True Anon Truth Feed - [PREVIEW] Episode 97: Quentin Quarantino Aired: 2020-09-07 Duration: 04:58 === Recording Frenzy (01:56) === [00:00:00] We're recording a lot lately, Brace. [00:00:03] This is, I think we're doing four in a week, plus a little extra. [00:00:09] People don't know that, but oh my God, I think we recorded almost every night this week. [00:00:13] Let me give you a little, let me give you a little rundown of the old Belden schedule here. [00:00:18] I wake up in the morning after a very short night of sleep. [00:00:23] Then you go back to sleep. [00:00:25] Then I go back to sleep. [00:00:26] I try to go back. [00:00:26] Well, what I do is I get on the computer and I read for a little bit. [00:00:30] Well, not always, but in the case of this week. [00:00:32] And then I go back to sleep. [00:00:34] And then I wake up again and I sit here. [00:00:36] My desk is in my room. [00:00:37] And so even though, as the two of you can see, my door is open right here. [00:00:42] I actually don't walk through that that much. [00:00:46] And I sit in here and, you know, I start to go a little crazy with. [00:00:52] Take it a little wild. [00:00:54] Yeah. [00:00:54] This is a lot of recording. [00:00:58] I'm just going to say that. [00:00:59] Yeah. [00:00:59] But you know what? [00:01:00] We do it for you. [00:01:03] How about you, Brace? [00:01:04] No, it's definitely not for me. [00:01:06] But I think it's fine to do because I just want to announce this is the last episode of True or Not. [00:01:37] My armpit itches too. [00:01:39] Oh, now we have to cut that out because that sounds gross. [00:01:42] No. [00:01:42] Well, how is that gross? [00:01:44] I don't know what's going on with you. [00:01:45] It is the arms crotch, but I don't know what's going on with me either. [00:01:49] It itches. [00:01:49] Stop showing it to me. [00:01:51] Well, can you see any? [00:01:52] I'm looking at it too. [00:01:53] I can't see. [00:01:54] No, your hand isn't. [00:01:55] Okay. [00:01:55] Hello. [00:01:56] Welcome. === San Quentin Itch (03:00) === [00:01:57] This is Truanon. [00:01:59] My name is Brace. [00:02:02] Why are you rubbing your nipples right now? [00:02:04] I'm not. [00:02:04] No. [00:02:05] Fuck you. [00:02:07] Let me show you exactly where my hands are. [00:02:08] Let me show you. [00:02:09] In fact, I'm going to take off my shirt and show you my nipples. [00:02:11] No, you don't. [00:02:12] My nipples are right here. [00:02:13] My hands, as you can see, as you can see, were right here. [00:02:16] Oh my God. [00:02:17] Put your shirts down. [00:02:19] Well, no, I just want to correct. [00:02:21] I'm sorry. [00:02:21] Got to clear the air here. [00:02:22] Liz was either trying to deceive you or she herself has poor vision. [00:02:28] Oh, my God. [00:02:29] We are also joined by producer Young Chompski. [00:02:32] This is Truanon. [00:02:34] Hello. [00:02:34] He's rubbing his nipples too. [00:02:36] No, he's not. [00:02:36] You're lying. [00:02:37] You can't see that. [00:02:40] Just neck up. [00:02:41] Okay, now I can see it. [00:02:43] Kind of look like you and Titties there. [00:02:45] Yes. [00:02:47] Brace, what's going on today? [00:02:49] We are, we're doing a little interview today. [00:02:52] As many of you know, we live in the Bay Area and in the Bay Area is a big ass prison full of insanely sick people who are basically locked up 24 hours a day called San Quentin. [00:03:05] Yeah, it's pretty famous. [00:03:07] What's not famous is the coronavirus epidemic sweeping through the prison system and the rates at San Quentin and the amount of infections are particularly egregious. [00:03:21] It's a pretty pretty horrific story, which is not being covered at all by the lamestream media. [00:03:30] So for the record, there's like less than 200 deaths from coronavirus in San Francisco, a city of about a million people. [00:03:37] And there are 26 just in San Quentin, which is a prison of, I think, around 3,000 people. [00:03:43] So it's, yeah, it's extraordinary. [00:03:46] Well, let's get into it. [00:04:00] Ladies and gentlemen, we have with us here tonight, Danica Rottermel. [00:04:07] Rodermel, I said that wrong, even though I wrote it down phonetically, the state policy director for the San Francisco Public Defender's Office here to talk to us about the excellent humane conditions in one of America's finest, really model prisons, San Quentin. [00:04:24] Danica, how you doing? [00:04:27] I'm doing great, especially with that introduction. [00:04:30] We always like to start it off with a bang. [00:04:32] Mispronouncing my name, misstating the facts. [00:04:35] We're off to a good start. [00:04:37] Listen, we're pros. [00:04:40] Yeah, I went to several years of podcasting school to get this good. [00:04:45] No, but if listeners couldn't tell, Brace was being very, very sarcastic, facetious. [00:04:52] The situation at San Quentin in California is quite dire.
