	You know, with every day that passes, all of these suspicions that I have about every single one of these people inside of Turning Point USA, they just become more magnified.
	They become more substantiated, reaffirmed, they become more valid.
	Confirmed, they become confirmed.
	All of these people: Andrew Colbin, Tyler Boyer, Pastor Rob McCoy, Mikey McCoy, Erica Kirk.
	And if you're in my DM, spare me the oybase on the grieving widow thing, okay?
	Have the courage to be disliked.
	Have the courage, the testicular fortitude, the balls to ask honest questions.
	Luke chapter 6, verse 26, read it.
	I'm not here to make friends.
	That grieving widow is not screaming and shouting and demanding answers.
	You know, she's not on top of the tallest building with the loudest bullhorn that she can find, yelling and screaming and telling the world that none of this adds up.
	There are 6 million, at least, inconsistencies here.
	We could be here for 271,000 days talking about it.
	And one of those things, by the way, is that we have Tyler Robinson on the ground running toward the roof at the exact same time on surveillance footage with the exact same time stamp as when the FBI director tells us that he was on the roof disassembling a firearm and changing clothes before jumping off of it to go on the lamb.
	And she's not asking any of these questions.
	None of these people are.
	The people that were the closest to Charlie Kirk, that worked with him every single day, they're not asking these questions.
	Spare me the grieving widow, BS, okay?
	She's an actress and a bad one at that.
	And that's what we're watching here.
	And if there's anything at all that we know for certain about the assassination of Charlie Kirk, despite all of these lies and all the misdirection plays by all of these people that want to blame it on that lone whack job, it's that Charlie Kirk was killed by Israel.
	That's extremely obvious.
	And it wasn't just Israel.
	It was also the United States, both of them effectively the same country.
	And we can touch on more of that in a few moments here.
	But look, the bottom line here is Charlie Kirk was pushing back on Trump.
	And he was doing it more and more frequently.
	And he was starting to publicly question the occupation of our government and of our media and our entertainment industry, our institutions of learning, our banking and finance apparatus, the entire country.
	He was pushing back against war with Iran.
	It was becoming very obvious that Charlie Kirk was disgusted by what he was seeing in Washington, D.C., including in our White House.
	And it's not just obvious, it's confirmed by Stu Peters network sources inside of TP USA at the highest levels.
	Charlie Kirk figured it out.
	He finally saw it that the man that he gave so much respect and admiration to, Donald J. Trump, the so-called president of the United States, is a pedophile embroiled in a child trafficking scandal, right alongside his buddies on both sides of America's fake political aisle.
	So Charlie had to be removed.
	He had to be silenced forever, and that's exactly what they did.
	Because when it comes down to Charlie Kirk waking up, telling his millions of followers that he has learned all of these things, what he's come to realize about his own government, these people had a lot to lose.
	The Republican Party had an entire voting block full of young people.
	The United States government itself had a legion of patriotic, Christian, forward-thinking, loyal young Americans who would be incredibly likely, by the way, to volunteer, sign up to go to war with Iran if given the word.
	And the Israelis, they had the hearts and minds of these millions of young people wrapped up in Charlie Kirk, hanging on every word that he had to say, pledging their devotion and allegiance to Israel,
	America's greatest ally at Turning Point rallies and chapter meetings all over the country.
	Turning Point USA, since its inception, has functioned as an Israeli front group.
	It's a funnel dumping young, energetic conservatives right into the mouths of the Jewish political machines that they're taught to aspire to serve.
	There is a ton of infrastructure involved here.
	There's a lot of people, many people involved here.
	Just look at everybody who's been pulling the strings at Turning Point USA, not just since Charlie's death, but all along.
	The names that we all now know so well, the Tyler Boyers of the world, the Mormons who hang around Eastern European orphanages, or the Erica Kirks of the world who marry guys like Charlie Kirk and bring with them orphanages of their own and parents closely tied to Israeli intelligence and tech firms that are actively deploying a Jewish surveillance state against the American people.
	That's the type of family that she comes from.
	We've been over this.
	Erica's mother is currently geofencing Christians.
	She's geofencing TPUSA rally attendees and even those who show up at memorials dedicated to her dead son-in-law so they can be plastered with Israeli propaganda.
	That's her job.
	At least, I mean, that's the job of those who work for her.
	She's obviously too high up the totem pole to get her hands dirty herself.
	The same with Erica's father.
	But what about Erica herself?
	We've discussed her background here several times on this program.
	We've also discussed her incredibly bizarre behavior in the wake of her husband's death, but the problems don't stop there.
	What about the people in the organizations tied to Erica?
	Like the Egyptian military.
	Candace Owens just revealed on her show that Erica Kirk is flying all around the world in an airplane owned by the Egyptian military with the tail marker S-U-B-N-D.
	Take a look at this.
	This is a clip from Candace's show explaining that Erica Kirk flew on this Egyptian military aircraft all around the world more than 70 times.
	Watch.
	That she had done an additional 15 hours of research and was able to discern that the person the planes were actually tracking for years was Erica.
	Not Charlie, but Erica was the one being tracked by these planes.
	And indeed, it turns out that she was correct.
	She discovered that between 2022 and September of 2025, both of those aircrafts, SUBTT, the yellow plane, and S-U-B-N-D, the blue plane,
	showed 68 overlaps with Erica's documented locations.
	Okay.
	68 overlaps.
	I have since been able to add now 73 times that this overlapped.
	Okay.
	And 29 of those instances also happened to include Charlie.
	Charlie was also present.
	And that's what I was stumbling upon when I was looking into this.
	I was like, why is this plane where Charlie is?
	The flights were majority clustered within five states, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Delaware, and Utah.
	And it's a pattern that she believes is statistically not random.
	I'm telling you, this information has been completely verified.
	I am showing you this on a spreadsheet now.
	These are all the instances in which this plane, 60 all 68 instances that this plane crossed with Erica.
	And I'm also going to say this includes overseas as well.
	Okay.
	So, my instant question becomes: why didn't Turning Point acknowledge that this plane was familiar to them?
	When I was taking all of these figurative online bullets, someone could have easily said something, right?
	That's kind of a repeat thing in this investigation.
	Josh Hammer lies, I get attacked.
	Turning point just stays silent.
	They know he's lying, but they allow the lie to flow.
	Alex Clark lies, I get attacked, I'm telling the truth.
	Turning point knows it, but they kind of allow this like Catholic thing lie to flow.
	And the influencers are allowed to lie.
	Nobody at Turning Point ever just steps to clarify that I'm on to something or I'm telling the truth about something.
	And when it comes to these Egyptian flights, the math on this is indisputable.
	There is less than a point zero, one percent probability okay, under random distribution models that these Egyptian planes coincidentally landed around Erica at these times.
	Like I said, this plane was not just with her in America, it was also tracking her overseas as well.
	I flagged this because I was alarmed, because I thought it was tracking Charlie, and I am telling you that this plane, in addition to Charlie and Primarily, actually was tracking Erica.
	Okay, so I mean, what are we dealing with here?
	Aircraft that belong to a foreign military, to the Egyptian AIR Force, are transporting not just Erica Kirk but high-ranking members of TPUSA to and from turning point events, including the September 10th UVU event where Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
	Does that strike anybody as odd?
	And do the Egyptian AIR Force connections here have anything to do with the unclear and somewhat inconsistent stories that we've heard about Erica's whereabouts?
	On the day that Charlie was killed, first she was there, then she wasn't there, then she was just landing.
	I mean, is there an intentional effort to distract from these Egyptian aircraft and Erica's use of them?
	That's what it sounds like Candace is saying.
	I mean, she's been mentioning these aircraft.
	If these Egyptian military aircraft are just leased because they're under a maintenance contract, which wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility.
	But if it's really that innocent, then when Candace Owens is talking about Egyptian military aircraft following Charlie Kirk around, that sounds concerning.
	Why didn't TPUSA clear any of that up and then?
	As far as her whereabouts, initially it was reported that Erica Kirk was in Utah at UVU at the time of the assassination, but then that story changed.
	Then we were told that Calvary pastor Rob McCoy frantically called Erica to tell her that Charlie had been killed, prompting her to jump on a plane to Utah, probably an Egyptian military one.
	But according to the information that we have now and these recent confirmations by Candace Owens, Egyptian military planes were on the ground at the time of this assassination in Utah, and so were American ones military planes.
	So were they In town for some big operation, the big takedown of Charlie Kirk?
	Nothing about this situation sits right with me.
	And it shouldn't sit right with you either.
	Charlie Kirk was killed on American soil on a college campus in Utah within miles of a cadre of Egyptian and American military planes.
	Oh, yeah, and a bunch of Israeli cell phones.
	There's a lot of hands in this pot.
	And a big part of the reason why is exactly what I mentioned at the top of this segment.
	And that's that the United States and Israeli governments are just one and the same.
	They're the same thing.
	Where they go one, they go all, as General Flynn would say.
	One side of this sick and twisted alliance doesn't move without the other.
	And that doesn't just go for assassinations or outright military strikes.
	It also goes against extended capture and control operations.
	It goes for running front groups like Turning Point USA to do exactly that, to capture and control America's young people, including prominent young conservatives that don't know any better.
	And by the time they do, they're just in too deep.
	Charlie Kirk himself found that out the hard way.
	He questioned Israel.
	He pushed back against the White House.
	He even named the Jew on air.
	But above all else, and again, this is according to sources inside of TP USA at the highest levels, Charlie Kirk was on the cusp of, quote, going ballistic over revelations that Donald Trump and other high-ranking members of that administration and the Republican Party as a whole are caught up in the middle of a child trafficking,
	child rape scheme.
	And if Charlie Kirk had gone public with everything that he had learned, everything that he'd been hearing, it would be the end of Trump.
	It would be the end of the Republican Party.
	So they took him out.
	And now we're going to get some redacted BS files instead.

	You know, I look at this situation and I think you have not only the connection with Erica Kirk and the different planes.
	And let's keep in mind that Egypt and Israel have a very, very interesting relationship as it relates to PSYOPS, the Levant affair, the USS Liberty.
	Egypt was very involved in both of those situations and they were to put blame on somebody else.
	In one case, Israel is trying to put blame on Israel.
	In another case, Israel was using Egypt as an excuse.
	We're talking about the USS Liberty to literally attack a military ship, a United States military ship, that if any other country attacked in that fashion, killing 171,
	lying and saying that you weren't sure what was going on, just the circumstances behind that.
	The United States would have declared war on that country.
	But for some reason, we didn't declare war on Israel because of the excuse that they had and because of the relationship with, obviously, with Lyndon B. Johnson and Israel at the time.
	But I think that Charlie figured out that Turning Point USA really should have been registered under FARA a long time ago.
	I think that Charlie figured out that he was operating, he was operating, a giant foreign influence operation that should have been exposed seven or eight years ago.
	Because that's the reality with Turning Point under these circumstances.
	They're generating all of this, all of this data, all of this voter data.
	They are pushing these agendas that, and I appreciate Candace Owens for bringing up the Calvary Chapel and bringing up Rob McCoy and bringing up Jack Hibbs and all of these people that no one would have any idea about and bringing up the guy that was following them.
	He's been following them all over the country, kind of like that aircraft has.
	I can't think of his name right now, but he has all of this real estate that he shouldn't have considering how much money he makes.
	Kind of like this Calvary Chapel pastor was following me and my kids and my family all over Minnesota, harassing and berating me.
	That's why these people are so fanatical because the gig is up.
	Exactly.
	And not only that, I think we're going to find out that there's been a lot of money that's been involved.
	Possibly a lot of children have been involved on the trafficking side.
	I think there's so many different layers to this.
	And, you know, Candace Owens, she also said that she figured out the rental car company of the people that purchased rental cars that when they got off the when they got the Egyptian aircraft, it's a dunkin' something or other.
	And she's going to reveal more information about that.
	And she's asking for tips.
	And then she said that Andrew Colvett, who I haven't trusted from day one, he actually told Candace and Tucker Carlson both that their lives were in danger.
	And this was before, this was before Charlie was even killed.
	And so I have to ask myself, did Andrew Colvet do that?
	Because he was basically, because he knew that Jack Basobiak wouldn't make any effort to look into this, right?
	Tyler Boyer would make no effort to look into this.
	Benny Johnson would make no effort to look into this.
	But, and then I think, and I have to ask myself, why did Nick Fuentes just not make a conscious effort to look into this?
	I just, I don't know.
	I don't get it.
	But I think that they knew that Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens would be the probably only two people that would make a conscious effort with a legitimate influence to actually figure out what happened here.
	And Candace Owens has done that in spectacular colors.
	And I respect the hell out of her for that.
	You know, you look at the first Republican female president.
	If it ever happens, Candace Owens is going to be that person.
	I think that Candace Owens really has a chance to be a major leader in the United States of America as an elected official.
	Why do you think she won't go after Erica Kirk, who it looks like they're trying to position as the next female president or the vice president, plugged in with J.D. Vance?
	Why do you think she won't go at Erica Kirk?
	I mean, this woman has ties to Romanian orphanages.
	This woman has ties to the Israeli intel apparatus, to the military industrial complex.
	Why is she not noting any of this stuff?
	Because she's a mom.
	Because Erica Kirk is a mom.
	Candace Owens is a mom, and there's an unspoken bond there.
	And she doesn't want to be aware of it.
	Is she a mom?
	Is she really a mom?
	Is she this trad Christian mom wife?
	Because you know what?
	She was flying around an Egyptian military plane 75 times in a year.
	When was she mothering these children exactly?
	And that's, and that's a fair question.
	And we brought this up a couple months ago.
	We don't know the name of these children.
	I've never seen them.
	I don't need to know the name of the children.
	And I'm not saying that secretly they didn't have children.
	I'm just saying, you know, I don't believe her.
	I don't believe that this is the Christian trad wife and mother that has been presented to us by the TPUSA propaganda arm, the influence operation being run by Israel.
	Which is in connection by the Israeli vassal state here in our occupied country.
	And she certainly doesn't act like she's a trad wife.
	I mean, she showed up to that event with those black leather pants on.
	She held J.D. Vance's head very, you know, it was almost like an embrace.
	She did the same thing with Donald Trump.
	She has experience.
	She had a tramp stamp in a video from a band from like 2014.
	She was featured on a couple of different TV shows, like dating TV shows.
	I mean, she's definitely an actress.
	And I think it's safe to say that she obviously won.
	She won Miss Arizona at one of Trump's pageants.
	I think it's safe to say that she's been around, so to speak.
	And so, but yeah, it's very interesting.
	She travels all the time.
	Are those kids traveling?
	Are those kids traveling with her?
	I don't know.
	But I think that Candace Owens just doesn't want to make it look like she's battering, that she's battering a grieving wife.
	And the way that she's doing this, and she is doing a good job of still getting to the bottom of this, still exposing everything that's going on while not crossing that barrier where people can say, you know, when moms,
	which I'm sure a lot of her base is mothers like her and apparently like, you know, like Erica, but she's done a really good job of accomplishing what she's trying to accomplish.
	Yeah, I mean, let's just keep it real.
	This is a very sensitive subject with a lot of intricate and kind of weedy sets of circumstances that go along with this.
	Okay.
	This is a big operation that was pulled off here.
	This wasn't some lone wolf, lunatic, lazy-eyed sniper, okay, that was into furries and trannies.
	And everybody kind of knows that at this point.
	This was a very high-level operation pulled off by a crime syndicate that, you know, commits crimes that are just unfathomable to the normal person.
	And the normal person that's sitting back watching Candace Owens, she's not going to make any friends if she's kind of, you know, like running roughshot, like really, you know, aggressively going in on Erica Kirk or TPUSA because this was Charlie Kirk's baby.
	So I think that she's kind of trying to string this thing into eventually maybe allowing for Erica and her behavior to demonstrate itself out in the wide open for a big light to be shined on it where people will scratch their heads.
	My approach is just a little bit different.
	I'm saying this is nuts.
	This is bizarre.
	This woman is connected to Donald Trump in a lot of ways.
	Donald Trump is known for procuring young women, for putting them into these modeling and acting roles, women who aspire for prominence and for fame and glitz and glam and money and lifestyle.
	They'll do just about anything for that.
	She was a romance reality show television actress.
	So the caress that you see on the back of JD Vance's head, the long embrace and the hold that you see with Donald Trump at the pyrotechnics infused memorial that was used as a spy operation by the Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministry through Superfeed Tech,
	where Erica Kirk's mother is on the board of directors and so is Tyler Boyer, ostensibly a homosexual, definitely a Mormon running a Christian organization, you know, that turns these events into many revivals where people find Jesus Christ.
	Charlie Kirk was really proud of all of that work, but I think that you said like what you said when he turned around and looked behind them and he saw that not just now, but from the very beginning, the people that were placed around him, including Erica, his wife,
	I think it's just, I mean, you can't gloss over, you cannot gloss over the fact that her father is responsible for setting up Raytheon Israel LTD,
	brokering arms deals between the United States and this pariah state that led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands, millions of people collectively, and the installation of the Iron Dome, along with all of the financial contracts that have been required for these forever wars that we've been watching,
	where hundreds of thousands of American lives have been lost.
	And that her mother is the one that's responsible for spying on American Christians at all of these TPUSA events.
	It looks like they needed a cheerleader for Trump to usher in Noahideism, to bring Project Esther to fruition here in the United States.
	And Charlie Kirk just said, I'm not going to do that anymore.
	And by the way, I'm about to go berserk, regardless of the fact that I've had personal ties to the Trump since I was a child and that Don Jr. is my best friend.
	This guy is embroiled in a child pedophilia scandal and likely implicated on these tapes.
	He was going to go berserk in front of millions, in front of millions of politically engaged, spiritually charged Zoomers who represent the future of our political class in this country.
	That's a big deal.
	There's a lot on the line here.
	Yeah, it's absolutely huge.
	And I think that you brought up Donald Trump.
	You brought up Donald Trump Jr.
	You couldn't, you couldn't any major event.
	Charlie Kirk was there the last year, year and a half.
	He spoke at the RNC.
	He had both of them.
	I mean, Trump was at probably three or four different turning point events.
	That massive event where RFK and Donald Trump embraced back in Arizona.
	And I think it was summer of 2024.
	That was a turning point USA event.
	Charlie Kirk was responsible for setting that one up.
	Donald Trump owes, I think in a way, he definitely owes Charlie Kirk the fact that he's president now.
	And Donald Trump Jr., the people that were so close to Charlie Kirk, and I've said this many times, but they just don't seem to care.
	As you said, he owes him a tremendous amount of thanks.
	And I think it's worth noting this as well.
	Since Charlie Kirk's public assassination on video in front of 3,000 people in broad daylight, Donald Trump has tweeted about this once.
	He's made one post about this on his Truth Social account, one.
	And in that post itself, only the first sentence addresses Charlie Kirk, and then it's right back on to me, me, me.
	These are the same radical lunatic liberals that tried to take me out and tried to take me down.
	And then it said, you know, that one tweet, it was actually a truth social post.
	He says, the great Charlie Kirk has died.
	It was almost like, hey, BB, it's over.
	Like, stop it.
	Stop it.
	Let's keep accomplishing things.
	But then he released that video or he released that picture the next day, Shlomo Perel on the bottom with Trump here and Charlie Kirk here and an American flag here behind Trump and an Israel flag behind Charlie Kirk.
	Now, Shlomo Pearl, S-H-L-O-M-O-P-E-R-L, it literally means Patsy.
	It means that you've been deceived.
	It means that you're stupid.
	And Shlomo Perel was a Jew during World War II that pretended to be a Nazi and ended up in high ranking in the Hitler youth movement.
	And then the Nazis never found out about him because they were deceived and he ended up retiring to Israel.
	So the fact that Trump shared that on his Truth Social and Uncensored AI, uncensored.ai, the old X account that we had, we put that out there.
	I think you put, I think you actually said, holy fucking shit is what you said verbatim.
	I would never talk like that.
	I would never say words like that.
	That thing got like 900,000 views because people were just like, okay, well, this is very, very obvious.
	So not only did Trump barely acknowledge it, then he, in my opinion, acknowledges the fact that Americans, my base is dumb.
	My base has a bit of a cult level element to it at this point.
	I can do whatever I want and they're not going to care.
	And he put that out there, in my opinion, as kind of a message to Israel to say, you know, I'm on your guys' team, right?
	We're deceiving the American public.
	They think that I'm on their team, but the reality is I'm on your team.
	And as far as Charlie Kirk and his involvement and like the amount of impact that he had on the Trump administration, Donald Trump was going to bomb the absolute hell out of Iran and not just the nuclear facilities.
	And then Charlie Kirk, because Israel wanted him to.
	Mike Waltz was pushing him to.
	Carrilla was pushing him to.
	Wiles was pushing him to.
	But then Charlie Kirk did a poll.
	500,000 votes.
	91% said, no, you don't need to go to Iran for Israel.
	Charlie Kirk was Donald Trump's.
	eyes and ears on the ground.
	Keep in mind, Trump is an 80-year-old billionaire.
	Everybody he knows is a billionaire.
	They haven't gone to the grocery store in seven years.
	They don't know anything about the economy.
	They have no financial problems whatsoever.
	Charlie Kirk understood that, though, because he's talking to college students who don't have a lot of money.
	Well, now that's gone, that Charlie Kirk is gone, which is why Trump is doing stupid things like the 50-year mortgage, the 15-year car loan, the things that are completely just, they seem so out of touch to the American public because they are.
	Because Charlie Kirk had a huge, had a huge role in the Trump administration and with Trump himself, even Donald Trump Jr.
	He's rich as fuck.
	Baron Trump, he's rich.
	Everyone that Trump surrounds himself is completely rich.
	And Charlie has money too.
	I think Baron Trump actually just made another $88 million the day that billions of dollars got drained out of the crypto market.
	Yeah, just a smooth $90 million, right?
	But Charlie Kirk, he seemed like he was the eyes and ears on the ground for Trump because he literally was.
	And now that he's gone, Trump is completely out of touch with the American public, which is why his proof of rating is.
	I think it's also notable, though.
	Charlie Kirk reportedly was shouted down by Donald Trump when he confronted Trump on bombing Iran.
	And Trump insisted, no, no, no, we're going to do this.
	You don't know what you're talking about.
	He shouted Charlie Kirk down.
	And I think that was probably one of the big, one of the big moments for Charlie Kirk as well.
	He realized how this whole show operates.
	He realized who's actually in charge at that point.
	It was confirmation to him, which is why then after that, he really went in.
	He went in on Megan Kelly.
	He went in on Candace Owens.
	He went in on Ben Shapiro.
	He said, I'm going to be forced to leave the pro-Israel cause.
	Well, and I think, and not only that, but I think that he was setting himself up an insurance policy.
	If Charlie Kirk had just been assassinated and he didn't tell the person who, because remember Harrison Smith, a month before Charlie went down from Infowars, he said, he said, I have it on good authority that Charlie Kirk is afraid that if he goes against Israel, he's going to be killed.
	That got like 25 million views.
	Then he has different conversations with, I'm pretty sure he talked to Candace Owens.
	Then he also made the appearance with Megan Kelly.
	Charlie Kirk was setting himself up an insurance policy.
	That's why he was doing that, because he fully expected Israel to kill him because he was not going to go against his principles now that he actually knew what was taking place.
	And that conversation with- So let's talk about this then, because I think that's very well understood at this point.
	Let's talk about these Egyptian military aircraft and Erica Kirk and her involvement in all of this, which is speculative at this point, but there is a lot of physical evidence and there are a lot of anomalies, very bizarre,
	strange connections and behavior surrounding Erica Kirk, surrounding Andrew Colvett, surrounding Tyler Boyer, surrounding this pastor, all of these people that are at the top.
	I mean, this is a pastor who is a confirmed liar.
	Pastor Rob McCoy making up lies about Mikey McCoy being covered in blood.
	Why would you do that?
	Why would you say these things when obviously there is video there?
	I mean, we can all look back at that.
	I called him.
	I have him on audio.
	He hung up on me.
	He didn't want to answer that.
	He told me he didn't want to be involved.
	You're very much involved.
	And there's Mikey there on the phone acting like all of this was planned.
	Like he's completely unbothered by all of this.
	I mean, there was no police presence.
	There was no crime scene tape.
	And speaking of the crime scene, you have very easily identifiable people that we can name with 100% certainty that are contaminating the crime scene.
	They're walking all over it.

	Instead, we have an FBI director whose girlfriend is suing journalists as a proxy for the Trump administration to silence people who question her boyfriend, to silence people who question the administration that was supposed to come in and put a stop to everything that we see playing out right now in Washington,
	D.C., every single day.
	The corruption, the pedophilia, the weaponization of the Department of Justice and the entire United States government against the American people.
	But instead, the Trump administration is taking down journalists over social media posts.
	These people spent four years complaining about the Biden regime, and then they became something worse.
	They became the Trump regime.
	And in becoming the Trump regime, they have left the American people behind, including Dan Morrissey, who's in the green room right now.
	He's a January 6th defendant who actually rejected a presidential pardon from Trump back in June because it would have solidified the government's version of events, falsely claiming that he and his co-defendants were insurrectionists.
	Dan has a very detailed account of what happened to him at the hands of his own government beginning on January 6th and going up until the present day.
	Dan says that his trial was rife with prosecutorial misconduct meant to further the phony insurrection narrative surrounding January 6th.
	He's now filed suit against the federal government in an effort to expose the truth and to hold these government goons accountable.
	Remember, this is Trump's federal legal system.
	Trump is the president.
	Pam Bondi is the attorney general.
	And they're still playing games with January 6th Patriots.
	As I mentioned, Dan Morrissey has been in the green room.
	He joins us now.
	Dan, thanks a lot for coming.
	We appreciate you being here.
	Mr. Peters, I appreciate you having me on and give me the opportunity to tell my story.
	Yeah, of course.
	The floor is yours.
	Cool.
	So this is a very awkward.
	I'm probably the most reluctant person to ever come forward in a situation like this and introduce myself into American America.
	Like, I am Dan Morrissey.
	I'm a January 6th defendant, and I am a fool.
	And what do I mean by that?
	1 Corinthians 1.27 says, God uses the foolish things to the world to confound the wise, and he uses the weak things to shame the strong.
	So on June 9th of this year, I rejected my presidential pardon.
	I remitted it to the U.S. Pardon Attorney, and I signed it and I sent it back.
	Because as you clearly stated, by accepting clemency for something that I did not do, I would absolve the state of their sin.
	And I wasn't going to let that happen.
	What did these people allege that you did?
	So the funniest thing is like my J6 case overall is very miltose.
	I was standing on the east side of the building of the Columbus doors.
	I was sitting next to Officer Warner when the door opened and I walked inside out of necessity, which is an affirmative defense, which is the civil, it's an affirmative defense which negates civil and criminal liability, which means that I had every opportunity to,
	I had no other opportunity to save myself other than move through the door, right?
	So it negates all the parading charges and everything else.
	I was inside for 28 minutes and I took a picture of selfie in front of some cops.
	That's what I did.
	As soon as I got the opportunity to leave the building, I did so.
	And on the CCTV, as I was leaving the building, I'm so polite.
	I even, you know, covered my nose when I sneezed because I was walking out of the building.
	That was it.
	And so what do they say that you did?
	How's that a crime?
	Exactly, right?
	So the worst thing that the prosecution could say about me during my sentencing was that I was standing in close proximity to people who were saying naughty things and chanting UFA.
	I didn't go there with anybody.
	I went to go get a burrito.
	That's why I was down at the Capitol because that's where the food trucks were.
	That's the actual crime that they charged you with.
	Parading.
	I got the four misdemeanor cocktails, like the entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct in the Capitol building.
	I forget the other one.
	And then parading.
	So they got me with the old parade in charge.
	How long were you locked up?
	How long were you in custody for this?
	Interesting enough about that is that I fought this tooth and nail, right?
	So on 213, 22, I caught the CCTV footage from the Capitol, which shows my entry into the Capitol, which shows that the police induced the public's entry at that point.
	I sent it to my private defense attorney.
	At the time, he told me it didn't matter, right?
	He allowed me to plead guilty in February of 22.
	Six weeks after the fact, I discovered Brady v. Maryland.
	That's when I started contacting Judge Walton's chamber directly.
	I got a status hearing in July for on July 14th of 22.
	And then that's where really things kind of took a turn for the corruption, the cover-ups that I've been talking about.
	So during that, during that status hearing, the prosecutor lied, which is in the transcript, saying that he had no knowledge of the CCTV footage.
	Judge Walton actually covered for my defense attorney saying, hey, at the time, I had a bar complaint against him.
	And he said, essentially, he coerced me into dropping the bar complaint.
	It was more concerned about the bar complaint and having the fraudulent plea go forward than he was with actually dealing with the Brady issue.
	And let me be very clear about this.
	This is not a Brady issue.
	This is not a Diglio.
	This is not, this is a fraudulent scheme committed by officers of the court, prosecutor, defense attorney, the court itself, Judge Walton, the appellant attorney, over four or five years now.
	This meets the threshold for Hazel Atlas.
	And that's what I'm doing right now.
	I mean, just from a layperson's perspective, okay, I mean, just from you're, you're an American, you're American citizen, you were concerned about the status of our electoral process here.
	Were you at the ellipse?
	Did you listen to President Trump speak at the Ellipse?
	I went at the Ellipse.
	I was more at like at the DC monument.
	So I was back a little bit, but I just went there to go listen to a speech and go grab a burrito after I was done.
	It was pretty simple.
	Like, you know, I'm the most politically benign person before this all happened.
	I didn't even know who Joe Biden was until like 2018, 2019 when the Democratic primaries were on.
	I didn't vote for George Bush either time.
	I voted for Ralph Nader and then I voted for John Kerry just to show you like how like I'm not a very political person, never have been.
	I am now.
	So how confused were you initially?
	Like, what do you mean I'm being charged?
	I mean, explain the mental gymnastics that you had to process in order to come to the realization that in real life in America, as an American citizen in the people's house, a place where you were let in by the police and didn't do anything wrong.
	You didn't act violently.
	Didn't destroy any property, but yet you find yourself federally charged and have an attorney that's convincing you to plead guilty to a crime that you just did not commit.
	It's very interesting.
	So I was contacted very early on.
	So I don't do social media.
	I don't do anything like that.
	I was texting with an old boss that day and I sent him the selfie with me in front of the cops.
	He actually forwarded that selfie to a group of people that didn't like me, a group of five people.
	One of those dudes didn't like me and he flipped me to the FBI.
	So I was in and out of the Capitol.
	I was inside for 28 minutes, left, hopped on the train, had no idea that anything else had happened.
	The first time I realized that something had happened, I was at LAX.
	I was going through security and I got swatting.
	I had 10 agents with M4s, bomb-sniffing dog.
	And then I got, that was on February 21st of 22.
	And then the next time I got swatted was at Denver International Airport and I got the same treatment, although there was no bomb-sniffing dog.
	So they put me on a terrorist list.
	They stripped me of all my rights.
	And they treated me like a terrorist for walking in a door.
	I had no idea of anything that happened on the west side.
	I had no idea of anything other than me walking through the door that day and then kind of seeing it dribble out a few days later, a few weeks, you know, months later.
	Do you agree with me that January 6th was an event that was set up in order to chill patriotism in our country to make you an example for everybody else?
	That if you try to be a dissident necessarily, I guess you would say to whatever this is that's going on in this occupied administration or occupied country, if you are a dissident to the official government narrative,
	that these people will crush you.
	So just sit down.
	Just trust the plan.
	Just sit back.
	Just stand by.
	Just trust the process.
	Just go vote harder.
	Just shut up.
	Obey.
	Be a good little useless eater, you little boy.
	Just go be a good little guy.
	Don't you question anything?
	Don't you criticize these people, especially these people.
	Don't you dare criticize these people.
	If you do, we will crush you.
	We will kill you in public and broad daylight, you unarmed American, useless eating piece of crap.
	You're in our way.
	We hate you.
	We don't like you.
	We never have.
	We're not here to help you.
	We're here to kill you.
	We're here to rape your kids.
	We're here to rape your country.
	We are here to turn your country into a strip mall where we can attach to it like a tick to a dog and suck all of the life and prosperity and individual liberty and freedom out of it that you had.
	And then we will move on to the next host like the parasites that we are.
	Just sit down and shut up and take it.
	Just bend over.
	We've got something to stick up your ass repeatedly, over and over and over again.
	Do you believe that that's what this was?
	That this was a signal to the rest of the Americans that that's what these people will do to you if you question what it is that they're doing?
	Oh, absolutely, 100%.
	But here's the beautiful thing about it, Stu: is my case, like I said, I am the most reluctant person to come forward.
	You've never heard of my story.
	I'm not out there in the media.
	I'm literally the most reluctant person to do it.
	But when I heard of it, I caught Judge Walton, I caught the prosecutor, I caught the defense attorney to confess conspiracy.
	And by rejecting my pardon, I baited them into dealing with the fraud.
	So I rejected the pardon, withheld that information, filed the Rule 60B3, which is a brought upon the court Hazel Atlas.
	Judge Walton held in abeyance, essentially saying, I can sue my attorney for malpractice, but he's not going to make a fine or a ruling on the fraud itself.
	However, what I did is on last week, I filed a motion myself and I dropped the bomb on him saying, hey, dude, I rejected the presidential pardon before you made that.
	So your held in abeyance motion is no longer null and what you have to make a ruling on it.
	So, this is the case from a legal standpoint to overcome and say, hey, you may have thought you got us, but the whole time we had you.
	Are you representing yourself or do you have an attorney?
	I'm done with attorneys, man.
	The attorneys that I've had have been part of the scheme.
	So, I have been working on this case for five years by myself doing the research and just kind of fumbling my way through it.
	But the way I've done it, Stu, is like, I'm an honest dude.
	I've stood up from the beginning and told the truth that's it.
	And the beautiful thing about telling the truth, this is an adaptation of a Charles Furgen quote, is like, set the truth free and it will defend itself.
	So, by telling the truth, it beats their non-linear, their non-linear environment.

	What do you think most Americans are missing when it comes to January 6th and everything that's happened?
	What do you think normies, I guess, or Fox News consuming Americans?
	What do you think they're missing?

	No, I filed a motion with the court today to have Judge Walton recuse himself.
	Because I set the procedural trap for him legally.
	He needs to recuse himself because he is a part of the fraudulent scheme.
	So by having him recuse himself and opening that door for fraud upon the court, which is the highest benchmark for a legal standard in American jurisprudence,
	he will hopefully have somebody else rule on it.
	So ideally, I would love to win, but I also understand like I do have a target on my back and that I'm a very easy person to make disappear.
	And like I said, that's the reason why I kind of reached out because I realize now my life is probably in jeopardy more so than it ever has been by being so vocal and being so vocal on the legal end and having the receipts.
	And that's the most important part.

	Yeah, so that's how I ended up in Dallas last year.

	Uh, Terry Anderson, Kevin, and Mary, um, they really came to my aid last year.
	That's the reason why I am now up in Dallas.
	But there are a group of uh patriots here in Texas that have really have made me feel at home, really helped reestablish myself right now.
