Welcome to the base report with the 2 Peters Network.
I'm your host, Frankie Stocks.
Thanks to everyone for joining me for this evening's broadcast as we kick off the week.
It's Monday night.
I hope everybody had a great weekend.
I hope you made it through that storm.
Okay.
We got about 10 inches of snow here.
We got some ice on top of that.
So schools have been closed.
You know, the roads are all a mess.
Power's been out.
We're actually filming the base report this evening from an alternate location.
So hopefully everything looks good, sounds good.
But I really wanted to make sure that we got on the air this evening because there is a whole lot that we need to talk about after this weekend and the news that broke.
I mean, the first and second amendment rights of the American people are coming under massive attack in this country.
They've been under attack.
You know, it's nothing new, but we're entering a phase where we are walking into really serious, just up in your face, both sides of the so-called political aisle on national TV, all over the internet, telling you around the clock, you're not allowed to speak.
You're not allowed to have a gun, et cetera, et cetera.
We're going to dig in to a couple different stories, a few different stories actually, that relate directly to that this evening.
There's some other things that I want to go over first.
But first and foremost, I really do want to say I hope that everybody made it through this storm.
Okay.
I mean, I saw some areas got absolutely smacked, you know, Middle Tennessee, areas around Nashville, hundreds of thousands of people without power.
I'm sure that we're going to start hearing, if we haven't started hearing already, about fatalities in multiple states.
You know, at least one person so far I've heard died in Virginia as a result of this storm.
And I'm sure that number is going to grow, you know, up and down the East Coast, through the middle of the country.
I mean, this was an absolutely massive storm.
They were calling it a once-in-a-century storm.
We talked the other day about how, hey, look, I mean, we're getting these once-in-a-century storms on an exceedingly regular basis.
I mean, what's really going on here?
I think that's what we all want to know.
But this really was an absolutely massive storm.
So I do mean it when I say I hope that everybody's all right in the aftermath of this.
You know, look, you're take care of your families, take care of whatever you need to take care of.
The base report is here on Rumble whenever you want to watch it.
But seriously, hearts out to everybody and hearts out to anybody who's been affected here.
But look, I want to jump into a couple of stories.
We're going to do like a quick mention.
There's something I want to talk about as it relates to K through 12 education and to some legislation that's making its way here in Virginia to continue brainwashing children to brainwash them even worse than they've been brainwashed over the past several years.
But before we do, I want to remind everybody that the base report is brought to you by American Hemp Hub.
You head on over there to AmericanHemphub.com.
Use the promo code Frankie at checkout for free shipping on all of your orders over $40.
And they'll even throw a little freebie down in the box for you.
So again, that's AmericanHempHub.com.
Promo code Frankie.
You can support the show, support the network, support an American company.
And I always say this, but I've got to say it again.
Look, as the name suggests, American Hemp Hub, this is an American company.
This stuff is produced in America.
It's sold by Americans.
Americans are the ones buying this stuff.
So AmericanHempHub.com, promo code Frankie.
And while you're online, head on over to thebastreport.petclub247.com to check out their all-natural pet food, pet supplements.
They've even got pet toys.
And look, this can kind of bridge off the storm here, right?
I mean, we know our food is poisoned.
Human food is poisoned.
Animal food is poisoned.
Everything around us is poisoned.
God knows.
God knows what was in that snow, that ice that just fell really all over the country.
I mean, was that a natural occurrence?
Was that an engineered occurrence?
Hey, that's up in the air.
But either way, God only knows the things that have been sprayed into our atmosphere, what just fell down on top of us and what falls down on top of us each and every day.
There is really a full spectrum assault on all life on this planet, not just human life, but animal life, plant life, the whole nine yards.
So any angle you can take here helps.
I've personally, and this is why I know it's January, so I feel like I've got to make this disclaimer.
This wasn't like a New Year's resolution thing.
I don't really go for that, you know, because everybody just gives them up anyways.
But I've been trying personally to really clean up what I eat, eat a lot more vegetables, eat a lot more organic type of stuff.
You know, I'm cooking a lot of organic beef, a lot of organic chicken in the crock pot, eating a whole ton of celery.
I was just telling Stu earlier today, actually, I've been on this like celery binge.
It's just celery, celery, celery, celery all the time.
And so I'm really trying to clean my eating act up here.
And so it's just a simple way that you can kind of fight back against all of the toxins that we're taking in on a daily basis.
Proper Defense Needed00:09:08
So look, it goes for humans.
It goes for pets too.
And so the baste report.petclub247.com.
That's a solution.
I just had a light go out here, guys.
We're just going to keep on rolling.
Again, we're on an alternative setup today.
I think there's enough light around here.
But yeah, that's just great.
We're off to a roaring start here, right, guys?
But look, this is the base report big storm episode of 2026.
So look, strap in.
Let's go ahead and get started here.
The quick mention that I want to want to jump off on is here in Virginia, the Democrats, they've put forward legislation, and this is to force children in schools K through 12 to learn about homosexuality, to learn about transgenderism.
They're trying to push forward an entirely new unit called queer history, LGBT history, whatever they're going to call it.
This is faggy, homosexual, transgenderism, fake history that they're going to shove down kids' throats, shove into kids' brains, so that they can break them.
That's what this is all about.
This is a direct descendant of the library books, of the perversion that's been slid in to school curricula, whether it's a public school, a private school, a charter school.
I mean, these things have become issues.
This has arisen really all over the country in every type of school that you can imagine.
And look, if they want to go for transgender history, I have an idea for them.
How about the transgender history of a few good men standing up in Berlin, Germany, and burning down Magnus Hirschfeld's Institute of Sexology, destroying his transgender training manuals, his child pornography, his pornography freak show magazines of a bunch of men with their fake breasts in the 1930s.
Just imagine how hideous it was.
Transgenderism in the 1930s.
It's hideous now.
Just imagine what it was then.
Oh my gosh, it's like incomprehensible.
But maybe they should teach the kids about how previously in history, a group of people rose up and they said, you know what?
You're getting this smut.
You're getting this filth the hell out of our country.
And you know what?
We're just going to destroy it for good measure.
So I think that that's a lesson worth learning here.
But anything else?
No, look, get it the hell away from our kids.
These people are sick and you're seeing it at the political level.
This is nothing too different from what we see in DC with the Epstein perbs, right?
You've got a Congress full of pedophiles who are on tape, compromised, raping children.
And then you've got state legislatures full of pedophiles who want to use the power of the government, who want to use the power of the state to ram homosexuality and transgenderism into the consciousness of children.
This is grooming.
This is mental rape.
It's psychological rape.
It's spiritual rape.
And in many cases, with these freaks that are running our public schools, it turns into physical rape.
Whether we're talking about teachers molesting students, administrators molesting students, or other students, you know, like in Loudoun County, Virginia, where the tranny freak show gender-fluid male who wore a skirt was allowed to serially rape female students.
He wore a skirt so he'd have easy access so that he could rape.
And this guy was allowed to do this, and the school district covered up for it and arrested a victim's father when he showed up at the school demanding justice.
So, what we see in schools, what we see in state legislatures that are facilitating this and on boards of education, it's really not so different from the Epstein class in Washington, D.C.
And hey, look, these people at the state level, well, what are they on tape doing?
We talked on one of the first days that this show was on air about the 50 states one Israel delegation to Israel, of course.
And these people from the state governments, from local governments, they were going over to Israel.
They were humping the wall.
They were licking the wall.
They were listening to speeches from Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli dignitaries, if you can even call them that.
And they were getting their instructions on how they were going to serve Israel in the United States.
Well, how many of these guys were compromised while they were over there, right?
How many of these guys, how many of these women are on tape in some hotel room, maybe the King David Hotel, where Matt Gates says he caught some kind of Israeli slime ball going through his room, probably looking for material to compromise him with when he was on a trip over there?
How many of these people are on tape during that trip to Israel, committing an egregious act that's now being held over the head of their political career, and they're somebody's slave and the American people are paying the price for it?
But look, speaking of paying the price here, and this is where we're going to get in to free speech and Second Amendment rights.
And this is going to pretty much carry us through the show.
Look, Jonathan Kagle, okay, this is an American journalist, and this guy has been arrested.
You probably know him on X over on social media.
He's got the account Decent Backup, Decent JC.
He's all over the place.
He's had several different accounts, but he's been arrested.
And just today, he is stepping in front of a federal court.
So we're going to follow up on this and we're going to look more into it and see what's the result of that hearing.
But he's being charged with cyber stalking.
And this is the result of a group of psychotic Zionists who have been mass reporting him, trying to get him kicked off of the internet, trying to get him kicked off of various platforms, unpublished, unvideoed, just make this guy into a ghost.
They've done report after report after report.
They've gotten law enforcement involved.
They've accused him of harassing them, of threatening them, of stalking them, et cetera.
And now he's been arrested and he's been thrown in jail and he's facing federal charges.
He's going in front of a federal court.
And this is a guy who is a journalist on the internet, right?
How many, how many reports does it take to get you arrested and to get you thrown in jail?
I mean, is there a magic number here?
Is there a magic number of people that have to come after you or you just have to get marked to be destroyed?
And then eventually they'll come around to you.
We talked the other day, especially over on Stu's show during the base report segment over there about X's new program where they're flagging accounts and they're suppressing your content and they're not letting anyone see what you say.
They'll give you a score, 80%, 90%, and they're going to reduce your reach and gradually snuff you out.
Once you're pushed into your corner of the internet, are they just going to come to your house and arrest you?
I mean, because if a bunch of group of people gets together on the internet and they say, we don't like this guy, let's accuse him of cyber stalking.
Let's accuse him of this.
Let's accuse him of that.
Are they just going to come and kick in your door and take you away?
I mean, this is really troubling.
There's a Give Send Go page that is up that his mother's put up.
I want to take us over to that page.
His mom says, I'm Lisa Kagle, and my son needs help with a legal matter as he is a patriot fighting for America's future.
He has a platform on X and is joined by so many that share the same passion for the great USA.
Any donation is greatly appreciated.
She says, we're raising legal funds to help cover the legal defense of a man facing serious federal charges that raise important questions about free speech, due process, and the proper limits of government power.
The case is complex, high stakes, and emotionally taxing, not just for him, but for his family and loved ones.
Federal cases move quickly, require specialized legal expertise, and are extremely expensive to defend properly.
Without strong representation, the system can overwhelm even those who believe deeply in their innocence.
This fundraiser is not about relitigating the case online or attacking anyone involved.
It's about ensuring that every person, regardless of public opinion, has access to a vigorous, competent defense as guaranteed by the Constitution.
Legal fees for federal defenses can include, and there's this list here.
And I mean, it's every step of the way.
Every contribution, no matter the size, helps ensure that this case is decided in a courtroom based on facts and law, not by financial imbalance or fear.
If you're unable to donate, sharing this page is also deeply appreciated.
Thank you for standing up for fairness, justice, and the due process.
So look, this is going to play out in court, but federal court is a huge, very difficult road to hoe.
I mean, when the federal government comes at you, they're coming at you with endless resources.
When people are able to get the federal government to act and come and get you, I mean, that's a big problem for you.
Look at what happened to the J Sixers, the way that they were railroaded.
They were taken out of their houses in the middle of the night.
They were thrown in jail.
And they were told, you've got 40 years, you've got 50 years, you've got 60 years hanging over your head.
In some cases, you've got life hanging over your head.
And there's really nothing that you can do about it.
The federal government, they rely on using that intimidation factor, telling you, hey, there's no way you can fight back.
There's nothing you can do.
They rely on that.
It's an intimidation system.
And if you can get proper legal defense and you're innocent, then you can beat them.
But you've got to have a proper defense.
And again, as it's mentioned in that page, I mean, every American citizen is entitled to a competent defense.
Plants Hanging Over Heads00:06:43
And so check that out.
We're going to definitely follow this story.
We're going to follow up on his court hearing.
And we're going to get some more information about what exactly is going on here because this is one of these things where there is so much attack, attack, attack out there from a group of accounts on X that have marked Jonathan to just destroy him that it can be hard to even read between the lines and see what's going on.
And that's part of it.
That's part of it.
Massive character assassination.
And by the time you're rounded up, everybody looks at you like the bad guy.
I mean, that seems to be what's going on here.
Again, we're going to continue looking into this and we'll be back with some more information on it.
And we're going to definitely see how the court hearing went today.
But look, moving on here, I mean, this is somewhat of a Soviet style system that we're living under, right?
You're a journalist, you're an internet commentator, whatever.
You're expressing your right to free speech.
And then people decide, hey, let's make this guy a target.
Hey, this guy's over the target, so let's turn him into the target, right?
I mean, it's a Soviet-style system.
And look, speaking of Soviet-style, and this actually relates more to the storms, but it was kind of out of order over in the notes here.
So I'm going to bring this up because I think this is a really big deal.
And I posted over about this on X this weekend during the storm.
And American citizens, they're now facing household power shutoffs in the middle of massive snow and ice storms like we just saw, because the political class, they've permanently closed functioning power grids and they've made data centers their number one priority in powering.
I mean, these people have planted data centers all over the countryside in this country, especially here in Virginia.
That takes top priority, not just for electricity, but for water.
And now, during these big storms, as the grid experiences higher and higher demands, the people are being told: hey, you know what?
The electric company, we might have to shut you down.
We might have to turn off your power.
Not because, you know, a tree snapped and cut the line outside your house or down the street in your neighborhood, but because there's just not enough to go around.
And why does anybody think there's not enough to go around?
It's exactly the reason I just mentioned.
But these letters were sent out.
This was sent into me during the storm.
Let me go ahead and share the screen here.
This is from Rappahannock Electric Cooperative in Virginia.
They're saying that during periods of extreme temperatures, the demand for electricity peaks.
And while their local grid is performing as it should, the transmission grid operator, which is PJM, has issued a warning of the potential need to reduce electric load to maintain the integrity of the wider electrical grid.
As a result, there is the possibility that transmission grid outages will impact service to the following areas: Frederick County, Clark County, Warren County, Rappahannock County, Culpeper County, Page County, and Fauquier County.
I actually, I grew up in Culpeper County.
At this time, we want to emphasize that this is a warning.
However, out of an abundance of caution, we are issuing this notice so that you can make plans to keep your family safe in the event of a transmission level interruption that's directed by PJM.
Now, I got back in touch with this person at a later point, and their power was never actually cut off.
They received a notice that it wasn't going to be cut off.
And I would imagine that that notice was received after there was huge backlash going into this power company and saying, what the hell are you talking about here?
You know, we're paying customers.
What do you mean you're cutting off our power?
You know, this is like Soviet-style rolling blackouts.
We've seen this in California.
I mean, this is already here in America, and now it's spreading across the country.
And again, a big part of why is not just the data centers, but because the shutdown of perfectly functioning power plants, namely coal power plants, by these environmentalist whack jobs who we know they don't actually care about the environment.
They just call themselves environmentalists.
They care about control and they see their whole environmental narrative as a means to take control of people, as a means to make your life uncomfortable, to make you desperate, and to reduce the human population.
And these people have shut down fully functioning power plants all over the country.
And I want to show this graph over on X because I found this to be really interesting.
The state of West Virginia was really keeping other states' power grids alive with their coal-fired power plants.
So take a look at this.
West Virginia's coal-fired power plants are saving the Eastern Electrical Grid this morning.
West Virginia is way up in the plus.
Everybody in the surrounding area is way down in the negatives.
Pennsylvania, by the way, I looked at a bigger map.
Pennsylvania was in the pluses.
Full disclosure here.
That's mostly based off natural gas, I would imagine.
But West Virginia and their coal-fired power plants, I mean, they were, they were keeping this thing alive.
And it's amazing because you see these states in the surrounding area, especially Maryland, especially Virginia, where these communists have taken over and they've shuttered power plants.
I mean, between 2021 or 2019 and 2022, Virginia's power plants were massively, massively shuttered.
There's almost no coal power plants left in the state.
And this was one of second to West Virginia as one of the top coal-producing regions of the country.
And now the coal power plants have been shut down because the very same psychos in Richmond who want to train kids on being trannies, who want to train kids on gay history.
And now they're begging for West Virginia and their coal power plants to keep them running.
Otherwise, you're going to face rolling blackouts like it's the freaking Soviet Union.
So this is really what we can expect.
I mean, in this country going forward.
It's desperation in times like this because everything has been set up to fail.
Our infrastructure has been set up to fail.
Our government has been set up to fail.
And our constitutional rights have been set up to be ripped away from us.
That's what we're going to talk about in the second segment.
I'm going to leave a little bit more time so that we can go a little longer in that segment.
We're going to cut to break right now, guys.
I will be back in just a second.
The Constitutional Rights Trap00:15:19

Welcome back to the Baste Report with Frankie Stocks here on the Stew Peters Network.
I'm your host, Frankie Stocks.
Thanks to everyone for sticking with me through that break.
Thanks for joining me for this evening's broadcast as we kick off the week here on Monday evening.
It's been a wild weekend.
It's been a wild start to the week.
Again, we're filming from an alternative bass report studio, sub-studio location here.
We've got lights going out.
We've got notes jumping out of order, but we're here.
We're plugging along, baby.
And this is going to be really the main segment of the show, anyways.
This is where we're going to get into the meat and potatoes of our coverage.
Because look, by now, everybody knows what happened over the weekend, I'm sure, in Minneapolis.
And it's really less the shooting itself of this guy, Alex Predi, that I want to talk about.
And I want to talk more about the fallout and the implications of this shooting and the discussion that we're seeing nationally surrounding this shooting, because this is all part of marching us down a road in which our constitutional freedoms are ripped away from us.
They're shredded.
They're burnt in the street by federal agents.
And then you have mobs of people, depending on who's in power, on either side of the fake aisle, clapping their hands and cheering them on and saying, job well done.
Please, please weaponize the government against my political opponents.
And this really, it really does just have to stop.
I mean, we are marching ourselves down the road through these manufactured wedge issues, marching ourselves down the road to total tyranny and the total erasure of anything that this country ever stood for, ever symbolized.
And in what many people believe to be a fight to get back what this country stood for and what this country symbolized, they're handing over that exact same thing, right?
Does that make sense here?
People are being gaslit, especially right now, into thinking I'm standing against these lefties.
I'm standing against these Bolsheviks.
I'm standing with the Trump administration.
And at the very same time, they're giving up everything that they believe they're protecting, the American way of life, our Constitution, our right to bear arms, our right to free speech.
I mean, they're handing all of that over and giving it up.
And it happens with these people on the so-called left, too.
I mean, just think of what they spent the past four years doing.
I mentioned it in the previous segment, hunting down January 6th thought criminals, turning them into January 6th political prisoners.
I mean, these, you see it on both sides of the political aisle, the weaponization of the state against other American citizens.
And this is just, this is a trap.
That's exactly what this is.
We're walking into a trap.
So look, on the shooting of Alex Predty, this guy from Minneapolis, he was obviously some type of left-wing agitator or gassed up, brainwashed, psy-opt agitator who was out there filming ICE agents and protesting.
They say that he actually took to the streets after Renee Goode was killed.
I don't know how true that is, but I want to look at this not from the angle of who was this guy and do we agree with him or not?
Because obviously we know we don't agree with any of this guy's political stances.
I think that that's pretty obvious, except for maybe if he had the stance of the right to bear arms, I think we would align there.
But everywhere else, I really don't think that we agree with this guy much.
I mean, you're seeing pictures posted of him online with stay home, wear a mask, stop the spread, that kind of stuff.
He was a nurse at a VA hospital.
So, I mean, that definitely adds up.
But look, this is bigger than who's on the right and who's on the left.
The being on the right, being on the left, that's the trap that every single one of us is walking into right now.
I've been having conversations with family members all day who guess what?
They're walking into that trap.
You know, it's so I'm not sitting here acting like I'm the biggest intellectual on planet Earth and I'm going to tell everybody what to do.
I mean, this is really just, this is what I'm seeing here.
And I want to go through what I'm seeing and share it with you guys and feel free to tell me what you're seeing.
I mean, this is, but I think this is very serious.
And so with that said, we're going to jump in here.
And I posted a video over on X. I've been getting lambasted for it in the comments section by probably, I don't know, 70% of the people who've left a reply.
Others are agreeing with me.
But look, I want to throw this out there.
This is kind of my take, if you will, on the shooting of this guy and the legality of this and kind of kick off this segment here.
So let's go ahead and play that.
We'll come back on the other side and we'll continue the conversation.
If you take the Second Amendment even remotely seriously, no matter what your views are on immigration or any other political issue, then you should be alarmed, to say the very least, by the latest ICE shooting in Minnesota.
Alex Predty was a legal gun owner who was licensed to carry his firearm in the state of Minnesota before it was ripped out of its holster and he was shot in the back by federal agents from a bureaucracy tied to Israel and the IDF.
And now the Trump administration, by way of Pam Bondi in her latest strongly worded letter, is admitting that they're not in Minnesota to run mass deportations, but instead to politically weaponize the Department of Homeland Security against the Democrats under the false guise of giving the American people the mass deportations that they thought they were voting for in the 2024 presidential election.
This has never been about mass deportations.
It's about political power and sowing chaos, which both sides are responsible for, by the way, and that will lead to the further destruction of the constitutional rights of American citizens.
All right, now look, I mean, you'll notice I called it an ICE shooting.
It ends up it's actually border patrol agents.
Regardless, these are two divisions of the Department of Homeland Security.
So they're both under the command of the Department of Homeland Security.
It's probably more accurately described as a DHS shooting.
But outside of that little slip up there, you know, this is my take on this.
And look, that's exactly what I believe we're walking into here: is an attack on our Second Amendment rights, an attack on our First Amendment rights.
Either one, join them together.
It's all the same.
They're both coming.
They're coming for both of them at the very same time.
And this situation here is going to be weaponized, and it already is to get people on the so-called right jumping up and down in support of gun control.
Now, I mentioned there in that video, this guy was a legal gun owner.
He was a gun permit holder.
He was allowed to be armed.
This gun was pulled out of his holster during this confrontation with law enforcement, federal law enforcement.
Let's make that distinction.
And then he was shot over and over and over again.
Okay, now there's been reports that the gun went off and things of that nature.
But look, they disarmed him and they shot him.
And then you have people posting pictures of him once he's like popped back up and he's realizing he's been shot and he looks to be reaching for his back, probably because he was just shot in the back.
And they're saying, there it is.
He's reaching for a gun.
I mean, people are really jumping out of the freaking park here to say, oh, yeah, this was justified.
This is what they get.
I have people leaving comments saying this is what commies get.
I understand.
I get what you're saying here.
And it's because these types of situations are portrayed to us in a way that appeals to our worst senses, right?
It appeals to like your immediate visceral response.
Commie got what's coming to him.
I've been there, okay?
I've said all of those things.
But look, after January 6th, the commies, they were saying Ashley Babbitt had it coming to her.
Roseanne Boylan had it coming to her.
All those people who are getting thrown in jail had it coming to them.
They attacked the Capitol.
They attacked law enforcement.
Both sides lionize law enforcement.
Both sides act like they're the moral authority.
And again, that is part of the entire trap that we're walking into with all of this.
Now, as far as this guy's gun ownership goes, people have been leaving comments in the replies there, and they're saying he wasn't carrying his ID.
Therefore, he wasn't allowed to carry his gun.
This was an inappropriate time for him to carry his gun.
This is what I'm talking about here.
So just laying out the facts, he was licensed to carry a gun in Minnesota.
He was a legal gun owner.
Okay, those are just facts there.
I don't support forcing people to have a license to walk around with a gun.
I don't support that at all.
I'm a constitutional carry supporter.
But you see all of these so-called conservatives who are jumping up in this and saying, oh, he didn't have his driver's license with him.
That invalidates his entire carry permit.
I mean, they get you to sign on to gun control through things just like this.
Weaponize the concept of gun control, accept existing gun control measures because you can tout them as the reason it's justified that this guy was killed.
And at the very same time, we're seeing members of government like Kash Patel, the Indian they've got running the FBI, now saying you don't have a Second Amendment right when it comes to attending a protest.
People are parroting that.
We're going to play the clip here in just a second.
But this guy is coming out and saying, yeah, you're not allowed to carry a gun to a protest.
It's illegal.
You're going to get shot by the police if you carry a gun to the protest.
That's the message that's being sent here, that it's some kind of death penalty offense to carry a gun to a protest.
Well, I'm sorry, I've attended numerous protests, pro-gun protests, where people are armed and they're walking around, open carrying, concealed carrying, a little bit of both.
The First and Second Amendment are inseparable from each other.
They are right next to each other in our Constitution for a reason.
They protect one another.
And now you see members of the Trump administration, which is supposedly conservative, which is supposedly America first, in this situation that they've created through totally failed deportation raids because people aren't getting deported and all this.
It's a total failure.
It's now been turned on the people, which was the point the entire time, again, to dissolve not just our First and Second Amendment, but our entire Constitution.
That's where this is headed.
And now you see members of the Trump administration trying to make some kind of separation and say the First and Second Amendment are mutually exclusive and you don't get to practice both of them at the same time.
That is dangerous as hell.
Let's go ahead and play the clip of this invasive FBI director trying to tell the American people exactly that.
You can't practice the First and Second Amendment at the same time.
Let's play that clip.
As Christy said, you cannot bring a firearm loaded with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want.
It's that simple.
You don't have that right to break the law and incite violence.
We will, of course, always protect your First Amendment speech.
And if you peacefully protest, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
But you have seen a trend here, not just in Minnesota, but across the country in these protests turning into violent scenarios and people attacking law enforcement.
That's when you go over the line and that's when law enforcement steps in.
I mean, he's straight up telling you, you can't bring a gun to a protest.
When did that become law?
People are saying it's law in Minnesota.
That's an unconstitutional law.
And now you've got conservatives, Republicans, Trump supporting types signing on to support that so that they can justify this.
Do you see what I mean when I'm saying this is a trap?
And look, there's been some groups because when I posted that clip that I played earlier, the caption said, where are all the cold dead hands guys?
And that's obviously a jab at the MAGA types who are signing off on this, cheerleading this, while at the same time saying if some federal agent tried to take my gun, he'd have to take it from my cold, dead hands.
Well, they took it from this guy's holster and then they killed him.
But look, the National Association of Gun Rights, they've come out and they've made statements on this, specifically on Kash Patel's claim that you can't bring a gun to a protest.
And I really appreciate the comparison that they're drawing here.
I really appreciate them stepping out and saying this because I totally agree.
Let's go ahead and share the screen.
This is over on X. Again, from the National Association for Gun Rights, thousands of Americans have gathered across the country to support Second Amendment rights, some openly and some concealed, armed without incident.
Hundreds in Virginia just last week.
The mere presence of a firearm is not evidence of criminal intent.
Anyone who claims to be pro-gun should never suggest otherwise.
Gun owners do this peacefully every time a blue state tries to pass gun control.
And that's 100% accurate.
They do it peacefully every time a blue state tries to enact gun control.
And look, you can say this guy wasn't peaceful.
You can say this guy was in an altercation with the police.
I personally think that the video footage pretty clearly shows that he was attacked by these federal agents.
When he intervened, he injected himself into a situation.
I think that we can all agree none of these people should be out there, but they've been psyoped.
They've been told, get out in the streets.
That serves both parties.
And so he was there.
And now this has happened.
But I don't see any universe in which you can't take a gun to a protest.
They've tried to say that he was going to do some big mass shooting.
That doesn't seem to have panned out.
People don't seem to be buying that.
They've tried to say that he had a gun in his hand.
They've tried to say that he was drawing on federal agents to kill him.
Consequences of Speech00:15:03
And I don't see any of that.
And look, if I'm wrong, I'm wrong.
But I don't see any of that.
And the National Association for Gun Rights, because Kash Patel claimed in his little statement that he had multiple magazines, as if that matters, they elaborated on their response.
And I'll read it here: carrying an extra magazine implies nothing.
Holsters designed to carry spare magazines are common and widely sold.
Training resources and guides across the internet actively recommend it.
Thousands of law-abiding Americans do this every day.
This is standard, not overkill.
Claiming otherwise sets a dangerous precedent for Second Amendment rights and creates an easy backdoor argument for magazine bans and similar legislation.
And look, that's exactly what they're doing here.
I mean, we're kind of watching in real time as members of a Republican presidential administration that claimed it was going to support the Second Amendment, poke their heads up and say, ah, you know what?
I'm actually, I'm in support of gun control.
I mean, it's just the inversion of things here based off of who's in power is absolutely ridiculous.
And it's, I was talking to a guy about this earlier today.
And I don't want to throw his name out there and do the whole doxing thing.
But look, we're messaging back and forth.
And I'm like, dude, this is why I've always come back to considering myself somewhat of a small L libertarian.
Like, not a libertarian like Chase Oliver, going to pose with Tranny's, going to pose with drag queens, and basically be some Marxist that says he likes, you know, freedom of movement or something.
I'm not going to do that.
Not that kind of libertarian, but a small L type of libertarian, like the founders of this country were.
To where you see these political parties every few years go back and forth on major issues.
The issues get bigger and bigger.
They get more and more impactful.
And now the Republicans, when they're in power, attack free speech.
They look like they're ready to attack the Second Amendment.
And the Democrats, when they're in power, do the very same thing.
One side acts all aghast when the other side's doing it.
And then they take power and then they do it themselves.
And it's just over and over and over again.
And we sit here arguing and we surrender our rights the entire time.
So, look, do I think this Alex Predi character should have been out there?
No, I obviously don't.
At the same time, I can see these mass deportation raids are a failure.
It's by design.
And on the other side, the Democrats, they all work for the same people.
They're saying, hey, get out there.
Putting the battery in their back, sending them out in the streets.
They're giving the Republican-ordered law enforcement people to fight.
I mean, both sides are putting them out there in the streets.
And in the midst of it, nobody's getting deported.
And now Donald Trump is stepping up and saying, hey, you know what?
I have a lot of heart for illegals.
We only want to get rid of the criminals.
We don't want to get rid of people with jobs.
They're all criminals.
They invaded this country.
If they have jobs, they're stealing the jobs of Americans.
They're probably stealing the social security numbers of Americans.
They are all criminals.
But that gets lost in the whole argument about these shock and all, headline-grabbing, jaw-dropping type of raids that get people all pissed off one way or the other.
This was never going to work in its current form.
You send some law enforcement in.
You send some protesters out.
You have the big clash in the street.
I mean, we've been talking about this.
And then you weaponize that against everybody else.
And you take away their Second Amendment rights.
You take away their First Amendment rights.
You take away their Fourth Amendment rights.
I mean, it just goes on and on and on.
And this is dangerous to our country.
It really is.
And look, I voted for Trump on the notion of, hey, if we get mass deportations, it's all worth it.
But we're not getting mass deportations.
This is no modern day Operation Wetback.
That's not what this is at all.
This is just some shock and all, get people fighting, get people arguing, and then use it against the population.
And speaking of using it against the population, you know, let's throw the First Amendment into here because I saw a really alarming video from Greg Bovino from the Border Patrol, who came out and said to the media that speech has consequences, et cetera, et cetera.
I mean, these are all the talking points that Donald Trump, the mass deportation president, the free speech president, the peace president, that he was supposed to be against, right?
But here are his guys out here saying exactly the same thing that they were saying in the Biden administration.
They're just directing it at different people.
Let's go ahead and watch this.
When politicians, community leaders, and some journalists engage in that heated rhetoric we keep talking about, when they make the choice to vilify law enforcement, calling law enforcement names like Gestapo or using the term kidnapping.
That is a choice that has made their actions and consequences that come from those choices.
And then when you choose, when someone chooses to listen to a politician, a so-called journalist, a community leader that spouted that type of vilification towards law enforcement or anything else, when you choose to listen to that, that is a choice and there are consequences and actions there also.
I think we saw that yesterday.
I mean, they've done a total 180.
They've done a total 180-degree turn to say, hey, you know what?
Now your speech has limits.
Now your right to bear arms has limits.
And if you violate those limits, some federal goon squad is going to come pick you up and they're going to take you away.
I don't like to call them the Gestapo.
I like to call them the Stasi because we're walking right into a modern-day Soviet Union.
And a lot of people who think they're fighting back against the Bolsheviks are aiding the Bolsheviks in their mission.
Lay the groundwork, lay the framework, lay the pretext to oppress natural-born American citizens en masse through exactly what we just saw with this Alex Predi guy.
I mean, now you're going to have Republicans saying, ah, you know what?
Armed protests, they're no good.
You're going to have your conservative influencer class saying, yeah, you know what?
You're not allowed.
You're not allowed to carry a gun to a protest.
It's evil.
It's criminal.
It's bad.
You know, look, the Gun Rights Association, I mean, I think they really hit it on the head with that post that showed armed protesters in Virginia.
That was Lobby Day.
They just did it days ago.
It happened in 2020.
Thousands upon thousands of people coming in and exercising their First and Second Amendment rights at the very same time.
And just because it's like satisfying to use a situation where some leftist or some guy who you're told is a leftist is out on the streets and he gets shot and you're like, yeah, you had it coming to him.
Well, they can pull that same card.
It's both sides are allowing this to happen.
We're giving everybody what they want here except for the American people.
And caught up in the middle of this, again, it's the mass deportations.
We voted for mass deportations.
Instead, we're about to go down the road of a First Amendment battle and a Second Amendment battle.
And these deportations are going to be ignored.
And look, you've got Christy Noam running the DHS.
I mean, this woman's a joke.
When she was governor of South Dakota, she was bringing in the very same third worlders who have invaded our country and who they're now trying to get rid of.
She was opening up South Dakota, a white supermajority state, or at least it was, to third world so-called refugees.
She actually volunteered to take in refugees when Trump was president the first time.
These Republicans who say that they're against all of this, who say that they want to get rid of these people, they brought them here right alongside the Democrats so that we could get to the situation we're in today.
Emmer, the congressman from Minnesota, was essential in bringing in Somalis, putting them in Minneapolis so that they could commit crimes, so that they could rip off the U.S. taxpayer.
So the Republicans, right alongside the Democrats, brought these people here in the first place.
And now we see both sides Trying to create a civil war scenario, which will lead to these people staying around, Americans losing their rights, and Americans dying.
Now, look, I've got this letter pulled up here, and I want to put it on the screen in a second.
And this is from Christy Noam as the governor of South Dakota.
It's dated December 19th, 2019.
And she's sending this to then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo saying, hey, you know what?
South Dakota is open for business.
Send in these refugees.
Take a look from the office of the governor, Christy Noam.
Dear Secretary Pompeo and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary O'Connell, this letter is in reference to Executive Order 13888 on enhancing state and local involvement in resettlement.
I am grateful for the Trump administration's consideration of our state's rights in determining policies and actions that impact what happens within our own state borders.
I appreciate the opportunity and consultation required under this executive order.
I take my duty to protect the security, safety, and prosperity of our citizens very seriously.
In issuing this letter, I rely on the steps taken by the White House and State Department to ensure the safety of our citizens through strengthened vetting of refugees.
Gosh, these tools provide much-needed assurance about the integrity of the U.S. refugee admissions program to the state and to the communities, choosing, key word, choosing to welcome refugees.
As governor of South Dakota, I write to consent to initial refugee resettlement and affirm participation in the USARP for those South Dakota localities that offer their independent consent as per the terms of the executive order.
This consent expires December 31st, 2020, and I reserve the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
This consent in no way limits individual localities within South Dakota from exercising their discretion and authority to consent to resettlement in their communities as per the terms of the executive order.
Sincerely, Christy Noam, governor of South Dakota.
Now, look, they can act like this is some kind of, you know, freedom version or Republican version of this.
Oh, the localities get to choose.
No, it's up to an actual patriotic governor, to a real America first governor, like we're now told she's in an America first administration that's not America first at all.
It's up to them to shut this down and say this isn't happening in our state.
I mean, look at what they've done in places like Virginia, in places like California, in places like Washington.
A handful of counties have brought in hordes of foreigners, hordes of third worlders, and they've now taken over the entire political dynamic of those states.
And as governor, Christy Noam, she says it right there.
She's voluntarily consenting to bringing in more, more, and more.
It's never enough.
It's never enough.
And now they're cutting off these refugee resettlement programs, which they should because they're not real refugees, nine times out of 10, anyways.
And even if they are, go somewhere else.
We're full.
But they're cutting these programs off.
And they're now deporting these people.
This is giving fuel to these ICE operations, to these border patrol operations, to these DHS operations.
They fueled them.
They brought these people in here.
They welcomed them.
And now they are using them as an excuse to send federal law enforcement out onto the streets to kill American citizens who are legally carrying firearms.
And then they're using the argument that you're not allowed to practice the First and Second Amendment at the same time.
They're using the argument that you're supposed to abide by blue state, whatever color state you want to call it, gun control orders that are unconstitutional.
This is how they are cementing the idea of gun control into the mind of so-called conservatives.
They're saying, Don't you want to take those crazy liberals' guns away?
They've tried this with the trannies.
Don't you want to take those trannies' guns away?
If you can take it from a tranny, you can take it from me.
I mean, it's really as simple as that.
Benjamin Franklin had that whole quote.
I'm going to get it wrong, so I'll just paraphrase whether you want a dangerous freedom or safe totalitarianism, safe authoritarianism.
Somebody help me out in the comments.
You know what I'm talking about.
Would Rather Have Freedom00:02:18
I know that you all do.
I would rather have dangerous freedom.
I would rather have a country where the American people can possess and carry any firearm that they want.
They can say whatever the hell they want.
They can report on whatever the hell they want without getting snatched up by the feds and being dragged in front of a federal court without mobs of people descending on them on the internet in real life, whatever the case may be, and demanding their arrest and then getting it because they adhere to a certain ideology and the other party doesn't.
I don't want a country where those things happen.
And look, if we're going to be serious about mass deportations, then bring in the military.
Operation Wetback was a military operation.
This should be too.
But that's not what this is about.
That's not what the end goal is here.
There's going to be more to talk about related to this as the week goes on.
So we're definitely going to get into some more.
We're about all out of time here, guys, this evening for the base report.
I'm Frankie Stocks.
I appreciate all of you guys joining me again.
I hope that everybody rode out the storm okay.
If it affected you, if it didn't, I hope you had a good weekend.
But look, we're going to jump out of here.
Stu is going to be up next.
Come back tomorrow evening around 7 p.m. Eastern time.
We'll be back on air.
Hopefully, we'll be back in the base report studio.
I can't make any promises.
Again, we got a good bit of snow.
We got ice.
They've already canceled school and things for tomorrow.
So I'm not like super expecting to be back with the full scale setup going on.
But I think we did all right, all things considered.
Again, this is the great storm episode of 2026, the aftermath of the great storm of 2026.
So it'll be one to remember.
But look, guys, anyways, I will see you all tomorrow evening.
I appreciate you all joining me.
Seriously, think about these things.
Give me your takes on these things.
I mean, this is really important stuff that we're looking at here.
And I just see so clearly, I mean, the so-called conservatives doing anything but conserving their second and first amendment rights.
Great Storm Aftermath00:02:19
And it's really disturbing.
We've been talking about it since the show came on air when guys like Clay Higgins were coming out saying, we're going to take away your right to own a business, to drive a car.
You won't have free association, won't have free transportation if you make fun of the death of Charlie Kirk.
And now here we go all over again.
If you make fun of federal law enforcement, if you protest with a gun, you're going down.
This is totally anti-American.
All right, guys, we're out of here.
God bless.
This is a fun service unknown.
Here come the Low Space Mothers.
Coming straight at you.
Face report.
Frankie stocks.
Frankie stocks.
The base report.
The base report.
Cause they know all the secrets fall out.
They support all the truth.
Exposing their crimes.
What these researchers found was that vaccinated children had 4.29 times the rate of asthma, 3.03 times the rate of atopic disease, 5.96 times the rate of autoimmune disease, and 5.53 times the rate of neurodevelopmental disorders.
A number of different diagnoses, including diabetes and ADHD, and a number of them, in the unvaccinated group, they were zero.
In other words, all these chronic diseases that we're accepting, the reality is maybe 99% of them don't have to exist in children.
That's not the way God made us.
They looked at over 47,000 Medicaid claims between 1999 and 2011.
Those who were vaccinated versus unvaccinated, I say an odds ratio would be like 2.81.
2.81 to 1.
So that would be 181% increase.
Epilepsy seizures, 252%.
Learning disorders, 581%.
If you look at all these different diagnoses, they're all higher.
For example, I'll just give you one example.
Learning disorders in the full term is 581%.
In the preterm, the ones who are vaccinated, 884% increase.
Every single vaccine has an excipient that is a human toxin.
