	And then I got arrested again.
	Because I would not put a mask on to go into court and they arrested me for failure to appear even though I was there.
	But then because I was arrested and I had handcuffs, they were then able to take me through court to take me to jail.
	And then I got arrested again when I went back to Hoe Foods, Jeff Bletso, and because my counsel told me since my case had been appealed that my my my my case my order was null and void until they went through the appellate process.
	And I went down to the Mountain Brook Police Department and told them this.
	And I went down to the sheriff's office and told them this.
	And I went and talked to Jay Loggins personally, the head of the Mount Brook Police Department, and he said, mister Key, if they call us, it doesn't matter.
	If they don't like the shirt that you have on, they can have you arrested for trespassing.
	And I'm like, Jay, please God, do you not know some law?
	I mean, have they not taught you guys anything?
	I mean, that is discrimination at its nth degree.
	But again, I was arrested again and I was supposed to have court yesterday, I think.
	What's today?
	No, it was last week.
	I was supposed to have court last Wednesday.
	And then now, I got arrested again because I called a woman a lip tart because this woman had my two neighbors that have two homes that have a pension and retirement and social security had them deemed by a medical doctor to have possibly Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.
	And now since they don't have family, they've been put into a prison, basically, which they call an elderly facility, where they own two homes.
	And now they're paying thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars to live in these old folks' homes and for 24/7 care when they own two homes that they could have a butler, a maid, two full-time nurses.
	But no, the government now is taking over all their hom assets and they have condemned there and I couldn't even go talk to them.
	I got threatened by the police for talking to them.
	And then when I was back home in Birmingham, my neighbor, Uncle Clifford, they're trying to do the same thing to him.
	I recorded the lady and I caught her lip tart.
	And because I called her lip tart, the officer told me that if she heard me say that and it hurt her feelings, I could be arrested.
	I said, Do what?
	I said, That is freedom of speech, dude.
	He said, No.
	He said, I'm going to give you a warning.
	And then I found out six days later there was a warrant for my arrest.
	And I've got that case in December 11.
	So what I want to do today with counsel is to help you guys truly understand that we're in a evil system.
	We're supposed to be in, I believe, and hopefully he'll correct me, is a constitutional republic.
	But we're in a democracy.
	And everybody thinks a democracy is great.
	Well, a democracy is when 51% of the lions rule over 49% of the sheep.

	And I want my counsel to go in and really help you guys comprehend this because this lawfare is warfare.

	Principle two, all rights are bestowed by our Creator.
	They are unalienable, inherent, and natural, and lie beyond the authority of government to grant, alter, or infringe.

	Three, the sole and only legitimate reason government exists is to secure the people's rights and every other function is an act of usurpation, oppression, and treason.
	Four, all government holds authority solely through explicit, expressed delegation from the people.
	Any power taken without such delegation is overreach and constitutes usurpation and treason.
	So this is putting you in a situation where you, as a citizen, can analyze that which is around you and why that which is around you is not operating within the law.
	All government officials and five as trustees of the people are bound by an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.
	It's a trust relationship.
	Breach of oath is the end of any government official under the 14th Amendment section three in the way that I interpret what it says, that we interpret what it says.
	And you know, take that the people are the ultimate arbiters of justice and they alone can indict and convict or empowered to hold government accountable at all times.
	So I've already mentioned today with mister Gilberti, they did not indict and they did not convict.
	Yet he's been in jail and he's been sentenced to fifteen years.
	He's going to get out.
	It's just a matter of when.
	Been in prison already for sixteen years.
	Stop.
	And then the last is the court can only declare what law is and whether it is consistent withent with divine law, fundamental law or constitutional law.
	That's critical because we have to always remember that the word judge, they should never have used that word and the reason they used it is because they were going to use it against me.

	Judge.
	And they have no power to declare.
	They have no right to declare, declare, that's it.
	So we need to be doing some people's declarations along the way and I think we're going to be fine.
	Everything's going to be fine.
	It's just a matter of everyone waking up, as you like to say, to the reality around.
	Okay, well, counsel, what I want to do in the last closing five minutes is I want you to come up with some solutions, okay?
	Because one of the biggest things I've done with the Christopher Keys Show is I don't like to fearmonger.
	I like to identify a problem and then get a reaction from we the people and then always provide the solutions.

	Right now, what's happening in Washington, DC, everyone thinks is great and wonderful because, you know, President Trump has brought in the more forces to.
	get rid of all the criminal acts that were happening there, which they were.
	And it was done by design.
	So it was completely lawless.
	And then now they're going to come in and clean everything up.
	But we're playing with fire because now they're going to implement that on all these other places and you're giving away your freedom because that's we're so close, councils, to martial law.
	And what they're trying to do is problem reaction solution where they create chaos and they come in with the solution.
	Why?
	Because they created the chaos in the beginning.
	And everyone wants to believe that Biden did this.
	Yes and no.
	Okay, this this has all been done by design.
	I believe this is nothing more than WWF where you got your two villains, you got Trump and Biden, but then they go home at night and they sleep with each other's wives.
	And I'm not saying that's happening, but again, you have to comprehend that I believe nobody gets into the position of power unless they've been compromised.
	That's my belief.
	I hope I'm wrong.

	I pray for President Trump and Robert Kennedy Jr. every single day, but I've looked at their fruits.
	And yes, they've done some really good things, but they've done nothing.
	What they could have done with one simple stroke of the a pen, they could have changed all this.
	No, they couldn't do that because, you know, this or no.
	If they had a pair of balls and they were truly about God and they're truly about saving God's people, they would have.
	And you got Robert Kennedy Jr. right now who is not anti-vax, he just wants a safe vaccine council.
	Safe vaccine.
	I'm here to tell you, please comprehend, please hear me.
	There will never, ever, ever be a safe vaccine.
	Every vaccine that's ever created was a bio weapon.
	And right now what's about to happen, I believe there's going to be another pandemic and Robert Kennedy Jr. and mister Trump are going to come to you and say, look, we love you.
	You know, what happened in the past was the past, but now we have created the safe vaccine.

	And this is why it bothers me with mister Trump as he continues to tell the American people that his greatest accomplishment in life was warp speed.

	All my medical doctors told me if you took the bio weapon, you'd be dead in two to five years and we're seeing death like we've never seen before.

	And it's just wrong and it's got to stop, but I want to go into the law fair part of this because I want some solutions on getting around these terrible orders and all this other stuff that's happening because right now they still have the police, not the peace officer, and they still have the jails and they still have the guns.
	So what can we do, counsel?
	to begin to combat this because I believe one of the simplest ways that possibly could work is at a local level.
	This is why I went into Fulton, Alabama, and I was going to run for mayor because I thought what better way to combat this satanic Luciferianism than to become the mayor and I missed it by three days.
	I couldn't believe it.
	So we have to run for it next time because in my great city of Fulton, they had a corrupt mayor who they got out, but then this new one they got in, he's not corrupt enough.
	So now they want the corrupt one one back in.
	So the corrupt mayor is going against the uncorrupted mayor who the day I went in to turn myself in counsel, the Fox News and ABC was there because they had just filed a, not an injunction, but something to get him removed from office because they tried to say that the mayor currently of Fultonville that's actually doing things pretty right, that he had embezzled money, he had used a car to go on a trip or something.
	I mean, just stupid things that he may have done incorrectly, but they were trying to basically throw dirt at him because now the election is about to come.
	And then they told me I couldn't run.
	I couldn't run on what is it when you run right in?
	Right in.
	They said you couldn't do that at the city level.
	Have you ever heard that?
	Well, all they have to do is write in.
	That's what I thought.
	But anyway, so council, can you please go into some solutions before we close it out?
	Well, I think that that's been addressed in a lot of different ways.
	And you're absolutely right.
	It has to be done at the individual level in their own community for people to have enough awareness to be able to recognize what's going on around them and to congregate and unify behind the principles that we're talking about.
	At a greater level, it becomes who you do elect as your representatives.
	And if And then hold them accountable.
	And then hold them accountable, yes.
	is interpreted correctly.
	One of the things that happens to someone who breaches their oath against their color of law or color of office is that they are automatically resigned, they're terminated, they're dissolved, they're abdicated.
	Well, Council, one of the things I don't know if you know this, but there's so many of our judges, our governors, our attorneys generals that don't take the oath of office.
	This I mean, why?
	Glad you're making it.
	Because they know if they take that oath of office and they violate that oath of office, then they could be harmed.
	And this is one thing that I thought there's no way.
	And I have found those that have not Jay Loggins, the chief police at Mountain Brook, they went back crazy when I asked for their oath of office because I don't think they took it.
	Why would you why would they take so much problems and give me I mean, all I wanted to see is your oath of office.
	It's just a piece of paper.
	They don't have it.
	Well, you mentioned the thing a little earlier is I believe they're not taking them.
	But one of the maxims of law were either it was it has to be a maxim of law that if you if you become an officer, someone who is in an official capacity.
	You don't have to take the oath.
	It is it's it's deemed that you took the oath.
	And it goes back to also in law that if someone sends you a valid affidavit, and this is all in the book about explaining about all this type of stuff, is that if a valid affidavit with two witnesses is offered relative to a dispute and it is not rebutted within thirty days, I think that thirty days is the number, it becomes an agreement by the party who did not rebut, which is what they call tacit agreement.
	So you just mentioned the oath.
	You don't take an oath, but you are bound by the oath just because you took the office.
	So you can't run from the oath.
	So, but there again, we're back to that point.
	Are we really traveling in a United States of America or have these people taken on a corporate status?
	And of course they have.
	Many would say that it was it happened back to the 1870s, maybe.
	But that's not the important thing.
	What I think needs to happen and we think needs to be happening is that the Supreme Courts of the several states need to be put in a position where they have to address the issue, how they feel about it.
	And if they're going to say you're not traveling under what you thought the Constitution of the United States, that's when the people are then informed by the adversary, I would say, that you are a slave.
	But they need to tell these people that because the way is your frustration is that if you tell them or other people tell them they don't believe in them.
	The best slaves are those that don't know they're enslaved and the chains are there, you just don't see them.
	And that goes back to the corporation.
	I mean, people don't comprehend that the United States of America is a corporation and they have by laws just like Walmart does.
	And you are an employee of the corporation.
	Well, actually, in my view, the only people that are bound by their by laws are those who work for the corporation.
	Everything else has to come by consent or agreement.
	And if folks would realize that and stop agreeing because there is no enforcement of you not agreeing to have a contract.

	And that jumps right over into what you were mentioning earlier in the banking world, where the biggest thing about the banking world that needs to be comprehended is that Article I, Section eight gave Congress the power to coin the money, and in nineteen thirteen, Congress delegated their authority to the Federal Reserve.
