	And this is not something against the Jews, because those who call themselves Jews but are not, they are of the synagogue of Satan, the father of all lies.
	So nobody on this show is an anti-Semite.
	So I would like to start by introducing uh Christopher Key to Win Young, and we're going to be talking about the corrupt justice system that is essentially being used as a weapon, it's being weaponized against the citizens.
	I want to report some breaking news about Son of Venos that has been discovered.
	He is quite literally now being held hostage under the crown.
	And information has come up that shows why it is that the crown demanded that Son of Enos's mother delete the evidence from his computer and shut down the channels that he had on Rumble and Bit Shoot.
	I'm not at liberty to share this information with you.
	Suffice to say, there is no doubt that Son of Venos was kidnapped and is being held hostage at this point.
	So when I am able to, I will be giving you all this information.
	But in the meantime, I want to warn my brothers and sisters in the United States that if it can happen to Son of Enos, even though he's under the crown and not under the Constitution, Win Young as witness, because he's going through the court system all the way up to the Supreme Court fighting the Sandy Hook treason case.
	And if you're wondering how this all fits into the Minneapolis Catholic school church shooting, it's because of the timing.
	It is not a coincidence that we're witnessing Sandy Hook 2.0.
	And I also want to dive into Christopher Key, who has also been and is currently experiencing the litigation vortex, experiencing this legal warfare against him.
	So let's get into it.
	Win Young, can we please start with your latest breaking news?
	Well, good morning, Victor Hugo.
	It's a pleasure to be here.
	And Christopher, it's a pleasure to meet you and also uh to speak with you today.
	Uh Victor Hugo hit upon uh the topic of interest for me, my focus in my practice, and in all of my efforts for the last uh six or seven months, and that is the Alex Jones Sandy Hook two part in treasonous conspiracy against the United States.
	What am I talking about?
	The Sandy Hook alleged mass school shooting, December 14 of 2012 in Sandy Hook, Connecticut.
	That shooting, allegedly resulting in the deaths of 26 people, 28 total shot, 26 allegedly killed, 20 of them children, led to, as we know, a great deal of bustle in not only our legal system, but also our society.
	It caused a great deal of anti-second amendment sentiment amongst the population and amongst legislature, legislatures and legislators.
	We had red flag laws coming out of that.
	And then six years after this alleged event, the Sandy Hook families sue Alex Jones in Connecticut and elsewhere, Connecticut being the focus of my concern here.
	And they sue him in May of 2018.
	And in July of 2018, Alex Jones begins a defense that, as we will see, was really no real defense at all against defamation claims, alleging that Alex Jones had defamed the parents by saying that this event did not occur.
	And so I am listening to InfoWars as I'm working away in January of 2024, and Alex Jones is on air with his attorney Norm Patis, and they are discussing their appeal in the Connecticut Sandy Hook defamation cases.
	Their appeal of the judgment that came down in December of 2022 for, or excuse me, in uh yes, December of uh 2022 for 1.43 billion dollars against Alex Jones, okay, unprecedented, and based on a default.
	It was a trial on damages only.
	Alex Jones had previously been defaulted in the case, and so the jury was not allowed to hear any evidence in defense, only evidence concerning the alleged loss that was suffered by the plaintiffs.
	And so on appeal, Alex Jones and his attorney Norm Pattis uh are discussing uh what they are going to do to try to rectify this uh massively free speech chilling adverse judgment.
	And what they were saying, Victor and uh Christopher didn't hit my ear the right way.
	I knew they weren't being forthright, so I decided to look into the case.
	And I pulled the trial and appellate court dockets, and I first looked at the appellate brief that Alex Jones and Norm Patis filed in June of 2023, again, trying to get that 1.43 billion dollar judgment reversed or reduced.
	And then I looked at the trial court docket.
	And if I may share screen, Victor Hugo, I would like to show the folks uh my case file page and where they can go and look at exactly what I found when I decided to dig into this case.

	And it starts November 1 of 2024, when I first went public with this case with Victor Hugo in an interview.
	And up front, I have uh documents here that you can uh click on and open up just PDF files, showing you Alex Jones' Connecticut Appeal Brief and also uh the uh file from early in the case where he actually uh did throw the case from the very get-go.
	But as you look at the appeal brief, you will see why I decided to dig further.
	Because in Alex Jones appeal brief that he filed in June of 2023, he specifically disclaims First Amendment protections for his alleged defamatory speech.
	At page 50 of his brief, Mr. Jones specifically denies that he is seeking First Amendment protections.
	But earlier than that, in his own brief at page 47, you will find Alex Jones states, Mr. Jones lied about Sandy Hook.
	He lied to attract attention.
	That attention drove people to his product pages, and sales of those products presumably increased.
	That I do believe is a verbatim quote.
	And what is that?
	That's an admission of actual malice, actual malice lies where a party speaks of another, relates an issue of fact, knowing that it's false.
	You lie.
	That's what actual malice is: a lie or an utter disregard for the truth of what you are saying about someone else and publishing to a third party.
	So Alex Jones is admitting in his appeal brief that he lied about the Sandy Hook plaintiffs, and that negates any possibility of the First Amendment applying.
	So what's he doing?
	He's taking a massive dive in that appeal brief.
	Okay.
	Now some people might say, well, it's understandable.
	He's under the weight of a tremendous pressure in the form of a 1.43 billion dollar adverse verdict.
	But I knew in looking at that brief that something was very, very wrong.
	So I went back to the very beginning of the case.
	And that is the second document that is linked here at alwayswin.com forward slash operation-madcap.
	This is the federal court file that was generated when the lawsuit was first filed.
	Alex Jones removed the Connecticut state court lawsuits against him to federal court by virtue of notices of removal.
	Why would he want to go to federal court?
	Because it's a more neutral playing field.
	You draw a jury from the entirety of the federal court's district, not just the local county Senate occurred.
	In the case of Connecticut, the district court covers the entire state, so you would be drawing jurors from the entire state.
	Also, these are First Amendment slapsuits, strategic lawsuits against public participation.
	They are First Amendment cases, and federal judges with lifetime appointments are used to presumably more adept at applying constitutional precedent.
	In this case, cases like New York Times versus Sullivan, well known to media figures, who must uh be concerned about potential defamation claims, particularly when they are reporting on public figures.
	So Alex Jones properly removes the case to federal court in July of 2018.
	Okay.
	But federal courts are not courts of general jurisdiction.
	They are courts of limited jurisdiction.
	And federal courts in our country hear two types of uh civil cases, basically speaking, okay.
	You've got uh cases where you have diversity of citizenship between the parties.
	On either side of the versus line, you have complete diversity where you have citizens of different states involved in litigation, and the amount in controversy exceeds seventy-five thousand dollars.
	The federal court provides for a more neutral playing ground, so like in the sports analogy, one party is not getting homered by another in their own location.
	The second major ground for federal court jurisdiction is federal question jurisdiction.
	That simply means that the case arises under the Constitution or the laws of the United States.
	Okay, and in this case, you have a first claim or defense available to Alex Jones, and he most certainly is showing that he is going to pursue a First Amendment defense as he removes the federal court.
	The only problem is he didn't claim federal question jurisdiction.
	He didn't claim, he didn't assume that the case rises under or raises constitutional issues.
	He only on the basis of diversity of citizenship, which didn't even exist specifically, So the complaint.
	Alex Jones gets to federal court on a July 13, 2018 removal of the main Sandy Hook case, the last case.
	A week later, in that he files a motion to dismiss plaintiff's complaint.
	On what the First Amendment, he files an anti-slap special motion to dismiss plaintiff's complaint in its entirety, setting forth that there is no set of facts which plaintiffs could point to.
	there is no evidence that they could produce that Alex Jones lied or acted with reckless disregard strong First Amendment defense under New York Times versus Sullivan which is exactly what Alex Jones and his attorneys cited in that motion to dismiss that they filed one week after a deliberately ineffective notice of removal
	Why do I say deliberately ineffective?
	Because you've got one of two choices or two of two choices if you happen to have a federal question and diversity at the same time.
	But it is law school civil procedure 101 day one information to be discerned and claimed.
	And so you have a situation where Alex Jones and his attorneys are going to federal court, but making only a show of a defense and using a procedural sleight of hand, a sophomoric one at that,
	in order to ensure that that motion to dismiss, which should have done away with the case right then and there, well, perhaps within a six-month time frame, assuming that Alex Jones is a real journalist, and assuming that he didn't knowingly spread falsehood about the plaintiffs, it should have begun even if the underlying event was real.
	Why?
	Because under New York Times versus Sullivan, a public figure suing someone else for defamation, a public figure, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, someone associated with a big event, proved that that person committed actual malice, that they lied, that they told a no uh knowingly told a falsehood, or that they acted with reckless disregard for the truth.
	They didn't even look into it.
	They saw the situation from afar, made a snap decision, and started spreading false facts to third parties.
	That is an extremely, extremely difficult standard to me.
	But Alex Jones opened the door and laid out the welcome mat for the plaintiffs because they didn't even have to answer that special motion to dismiss.
	They didn't have to produce evidence that their loved ones were shot and killed, and that Alex Jones lied about it or acted with reckless disregard for the truth.
	No, no.
	All they had to do was file a motion to remand, and it really only needed to be one sentence long, and the operative phrase or sentence was just that.
	They said defendants only asserted basis for jurisdiction as diversity jurisdiction, and it doesn't exist in this case.
	Therefore, the case should be kicked out of federal court and sent back to state court.
	And that is exactly what happened.
	And the federal district court in Connecticut in November of 2018 ruled that it did not have subject matter jurisdiction to rule on a First Amendment case, perhaps one of the most important First Amendment cases to come along since Sullivan, which was decided 60 years ago, actually 61 years ago.
	And so you have a situation where Alex Jones unequivocally, undeniably through the case, believe it or not, responsive pleading.
	He could have had it resolved in federal court, but he made sure that his motion to dismiss wasn't worth the paper it was written on, and then he went back to state court, where the fate of the case was entirely within Alex Jones' corrupt hands.
	Christopher, Victor Hugo, questions, thoughts at this point.
	How do you say go for it, Christopher?
	Okay, so why Mr. Young would he do this?
	Explain to us why you think he was he told to do this?
	Was this to take away our First Amendment right and use him as the fall guy or what?
	Uh I can't speak to why Alex Jones did this in particular.
	I can point to uh what he did and how I think it fits into the greater two-part and treasonous conspiracy.
	And that uh is an excellent question and point.
	Uh again, in the alleged shooting back in December of 2012, we had very obviously an anti-Second Amendment plot, okay.
	Uh this ridiculous, horrific hoax was concocted to terrorize the American people to turn us against the Second Amendment and in particular AR-15 rifles to allow for these red flag laws where state and local officials can take weapons from people reported uh to be mentally unstable before
	notice in a hearing, uh, which uh supposedly would then come thereafter.
	But the point is uh there is no question that the underlying event was specifically directed at the Second Amendment.
	Almost immediately afterward, uh, certain of the Sandy Hook family members are out on the lobbying trail.
	They're flying on Air Force One with Barack Obama to go to Washington, DC and lobby.
	So uh these most assuredly are public figures.
	Uh, and they most assuredly are doing everything they can to curtail our Second Amendment rights.
	And then six years later, you have these slap suits brought against Alex Jones, who's among many who have questioned the event, but certainly he's a lightning rod.
	Okay, and as we will see later, he's got something of a questionable background.
	And he throws the cases, okay, and it produces Christopher this ludicrous 1.43 billion dollar judgment.
	Now, the Court of Appeals reduced it all the way down to 1.3 billion based on Alex Jones' outstanding uh appeal brief arguments that I already went over.
	Okay, they they threw out a consumer sales practices claim, uh knocked 150 million off of the judgment, taking it all the way down to 1.3 billion.
	What does that do?
	That chills free speech.
	Any media organization and its attorneys uh in the country are going to hesitate to touch a controversial story with a 10-foot poll.
	Okay?
	So what we have here is a monster hoax in the form of defamation lawsuits designed to scare off further and proper scrutiny of Sandy Hook, further improper scrutiny of other such similar events,
	and everything else that could potentially get a journalist or a media organization or even a citizen speaking up into very hot water, like having everything they own taken away, having everything they will ever earn taken away to pay for alleged victims of general violence in the society.
	And so you have a two-part and treasonous conspiracy, a one-to-punch to take out the core and foundational rights of the American Republic, the Fremen.
	It's not just about free speech and freedom of the press.
	We also have in that the freedom to associate, the freedom to peaceably assemble, the freedom to redress our government or to Christopher Key here with the Christopher Key Show.

	Petition our government for the redress.
	Most importantly, our religious freedoms, the establishment clause.
	The government cannot establish a religion or hold one up via legislation as being sacrosanct.
	And also, we have the right to worship as we choose, the free exercise clause.
	I would argue the first amendment with all of those freedoms I have named embodies the entire philosophical foundation of the American Republic.
	And then we have a second amendment to back that up, to give it teeth, to make the government hesitate if it seeks to infringe upon our God-given rights, because the rights set for forth in our bill of rights are given to us by God.
	They're natural rights.
	They're not given to us by our government.
	The government is prevented from infringing upon them by our bill of rights.
	And so what do we have here, Christopher?
	We have basically the plot of a Scooby-Doo cartoon, as I've uh mentioned before.
	Okay.
	What was the typical plot of a Scooby-Doo show?
	It's real easy.
	You've got a real, serious underlying crime.
	Oftentimes you have the loot hidden in a given area, a small town, maybe a large estate.
	And so the perps invents some ridiculous monster hoax, maybe even putting on some crazy costume, maybe dress like a frog, something like that.
	And they scare people away.
	Why?
	Because they don't want their underlying crime to be discovered.
	So you have an underlying crime and a monster hoax on top of it.
	The underlying crime, the Sandy Hook shooting hoax, the monster hoax, the 1.43 billion dollar adverse judgment against a journalist.
	And there you have a one-to-punch to take out the core and foundational rights of the American Republic.
	That's my explanation.
	Why, in particular, Alex Jones did it?
	Well, I think he's controlled opposition, and we can go back in his history and point to things that certainly point in that direction.

	Um I sure as hell don't trust Trump, Robert Kennedy Jr., Alex Jones.

	Um but one of the things that's very interesting you bring this up about this whole Sandy Hook thing.
	Uh Robert Kennedy Jr., for instance, um, he went into a particular state um for the fight for their vaccines.
	And a lot of people don't know this, but Robert Young went in, I mean Robert Young, um, Robert Kennedy Jr. went into California who used to have a religious exemption.
	He went into Maine, who used to have a religious exemption.
	He went into New York that used to have a religious exemption.
	He went into West Virginia that used to have a religious exemption.
	And he began to advocate um against vaccines.
	You know what happened in all four of those states?
	They lost their religious exemption.
	He tried to come to Alabama, where I'm from, and we said, stay the hell out.
	And it's very interesting when you see these people that are put up on a pedestal to make it look like they're doing God's work and helping guys people and guys' children.
	And it's very possible and probable that they're doing satanic Luciferian because we are the useless feeders, uh, but they've got their infrastructure in place and they want us dead.
	They only need 500 million to operate this system.
	And um Alex, um, I've known Alex for a very long time.
	Um, he's never allowed me to be interviewed by him.
	Uh I've been on his show a couple times, and uh he has never interviewed me.
	And um I very possibly probably believe that he is controlled opposition.
	Alex didn't do anything with supplements um until 15 years ago to I drove to Daleks, Texas, because I had my own supplement company, and we would send out our supplements, and I love what Alex was doing, and I would put flyers in all my my supplement uh uh packages to send them out because I knew you couldn't go preach guys' word if you didn't take care of your temple.
	And um I believe I'm the one that got him started because I sent him the antler velvet.
	Um his producer had pain in their shoulder, and I put paint chips on there, and the pain went away.
	And um anyway, I don't want to go into all that, but um please go more into the Sandy Hook.
	Do you think it really happened or didn't happen?
	I mean it what are your thoughts on that, brother?
	Uh well, it's interesting.
	You know, I I kind of backed into this in that I found that Alex Jones threw the case first.
	And then I said to myself, well, there must be something wrong with the underlying event.
	So I decided to look into it.
	I hadn't looked into it before.
	And I uh did basic searches on some of the uh free speech platforms, Rumble in particular, and uh did a survey of the various research that had been done probably about a decade ago, and pretty much buried.
	And I locked on to two researchers in particular, Sophia Smallstorm, who did uh very well known uh about an hour and a half long uh documentary, a lecture on Sandy Hook called uh unraveling Sandy Hook in two, three, four, and five dimensions.
	Excellent.
	Uh it can be found on Rumble and Sophia Small uh spells her first name with an F, not a PH.
	So that's Sophia Smallstorm.
	Look for that video.
	And I also uh came upon the work of an anonymous fellow who uh goes by Barry Sotoro, which was uh Barack Obama's name that he went by when he was in college.
	And uh Barry concentrated on local TV station, cable and network TV footage from the day, time, and location of the event, right outside the building, and in particular on uh someone named uh or dubbed Sloppy Sniper who appears to have been um one of the Sandy Hook parents playing two roles,
	a guy named David Wheeler, but even if it's not Wheeler, you're gonna see this guy in a compilation documentary that I put together, Christopher, uh called My Sandy Hook Video Scrapbook, and it is right on my alwayswin.com uh forward slash operation dash madcap case file page, my Sandy Hook video scrapbook.
	It's a 43-minute compilation documentary featuring uh the work of uh Sophia Smallstorm and also Barry Sotoro, and the uh smoking gun within that 43-minute video is this sloppy sniper segment.
	You've got an imposter cop, clownish, obvious, marching around with what appear to be real cops, real FBI agents, real Connecticut State Police who have that department insignia on their real appearing uniforms.
	Sloppy Sniper is wearing Army surplus, cheap Army surplus gear with no police department insignia.
	He is carrying an AR-15 upside down by its magazine, allowing the sling or strap to drag behind.
	He is inadvertently pointing the muzzle at women and children.
	He is wearing sunglasses, pushing this helmet down over his head, he possibly can to avoid the camera.
	And this guy uh who looks like uh he is overweight, uh, certainly not uh any type of serious law enforcement officer is marching in formation with what appear to be real uh state and federal law enforcement officers all day long.
	It's a comedy scene, or as I think it's revelation of the method.
	Add that to everything else.
	The underlying event, Christopher, is an obvious improval hoax from but I think again, this situation with having a fake cop marching around with real run ones when you supposedly have a shooting event resulting in the massacre of uh uh 26 people,
	uh it just doesn't pass the smell test and mandates the conclusion that this was a hoax.
	Because if you had this guy running around and a real cop saw him, he would have been like, you down now, you know?
	There would have been tension and there would have been reaction to this.
	And there wasn't.
	So once I saw that, I saw that it was a two-part and treasonous conspiracy.
	I saw how it was basically bringing a Scooby-Doo plot to life and using a hoax lawsuit to scare away scrutiny of an underlying event.
	And I became duty-bound at that point to expose this two-part and treasonous conspiracy.
	Why?
	Because I'm a state and federally licensed attorney, and I took oaths, plural, to support and defend the Constitution.
	And for me, that's the same oath that a soldier takes.
	Meaning I have to put aside all personal interest, all self-interest, and put my duty first.
	And so, again, as I said at the beginning of our show, after I discovered the two-part and treasonous conspiracy to a degree of proof of probable cause, in my case, much more than cause, because I wouldn't put my reputation on the line if I only had that middle level.
	I decided to start publicly pursuing the public advocacy case with Victor Hugo on November 1st.
	And that has what uh has brought me here to this day.
	It has gone into court and out of court, and I am uh preparing, anticipating, and motivated to get into court again on this, as I can explain further.
	But how is that um for an answer as to why uh Alex Jones uh would have thrown the case or why uh this whole thing has been done?
	Mr. Young, you you and Hugo got together November of this year and November of last year.
	November 1st last year, 2024.
	Okay, so this has been a year.
	So tell me uh, because again, um I didn't know anything about you, brother.
	I didn't know anything about Victor, so please forgive me.
	You know, I'm doing so I've chasing so many stories.
	I get people bringing me everything, and I'm only one man, I can only take so much into this small brain of mine, and then Sterling Heal uh put uh me and Victor together, and then you tell me about what you're doing.
	So again, what what is the court case about?
	Um explain that so I can comprehend that.
	What is your court case about that you guys are putting together?
	Okay.
	Um, first of all, uh in uh the fall of 24, uh I sought Victor Hugo out because I had seen his work on his rumble channel.
	I saw that he was honest, fearless, uh, and also willing to uh you know open his mind and think outside the box to these possibilities, because when I tell people that I discovered uh Sandy Hook to be a two-part and treasonous conspiracy, they say, you're crazy.
	That's that's the initial reaction.
	So I didn't know him before.
	I did one or two interviews um with Victor Hugo concerning other topics, uh not touching upon Sandy Hook because I wanted to see if we could work together.
	And then I revealed to him what had uh been protected up to that point, uh, and also uh in private discussion with Victor Hugo by attorney uh work product protection.
	I hadn't told anyone about this case that I was formulating, and then Victor Hugo and I went public with it, if you will, on November 1st of 24 in a podcast interview.
	I then uh went on a series of doing radio and podcast interviews, sending out written communications, email blasts, that type of thing.
	But in February of 25, I saw an opportunity, Christopher, to bring the fraudulent nature of that Connecticut judgment to light in Alex Jones bankruptcy case that is still pending out in Houston, Texas.
	Okay.
	Alex Jones filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy as a result, mainly 99.6% of the debts he claimed were coming out of that Connecticut State Court judgment, reduced to uh 1.3 billion later on after appeal.
	But that is the debt chiefly giving rise to Alex Jones bankruptcy out in Texas.
	And it's been pending since December of 2022.
	That's a very long bankruptcy case, particularly a chapter seven.
	But in February of this year, the judge denied a settlement that was advocated by the Chapter 7 trustee.
	And I saw that as an opportunity to bring the fraudulent nature of that judgment to light in the bankruptcy.
	Why would I do that?
	Because in bankruptcy, discharge or other relief is unequivocally not available for debts incurred by fraud.
	That's under the bankruptcy code, and that's under a nine to nothing Supreme Court decision from 2023, the Barton Worfer case.
	The Supreme Court said nine to nothing, which doesn't happen very often, unequivocally, no bankruptcy relief for debts incurred by fraud.
	And so the Chapter 7 trustee is statutorily charged with investigating and reporting credible allegations of fraud and bankruptcy.
	It's right in uh the uh U.S. code that the Chapter 7 trustee has those responsibilities.
	So I sent him evidentiary submissions and written explanations in February and March of 20 uh 25.
	But he did not respond to me in any substantive way.
	He told me that he was lawyered up and that he couldn't give me any legal advice when all I was seeking to do was to get him to do his own job.
	And so in March of this year, I intervened as a pro se attorney litigant to present evidence of fraudulent judgment to the court.
	Okay.
	And Alex Jones didn't file a memo in opposition to my motion for leave.

	Our constitutional rights.
	No, only the Connecticut Sandy Hooks families answered my motion for leave to intervene, and they'd only that I don't have standing.
	So none of the parties.
	The chapters trustee.
	Nobody said, Oh, wait, this wasn't a fraudulently incurred debt.
	Alex Jones didn't throw the case by not claiming uh federal question jurisdiction for First Amendment cases.
	Nobody said that.
	They just said I didn't have standing.
	That's what the bankruptcy court ruled.
	Um in April of this year, that I didn't have standing and denied my motion for leave to intervene.
	Then I appealed it.
	Bankruptcy is a strange process.
	Uh, you appeal not to the court of appeals from a bankruptcy court, but to the district court first.
	And this was an interlocutory decision, a midway decision, not resolving and finalizing the entire case, but just an aspect of it.
	My requested intervention.
	And interlocutory decisions can only go so far in appeals as the courts will allow them.
	They are discretionary appeals.
	And the district court, not long ago, dismissed my appeal.
	Uh, That was on August 19th of this year.
	But something else, Christopher, is going on at the same time as Alex Jones bankruptcy, which continues out in Houston, Texas.
	And that is a petition for Sir Shirari that Alex Jones has gained leave to file with the Supreme Court of the United States on or before September 5.
	Believe it or not, Alex Jones and the Connecticut Sandy Hook families, who very demonstrably colluded from the very beginning.
	Alex Jones is now going to file a petition for Sir Shirari, a request for a discretionary appeal of that Connecticut State Court judgment before the Supreme Court of the United States.
	What's he going to claim?
	Amendment protections?
	He didn't claim them in his appeal back to Connecticut.
	Therefore, the issue rises.
	Could those claims be waived?
	And if he could assert such defenses, what are the chances that the court is going to take Sir Shirari in this case?
	Very, very low.
	What I think the colluding parties are seeking to do is to get a denial of Sir Shirari.
	The court saying no, we're not going to take any appeal.
	We're not going to order the Connecticut state court, uh, Supreme Court to send the record up here and we review the case.
	We're not going to take it.
	What does that do?
	That etches that Connecticut State Court judgment in stone.
	1.3 million against a well-known public figure and purported journalist, free speech chilling.
	It etches it in stone, not only in the legal sense, but it etches it in the hearts and minds of the American people and every media organization from C to Shining.
	And you get rid of, think of it this way, Christopher, you get rid of that protection that I described coming out of New York Times versus Sullivan, the actual malastand.
	You get rid of it in a practical way without ever having to get a cake court uh uh court case reversing it.
	You see what I'm saying?
	It's a practical reversal of Sullivan and uh the courts are clean on that.
	That would absolutely send a chilling ripple of I don't point to any fault um that that adjudicated the uh Connecticut cases.
	All of the blame can be placed upon the litigating parties.
	Now realize and so now what I'm seeking to do, gentlemen.
	If I when you're breaking up, you may want to log out, come back in, because uh uh what you're saying is very important, but your your uh reception is very bad.
	So maybe you may want to leave and come back in.
	In the meantime, Christopher and I will discuss as journalists what this means to us as truth tellers trying to warn the people.
	Christopher, the way I see this is coming within the next 60 days, if the Supreme Court allows this to happen, you and I will be subject to lawsuits that will shut us down.
	So you trying to warn people about anything from what happened at Waco to the bioweapons disguised as vaccines to anything will completely shut us down because uh uh Wynn Young said and warned,
	they will take everything from us, just like what's happening right now with Sonavinos, which is under the crown, they made him, well, they forced his mother to shut down his channels to hide and destroy all the evidence.
	So they will have you with all the information that you've had throughout all your years, have you shut down your channel, get rid of your information.
	And the same thing with me.
	That's the way I see it.
	Also, if this happens, it will show the people that the Supreme Court was in on this as well.
	A lot of people are starting to notice that the uh top guy at the Supreme Court is a member of the uh Rosa Crucians and a lot of the dealings with the Supreme Court recently have been very suspicious.
	So this is gonna further uh raise suspicion about the validity of the Supreme Court.
	And if we don't have a Supreme Court and we don't have justice, we don't have a constitution.
	It will end the republic.
	This is real, and it's about to happen uh uh 30 days from September 5th.
	So mark your calendar.
	Well, again, Victor and um Mr. Young, it's already happened.
	We haven't had a constitution for a very long time.
	People don't want to believe this.
	And I'm not gonna take the time to go into all that right now because what what I need your listeners to comprehend is they came for me before they came for Alex Jones.
	Um, 11 years ago, the government fined me hundreds of millions of dollars, seized everything I owned, and I have a court order for life that I can't have anything to do with health, wellness, and pain management in my great state of Alabama.

	And um, the cool thing with this is um, and you guys need to make sure you do this.

	But when my twins were born, they had the most rare disease on the planet called phenolcantinoia, otherwise known as PKU.

	My twins will never ever eat protein.
	No milk, no chicken, no cheese, no fish, no birthday cake, no ice cream, no bean protein, zero nada zeals.
	Not one single thing of protein.
	If they do, it becomes toxic, goes straight to the brain, and it causes the most extreme mental retardation there is.

	I went to my pediatrician and I said, Doc, my kids have this rare disease called PKU.
	He's like, oh my gosh, Christopher, I've read about That, but I've never had a child with PKU, much less two.
	And I said, Well, Doc, you're wanting to vaccinate my children today.
	What can you tell me about PKU and vaccines?
	He says, Mr. Key, I don't have a clue about PKU and vaccines.
	But what I do know, Mr. Key, is your kids are part of a new schedule where they're going to get 72, 72 vaccines before they're 18 years of age.
	This was in 1998.
	This was 27 years ago.
	And I said, Doc, 72.
	I said, Wow, brother, I got like six or eight.
	He says, Mr. Key, I don't know.
	I said, that that's not very encouraging.
	I said, Well, look, Doc, I'm a huge researcher.
	My background is in exercise physiology, kinesiology.
	I know this body very, very well.
	I thought I did, but I only knew what I've been taught.
	And what I've been taught was drugs, chemicals, and surgery.
	And I said, Well, look, Doc, are there any studies to show me that that schedule's safe?
	He said, Mr. Key, there's thousands of studies.
	No, Mr. Key, there's probably 10,000 plus studies.
	I said, Well, great.
	Can I see one?
	His exact answer, guys, was do what?
	I said, can I see a study?
	And then he said, right now, I said, look, you got my precious twins on the table right now.
	You want to inject them with this new schedule of 72 vaccines?
	Yeah, right now, dude.
	He said, Mr. Key, nobody's ever asked me that.
	Um, I don't have time to get it for you today, but I'll make sure you get it emailed before your next visit.
	I said, Well, love you.
	Thank you, brother.
	You're not going to touch my children today.
	You email me one, one of those 10,000 studies, and I'll see you at our next visit.
	So a couple months goes by, guys, and um we go back.
	The nurse has three shots out for my son, three shots out for my daughter, they're about to inject them.
	And I'm like, ma'am, you need to go get Doc because we need to talk.
	He he has not sent me one of those 10,000 studies.
	He comes back in, guys.
	He will not look at me.
	He's like, Mr. Key, uh, Mr. Key, um, there are.
	I repeat, there are no studies.
	But Mr. Key, they have to be safe.
	They've been approved by the CDC, the FDA, the AMA.
	You don't trust us.
	I said, Look, dude, don't trust you.
	Hell no, I don't trust you.
	You told me there were 10,000 studies.
	Now you're telling me they ain't one.
	And I said, Look, brother, I watched you inject that child next door.
	And you still want to inject my children?

	Guys, wouldn't y'all love to have a company that the government came in and said, Look, we're gonna exempt you of any and all liability.
	We don't care who you kill, we don't care who you damage, you're exempt.
	But we're gonna take it a step further.
	We're not only gonna exempt you, we're gonna mandate that every single person buys your product.
	I mean, this is so diabolical evil.
	You you can't even fat on this because look, 27 years ago, I loved my government.
	I I thought my government was there to protect me.
	The CDC was there to protect me, the FDA, the AMA, the FBI, the CIA.
	No, they're there to protect the corporation.

	You guys comprehend that Robert Kennedy Jr. is head of HHS, Human Health and Services.

	President Reagan said, look, if we're going to exempt the vaccine companies of NNL liability, we got to hold them accountable.
	So what we're going to do, guys, is we're going to make them do safety studies.
	Not every year, because that would be way too much.
	We're going to make them do safety studies every other year.
	So in 2018, Robert Kennedy Jr., who's now the head of the HHS and Dell Cocaine belt.
	I mean, did I say Dell Cocaine Big Tree?

	Dell Bigtree and Robert Kennedy Jr. sued HHS to release the safety studies that was supposed to have been done every other year for 33 years.

	You're not going to hear this from the prestitutes of the talking parents.
	But if you do the research, you will see they did not want single safety studies, but they continue to tell you they're safe and effective, safe and effective, safe and effective.
	Let me tell you this.
	There is not one single vaccine that should ever, ever be given to a dog, much less a precious child.
	This is the end game.
	And let me tell you guys, real quick, Robert Kennedy Jr. and President Trump, right now they're creating the safe vaccine.
	Robert Kennedy Jr. has never been anti-vaxxed.
	He just wants a safe vaccine.
	And there is going to be a pandemic, a new one.
	And they're going to come to you and say, we love you.
	We're going to keep you safe.
	Yeah, we are.
	And we've been working so hard behind the scenes, and we've gone, we've just created this safe vaccine.
	And listen, you got to take it because if you don't, you're going to affect grandma and grandpa and the rest of the society.
	And when you don't, we got a special place for you.
	And it's called a FEMA camp.

	This is in the process of right now.
	And what they're going to do, they're going to bring out, I think, for my people, they're going to bring out Ebola.
	So people are going to be bleeding from the eyes.
	It's going to be mass hysteria.
	And you people, it's more fear-porn, fear-porn.
	And you're going to say, give me my vaccine.
	Give me my double dose, you know, because Trump loves me.
	Look at all the stuff that he's doing.
	Robert Kennedy Jr., he's taking all the toxic chemicals out of the food.
	I mean, he's so wonderful.
	He's my he's my new savior.

	Well, look, don't believe anything I've told you today.
	Just go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
	Mr. Young, you were talking about the U.S. Supreme Court.
	The U.S. Supreme Court, and I think it was 2010.
	U.S. Supreme Court 2010 ruled in Wyatt, pharmaceutical company Wyatt versus Brishowick, hear me, that all vaccines are unavoidably unsafe.
	Let me say that again, because some of y'all probably didn't hear that.
	2010, Wyatt versus Brucewick ruled that all vaccines are unavoidably unsafe.
	And what this set was the precedence that Dr. Young's telling you guys, I mean, uh Lawyer Young is telling you about, where they're going to take our First Amendment right of free speech, and then they're coming for our guns because they know they could use Alex Jones as being this high person.
	And if they can do it to Alex, you better stand down.
	We're coming for you.
	Let me tell you something.
	Come from me, you mother.
	Come for me, baby.
	I'm ready for you.
	Come from me.
	But anyway, 2010, what that basically said was if you guys are so uneducated, so uninformed, and if you choose to give your precious child any more vaccines, you deserve the death.
	You deserve any ill will that comes To your child.
	And now I got to go to HHS real quick because this is the organization that Robert Kennedy Jr. heads up.
	Do you know HHS did another study that said less than one percent of the population even report to being damaged by vaccines?
	Okay.
	Now the mainstream media, the prostitutes tell you that they're safe and effective, safe and effective.
	Vairs will tell you that you know how much money's been paid out to those that have been damaged or died?
	The most you can get if your child dies is 250,000.
	$250,000.
	But according to Wikipedia, as of right now, they're safe and effective.
	The most you get is $250,000, less than 1% of the population report.
	They've paid out, get it $4.2 billion to those have been damaged or those that have died.
	The most they can get is $250,000.
	$4.2 billion, less than one percent.
	So please tell me how safe and effective are they, Dr. Young?
	I mean, uh, Mr. Young and Mr. Hugo, how safe and effective are vaccines?
	What are your thoughts on that?
	Well, I just want to uh share with the audience why it is that I'm so glad and why, as any parent out there watching this should really take to heart the fact that Christopher Key and Win Young are on this show, realize I don't have skin in this game.
	I don't have children.
	So I can't speak to this matter.
	But hearing Christopher Key's heartfelt testimony impacts me because what I have is empathy and compassion.
	And if you are human, you should understand the severity of this situation that Christopher Key and Win Young are presenting here today.
	Because we are being presented with a clear and present danger of a precedent being set within the next 60 calendar days, where everything that Christopher Key just stated, which are facts, will become illegal for you to state.
	If Win Young does not win this case.
	So when I present this to you now, and when I say that is because as a journalist, which Christopher Key is, he can be muffled like Alex Jones is.
	And he will not be able to state what he stated.
	So as a father, can you bring this into one area for people to see why it is important for us to be able to discuss this, to report on this, and how if you do not win this case, it will shut this all down?
	As a father, from a father's perspective.
	Well, I think it's pretty clear that they're coming after our children, both practically and also symbolically, psychologically, with what I believe are these hoax school shootings.
	And if one of them does actually occur, what are the attendant circumstances?
	Um that we've been hearing about, you know, uh this person was on the FBI's radar, if you will.
	We've heard that so many times.
	So you you either have uh these hoax terrorist events, or you have situations um where the event is being allowed to occur, or maybe even being promoted in various different ways.
	But Sandy Hook was very obviously a provable hoax.
	No hard evidence has ever been produced that anyone was shot or killed at Sandy Hook.
	When Alex Jones got back to state court after the remand from federal court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction in a First Amendment case, Alex Jones threw the Case by doing a couple of things, some very bad behavior.
	He had an on-air tirade in June of 19 with his attorney Norm Patis in tow on camera, where Alex Jones accused the plaintiff's attorneys of planting child porn in his InfoWars email bank and uh that he had to produce this in discovery.
	This was an on-air tirade where Jones threatened the plaintiff's attorney by name, and the court sanctioned him.
	How did this state court judge in Connecticut sanction Jones?
	She wouldn't let him pursue his re-filed special motion to dismiss.
	So once again, once they get back to state court, the plaintiffs don't have to produce evidence in opposition to a motion to dismiss that their family members died or that Jones lied about it or acted with reckless disregard.
	Then a couple of years later, he gets a default judgment for failing to obey discovery orders issued by the Connecticut uh state court judge.
	And so she defaults him.
	Okay?
	Now I give plausible deniability to Jones.
	Maybe I'm being too generous.
	I give him plausible deniability for what happened when he got back to state court, the on-air tirade, the default judgment.
	I give him plausible deniability.
	There's no getting past the fraud that's in that U.S. district court file from July through November of 2018, where he went to federal court, filed a fantastic motion to dismiss, but made sure that it wouldn't be worth the paper it was written on.
	And so now, after trying to get this basic evidence before the court and the district court out in uh Texas with Jones bankruptcy and never having addressed the uh the merits of the issue addressed by anyone, including the courts, who won't touch that very basic issue.
	Did Alex Jones' failure to claim first uh uh federal question jurisdiction constitute operative evidence of fraud?
	Of course it does.
	So now we've got a situation where Alex Jones has been granted leave by the Supreme Court, separate and apart from his bankruptcy, not having anything to do with that directly.
	They've granted him leave to appeal that Connecticut State Court judgment until September 5.
	He's got to until September 5 is granted by Justice Sotomayor to file a petition for Sir Shirari, a request for a discretionary appeal.
	Now, what can be done about this?
	You've got colluding parties going to or trying to, Alex Jones is trying to get in into the Supreme Court.
	Well, who's going to tell the court about the collusion that started this whole thing off back in 2018?
	Well, an amicus curiae, a friend of the court, can inform the court of that.
	And I am seeking admission to the Supreme Court bar as we speak and in the past days and weeks, so that if and when Alex Jones files a petition for Sir Shirari,
	if he really goes that far and does that and brings that fraud to the highest court in the land, I intend to file an amicus brief in opposition, informing the court of the fraud, pointing to court file evidence.
	It's not like I'm producing some letter from Alex Jones' second cousin where he supposedly admits that he colluded.
	No, no, this is court file evidence from the U.S. District Court in Connecticut.
	And all I seek to do is to point the court to the evidence and show this thing was a fraud, a sham, A fraud on the court itself from the very beginning.
	But I need to gain admission to the Supreme Court Bar.
	I'm admitted to practice in Ohio.
	The Northern and Southern districts of Ohio are federal courts here, and also the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the federal court down in Cincinnati.
	But I'm not yet admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
	And to do so, I meet all of the uh requirements, except that I need to get sponsorship from two current Supreme Court bar members.
	And I've had an interview with one, and I'm working very hard to do that.
	And if there are any attorneys who are uh licensed before the Supreme Court of the United States and would contact me, my contact information is set forth on my uh case file page, any one of those documents you pull up, you're going to see my address, uh, my contact information, including my phone and my email.
	That's public information because this is a public advocacy case for me.
	I'm representing the American people, and the American people's voice needs to be heard if and when Jones files this petition.
	Because if this information is not brought to the court, think of the corruption that will visit upon our highest court.
	The integrity of federal judicial process is at stake, in addition to our constitutional protections.

	You will scroll down and see that I've been updating almost on uh uh a daily basis.
	Certainly, when anything of note occurs in the case, I've been updating it.

	I uh quit my job back in January of this year.

	I've been doing contract attorney work in addition to uh my general uh public advocacy for some time.
	And so that was uh uh, you know, a regular work-a-week paycheck where you're going um every every two weeks and and and getting your uh insurance paid for and a little bit of uh 401k, but I had to quit that job in January because the demands of this public advocacy case took precedence.
	And so uh I have suffered um tremendously.
	I lost my home.
	I was uh living in a very nice duplex, but I uh could not maintain that because I've not been receiving uh the support that is needed in order uh to carry on uh in that fashion.
	And um again, uh I'm not going to stop.
	I've put all self-interest aside.
	When a soldier's told, hey, you take that hill.
	Why?
	Because you took an oath to support and defend the Constitution, and that's how you fulfill that oath.
	And it doesn't matter if you have a pretty girl waiting at home for you in a job in her dad's factory.
	You put aside all self-interest, even your life, you take that hill now.
	Well, I'm putting everything on the line in order to fulfill my oath-bound duties and to serve the American people.
	And I will continue to do so and have done so, even in the dearth of support.
	But I ask for support because if I do get admitted to the Supreme Court, I have to file paper copies of a brief, 40 of them, and it has to be bound.
	And it has to be of a particular size, six by nine.
	And that's probably going to cost me to get that printed up and sent out, I don't know, three to five hundred dollars.
	And there are other things that are necessary.
	So I need support and I need admission to the Supreme Court so that I can work, continue to work to protect our core and foundational rights.
	And also, as you say, Chris, this works into our personal lives and our fam our families and the value we hold for our children because they're targeting the children in many different respects.
	And this needs to be stopped.
	Christopher, I was going to ask you, and I'm asking the audience, please, if you are a family member of someone who can uh get Win Young into the Supreme Court to fight on our behalf, please do so.
	Um if you're uh what do you need?
	Uh uh a lawyer, uh what's the what is the exact thing that you did.
	It's it's it's a it's a relatively small club, the Supreme Court Bar, and you need recommendation from two members.
	I have uh had an interview with uh a very well-known uh attorney, very well connected attorney, who unfortunately uh suffered uh two deaths in his family very recently, and he's out until uh September 3rd.
	Um so I am anxious to hear back from him, hopefully by the end of this week as to whether he feels he can support me or refer me to other Supreme Court bar members uh who can get to know me, get to know my case uh very quickly and sponsor me for uh membership because I can't file an amicus brief unless I'm a Supreme Court bar member, and it is a small club.
	So this is um a long shot.
	Um, but it seems uh that uh truth, like water has a way of slipping through the cracks of getting to where it needs to go, finding its level, and uh the truth can't be hidden, not permanently.
	And this is the opportunity to get it to the court that matters, and more importantly, to the American people, which ultimately is most important because, as Lincoln said, public sentiment is everything, and we have a lot more people than we have ruler.
	And it's time that we unify and realize the strength in our numbers and what we can accomplish if we put our minds to it and support one another in these no endeavors.
	We need a miracle, Christopher.
	What do you what is your suggestion?
	Because we need two good men or women to uh uh uh sponsor him into the Supreme Court so that he could present this amicus brief, and we are short on time.
	So this is like a Hail Mary that we need.
	Yeah, it's gonna real quick if he finds September 5.
	I've got 30 days thereafter to get in and make this brief filed, and I don't think anyone else is gonna do this.
	Okay, well, look, this is what we're gonna do.
	Um, and again, it's interesting that that you were on here this morning, uh, Mr. Young, because I wanted to interview you myself.
	Um, but I what I want to bring up real quick, Victor, is I've gotten quite a few interesting um text messages that that you are faking a fraud, um, that that you are um harassing other people and whatnot.
	And again, nobody's been able to give me any evidence of that.
	And I'm the type of person I I told you uh when we interviewed the other day, uh that there's two sides to every story, and then there's a truth.
	And um I felt very good with with the interview you and I had, uh, but I've got my people looking into you backwards, forwards, and sideways, and I'm gonna overturn every single stone I can because I need to know who I'm talking about or talking to.
	And the same thing with Mr. Young.
	I I don't know anything about you, but this whole thing is very, very intriguing to me because um I've never felt good about the Sandy Hook thing.
	I've never felt good how Alex handled the whole thing.
	And I was looking at it as yes, this is a play for our First Amendment right because if they can shut him down, they can shut us all down.
	And we can't allow this to happen.
	So what I'm gonna do when we get off this phone call, um, Mr. Young and and Hugo is I'm gonna put uh Mr. Young in contact with my lead counsel, um, who is not a bar attorney, thank God.
	Um, and I'm gonna put him in in touch with who used to be a a my uh used to be my counsel who who held a bar attorney's license, but because of me, his bar license was taken.
	And um because again, that this is a very special club, and um it's gonna be very hard to get them to allow um Mr. Young to get into that club because they're all together on this.
	Every one of them has slept with little boys and little girls, and they all got the video that this is how they they they keep this club intact.
	So, but again, guy through God, anything can be done.
	So I'm gonna reach out to them and I'm gonna put you guys in contact with them uh so we can move forward with this because this is in game, and and people don't understand, or I'm sorry, don't understand because you never want to stand under anybody but your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
	And this goes back to the English language and and it's spellcasting, so on and so forth, just like this morning.
	Never say good morning.
	Say grand rise, and when you're morning, you're way down a lower vibration, somebody's died.
	No, this is pure evil.
	But but I so appreciate you guys both coming on here with me.
	Um, I I don't know anything much about you except the interview that that we had.
	I've really enjoyed this with you, Mr. Young.
	And again, I with the Christopher Key show, my job has always been to bring both sides to every story and then let you the people decide your truth.

	And I'm the type of person I want to know the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God.

	Well, I I can address what you brought up, and I would like the opportunity to address that with you froze up for a sec.
	I I would like the opportunity to address the allegations of my being a fraud and a fake and harassing, because that is the second part of this story.
	I was the only journalist to uh to take this story on.
	I have now been attacked, and I have been tried to be discredited, like you were saying, Christopher.
	So the people that are claiming that I'm a fake and a fraud and harassing are the people who are trying to shut bit shoot and rumble down.
	They've done a $60 million lawsuit against BitChute and Rumble to shut my channel down.
	These people, James Fetzer, is actually involved in this Sandy Hook treason.
	Win Young came on my show and exposed that, and because I have been covering it, he has now been trying to discredit me to the point where because I'm taking clips of what Wing Young said, because I've taken clips of what James Fetzer, Russ Winter, uh Paul Hilf, and all the people that are in that small club, I'm uploading them in their own words, discrediting themselves.
	They are now on a full force attack to censor me.
	It's they've literally these people claim to be free speech advocates.
	They claim to be truth tellers in the truth teller arena.
	Meanwhile, because of what Win Young has exposed on my show, he's opened the door to all this controlled opposition that works together.
	Like I said, James Fetzer bragged on his show, and I've got the clips on my channel.

	James Fetzer bragging that after I broke this news on Stu Peter's show, he made a phone call to Stu Peter's producers and was on Stu Peter's show within 48 hours and told uh uh Stu Peters quote uh uh um rectify the situation.
	And then the interview that I did where I broke this news that you're hearing right now was set to private and restricted on Stu Peter's Rumble channel.
	And when I can contacted Stu Peters because I'm personal email, Stu Peters told me to go F myself.
	So I was like, whoa, that's kind of not an reaction, you know.
	And then also he's all bad Mike Adams, and so Mike Adams apparently is Connected to James Fetzer, because like you said, it's a small club, but all these guys are protecting themselves.
	No, no, I didn't say it was I didn't say it uh what you're getting into, what you're getting into is all of that relates to uh James Fetzer and Wolfgang Halbig.
	In mid-January, I expanded my case and identified on an interview with attorney Todd Callender, also a 30-year attorney with a spotless record such as myself.
	Additional likely co-conspirators.
	You see, you didn't just have the Sandy Hook case against Alex Jones in Connecticut.
	Uh he was also a sued along with uh Wolfgang Halbig was another named defendant in the Connecticut Sandy Hook cases, and he went along with, he consented to Jones deliberately ineffective notices of removal.
	Now, why does that make him a likely co-conspirator?
	Because the issue is that given that this underlying event was an obvious improvable hoax, the plaintiffs who are essentially crisis actors and representing a vast conspiracy involving many more persons going up into and all the way to the top of the Obama administration.
	They're going to risk exposing that conspiracy, risking charges of fraud and treason, a capital offense for which there is no statute of limitations by suing someone for defamation?
	No.
	They wouldn't have sued anyone unless they knew that person would take a dive on the defense.
	It's a chicken and egg thing, okay?
	There's no way they're going to sue Alex Jones and potentially expose the conspiracy that goes all the way up to Janet Napolitano, Eric Holder, and potentially Barack Obama, okay, who had the Sandy Hook families flying on Air Force One.
	They wouldn't have sued anyone else, including Wolfgang Halbick, an alleged Sandy Hook truth guru.
	Why?
	Because he could have foiled the whole thing by saying, wait, Jones, I don't consent to your faulty notice of removal, which doesn't claim federal question jurisdiction.
	This is real easy.
	It's a 30-second Google search.
	It's business law class elective that you might take in high school.
	We have state courts, we have federal courts.
	Federal courts are limited jurisdiction.
	I mean, this is 101.
	And how to foil the whole thing by simply saying, no, I don't go along with your consent.
	I'm going to claim federal question jurisdiction because this is a First Amendment case.
	Do you see how there's no way that they would have risked the entire multi-hundred million to sue Wolfgang Halbig, knowing that by checking one of two boxes he could destroy it and expose everyone?
	No.
	Similarly, James Fetzer, a college professor, publishes a book called Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, and he gets sued in Wisconsin and he gets hit for a 450,000 uh judgment.
	The judge uh orders him liable as a matter of law.
	He takes it to the Supreme Court and is denied Certi Rari twice on re-hearing.
	Well, how did all that happen?
	Well, James Fetzer represented himself, pro se.
	And while a college professor, he's no attorney.
	Okay.
	But he also didn't happen to buy any publisher's liability coverage for the book that he published, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
	Okay.
	He has research in that book.
	It would easily pass New York Times versus Sullivan Muster, and he could have got liability coverage for that, which does what?
	Indemnifies him to the limit of coverage, but most importantly, provides a defense.
	The liability insurer has the right and duty to control the defense.
	And they would have hired on their dime a competent uh First Amendment defense attorney who would have exposed that case and torn it to shreds.
	Okay.
	There's no way they could risk that.
	So Fetzer didn't have any liability coverage.
	Even though he's a college professor, they're bread and butter's publishing, and he should know better because a publisher's liability policy covers the publisher and the author.
	But he didn't get it.
	What else didn't he do?
	He didn't self-insure, okay?
	For about the price of a new Chevy, I would say, he could have gotten rid of that case against him in Wisconsin by Mr. Posner, one of the alleged Sandy Hook parents, and have blown the whole conspiracy.
	James Fetzer could have been the hero that blew Sandy Hook wide open and exposed it.
	Yet, magically, somehow, his case also gets past New York Times versus Sullivan, the standard which should leave none of no room for any of these cases.
	And he suffers a massive judgment, which now, with interest, is supposedly up to around a million dollars and hangs as a lien over his house.
	So what do you have?
	You have cases in three jurisdictions.
	Connecticut, Alex Jones was sued down in Texas as well by other Sandy Hook parents, and Wisconsin, and all of them somehow magically get past New York Times versus Sullivan's actual malice standard.
	And somehow the Sandy Hook plaintiffs end up getting massive free speech chilling judgments without ever having to produce an iota of evidence that anyone died or that anyone lied about it or acted with reckless disregard.
	And so I introduced my allegations against Halbig and Fetzer in particular and midstream in a live stream with attorney Todd Callender on January 15th of this year.
	Thereafter, I found out that uh Victor Hugo, with whom I had done previous interviews, but who I had not breathed a word to about my allegations forthcoming and introduced on the calendar show against Dr. Fetzer and Wolfgang Halback.
	And all Victor Hugo did was give a platform to my assertions.
	They are mine, asserted as an attorney at law, and based upon a standard of probable cause.
	And the practicality of it, I think, is rather compelling.
	Okay.
	So Victor Hugo has done nothing but run with my allegation asserted, which was immediately in and reendors by Todd said, Yes, of course they wouldn't have sued anyone unless that person would take a dive.
	He agreed with that.
	And to date, all of the ammo has been going to Victor Hugo.
	Why?
	Because the last thing in the world Fetzer wants to talk about is me, Win Young.
	Why?
	Because I'm a licensed attorney.
	I've been at this for 30 years.
	You need only pull up the Ohio Supreme Court uh website, the attorney information website, and plug in my name, Robert Wynne Young.
	Okay?
	Or how about my bar number, 64876?
	You'll see I was admitted in November of 1995.
	I have had no discipline, no administrative sanctions.
	Never even missed a uh deadline for turning in my CLE or my uh bar dues, none of that kind of thing.
	And I hold the ideal of the bar in high esteem.
	I don't I am not concerned, Christopher, with whether or not other members of the bar fulfill their oath-bound duties.
	I'm going to fulfill mine, and I'm going to uh go as far as I possibly can.
	I got cut off in the bankruptcy appeal, admittedly.
	But I made a record, and I went as far as I could.
	And so now, you see, my my goal is never to win the bankruptcy case, if you will.
	My goal was and is to expose the two-part and treasonous conspiracy because the American people need to know about it, and justice needs To be served.
	And so therefore, I have now pivoted and I am looking for support, not only in the form of monetary contributions that will enable me to carry on, but also the spreading of word because Christopher Key here with the Christopher Key Show.

	As a matter of fact, he just recently claimed that I, working with Sandy Hook Promise and the FBI, orchestrated the Minneapolis shooting.

	He's claiming all this stuff without evidence.
	Again, you know what happened.
	What happened with the Naval Academy?
	Because this is indicative.

	When I left the US Naval Academy, it was with an honorable discharge.
	They begged me to stay because I was the only witness who testified in the sexual assault and rape of a female midshipman officer by a group of so-called leaders, okay, who are probably still there.
	This poor girl, everybody else was told to lie about it.
	They put a gun to my head and a knife to my throat.
	And they told me that if I said anything about what I witnessed, that I would be thrown overboard on an aircraft carrier or shoved into the engine of an F-14 fighter jet.
	And my guts and blood would be swept overboard, and my parents would receive a folded flag in a wooden box and told that I died honorably in service to my country.
	At the risk of my own life, at the age of 19, I said no.
	I did the right thing.
	And I said, I witnessed the rape and sexual assault of my sister in arms.
	And Vice Admiral Virgil Hill in a meeting with high executives at such an early age, tried to convince me that I was wrong, that I didn't see what I saw.
	I said, I'm not gonna lie, because my duty, the oath that I took was I will not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate anyone who does.
	Realize that's been ingrained in me.
	That was put into my head at The age of 18 when I first took an oath to serve my country, and here I am at the age of 55.

	And so, yes, I did the right thing, and that's why I received an honorable discharge, and I have my DD 214, and yes, I'm a veteran.
	So, according to James Fetzer, the right thing for me to have done was to have just allowed these rapists to get away with their crime, to have lied, and to have gone up the ranks in the military, to which you're lucky that I didn't.
	Because if I did that at the age of 19, imagine what I would be doing right now.

	I would have been involved in the depopulation plan, tried to kill you and your children.
