[00:13:12]  Daniel Biss has now won the nominating contest to replace her.

[00:15:02]  You know, there's so many people out there who will say, my entire family was wiped out in the Holocaust or my family was Holocaust survivors.

[00:22:49]  They're starting to come up more and more and more into the ranks, into the high-dollar donations.
[00:22:55]  But look, you're going to start seeing other and benignly named groups at that.
[00:23:00]  But other groups like your J Streets, like your NORPACs, start to take more of a front seat approach here because AIPAC wants to go more under wraps because the Goyam know the Goyam are waking up.

[00:33:46]  What's interesting, Frankie, is that as we're at war, I noticed that silver keeps going down and we need a lot of silver to go to war.
[00:33:55]  And wars are fought through technology and robots these days, drones and AI.
[00:34:01]  And whoever has the biggest AI system, the smartest, will win the wars moving forward.
[00:34:06]  Also, it's not just tactically, right?

[00:46:16]  As you may have guessed by the name, Josh Stein is Jewish.

[00:53:27]  You show up to oppose this and they're hauling you off to jail.
[00:53:32]  Whether it's a city council meeting, whether it's the halls of Congress, these people are planting their flag.
[00:53:37]  And then as they plant their flag, they codify themselves in their own interests.
[00:53:44]  They criminalize speaking out against their interests in American law.
[00:53:50]  They weaponize our own system against the American people and they haul Americans off to gulags.
[00:53:58]  Eight to one, passed by the city council, a city council that is dominated by foreign origin politicians.
[00:54:07]  You've got a bunch of foreign names on this city council.
[00:54:10]  You've got a bunch of non-white foreigners, and for that matter, non-blacks.
[00:54:16]  These people aren't African Americans in that they were descended from the slave population.
[00:54:21]  These people aren't white.
[00:54:23]  These people aren't Americans in any sense of the term.
[00:54:28]  Actually, the one guy with an American name, Whitman, he's the guy who sponsored this resolution in the first place.

[00:54:42]  The rest are foreigners, and they all vote in favor of it.

[00:54:48]  You're seeing that on the other side of the country in the Virginia House of Delegates in the Virginia State Senate right now, as you've got a bunch of foreigners with names like Saddam, and you've got a bunch of Judeo-Bolsheviks like Dan Helmer ramming legislation through to attack the constitutional rights, the First Amendment rights, the Second Amendment rights of American citizens.

[01:03:07]  Sitting in tonight for Stu, I'm Frankie Stocks, the host of the Baste Report here on the Stew Peters Network.

[01:03:15]  We've got a few minutes left of tonight's broadcast, and I want to jump into one more story before we punch out here.
[01:03:22]  And I think that this story is actually very important.
[01:03:25]  It's become somewhat of a meme here in recent days online, but this is incredibly important as it relates to the First Amendment and the meaning and the purpose behind the First Amendment.
[01:03:36]  It is a great demonstration of all of that.
[01:03:39]  And what I'm talking about here is a story out of Adams County, Ohio, where someone who many people, if not all people in the audience, may be familiar with from years back, Afro Man, has just defeated a group of sheriff's deputies in a defamation lawsuit.
[01:03:54]  Now, these sheriff's deputies, they served a warrant on his house.
[01:03:57]  They executed a raid there.
[01:03:59]  They found absolutely nothing that they were able to use to bring about criminal charges.
[01:04:04]  They were looking for drugs.
[01:04:05]  They were looking, I think specifically, not if you want to call it a drug, they were looking for marijuana.
[01:04:10]  But regardless, they call this a drug search.
[01:04:13]  They go in, they destroy his property.
[01:04:15]  They find nothing that they can charge him with in his house.
[01:04:19]  In return, he makes songs about this.
[01:04:21]  He releases videos from his surveillance footage of their raid on his house.
[01:04:26]  And these deputies try to sue him.
[01:04:28]  They try to sue him for mocking them.
[01:04:30]  They try to sue him for defaming them.
[01:04:32]  They say that this is a form of defamation.
[01:04:34]  You're not allowed to make fun of the government.
[01:04:37]  You're not allowed to make fun of the government when they come after you, when they come into your home, when they destroy your property, all in the name of nothing, all in the name of not being able to do anything.
[01:04:49]  They can't charge him because they found nothing to charge him with because he wasn't committing a criminal act.
[01:04:55]  But these deputies said, hey, we're with the government.
[01:04:58]  You're not allowed to mock us.
[01:05:00]  They sued him and Afro Man defeated them in court.
[01:05:03]  Now, I want to put up a story about this onto the screen because again, this is important as it relates to the First Amendment.
[01:05:11]  The First Amendment exists so that we can speak out against our government.
[01:05:16]  The First Amendment exists so that we can say whatever the hell we want without fear of being hauled off to a gulag somewhere, without fear of being sued into oblivion for daring to speak out about our government at any level.
[01:05:31]  I don't care if it's the president.
[01:05:33]  I don't care if it's the CIA.
[01:05:35]  I don't care if it's your local sheriff.
[01:05:38]  And I'm somebody who's a big proponent of electing constitutional sheriffs if you can still get by with any form of legitimate election in your county.
[01:05:46]  How occupied is your county?
[01:05:48]  But these deputies here, these aren't legitimate people.
[01:05:52]  These aren't legitimate Americans.
[01:05:54]  They're attacking the First Amendment rights of an American citizen.
[01:05:58]  Again, because he dared to speak out against them.
[01:06:01]  They think they have some kind of authority here.
[01:06:03]  They have none.
[01:06:04]  Now let's go ahead and share the screen.
[01:06:06]  We'll pop into this article.
[01:06:08]  Afro Man wins defamation lawsuit brought by Adams County Sheriff's Office, sheriff's deputies, excuse me, over videos and songs about 2022 home raid.
[01:06:17]  A jury just ruled that making songs about what police did in your own home is exactly the kind of speech the First Amendment was built for.
[01:06:24]  Of course it was.
[01:06:26]  Now decked out in the American flag garb here, even the glasses.
[01:06:33]  Joseph Foreman, better known as Afro Man, walked out of an Ohio courthouse on Wednesday having beaten a $4 million defamation lawsuit brought by the sheriff's deputies who raided his home in 2022.
[01:06:45]  The jury found in his favor on every count.
[01:06:48]  Police executed a warrant, found nothing actionable, filed no charges, left behind a broken door and gate.
[01:06:54]  Foreman responded the way artists respond.
[01:06:57]  He made songs about it.
[01:06:58]  The deputies responded by suing him.
[01:07:00]  The whole raid was a mistake.
[01:07:02]  All of this is their fault.
[01:07:03]  If they hadn't wrongly raided my home, there would be no lawsuit.
[01:07:06]  I wouldn't know their names, Foreman said.
[01:07:08]  They wouldn't be on my home surveillance system, and there would be no songs, nothing.
[01:07:12]  The videos, which have racked up more than 3 million views on YouTube, pulled directly from Foreman's home security footage.
[01:07:17]  They showed deputies breaking down his front door, rifling through his suit pockets, and lingering near a cake on the kitchen table.
[01:07:23]  That last detail became a song title, Lemon Pound Cake.
[01:07:27]  Another track went after the deputies personally and called them crooked cops over $400 that Foreman said went missing during the search.
[01:07:35]  And would anybody be surprised if the type of people who would later sue you for exercising your First Amendment rights stole $400?
[01:07:42]  I wouldn't be surprised at all.
[01:07:45]  The deputies claim the videos caused public harassment and damaged their reputations.
[01:07:50]  One testified that videos questioned her gender and sexuality.
[01:07:53]  A sergeant said his child came home from crying from being hazed at school.
[01:07:58]  Their attorney, Robert Klingler, told the jury that Foreman had lied.
[01:08:02]  Klingler, huh?
[01:08:03]  That's a little suspect, had lied about seven brave deputy sheriffs for three years.
[01:08:09]  Even if somebody does something to you that hurts you that you think is wrong, Klingler argued, that doesn't justify telling intentional lies designed to hurt people.
[01:08:18]  Oh, really?
[01:08:18]  But it justifies when somebody hurts your feelings attacking their First Amendment rights.
[01:08:22]  You see, these people aren't serious.
[01:08:24]  They have no ideological consistency.
[01:08:27]  They're just out to exercise raw power.
[01:08:29]  And this is an instance where they thought they had raw power they could make a lot of money off of and they were proven wrong.
[01:08:34]  You get your 400 bucks and you can shut the hell up.
[01:08:37]  What Klingler was describing as lies, a jury just classified as protective speech.
[01:08:42]  Defense lawyer David Osborne, a nice Anglo-Saxon name, put it plainly in closing.
[01:08:48]  No reasonable person would expect a police officer not to be criticized.
[01:08:51]  They've been called names before.
[01:08:53]  The warrant that sent armed deputies through AfroMan's front door cited a drug and kidnapping investigation.
[01:08:59]  No charges followed.
[01:09:00]  Foreman was not even home at the time.
[01:09:02]  His wife was, and she recorded parts of the search on her phone, which is your right to do.
[01:09:07]  When you're in interactions with the police, film them.
[01:09:11]  That's one of the things, one of the few things that black people do right is they film their interactions with police.
[01:09:16]  Seriously.
[01:09:17]  His testimony was direct about what he believed he had the right to do.
[01:09:21]  Police officers shouldn't be stealing civilians' money.
[01:09:24]  This whole thing is an outrage.
[01:09:25]  He told the court the raid traumatized his children, aged 10 and 12, and he used revenue from the diss tracks to cover the damage the deputies left behind.
[01:09:33]  Regardless, and here's one of the song lyrics, will you help me repair my door?
[01:09:37]  Regardless, these people have no right to attack an American's First Amendment rights because they don't like what he's saying.
[01:09:47]  It hurts your cop feelings.
[01:09:49]  So what?
[01:09:51]  And look, I want to know how many so-called free speech conservatives, if they were just randomly polled about this, as this was ongoing, before it became a meme, before it became any, it's ongoing.
[01:10:05]  There's some bubblings up about it.
[01:10:07]  You know, there were some reports on it when the initial raid happened.
[01:10:10]  There were some reports on it as the songs came out.
[01:10:13]  But as this lawsuit hits, if you poll your so-called back the blue type of conservatives who also say they support free speech, which side of this would they have come down on?
[01:10:27]  I bet that a whole lot of them would have chosen to stand with the government over free speech.
[01:10:33]  That's that's just the track record that those people have.
[01:10:36]  But either way, I think this is a great win for free speech.
[01:10:41]  I think that the songs were hilarious.
[01:10:44]  It's really the least that you can do, mock government employees.
[01:10:47]  And again, film your interactions with law enforcement.
[01:10:50]  Film your interactions with the police.
[01:10:53]  That's that's truly trust no government employee at any level.
