillaine. [00:26:41] Okay, don't know who that is. [00:26:43] Well, that's for my ladies out there. [00:26:45] Well, it's not Luanne. [00:26:46] This is all they're doing. [00:26:47] Also, not a countess anymore. [00:26:48] Her name is Countess Claire Hazel, who we've talked about on the show before. [00:26:52] It can't be a countess named Claire Hazel. [00:26:55] She married into it. [00:26:57] That is a fucking girl boss ass sounding name, like actual like wing member sounding name. [00:27:02] Hi, I'm Claire Hazel. [00:27:04] I'm the director of events at the wing. [00:27:09] I saw you on Hinge. [00:27:11] Claire Hazel's a hinge-ass fucking girl name. [00:27:13] She is on Hinge. [00:27:16] I hear some too knowing of a giggle coming from the other room, too. [00:27:21] But yes, she is, well, now divorced as of earlier this year, but she is, I believe, married into the Guinness family. [00:27:29] Does she manage the social media accounts of the family? [00:27:32] Because that's what she fucking sounds like. [00:27:34] Well, yes, but she wrote on the plane a ton. [00:27:36] There are some pictures of her and Epstein, and I believe Ghelane is actually in the picture too together, but close friends with Ghelane, associated with the, let's say, the little massade menagerie around Epstein starting around the time that this manual was given out. [00:27:53] And so it's got to be her. [00:27:55] Yeah, sounds right. [00:27:56] Yeah. [00:27:57] I mean, it's not Countess de Les Eps. [00:27:59] Okay, that don't. [00:28:01] I could think that's a real person. [00:28:02] So that's a good idea. [00:28:03] That's fine. [00:28:04] And I want to be clear here because Liz and I had some disagreement on this. [00:28:07] And we can run through this very quickly. [00:28:09] No explanations needed. [00:28:10] But tears of hot royals. [00:28:14] It's not royal. [00:28:14] Well, excuse me, aristocrats. [00:28:16] Marquesa, number one. [00:28:17] Although that is a form of countess. [00:28:19] Countess, 1B. [00:28:23] Duchess for the voluptuousness there. [00:28:25] The gourmand only dallies with princes. [00:28:28] Well, yeah, correct. [00:28:31] C is the princess, which I begrudgingly put there because, or you know what? [00:28:35] C is actually baroness. [00:28:36] No, baronesses. [00:28:37] No. [00:28:37] Okay. [00:28:38] Let me take that again. [00:28:39] I didn't think of baroness. [00:28:41] We did not think of that earlier. [00:28:42] Okay. [00:28:43] C is princess. [00:28:45] D is baroness. [00:28:47] And E is. [00:28:48] Excuse me. [00:28:49] Yeah, E is the queen. [00:28:51] Okay, so that's wrong. [00:28:53] Okay. [00:28:53] And this is how it actually is. [00:28:54] You don't see what it actually is. [00:28:55] Girls are hot. [00:28:56] You're a girl. [00:28:57] That's how I know because it takes a girl to know a girl. [00:28:59] Yeah, girls think like Tilda Swinton is hot. [00:29:02] No girl thinks Tilda Swinton is hot. [00:29:04] Why is she famous? [00:29:05] Why is she famous then? [00:29:07] Because she's an actress. [00:29:08] Oh, I'm thinking Twiggy. [00:29:10] Who am I thinking that? [00:29:11] Who looks like an alien? [00:29:13] Well, both. [00:29:14] Oh, then we'll talk about this after the show. [00:29:17] Okay. [00:29:18] That's just team names. [00:29:19] Anyway. [00:29:21] Okay. [00:29:22] So first is Countess. [00:29:26] I'm not including Marquesa one because I just think of like disgusting wedding gowns when I think of that. [00:29:34] And also it's like a, that's a, that's not. [00:29:37] It's like one country specific. [00:29:39] So it's too tiny a pool. [00:29:41] Okay. [00:29:42] So it's countess. [00:29:44] Then it's princess. [00:29:47] Then it's queen. [00:29:51] Then. [00:29:51] It's insane that you have queen up there. [00:29:53] No, I'm going to tell you why. [00:29:54] Then baroness. [00:29:57] Then duchess. [00:29:59] Now, this is why. [00:30:01] The countess. [00:30:03] Worldly. [00:30:07] hard to reach, kind of, you know, a little like doesn't really want to pay attention to you. [00:30:14] She's over here, she's over there, she's always at parties. [00:30:16] It's the countess. [00:30:17] You know, lots of mystery. [00:30:19] Okay classic, very sexy, but like womanly of you know, not like whatever princess. [00:30:28] Classic innocent, everyone want you know, you married the princess, not me. [00:30:32] Classic, the queen, oh, my god, you're the queen, you're, you're the king. [00:30:38] She's 60. [00:30:39] No, not always. [00:30:41] And also, if you're not the king, you are cucking the king. [00:30:45] That's huge yeah, but she's not all right. [00:30:49] Then, writing this on hotness baroness yeah, that's like that's your milf. [00:30:54] The baron no no no, the baroness is like she's, she's like got some umami. === Women Watching Women (12:36) === [00:31:02] Um, she's got umami. [00:31:05] Yeah, she's like kind of funky, but like you're down with it. [00:31:08] That's the baroness. [00:31:10] And then the duchess is like insane not, that's like duchess is the duchess is like you're, you know you're, you know you had like maybe too much whiskey you're, everyone else is gone. [00:31:24] It doesn't work if you have too much. [00:31:25] The only thing left at the at the table is the duchess. [00:31:27] It doesn't work if you have too much whiskey. [00:31:29] It doesn't work. [00:31:29] It just doesn't work. [00:31:30] You can't do it. [00:31:30] You can't. [00:31:31] You know what. [00:31:31] The duchess doesn't care, because you know what happens. [00:31:33] They always care, they always care and it never happens. [00:31:36] The duchess doesn't mind, the duchess will take it anyways. [00:31:40] It's fucking bullshit. [00:31:42] Duchess is, is be. [00:31:45] Anyways, I love all women, just to be clear. [00:31:49] Um, I also. [00:31:51] This is our most worded episode yet. [00:31:55] Um, I want to as long as long as we're, because I gotta be honest with you. [00:32:00] This friday we can, you just. [00:32:01] I just want to say we've been sitting in a courtroom every day for eight hours. [00:32:07] Yeah, this is the problem. [00:32:08] We haven't spoken much. [00:32:10] I know now and all anyone. [00:32:12] Yeah, oh yeah, because they, we got shushed today. [00:32:14] That wasn't us getting shushed, the marshals were getting shushed. [00:32:16] They were talking really loud. [00:32:17] No I, here's the thing. [00:32:18] The marshals were talking, but then right, they were. [00:32:21] They had been talking for a while and yes, it was annoying super loud and it was like it was like that loud mumbling yeah, but then you leaned over right and it would like added to it, and then they shushed. [00:32:31] So we got shushed by proxy. [00:32:32] I got two words out of my mouth and it was shushed by proxy. [00:32:35] I know, but we got blamed for you partially shushed too, I don't, but now everyone's gonna think i'm talking, But anyways, as long as we're slightly off topic, I also made good friends with the bathroom custodian. [00:32:47] In fact, I believe the general custodian. [00:32:49] And first of all, he called me brother. [00:32:52] Second of all, he told me that he found, I asked him what kind of stuff he's found in the bathroom. [00:32:57] He told me he found a condom sometimes and then also soiled discarded panties too. [00:33:04] Men's bathroom. [00:33:06] So on the first floor. [00:33:08] In the southern district of New York. [00:33:10] Federal court, you know, people are doing it. [00:33:13] Anyways, so after Alessi gets off the stand, up comes the first of several LEOs, which is what us in the community call law enforcement officials. [00:33:26] This man, Officer Parkinson from Palm Beach Police Department, he was actually, he was very, he was very, he was, he seemed just like a simple country, not a country cop. [00:33:38] He didn't talk like that at all, but he was gen. He was like a good version of Vysaski. [00:33:42] That sort of like southern air and like very precise, but, you know, sort of confused and affable. [00:33:49] But yeah, he's the guy who, he was on the team that searched Epstein's home back in October of 2005 in Palm Beach. [00:33:58] And so they were kind of using him to want, like basically give testimony on a chain of evidence. [00:34:05] There was a whole thing about how all the evidence that was collected, including photographs and videos of the property, was then transferred to the FBI, aka into the state's attorney's possession. [00:34:18] And so they had to say, at one point, he said, we formed a human chain to then pass the evidence down, which I found very adorable. [00:34:26] Yeah. [00:34:27] He described it in great detail. [00:34:28] They should make it be like a human chain, but with like 15 people. [00:34:33] I mean, who knows how many people are, you know? [00:34:36] But yeah, so for those of you who are, you know, looked into the Epstein case a bunch, you've probably seen this video, but there is a rather grainy video. [00:34:46] Yeah. [00:34:47] But there's two versions of a rather grainy video. [00:34:50] Actually, the man who first FOIAed that was in the room talking about it earlier. [00:34:53] Oh, yeah. [00:34:53] He's real chatty with you. [00:34:56] No, no, it was the other guy. [00:34:57] It was the other guy. [00:34:58] Yeah. [00:34:58] No, Marlon got this from him. [00:35:00] Oh, yeah. [00:35:00] The white-haired guy. [00:35:01] The white-haired fella. [00:35:02] Yeah. [00:35:02] Silver Fox. [00:35:03] But he was the one who first FOIA it. [00:35:05] And it got wiped actually from the internet, I guess, because of, well, some stuff that we'll get into. [00:35:11] Oh, yeah, I had the frazzle drip. [00:35:12] But it is a, yeah, it is. [00:35:14] Yeah, because it shows that it contains the fragile drip portion. [00:35:18] But there, there's a, of course, I can imagine. [00:35:21] But there's video basically of the cops doing a walkthrough of Epstein's home. [00:35:25] That's where, for instance, that still of the picture of Epstein and Fidel Castro comes from. [00:35:32] He went there with, I believe, the former president of Columbia, although who knows what the story with that was. [00:35:39] And then also the picture, one of the pictures of Epstein in the Pope, which would correspond to Ghelane's father's Catholic, excuse me, her grand maternal grandfather's Catholicism. [00:35:52] Yeah, I felt like that, you know, they're doing a little fan service there. [00:35:55] They're just really relating it to Alessi's testimony because he testified that he saw both of those photographs. [00:36:00] So they mentioned it, but it did feel a little like fan service. [00:36:02] Exactly. [00:36:03] But the other thing, too, is that someone actually posted a still from that video of Epstein's desk that I saw the other day. [00:36:10] And that hawker plane that we described with the flames on it. [00:36:13] That's where the photo is. [00:36:15] No, there is a model of it. [00:36:18] Yeah, yeah. [00:36:19] Yeah. [00:36:20] I'm still laughing at the idea of like because basically we couldn't see any of these videos. [00:36:25] Yes. [00:36:25] They were all under seal, which is really annoying. [00:36:27] And so we were literally just watching other people watch a video silently for like 20 minutes. [00:36:34] It was much longer than that. [00:36:36] But I'm like, really? [00:36:37] Yeah, it was. [00:36:37] It was like almost an hour. [00:36:38] But I'm like laughing at the idea of like they're actually watching like what it's under seal because they're watching Huma Abedin eat a baby. [00:36:45] Yes. [00:36:46] No, it was this was this was, I believe, sort of the longest stretch of the day. [00:36:51] The uh, because it was much of it. [00:36:54] I mean, obviously, most of this is under seal because a lot of it identifies the victim and also shows underage girls in you know states of undress. [00:37:03] Also, or just no, I don't even know if it's not always underage, but just um, third, they call it third parties. [00:37:11] And so, I imagine that Epstein, the creepy was, has like just like photos of him with different models and different whatever that are just like not party to this case. [00:37:21] And so, they don't want to show it. [00:37:23] Well, there's also, of course, for those who watch the Epstein walkthrough, a picture of Ghelane with her own twin torpedoes fresh out the tube. [00:37:33] Uh, yes, I am saying a picture of Ghelane's titties. [00:37:36] Yes. [00:37:36] Now, I will have to consult and I will consult immediately after recording this a lawyer on this. [00:37:42] I am not sure if they because they showed him many pictures which he identified having seen, um, which again were all under seal, so he didn't describe them. [00:37:52] We don't know what they were. [00:37:53] Uh, well, some of them he just, yeah, yeah, but like the, yeah, and so yeah, one of those possibly a picture of Ghillaine with her bare breasts. [00:38:02] Not sure. [00:38:03] I feel like they could have said that, but um, did not. [00:38:06] And so, that picture was in there, but yes, a lot of the afternoon was us watching a guy watch a video silently. [00:38:15] Now that you mentioned Ghelane, there's something that I forgot to mention. [00:38:20] So, we're gonna mention it. [00:38:21] Lots of mentioning. [00:38:24] Juan Alesi was asked about this, which is that apparently, and I feel like people will be interested in this, Epstein asked Alessi to remove pictures of Ghillain from his home, like desk and everywhere else, when he was bringing other girls to the house that weren't Ghelane. [00:38:45] Yes, adult women, we should be clear. [00:38:47] Yeah. [00:38:47] Well, we don't know, but yeah, other women. [00:38:50] Other, yeah, other others. [00:38:52] Yeah. [00:38:54] Which is just such a like, so interesting. [00:38:59] Yeah. [00:38:59] Yeah. [00:39:00] That was, it was, well, so I mentioned yesterday. [00:39:02] I don't know if I mentioned baby. [00:39:04] We were talking about this. [00:39:05] One of the instructions that Alessi was given in the countess's manual was that when Epstein and Ghelane were returning to the house, was to place photos back into Ghelane's bathroom, which, as we mentioned, is one of the two bathrooms, Jeffrey, Epstein's, and Ghelane's, that are attached to the master bedroom where both slept from allegedly slept. [00:39:32] Exactly. [00:39:33] Which Alessi says they both slept the entire time. [00:39:36] And so could that be? [00:39:38] So riddle me this. [00:39:39] Could that be Epstein would bring, you know, and again, like, I think, you know, for me, it sounded like he was bringing like other adult women over. [00:39:49] Yeah, he's like, oh, shit, you're coming in for the weekend. [00:39:51] No, Ghelane, I'm so busy. [00:39:52] Don't come down. [00:39:54] Exactly. [00:39:54] Like, oh, no, I have a stomachache. [00:39:56] Oh, you know, how pastrony is. [00:39:58] I got COVID. [00:39:58] Too much pastromi. [00:40:01] But he would, I believe he would then, I guess, have her photos removed from the bathroom. [00:40:06] So after like, oh, no one lives here. [00:40:09] What? [00:40:09] No, this bathroom's for you. [00:40:11] Exactly. [00:40:13] And that, that, I don't know, that seems quite likely for me. [00:40:16] But again, that's in the manual, which Ghelane gave him. [00:40:20] I know. [00:40:20] So she would, yeah, very the darkness there. [00:40:24] Very weird. [00:40:25] Yeah. [00:40:25] You know, I'd like to think that we would get some clarity on this moving forward. [00:40:30] I think it's going to get weirder. [00:40:32] So only again, much of the rest of the afternoon was taken up with us watching someone watch things. [00:40:39] Silently. [00:40:40] Silently. [00:40:41] Yeah. [00:40:42] It was, you could feel the vibe in the room was a dark one. [00:40:48] Yes. [00:40:49] Not necessarily because it wasn't. [00:40:50] A lot of people getting up, walking around. [00:40:52] Restlessness took over, as you might be able to tell. [00:40:55] Leaving. [00:40:56] Some people left. [00:40:57] Also Friday, yes. [00:40:58] Friday. [00:40:59] But two things came out. [00:41:02] Physical objects. [00:41:03] In fact, our first physical objects revealed. [00:41:06] I know. [00:41:06] It felt funny that they brought physical objects. [00:41:09] I was like, oh, yeah, we still do that. [00:41:10] I thought maybe COVID, they got rid of it. [00:41:12] A little pretext. [00:41:15] The first one is that, so prior to every day, like the jury being brought in and court being, you know, gaveled not into session, um, the lawyers have a little chat with the judge to talk about maybe some issues that might come up. [00:41:29] Sure, sure, yeah, this morning there were extensive ones. [00:41:31] And one of the ones this morning was an issue surrounding whether it was possible to identify or to have a witness identify having seen semen on a massage table. [00:41:44] Yes, and that was uh, that was vetoed because it wasn't tested for being semen. [00:41:51] Yeah, um, which legally, I guess that does make sense, but you know, I feel like you can get around that if you ask some smart questions. [00:42:00] Did you see anything on the table that looked maybe weird to you or like semen? [00:42:07] No, okay, all right, maybe go back. [00:42:10] You got to go back to night school. [00:42:12] Overrule, I go back to night court, baby. [00:42:14] Uh, but it was, um, yeah, so we did see a massage table. [00:42:20] Yes, they brought out the massage table. [00:42:22] Now, get this, it was green, very green, which was an interesting choice. [00:42:27] You described it to the marshal as we were leaving as a Green Bay Packers massage table. [00:42:31] Well, because one, I speak Marshall, I understood you would get the reference. [00:42:35] She's a flirt, and two, because the underside was yellow. [00:42:39] Oh, who buys a green massage table with a yellow underside? [00:42:43] First of all, a Green Bay Packers fan. [00:42:45] Well, he brought a bunch of these. [00:42:47] So, Epstein, as astute listeners and researchers may know, had more massage tables than I have toes. [00:42:55] So, Liz looked at my feet and went, I have 10 toes, Liz. [00:42:59] Nothing weird, and I'm wearing shoes. [00:43:02] But Epstein had quite a lot of massage tables. [00:43:05] They were like, you know, it said there were one in every room. [00:43:07] I don't know if I believe that, but there were certainly scattered throughout the property. [00:43:10] Yeah, I have the normal amount of toes. [00:43:13] Believe me. [00:43:15] And one of these, the one from his bathroom, was taken by police. [00:43:20] In fact, taken by Officer Parkinson. [00:43:22] Yes. [00:43:23] And then passed down the human chain. [00:43:27] Exactly. [00:43:28] And so it was taken out today and placed on the floor. [00:43:33] And Parkinson went over and identified it. [00:43:36] Yeah. [00:43:36] And then they had these marshals like setting it up, and it was kind of very funny. === Twin Torpedoes Tapered Off (06:35) === [00:43:39] And then, and then, like, literally two seconds later. [00:43:42] Okay, can you take it down now? [00:43:44] That was it. [00:43:44] That was the massage table. [00:43:45] Yeah, yeah. [00:43:47] One other piece of evidence emerged, and we have some shame to share with you. [00:43:52] If you're still with us, thanks for listening. [00:43:56] You should be able to get assist SSI or something. [00:44:00] Government assistance should be available to you. [00:44:02] I want to apologize. [00:44:04] Yeah. [00:44:04] If you can't hear, I got a little cold. [00:44:08] Yes. [00:44:08] It's, and I'm, I don't think I've slept more than a few. [00:44:12] I don't haven't slept much. [00:44:14] Yeah. [00:44:14] I'll put it like that. [00:44:15] I sold Vicki Ward Adderall today in Foley Park. [00:44:19] We left about 15 minutes early. [00:44:21] Yeah, because Parkinson was still testifying and it was like the most annoying cross-examination. [00:44:27] Basically, the defense, rightly, were saying, okay, you took this video, but and we know that you took this video on October 5th, whenever it was. [00:44:37] I don't think it was the, maybe it was the 15th. [00:44:38] I can't, I haven't written out. [00:44:40] It was the 20th. [00:44:40] Thank you. [00:44:41] October 20th, 2005. [00:44:44] And so we know that this is exactly what the house looked like October 20th, 2005, but we don't know, you can't say for sure that this is what the house looked like at any other previous date in 1995, 1996, 1997. [00:44:55] It took the man a minute. [00:44:57] It took me a minute to understand what the fuck he was asking. [00:44:59] Wow, that's gentle. [00:45:00] But I mean. [00:45:03] What? [00:45:04] What does gentle mean in that context? [00:45:06] Oh, it's gentle. [00:45:08] Yeah, okay. [00:45:08] Anyway, you know, you know, he's making the point that we've got a snapshot of this thing, but we have no idea what it looked like before that, let alone 10 years before that. [00:45:17] Okay. [00:45:17] And we were just like, it was taking a real long time. [00:45:20] Here's the deal. [00:45:21] Here's a little, here's a little courtroom reporter, which we're not. [00:45:25] Here's a little, here's a little, well, wait, unless you're the Southern District of New York press office. [00:45:29] Other people were leaving. [00:45:31] Yes. [00:45:31] Sky News left. [00:45:32] Everyone was leaving because it was like, once they bust out the floor plans, which has happened many times. [00:45:38] So many architects. [00:45:39] And somebody with a southern accent who says like affirmative is the lake room. [00:45:45] You're affirming it in for the most detailed wall of your life. [00:45:49] And that is precisely what we were expecting. [00:45:53] If you look to the southwest, you can see that this is from the lake house and the room is facing. [00:45:59] It was like, I'm in a, it's so boring. [00:46:01] So we, we had, we were recording in a, in a different location today at a, at, in fact, actually, funnily enough, at East 66th Street, where Young Chomsky lives. [00:46:12] And so we were like, all right, well, we want to, we want to be able to get there quick. [00:46:16] We have a long walk. [00:46:17] It takes about 40 minutes. [00:46:18] So we're like, we're going to just leave now. [00:46:21] And then it comes out. [00:46:25] And we're looking at the updates. [00:46:27] And I was like, oh, no. [00:46:29] The twin torpedoes were brought out as evidence. [00:46:32] And I know the episode we did right before. [00:46:36] I know, honk away, brother. [00:46:38] I hear you. [00:46:38] The episode, honk two. [00:46:40] The episode we did right before this trial started was called Twin Torpedoes. [00:46:44] We mentioned the Twin Torpedoes. [00:46:46] I talked about the Twin Torpedoes. [00:46:48] I looked up to try to figure out what the Twin Torpedoes were for so way too long. [00:46:53] You thought you found the Twin Torpedoes? [00:46:55] I thought I found the Twin Torpedoes. [00:46:56] You know what? [00:46:56] It looks like you didn't find the Twin Torpedoes. [00:46:58] And nor have I still. [00:47:00] Because, yes, ladies and gentlemen, unlike almost everybody else who's covering this case, we have stupidly just sat in the courtroom for almost the entire case. [00:47:12] And so we, but we did leave just a midgeon early to catch the train. [00:47:19] And this was the final thing of the day. [00:47:23] A good friend of the pod, who was there today in attendance and was there yesterday too, Marlon Edinger. [00:47:30] Just been on the show. [00:47:31] Yeah, he's America's top Brunel investigator. [00:47:37] But he was kind enough to text me a detailed description. of the twin torpedoes, which I will read to you now. [00:47:45] So these were sex toys that were taken as evidence, much like the massage table. [00:47:52] So black cylinders. [00:47:55] They taper off on both sides, joined in the center with a very faint joint in the center. [00:48:00] They were in a styrofoam box, the two boxes, and they were locked, unopened, or used, which I believe he said maybe not used in a box in a closet. [00:48:10] And so that is apparently what people are saying is they didn't look young. [00:48:14] Okay, wait. [00:48:14] So you got to, I. What? [00:48:18] What does you mean they taper off? [00:48:21] I mean, I literally know exactly what that. [00:48:23] Do you want me to describe that to you? [00:48:25] Is it like a Requiem for a Dream situation? [00:48:29] Do you know what a vibrator looks like? [00:48:33] But it's double, right? [00:48:35] Well, yes. [00:48:35] Yes. [00:48:36] Because the torpedoes. [00:48:37] But I believe taper off in that sort of way where it like it. [00:48:40] Oh, taper. [00:48:41] Taper. [00:48:42] Like the top. [00:48:42] You see what I'm saying there? [00:48:43] I see. [00:48:44] Yeah, exactly. [00:48:45] So classic style. [00:48:47] Classic style, of course. [00:48:49] And so we did miss the Twin Torpedoes. [00:48:55] I do want to mention one other thing to buoy anybody else here. [00:49:00] When they were talking about the latex bodysuit mentioned yesterday in Ghelan's little wicker basket, her defense was saying it was cosplay. [00:49:11] Yeah. [00:49:13] It was a cause. [00:49:14] Literally the word they used was cosplay. [00:49:16] You know what, though? [00:49:17] That rocks. [00:49:18] That rocks. [00:49:20] Because, you know, it's like, oh, no, it's not a pedophile thing. [00:49:24] It's an anime thing. [00:49:25] And we get a legal judgment that says, no, that's the same thing. [00:49:30] Exactly. [00:49:30] Yeah. [00:49:31] Yeah. [00:49:31] Finally, finally, the courts can rule on that. [00:49:34] I want to, can you talk for a second so we don't have dead air? [00:49:37] Because I got to look something up. [00:49:38] Actually, I hate when you do this. [00:49:40] Well, okay. [00:49:41] All right. [00:49:42] I was wrong. [00:49:43] I was seeing if it was possibly had to do with Ghelane's Halloween costume. [00:49:47] If you can look this up, there are pictures of Ghelane dressed, interestingly, wearing a wig with both Prince Andrew and Donald Trump. [00:49:56] She looks God. [00:49:59] Horrible. [00:50:00] Neither does Andrew looks fucked up on Ketamine. [00:50:03] But you can just Google, you know, just Google Ghelane and have some fun. [00:50:08] Exactly. [00:50:09] But Google Glaine Maxwell costume Prince Andrew party. [00:50:13] You'll find it. === Ghelane's Halloween Costume Controversy (00:48) === [00:50:14] But no, it was not, she was not wearing in that, even though she was, I believe, going to not a Pimps and Hoes party, but I believe kind of like a version of it. [00:50:24] Tops and Vicas? [00:50:25] No, she had told people that she and Andrew were going to like a hooker's party later. [00:50:29] Like to be a good, you know, it's like, I guess like a more, I don't know, old gross person style of that young, gross, like pimps and hoes parties they'll have at colleges. [00:50:40] I was never invited to one of those. [00:50:42] Listen, it's Friday. [00:50:43] Yeah. [00:50:44] And frankly, we're done. [00:50:47] Yeah. [00:50:47] We will, however, be there bright and early on Monday. [00:50:52] So I'm Liz. [00:50:53] My name is Brace. [00:50:54] We are, of course, joined by producer Young Chomsky. [00:50:58] You've been listening to True Non, and we will see you next time. [00:51:02] Bye-bye!
