And so then you want to go and see, well, what does the Commodity Futures Trading Commission say about silver and gold?
So we can just go see what they're saying about silver and gold.
Maybe you have seen the commercials on TV.
Maybe you've seen William Devane, I buy my gold from Roslyn.
He's got his whiskey.
He's got his coffee there.
And you want to be like that guy, right?
So maybe you've seen those commercials on TV or videos on the internet, or maybe you've received something in the mail that predict economic instability.
And then they use these graphs of past performance to quote unquote prove gold or silver or some other precious metal is not only your safest bet, but it's destined to double or triple in value.
Well, the truth is gold and other precious metals are highly volatile and past performance is not a good predictor of future returns.
I don't agree with that.
But if sales pitches also include a lot of doom and gloom or high pressure sales tactics, they could be setting you up for fraud.
Do you see a lot of this going on right now?
Is there a lot of people that are being set up for fraud with these precious metals?
Yeah, unfortunately, most broker gold brokers are not even licensed, which is really sad because they tend to cross the line of giving financial advice because they're just generally salesmen.
Unfortunately, they don't know anything about charts.
You got to look at those people like the same way that you look at these gold guys in the hood.
The we buy gold guys.
You can find them on every street corner in Compton.
Literally, literally.
And actually, I play with them a lot because I get scam calls from these gold brokers that call me.
And they're like, yeah, Mr. Cortez, we know, you know, the dollar's crashing.
And I said, nope, I got green money and I trade the markets.
I'm good.
They're like, yeah, right.
Then why are you on a list?
And you know, all that money you're trading is not.
And then they come at you like that.
Yeah, right.
They're all from New Jersey, too.
They're all guinea's from New York.
They're WAPs from New Jersey.
Yep.
I'm like, okay, guys.
You want to be tough?
All right.
So they don't know who they're talking to.
Yeah, you don't know what you're talking about.
You got to buy this gold.

And I get a call.

And what they're saying here, I do believe in some of the language they're using that it's not a safe investment.
They did get that right because it is red money.
There's no contractual guarantee.
And a lot of these jokers, they pimp out the silver and the returns of silver to your detriment on a regular basis.
Because what I mean, not that the performance is innocent.
I'm talking about like their sales practices because you'll call them and they'll charge you 30% over spot price on the buy-sell side, on the buy.
And when you go to sell it five years from now, it's already written in your IRA contract that you have to pay the broker 30% above spot price.
And we've seen that up close and personal.
We've had people who have come here to the network and they've tried to do business with us, go sell this product.
And we look at it and we're like, yeah, no, this is predatory.
And these people are.
They're disgusting.
And these people are the same people that are running the central bank in our country, the Federal Reserve.
They're running central banks everywhere else.
They're running the private equity firms.
These are those same people.

She, when Erica Kirk took over as CEO, now no longer a traditional Christian wife.
She's not a tradition.
She's now leaving her family, her fatherless children, to go run a huge corporation with over $250 million in assets just since September.
So when she left to take over CEO and be a full-time CEO of a big company outside of her house, she had a phone call with everybody at TPUSA and it got recorded and it got leaked.
And I just want to play this for you and then get your reaction because my reaction was stunned.

That's where we have to go back to not even two weeks after Charlie was publicly assassinated.

I mean, I would hope that somebody who loves me, my mom or my kid's mom or whatever, would be like in the fetal position at least for 20 minutes and, you know, be shocked.
But this woman is excited about everything.

I mean, they know that they had 275,000 people there because immediately after that, Andrew Colvett was super excited about all of the people that Lori France v. Erica's mom was able to geo-fence.

And for those people who don't know what geo-fencing is, it's spying.
So they know that your device is in a certain area, a TPUSA-connected event like this memorial, a TPUSA-connected church like the Calvary Chapel.
And if you go to these places, they get your data, they get your phone number, your IP, your email address, they get all of that.
And pretty soon you're getting fundraising text messages and you're getting, you know, pro-Israel Zionist propaganda just pummeled in front of you all day long.
So they were spying on these people.

Right, she was at the stairway and she was coming up the stairs to the front to the stage and she was putting fake tears in her eyes.
Well, that's somebody who, we are told, just lost her husband in a shocking way.
Well, that's this that's definitely the speculation that she was putting menthol in her eyes.
That would make her eyes tear up right before She went on.
That's the speculation.
I can't, nobody can, you know, verify that for sure, but that's what a lot of people have said.
That is exactly what that looked like.
So, yeah, let's, here we go.
Just phenomenal.
Oh, by the way, she's talking about it's phenomenal.
His funeral was phenomenal, and it's phenomenal that they raised $250,000 off of merch or $200,000 off of merch sales, meaning memorial t-shirts for Charlie.
That kind of freedom shirt.
It also probably means if you stop to get your picture taken, you know, at Amfest, well, we know what they did there.
They brought the murder scene to America Festival.
Right.
Which she would have had to have approved, right?
I mean, she's the CEO.
So here she is thanking everybody for what a great success, financial success that TPUSA is experiencing right now after Charlie's death.
Incredible work leading into the memorial.
And honestly, a lot of this staff that worked on the memorial, they had 20-hour days for a week during the time of us grieving the loss of my husband.
And honestly, I know several staff that didn't even sleep.
Again, you guys are breathing angels.
I don't care if any of you.
So I really, this is.
The death of her husband was kind of a short, like kind of glossed over, wasn't it?
Very, very much.
And those lot of those employees that she's thanking from the bottom of her heart for working 80-hour weeks up until the memorial, they just went and fired 40 of them.
Yep, they're gone.
40 of them are gone.
And now they're holding up big signs at all the TPUSA events.
We're hiring.

So they fired them without explanation.
They did like an ambush firing.
They bring people into the office and they would have their general counsel just fire them and not give them a reason at all.
People who just got done.
This is the people that Erica refers to as her TPUSA family, and that's how they treated them.
Just to let you know, when she says that, oh, thank everybody working so hard at production, everybody doing the working 80-hour week, and then they fired them, just to let you know.

I do want to remind you that Charlie has not been dead for two weeks.

The fact that we were able to pull off an event of a century, like it's just insane.

Don't quote me on that because I think it just keeps like bumping up like crazy.

And honestly, a lot of the staff that worked on the memorial, they had 20-hour days for a week during the time of us grieving the loss of my husband.

That's the whole, and that when I first heard that, my reaction was like that.
Like for a couple of minutes, I was like, oh my God, this is.
And the timeframe is important.
The timeframe is very, it's like 11 days after his assassination, right?

It's unbelievable.
Did you see that I posted a video or during the interview with my whistleblower yesterday that I shared a video of her before Amfest backstage preparing for Amfest?

So I just want to say that a common tactic that the people like Erica and TPUSA have been using to discredit people like Candace or anybody who's looking into this at all.
If you look into the assassination of Charlie Kirk, what they do is what they say is that you're just doing this for clicks.

They tried to pretend like it's Candace Owens who's the one who's capitalizing off of Charlie's death when she's just doing her normal show like she always has.
And she's making this getting the same amount of views as she always has.

They're the ones who are actually rolling in the dough after Charlie's death, capitalizing off of his death.
And you heard her, that's what she's talking about right now, about all the cash that they made off of his death.

And it's been hundreds of millions of dollars because let's not forget about the donor class that Charlie Kirk was trying to distance himself from in the days, weeks, and months leading up to his death.

It's just like, you know, when you say normal human emotions, this is a woman who, as far as I'm concerned, and a lot of people said that it was crass, that it was low crass, it was disrespectful, I shouldn't do it.
But immediately, Jimmy, immediately when she opened her mouth, actually, she didn't even have to.
I was driving down the road, and I don't know if it was the day after, but it was within 48 hours of Charlie being shockingly taken from all of us.
Billions of people on the internet have watched this.
And it was within a matter of 48 hours.
I get a text message from Turning Point signed by Erica Kirk asking for donations.
And at that point, for me, it was gloves off.
At that point, it was like, okay, I see what this is.
And then it was the freedom shirts.
And then it was the sparklers and it was the fake tears.
And it was the week on Fox News.
And it was every camera that she could get in front of.
And everything is scripted and fake.

And when you're talking about people that are saying, oh, well, you know, Candace is just doing this for clicks.
The other argument that I always get is, why can't you just leave this woman alone?

Everybody's heard that.
It's a big joke.
Now it's a meme.
But this woman, everything about her, I just don't know how anybody could spend five minutes keystroking on the internet and look into her and not say, well, this is just absolutely bizarre.
And this woman has completely fabricated her entire childhood, her entire career.
She's scrubbed the internet of entire relationships, including a whole engagement.
She's lied about the most trivial things when she could have just told us the truth about being on Fort Wachuka, when she could have told us the truth about dating or drinking, just little things.
And if you're willing to lie about those things, you're willing to lie about the big things.
And it turns out she is.
So I agree.
I mean, that whole, that whole phone call, it doesn't surprise me, though, because I've spent a lot of time kind of getting to know the person that Erica Kirk is.
And when I heard that from Candace, it just, it didn't shock me.
I wasn't surprised.

It's shocking to hear a person actually doing that and to know that there are beings among us that can actually put their emotions aside or just not have them and to carry on like this is a big celebration.
But I mean, I'm just here to tell you, it doesn't surprise me because my theory or my take is that I am not convinced that Erica Kirk did not have foreknowledge at this point of what was going to happen on September 10th.

And you asked him about when she started to insert herself into TPUSA events.
Are there rumors about Erica Kirk's kind of administrative involvement in the months leading up to Charlie's death?
Was she kind of inserting herself more frequently?
Yeah, she was inserting herself more frequently.
Beforehand, you know, she was just a trad wife.
I got invited to the Andy Biggs gubernatorial race launch because Turning Point is backing Andy Biggs.
Andy Biggs is running for governor in Arizona right now.
They invited a lot of the field reps who chased the vote to this event in Scottsdale.
This is when, and this is in June, I want to say right after Memorial Day weekend, early June.
This is when Erica made her big debut for at least us in Arizona.
You know, she got on stage and she said, you know, I typically don't do this, but this is for my husband.
I'm usually the stay-at-home mom.
You know, guys, I'm the trad wife, blah, blah, blah.
But this is for Andy.
This is for our state.
I must make an appearance and just really support my husband.
And I was looking at my friends.
I'm like, I've never seen her come out like this before.
That to me signified the change in the takeover right there.
And so now it was weird.
That was out of place.
That was abnormal.
That was very abnormal.
Did it catch anybody else's attention or were you the only one fixated on this?
I was the only one pretty much fixated on this, but I do look back and I have talked to my friend who's on the inside, no longer on the inside as of her post on X recently.
I would say she caught on as well.
That's why she sent that video of Erica and Mikey, you know, at that staff meeting at Amfest.
Because we see there's smart people in Turning Point, and then there's really not so smart people.
And so here's the video he's referring to.
So let's get to that and then I'll get you to weigh in on this, Stu.

Okay, so that video shows Erica.
So tell me, what does that video show to you, Stu?
I mean, she's literally on a pedestal.
The only thing missing here is the big palm leaves and the bowl of grapes that these people are supposed to feed her.
She is literally standing on top of a coffee table, elevating herself above everybody, holding that microphone and just smiling ear to ear.
And what I hate about that whole exchange, other than the fact that, you know, all these people at Turning Point USA are latent closeted homosexuals.
And, you know, whatever somebody wants to do, that's on them.
But to be out here pretending that you're something different, and you could totally tell Mikey McCoy there.
I mean, nobody has gestures like that.
This guy, Matthew Tuceroni, is an openly gay guy.
And, you know, he was telling me in conversation off the air leading up to our interview, he's like, I don't even behave like this.
I don't flail my arms around and make these gestures.
I mean, these people are just, they're flamers.
But for him to invoke God into all of this and say, all of this is because of God.
Charlie's death is just a part of God's plan for all of us to be able to be here in this spot at this America Fest to have all these people, to have all of this money, to have all of these blessings, to have all of this attention, and to have you leading us again.
And at the beginning of that, it was kind of cut off.
But what he was referring to there is two years previous to that, Charlie Kirk unexpectedly had to go like travel with the president or something.
And so he wasn't in these, you know, preparatory, preparation type planning meetings for America Fest that year.
And he's like kind of reliving that.
And he's saying, you know, just like then, it's just so great to have you leading us.
And his body gestures at the end of that.
I know that language.
I know body language very well.
I was a bounty hunter for 15 years.
I know when you're lying.
I know when you're putting on a show.
I know when you're nervous.
I know when your hands are probably clammy.
And this guy is so nervous because if you don't comply here, if you don't go along, if you don't follow this very careful plan that has been set forth by Erica and by her handlers, by her paymasters, by her associates, her affiliates that she brags and boasts about having relationships with, they'll kill you.
They will kill you.
And they proved that on September 10th.
But the way that he, the way that he said, and we're just so happy, and he kind of like jerked his body, that is a very nervous reaction.
I've seen it.
It's textbook.
This guy literally fears for his life, but he invokes God.
She's putting herself on this pedestal.
And that's all her.
Somebody pushed that thing over there.
She climbed up on that thing and she elevated herself.
It's disgusting.
The whole thing.
So when they say God's plan, they really mean their own plan because.
Of course they do.
Right.
And when she says, you know, earth-shattering event or, you know, once in a lifetime, whatever she, how did she describe that?
She's once in a century.

Is it all encompassing?
Is it to arrive at this point that this big event had to take place?
And so now here it is.
And I've made, you know, a lot of statements early on about what I think TPUSA always has been.
And after talking to Matthew Tucciarone, and we have like, I think we're at like eight right now, over a half a dozen, almost 10 insiders that are currently there right now who are confidentially informing us.
So I know that Candace has a lot more of them too.
And I think there's going to be a lot more people that want to come out because the behavior that they're seeing and then you go and fire 40 people.
I will say this.
From what Matthew Tuceroni said, that he was the only one that noticed that she was kind of putting herself on the scene.
The way that he answered the question wasn't really what I was getting at.
And I didn't keep hammering it because there were other things to get to.
But we have heard from several insiders that in the months before Charlie was executed, she was inserting herself managerially as more of a CEO type of role very early on.
And she was asserting herself and she was making decisions for this company, you know, in the absence of Charlie.
And she was saying things like, don't worry about what he says.
He will agree with this.
People were asking, does he know about this?
And she was saying, no, he doesn't, but that's none of his business.
I've got this.
I'm going to take care of this.
So from a managerial operations perspective, Erica Kirk, going back at least two months prior to Charlie Kirk's assassination, was asserting her kind of authority around the turning point USA infrastructure administratively, kind of setting up this hierarchy that she was going to be transitioning into this role.
And I like the way that you pointed this out.
They keep wanting to say trad wife, trad wife, trad wife, grieving widow, all this stuff.
You cannot be a traditional wife and mother and leave your kids.
Where are these kids?
Who's taking care of these kids?
She was on with Hannity and she was thanking her TPUSA family.
I think that's the first time that she said that.
And everybody was like, What?
And she's like, Yeah, I have to just thank you and Ainsley.
So, are you telling me that Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhart are taking care of the Kirk kids?
Are they with Charlie's parents?
People genuinely want to know.
And so, when people are saying, Well, that's that's private information, nobody wants it's for their safety.
Okay, fine.
I don't want to know their geographical location, but they made this public.
You know, she didn't go and weep in a corner and stay behind closed doors and go and grieve.
She didn't want privacy.
She didn't want to stay private.
She elected to the day after Charlie was dead.
His body probably wasn't even cold yet.
It was still probably flying around with the vice president of the United States on Air Force 2 before an autopsy could be performed, by the way.
And she inserted herself into the public.
And so she made all this public.
And then, just by her fake alibi from the wrong day that she delivered to some random YouTuber rather than just giving it to Candace, and she has, I mean, she has contact information with Candace.
I don't know why she would do it that way, but it's like for the wrong date.
And there's the kids with the, you know, and so she's inserting the idea that she's constantly with these kids and it's just a lie.
She's not.
And by the way, that kid wasn't Charlie's kid because that kid looked like four or five years old and his kid would be under two years old.

So, and Charlie Kirk said, no, no, that's not enough.
No, I don't have a price tag.
No, that's not enough.
And when you look at the letter that Charlie Kirk wrote to Benjamin Netanyahu, a lot of people say, well, yeah, look at here.
He's trying to tell Benjamin Netanyahu how to propagandize Americans further into, you know, getting on the pro-Israel, pro-Zionist train.
No, no, no, no, that's not what that was.
You know, Andrew Colvett lied about talking to a surgeon about Charlie Kirk's superman-like neck bones of steel.
I don't know about that, but he certainly had balls of steel.

Messages between Tyler Boyer and other like top-ranking TPUSA brass.
And this was before Charlie was dead.
And these messages were that they were showing tremendous concern.
The word was concerned that Charlie Kirk was about to, quote, go ballistic on Trump over wars and over Epstein.
Now, we know that Charlie Kirk was shouted down in one way or another by President Trump when he pushed back on Trump about that 12-day war with Iran or that there was going to be some sort of a military strike with Iran.
And then what happened immediately after Charlie was gone?
Immediately it went into hype up Americans on war.
We're going into Venezuela.
We want Mexico.
We want Cuba.
We want Colombia.
We want Greenland.
We just want to expand America everywhere and turn into this like globalist borderless society with a one-world government.
And of course, all the neocons love this.
They love this.
They love this agenda, this foreign policy agenda, this military agenda that Trump is exacting.
And this was the very thing that Charlie Kirk was going to stand against.
And when you consider the fact that Charlie Kirk was standing in front of millions of college-aged, military-aged young men who hanged on every word that he said, he had influence like nobody else.
He probably would have been the president of this country someday, given a fair election.
If people were to actually vote, I would say that he probably would have been the president someday.
He had a ton of influence, but especially with a young group of American men that would mobilize and they would go and they would enlist.
And they would also follow him when he left the pro-Israel cause, as he said that he was going to be forced to do.
And as he said that these people would kill him in the now infamous Harrison Smith tweet, where he said, I have it on good authority that Charlie thinks that Israel will kill him if he turns against them.
And then we have rumors about the night before.
We have text messages that he was sending the night before.
Well, now what do you have?
You have Turning Point back in its original and really supercharged on steroids.
I guess really its mission, its function, which is to act as the selling machine to get young American men excited about putting on a uniform and going and fighting in every corner of the world.
They're going to need a lot of blood for all these wars.
Where do you think they're going to get that from?
These people don't go fight and die for themselves.
They have basically conscripted us into their military for decades now.

And I find it a little bit alarming that this organization with all of this going on at the top is going into these high schools and having all of this contact with young boys, especially after knowing that Erica Kirk was like texting directly with somebody who was a minor.
And I believe that this person's parent got a hold of that message.
There was something recently about that.
And so these people are having direct contact, you know, with these people.
And, you know, I've seen this too many times.
I've covered these stories now for five years, Jimmy.
I know how these people work.
And I know the previous associations.
I know about Erica Kirk's nonprofit in Romania.
She was 17 years old, 17 years old, and she's running a nonprofit that deals with orphans in one of the biggest hotbeds on Traffic Earth for all of these PDF files to operate.
It was like ground zero for trafficking.

And the same with Ukraine, where Tyler Boyer brings his own Eastern European orphanage connections.
All of this stuff is just insane.
But yeah, I mean, as far as the closeted homosexuality is concerned, and I think that that's why they got rid of Tucciarone, because he was out.

They don't have anything on him.
And also, it wasn't just him, but he confirmed this.
There were several insiders that have told me that these people, when they get hired, they get hired in these low-paying or oftentimes not paying, no pay jobs.

I knew nothing about this, but it was that vitriolic kind of visceral response that told me, oh, well, I'm on to something.

Then I was allowed back on.
But I had a huge following.

And all of this money was around people wanted to be attached until I started talking about or questioning this issue.
And then it was like I started getting text messages from people that worked for me that were handling some of these sponsor relationships.
And they were acting as the conduit or the liaison.
And they were saying to me, well, hey, we've got a sponsorship issue here that we need to discuss.
And I'm like, well, what's that?
Well, it's relating to the content on your show.
And my response was, the content of my show has nothing to do with the advertisers.
If they're happy with the audience that we're putting them in front of and happy with their return on their investment, that's as far as the conversation goes.

Well, here, first of all, there was an IRS letter.
So let's get into this.
There was a letter sent to TPUSA from the Secretary of the Treasury.
Listen to this.
That is just kind of the tip of the iceberg as far as the allegations.
I know that Wolves and Finances have kind of brought to the fore against TPUSA.
And Robert, I know I actually got some of the documents, the letter from the IRS to Erica Kirk and TPUSA that talks about what their situation is as regards to the IRS.
This letter has been floating around and recorded on by mainstream news outlets like CBS, except the letter itself has never been shown until Paramount Tactical's podcast.
In fact, I'm guessing he was not supposed to show this to his audience because it is quite shocking.
By the way, this tactical guy is the can he has a penchant for doing this.
He did this with Andrew Colvett when he was providing the fake alibis.
He really revealed that he was being funneled information directly from TPUSA insider Andrew Colvett, and he wasn't supposed to reveal that.
And he did.
He also inadvertently confirmed that Mitch Snow was at Camp Huachuca when he brought on his son, who he hadn't talked to for 22 years, to confirm that he so.
And now there's this.
He's now released this letter, which he probably wasn't supposed to.
But listen to what Zach has to say.
It is a two-page letter on Department of the Treasury letterhead.
It says it is responding to a request from Erica Kirk.
It says, one, there is no IRS investigation currently underway on turning point.
Two, all four 990 forms were filed by May 15th, 2025.
Three, will be filed by May 15th, 2026.
The letter is signed by Treasury Secretary Scott Besant.
Paramount Tactical is presenting this letter as some kind of evidence that there is no fraud at Turning Point.
That is ridiculous for a number of reasons.
We all know this because all of us deal with the IRS.
We all know this is not normal behavior.
Have any of you ever received a letter from the IRS saying, just letting you know, we're not doing an investigation on you?
No, of course you have not because the IRS does not do this.
And it's not coming from the IRS.
The letter is signed by the Treasury Secretary Scott Beset.
To me, this looks more like a political favor to Donald Trump's personal friends than a legitimate IRS communication.
Second, the wording in this letter does not mean anything.
Just because the IRS is not investigating does not mean there is no fraud going on.
This does not mean that donors cannot sue Turning Point to get their money back.
This does not mean that state attorney generals cannot file criminal charges against Turning Point executives.
This letter does not disprove my concerns about their finances.
And what is this?

At the top of the page, someone has crossed out Mrs. Kirk and wrote in Erica.
It looks like someone is proofreading Scott Besant's letter.
Who could that be?
I have reviewed so many White House documents, and in my opinion, that handwriting looks like it was written by Donald Trump.
If you compare it to other samples of his writing, he does a consistent method where he writes a name-dash, name-dash, name-dash.
The K is very much like this K.
The E is written the same way as this W.
This handwriting looks like it belongs to Donald Trump.
This letter does not look like it came from the IRS.
It looks like it came from the president of the United States.
Do you understand what this means?
This is the only document the Democrats need to impeach President Trump.
This looks like the president's handwriting on official letterhead of him interfering in an IRS investigation of his personal friends.

And so I knew immediately that the Trump administration was in on the cover-up.
So the FBI, the Trump administration, is in on this cover-up.
This has to be because Donald Trump is a lapdog to Maryam Adelson and Benjamin Netanyahu, meaning the Zionists.
So this had to do with Israel and the Zionists.
And that's why they were covering this up.
And so this is like unbelievable proof or evidence.
This is a great piece of evidence showing that Donald Trump is in on this.
And especially he's interfering in an IRS investigation.
What do you say, Stu?
How many people has the United States military assassinated or gone to war with at the direction of Israel's leadership?
Right.
How many people have we gone in and used our military or our special forces operatives and we've done assassinations?
We've gone and taken these people.
We've hanged them in the case of Saddam Hussein.
We threw them in the ocean in the case of Osama bin Laden.
We bring them back for the SDNY kangaroo court show trial in the case of, you know, Nicholas Maduro.
We go and we use force to take Bashar al-Assad and Mumar Gaddafi.
And so for me, what this looks like is a military operation.
And so I don't know that Donald Trump is just necessarily involved in a cover-up, but I think that he also too had foreknowledge because I believe it was a military operation to take out Charlie Kirk.
I believe that our government and that the military-industrial complex and that the Intel community very much took direction from the man that couldn't make his $150 million worth enough to Charlie Kirk.
And this was somebody who Benjamin Netanyahu knew he was going to have a really big problem with.
And I mean, you know, speaking of all of that, this guy's the first guy to come out and make a statement right after Charlie Kirk is murdered.
It's Benjamin Netanyahu on everybody's TV saying Israel didn't have anything to do with this.
I promise we didn't have anything to do with this.
Really love Charlie Kirk and his pro-Israel ways.
So to me, it looks like it's just people taking orders, you know, in the same chain of command that has become the status quo.
But as far as like, you know, Donald Trump writing that, I'm not subscribed.
I'm not committed to that.
I don't know that it was Donald Trump's handwriting.
A lot of people have said JD Vance's, but the point is it doesn't matter.
It came on Treasury Department letterhead.
It came from the federal government and it was a personalized message on government letterhead.
So the way that I view that is I view that as a pardon.
We're on your team.
We are solidly in your corner.
We are firmly behind you.
There is no accountability.
There is no investigation.
And, you know, like Wolves and Finance guy says, when do you get letters from the federal government telling you that you're not about to go to jail?
I mean, it just doesn't happen.
And so for me, that's the real takeaway from this letter is that it not even just pertaining to the financial fraud that we know is going on or at least have a really good idea that it's going on.
We've seen receipts.
They're in blatant violation of their 501c3 tax exempt status, as Zach D. Gregorio has pointed out here.
So it's not surprising to me to see this letter, but the way that I took it is that this is a pardon.
And, you know, as far as the, if we're going to talk about the Kash Patel narrative, just to kind of put an exclamation point on what you said, if they want to get this over with right now, everybody knows that UVU is basically a mini super surveillance state.
You can look around that campus and there are high-tech 4K cameras.
You can't look anywhere Anywhere without seeing them.
Show us the video of Tyler Robinson taking the kill shot with his grandfather's 30 out 6.
That's all you got to do.
Right.
You know, and as far as these people like Val Halla and Gary Malton and all these other operators and special forces guys, how many thousands of rounds of 30 out 6 ammo have these guys fired downrange trying to replicate the wound, but have been unable to do so?
Yeah, that's because 30 out 6 round didn't kill Charlie Kirk.
And everybody knows that.
These guys are paid.
These guys are propagandists for the government.
They're propagandists for the very machine that has ICE on the streets in Minneapolis killing American citizens, that has young American men being deployed to go overseas all over the place and staging for deployments to take on Iran and take on Russia and take on China and go into Cuba and Colombia and Venezuela and Greenland.
The same machine that has caused so much unnecessary death for America and for Americans and so much economic harm and so much filth and degeneracy and so much programming and the theft, the murder of childhood innocents in this country has been done at the hands of this machine.
And that letter came from those people.
And it was a welcome to the club letter.
Don't worry about accountability.
It's not happening around here.

We're going to ensure that President Trump has Congress for all four years.
We are going to get my husband's friend, JD Vance, elected for 48 in the most resounding way possible.
This is at AmericaFest, Turning Point USA's largest event with the CEO in a flashy pantsuit giving a speech endorsing a political candidate.
This is strictly forbidden under the law for a 501c3.
You cannot endorse political candidates.
That is political activity.
In my opinion, what Erica Kirk just did was illegal.
This is effectively using their tax exempt donations to create a campaign commercial for JD Vance.
And before you say, well, maybe it was paid for by one of the other companies that allow political activity.
No, no, no.
It says Turning Point USA behind her head during the speech.
The tickets for the event were sent out from Turning Point USA.
The fact page for the event is hosted at tpusa.com.
And at the bottom of the webpage, it explicitly says Turning Point USA is a 501c3.
It looks to me like the executives at Turning Point are playing pretty fast and loose with the laws concerning 501c3s.
Remember why this is important.
A 501c3 is tax exempt, which is a tax subsidy.
You are paying more in taxes so that they do not have to.
So is it fair that Democrats are paying taxes that fund a campaign commercial for JD Vance?
This is so unjust, which is why there are so many laws against what Erica Kirk just did.
If she wants to endorse a candidate, that's fine, but she needs to pay for it out of Turning Point PAC.
I'm going to give you the exact wording from IRS Revenue Rule 2007-41.
A 501c3 does not participate in or intervene in, including the publishing or distributing of statements, any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
That seems pretty clear that Erica Kirk's statement was illegal.
So the only nonprofit that is supposed to do political activity is the 501c4 Turning Point Action.
There is a special section on their 990 form where they are supposed to list out the political activity they are engaged in, Schedule C.
Now, everyone should go check out Schedule C for Turning Point Action because it is quite shocking.
For FY24, on line two, they listed that they spent $637,500 on political campaign activity expenditures.
Now, just let that sink in for a moment.
Out of Turning Point Action's $21 million budget, they only spent 3% on political activity.
Now, just from what you know about what Turning Point Action does, does that seem right to you?
Now, they actually provide a description of what the $637,500 was spent on.
They claim it was specifically political campaign activities include event expense.
So, they spent this money on some kind of event.
I'm guessing it was a campaign rally for Donald Trump.
And they are claiming that this is the only thing that Turning Point Action does that qualifies as political activity.
All of the rest of the millions of dollars that they have spent was not for political activity.
I have a really hard time believing that.
We're going to take a closer look.
So, so do I. Let me throw it to you, Stu.
What do you make of that?
It's obvious that they're breaking campaign finance laws.
But again, it doesn't matter if you break a law if there's no one in power there to prosecute you, which they seem to have a prosecution shield from the Trump administration.
What do you think?
Yeah, well, it's criminal.
Not only are they defrauding their own donors, but now they're defrauding every American taxpayer while they pretend to be a tax-exempt nonprofit and they're raking in hundreds of millions of dollars.
And you got Tyler Boyer on the screen there, too.
This guy and his super feed tech and what that whistleblower told me yesterday about, you know, all of this election law, ballot chasing, ballot harvesting, voter intimidation, using that super feed tech to work hand in hand with the Trump administration and with the GOP to steal and manipulate voter data.

That is a critical part of this whole machine because what have Republicans constantly done?
They have whined and bitched and moaned about Democrats doing that exact same thing.
And all the while, their favorite little activists here at Turning Point USA have been doing this to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars to ensure that Miriam Adelson is able to get her shekels worth after she pays $100 million in one election cycle to make sure that Donald Trump is the president to exact Project Esther.
If you haven't read that, read that.
That's 34 pages.
It's the blueprint.
It tells you exactly why it is that we're seeing all of this happen on the trajectory and at the scale that we are.
Because there has been a very specific initiative that's been laid out.
So yeah, not only are they committing fraud against their own donors, but they are against every American taxpayer.
It's criminal.
They should be going to jail.
And the Treasury letter was to say, you're not being investigated for crimes of financial malfeasance.
But the Kash Patel narrative is a message to say you're not going to face accountability or any kind of real criminal justice investigation.
We've got your back there too.
And the reason why all of these bases systematically are being covered is because at the end of the day, if the truth comes out about what happened to Charlie Kirk, there's a lot more people than I believe just Erica going to prison.
There's a lot more people than just Brian Harpole or some of these people that are committing financial crimes, some of these people dealing with these shadowy, strange relationships with Romanian or Eastern European orphanages.
I think that this is probably one of the most unprecedented cover-ups because it goes all the way to the top.
And I think that you would see in a just world where courts are actually participating in the examination of evidence and real juries are presented and law enforcement is tasked with doing their job and they all actually do it in a morally upright way and in accordance with the law, scrupulously adhering to all of the procedures, these people would all be going to prison, every one of them.
I believe that Donald Trump would be in prison for a lot of things.
And, you know, this is coming from a guy who I love Donald Trump.
I did.
I was a huge supporter in 2015.
I bought it at Hookline and Sinker.
I thought that this guy was going to be the human hand grenade that was thrown into the system.
But in retrospect, you can see this was the message.
They use it to manipulate.
They use it to gin up the hype, just like they get us to cheer on wars when Toby Keith writes a song, go put a boot in their ass.
That's the American way.
Wave your flag.
It's patriotic.
We got to go get these sand people before they come and get us.
They did this to these towers, George Bush.
Let's go get these people.
It's the same thing.
They have to get Americans to believe that all of this is real.
All of the elections are real.
The two-party system is real.
And when you see people who have this kind of boost in their algorithm and you see what it is they're talking about, if they're weighing in on political issues, whether it be domestically or foreign policy related, the ones that are getting the most boost, the Alex Joneses, who Liz Harris said is controlled by the Mossad, and I believe that.
Whether it be by blackmail, I bet there would be a lot.
That guy sat across from a woman that's pretending to be a man and said, When I look at you, I see nothing but woman.
I just hear, you're a beautiful woman.
That's what I see.
You know, I mean, so it's no doubt that there's probably some blackmail material.
You wouldn't have to work too hard to get that from Alex Jones.
But these people are very easily controlled by money.
And when that machine realized when Donald Trump won in 2016, largely by demonizing the media, there was a mass exodus.
People didn't pay attention to the things that the Fox News Channel or CNN or any of these major cable broadcast news networks were saying anymore.
They went to the information superhighway.
They went to places like Rumble.
They went to your show on YouTube.
They found me on Twitter.
They went to Instagram.
They found Candace Owens.
They're getting real information.
And the Beast saw that.
They already had a machine in place to subvert and to circumvent any kind of criticism.
And that was Turning Point USA.
And by using censorship to shield out everybody else, all they have to do is just deny, deny, deny.
These people are the ones that are responsible for investigating themselves.
Are they going to do that?
No.
It's like asking if Congress people are going to vote for term limits.
Yeah, I'm not going to work myself out of a job.
These people are the criminals.
What are they doing investigating criminals?
It's just a really, it's a situation that is really dire.
But, you know, God willing, and all glory to God, people are waking up.
And I see this happening.
I see it happening quickly.
And I think that there is a breaking point.
And I think that the breaking point is going to be in the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
I saw that you had Thomas Massey on the other day talking about that.
I think that that is kind of really going to be the straw because no matter where you align ideologically, politically, this is the hill that everybody can die on.
You don't touch our kids.
And when 8.5 billion people worldwide or 350 million in this country realize who's implicated in those files and on those tapes and what they're doing to those innocent children, I don't think there's going to be a safe place for these people to hide.
So, and I think that's coming.
I think that there's enough pressure.
I think that there is enough global knowledge that these things exist and that they are real.
And I think that the message here also needs to be that whether Epstein is dead or living very much alive and partying it up with Tupac on some island, or maybe he's just in Israel just living with Tom Alexandrovich and the rest of these people.
I think that people should probably understand that there are a lot more than just Jeffrey Epstein.
These operatives are currently working right now all over the place to keep this kind of, to feed the beast, to keep this power alive, to keep this blackmail, to keep this control happening.
