I love you, but we're just going to have to drape this right here over the back of this chair.
But to get through February 4th, 2026, boy, these Epstein revelations just keep getting worse and worse as we continue digging through millions of pages, a seemingly infinite trove of information that continues to expose the most powerful people in the world.
The most powerful people in our country and in our government as child trafficking, child raping, child murdering, child eating pedophiles of the absolute worst degree.
Just yesterday, we talked about how, according to DOJ documents, the bodies of at least two girls were buried on Jeffrey Epstein's Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, where he paid off local and state officials, including the county sheriff, so he could do whatever the hell he wanted.
So he could fly presidents and senators and U.S. representatives or anyone else that he was raping kids with in and out of that ranch using his own airstrip, using his own helicopter pad on a constant basis, and so that he could do all of those things without the pesky prying eyes of the authorities.
And now throughout the process of digging through more of this information, we have learned that according to the DOJ's own files, once again, these are their documents, there are more bodies in other places.
Places like Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles, where a witness claims that the bodies of multiple Epstein trafficking and rape victims are buried, including one who was strangled to death during a sex party by British entertainment reporter Robin Leach, who died in 2018, but was affiliated to Donald Trump, dating all the way back to at least the 1990s.
An FBI file dated June 21st, 2021 reports that the witness whose name has been redacted that he, quote, witnessed Robin Leach strangle a young girl during a sex party.
He claims that she's buried behind the 19th hole at the Donald Trump golf course.
This person whose name is redacted is aware of three separate occasions in which girls were murdered and buried there.
End quote.
Now, for anyone who wants to try to dismiss this because the complaint says the 19th hole, that's the name of the restaurant at Trump National, LA.
That's what's being referred to here, presumably.
And then a sentence later, it's reported in the same document that the same witness also claimed that Ghelane Maxwell had cameras installed all over on that golf course and that she was using Trump National as a place to sell 12 and 13 year olds to cartel members.
So not only was Donald Trump finger-banging 13-year-olds, but according to the DOJ's files, he was having them buried on his golf course where the ones who didn't get murdered were then sold to the cartel that he now claims to be protecting Americans from as he deploys massed federal agents onto the streets of American cities.
Those federal agents should be at Trump National.
They should be at the Zorro Ranch and probably Mar-a-Lago searching for bodies.
This entire Epstein situation goes a whole lot deeper than we could even think of putting into words.
I mean, according to these files, which again come from the United States Department of Justice, Donald Trump was in the business of child rape and child murdering, not just with Jeffrey Epstein, but with members of drug cartels.
And you know what?
Actually, that completely adds up because we have reported from this desk before that Latin American cartels were trained and armed and put into business by Mossad and by the CIA.
So, in the big picture, Jeffrey Epstein and Ghelaine Maxwell and Donald Trump being in business with these people, it makes perfect sense because Epstein and Maxwell were well-known Mossad assets.
They were agents of Israel.
And Donald Trump was their compromised pedophile mark.
He was Jeffrey's best friend.
Melania Trump and Ghelaine Maxwell were planning Palm Beach parties together.
These people were and continue to be deeply intertwined in all of the worst ways imaginable.
And that's exactly why Donald Trump wants to usher this story out of the news cycle and why it's getting increasingly more likely that he'll do anything to accomplish that goal, including taking this country to war with Iran or China or Russia or all of them.
And yesterday, this creepy old pedophile made that pretty clear.
He lost control of his fragile emotions and he scolded CNN reporter Caitlin Collins for bringing up the topic.
He was fielding questions in the Oval Office.
He said, you know, we should all just forget about Jeffrey Epstein.
Just forget about Donald Trump being accused of raping kids and selling them off to drug cartels and having them murdered and buried on his own golf course.
It's time to just move on to something that people actually care about.

So the court proceedings of Tyler Robinson surrounding the Charlie Kirk assassination continue to play out in Utah.
And they aren't getting nearly the level of national attention that one would expect in such a high-profile case.
I mean, the assassination of Charlie Kirk brass tax here undoubtedly is the most consequential, most public political assassination of our lifetimes.
Unless you were alive for the killing of JFK.
But even if you were, it's not the same because Charlie Kirk was executed on a live stream in front of millions of viewers.
And by the time that day ended on 9-10-25, billions of people had seen that footage.
With Kennedy, it took decades to get the Zapruder film in front of a national audience.
With Charlie Kirk, all of this happened in real time.
And the footage is crystal clear.
So, yeah, this should be a massively high-profile case, but it's not.
Instead of watching the trial of a century play out in Utah on national or even international television networks, instead of seeing the federal government blasting us with assloads of evidence that undoubtedly convicts Tyler Robinson in both a court of law and the court of public opinion, the average American citizen, for the most part, is just being completely kept in the dark here.
But of course, all of that is by design.
There's been a few updates on the Fox News channel and a couple of other corporate outlets, but as far as really digging into whatever's actually happening in that courtroom, like the pretrial hearings and the proceedings that are playing out right now today and throughout this week, your average cable news consumer is getting nothing.
Erica Kirk, we talked about her attempts to ram this case, which for the record is a death penalty case, through these courts as quickly as humanly possible.
The grieving widow, with the help of her Florida-based white-collar tax evasion attorney that's linked to Jeffrey Epstein, filed a motion on January 16th invoking what she claims to be her right as the self-proclaimed victim of this crime to a speedy trial.
She wants to execute this guy right now.
She forgave him, but she wants him dead.
According to the grieving widow and Jeffrey Epstein's buddy, the United States Constitution gives her that right, when in reality, it does the exact opposite.
The U.S. Constitution actually gives the defendant the right to a speedy trial, but that doesn't matter to Erica Kirk or the FBI or the DOJ or Turning Point USA.
What matters to these people is cementing the narrative that Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk.
They want to write this in stone, that some trans chasing, furry-loving weirdo who looks like he couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag scaled the side of a building like Spider-Man undetected around thousands of people in broad daylight, took up that position on top of the roof with his grandfather's 30-ott six and shot Charlie Kirk in the neck from over 140 yards away, leaving no exit wound before rapidly escaping with a rifle,
shoved down his pants and making off into the woods where he left the murder weapon wrapped in a towel and a neat little stack of physical evidence for investigators to stumble upon before writing in paragraph form a full confession text to his trans lover, going to a dairy queen for a hot eat and a cool treat, going on to confess to his father and a pastor and a U.S. Marshal, and ultimately to the local sheriff when he turned himself in, footage of which doesn't exist, by the way.
Now, obviously, there are a lot of problems with everything that I just ran through, and that's just surface level.
But what I want to focus on this evening is the so-called murder weapon and the pile of so-called evidence that investigators pulled out of the woods.
Now, look, we already know that Charlie Kirk wasn't shot in the neck with a 30-ott six.
That just didn't happen.
And something else that didn't happen is that Tyler Robinson didn't leave a pile of evidence in the woods.
And I'm not just saying that because it's my opinion or because I just feel like it.
I'm saying it because it's true.
In fact, it's already come out in court.
You may not have heard because nobody's really talking about it, but during a pretrial hearing just yesterday, new information was revealed proving exactly what I just said and a whole lot more.
There are some serious problems with this case.
And one of those problems is the fact that the so-called murder weapon that investigators found in the woods contains the DNA of at least five people.
Yes, five people.
You heard that right.
The rifle that we are told Tyler Robinson used to shoot Charlie Kirk in the neck, only for the bullet, of course, to be caught by Charlie's Superman-like bones of steel, is riddled with the DNA of people who aren't Tyler Robinson.
At least five different people had their hands and their DNA all over this weapon.
And again, this was revealed in open court on video.
This is information that Turning Point USA and the Fox News Channel and the rest of them don't want you to know, but watch this.
You said there was evidence, the DNA.
Was evidence consistent or DNA consistent with the defendant's DNA found on that rifle?
Object to hearsay.
Counsel, this really ought to be considered under kind of a 104, a 104 rule of evidence here.
We're not offering the admission of this to prove guilt, but whether or not there's a conflict of interest, the existence of other evidence besides the adult child in this case is relevant to whether or not she is a material witness.
If we've got DNA approving or suggesting or proving otherwise, it's directly relevant to that.
And under 104, the court can consider it.
All right.
And Ms. Nestor, anything further?
Yes, sir.
All right.
Based off, so I will overrule the objection based off Rule 104 and as it relates only to this hearing today.
Understood.
Sorry, could you repeat a question?
Is DNA consistent with the defendant's DNA found on the firearm that was found at the scene?
Yes, the DNA on the firearm was consistent with that of Mr. Robinson.
You mentioned the DNA evidence.
You're certainly not a DNA expert.
Is that correct?
I'm not, no.
And are you aware that the DNA evidence that was seized from the scene consisted of a mixture of at least five different individuals?
I'm not a DNA expert, so.
So you know enough to say what helps him, but you're not going to answer whether or not there were five individuals mixed into that DNA.
I'm not aware of that, no.
Okay.
And you're certainly not qualified to interpret complex DNA mixtures, are you?
No, I'm not.
Okay.
Okay.
What you just saw there is a federal agent, obviously of foreign origin, being put on the spot and refusing to answer that question because he would have to admit that the murder weapon is no more linked to Tyler Robinson than it is to everyone else whose DNA was found on it.
I mean, this is huge.
This should be reported on by every news agency out there if they're actually serious about reporting the news, but they're not.
Of course, we know that.
So they're pretending that that exchange never even happened.
The big lynch pin in this entire case is the murder weapon.
And it's that the murder weapon is a rifle that belongs to Tyler Robinson's grandfather that Tyler Robinson stole and used to kill Charlie Kirk.
And the secondary linchpin is the so-called confession text that the FBI claims Tyler Robinson wrote to his trans lover, which reads like it was written by Chat GPT or by some boomer cop somewhere.
The evidence is all bullshit.
And by the way, who does the DNA on that rifle belong to?
Are they ever going to tell us?
Or are they just going to act like what we just saw with our own eyes and heard with our own ears never happened?
Definitely the latter, because Tyler Robinson is being railroaded and the general public is being gaslit into believing that anyone who questions the process here, anyone who questions what evidence the government has in this case, is quickly shot down as a conspiracy theorist or as someone who's being mean to a grieving widow like Erica Kirk.
And there's some more information that came out of yesterday's hearing that we need to address.
Now, we have talked here before about the fact that one of Utah County's top prosecutors in this case has a child who was at the scene of Charlie Kirk's assassination.
Well, we can now confirm that that attorney is Chad Grunander.
And yesterday, the Utah County Attorney, Jeffrey Gray, Grunander's boss, took to the stand in Robinson's pretrial hearing and claimed that despite Grunander's kid being an eyewitness, there's no conflict of interest.
Grunander is going to stay on the case.
Watch that.
Prosecutor A received a message.
You were with Prosecutor A, and Prosecutor A received a message from his child that Charlie Kirk had been shot.
Is that right?
And then you testified that Prosecutor A left to go to the scene.
Do you know why Prosecutor A left?
Was it to go to the scene and help law enforcement or to be with his child?
assist in any way we can with law enforcement you previously testified that you did not consult the Attorney General's office about whether or not this was a conflict of interest that would require your office to leave the case or to refer the case Why did you not consult the Attorney General's office?
Because what they would have done is, you know, researched it and then come back.
And I've done that for, you know, over 30 years in my practice.
I'm capable of doing that.
I've researched it where?
Case law and so forth.
Again, I mean, this, I do not believe that there's any conflict whatsoever.
I made that conclusion.
I stand by that.
And, I mean, out of an abundance of caution, we certainly notified counsel out of an abundance of caution.
And I think that's the appropriate action to take.
So, again, I understand what conflict, the concern about conflict is whether or not it has any possibility of affecting your decision making as a prosecutor.
And I didn't see how this does in any way.
Okay, so I can have just a moment.
Okay, so Chad Grunander went to the scene of the murder immediately after Charlie Kirk was killed.
And what you heard his boss say there, they claim that that was because of some sort of perceived law enforcement duties that this attorney had involving the murder.
This was under the auspices of his law enforcement authority that he was there.
Well, in the same breath, they say that it was because his kid sent him a message saying that Charlie Kirk was killed.
So which one is it?
Which time were you lying?
And then there's a third factor here.
There's an additional factor at play because just a couple of days after Grunander's tour at Utah Valley University, the grass that Charlie Kirk was sitting on top of when he was killed, which by the way was still soaked in his blood, was ripped up and paved over.
We have a source inside of Utah Valley University that works in facilities there.
There were pictures taken of the workers.
Their forearms had Charlie's wet blood on them.
The crime scene was then completely destroyed.
It's gone.
It doesn't exist anymore.
Is there a connection here?
Was surveying that area and identifying whatever it was that needed to be altered to shove the official story down America's collective throat?
Was that part of his law enforcement duty on that day?
We really have no way of knowing, I guess, for sure.
But what we do know is that we have previously received word that the Utah County Attorney's Office had no idea that the crime scene was even tampered with, much less non-existent or destroyed completely.
Sheriff Richard Mack was here on the program.
He told us that he spoke with an attorney inside of that office who said they had no idea that the crime scene had been tampered with.
Well, it would now seem that that's highly questionable at minimum.
And what we also know is that there's an obvious, on its face, conflict of interest here.
Anyone off the street can see this.
When the guy that's tasked with prosecuting Tyler Robinson in a death penalty case has a child who is an eyewitness to the crime that Robinson is being charged with, if you robbed a gas station and the prosecutor's kid was there buying a condom and a pack of cigarettes, that prosecutor would be pulled off the case.
But this time, apparently, it's just different because this is a kangaroo court and it's looking more and more obvious now than ever before.

Despite the DNA of five people being on the murder weapon, despite Chad Gernander's obvious conflicts of interest here, the show must go on.
The cover-up must proceed.
The courtroom angle of this whole situation is not getting the coverage that it deserves.
And this is where, if we maintain access, we're going to learn a whole lot of facts.
So to help us sift through the facts from yesterday's hearing and to discuss additional details and all of this, we're now joined once again by seasoned attorney E.J. Pryor.

So, question for you.
You had mentioned to me on the phone last evening that the defense wants the cameras out of there.
Why would the defense team want cameras taken out of the courtroom?
Wouldn't it behoove Tyler Robinson to have this entire show streamed to the public so that they can see and hear things like this, the things that are happening, and be able to watch for any potential shenanigans from the prosecution or the court?
You would think so, but some of the video evidence that will be introduced, the graphic, I think they believe would be prejudicial to their client, to Tyler Robinson.
And so their approach all along has been for closed.
This is for the defense.
And I, you know, when you read their motions, I can understand the case that they are making.
They're trying to, it is, you know, they do not want to taint the jury pool, particularly with the graphic evidence.
On the other hand, you know, the state, they are not going to succeed with that.
The state, the prosecution has responded and advocated for media in the courtroom.
And their response is very, very, I mean, in contrast to what we have just seen from the chief prosecutor Jeffrey Gray, I felt, I thought the, you know, what I'm seeing from the Utah County Attorney's Office is actually very competent administration.
They have a pro, I mean, they had a process in place long before the gag order to notify witnesses of what the prosecutor's responsibilities are under the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct.
You know, so what we have is an otherwise very competent prosecution office until Jeffrey Gray strolls in like a bull in the China shop and just does whatever he wants, thinking that you can resolve a conflict of interest just by checking a box and notifying the opposing party.
That is not how you deal with a conflict.
A conflict of interest requires serious, you know, it may resolve the attorney recusing himself.
I spent two years doing resolving conflicts of interest for a multinational corporation.
I set up the program.
And it's not, I like doing that work because you can be creative.
And it's like, how do we mitigate the risk of this conflict?
How do we put borders?
What can we do to have a plan that is not going to give the appearance of a propriety?
Jeffrey Gray didn't even try.
I can't see how that office can continue to represent the state when the judge issues his decision.
I mean, not just the attorney, not just the father of the, you know, his daughter was at UV.
I can't say he can continue on the case, but I think there needs to be, and I'm hopeful the judge will rule to disqualify the entire office.
You would think that it would be front page everywhere today and all over the internet that in court yesterday, this bombshell was dropped, that the murder weapon contains the DNA of at least five people.
It's already questionable where this weapon was found.
It was found on Palantir property.
And, you know, I mean, just getting there in the first place and how it got there and how it was lovingly wrapped in bubble paper and neatly placed with a little ribbon and a bow on it and a little note.
Yep, I did it and I'm over here at the Dairy Queen.
I'll be turning myself in in a couple of days.
You would think that a bombshell like that coming out in court, where this federal agent, this foreign federal agent, is sitting there and saying, well, yeah, I don't know anything about that, but yeah, I mean, I guess there was, I guess there were five different DNA strains all over this weapon.
I mean, that's a big deal.
Why isn't the Fox News channel and everybody else talking about this?
Why isn't Erica Kirk standing up today and saying, I want a real investigation?
My attorneys are telling me there's nothing that physically links Tyler Robinson to a shooting death of my husband.
I've been seeing all of this work that's going on.
There's so many holes in this.
None of this makes sense.
And now you're telling me that there was the DNA of five different people on the murder weapon.
Why isn't she making noise?
What is this?
Is this a kangaroo court?
Is this a show trial?
Are they railroading this guy?
How big of a deal is it that five people's DNA is on the murder weapon?
Even more now, the witness, the investigator that you just showed, I mean, I would love to go back and maybe I could do it with a transcript.
He will not say that he that it was a bullet.
He calls it a projectile.
Every time the this is the state's witness.
So when the state's attorney keeps talking about the shot, the bullet, that witness would respond with the projectile, the projectile over and over, not just when being cross-examined by the defense attorney Nestor, but by when being direct examined by the prosecution.
He would not call it a bullet.
So when the projectile hit, punctured Charlie Kirk's neck.
I'm just going to interrupt you for one second.
I don't want to gloss over this.
If anybody missed the last time you were on the show, we revealed that in court, it was brought up that there were other explosive devices, or there was a question as to whether or not there were explosive devices.
Yes.
And that was quite intriguing for us who have seen the video of what happened to Charlie Kirk on that day.
Combine that with the fact that now this guy's calling it a projectile.
I just wanted to make sure that people understood that that question is on the record.
Yes.
So where were we?
So, yeah, I encourage everyone to watch.
I mean, I was very impressed with Attorney Nestor.
I mean, think back to September and October where, you know, it was the fixes in Tyler Robinson just has a public defender.
Probably, you know, not, I mean, she put on a clinic in six minutes in the hearing yesterday and exposed how the process, the very incomplete process used by the investigators as to who was a witness, who wasn't, what, what could be important.
They would collect evidence if it fit the narrative.
And did you have that clip?
The only clips that I have are the ones that we just aired in the lead up to our conversation.
Those are the only ones that the editing crew pulled for us today.
Yeah, I mean, all the evidence introduced yesterday, okay, this was to for the state wanted to introduce this evidence to demonstrate that, you know, even if there was a conflict, it was a meaningless one because the prosecutor's daughter really had nothing, you know,
nothing to offer in terms of being a witness.
And then they changed it.
She had nothing to offer to being a material witness.
Well, you know, what Attorney Nestor did was expose that it was a random or the process to collect the evidence would be pre-screened or screened out if they didn't think it would support what they, you know, the case that they were trying to make.
So they have not collected all of the evidence, not just, and they didn't even gather the video from the daughter's phone until just a couple of weeks ago.
So what other evidence was ignored?
I don't know.
We don't, we'll never know.
How important is the intricacy of the language that's being used?
So you mentioned that originally, you know, it was witness and then it changed to material witness.
How important is that change?
They're moving the state's trying to move the goalposts.
And it almost doesn't matter.
Does it really?
I mean, because the prosecution is representing the state, the people.
Okay.
And when you have a conflict of interest, and it doesn't have to be a real conflict, it is also the perceived conflict.
We're the people.
And so if the people view it as a conflict, that affects and undermines the people's faith and confidence in the administration of justice.
Is there any of that left?
Does anybody have any confidence or faith at this point?
And I was asking.
Go ahead.
I'm optimistic in what I'm seeing from the defense team.
I have been for quite some time.
Yeah, you've been saying that.
Yeah.
You know, I read all the filings and I also don't want to just write off the entire Utah Kit the Prosecution Office.
Okay.
I mean, this is an attorney, Jeffrey Gray.
He's a bull in a china shop, wanted to go right for the death penalty.
He could, I mean, they did not need to announce that to, you know, the day of Tyler Robinson's arrest.
All that did is raise the standard that they needed to conduct themselves until Tyler's arraignment, which still has not happened yet.
That's where he will enter his plea.
So, and then completely ignoring the conflicts of interest problem.
I mean, one of the things, here's what I would have done: you would have sat down, you disclose the potential for a conflict to opposing party, you sit down with your team, come up with some plans, one of which would be recusal of that attorney.
And then, I mean, you reach out to the Utah Bar.
Every bar, they all have an ethics committee where you can get their advice.
And you get their advice, and you get their input.
That's the responsible way to manage it.
They did none of that.
You mentioned that where we are in this case is the fact that Tyler Robinson hasn't even been arraigned yet.
Yeah.
We don't have an arraignment.
We don't have a plea.
We don't have guilty or not guilty.
So, and the reason why I was asking you about specific vernacular or verbiage just a while ago, you know, witness versus material witness.
How powerful is it or significant, I guess?
How significant is it to you to hear that there are questions being asked about the presence of other explosive devices?
How important is it to you that you're hearing this federal agent on the stand using the word projectile repeatedly and not using or refusing to word to word it as a bullet?
I think this is just a glimpse of what is in evidence right now, okay?
Remember, this is just, you know, the state is intended, it is failing miserably to show that even if there was a conflict, so what?
Big deal didn't matter.
And is introducing that there are some real problems.
Not a bullet.
Their own witness is calling it a projectile.
Come on.
You know, they didn't even enter, you know, what was the screening process put in place to collect testimony of witnesses.
Very, you know, it seemed predisposed to only collect statements and videos from attendees that fit the case they were trying to make.
And then, you know, the possibility of explosives.
I mean, we've just scratched the surface.
I mean, we have.
Yeah, and I mean, at this stage in the game, is that normal for this to be brought or was that very intentional?
Oh, it was what intentional?
I mean, the use of the words, the asking of the questions, this early in the case, to be asking about the presence of other explosive devices.
How big of a deal was it?
Did that raise your eyebrows?

That's what I was looking for when this hearing was put on the docket and on the schedule.
I was want to watch for that.
I was not expecting the state's own witness to use the term projectile instead of when the bullet struck, the projectile struck.

I mean, if you watch the questioning, The prosecutor would be shot shooting and the response was projectile.

So, with the introduction of the evidence, I guess you would say that there's five different people's DNA on this murder weapon.
And that was new.
That's not, I mean, the list is just now.
I mean, we haven't even, he hasn't even entered a plea yet.
And there's there are all this new information coming out.
So what is next?
Yeah, go ahead.
Well, also, you know, Attorney Nestor, you know, you know, went on at some length about, you know, the videos in social media, the thousands of them and the analysis that people are doing.
The defense is listening to all of, you know, people on X and other social media doing their own analysis.
So people should keep doing that.
The defense, I mean, they made that perfectly clear.
They are taking that into account.
Crowdsourced investigation turning into a crowdsourced defense.
I'm going to say are absolutely listening.
Good for them.
I was optimistic that they would be.
And Attorney Nestor said, obviously, that they are.
I mean, it was, you know, and I think that that gives me, you know, I know I sound like the eternal optimist, but it's nice to have some optimism in this world today.
It's nice to be able to look at something and say, well, that looks, that looks like a thing.
That looks positive.
I like that.
I like what I'm seeing here.
Stu, you know, you know, anything I kept thinking about as I'm watching this, you know, the Monty Python, I don't remember which Monty Python movie it was, but with the, with the, um, the knight, you know, who, who, you know, you know, just a flesh wound when he gets his arm chopped off.
And eventually by the end, he's just a stump.
You've seen it, right?
Yes.
Okay.
We are in the early stages of that now.
I mean, this is becoming high common.
I mean, it's awful what got us here.
All right.
And it's awful that we don't have a full investigation.
But on the other hand, you know, I see Eric or Kirk, you know, you know, in that night, you know, and all the armor just being chopped.
I mean, this is becoming, you know, it's becoming its own me.
What's next for this trial?
What's been scheduled so far?
February 23rd.
And what's going to happen on February 23rd?
The judge will make his ruling on whether to disqualify just the attorney, the entire office, or none of them.
And is the defense asking for the entire office to be removed from this?
Yes, they are.
And do you think it's important or significant that the attorney was telling one of the attorneys inside of this office, and I asked you this before, was telling Sheriff Richard Mack that they had no idea that the crime scene was destroyed.
And then we have this proximity of timing with this attorney actually going to that crime scene and taking a peek around, looking around.
I mean, yeah, I mean, add another item to the checklist.
There is so much.
I mean, how could they not know that?
Why did they not know that?
Why did not The prosecution office is receiving information and evidence from the investigators.
They're not running the investigation, but still, there should be an awareness of how crime scenes are protected, investigated, secured, and ultimately released.
And there's, and from what you've reported, there is none of that.
And it, you know, there are, and I've seen the results of that office's standard operating procedures.
And what we're reporting on here is just what we're seeing with our own eyes.
And that's that there were federal agents that were there.
We had an informant at UVU, a guy who actually works, you know, in a capacity as far as like facilities is concerned.
I don't want to get really specific.
Somebody who knows about the way that these renovations are done and kind of how these projects are bid and all of these other things.
He's the one that told me that the crew that actually dug up the grass had taken pictures of the forearm of one of the workers there who had Charlie's blood on it.
That there was so much blood pooled up there that it was still wet and it was on his arm when they ripped that up and then they paved over it.
And so what we saw, what he told us, was that there were federal agents there overseeing this entire project.
But this is Utah's investigation.
And this is Utah's case to prosecute.
Why were the Feds still there?
Why did they care about seeing that project through to completion?
They were helping.
Yeah, they're helping something.
They're definitely helping something.
All right.
So February 23rd, the judge has taken this under advisement.
And on February 23rd, he's going to give his ruling on whether or not a single prosecutor or the entire office is removed from the case.
What if that happens?
Do you think that that could be a bad thing for Mr. Robinson?
No, I don't.
And I don't know that.
And I'm going to have to.
Is there a possibility?
So, you know, if nothing else, and the perception of that office is now so taint that they cannot continue.
The prosecution can't be run out of that office.
So they're replaced, maybe from a team from another county or a team put together by the attorney general's, the state attorney general's office.
I'm not sure.
But once that new team is in place, can they reconsider the charges that are filed that Tyler Robinson still has not pleaded to?
I don't know the answer to that, but that's that, you know, maybe they could not no longer, you know, they could drop the charges, change the charges.
I don't know.
I don't, I want to find out, though.
Let's, let's, let's continue that discussion.
You know, what, you know, what could, you know, what it's hard to go into hypotheticals until it actually happens.
Yeah, I mean, you never know who they're going to bring in, where are these people from, who are they connected to, what's their record.
You know, could this thing get referred to federal prosecutors or is this stuck in Utah's?
Not at this, not now.
But I would like to see the judge, and he's been very detailed when he gives his orders.
You know, it's going to be very, very deliberate.
I would like to see very specific instructions from him instructing they will be replaced by a team, you know, A prosecutor, you know, a team from XYZ County in Utah, or some, you know, a very deliberate plan to who will be the new counsel.
Um, I think that would be um practical and uh you know, eliminate any perception that the fix is in.
Well, that's my perception.
I mean, I think that the fix is in such a way where just uh, despite despite the um defense prosecution and the attorneys for the media, um, you know, uh, requesting a closed hearing today, he he uh denied that that motion and kept it open to the public.
Now, he did turn off the cameras and the audio for the um testimony of the prosecutor's daughter, but he did not close the hearing.
If you were phys, if you're a member of the public and you were physically in the courtroom, it was open to you.
So, despite uh, the attorneys for three different parties being okay with the closed hearing, that judge said no.
I like why would you?
If I'm gonna ask you to speculate, why do you think that might be?
Why did the judge do that?
Yeah, uh, I think he's um, you know, for what he said at the very first hearing, that he wanted to keep this hearing open to the public and that that was important to him.
And he needs to.
So, why do you think he would have shut down the media on the prosecutor's daughter's testimony?
Because the media didn't even try.
I mean, he gave a plan, he didn't, he didn't close it down.
He just he it was a very deliberate step-by-step.
All right, everyone leaves, the daughter is sworn in, nobody knows her name.
Uh, everyone can come back in, but we're turning off the cameras.
If the if the lawyer for this consortium of media companies had just made a pitch that you know to to um to tweak it or maybe just leave the audio on, you know, some type of very detailed plan, I think he would have gone for these.
He's you know, the scales of justice, right?
He's weighing the um, you know, he made it, he still he denied the request.

We're going to kick things off with news of Ryan Wesley Ruth.
Does everybody remember Ryan Wesley Ruth?
This is the guy that they charged with trying to assassinate Donald Trump on his golf course in Florida in September of 2008.
Oh, not the ones where the dead bodies are buried of children.
That's an LA coast here.
Yeah, yeah.
Different golf course, but you know, there's probably quite the chance that there's some bodies buried out there, too.
They should probably be searching all of them.
They should probably be searching all of every single property that's owned, not just by Trump, but by Trump, by the Clintons, by every single member of Congress and the Senate.
I mean, these people, this entire situation has exposed exactly who they are.
But look, Ryan Wesley Ruth, the guy who they say tried to kill Donald Trump on his golf course, he was sentenced today to life in prison.
He had been convicted at the end of the year last year upon conviction.
He tried to stab himself in the neck with an ink pen, which immediately raised a lot of suspicions about this guy.
And there were plenty of suspicions to be had before that.
I mean, this is someone who was traveling back and forth between the United States and Ukraine.
He was in correspondence with the United States government about his travels to and from Ukraine.
And he appeared in a Ukrainian propaganda video during his time there.
And then all of a sudden, he surfaces as someone who's trying to kill Donald Trump on his golf course.
And then prior to that, in the early 2000s, this character was actually arrested after a barricaded standoff with police.
And he was charged with possession of a weapon of mass destruction.
And he spent seven years in prison.
And so this guy, he's never seemed right to me.
They're throwing him down the hole.
You're never going to hear about him again.
I mean, you haven't heard about him since the end of his trial anyways.
And before that, you really hadn't heard about him since he got arrested.
He's had his few little pop-ups in the news and now he's going away for life.
And you're probably just never going to hear his name again.
They're just burying him in the memory hole like they usually do with these people.
But it's never sat right with me that entire situation.
And I don't have an answer to what the hell went on there, but that entire situation has never sat right with me.
It's never seemed natural.
It just never added up.
I mean, the guy seems like a sheep-dipped type of character, kind of like a Timothy McVay type.
You know, McVeigh was sheep-dipped as a white supremacist and as a conspiracy nut.
This guy was sheep-dipped as some kind of Ukrainian or some kind of kind of traveler nut case that could be easily picked up and used to kill somebody like the, like Donald Trump.
So I don't know.
It just never made sense to me.
I don't need to go super far down the rabbit hole here on the segment version of the base report.
But there is the new social media app, Upscrolled.
So a lot of people have been going to Upscrolled.
I've got an account over there myself, and it's not as free speech as it turns out to be.
So last night on my way back from the airport, I was listening to the Jimmy Door show, and he was talking about the Upscrolled app.
And he was saying, Hey, you know, look into the terms of service of this thing.
And they're not so pro-free speech.
And they're not.
They say straight up in their terms of service service, they censor what they call hate speech.
Now, what is hate speech?
Obviously, it's the definition that's always changing, and it's whatever these people want it to be, whatever their shareholders want it to be when they want to use it.
And so they'll issue hate speech citations against their users, just like TikTok did.
Now, people have been gravitating over to Upscrolled from TikTok after Larry Ellison and this Trump-backed group of Zionists took over.
But the censorship is there on Upscrolled as well.
And I've done some tests, some test posts, you know, the throw out the words that you're not supposed to say.
And they got no traction.
Nobody saw them, not even the people that are following me.
So I don't know.
I remember that because I challenged you to test the parameters and I gave you the words to say.
And I think it was the next day you said, Yeah, nobody has seen this.
Like nobody, not even my followers have seen this.
And they still haven't?
No, they haven't.
I actually, I checked it right before I came on.
And no, it's gotten like one like, no, no comments, no nothing.
And the nobody asks you, what the hell are you talking about?
It was really random.
You know, I mean, it was just a spurg out, is what it was.
It was a foul-mouthed spurg out that I encouraged you to do.
I just wanted to test the boundaries because I knew something was afoot.
So, all right, anyway, go ahead.
Yeah, yeah.
So, just to move on here, beyond upscrolled, so Kash Patel has doubled down once again.
Actually, by this point, it's probably a quadruple down once again on the claim that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in federal custody.
He was on with Brett Bayer, and it was really, really kind of funny because they moved the camera back from Kash Patel this time.
You know, before he was looking into the camera, he had his big, drugged-out-looking bug eyes, and he's saying Jeffrey Epstein definitely killed himself.
This time, they moved the camera away so you couldn't much see his face.
And he's like, Yes, yes, sir, Jeffrey Epstein killed himself.
So, these guys there, and then he goes on, of course, to say he's running the most transparent FBI in history.
The DOJ is the most transparent DOJ in history.
So, this guy is just continuing to push along the Epstein cover-up over there at the FBI.
And they throw this Stalinist-style devotional out in your face.
We're the most transparent administration in history.
This is the most transparent presidency ever.
You know, it's like if they say it enough times, it's going to come true.
It's not.
These people have been covering up for pedophiles since the day that Trump came into office, and they're still covering up for pedophiles now because they're withholding millions of pages and they're redacting names and they're saying there's not going to be any new investigations.
I mean, seriously, you mentioned the bodies on the golf course.
Like, where, why?
Why is the if the FBI is some kind of crime fighting organization?
Why aren't they out there, you know, looking for these bodies?
They're they're not, they're not going to be because it's their job to cover up for the pedophiles that are in these Epstein files.
