And that's why they have people like Kash Patel, the Indian FBI director, saying you're not allowed to practice your first and second amendment rights at the very same time.
Now, look, we're going to have somewhat of an update on that story because yet another member of the Trump administration has come out against the Second Amendment and then tried to walk it back.
But we all know what she said.
We all know what's going on here.
The Trump administration is anti-gun, just like the Spanberger administration in Virginia is anti-gun.
Whether they're a so-called Republican, a so-called Democrat, these people are all playing for the same team.
We're going to talk about that here at the start of the show.
We're going to move on to some of these other issues that are popping up in the headlines and that have the potential to really take control of the news cycle.
We're going to push through these and then we're going to talk more about these perverts and pedophiles and the revelations that are coming out of these Epstein files that have been dropped.

We've been talking quite a bit here recently about the attacks on our Second Amendment rights.
I mentioned Kash Patel, the Indian FBI director, he's come out against both the Second Amendment and the First Amendment.
Donald Trump, the so-called president of the United States, or as we more accurately know him as here on the BASE report, the Israeli colonial governor of the United States, he's come out against the Second Amendment rights of American citizens.
He said, Hey, you know what?
I don't like guns.
Don't carry guns.
Don't bring them here.
Don't come in with guns.
And then he goes in front of an audience of sycophants and he says basically the same thing.
Hey, we don't like guns.
We don't like it when you carry guns.
So don't do it.
And everybody goes, oh, yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
Signing away their Second Amendment rights.
Well, now another member of the Trump administration, this time it's Janine Pirro, the head prosecutor for the federal District of Columbia.
This is a high-ranking DOJ official, and you may better know her as Judge Janine, the former Fox News personality.
Well, she was making a stop at her old stomping grounds last night doing an appearance on Fox News, and she came out staunchly against the Second Amendment rights of American citizens.
She said they don't apply in Washington, D.C. Do not bring your gun into D.C. or you will be arrested.
You will be turned into a criminal for practicing your Second Amendment rights.
And then you'll be hoping that you get your gun back.
They will confiscate your firearm.
They will turn you into a felon.
And this is what the Trump administration, the so-called pro-Second Amendment conservative administration, will do to the American people, according to Janine Pirro.
Let's go ahead and play that clip.
You bring a gun into the district, you mark my words, you're going to jail.
I don't care if you have a license in another district, and I don't care if you're a law-abiding gun owner somewhere else.
You bring a gun into this district, count on going to jail, and hope you get the gun back.
So look, it's pretty obvious here.
The Trump administration does not care about your Second Amendment rights, just as they do not care about your First Amendment rights.
The week that Trump came into office, he began signing executive orders attacking the free speech rights of American citizens in the name of combating anti-Semitism or whatever buzzword they want to throw at it.
He started signing executive orders, attacking your right to even spread the gospel to speak biblical truth because it may be considered anti-Semitic.
Well, now, now they're coming after your Second Amendment rights.
Trump says it himself.
Kash Patel says it himself.
And now Janine Pirro says it herself.
Now, immediately, immediately, Janine started getting pushback, especially over X. Some members of Congress put up posts.
Of course, that's all dog and pony show.
That's all fake.
That's all theatrics.
More importantly, American citizens en masse just started absolutely ripping her.
And so, of course, she did what they always do.
She tried to backtrack.
But we know what she said.
We know that Janine Pirro is anti-Second Amendment and will prosecute American citizens for practicing the Second Amendment in D.C.
We know this for an absolute fact because she said it on Fox News, but not just that.
We know it because she's done it.
During the Trump administration's federalization of D.C., they were confiscating firearms.
They were charging American citizens with the crime of carrying a gun or possessing a gun in D.C. Shouldn't our nation's capital be a shining example of a place where you can go and practice all of your constitutional rights at any time?
But no, they will execute you in D.C. inside the U.S. Capitol building on the steps of the U.S. Capitol building if you try to practice your First Amendment right.
That was under a Trump presidency.
That was under the first Trump administration.
It's always imperative to remind people of that.
And they'll prosecute you, and they've already done it.
They've already proven that they'll do it if you practice your Second Amendment rights in D.C.
Now, look, Judge Janine, Prosecutor Janine, whatever this old Fox News personality wants to be called.
Again, I said she backtracked.
She put it up over on X.
She says, let me be clear.
I am a proud supporter of the Second Amendment.
No, you're not.
Washington, D.C. law requires handguns be licensed in the district with the Metropolitan Police Department to be carried into our community.
We are focused on individuals who are unlawfully carrying guns and will continue building on that momentum to keep our communities safe.
So if you don't get the permission of a police department that reports directly to an anti-white mayor who reports directly to an anti-white city council and to an anti-American administration in the White House,
in the Capitol, on the Supreme Court, because all branches of government are occupied, if you don't get their permission, then you don't get to practice your Second Amendment rights in D.C.
And Judge Janine, part of that corrupted judicial arm of government, will turn you into a criminal and take your gun away from you.
When what's this?
Our community crap.
Our community.
It's a joke.
These people are the occupiers of America's capital city, our community.
These people aren't interfacing with residents of D.C.
No, they're flying in and out, going to their parties at Mar-a-Lago.
They're eyes wide shut parties.
Epstein's old stomping grounds.
These people are making their Fox News appearances.
They're not walking the streets of D.C. that they claim are so safe and interfacing with the residents there.
Our community.
No, it's more like you're bringing a gun into our fiefdom, into the place where Judge Janine has been appointed lead prosecutor for the feds and gets to attack the Second Amendment rights of American citizens and then go on X and claim that she's pro-Second Amendment.
No, if you're enforcing, and this was an argument that I had back and forth with a lot of Trump supporters as I got off of that Trump train early on in the administration, as they federalize D.C., I was making posts.
I was saying, well, what the hell is going on here?
Here they are enforcing D.C.'s unconstitutional gun control measures.
And they're claiming to be a pro-Second Amendment administration.
And then you have a bunch of Republicans jumping into your replies, jumping into your comment section, saying they're enforcing the law.
This is the law of the land in D.C.
Yeah, and it's unconstitutional.
I thought this was supposed to be a conservative administration, right?
Aren't conservatives supposed to conserve the Constitution?
They haven't conserved jack shit.

And Judge Janine, Prosecutor Janine, whatever the hell we're supposed to call her these days.
She made that abundantly clear when she went on Fox News and vowed to turn American citizens into criminals and vowed to take away their firearms if they dare practice their Second Amendment rights in Washington, D.C. In our nation's capital, that should be a beacon of freedom and constitutionality for the rest of the country to look at and be inspired by.
But instead, it's a hellscape.
It's a swamp doesn't even begin to describe it.
A little personal aside here, I can remember being a little kid and riding through D.C. with my dad and going through some hideous, dilapidated neighborhood looking like something out of the third world.
I remember there was a guy with a Coke machine on his front porch.
Like, I guess he was vending Cokes off of his front porch, whatever, or maybe he was dealing drugs out of it.
You know, you go up and you press in the right combination and then whatever you want falls out.
That's probably more likely.
But either way, he had a Coke machine on the front porch and we're riding through this hellscape and I look over and I see the U.S. Capitol just off in the distance like this big thing on a hill, right?
You would think of it as like the shimmering Capitol on a hill, but instead it was like a reminder.
It was like a black pill, a red pill to take at a very young age.
I mean, I'm thinking I'm like eight years old, nine years old at this time.
And I'm like, dad, oh my gosh, you know, is that the Capitol?
And he's like, yeah.
And I'm like, with this, this is what's around the Capitol?
It's like, hey, this is D.C., buddy.
I mean, look, D.C. is a hellscape.
Whether we're talking about the pedophiles on Capitol Hill at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, hanging out over at the judiciary, or we're talking about the crime-ridden neighborhoods where white people don't dare tread.
The place is a hellscape.
And they claimed that they cleaned it up, and they haven't.
They haven't at all.
The only thing that they've done is firmly entrench the idea that Republicans are going to enforce unconstitutional gun control measures.
I mean, these, look, and it's, it's, but we, we talk about both sides here.
We hit both sides here because they're all in bed together.
And look, speaking of people who are coming after your Second Amendment rights, we've talked a lot here on the base report about Abigail Spanberger in Virginia and what's happening in Virginia and with this occupied state legislature where a foreigner from Bangladesh called Saddam is leading the charge to abolish the Second Amendment in Virginia right alongside a Jewish carpetbagger, little tiny Dan Helmer, this creep.
These people who aren't even from Virginia, in one case, not even from this country, jumping in bed with Abigail Spanberger, the CIA APAC governess, who puts a bag over her head when American citizens are in the Capitol because she can't stand to breathe the same air as them.
When she was a representative in that pervert Capitol in D.C., looking down atop the ghettos, atop the hellscape, atop the pedophile condominiums, when she was employed there, she was wearing a bag over her head as American citizens were being killed for trying to get into the people's house.
And this is the woman who, just like Donald Trump, says you don't have a Second Amendment right, who just like Janine Pirro says you don't have a Second Amendment right.
You see, they're both here.
It's both sides here.
These Democrats come out with crazy, insane, in-your-face gun confiscation.
And these Republicans, millions of people run into their arms.
Save us.
Save us from the Democrats.
Protect our Second Amendment rights.
Protect our free speech rights.
And they do the very same thing from another angle, from the angle of keeping you safe.
They pretend like they're arresting all the criminals in D.C. If they were, there'd be a whole lot less members of Congress walking around that place.
If they were, you'd be able to step outside at night and walk down the streets a few blocks from the Capitol without taking your life into your own hands.
But instead, they did what they do everywhere.
They got a bunch of headlines.
They arrested a bunch of people who were carrying guns.
We don't know why they were carrying them.
You have a right to carry a gun as an American citizen.
Sorry.
You do.
And they just furthered along the Republican embrace of gun control.
And they further along the police state that's being implemented all over this country.
Now, look, back to Virginia here.
I mentioned Baghead.
I put this post up on X. There was a picture going around of Spanberger on the floor of the Virginia state flag.
If you know the Virginia state flag, you've got the lady standing over, you know, holding on to the spear, standing over top of a tyrant, foot on the neck, crown on the ground.
Six simper tyrannis, thus always the tyrant.
So this has been adapted for modern times.
And now Abigail Spanberger is the tyrant on the ground.
So I did some, you know, some prompting to Grok and I got him to take this thing, him.
I got it to take this thing to the next level.

It's like we refer to Grok as him.
Whenever I catch myself doing that, I've got to stop myself.
I know I've done it on the show before.

As the political class, as the media class scrambles to find a distraction from this Epstein story, there was a story that broke just this week that a Chinese bio lab was discovered in Las Vegas where they had over a thousand samples, including samples of HIV and Ebola.
And Kash Patel's FBI, the same FBI that doesn't want you to practice your First and Second Amendment rights, they came charging in to save the day.
Now, look, what are the odds that when these people need a headline generated?
Because again, this isn't just the same FBI attacking your First and Second Amendment rights.
This is the same FBI covering up the Charlie Kirk assassination, covering up the Epstein files, allowing pedophiles to roam free all over DC, all over the U.S. Capitol.
The FBI could step in and stop it, but they won't do it.
They're too busy with their agents who are still there, who are still employed there, who were taking a knee back in 2020.
They've just got Kash Patel, change in window dressing at the top, documented liar, anti-American, foreigner.
They need a headline.
They need something positive.
They're covering for pedophiles in real time.
So now here comes their big bio-lab save the day story.
They've saved America from a Chinese bio lab.

This is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public as we stand here today.
Authorities releasing this video showing officers in hazmat suits searching the property.
They say finding vials containing unknown liquids.
Our teams went inside and found evidence of possible biological material.
Authorities calling it a complex investigation that could take days.
This has to be a slow and methodical process by design.
We have to take these situations very seriously and we take all necessary precautions to keep our personnel and community safe.
Law enforcement say they took a suspect into custody.
Lindsay, this is an unusual case.
The FBI says it is sending several specialized teams to help in the investigation.
So look, my immediate reaction to this, every time I've watched it, is the FBI is in desperate need of positive press coverage.
They're in desperate need.
The entire government is in desperate need of spinning a new story in front of the American people.
And the media is going to be right there along with them because these people were entangled with Epstein as well.
These people have been covering for these pedophiles just as they've been covering at the government level.
They're covering in the media level because they're all the same people.
These people need something to latch on to.
And it makes me think, will they actually launch a new scandemic to get this Epstein story out of the headlines?
Will they launch a new scandemic to lock us down again and implement the AI surveillance state that they're using these fake federal crackdowns to implement, that they're using these fake mass deportation raids to implement?
The surveillance state really kicked into high gear during the COVID scandemic.
It's now been plugging along, plugging along ever since.
Are they going to launch another one?
We have to believe that at some point they're going to try to do that.
They need something big to make this whole Epstein deal just go away.
So is it going to be a war?
Is it going to be a new scandemic?
Is it going to be some other kind of attack that'll get the American people running back into the arms of the political class?

And where we left off that first segment was talking about the prospects of war with Iran.
Now, look, we already know there is a United States Armada.
That is what the government is calling it, an armada, sitting off the coast of Iran.
There are tens of thousands of American troops in the region, ready for the word, just waiting the word, awaiting the order to go in and hit Iran and execute a regime change, a regime change that doesn't benefit the American people, but that will instead, of course, just like Middle Eastern regime changes and regime changes all around the world, as we've come to learn, it will benefit Israel, not the American people, not the people who live there, but Israel.
Okay, that's exactly what we're looking at here.
A war on behalf of Greater Israel, the true caliphate of the Middle East.
It's not some modern-day ISIS-Ottoman Empire.
It's not some Iranian-Persian empire that you've got to worry about.
It's the formation of Greater Israel, which America is being used as the battering ram to initiate here.
We did it in Iraq.
We did it in Syria.
We did it in Libya.
Now it's Iran's turn, right?
That's how it looks.
That is the last guy standing there, the last big obstacle standing in the way of Israel filling in that map and saying, hey, you know what?
Now we're just going to take whatever the hell we want because there's nobody in the region to stop us.
And so this has been decades in the making.
And now is a perfect time, it would seem, for the U.S. government and their Israeli handlers to initiate this war with Iran.

They can use attacks on civil liberties or they can use a war, or maybe it'll be something else entirely.
Maybe it's something I haven't named yet.
Maybe it's something that we don't even know of yet.
We haven't thought of yet.
Who knows?
But the likelihood for war with Iran is going up and going up and going up as the American people express their disgust, express their discontent with the United States government because they're figuring out that this is a bunch of compromised pedophile freak shows that we have in DC.
And so look, right now, Steve Witkoff, Trump's so-called envoy to the Middle East, this guy who nobody voted for, right?
Did you vote for Steve Witkoff or his trusty little sidekick, Jared Kushner, to be the guys who go around the world, not just dictating U.S. foreign policy, but cutting business deals.
I mean, it's Witkoff and Kushner who are behind Trump Gaza and Trump Rafa.
They're the guys who are heading this whole thing up.
They're the guys who went on 60 Minutes and said, hey, we already knew years ago that when we started this whole administration, we were going to initiate this project.
We were going to use the United States government to initiate the Trump Gaza, the Trump Rafa plans.
And they knew it before the October 7th false flag even took place.
That's according to their own timeline that they give to 60 Minutes.
So these are the guys who are going around the world as really the faces of this criminal Kabbalistic administration that we have in DC.
And right now, Steve Witkoff, or at least today, he may have already flown off to do his duties.
But today, at least according to the Israeli media, Steve Witkoff was in Israel meeting with Benjamin Netanyahu and meeting with the IDF chief of staff, Lieutenant General Eol Zamir, so that he could get his marching orders because Steve Witkoff, and he's going to be meeting up with Jared Kushner, is heading to Turkey for what they're calling high-level negotiations with the Iranians.
Now, it's unclear how this is going to go.
It'll probably burst onto the American media scene any second now.
You know, they love their Iran coverage.
I haven't heard a lot about this yet, but I'm sure they're going to start ramping this up in the coming days.
And they're going to be putting Iran at the front and center of everyone's mind.
They don't even have to launch a war to move the narrative, to shift the narrative.
They can just put the fear in the general public.
They can put the hysteria out in the general public of, oh my gosh, there's going to be a war.
Just like they can put the hysteria out in the general public of, oh my gosh, there's going to be another scam dimic when they announce these biolab raids in Las Vegas.
It's not all that different from announcing high-level talks with the Iranians in Turkey.
But look, what I'm talking about here, this information isn't coming by way of the American corporate media because like I just mentioned, they're really not talking about this yet.
They'll start punching this up as the week goes on so that they can get everybody excited about war with Iran going into the weekend.
But look, over on the Israeli media, they love talking about U.S. affairs.
They love talking about what America is going to do on their behalf, especially before the American media starts reporting on it.
You go over to these sites like the Times of Israel, the Jerusalem Post, Israel Hayim or Hayim, however the hell you say that.
And you see them putting front and center.
Oh yeah, this is what we're doing with Steve Witcoff.
This is what we're doing with Jared Kushner.
This is what we're doing with Donald Trump.
It's front and center every single day because it's their brag.
It's like their trophy.
It's the feather in their cap.
You know, hey, hey, here we are.
Here we are controlling the U.S. government.
I mean, they love this stuff.
And so look, we're going to go through a couple of stories over from Israel Haym, Israel Hayim, Israel ham.

We're going to start off with this.
Inside the high-stakes U.S.-Iran talks in Istanbul, White House envoy Steve Witkoff and Iranian Foreign Minister Abash Argachi are planning to meet on Friday in Istanbul for negotiations toward a new nuclear agreement.
According to the Wall Street Journal, senior advisor Jared Kushner is also expected to take part in the talks.
Sources say the discussions may split into two separate tracks.
Okay, so we've got that.
And we mentioned just yesterday this whole Trump nuclear deal.
So Trump's nuclear deal, he says if the Iranians don't agree with it, we're all going to find out if he's going to go to war with Iran.
So that's what they're supposed to meet up and talk about.
They're in Istanbul.

But what they also have is another headline where they talk about how Steve Witkoff is arriving in Israel so that he can be prepped for these meetings with the Iranians, for these high-level negotiations, these high-level meetings with the Iranians in Istanbul.

Steve Witkoff is set to arrive in Israel for meetings with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and IDF Chief of Staff Eol Zamir as Washington and Tehran prepare to launch talks in the coming days.
So before Witcoff, before Witkoff can go and meet with the Iranians, he has to go to Israel and he has to get his marching orders.
He has to go meet with Benjamin Netanyahu himself and be told what to do, be told how this is going to shake out, and be told, hey, either way you cut it, at some point in time, the United States is going to take out Iran on behalf of Israel.
And don't you forget it, Witkoff.
But of course, he already knows it because Steve Witkoff is one of these Jewish handlers of Donald Trump.
They call Witkoff Trump's consul or Trump's envoy to the Middle East.
No, no, no.
Donald Trump is Witkoff's guy.
Witkoff is not Trump's guy.

Talks between the U.S. and Iran are set to begin in the coming days.
And Iran's TASNI news agency reported on Monday.
According to the report, the location and exact timing have not yet been finalized, but the meeting is expected to take place with the participation of senior officials from both countries.
And see, we've also heard, we've also read that these will take place on Friday in Turkey.
But before these meetings, no matter where they are, no matter where they officially are, whatever the case may be, Trump's senior advisor Steve Witkoff, who is leading contacts with Iran on behalf of the president, is set to arrive in Israel on Tuesday.
He is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and again, IDF chief of staff.
Now, Iran has denied that it received an ultimatum from President Trump to reach understandings on the nuclear issue.
But this followed Trump's statement that he had set a deadline for Iran to enter talks and had warned of possible military actions.
Now, speaking at a briefing for reporters, Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Ishmael Bagadi, whatever, was asked whether Iran had received an ultimatum from the U.S.
He said Iran is a country that will always act sincerely and seriously in diplomatic processes, but we will never tolerate an ultimatum.
We are reviewing and finalizing the details of the stages of the diplomatic process, which we hope to complete in the coming days.
These matters relate to the mode of action and the framework of the move.
So, of course, you've got U.S. threats.
They're escalating.
The Abraham Lincoln is in the region.
They've got the whole carrier strike group.
That's the Armada that they love to refer to.
They've got tens of thousands of American troops all over the Middle East waiting to get the word to go into Iran.
So the U.S. is definitely posturing here for war with Iran.
And again, regardless of what comes out of these meetings, at some point, this is probably going to happen.
At some point, the United States is going to go to war with Iran on behalf of Israel, or there will be some sort of U.S.-sponsored regime change because they've tried to stage these fake grassroots color revolutions.
And Israel themselves, including the publication we were just looking at, they admit that that color revolution didn't work.
So they're running out of options here.
They're going to have to either go to war or they're going to have to choke out the Iranian government by some other means.
And I think the Iranians know that.
But look, do they even have the, and I'm truly wondering, do they even have the capacity to really defend themselves?
You know, they had the attack on Tel Aviv when they had the mutual exchange and then the U.S. attacks Iran, intervenes on behalf of Israel, supposedly crippled their nuclear facilities.
But then the Israelis themselves say that's not true.
But does Iran even have the means to defend themselves here?
Or is what we're seeing like some kind of effort to push them into a just corral them into like a pacified state where they kind of exist, but they're not going to be able to intervene.
And they just choke them out.
You know, the Iranians say that they're not going to go for that.
They say that they're not going to take an ultimatum.
But they're directly under attack right now and they're not doing anything.
So it really makes me wonder about their capabilities.
And I think that just goes to show how many lies we've been spoonfed about how Iran's going to commit another Holocaust.
Iran's going to attack the United States.
Iran's going to attack Europe.
They can't even get their missiles to like Greece.
They can't even get across into the Balkans with their missile capabilities.
