	Welcome to the Stu Peters Show.
	Sitting in this evening for Stu, I'm Frankie Stocks.
	I'm a reporter here at the Stu Peters Network.

	I thank everyone for joining me here this evening.
	We've got a great Thursday evening show planned.
	We're going to change lanes from what we've been doing throughout this week as I've filled in for Stu, where we've been kind of riding solo and going through headlines and going through stories and digging into those types of things.
	And we're going to be joined by a guest.
	It's a very important guest who's appeared here on the show before.
	He's got an extremely important story, which to me, this story is like a five-alarm fire.
	It's whatever is even past a five-alarm fire.
	I have been for years thought, just wait until the day, not only when our legal system is weaponized against patriots and weaponized against free thinkers and weaponized against veterans and gun owners and anyone else who gets on the wrong side of the federal government and the machine that runs the federal government, but just wait until our psychological psychiatric medical system is weaponized against those very same types of people, just like they did in the Soviet Union.
	What did they do?
	They seized power, they threw people in jail, and then they weaponized the psychiatric system against them and they threw them in mental institutions indefinitely if they disagreed with the Communist Party.
	That's always been a big concern of mine.
	The weaponization, not just of the medical system, but the weaponization of the psychiatric wing of the medical system with no trial, no due process.
	It's if they can't get you convicted of something, they'll throw you in a mental institution and you'll just be tossed in a hole and nobody will come to save you if you get on the wrong side of the government.
	The weaponization of the psychiatric field, that's a long time concern.
	I don't just think of mine.
	I don't think I'm unique in this.
	I think it's a longtime concern of anyone who's looked into government responses to political dissident movements and looked into the rise of these tyrannical, especially Judeo-Bolshevik communistic governments like we have here in our own country right now.
	And so, guys, without much further ado, because I want to make the most out of this segment that we have here, I'm going to go ahead and bring in Paul Reyes.
	And Paul Reyes, he's going to give you guys most of the background, but he's appeared here on the Stu Peters show multiple times before.
	And he is joining us today to update the Stu Peters Show, the Stu Peters Network audience, on the story of Nathan Cruz, a U.S. military veteran who's being wrongfully held by authorities in Washington State.
	Who now they haven't just weaponized the legal system against him, they've weaponized the psychiatric system against him.
	So without any further ado, guys, I want to bring in Paul Reyes.
	Paul, welcome to the Stu Peters Show, and thank you so much for joining me.
	Hey, thank you for having me on.
	And again, it just seems like every time we need somebody and just any to cover these stories, at least personally for me, you guys are picking up the sword.
	And once again, appreciate you guys and all the blessings to you.
	Yeah.
	Yeah, thank you, guys.
	We're glad that you know, since the first segment, where we announced this unlawful, constitutional, troops action from Poles Bowl Police Department in Washington, where they colluded with Kitsak County Sheriff to deprive Nathan of his constitutional civil rights.
	They unjustly raided him after he had called them to respond to Antifa terrorism that was happening downtown in Polesbo.
	The officers, the responding officers had responded, but not to Antifa, to Nathan.
	And so when they responded to Nathan, Nathan called him out.
	and told him, hey, man, you know, I called you here for this purpose and there is no police presence here.
	And so he just took it upon himself to let him know how he felt.
	And he'll know that he knows they work for the corporate dude.
	They work under the UN Charter and the corporate slave masters and just called him out.
	And I believe and he believes now, this is why they've taken such unjust, unconstitutional actions against him.
	He was open carrying that day, but he was not violent.
	If anything, they violent, attempted to be violent because they attacked him during the discussion, at which point, mind you, if you go back to the original segment, I had said they still let him go under his own reconnaissance.
	They did not deem him a threat and they let him go that day.
	The officer that attempted to attack him on upon that occasion, he said that he witnessed, Nathan said three days after the facts, he sailed from Polesboat up to Silverdale and noticed that that officer, that same officer, I believe his name, his last name, Fuller, Tim Fuller, was staking him out in a Kitsak County sheriff car.
	So they were stalking this guy across jurisdictions, basically.
	And not to cut you off here, I just want to throw this out there because I think it's important that people notice this part of what you said.
	So basically the synopsis here of what happened to Nathan was he called the cops on Antifa left-wing Judeo-Bolshevik terrorists who were running around tearing up the downtown where he lives, where his community is.
	He calls the cops out and then the cops get there.
	They don't do anything.
	Instead, they turn against him.
	And when he tells them about themselves, when he informs them basically of, hey, guess what?
	You guys are United Nations Globo Homo slaves.
	I mean, that's pretty much what he told them, right?
	Because that's what they are.
	They work for the corporations.
	I've long thought the only legal, the only constitutional law enforcement officer in the entire country are elected sheriffs.
	And in some states, you have constables.
	It's really hard for me to be convinced that all of these appointed positions and these hired out positions that are overseen by town councils and overseen by other governing boards, city councils, it's really hard for me to believe that they have any kind of legal constitutional authority to enforce the law in this country against sovereign American citizens.
	So I just wanted to jump in and say I want everybody to take note of that and how like Nathan was 100% in my opinion.
	You know, I'm not a legal expert, but I'm a guy who reads and books about this stuff all the time, you know, thinks about it all the time.
	And he was 100% correct in my opinion.
	I mean, that's who these guys are.
	And so what?
	They got pissed off.
	They started stalking him and then they raid him, throw him in jail.
	And now they've locked him away with no trial, right?
	They're calling him crazy.
	Right.
	So yeah, they ended up raiding him three days later.
	And still to this day, he's been locked up since the end of August, 829.
	829 was when they took him in and still to this day has not seen charges, has not been given discovery.
	And they were just completely railroading him.
	And so the first month, I've been on his side the whole time, just being an advocate.
	And you mentioned the word legal.
	And I want to tell the audience, we need to get out of the mindset in the sense of legal is their rhetoric.
	Legal is their system.
	We need to reach for lawful, true constitutional law.
	It'll always supersede.
	But what we do need to understand is the legalese that they put to their legal system.
	We need to be able to articulate and speak their language.
	That's how we beat them in their own system.
	It's tough and it's not easy because they use all of the Latin phrases and terms and long drawn-out sentences to confuse us.
	But we still, it's important that we learn that stuff.
	And that's what we're doing right now.
	We're learning constitutional law to help Nathan.
	But since he's been locked up, he was locked up for over a month in Kitsak County Jail where he was just being railroaded, not provided any assistance by any of the correctional officers by the administration, not allowing him to file paperwork.
	His public defender, Aaron Tolany, is unjustly, unlawfully, seditiously depriving him of his rights and ability to represent himself.
	We've sent notices of dismissal, and this man is not looking out for his best interests.
	He's definitely colluding with the prosecution.
	The judges that have presided in this case, not only have they done the same thing, depriving him of his rights and his ability to represent himself, they're ineligible.
	These judges are ineligible.
	This is how corrupt Washington state legal system is.
	And so, what the last lady, the last judge that at the last hearing, she rendered him mentally incapacitated and went ahead with the recommendation by the public defender, who is not a licensed physician or a psychiatric, you know, psychologist or psychiatrist.
	He's the one that put in or assisted in putting in that he needed to be transferred to a mental institution.
	And they came in and finally shipped him to Western Western Mental Health Institution there in the state of Washington.
	So now our guy went from no due process, locked up two months, no discovery, no charges, not able to represent himself, no due process.
	And now he's sitting in a mental institution with a 45-day court order.
	And that's mandatory.
	And this is because his public defender turned against him and cooperated with the prosecution and with the courts and with so-called law enforcement to say, hey, this guy's crazy.
	Let's throw him in a mental institution.
	So, see, this is the real problem when you look out at the way these systems are set up, especially when you're talking about like public defenders.
	All of these people report to the same political handlers and they all report to the same people who are pulling the purse strings of the funding.
	Like they're all playing for the same team.
	It's when a public defender, I mean, these people are getting paid by the same people who are paying the prosecutors.
	It's a circular system.
	And when they can't make a case, they can just deem you crazy.
	They can get some court, hey, a judge who also works for the very same people to sign off, deeming you crazy and throwing you in.
	So he's there for 45 days right now.
	What are they?
	I'm assuming that after this 45 days, they're going to say, you know, okay, we've had such and such consultations with you by these other guys who also work for the government.
	And there's a very good chance they could just say, we're finding you unfit to stay on trial.
	We're finding you basically out of control of your mental faculties and you're going to be remanded to the Washington State Psychiatric Institute for however long.
	I mean, is that what Nathan's looking at here?
	Well, so we've been canvassing a lot.
	Like I said, I've served.
	I mean, I'm working hard to, as a constitutional advocate, I've sent notices.
	I've sent grievances.
	I've sent complaints all the way up to the Washington State Bar, to the Commission of Judicial Conduct, to the FBI even.
	I've sent grievances and complaints to the U.S. state attorney, the Attorney General.
	I mean, I've gone all the way up to this.
	So this, I mean, this case, I've made it a big deal, and it needs to be made a big deal.
	People need to have eyes on it to know that we, the people, are not going to stand by this and watch this happen.
	As far as your question goes, absolutely.
	He believes that what they're trying to do, what we believe, is definitely make an example out of him, but strip him of his right to carry arms, his Second Amendment.
	That to me, that is probably the driving factor for them.
	And not to mention, make his life a living hell in the process.
	Because right now, this is another fact of the case that Polesbow PD tried to step.
	They tried to reverse course.
	And they were going to release his boat and pay for all of the boarding charges, the boring charges.
	I think it was like $2,000 they're willing to pay and say, hey, here, guys, because he gave me power of attorney to speak on his behalf and to try to get legal counsel for him and do what I'm doing now.
	And so they said, okay, we're going to go ahead and release the boat.
	We'll take care of these $2,000 penalties.
	But we come to find out that the captain, because we were working with the lieutenant, the captain jumped in and he must, and this is what my thought is.
	He must have said, hey, look, if we do this, it looks really bad on us.
	And almost as at admission that we messed up.
	So we got to stay the course.
	So they pulled that back.
	And now his house, his home, because he lives on a houseboat over there, is about to be auctioned off because of all of this unconstitutional, seditious, treasonous action.
	And so, you know, that's that's something that's a big deal right now.
	But, you know, yeah, I mean, we believe that they're going to make an example out of him.
	We don't know or we know he's going to stay the 45 days, but he told me this.
	This is another fact that I would like you to know and everybody to know is he was telling me since he's been in there, he's observed his pod, the area that he's in.
	And he's told me by just observation, about 80% of the individuals in there are white males.
	White males.
	That's who's in the mental institution in his ward with him.
	And so that's very telling as well.
	And we know this is what they're doing because, like you said, the legal system, not lawful system, has been weaponized against us patriots, us true God-fearing men and women that are standing up for our nation and standing up against these tyrants.
	And what they're doing is protecting Antifa.
	This is a telltale example.
	They protected Antifa.
	They told him that the judge, Melissa Hempstreet, the last judge, presiding judge in his hearing that sent him to the Western Mental Institution, told him, and they've been telling him, you're crazy.
	You're crazy, Mr. Cruz.
	Everything you saw, you fabricated it.
	It was something that you made up on your own.
	That never happened.
	That's what they're telling him.
	It was all part of his own, you know, fantasy.
	Yeah, are they going to try to convince him that he's schizophrenic or something and he imagined the entire thing?
	I mean, that's that's that seems to be the direction that I mean, think back to like American psychiatry and stuff like that.
	I mean, throughout the 1990s, there were psychiatrists who interviewed children who, you know, whether it was through schools or social services or whatever, and convinced these children that they were brutally molested just to like see what they could convince kids of and what they could convince people of.
	If some guy with a badge that says, I'm from the state psychiatrist's office or I'm from social services or I'm from wherever the mental institution, if he comes in and you know, tells you, oh, I'm going to open up your mind and I'm going to find out what's wrong with you and I'm going to tell you what's wrong.
	I mean, they can literally implant, you know, memories into you just for kicks.
	So they, once these people get their hands on someone, especially a political distant, I mean, they can go down a really, really dark road and they can ruin your life.
	If they deem you like schizophrenic, I mean, you mentioned you take away his right to bear arms.
	They can do, they can take away your right to vote.
	If they deem you mentally incompetent, whether they ever release you or not, they have without ever convicting you of a crime, they can completely and totally just ruin your life.
	And you're right, man.
	It's it's by design.
	80% people in there with them are white males.
	It's, it's, that is completely and totally by design.
	They, and in a lot of cases.
	Sorry, I'm sorry.
	No, no, go ahead.
	The workers, the workers are foreigners.
	Yeah, oh, of course.
	Yep.
	Yep.
	They bring in the foreigners to staff these places.
	They contract out a lot of times these, these, even if they're a state hospital, they'll contract out the labor so the state doesn't have to pay benefits and pay retirement.
	And they'll contract it out to a subcontractor who's hiring illegals or hiring refugees or is taking, you know, employees straight from the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society.
	And then, of course, the governor's political coffers get a kickback.
	It always goes around in a circle.
	Their political coffers get a kickback.
	But I really think that in the same way that the criminal, so-called criminal justice system, the legal system, that it's been weaponized for the past couple of decades, that the, especially when you look at 1990s and the crime bills of the 1990s and how those were then spun around on the law-abiding citizens and the taxpayers who asked for the crime bills in the first place.
	You know, they spin these things around and start enforcing gun control laws on the middle class when they thought that these things were only going to be enforced in the inner city.
	It's like the big rug pull.
	That's how they get you.
	You surrender your liberty in exchange for a sense of security.
	But I think that when we look at the mental health stuff, it's the exact same thing.
	It's been for the past 10 years, we hear mental health, mental health, mental health.
	There's something wrong with you.
	And who do they target this at?
	They target this at the white middle class and they say, you got to go speak to a psychiatrist.
	You've got to go spill all your deepest, darkest secrets to someone.
	And then before you know it, I mean, you, you get some kind of medical diagnosis and you're deemed crazy.
	And then when you're on the internet, you know, and participating in free political speech, or you're out in public participating in free political speech or asking the police to like come in and do their job and, you know, maybe stop the left-wing terrorists from tearing up the center of town, then they can pull, they can turn around on you and say, hey, you're crazy, actually, and we're taking you away because you're at odds with the system that we're enforcing here.
	I mean, this really, it really freaks me out.
	It's like a, it's a dystopian type of situation where everything has synergized to where we have police who somehow have more power than they've ever had in the history of the world.
	Even after all of the supposed, you know, all the panic about defunding the police, law enforcement's more powerful now than ever before.
	And they work for the people who said they were going to defund the police.
	It's crazy.
	But at the same time, we have this whole synergy of the medical system.
	And then you have the psychiatric aspect of that.
	And then you have the political system and big tech running AI to merge with the medical system and the political system and the law enforcement system.
	I mean, it's, I'm not trying to sound like I'm, you know, like blowing my top here, but it really is.
	Like when you hear stories like this, everything starts to connect, like even during the conversation.
	And it's like it's full spectrum assault against any self-respecting American.
	You know, I mean, they came after this guy because he's a patriot and because he's a veteran and because he's white.
	I think that's pretty, pretty obvious.
	Why is this white veteran speaking out?
	Why is this white veteran saying, hey, maybe you guys should come and stop letting the communists rip up the town?
	I mean, they see him as a threat.
	They see him as a threat to the established political order in that county.
	This is the, it's my firm belief we're witnessing the orchestra the orchestrated, well-coordinated internal collapse and destruction of our nation from within.
	And how do they, you know, one of the key pillars is to get rid of your the nationalists, the true nationalists that, again, uphold the Constitution, uphold we the people, and they have to get rid of us first because we are the problem.
	But they know they have to do so very tactfully because we still have the Second Amendment.
	So they slow walk the process and they find little loopholes.
	And this is how they're doing it.
	And they're attacking our First Amendment, our two-way rights in a very covert, subversive way.
	And this is how they do it.
	They can't just, if they all just came after us, we know what the American people would do, right?
	We would all just be ready to do what we have to do.
	But this is how they do it.
	They back us into a corner.
	They perpetuate these events where we have to stand up for ourselves.
	We feel the need to stand up for ourselves in protests in these things.
	And then they target us after the fact.
	They don't target the terrorists that they hired.
	They say, all right, there you go.
	J6, go get him.
	This over here, go get them.
	This is how they're getting rid of you guys.
	And you guys, and everybody that's taking part of this, you need to understand that the legal system, the legal system, is not in our favor.
	It's not for our betterment.
	The law, the constitutional law supersedes it all.
	But in order to get there, you have to fight through the legal system to get it to an Article III constitutional court.
	That's where we're at.
	And trust me, this is, man, I'm fighting right by this guy.
	And this is hard.
	And all we're looking for, Frank, I mean, like I said, we, you know, we've talked to a couple of law firms, but let me tell you something.
	I feel like with COVID, when I was a whistleblower with that and I was trying to sue the state of California for the mandates, I feel the same thing is happening.
	And I feel that because of the bar and because of what they're beholden to, most of our attorneys that are in the legal system, they are either A, fearful, fearful of their own to jeopardize their own careers, right, and their credentials, or and/or B, they're complicit.
	And I say that because it seems no matter who we've contacted, they're all either afraid or all about the money.
	And that shows you the level of corruption and the lack of integrity that is truly within the legal system of representation and who and who our attorneys, our so-called attorneys, are beholden to.
	And we're just looking for one.
	Give me one true constitutional rogue attorney that's willing to pick this sword up.
	I mean, if it's about money, guess what?
	You're going to get paid, man.
	There's so many, we've had multiple attorneys that said, oh, yeah, yeah, there's so many civil rights and constitutional violations.
	And oh, yeah, he's being railroaded and all of these things.
	But at the end of the day, they say, But can you fork over $17,000 right now?
	Oh, sorry, Mr. Cruz.
	Oh, we can't help you.
	So, can we get somebody?
	Is there some, is there a man or woman that is not afraid of the system to buck it and stand up for what's right?
	Because so far, we have found, I found nobody.
	And so, to me, it's quite pathetic.
	And I'm calling out anybody that can help, that's willing to help, willing to have the courage to go up against.
	Yeah, you're going up against the beast.
	You're going up against your freaking slave master for sure.
	You're an employer, but hey, do what's right.
	I'm doing what's right.
	And people like you are doing what's right, Frank.
	Let's band together and fight this beast.
	Yeah, 100%, brother.
	I'm 100% with you.
	And any lawyers out in the audience, because I know there's constitutional lawyers, there's criminal lawyers, there's our lawyers out there that have to be watching this show right now or listening to this show tomorrow morning, whatever.

	Attorneys out there, constitutional attorneys out there, if you know a constitutional attorney out there, this is like, again, like I said at the top of the show, five alarm fire.
	I mean, the people running this country for so, so long have wanted to weaponize not just the criminal justice system, not just the political system, not just the medical system, as in jumping a bio-weapon into your arm.
	That's bad enough.
	They want to weaponize the psychiatric system that they have in place to throw you away without a trial.
	And, you know, it's, it's, we talk about all these political rug pulls that we've gotten, especially from the so-called, you know, Republican Party and the conservative movement.
	Well, it's pretty interesting that those people have been talking now for the past five years about the need to bring back mental institutions.
	And now at the very same time, we see Project Esther being rolled out, where people who question the octopus with the Saturn cube on top of its head that's wrapping its tentacles all the way around the United States government and around all of our people.
	You question them.
	Project Esther is going to seem this psychiatric system weaponized and you have you thrown in in a freaking institution without a trial.
	So it just goes and goes and goes and goes and it never stops.
	But the weaponization, it's not just weaponization of government.
	It's not just weaponization of pharmaceuticals or doctors' offices or hospitals or schools.
	It's the weaponization of this pseudoscience, this, I mean, Freudian Sigmund Freud was a pervert who wanted to like rape his mother.
	And this is the guy whose thoughts on the human mind they've based this entire system off of.
	And he was also, you know, a Jewish communist.
	And they've now weaponized that against the American people and against political dissonance.
	And I know that's a roundabout way of describing anything that's going on here.
	But I think this has huge reach.
	I think that this has huge legs.
	Like you let this go down, you let this go down without a fight.
	And this is just going to continue to spread all over the country.

	I mean, if this resonates with you, we're trying to say, first of all, we're trying to save this guy's house because they're about to auction it off.
	And they're not allowing him.
	He doesn't have any.
	He has funds.
	He's not a broke man, but because he's locked away, they won't allow him access to his funds.
	So he can't, he's not been able to attain or acquire counsel for himself, retainer, or he hasn't been able to do anything to save his home.
	And so, you know, like I said, the corrupt Poles Bo PD, they're going to auction his home off.
	And if he gets out, he's going to come out to nothing.
	So it's about saving his home, but trying to get something enough to help him get a retainer fee that we can get the ball rolling.
	If it's about money with the attorneys, because it seems like that's what it's about.
	I get it.
	I mean, I understand it.
	It's a livelihood.
	But if I was an attorney, you know, and I stood up for what I stand up for now, I'm telling you right now, I would take this case in a heartbeat because I know I'm going to be compensated in the back end very generously.
	And my buddy's already told me, he's like, you tell any attorney, if he just goes, he takes us to the limit with me, and these things are true, we're going to be heavily compensated.
	And I'm going to take care of that man or that woman.
	So, you know, if it's about the money, just do the effort, put in the effort, do what you got to do, stand up for what's right first, and you'll be handsomely rewarded in the back end.
	I think you'll get the right attorney, and it'll be about, I truly do.
	I think that you'll get the right attorney, and it'll be about the Constitution, and it'll be about this guy's civil liberties.
	I'm sure they'll appreciate getting paid, but I think somebody's going to hear this.
	Somebody's going to see you on social media.
	And I really think that somebody's going to step up and say, okay, this is, we've got to make a stand here.
	I mean, we do.
	We really do have to make a stand here.
	And I just want to be really clear for everyone in the audience here.
	Now, this is Kitsap County, Washington, correct, Paul?
	Kitsap County.
	Yep.
	This is where the raid took place.
	But Polsbo Police Department was the offending unconstitutional, unlawful, treasonous police department that took action.
	Yeah.
	Okay.
	And the court system is also Kitsap County.
	David T. Lewis III is the Kitsap County clerk who is playing funny with all the information related to this, right?
	I want to make sure we give everybody that they know who's involved in this.
	David T. Lewis III, Kitsap County Court Clerk.
	And then we have Tina Robinson, who is the Superior Court judge who's not even eligible to practice law, right?
	It's either that or at least in a magistrate capacity.
	I don't know how it works, but you see it right there.
	You look up on the Washington State Bar, it says ineligible.
	So I don't know.
	How are you even able to render these findings then and proceed in an official capacity?
	It's just beyond me.
	I've learned something through this process, and I understand that Washington, Washington State, out of the union of states, is probably one of the most corrupt, if not the corrupt legal systems in the nation.
	And Kitsap County, Kitsap County is considered kidnapped county.
	And so this is how corrupt this area is in the state and in the nation.
	Yeah, that doesn't surprise me because you look at it at Washington State and Oregon, very similar.
	Like those are states that have been completely taken over at the governmental level by freak shows.
	I mean, by complete and total freaks, like people from like I live in Virginia.
	And so people on like the East Coast and stuff, they always make fun of California.
	And it's like, no, Oregon and Washington are these are places that are run by absolute like psychos.
	These are people who should be nowhere near any form of American government in Oregon and Washington state.

	Paul has been on the program before, and he was giving us an update on the case of Nathan Cruz, a U.S. veteran, a U.S. patriot in Washington state, who's not just been thrown in jail, he's been thrown in a mental institution, Western State Mental Hospital in Lakewood, Washington, with no trial, with no due process.
	His so-called public defender even turned on him to help the court system throw him in a mental hospital.
	No conviction, no trial, no due process, all because he dared to call the authorities in Kitsap County, Washington, and inform them that Antifa members, domestic terrorists, as they're officially classified by the U.S. government, in fact, were tearing up his community and that law enforcement needed to go enforce the law and do something about it.
	But you see, these Antifa types and so many others, so many others, dissident groups out there, they're not real dissidents.
	They're not real anarchists.
	No, they're control.
	They're reporting to the very same bosses that the public defenders and the judges and the local police are reporting to.
	They're reporting to the very same handlers, financiers, and of course, oftentimes, federal and foreign agents.
	So, without much further ado, I'm going to bring in Nathan Cruz, giving him a call at the Western State Hospital in Lakewood, Washington.
	And we are going to hear directly from Nathan about this situation of complete and total tyranny, which remember, this could happen to any one of us.
	If they can do it to Nathan, they can do it to us.

	Yeah, of course.

	Yeah, so I just talked to Paul here on the show for about 35 minutes, and he's filled us in.
	It was the second time he's come on and talked about it.
	He came on and, you know, did a show, I'm sure you're well aware, with Stu a couple of weeks ago.
	And so I wanted to follow up with you, man, and see, like, I mean, this is crazy.
	And first and foremost, how are you doing?
	How are you holding up?
	Yeah, you know, I'd say the best way to explain it is I woke up in a nightmare, brother.
	You know, we live in an upside-down world.
	That being said, you know, I'm maintaining the maintainer.
	I'm hanging on.
	I'm keep throwing dirty trick after dirty trick at me.
	Are you expecting any kind of advancements in your court case?
	Are you expecting this to go back into court, or do you think they're just going to try to keep you indefinitely or as long as possible detained in the facility they have you in now?
	No, they rattled.
	Yeah, it does.
	And I think you hit the nail right on the head there when you talked about taking the guns and taking your civil liberties away.
	I think this is your case.
	This is extremely important to get out here.
	Really, to the entire country.
	Because I think this is a warning shot of what we're going to see all over the place.
	I mean, political dissidents, cultural dissidents, people who just get on the wrong side of some local cop, for whatever reason, can then be targeted by these psychiatric forces within our government, within our medical system that have merged with law enforcement.
	You don't even have to have a trial.
	You don't even have to be convicted of a crime.
	They can strip away your constitutional rights for really whatever reason they want to if they just say that you're crazy.
	And the public, and I just talked with Paul about this, the public defender, that's really, it's disturbing to me, but I guess it's not a surprise to me that this guy's not doing his freaking job because the same people signing his checks are signing the judge's checks and the prosecutor's checks and just about everybody else's checks who are involved in this total railroading of you.
	These people are all part of the system one way or the other.
	They're all basically colleagues or coworkers.
	And so it's no surprise, I don't think, that that guy is doing his job at all.
	We put out a call to action to the audience just a few minutes ago saying, anybody out there who's a lawyer or who knows a lawyer, like, this is your call to action.
	We need somebody to step up here because I really think that this case, and I believe Stu thinks as well, he's covered this on the show himself.
	I'm just filling in for him this week and got to cover it.
	But I think this is a huge case, and I think this has huge national reverberations.
	Yeah, you couldn't have said it better.
	I couldn't have said it better myself, man.
	Like I said in the beginning here, it's like I woke up in the upside-down world.
	Everything that I held close to, you know, my heart, constitutional values, our rights, what I thought America stood for.
	It's, you know, unfortunately, I had no idea.
	And I feel like the most naive person on planet Earth right now having to go through this situation.
	Like, I really didn't understand the depths of corruption and rot that this system is perpetrating on people.
	And, you know, it just took one time, one day.
	You know, I grew up in the say something, speak, say, see something, say something era.
	And, you know, I saw what I saw there in Polesvo that day.
	And I'm the reporting party.
	I'm the one who called the police department saying, hey, what are you guys going to do about this?
	You guys got terrorists taking over your streets.
	And then now I'm the criminal.
	I'm the bad guy.
	They turned his back on me.
	And yeah, but silver lining is I never would have known the depths of corruption that these people are willing to go to had I not been put in this position to go through this entire process.
	And I mean, the easiest way to put it, these people are drunk on power, Frankie.
	They're drunk on their own power.
	And I can see it on their faces, even in court.
	And, you know, we're doing all the right things the lawful way and, you know, deprivation of rights and demand letters.
	And hell, I've reported the guy to the bar myself.
	You know, he was at my public defender acted as a license, acted as a mental health clinician without any license here.
	None.
	Are you able to give us this public defender's name?
	Yeah, I'll throw him out here right on the air, man.
	Aaron Douglas Towney, T-A-L-N-E-Y.
	Eric Douglas Towney?
	Aaron.
	Yeah, Aaron.
	Yep, and he's, you know, at this point, like, I don't know what's going to happen next, but I'm not going to kowtow and bow down to these tyrants.
	I'm just not.
	I've made the decision and I'm sticking to my guns here.
	Yeah, you know what?
	I'm a red-blooded American man, and I'm not going to stand for this level of treason anymore.
	And if I got to fall on the sword to make this make this corruption, you know, known more widely throughout the country, then so be it.
	This would be my greatest honor to get this, to get this type of stuff out into the ether so people truly understand what's what's going on underneath the seedy underbelly of this this corrupt corrupt justice system well that's spoken like a true patriot bro seriously that that's like send chills up your spine when you hear a guy say i'm willing to fall on the sword to be the guy who exposes this uh for everybody else that's like uh nathan hall revolutionary war patriot Type of stuff.
	I seriously admire everything that you just said there.
	And I want everybody to take note here, like serious note, that you called the cops, like you said.
	Nathan's the reporting party.
	He called the cops about Bolshevik terrorists taking over his town.
	And this is how they've repaid him.
	You know, see something, say something.
	He saw something and he said something.
	And now this political machine that law enforcement is a part of, and which we obviously, especially in Washington State, we can all see is being run by the very same people who you called to report their terrorist activity out there on the streets.
	It's being run by their handlers and by their allies.
	And so when they came out there and when their goon squad, who they call the police, came out there to respond, they turned this whole thing around against you.
	I mean, this is like just naked weaponization, political weaponization of our legal system, of our medical system, of our court system, of law enforcement itself.
	It's really, I can't stress enough how this is, everybody needs to heed this.
	And what you see, I was just saying to Paul a couple minutes ago, what you see in like Washington and Oregon, I mean, this is the like far extent of what political actors all over our country want to roll out.
	Washington and Oregon fell a long time ago.
	There's a lot of other states out there.
	I live in one of them, Virginia, that are falling to these very same political forces right now.
	And they will weaponize the government and weaponize law enforcement and anything else that they can weaponize in the very same way that they've done out there.
	And they'll do it to law-abiding citizens who expect to be able to safely live in the community that they call home without having to stare down terrorists when they're walking down the street on a Saturday afternoon.
	But these people are animals.
	These people are tyrants.
	Yeah, yep, you said it, man.
	The level of treason that's going on right underneath our feet, and people are too busy watching the news and believing whatever BS that they're telling you on the TV or on the newspaper, man.
	It's like, I just, I need everyone to go outside, talk to your neighbor, look around what's actually really happening.
	Because once, until you get unlawfully arrested, and I didn't just get arrested, Frankie, I got swatted.
	They beat the living hell out of me, and I gave up peacefully.
	They kept beating on me and beating on me and beating on me, screaming, stop resisting, stop resisting.
	And I wasn't resisting not an inch, man.
	I said, hey, I'm not resisting.
	I'm not here to hurt anybody.
	These guys lured me off my boat under false pretenses.
	I gotta, I mean, it's just, they threw every dirty trick at the book at me, Frankie.
	I wish I would laugh about this if it wasn't so serious.
	You know, you'd never believe this story as it's told.
	It's just insanity, man.
	It's insanity.
	The level of treason that's going on out there under everybody's noses is staggering.
	And when they were holding you in jail, they were holding you deliberately with the violent type of inmates, right?
	They threw you into the worst part of the jail that they had to offer, correct?
	Yeah, well, first and foremost, sticky in a room, and you talk to some mental health lady and she's asking you around about 20 questions.
	And no matter what she answers, she just goes, oh, you're suicidal.
	And I go, no, I'm not.
	And so they stripped me naked, threw me into a padded room, threw a rotted sack of food at me with an expired milk that I refused to eat.
	And they kept me in there for, I don't even know, 24, 48 hours.
	And then I refused to eat their rotted food that they gave me.
	So then that got, I was like, oh, Mr. Cruz, now you're food hunger striking.
	So boom, straight to the hole I went for a week or more, forced uh you know barbituid drugs on me all sorts of crap under direct direct threat to take my blankets take my clothes uh saying they were gonna throw me back in the padded room again if i didn't take all these medications now mind you i came in with nothing in my system frankie i i don't do drugs uh yeah i have a beer from time to time right but no no drugs nothing man i was clean and
	they forced all this crap on me and it took, I mean, almost two weeks before they put me into general population, quote unquote, but I was still in the highest security, uh, you know, it's a medium security county, but they put me in the highest with violent offenders.
	I mean, I'm talking murderers, rapists.
	Yeah.
	So they were deliberately trying to create like gulag torturous, and I mean, they didn't try to create them.
	They did create torturous conditions for you just to, just because they can, right?
	I mean, this is your, you summed it up perfectly when you said the levels of tyranny and the levels of treason that are going on here.
	I mean, this is, it reminds me quite a bit of, uh, the treatment that we hear about with many of the J six patriots and what they received.
	I mean, you call the local police saying, Hey, are you guys going to freaking do anything about the communist terrorists that you have down here?
	And then look what they've done to you.
	I mean, there were a few hundred people, a little over a thousand people actually who, uh, were thrown in jail because they showed up in DC to say, Hey, you know, this is a, this is a rigged election.
	What the hell's up with this?
	Like actual American patriots.
	And you're a veteran on top of this actual American patriots, real red blooded Americans are having their government, you know, weaponized and not just weaponized against them, but straight out deployed against them.
	I mean, throw you in the gulag, torture you type of stuff.
	And then the people that are supposed to be sent in to help you, the so-called public defender, again, they're reporting to these very same, uh, paymasters here.
	I'm, I'm almost out of time for this segment, Nathan.

	The list goes on, and we're going to see that list continue to expand as we get further and further into this.
	And that's why it's so important that we rally around guys like Nathan Cruz.
	I mean, we've got to rally around this guy.
	This guy needs to be let out.
	Then this needs to serve as a warning sign, as a warning shot to people all over the country.
	Because again, if they can do it to Nathan Cruz, they can do it to me.

	Now, before we start this third and final segment, if there is any takeaway that I can give from the previous two, the interview with Paul Reyes and the interview with Nathan Cruz, it is that if it can happen to Nathan Cruz, it can happen to any one of us.
	And I know I've said this multiple times, but I'm saying it again because I think that really is the most important take home here.
	We have a weaponized government.
	We have a weaponized so-called legal system.

	And that is why our government, our so-called government, is so terrified of Americans expressing and exercising our constitutional rights that were put here by our founders.
	to deal with tyrannical governments, just like we're looking at today, just like we're looking at today.
	But let's move on here, guys.
	We've got a few minutes left here in the show, and I want to go over a few news stories that have caught my attention today.
	The first one being just more of an item of general disgust.
	So this morning, I'm scrolling through the morning shows, seeing if there's any eye-catching headlines I need to take note of.
	And there weren't.
	But what there was was an interview with Michelle Obama on Good Morning America.
	She's on there with Robin Roberts, okay?
	Both of these so-called women, they both look like they both look like male-to-female transitioners.
	And actually, Robin Roberts is married to a woman, married to a woman.
	So I, you know, it's not that far off.
	Are we looking at a couple of here?
	You know, that's how it looks.
	Are we not supposed to believe our lion eyes?
	I mean, come on, you know, a lot of people out there think Michelle Obongo is a, so why wouldn't I?
	But look, seriously, in all seriousness, that's not the important part.
	That's just, you know, the really obvious part that jumps out there.
	And you say, oh, look, these are two guys pretending to be girls.
	But regardless, the subject matter that I want to go over here is Michelle Obama saying that Haitians built America.
	I mean, you hear all of these ludicrous, ridiculous claims.
	Slaves built America.
	Immigrants built America.
	I mean, she shouted out the Haitians.
	The Haitians built America.
	The only thing that I know of Haitians doing in this country is eating people's pets and committing violent crimes in Florida.
	The Haitians built this country.
	The Haitians couldn't build their own country.
	You know, it's funny.
	Haiti is like the real life Wakanda.
	It really is.
	The blacks overthrew the whites.
	They put on their clothes.
	They played dress up.
	They put on their hats.
	They pretended that they were cut from the same cloth as the colonial rulers of Haiti.
	And then what happened?
	It turned into something even worse than Africa.
	Haiti, I mean, talk about the worst place on earth.
	They're barbecuing people on open pits right out in the street.
	They're eating mud pies.
	I mean, this is a failed state.
	These people couldn't and can't build their own country.
	How the hell did they build our country?
	How the hell are they going to build any country?
	They're not.
	They're not.
	But this is just that anti-white bile, the anti-white filth that's thrown out there in the corporate media day in and day out, especially by these political figureheads like Michelle Obama.
	I mean, this is basically at this point in time, an anti-white propagandist who they bring out here and say, oh, here she is, the black first lady.
	First gentleman is more like it.
	But regardless, whatever this thing is, they bring Michelle Obama out and they say, oh, you better put your listening ears on.
	The black woman, the black first lady is speaking.
	And she's telling you that cat eating Haitians, pet killing, human barbecuing, mud pie manufacturing Haitians built America.
	You better listen, white man.
	Remember, a black woman is speaking.
	A black transgender first lady is speaking.
	I mean, it's just, it's ridiculous.
	These people have honestly turned in to caricatures of themselves.
	They really are worthy of ridicule.
	I mean, and you see in so many late stage empires, so many late stage tyrannical states, the ruling political elites there who, by the way, are so often owned by foreign handlers, just like they are in this country.
	But you see so often that they're worthy of ridicule.
	They're just, they become freaks.
	They become caricatures of themselves.
	They have these things that they say over and over again, and you're just supposed to believe that they're true.
	Kind of like when we talk about the Trump administration, let's not let them off the hook.
	And we talk about how they always throw the word transparency out there.
	They actively destroy files that implicate active members of the U.S. government in a pedophile ring.
	And then they say we're the most transparent administration in human history.
	They make American troops sign NDAs so that the American people won't find out what's really going on in Venezuela and off the coast of Venezuela.
	And then they tell us this is the most transparent administration in American history.
	It's like they repeat this over and over again, like some propaganda devotional.
	And eventually they think it'll become true.
	In the minds of some people, the most controlled among us, it may be true, but you've really got to do some convincing to believe that Michelle Obama's a woman and to believe that the Trump administration is the most transparent presidential administration in American history.
	I mean, you've really, you've really got to jump yourself through some mental hoops to believe either one of those things.
	But look, I mentioned Venezuela, speaking of the kind of foreign policy lane of things here, Trump is returning from his trip to Asia.
	And while he was there, he announced that the United States is going to begin testing nuclear weapons again.
	So, you know, a lot of people think nukes are psyops.
	And I'm not dismissing that at all.
	I mean, what other weapon in human history has been used to strike fear into everyone, into everyone, more than nukes.
	There hasn't been one.
	And, you know, just because you say nukes are a psyop, that doesn't mean they're not real.
	That possibility is out there.
	I mean, geez, think of everything else our government's lied to us about.
	They could also be lying to us about the strength.
	They could be lying to us about the quantity.
	They could be lying to us about the tests.
	So every time I bring up nukes, I say that to say every time I bring up nukes, somebody jumps down my throat and is like, nukes are a psyop.
	This is, and I'm not dismissing that whatsoever.
	I want to throw that out there.
	They lie to us about everything.
	Why wouldn't they lie to us about nukes?
	Why wouldn't they lie to us about any freaking issue, any topic of discussion that you want to throw out there?
	Our government and their handlers, they'll lie to us about the sunrising and the sun setting.
	I mean, hey, these are the people who changed around the time on us, right?
	So we think it's getting dark later.
	I mean, you know, seriously, though, and on a serious note, they'll lie to us about anything under the sun.
	I have no doubt in my mind that they lie to us about nuclear tests, nuclear arsenals, nuclear threats to advance foreign policy agendas and to consolidate the fear, the grip that they have over the American people and over the people of the world on any given day.
	So, all that to say, if you're going to tell me nukes are a psyop, I'm not dismissing you whatsoever.
	We can talk about that.
	But the raw headline here is: Trump has come out and he said the United States is going to resume nuclear testing.
	They say other countries are doing it as well.
	And this isn't, if this is legit, this isn't good for anyone.
	And if it's not legit and it's a psyop, this psyop isn't good for anyone.
	Either way, you cut it.
	This whole nuke conversation, it's not good for anyone.
	And you know what else isn't good for anyone?
	Is Israel constantly violating every ceasefire they've ever signed on to, including the Trump ceasefire, as they call it, the Trump peace deal, as they call it.
	Israel has once again started striking the Palestinians relentlessly.
	They struck Con Yunus today.
	They've killed hundreds of Palestinians and wounded hundreds of Palestinians since this so-called ceasefire went into effect.
	And humanitarian organizations say that Israel is only letting in a quote-unquote fraction of the aid that they agreed to let in under the Trump ceasefire terms.
	So, once again, of course, Israel is chronically and constantly violating a so-called ceasefire.
	These aren't ceasefires at all, these aren't ceasefires at all.
	These are just opportunities for Israel to regroup, opportunities for the U.S. to refund and rearm and refuel Israel and even send our own troops into the region so that when it all pops off full scale again, America won't be far away.
	When they give the word, USA intervene.
	Americans will already be there.
	Americans are already on the ground waiting for the order to enforce the ceasefire or disarm Hamas, as Trump puts it himself: disarm Hamas.
	How are you going to do that without force?
	I mean, that's a forceful term in and of itself.
	And that's why they're there.
	That's the point.
	Ensnare the United States even more than we're already ensnared in this conflict.
	And that's exactly what's happening every single day as Israel continues to escalate.
	During this so-called ceasefire, which isn't really a ceasefire.
	And by the way, I mentioned the strike.
	It was on Khan Yunus.
	And Con Yunus was the site of a massacre in 1956, in which the Israelis, of course, killed hundreds of Palestinians.
	Hideous atrocities committed against the Palestinians by the Israelis at Con Yunus, both then and now.
	And everywhere else that the Israelis come into contact with these people, they will chase the Palestinians to the ends of the earth to torment them, to kill them, to torture them, to steal their land, to steal their homes.
	And they do it because the Palestinians have been deemed an eternal violation of the Noahide laws.
	They view the Palestinians as even lower than other Gentiles, even lower than your average everyday goy.
	They can kill the Palestinians whenever they want, according to their own psychotic religious teachings, their own psychotic doctrines.
	These people, they say, are in constant violation of the Noahide laws.
	And guess what?
	Baked into these issues that we talk about, like Project Esther, is Noahidism and the idea that the Americans are also in constant violation of Noahidism, and that Americans who step out of line can be dealt with just like we see an American citizen, an American patriot, Nathan Cruz, being attacked by his own government in Washington state.
