Certainly by now everyone here knows the name Mitch Snow.
Mitch Snow is the U.S. Special Forces veteran who was on Fort Hachuca in Arizona on September 8th and 9th, the two days immediately preceding the assassination of Charlie Kirk, one state north at Utah Valley University.
And when he was on base, Mitch says that he saw the upper echelons of Turning Point USA, people like Erica Kirk and Brian Harpole and Cabot Phillips, meeting and cavorting with U.S. military brass and federal political operatives before he was detained by the military police for, let's just be frank, seeing something that he just was not supposed to see.
Now, as soon as Mitch came out with this information on air with Candace Owens, he incited a full-blown panic.
Turning Point USA and an army of influencers and so-called journalists started circling the wagons, running a very obviously bought and paid-for, full-fledged attack campaign against Mitch Snow to attempt to assassinate his character, to try to destroy his public reputation so that no one would dare believe a word that he has to say, which is actually something that Mitch is used to.
It's been happening to him for a long time as he's been targeted relentlessly by the family court system in Washington state, which is a very common method of attack when the United States government comes after dissidents.
They hit him where it hurts the most.
They hit him with CPS.
They threaten their children and they ratchet up these attacks as time goes on, especially if they won't just sit down and shut up and fade into obscurity.
But now, after what Mitch saw at Fort Huachuca, this has reached the next level.
And the very same people who have been trying to destroy Mitch Snow for years on end are now joining forces with well-known individuals and organizations in yet another attempt to crush Mitch Snow.
And this time, there are more lies flying around than ever before.
We've seen people like Alex Jones releasing to the entire world manipulated and deceptively edited video footage and trying to mold Mitch in the mind of the public into a woman-abusing hammer attacker, which is exactly what Alex Jones called him when he released the manipulated footage.
He called him, Alex Jones called Mitch Snow a hammer attacker, who, as the video footage proves, didn't actually happen.
Mitch Snow never attacked anyone with a hammer.
And it's not just Alex Jones, although he is a point man in all of this, but there's a cadre of bought and paid for internet personalities coming after Mitch Snow.
Some of them are even pretending to be Mitch's friend or his brother in arms.
People like Valhalla, a retired special forces member who was happy to talk about Mitch, not to Mitch, even when Mitch paid $20 to send a super chat to Valhalla before he had ever appeared on Candace Owens' show, telling Valhalla that he had information on Fort Wachuca and the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
But instead, Valhalla got drunk and ignored him and went on talking about his man crush, Ian Carroll, and about how tall, dark, and handsome he is.
He ignored Mitch Snow's direct attempts to communicate and get his story out there.
And instead of talking to Mitch, Valhalla dragged out some estranged son who in his attempts to assassinate Mitch's character accidentally, inadvertently confirmed that Mitch really was on Fort Hachuca when he says that he was there and that he really was taken into military police custody, just as he said that he was because he got a phone call from the military police.
Then you have guys who were willing to talk to Mitch, Gary Mountain, and Gary approached him as a special forces brother as well, only to reveal himself as yet just another member of the den of vipers that's trying to destroy Mitch's life and destroy Mitch's credibility.
He offered to help Mitch.
It's disgusting when you listen to this conversation.
He tried to charm him into establishing a rapport and then acted like he was acting in Mitch's best interests.
But as soon as they finished their conversation, which Mitch recorded and provided to the Stew Peters Network, which I have subsequently posted on X, Gary Melton immediately turned around and stabbed him right in the gut.
He started coming after him.
He accused him of stolen valor.
He dogpiled with Alex Jones and the rest of these people to try to crush Mitch's story.
And now he's threatening legal action against Mitch for recording their phone call.
Yeah, because he's terrified.
But people like Alex Jones and Valhalla and Gary Melton, they're not alone in this situation.
Morgan Ariel has inserted herself.
Evan Kilgore is in the mix as well, doing everything that they can to attack Mitch.
Evan Kilgore claims that he's talking with Mitch's former friends and former girlfriends and long-lost family members who are giving them the rundown on just how bad of a guy Mitch Snow actually is.
But in reality, these people are just throwing everything at the wall and hoping that it sticks.
All of them.
They're all hacks.
They accuse this guy, Mitch Snow, of everything under the sun, from spousal abuse to child abuse to working on behalf of British intelligence alongside Candace Owens, because they're trying to sow doubt in Mitch's testimony and steer their viewers and their listeners into buying the official Charlie Kirk Tyler Robinson assassination narrative or a controlled opposition narrative that drives them away from the truth, drives them away from Fort Wachuca.
These people are running cover for the people and the operation that murdered Charlie Kirk.
An operation that quite obviously is still ongoing, especially when we're talking about the information sphere, which is being pummeled with anti-Mitch Snow disinformation, which of course is all meant to take your eyes off of reality and sweep you up into things that just don't matter at all, which is why we just really haven't entertained it because people like Alex Jones and the rest of them, they want you to believe that in order for someone to tell you what they saw and what they witnessed or experienced, that they have to be perfect.
They have to be godlike.
They have to have wings like they're an angel or something with a halo over their head.
And you know what?
That's just not true.
Mitch Snow is trying to share some of the most important information of our lifetime with the entire world.
And he's doing so at great personal risk and great personal cost as he finds out that these feds and soul sellers are working around the clock to take him down and dismiss his story, which no one has been able to disprove or debunk.
Let's get down to brass tacks here.
Just keep in mind, no one has been able to credibly refute what Mitch Snow says that he saw on Fort Hachuca on September 8th and 9th, 2025.
His testimony, especially regarding Erica Kirk and the turning point USA insiders that he saw on Fort Hachuca, has been met with incredibly shaky alibis or no alibis at all.
Everyone's behavior surrounding this has been incredibly strange and flat out bizarre, which is a major indication that Mitch is onto something.
And so are we.
So with that said, we wanted to talk directly with the source of this information.
We wanted to extend our platform to the person that Alex Jones has been trashing without extending the same invitation.
And to that end, Mitch Snow joins us now.

I'm doing well.
It's going to be a busy week.
I can smell accountability in the air because I think that you did see what you say that you saw at Fort Wachuca.
And I've seen some of these alibis.
And we can get to Fort Hachuca in just a second.
But we want to do something that none of these other people dared to do.
You know, they want to talk about you.
They want to call you a hammer attacker and a wife beater and a narcissist and a psychopath.
And they want to tell the world that nobody should trust you.
But they don't want to talk directly to you.
And I find that curious.
Why do you think that is?
I think when you have dirt on people, this is what they preemptively do.
They try to discredit you.
They go after you.
They try to provoke you, put you in bad situations, try to get you to react.
They released these alibis.
You told Candice that you were 95 to 99% positive that the people that you say that you saw, which was Brian Harpole, Erica Kirk, Cabot Phillips, and Congressman Amade.
After seeing these alibis, what's your confidence level at today?
I stick by what I said.
I was there.
These are the people that I saw.
I described them.
I've seen pictures.
And yeah, Miss Owens was very thorough with all of this.
The pictures of the people that she showed to me, those weren't the only pictures.
And we went through just dismissing boy tens of other pictures.
I got tired of looking at some pictures, but no, I stick by what I said.
And if I'm wrong, okay.
It was meant to be a tip.
I am, you know, I'm only as good as what God made me fallible.
But with these kind of things, I've always been pretty good in my life.
So recognizing people and situations, people's gait, their mannerisms.
And for most of my life, that's helped help keep me alive and get me through this stuff and recognize when there's trouble.
Well, I think that we should get right into this attempt to assassinate your character because Alex Jones hasn't given you an opportunity to come sit down with him and discuss this video that he doctored, deceptively edited, and then released to the public while he called you a hammer attacker.
Why don't you take us through that video and what we were looking at there?
Well, I first want to make the point.
I've never brought up any of these women, any of my past.
What I spoke about was Fort Wachuca going down there, what I saw.
They want to bring up all this dirt from my past and these women.
God bless them.
The video in question that's gotten a lot of play over 10 years until you realize that the person holding the camera wasn't just holding the camera.
She had an unregistered 25 caliber brass bower, if I remember correctly.
And it wasn't the first time that she had tried to push me into a situation and make me react.
On that day, I'll tell you, I'm not proud of that.
I was just frustrated.
I was just, I was done.
I wasn't supposed to be in the garage.
I was supposed to be me and my son and my keys, my wallet, and phone were supposed to be in my truck heading to my bank and then to my attorney.
I didn't know that she had learned that I was heading to an attorney.
I didn't, I guess she had checked my phone or she had gotten into my emails or something.
And yeah, if you listen to the conversation on there, she was the one lowering me to that garage.
She's the one that had her back to the door, was coming in and out, and she was approaching me.
And yeah, I got frustrated.
I acted badly.
And I've apologized for that.
I've paid for the car, I've paid for any damages.
I've wanted to move on with my life.
I wanted her to file for divorce.
That would have been fine with me.
She didn't.
So I had to a year later.
And we've been in that ever since.
You know, I've been waiting for trial so that these things can come out.
It's, I think it's pretty intrusive.
I think it's pretty vile actually that these things are getting released without scrutiny into the public.
The guys that are doing this, they're all working with the same attorney that's been basically following me for years.
He's either coached or consulted with or represented each of these women.
And it's been a yeah, it's been a trial by fire for a long time.
And I'm with a really wonderful woman now, and she's been my hero.
She's been the one collecting up all these records and helping me collect these records.
And that's that's what led me to Fort Huachuca.
Rather than you know, trying to rely on the sensationalism of stuff, we've been getting actual records and facts about all of this stuff.
There's a lot to unpack there with what you just said, but I don't want to gloss over something that you said originally.
Did you say that the woman that was holding the camera was also holding a pistol in her other hand?
She had a handgun.
Oh, yeah, not the first time.
Yeah, not the first time.
I believe that we've supplied you with the polygraph that I've taken.
Yeah.
And so take us through that.
Why would she have been luring you into the garage while she possessed a handgun and a camera after pushing you to the point of agitation that she did?
That's called, there's a definition for it in domestic violence, what they call reactive abuse, where somebody pushes your buttons and they wait for that moment for, you know, when you finally had enough.
And then they're going to record you and they're going to say, hey, now you're the problem.
This is the problem.
And that's that's essentially what she had been doing in that video.
She's the one who brought the hammer in.
I got her away from her.
And then as soon as she did that, she pulled out the camera and she pulled out the weapon that she has.
Well, you didn't use the hammer, but you would have been justified in becoming a hammer attacker at that point because she was bringing to the party the threat of imminent great bodily harm or death by holding a firearm, which is a deadly weapon, of course.
Yeah, she's threatened to suicide me multiple times in conjunction with this trope of an allegation.
Well, that's the other side of this is that she also too would have been justified in the eyes of our corrupt justice system had she gunned you down and you're on video holding a hammer, getting ready to quote unquote attack her and she so-called fears for her life.
How many people do we see locked up for an incredibly long time for that or end up dead?
And then the shooter just gets off.
I agree.
Yeah.
That's part of what I've wanted local authorities to look into.
There's evidence in those videos and the reflections of what she's doing.
One lawyer was able to find them.
These things only get play with people that Don't know the other side of the story or don't listen to it or don't investigate.
And so it's a flash in the pan.
And I'm not going to ask you to speculate, but I feel like I know why they're doing it.
There's been a tremendous power and money vacuum that has been opened up in the wake of Charlie Kirk's assassination.
And these people see that there's going to be a surplus of funds that can be disseminated and distributed to anyone who wants to run with this narrative.
And because they care about their own fame and glory and their own checking accounts and survival, they will just go to team turning point and they'll be fleeced.
Every time they tweet something, they'll be fleeced with, you know, spots of fame.
And we saw Alex Jones on his show saying that now he's going to be going on a turning point USA tour and taking stages.
This is not a guy who's known for public speaking events, but here he goes.
Anyway, might just be another coincidence in all of this, but go ahead and continue.
Oh, yeah, this has all been a bit ironic that the way that they wish to prove that my claim that, yeah, I have been, what would you call handled, psyops, trying to keep me shut where my family members, you know, just like they said, my own flesh and blood have been coerced against me.
The way that they're going to prove that that's not true is by literally going on a week-long broadcast, doing it all over again, and basically bragging about how they've done it in the past.
That's a bit ironic.
It's me and Amy have been sitting back watching this whole internet show.
And I don't know.
It shouldn't be that big a deal.
I shouldn't be made that big a deal.
It's quite, it's surreal.
But this is what passes my certainly you understand why it's been turned into a big deal, though.
I mean, you understand the implications that may come as a result of the testimony that you gave about what you saw on September 8th and 9th.
I realized that Miss Owens was heading down a path, and as well as others, Valhalla and others, actually, I learned it through Valhalla, that they were heading down this path of investigation.
And that's why I wanted to put up this tip.
Up until then, as far as the implications go, I didn't know.
I mean, there could have been a TPUSA look-alike contest or function going on at Fort Wachuca the two days before.
I don't know.
What I do know is I was there.
I took videos, extensive amounts of videos, lobbies, places that I was there before reminiscing.
And I've handed all that over.
I'm going to let Miss Owens and let her do what she does.
I've talked with Baron Coleman lately.
He's tried to pry as to what I could see in those pictures and trying to pretend like he has access to them through Canvas or something like that.
And it's interesting how people play these things.
He's a good guy, though.
He's trying to investigate the truth.
It is interesting how people play these things, which brings me to this Valhalla and Gary Melton.
And these two guys kind of pretending to be independent of one another, but very much on the same team before ever getting any of the documentation that you offered.
You offered to give these guys your DD214.
I listened to the recorded phone calls that you provided to this network that we subsequently released on X.
And during that conversation, you also were so forthcoming that you offered to give him your social security number.
And before you could even provide this documentation, these guys took to air and said, We have a stolen valor case here: that you weren't in the military, that you weren't special forces, that you weren't military intelligence, that you weren't a Green Beret, that you weren't on Fort Wachuca.
And it turns out they were wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, and wrong.
And the receipts now are publicly available for everyone.
I mean, I guess I will ask you to speculate here.
Why did they do that?
Well, where I turned down the offer to work for nefarious people, it seems that they're working with those nefarious people.
They're willing to get paid to do this stuff.
And congrats to them.
I know what they're doing.
They're trying to make a paycheck.
He said bad optics multiple times when he was on the phone with you, the scary Melton from the Paramount podcast, Paramount Tactical.
He kept stressing bad optics.
Why do you think he was saying that?
What does that mean to you?
To remain a contractor for the federal government, you have to sort of protect the image of the federal government.
The issues that I've brought up are considered what he called bad optics.
If people were to learn that special forces are recruited by cartels or nefarious groups to go teach people how to commit crimes or get past security on our southern border, he considered that bad optics.
He also admitted that he and others get contracted to go down there.
If someone like me were to bring up that problem or turn them down, then that threatens their contractability.
And that's, I think, they're given a pass on these things that they do as sort of a bonus for the profession.
I'm just one of those that chose not to do it.
It seems like these people actually get inserted into the podcast world because they see that alternative media, digital broadcasts, online discourse is headed in one direction, and they see the corporate media losing its grip on the American people.
And they're starting to see right through that in the lives of the administrations that have been, I mean, since JFK was shot, they're seeing through the empire of lies.
And so now they have to kind of jockey for position inside of this alternative media powerhouse, I guess, is what it's become.
Do you agree with that?
I think we're witnessing it reveal itself.
This has been spectacular.
These guys have chosen to take this tact.
They've literally revealed themselves as playing good cop, bad cop, trying to get into Candace Owens' camp, tried to take over her audience.
And nobody forced them to do this, but they've definitely been trying to use me to do it.
They've tried to claim that, you know, because I am a veteran, I am military, I'm military intelligence.
I have been in special forces.
That somehow I had to go through them.
And, you know, I told Miss Owens, I, you know, let's face the criticism first.
Let's go through the hard things because they're going to bring up a lot of dirt on me.
Let's just go do it.
She had someone of higher class than me.
And that's wisdom there.
That showed that she had diligence and wisdom.
These guys, you know, they're rucksacks in the hall, I think, with all of this stuff.
And they're not going to, if anybody's still listening to them after all of this, oh, God bless you.

I mean, I've never seen a fall like this.
It's really something to watch.
And while Alex Jones was posting deceptive, manipulative, edited videos and calling you a hammer attacker, which I mean, if you were a litigious person, I mean, I think that you definitely have a lawsuit there.
I mean, this guy has been using a massive platform to just drag your name through the mud and slander you and lie about you and defame you from the very beginning of all of this.
But at the same time, then you have this other group, Valhalla and Gary Melton.
These guys went so far as to drag your estranged son onto the platform.
Why do they do that?
They bring a son on because when they say, well, we have a very special guest here today, we have Mitch Snow's son.
That immediately forces an audience to perk their ears up and lend some sort of credibility to this person because, well, of course, they would know you.
They would have intimate knowledge of your emotions and your habits and your feelings, your military experience, your service to our country, your professional history, your places of residence, your relationships.
They would have an inside look at all of this.
But in this case, something that they didn't tell their audience was that you have never met this person.
Is that true?
You've never met this person that they propped up as your son on their podcast?
One time when he was about two months old and his mother came to me to let me know she was already living with someone else.
We had a non-contentious divorce.
It just took a while because I was getting, I was pursuing my career in special forces and in the military.
She had been in the military.
She got out.
She went home.
She was living with others.
And when it came time, he was adopted by the person that he's always called dad.
I've never met this young man.
I've wished him, I wish him nothing but the best.
If there was, if there was anything I could do for him, I'd do it.
Him and his mother, and I don't think his mother probably would approve of him getting on the show like that.
But, you know, it's been a long time since I've talked to her.
And I've never met this young man.
And what's really disturbing to me is this claim that he was my emergency contact on anything.
I don't even know his last name.
I don't know his number.
There's no, I've put him on no documents.
We don't know how he would have gotten onto such a thing.
It's been, that's a little bit disturbing, if there's any truth to what he was saying about being called.
So did the military police tell you that they had called somebody?
They did talk about a son.
And when I spoke to them about my 13-year-old, they looked at me and they said, what are you talking about?
He's 30-something years old.
And I was like, what are you talking about?
We went back and forth, but they never clarified.
So I tend to believe that, yeah, they did contact him and there is some sort of reference to this person being in my records.
Why they chose to do that?
I don't know.
So, is it possible that just as this guy pretended to be your son with intimate knowledge of your situation and your personality and your lifestyle and your past experiences and your relationships, while he sat there LARPing as your son, cosplaying as somebody who knows you for fake credibility and an astroturfed, bought and paid for, coordinated attempt on your character for assassination, while he sat there and pretended to do that,
is it possible that he also sat before the military and pretended that your relationship was as such and had himself placed as your emergency contact?
Is there a way that you could do that?
Yeah, I'm sure there's probably a way you can do that.
If we were to speculate about that, I think something like that probably did happen.
So would that mean that he would be the beneficiary of your retirement?
It wouldn't be the first time that people have tried to attack veterans in that way.
And maybe they wanted, I don't know.
We're trying to have people investigate it now.
We haven't gotten many answers back, but they're starting an investigation to find out what happened there.
So just to be clear, I just want to really make sure that I understand this.
The man that was on the podcast with Valhalla, who said that he was your son, you have met one time when he was two months old, one time, and he has another person that he has always called dad who has since adopted him.
But other than that, you have had zero contact with this guy.
He doesn't know you.
You've never seen him.
You wouldn't recognize him.
He shouldn't be able to recognize you.
Is that what you're saying?
Yes.
I've never seen him before in my life.
So the video that Alex Jones is showing, while he calls you a hammer attacker, has a woman holding a camera and in her other hand is holding a firearm, something that Alex Jones doesn't want to talk about, specifically a 25-caliber pistol.
And then on the other hand, Valhalla rolls out and props up a guy saying that he has intimate knowledge of your situation, personal, professional, and can be a witness to your character because he is your son.
And this is a person that you've met one time when he was two months old.
Does that about sum it up?
I mean, could it get any more deceptive than that?
That seems pretty deceptive to me.
It's pretty incredible.
Yeah.
Yeah, I don't know this man and they don't know the full story about these relationships or their relationships connection to this attorney that's been following me for years.
Well, Kat Aspinda came on the program not long ago and she started the platform when I said, hey, I believe that Mitch Snow saw what he saw at Fort Wachuca and I don't care about his checkered past.
I don't care about his relationship falling outs.
I don't care.
Really honestly, I don't care about the hammer.
I don't care about that.
Even if it was a hammer attack, I don't know what that has to do with what you saw in Fort Wachuca.
And if Alex Jones or Evan Kilgore or Morgan Ariel or Valhalla or Gary Melton, who, by the way, Gary Melton on the phone, as he's trying to cozy up to you and build this fake rapport while he was fully intent on going online and just trashing you from the very beginning, which was proven because he acted and did that prior to you having any time to provide documentation, they're acting like you have to be perfect.
And I said this in the lead up to our conversation.
And this is also something that you said to me on the phone.
And that just resonates with me.
These people act like you have to have a completely unblemished, perfect history, a perfect life, a halo over your head, that you're the king, that you're God, if you're going to be able to report on your first person experiences and what you saw with your own eyes.
And that I know that there is proof of because, aside from whatever you want to say about photographs or videos and what's in Candace's possession, which I have a pretty good idea, I also know other things that you have told me about Fort Wachuca and their surveillance capabilities.
So, why would you come out and say such things having personal knowledge of the capabilities of the cameras that are at Fort Wachuca?
Why would you do that?
Yeah, if I could be debunked, they have all the power to go ahead and do so.
Um, they have all the information there if they want to release it.
Describe those cameras for our audience.
You described them for me on these tethered blimp balloon type things.
Oh, those cameras are very powerful.
They um uh they've had capabilities for a long time to be able to see uh every spectrum of everything.
Uh, they can zoom in for great distances, they monitor everything in and around the post.
How far can they zoom tens, if not hundreds of miles, tens, if not hundreds of miles, and with what kind of clarity down to a pimple?
So, at tens of miles away, the cameras that are present at Fort Wachuca could spot a pimple on my face.
I would imagine, I mean, I haven't worked with those things in so many years, but uh, they had those kind of capabilities many years ago.
Why wouldn't they now, if not better technology?
Were those balloons, those blimps, were they present the days that you were at Fort Huachuca?
They're present every day, people can see those things from off-post, and that's what they are: these blimp-looking things with the big ball hanging underneath them.
These are cameras that have the capability to zoom what to the border.
Like I said, I haven't worked with them, um, but yeah, that's the uh, that's the going narrative of what they put out about them.
Yeah, there's a lot leading up to all of this, which is the reason why Cat Aspinda was on with us and she was talking, you know, a lot more freely than maybe you can.
And so, the last thing that I want to do is give these people what they want.
And what they want is for you to react, they want for you to slip up, they want to throw you in jail so that people like Gary Melton and Alex Jones and Valhalla can say, Look, now he's in jail, and that's what they want.
And they've been trying to do this for a long time.
So, to the extent that you can discuss this without getting yourself in trouble, um, can you tell for our audience's sake the same story that you told me?
Can you talk about why they want to do that and who these people are and who's involved and the break-ins at your house and the photograph that we have from your front lawn of this of this person standing there and who that is and who's all behind any of this?
Can you go into any detail on that so that our audience has some context to the entire situation surrounding Mitch Snow?
Yeah, I mean, my own saga, and I tried to tell Candace Owens, you know, I didn't want to tell her about any of this.
I didn't want to, um, she pulled on it, she pulled on that thread.
There's another story here.
And if you actually look at her broadcast from 277, where she mentions my story the first time, she opens the story with a review of a case where counterintelligence operatives were basically wargaming with people's real lives.
And they were sent to basically subvert and bankrupt and take over, I think it was a gym right out there, right outside of Sierra Vista.
I think it's one of these bad optics things that Gary talks about that we have those counterintelligence.
And yeah, they do war game.
They don't just sit on these skills and this information.
For me, with my history, I basically got assigned this handler of an attorney.
He's older now.
He's lost his bar license over all of this stuff.
And there's another nefarious creature in the background.
We gave you a photo of it.
And yeah, these people had me thrown in jail and were breaking into my house.
And they photographed themselves doing it.
And we got those photographs.
The person that's in there, he's a counterintelligence National Guard locally here.
He works for the federal government.
He works with the courts.
He coordinated in the background the entire allegation against me to have me thrown in jail.
And he works through these people.
This is what they do.
It's very manipulative and they do it to shut people up that have an important story to tell or could expose bad optics for the government, expose that we have a problem with our special forces and military intelligence being bought and paid for by nefarious criminal organizations, cartels, South American governments, who knows what.
This is what they do.
And we've exposed on this platform, I've actually dedicated a lot of my time here and this network's resources to highlighting and exposing just how corrupt the family court system is, especially when it comes to CPS and children getting involved.
How does a highly decorated veteran such as yourself get painted as the bad guy in these courts when all you want is your son?
How are they able to do that?
Through these narratives.
You know, they can go in and spew just about any narrative.
The courts cooperate with this smearing, especially against special forces guys who don't cooperate.
Yeah, the courts go, they go full ham on us.
I know I've listened to hundreds of special forces guys who have just been, their lives have been completely ruined through these processes.
And this is part of it.
They smear you, they isolate you, abusively litigate you, they use family court to hold your kids against you, to hold them hostage to try and keep you quiet, keep you from speaking out or speaking the truth about anything.
And God forbid you come across anything else.
They'll have material to keep silencing you.
Ultimately, they try to throw you in jail and have you killed by cartel on the inside.
And that's the threat that was given against me long ago.
I've been fighting it ever since.
And it's hard.
And I feel for these women who they, You know, they unfortunately have gone for it.
They get coerced and then they join that side and they think that they're going to sink my boat.
The thing is, there's no evidence against me.
There's a lot of allegations.
There's a lot of people saying a lot of things.
I mean, even now, there's so many crazy things being said about me, but there's no evidence of what they're saying.
Even in the court system, there's no evidence of any of this stuff.
It's just hearsay.
And then trying to literally the protection orders that are in place right now were acquired to be gag orders to keep me from reporting to the proper federal agencies about the corruption that goes on here.
There's agencies that we do, there's foundations that we work with nationally, Justice Without Limits, Angel Wooten out of Georgia, and several others that are trying to expose these kind of court tactics.
And it's really sad.
All across the country, we have parents that are protective that have proven never to harm their kids, just protect them, are the ones that CPS and the courts are separating the children from.
And it's not just here.
I mean, here it's really bad in Benton County, but it's all across the country.
I've been a part of some of these groups, my heart goes out to them.
Another, you know, if you become a whistleblower, especially with the government, they will send these people out after you.
They will take you into family court.
They'll turn your flesh and blood against you, just as they bragged about for the last week.
They will do this.
And you don't need to believe me.
You can contact Patricia Halliday and see what they did to her son, which is that gives me shivers and shakes just thinking about this poor man who tried to do the same thing, stand up for what was right.
See, he was who he was.
He was where he was.
He saw what he saw.
He tried to report it to the White House, the federal government, the FBI, the DEA.
He tried to do the right thing and be a whistleblower.
What they did to him on a military base, the sister base to Fort Huachuca, Fort Bliss, it is terrifying.
This man was killed on base, supposed to be in protective custody, supposed to be getting protected by the federal government, supposed to be getting protected by his own unit.
And instead, he disappeared on a military base.
They were able to confirm later that he was killed on that military base, drug off of the military base, drugged to Mexico.
Miss Halliday, I'm sorry for saying this, but the facts are real, apparently dismembered in Mexico.
Miss Halliday, you want to know what real grieving is about?
You look at that lady and her husband, a lieutenant colonel of the United States Army, where they have done nothing but try to find their son's body.
They just want him returned.
They want justice for him, just like I want justice for me and my son.
And not only have they not been given justice, they are now being silenced on YouTube on any channel she gets on.
This lady gets on YouTube and has a channel every single night just to let people know she's still alive because they've come after her that much.
I think it's what these people do, what they're doing to me.
I've become weathered to it.
Let them come.
If they are so good at what they do and they know where I live and all this other stuff, then why the big dog and pony show trying to smear my name all over again?
Just come get me if they're that tough, you know.
But no, this is what they do.
They're afraid of the message.
They're afraid of the message, so they're trying to get rid of the messengers.
And Miss Halliday's son, Richard Halliday, was one of them.
So Richard Halliday was killed on a military base, and his body was brought into Mexico where horrible things happened to it.
Who was held accountable for that?
To date, from talking to Mrs. Halliday, and from what I've seen online, nobody has.
They have suspicions about who was involved, but there's been nobody held accountable.
And that's tragic.
Not only has nobody been held accountable, these parents who are grieving, who are who just want answers, our own federal government's gone after them to quiet them.
Doesn't Fort Bliss have similar surveillance technology to that of Fort Huachuca?
I would assume so, yeah.
So they know damn well who killed Richard Halliday.
They know who killed him.
And nobody's been held accountable.
What is the official narrative on this?
What's the government story about what happened to Halliday?
I'm sorry to get sidetracked here, but you're kind of breaking news here.
From what I've read, the official report is that he was killed on post.
They've been able to verify that he was body was drug off post and then into Mexico and dismembered.
That's the only news that they've been able to officially report to the parents of Richard Halliday.
I would like to talk to this woman, to this mom.

I absolutely do.

Oh, well, we're definitely going to platform that story.
So while Valhalla was bringing your son on, who again, I'll just remind the audience, a son that Mitch met one time when he was two months old and has never spoken to or seen him since, has no idea who this guy is.
There was also a guest on with Gary who I just can't get over the way that this guy called you as a brother in arms and pretending to understand your story and telling you that he too went through similar situations with the divorce and there were custody battles that were involved, and that the police would get called on him and that the woman would weaponize the law enforcement and judicial system against him to make sure that when he was on leave or when he was back, that she could move around and keep his kid away from him.
It's a horrible story.
I mean, it's awful, and it happens all the time to veterans.
Why do you think?
Do you think that that's not a contributing factor to the unprecedented suicide rate among veterans?
And these shirts that they wear around with the number on it, how many per day?
No no no, that's not accurate.
It's a lot more than that.
But he also brought one of your exes on and she did not appear on video and I don't know.
She said some things about you that.
Do you want to respond to any of the things that she said about you?
Are you allowed to do that?
Could you get hemmed up for that?
Yeah, I don't uh, you know, they can uh let them they've just provided a lot of court material.
Um, let them.
Um, that's that's uh no, I'm not gonna get into that mud.
I've wished all the but nobody will give you the opportunity to rebut any of this stuff, and that's what we're here for.
So, if you can't, and the last thing I want you to do is get jammed up, so we're don't worry about it.
But I just wanted to give you the opportunity.
I'm going to speculate that one of the reasons why they didn't bring her on camera is bringing us back to Fort Huachuka and your testimony to Candace Owens, where you said that you didn't realize who you saw until afterward when you saw them on TV or on some clip somewhere on the internet.
And you said, Well, wait a minute, I think it was Amy that showed it to you.
And you said, Hold on, that's the person that I saw.
That's that's the woman that was on the base that I saw in the hotel on the 8th of September.
That's her, and I know that because I will never forget those eyes.
Take us through that and why the eyes were so important.
Uh, well, very striking blue eyes, just like uh, my son's mother.
And uh, I was on the phone with Amy, um, and we she heard me just sort of gasp in that moment.
Um, and I hesitated for a second, she wanted to know if there was something wrong, and I just said, No, it's okay, somebody has uh uh my Lene's eyes, and I don't even want to say her name, uh, but that that's what I said to Amy.
And we went on with our conversation, it was nothing, but it's what brought notice.
Um, it that's what brought my attention to that person.
Um, and yeah, uh, I'm sure that they didn't want to present her face for a reason.
That's probably a little bit deceptive.
They're willing, they're willing to put everything else on.
Um, I mean, I don't want to discourage these women or anybody else from speaking out.
It's it's been entertaining, they've given me quite a resume.
Um, I guess I'm everything from CIA, military operative, secret spy.
Gary Melton was pondering that Candace Owens was part of a uh I don't know, some sort of adversarial foreign, a foreign adversary was controlling her, influencing her.
Um, Baron Coleman has speculated that I was a part of Charlie Kirk's camp to go to Fort Huachuca to spy on things.
And uh, boy, these resumes that they've done-you know, calling me a biker gang, an assassin, serial killer, serial rapist.
Uh, that's it's interesting, it's very entertaining.
Um, I think some people want to believe these things, but uh, there's no evidence of it.
And um, the person that's been a witness to all of this is sitting right next to me.
Uh, it's rather rather remarkable.
So, you sent me a picture of your son's mother's eyes.
Am I able to share that with our audience?
That was, I think that was taken off of a uh A police interview.
So it doesn't come directly from me or anybody else, but that was taken.
And yeah, you can go ahead.
I think I don't know if people will see a resemblance.
I did.
So the woman that Mitch Snow saw at Fort Wachuca, he says, was Erica Kirk.
And Erica Kirk has blue eyes, but they're not just any old blue.
They are a different type of blue and they do stick out.
And we're going to show this police interview still frame of Mitch's son's mother alongside Erica Kirk.
And if that doesn't tell you that what Mitch Snow is saying and what he represented, and the reason why Erica Kirk's eyes stuck out to him on Fort Wachuka on September 8th, 2025, in the lobby of a hotel on base, I mean, that's the same color.
You take those glasses off of there, you give her a tan, and you put some dark eyeliner on her, and those are the same exact eyes.
And the eyeballs and the eye shape and that color.
It's not just your regular run-of-the-day blue, run-of-the-mill blue that you see every day.
That, in fact, is something that's completely different.
And so, obviously, you know, when we're looking at Mitch's testimony, you have to take into consideration why he would have recognized Erica Kirk afterwards.
How could you be so sure that that was her?
That's a really important part of establishing credibility: well, what led you to recognize this person and say, Yeah, that's that's the person that I saw on the base.
Well, the reason why I recognize her and the reason why I recognize those eyes is because they are eerily similar to eyes that I have spent a long time staring into or being forced to look at or having to put up with, whatever the case might be.
Those eyes are personally familiar to me.
That's really important.
And then, when we see a picture like the one that's on your screen right now, that verifies that what Mitch was saying is true and that his ex, the mother of his son, has eyes that look almost identical to Erica Kirk's eyes.
And so, that would be corroboration.
And that would point to: yep, this guy is telling the truth about what made him recall that woman and say, Hold on a second, that is the woman that I saw on Fort Huachuca on September 8th, two days before her husband was publicly executed, murdered in broad daylight in front of 3,000 people.
And so, I mean, that carries some extremely significant weight as far as I'm concerned.
And anybody who's being honest, obviously, takes a look at that picture and says, Yeah, I mean, well, that's just indisputable.
That is irrefutable.
Nobody can deny that.
And this is exactly why, in my opinion, they chose to keep her face off camera when they dragged her out and they propped her up and they went on with their premeditated, bought and paid for, coordinated campaign that attempted to assassinate Mitch Snow's character and that went right along with that faceless interview that went right along with the son that they propped up over there on Valhalla's podcast and said, Well, this guy would know because he's Mitch Snow's son.
Well, Mitch Snow's son shouldn't be able to pick Mitch Snow out of a lineup.
And Mitch Snow personally absolutely could not pick his son out of a lineup because he hasn't seen him since he was two months old.
And the doctored video that was manipulatively edited, where all kinds of it was left out, of Mitch Snow holding a hammer and calling it a hammer attack, they don't want to tell you that the woman that was in that video has a pistol in her hand.
You know, let's just bring Mitch back on here real quick.
And we're going to get to some other stuff on Fort Wachuca specifically because that's why we're all here.
And I want to help you in any way that we can.
So I don't want to cut this part of the conversation short.
So if there's things that you want to add, by all means, we want to help you.
And we want to help you to clear your name and to tell the truth and give your account for all of these claims that have been made against you by this cadre of so-called influencers and journalists.
But that video has been available for 10 years, you said, right?
Yes.
And have you ever been convicted of attacking her with a hammer?
No.
And why is that?
Is it because you didn't, in fact, attack her with a hammer?
She's never been harmed by me.
And like I said, you can, there's no evidence that I've ever harmed her or anybody else.
There's a lot of hearsay, there's a lot of claims, there's been a lot of stories.
Have there been a lot of convictions?
No.
And I think we sent you my actual record.
They get dismissed.
So, in a county that has weaponized its law enforcement system, and in a county that has weaponized its judicial system, and in a county where people who are very highly connected to military intelligence and to Fort Huachuca, by the way, while these people have all been targeting you and trying to get you jammed up, they haven't been able to do it because there, in fact, has been not substantial enough evidence to convict you of any of this.
Isn't that the fact for the record?
Yeah, that's the fact.
When it comes to actual, you know, having to present evidence and not just, you know, storytelling, civil court, you know, it's up to the judge and who they know and what they want to hear.
And that's real great.
And they can do protective orders for gag orders, apparently in this state.
But when you get to criminal court, there's no evidence to support any of this stuff.
You know, they say I was threatening judges and whatnot.
Oh, that's precious.
There's no text.
There's no phones.
I don't know any.
I don't know if I've ever talked to a biker gang in my life.
I don't ride a motorcycle.
I don't hang out with motorcycle clubs.
The allegation was preposterous.
It was used to basically so that they could break into my home, steal my records, find out what I was trying to turn into the FBI at that time.
And they did.
The records that they stole ended up being sold off and carted around and eventually made its way into Kat Hispinda's hands.
And that's where she contacted me asking me what these things were about.
Now that those records, those records, boy, you can't make this stuff up.
The people that have been on camera, they're now filing those stolen records in other cases that don't even concern me.
These, hold on, when you say stolen records, where specifically were they stolen from and how?
Those are the case files that were stolen directly from my house while I was in jail on the 5th of June, 2023.
Who broke into your house?
That would have been Kyle Saltz, Aaron Massey, Candace Grasik, and my son's mother is what we, best we can tell.
They photographed themselves.
There was security camera footage catching them doing it.
They've admitted to it.
They've admitted to stealing the computers, stealing the case files, stealing my bank files, stealing my identity.
And they've continued on using this information later and selling it off, profiting.
I don't know how, but it got to Kat Espinata and our Spenda, excuse me.
And she had questions.
I answered them.
None of these women have been harmed by me.
I have wished them all well.
I've bent over backwards to help them.
I've never taken a dollar from them.
No dollar has ever gone from their account into mine, ever.
It's always they have, we have them in court literally requesting to have another chance at breaking into my accounts while I was in jail, where my accounts were ended up being flagged and frozen because of their multiple attempts to try to get into my bank accounts.
And they literally came into court to request the judge order the banks to unfreeze the accounts so that they can continue to attempt to get into my accounts.
The only people that would have known the accounts are frozen are the people is the bank and the people breaking into it.
You can't make this stuff up.
It's just they tell on themselves just like the rest of them have.
They reveal themselves if you listen to them.
You don't have to do much at all when people are willing to lie and do this kind of deceitful stuff.
You just have to do it.
What's so great about what's happening right now in the so-called dissident alternative media world?
You know, you're watching these guys just lie.
You don't even have to point it out.
It's being pointed.
These guys are getting dragged in their comments.
I mean, they're being exposed for the inauthentic astroturf bad actors that they are that clearly have an agenda and they wouldn't be doing it for free because if they were doing it for free or if they were doing it trying to establish credibility so that they could build a network and have advertisers and people behind them because people appreciate the truth and they'll align with that.
Well, then they have to be being compensated from somewhere else.
And I just so happen to know that Turning Point USA is spending a whole lot of money right now to try to assassinate your character.
Why would Erica Kirk be spending $7,000 a post to discredit you?
I mean, I think that that's probably a question that people should ponder a little bit.
Why would Turning Point have an interest in discrediting what you're saying that you saw in Fort Wachuca instead of just saying, yeah, no, no, no, we weren't there.
Here's an alibi.
And instead, we get this picture of from Erica Kirk, apparently, that went to Andrew Colvett and then went to some random YouTuber who was on a live stream and then inadvertently accidentally exposed Andrew Colvett was his source.
Whoops, sorry about that, Andrew.
I didn't mean to give you up like that.
And then there's this finger over the faces of these kids, which believe me, I'm not a proponent of putting kids' faces on the internet.
I do mine because, you know what, I got nothing to hide and I am who I am and I'm going to live my damn life.
And, you know, when I'm on vacation and I want to show my family what I'm doing, then I'm going to post it, you know?
And so that's my choice.
And it's her choice to cover her kids' faces.
But first of all, that is not the body of a one, almost two-year-old that Charlie Kirk had, his son.
That is a four-year-old or five-year-old.
I know that because I have two boys and I have a girl who's seven and I've been through the four and five-year-old boy stage, and that's it, what I'm seeing right there.
And it was just weird the way that they went about it, knowing that Erica Kirk has direct contact with Candace Owens and could easily just, you know, hash this out.
And Candace would have never gone to air with any of this.
Had anybody like Brian Harpole or Erica Kirk or anybody over at Turning Point from Mikey McCoy to Andrew Covet to Blake Neff or Pastor Robokoy, had any of these people just responded to her on back channels, she would not have been forced to publicly ask these questions.
But now that she is, it's an all-out assault on your character.
And we have these super weird, sketchy alibis and continued bizarre behavior.
And it's my speculation, I won't ask you to speculate, but it's my speculation that that's because, as I have said on this program publicly from day one, Erica Kirk is at the center of everything as it relates to the assassination of Charlie Kirk and the cover-up that has ensued since.
There's no other explanation for it.
There's no reason why this woman and this organization would be shelling out God knows how much money to make sure that this campaign against you is levied on the internet to discredit Candace Owens' investigation into what happened to her friend at UVU on 9-10 because we know that Tyler Robinson did not do this with a 30-ott six.
And so as a special forces veteran and former Green Beret, I have to assume, and you can correct me if I'm wrong because I don't want to make inaccurate assumptions, but I would have to assume that you have some proficiency in firearms.
Yeah, a little bit.
And I would assume that by the way that Gary Melton and Valhalla present themselves as special forces operatives and current contractors to the feds, that they would be expected to have some proficiency with firearms and some kind of basic knowledge of ballistics.
They are perfectly suited.
And I don't even think your audience completely can completely comprehend the access that they have to about 5,000 Green Berets through back channels that have been trying to reproduce the wound on Charlie Kirk's neck with a 30 ought six.
That is their job.
If they want to support the case that is currently held up by the FBI, they just have to prove that that wound could be made at that angle with a 30 ought six without using magic bullets.
And Gary Melton admitted they've been trying and trying and trying.
He admitted that he was aging 30 odd six ammo in his basement.
I don't know when he expects to solve this crime in 2050 or something.
It's just absurd.
But they are perfectly suited and they have contacts to so many Green Berets that are trying to do this.
They have one job.
You've got a medic that knows about mechanism of injury.
It's one of the things you have to determine when there's a trauma wound like that.
And then you have a projectile expert.
There's no two better people that should be investigating that or either prove it or disprove it.
And if it's not a 30 odd six that can make that wound, it's something else.
You're going to have to investigate the something else.
And I think that's what Candace Owens and everybody is doing.
As far as my testimony, I don't want to speculate on all this.
I don't know these people.
I just know I saw what I saw.
I am who I am.
I saw what I saw, I was where I was.
And if they've got a problem with it, you know, I'm so sorry.
I wish them all well.
I can tell you that when I spoke with Candace Owens or when she finally started speaking with me and Amy, we had no intention of airing my story, any part of it, any of this dirty laundry.
We were just giving a tip to say, hey, you should probably investigate.
We had no idea that we were going to have to prove every minute of where we were on those days.
But I'll tell you within two hours, you know, I'm not the most photographed, most important person on earth or anything like that.
I don't go around looking at me.
I don't put myself on podcasts.
I don't have a crew, a camera crew following me around or a makeup crew.
And yet within a couple of hours, Amy and I were able to give practically a minute-by-minute blow and confirm everything of who I am, where I was, and what I saw while I was on that base.
I don't know why other people find it so hard to be able to do that.
I was expecting, you know, there would be some sort of an alibi, and it would be simple to, I would think it would be.
Well, Alex Jones will tell you that they had bulletproof alibis, that Congressman Amity and that Cabot Phillips and that Erica Kirk have all presented credible alibis.
Have you seen them?
Not all of them.
I haven't.
I've tried not to pay attention to everything.
Have you seen the one from Cabot Phillips, this video in the grocery store and the receipt that he provided for his transaction?
No, I haven't.

Have you seen the one that Erica Kirk provided with her kids?
I think I saw that one.
It popped up on one of the videos.
Interesting.
Take us to that day.
Let's get into that.
It's because of the assassination of Charlie Kirk that you ended up at Fort Wachuca.
Is that right?
No, not at all.
No, not right at all.
No.
As a matter of fact, you had different reasons, a lot of them that we just talked about that brought you to Fort Wachuca.
Isn't that correct?
Correct.
Yeah.
Okay.
So take us through that.
Beginning to end, the floor is yours.
Why you departed for Fort Wachuca, how you got there, at what time it was, to the best of your recollection, from the minute that you decided that you were going to Fort Wachuca and why until you left there.
Take us through all that.
Well, it's been a long complicated story with all of this, but yeah, it began with what I did there 35 years ago.
And there was with me being able to present stuff to currently to the FBI and to prosecutors, we needed that information.
We needed, I already have that information.
I have backups to it.
I have the awards.
I have the write-ups.
I have the reports.
I have the orders.
But there was some other information that I was going to request.
And I did not want to go to that desert.
Talk about what information it was specifically that you were looking for, or do you not want to reveal that?
It would have been, we were going to be looking for the prosecutor's case against those that were on the U.S. side that were involved in the tunnel.
And we were hoping to get some information about that.
They weren't cooperative, obviously.
But it was for me to go down there.
We just realized that this was one of the needed things that I would be required.
And this is what people, you know, when you're telling the truth, this is what you do.
You go get records.
It wasn't like I wanted to, you know, just go visit Fort Huachuca.
I mean, it's a wonderful desert and all, but it's not that great.
I got there on the 8th, morning of the 8th.
We had a little trouble getting the rental car.
I drove down to Fort Huachuca, got there in the evening at about 5:37 something.
We looked it on phone records, was checking in there.
I was reminiscing.
I mean, when I got there, it was sort of surprising.
I couldn't believe that I was driving up to my old barracks or what looked like them.
So, yeah, I took pictures.
I sent them back to Amy.
We were on video while I was checking in.
We were talking.
The man in the they're saying it's Cabot Phillips.
It looks like him.
The photos I've seen, again, I don't know these people.
I don't necessarily know them by name.
Would you have known Cabot Phillips or Erica Kirk prior to this, to any of this?
Would you have known?
Would you have been able to pick them out?
Would you say, oh, I know that guy.
That's Cabot Phillips.
Oh, I know that woman.
That's Erica Kirk, Charlie Kirk's wife.
No, no, this was no, I wasn't familiar with Teep USA.
Charlie Kirk, I've seen his videos.
I probably would have recognized him.
I would have recognized the other.
But you wouldn't have said, oh, wow, that's that famous woman, Erica Kirk.
Yeah, because I think prior to Charlie Kirk's assassination, she may have had around 100,000, maybe even less than that, followers on X.
I mean, nobody really knew her, which is what makes it kind of bizarre that she's now like not only the front face and doing week-long, you know, programming hits on the Fox News channel around the clock, 24 hours in pre-scripted town halls with Barry Weiss.
And I mean, these people are just really laying it on thick with the pyrotechnics and everything else.
And it would be really bizarre to take a grieving widow and position them as the CEO of their dead husband's company.
I just think that that's a terrible business decision and it's very animalic, to be honest with you.
It just doesn't really happen.
But anyways, take us back to the lobby.
So there you are.
So yeah, I was checking into the lobby.
I noticed a guy that was there.
I noticed him because he had a different sheen.
I mean, there's you can tell there's young army troops there that were staying there temporarily, probably at the hotel.
They were over in the like dining area.
This man was singled out.
He was sitting on the couch in the lobby.
He looked, he had a certain stature to him and sort of stood out.
I noticed the watch he was wearing.
Well groomed and he was playing with his watch.
You noticed the watch.
Why did you notice the watch?
What was significant about that?
Okay.
And do you know now what kind of watch it was?
Yeah.
Fairly certain.
Yeah, it was a nice watch.
Well built, pragmatic.
Pro-L Town.
Have you done your investigating since on the watch?
And because people are saying, oh, well, that's Cabot Phillips.
Is this the guy that you saw?
And you said, yeah, that's the guy that I saw.
Have you done any investigation into Cabot Phillips in his publicly available documented photographed history to see if he was wearing that watch in any other photos outside of what you witnessed at Fort Wachuca?
No, I haven't had any interest.
I've seen what I've seen and I've left it at that.
That's different than me.
I got to admit, I'd be all wrapped up in this.
If I saw what I saw and I knew the implications, I would be all wrapped up in this.
So you're a better man than I am for being able to stay focused on what it is that you're really doing in life here, which is trying to get back with your son.
And by the way, just as an aside here, this whole situation with you, for those that want to say that you're seeking attention, this doesn't do a whole lot to help in support of that mission to get your son back, does it?
No, no, this is no, this is unfortunately.
Me and Candace Owens, we talked about this, is going to be, it's going to be aggravating, but it's also going to be revealing and it's going to be a painful process.
And you guys have all witnessed it now.
No, I think it's aggravated the situation.
There's been a lot of none of this stuff had to come out.
I've never mentioned these people why they had to do this or feel the need to.
Oh, that's, you know, it's just so sad on them.
Yeah, as far as like investigating stuff, I'm leaving that up to you guys.
I think the internet's getting pretty keen on things and hell a lot better than the FBI, from what I can tell.

So I'm sorry to frustrate the audience with, you know, stopping your Fort Wachuca testimony recap again, but I think that these are important things.
So, you know, I think that as I'm thinking of them, they should be documented because this whole thing has just become so ridiculous the way that they have tried to paint you as who you are and this attention seeker and this narcissist and a hammer attacker and a violent.
I mean, it's just, it's absolutely absurd.
And it should be criminal for these people to do these types of things.
But I digress.
You see him, he's got a sheen.
You recognize that, oh, that's a nice watch because you're a watch guy.
Take us from there.
Yeah, and I choose to.
From there, I went to the I went to my room, dropped off a few things, came back out.
That's when I noticed, you know, the woman with those eyes and ponytail meeting that man on the couch.
And as I went up to the to the front desk and was asking a question, I was also on the phone with Amy here.
And yeah, that's where I sort of gasped.
I had to tell her I was okay, that it was nothing.
How far away from how far away from Erica were you?
Oh, front desk is like maybe 10 feet to the couch, 10.
And she was she already seated on the couch by the time that you noticed her?
Did you see her walking?
No, she walked past me, walked past me.
Oh, how close did she sit on the couch?
How close did she pass by you?
And again, I'm fairly certain it was her.
I am too.
And if it wasn't, okay.
Again, it's a tip.
Investigate, see where people were.
If it's of any interest, from what I've understood, her family has a long history of being there now.
And so does TPUSA.
So what's the big secret?
I don't get it.
I happen to be there.
If you were bringing your mom lunch, Lori Fransfie, who has deep connections to Fort Huachuca through her tech firm, E3 TAC, and through EMP-proof technology that's tested at Fort Huachuca.
And if it was really that innocent, then why not just say that?
But the fact is, they're not saying that.
And the fact is, they haven't even really answered the allegations as to whether or not they were there at all.
They just had some random YouTuber show some picture of a couple of kids with a finger over them.
And by the way, a photograph that was dated September 9th, and I think that it's important for the record here to state that Mitch isn't saying that he saw Erica Kirk in the lobby on Fort Huachuca on September 9th.
He has from the beginning said that he witnessed this Cabot Phillips Erica Kirk lounge meeting on the 8th of September.
So she walks in front of you.
She goes over, she sits down, described the couch, described what they were wearing, the walk, the shoes.
You said you noticed his shoes.
What kind of shoes was he wearing?
What brought your attention to all this?
And then how did their conversation go?
Well, you could tell that he was waiting on her.
She sat knees together, hands in her, like between her knees, clasped, and then looking at him.
And he sort of stood up.
I wasn't trying to pay attention to them, to be honest with you.
I was doing my own thing.
So I went to my room again, came back out.
They were getting into a truck.
And I've described that truck of Candace Holmes and everything.
I went out to dinner.
Just real quickly, describe the truck again for our audience in case they missed your original testimony.
Yeah, it looked green.
It looked like a green GSA GMC that, yeah, it was pretty shiny, looked nice.
It looked like.
And given your experience in the military, these types of GSAs are normally used for important people.
Yeah, they've got the beat up ones that the troops get to sign out all the time or border patrols sign out all the time that go out in the desert and get beat up.
This one was a little bit more shiny.
Yeah, and it didn't have all the dents in it.
So, yeah, I would guess it's probably one of their better models.
So when they were having this conversation with one another, did they look?
I mean, what were their mannerisms telling you?
They were pensive.
They were a little bit tense.
They're definitely, it was like, I would guess by the way, he was checking his watches, they were, they were on a schedule of some type.
You know, I don't know.
I didn't, I was going to go up and ask him about his watch and also ask him if he was in the military and start a conversation with him.
But yeah, I never got that chance.
I went to dinner.
And after that, I came back to the hotel, had a good night's rest.
I got up really early in the morning.
I went around posts reminiscing a little bit.
I talked to multiple police officers trying to try to get a feel for where I could begin my request for records.
Got a little frustrated with that.
People weren't up.
And I eventually went to get coffee.
I ran into some people that could give me a little information and a heads up on where to start asking questions.
So, yeah, I went back on post.
I asked the officer where these buildings were that they were mentioning, and he gave me great directions.
And I ended up going there.
It's a very unassuming building.
There was nobody outside.
And I've already given my testimony on that with Candace Owens.
The only what really cemented it for me is the overreaction.
This it was just completely bizarre what this show of force was and why they were trying to implicate me with anything.
I had to reiterate my purpose there multiple times to multiple people as if they just weren't listening and they were trying to catch me up on something.
But when something like that goes on, boy, did that cement in everything that I saw and the people that I saw.
I was trying to figure out what this could possibly be about.
I figured it had to do something with the false titling that's already happened before that we've confirmed has happened.
Yeah, I figured it had something to do with me.
I had no idea about this other stuff.
But then when we saw, you know, on TV, you know, it was Amy who said, you got to say something.
And yeah.
And have you wavered on any of the claims that you have given amid all of this pushback?
Or are you, I guess, from what it sounds like, you're more convinced because of the reaction that you're right about what you said?
Because otherwise, why would these people behave this way?
And I think that these attacks prove that you're over the target.
What I can say is, I was able to prove where I was, photographic, metadata.
I was able to prove where I was, when I was down to the minute on a moment's notice.
If you want to prove where you were, when you were, everybody has the capability of doing that these days.
I did it on a moment's notice.
If I'm mistaken, I'm willing to be mistaken.
I'm just going to leave it at that.
I'm only going to.
Fort Wachuka is not just your run-of-the-mill base either.
Fort Wachuca is involved in some very specific things.
We have mentioned EMP testing here.
We have mentioned PSYOPS and disinformation and military intelligence.
Describe and tunnels.
Describe the importance of that.
What is Fort Wachuca really all about?
Oh, yeah, it's a special place.
I don't think anybody's ever heard of it until now.
They probably hate my name at that post.
I'll bet you that commander is kicking cans every single day at the hearing my name.
Had no idea it was going to blow up like this.
No, it's a really special post.
That's where we train all of our intelligence people in the military.
Used to be, they used to have Navy people that would go there as well.
Counterintelligence spies, you have interrogators, linguists, drone pilots.
Back then, we did sensors as well.
So you got human, you got sensory, you got signal.
It's a pretty special place, and they keep it, it's fairly lax.
A very uh, it's a nice post.
They keep it like a college campus for the most part, as far as the uh, the atmosphere between people.
Uh, yeah, it's it's important that people, um, you can go visit there.
The, I think, the public can actually go in.
They've got a nice park there.
Uh, it's a great place to go up and look at the sunrise.
That's what I did.
Um, yeah, there's a lot of special things and a lot of resources that they have there for a lot of different types of operations to include.
They got psyops there as well.
Yeah.
So if someone were to be planning a public assassination of a prolific figure, would Fort Wachuca be a base where it would make sense to have those meetings?
You know, I had no idea prior to going down there what I would walk into.
I was there for my own answers.
Um, there was a meeting that I apparently was witness to breaking up.
I think they've been able to confirm that at this point.
There was a police report written about it.
You sat with Captain Neff.
Yeah.
And that's who you first recognized was Brian Harpole, the head of Charlie Kirk Security.
And then it was later that you said, oh, wait a minute, wait, let me see that woman again, those eyes.
That's the woman that I saw on Fort Wachuca, and it just so happens to be Erica Kirk.
So here you have Brian Harpole, Cabot Phillips, who Erica Kirk has a documented history with.
We're not going to get into that right now, just for the sake of your time, and we got to get going here.
And a congressman and Erica Kirk.
And it was on the 8th when you saw Cabot Phillips and Erica Kirk, who have this notable relationship that's documented.
I mean, there's all kinds of things that they have attempted to scrub from the internet unsuccessfully that have now, of course, made their way back because that's what people do.
Just like I didn't, I didn't know the things that Charlie Kirk was saying right up to his death because I just vehemently disagreed with him on a lot of takes.
And I was one of his biggest detractors while he was alive for the entire time I've been on air.
And I didn't realize that all that was starting to switch until, of course, after his death.
Then you look back, well, what was this person saying leading up to their death?
They were just assassinated.
I mean, that's just what anybody, common sense would do that.
And so when Cabot Phillips is brought up in association with Erica Kirk, the internet is really good at going in and saying, well, what is the previous relationship with these people?
And well, there it is.
It's very well documented.
So these are the people that you say that you saw.
And in the wake of all of the pressure that has been mounted against you, you haven't changed that position.
Has it actually helped you to solidify?
Is it done the other way around?
I mean, when you say 95 to 99%, that hasn't been shook.
That's only been reaffirmed.
And I'm saying these things knowing what I know and knowing that I can smell accountability in the water.
And I guess for you, it's a little bit different situation because you just didn't ask for any of this, did you?
No, I didn't think any of this was going to happen.
This has been sort of sensational.
You're asking me if this is going to change where I was, who I am, what I saw.
Not one bit.
Again, everybody's fallible.
Everybody has doppelgangers.
Okay.
And if they were there, maybe there's a reason.
Maybe there's a reason for being there those days.
And everybody has phones, which means that everybody has cameras and everybody has videos and everybody's able to document where they are and when they're going there.
And Fort Wachuca is a highly surveilled base with technology that the American public has no idea that's even in existence as far as surveillance is concerned.
Mitch described zooming in tens of miles on a pimple.
They know exactly who it was that was on that base.
And your testimony, given the implications, would be very easily disproven by command staff at Fort Huachuca, by the Department of Defense, by the Trump administration, by anybody who would want to say this guy is crazy.
This very obviously didn't happen.
And here's the evidence to support what we're saying.
But in fact, nobody's doing that.
And just as they have surveillance and technology and cameras, you carry a phone.
And you've already said that you took pictures and videos on this base as well.
So this is all going to come to a head.
And, you know, I think that one of the things that I respect and admire about you the most is that you didn't come on here throwing mud back at Gary Melton and Valhalla and your exes and this guy pretending to be your son and Alex Jones.
And instead, you just kind of said that you feel bad for them.
I want to give you the floor here.
I've got about five minutes left.
And if there's anything that I missed or anything that you want to stress or anything that you want people to go look at or anything else remaining that you want to say, I just want to give you these last five minutes.
No, I, you know, these poor guys have exposed themselves as being bought and paid for.
And, you know, if anybody had made that claim before, you know, you probably wouldn't have been able to prove it.
These guys just went ahead and turned themselves into the American public.
And they also showed that, yeah, they commit these operations against regular old people, just like Candace Owens said on her show.
I'm not the only one.
It just sucks that I'm the only one standing up right now.
I think there's going to be other people coming forward.
I hope other people feel like they can.
And I hope the truth comes out about everything.
I think that Charlie Kirk deserves it.
I don't know about the motivations of these people.
I don't know them.
I don't want to speculate.
I try to keep things simple.
Gary and Valhalla, I've been a fan of those.
I'm probably going to still maybe continue to be a fan.
Them and Jesse and Alex, they've really pissed off Amy for a bit, but she'll calm down.
We go to church.
They're making money.
Why would you just continue to listen to flat-out liars and people who have proven that they're paid to propagate a certain agenda?
I don't know why you'd continue listening to these people.
I don't think anybody should.
I think that nobody should ever trust anything that they ever say again, ever.
You know, I slightly disagree with you, Stu.
I mean, I know your point.
I don't think the internet should support them much anymore.
But when people are willing to lie to you and show you that they're lying, I don't know.
I definitely think you should listen to them.
You should report them.
You should watch them when they do it.
They're showing you who they are.
Let them.
Yeah, I guess you're right.
I mean, I watch it and then I have a platform on X where I'm able to even comment on it in real time.
And it's just glorious watching as these people just get completely obliterated by the ratios.
They're not even close.
And I don't even know why they try anymore, but it's entertaining.
It is a lot of fun.
And you're right.
You do have to be observant.
So I guess I don't know why anybody would ever support these people ever again.
I guess that's good, unless it's just to alert others, to draw attention to these very obviously exposed people so that you can learn and apply the pattern recognition to future psyops.

And that's the way that most men ought to feel if they don't.
And so, of course, that is one of the vulnerabilities that these people will weaponize against you.
They'll attack you via your children and your relationships and the people closest to you.
If they're going to bring an assassin to try to kill you, that's why you see so many wives killing their husbands.
If they're going to bring somebody in to try to shut you up, they're going to do it from the inside out.
And the way that the family court system and law enforcement apparatus and mechanism has been weaponized against Mitch Snow is nothing new.
And it's not only in the wake of his sightings on Fort Wachuca and the testimony that he originally provided to Candace Owens, which blew up Fort Wachuca, which everybody has now been looking into.
And from the very beginning, we've known about Laurie Fransby's ties there and why all of this is central to Erica Kirk.
And we've learned a lot about that base since that, like Mitch said, nobody had previously ever heard of, much like Erica Kirk.
A lot of people wouldn't have been able to pick her out of a lineup.
And so, you know, I saw people like, well, why did you wait so long to report that you saw her?
Well, because he didn't recognize that it was Erica Kirk at the time that he saw her.
I mean, do you wear a helmet outside when you go outside?
People that think like that, you should.
He reported it when he saw those eyes.
And we have the picture again.
You can show his ex's eyes are on the bottom, and there's Erica Kirk's eyes on the top.
And you cannot, you cannot deny that what he saw would jar his memory.
And so he came out and he said, Hold on a second.
And then he didn't just go running to the number one podcast in the world.
As a matter of fact, he never did.
And he tried to get the attention of Valhalla.
He paid $20 in a super chat, something else that we had to expose over on X that people didn't know.
And so, of course, there was no light shined on how deceptive these people are.
Instead, this guy decided to get drunk and start gushing over Ian Carroll and talking about his man crush and how tall, dark, and handsome Ian is.
It was weird.
It was bizarre.
But all of the behavior surrounding these people has been weird and bizarre because the truth can withstand scrutiny, but the empire of lies cannot.
And so they scurry and they run like the little cockroaches do when you flip the light on.
They go hide in little crevices and they try to blend in and they hold real still.
Well, that's what they're doing.
That's the behavior.
And in fact, Mitch tried to go to Valhalla.
And then when he was talking to a mutual acquaintance or a friend of his, not Amy, but somebody else, she said, well, I'm emailing this to Candace Owens because Candace Owens has really been looking into this for, you know, or to this Erica Kirk thing.
I don't even think Fort Wachuka was on her radar at that point.
And Candace Owens, as she, you know, accounted on her show, said, Well, it was just God that I opened up this email first.
And then Mitch ends up on her show.
He wasn't seeking attention from Candace Owens.
He was trying to get the word out.
And even if Valhalla had taken that super chat and followed up with Mitch, you know, I believe that it was God putting his hand all over this and saying, no, I'm going to close that door and I'm going to open this one on the biggest podcast in the world because the world needs to see this enough of this.
Enough.
Erica Kirk is central to everything surrounding the assassination and the ensuing cover-up.
The DOJ under Pam Bondi, the FBI under Kash Patel.
I believe that the reason why Dan Bongino is no longer the deputy director of the FBI is because he saw what's going on with this Fort Wachuca testimony.
He saw what's happening with Turning Point.

And Charlie Kirk was involved in conversations with President Trump directly, at which point Charlie was in some sort of a way shouted down by Trump over Charlie's opposition to Kinetic confrontation with Iran.
And now we find ourselves in a position where we're affecting regime change in Venezuela.
And Lindsey Graham and Donald Trump are on Air Force One bragging about how they did this and then warning about the next country, citing Colombia and Cuba.
And there's been talks of Greenland.
We're just going to go all over the place, just knocking over these sovereign countries and taking their leaders into custody.

And there is a screenshot of the petition for the FOIA request that's been filed with the federal government.

And then, of course, properly placing all of the evidence needed to convict him so that this prosecutor could find it and put it all together with a nice little bow neatly in the woods for federal agents to just kind of stumble across.
And then, you know, he was so bothered by all this that he went to a dairy queen.

Sheriff Mack broke to me that the prosecutor responsible for charging Tyler Robinson and taking this case to court through trial had no idea that the crime scene had been scraped up by skid loaders and cemented over.
He had a conversation directly with the prosecutor who said that he had no idea that that had occurred.
The prosecutor that's charging Tyler Robinson has no idea that a foot and a half of earth was removed from the scene of the crime where Charlie Kirk was assassinated and has no idea that it was then cemented over so that nobody could ever return there to do any kind of a blood forensics analysis or spatter plattern analysis, nothing.
He didn't know that.
And I thought that that was really interesting.
Does the prosecutor know that people were tampering with evidence, that they were removing evidence, that they were taking cameras down and disassembling them and removing SD cards?
Does the prosecutor know that people that are attached to Turning Point USA were walking through Charlie Kirk's blood and that they were standing on top of the chair that Charlie Kirk just moments before slumped out of?
What does the prosecutor know?
And you remember what Candace Owens reported after her four and a half hour long meeting with Erica Kirk?
And that's that Turning Point USA attorneys say that there is no evidence that links Tyler Robinson to this assassination at all whatsoever, other than what we have seen on TV and what Kash Patel has told us as his eyes bulge out while he wears female clothing.

These photos are coming out of him, giving the thumbs up as he's posing alongside DEA agents.
You know, these guys are all blurring their faces out, you know, super secret, big serious stuff.
And then there's Nicholas Maduro just laughing.
He's making a mockery of this entire thing.
And there's a lot of people out there who are saying, you know, Nicholas Maduro and Trump made some kind of deal.
And there's all this 4D and 6 million D chess involved.
And they're going to make a deal to expose how Venezuela stole the 2020 election from Joe Biden.
And then Trump's going to arrest all the Democrats.
And then they're going to get perked walk in the arm jumpsuits.
And they're not going to be laughing and smiling.
They're not going to be given the thumbs up.
You know, this is all just a trust the plan, boy, trust the plan.

I think that Nicolas Maduro is falling on the sword here for his country.
And we're seeing the response to that in Venezuela, where, you know, there's all these pictures, all these videos of people in Florida, in Chile, in Argentina, out there celebrating and saying, oh, yeah, he's finally gone.
Well, in Venezuela, the people who actually live there, they're out in the streets, and the opposition has now merged with the Maduro supporters to say, we do not want a Rothschild intervention in our country.
We do not want BlackRock and Israel and the United States coming in and imperializing and tyrannizing our people.
And now they are joining forces and they're coming at this as a united front.
And I think this is completely blowing up in the Cabal's face here.
And I think that Nicolas Maduro allowed himself to be taken into custody because they figured that this was going to happen.
His replacement has already come out and said this is Zionist.

And then on top of that, they're charging him in civilian courts in the United States.
Barack Obama did this to CIA Mossad-backed terrorists that they captured on the battlefields in the Middle East.
They brought him back to America.
They mirandized them.
They extended constitutional rights to them.
And Republicans ridiculed them and said the Constitution isn't a treaty with the world.
This is absolutely unhinged.
And now they're doing the exact same thing to Nicolas Maduro.
And when he was in court in New York City today, he stood up and said, I'm the president of Venezuela.
I'm a prisoner of war.
And that's exactly what this is.
This was an act of war.
And now they're treating it as if American domestic law can extend to whatever country that we want.
And just like you said, you swoop in, you steal other people's citizens.
If we can do it to them, they can do it to us.
This is exactly what you just called it: the signal that we live in a borderless society.
These are super states.
And here we are in the Western hemisphere with this perverted, made-up version of the Monroe doctrine.
They talk about they've just suddenly brought back the Monroe doctrine.
That was to stop European colonialism in our backyard.

And that people are standing by and like applauding this and saying, yeah, trust the plan, guys.
You know, this is going to lead to the Democrats getting arrested.

But look, I think if I'm not mistaken, Nick Fuentes was on his telegram saying, Yeah, let's just command the whole Western hemisphere.
You know, let's just go after all of it.
I mean, has there been a response from Iran?
You know, Venezuela is Iran's only ally in the Western hemisphere.
And then this, of course, implicates China because we've been committing acts of piracy on the high sea against Chinese-owned tankers.
I mean, we've been disrupting a lot of things.
And of course, we're impeding Russia's progress in Venezuela, where it's reported that Wagner group mercenaries are on the ground and these people are deeply entrenched, as well as Hezbollah.
And that's a choice of Venezuela to be able to do that and to select their allies.
But when you start messing with the bottom line and you're disrupting tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars worth of oil and just jacking them like you're a gangbanger on the south side of Chicago, you can't do that without repercussions.
You can't do that without retaliation on the streets of Chicago.
Why would you be able to do it on the high seas?
Yeah, and speaking of Iran, I think there's a real reason that this action in Venezuela is coinciding with Mossad CIA-backed riots, a color revolution they're trying to stage in Iran right now.

And now Israel is laying out their plans for Israel and the United States, of course, because nothing's going to be done without the Israeli employees at the U.S. government going in and overthrowing Iran.
So it's one country after another.
They're not going to give anybody time to respond before they just burst the whole thing into flames, it looks like.
And yet, Hezbollah, Hamas, they say, are in Venezuela, and our border has been left wide open to all this.
This was all a self-fulfilling prophecy.
This was all intentional.
Usher all of this into our own hemisphere and then throw our own hemisphere into chaos so that all of these people that we're at war with and all of these people that we've been told to be scared of for all of these years and that have been allowed into our country, even as our government tells us they're the worst people on earth.
So that then here we are, we're just putting the thunderdome together and we can all kill each other and then they can come out of the other side with their superstates.
I mean, it's a it's a it's this has been coming a long time down the road here and now we're looking it right in the face.
But Mike Pompeo is out openly saying the CIA and the Mossad are in the process of overthrowing Iran.
And again, Netanyahu has in his cabinet have approved these new plans to go to war with Iran, which are going to include the United States.
Now, one more thing here that I want to touch on real quick is in France.
Now, multiple people are now being imprisoned under what they said were internet security laws in France.
And this is just part of taking control of everything that you say, think, or do.
I mean, this is part of the implementation of the surveillance superstate that we're looking at right now and that we're talking about right now.
So, in France, they told parents, you know, your children are at risk online and you need the government to step in and protect them.
Well, now they're imprisoning French adults for criticizing the government.
They're imprisoning French adults for criticizing Brigitte Macron for being a transgender man.
And this is coming to the United States.
So-called conservatives, and there's been a big push over on X recently.
Everyone should pay attention to that.
And so-called conservatives are getting behind it.
Elon Musk himself is getting behind it and saying if you use Grok to make images that are illegal or to make, you know, revenge-porn nude images of somebody on Grok, which I didn't even know.
I don't even think that you can do that on Grok.
But either way, if you do it, they're going to cooperate with the law enforcement to the fullest extent of the law to get you thrown in jail.
There's this whole be scared of anything on the internet vein coming through.
And so that they'll say, Hey, guess what?
We got to come in and seize control of the internet.
That's exactly what they're doing.
And conservatives are getting behind it.
And it's like, it's crazy to me how conservatives who have tried to paint themselves as this big pro-parent crowd, it's like, hey, parent your own kids to stay off of the internet if you don't want your kids on the internet.
My son's 13.
He doesn't get on the internet.
I mean, it's, it's, you know, the only place he gets on the internet is in his public school where they shove a Chromebook in his face every day because that's how they teach kids now.
But really, it's this is a yet another deal where they're going to come in and say, oh, for your safety, for your children's safety, we're taking away your civil liberties.
We're governing the internet.
And it's turning into a crackdown on free speech.
It's happening in France right now.
It's coming in Australia.
That's just going into effect there.
And you have so-called conservatives, you know, of course, joining with everyone else in the United States to say, hey, we're going to legislate in DC the internet so that we can stifle your free speech, but we're going to do it in pretending that we're protecting your kids.
